Flashing Orange Round Object Over Chatham Ontario

Date: December 27, 2010
Time: 5:45 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Chatham Ontario.
Number of witnesses: 3
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Round.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My girlfriend and I were driving on St.Clair street in Chatham when we spotted this guy on the road with his 4 way lights on. He had his phone pointing towards the sky. I looked up and there was this orange round object that was moving slow and low and was flashing. It was amazing. I think it got lost in the clouds after. It was moving slowly towards the east and it was amazing.

Large Bright Flickering Object Would Grow And Shrink Over Ottawa Ontario

Date: December 26, 2010
Time: Approx: 8:53 p.m.

In response to the postings of a UFO sighting on December 26, 2010 at approximately 8:53 pm EST, I was looking out of my 11th floor patio window, scanning the clear Winter sky, when I noticed a large bright flickering object in the southeast part sky. As I watched it, I noticed that it was not flickering in a rhythmic pattern, it would grow bigger then back to its original size, and sometimes, it seemed to be either light green or blue, and orange.

At some points, it would glow larger rather than grow larger. Because it was stationery, I knew that it wasn't an airplane. But it was the fact that it would grow larger, then smaller again, which made me think that it was indeed a UFO. I watched it until 10:10 pm when a friend called me. We spoke for a little over an hour and a half. So when I went back to look for it, it wasn't there.

Because of the reports of the sightings in London, Ontario on the same date, in particular, the one that saw it in the northwest, I knew that we were looking at the same object, because Ottawa is northwest of London.

I hope to see more sightings. In fact, I know I will.

Lights Zooming Around The Sky Over Kelowna And Westbank British Columbia

Date: December 12, 2010 and in 2003.
Time: Evening.

Hey, not sure if this is a real sight or not . But I wanted to let someone now what I've seen, to offer me an explanation or something

2003- I saw lights in sky at bus stop, there was 5 or 6 of them. They appeared to be chasing one another, not in an aggressive way, but in a 'game like manner. Witnessed by me and another person waiting for a bus.
These lights came fairly close, then shot off so incredibly fast.

I now live in Westbank near the water. Lights move from the sky and seem to skim the water, I thought these were car lights from the hillside on the other side, but these lights are similar, if not exact to what I saw in 2003. There is no pattern to how they fly, just a chasing pattern and then gone and up into the sky. I have seen these lights several times and I know they are not planes, aircraft, flashlights and cars. Just a side note, when I have no cell service, my cell says no network service.

Anyway I am not crazy or making this up, Just want to let people know who might believe me and offer me an explanation !

Additional Information:

Yes, I saw most the articles ! I thought out of all the sites yours was most reliable. I was in Kelowna before my move to Westbank, I lived in the mission area. I was at a bus stop in the boonies one night (there was another person waiting as well) when very noticeable lights were zooming around. There was 5 or 6 and they were just above an orchard (as we were at the bus stop on a hill and could see into the valley) they were luminous in blue color and large. Within seconds 3 shot up and the other went north across the valley and then swooped upwards. This was all in about 5 seconds or so and the guy waiting for the bus asked me " what the heck are those, do see this.

I did see what he saw as well. They moved at amazing speeds and all 5-6 of them were "chasing" one another like a game of tag, they were hard to count as they maneuvered so quickly. In the black night they were more visible, but I cant explain the speed, it was crazy. They zoomed around that night for about 3 minutes, then went so far up we could no longer see them.

I have seen these lights as recently as December 12th, 2010 above the lake near west point 4-5. This is when my cell went out of service until the lights vanished .

What concerns me is that about 20 years ago my dad who lived in Hartel AB Near Okotoks has similar sightings of lights chasing each other. He wasn't crazy either. What are they ? There's intelligence, the way the move as it seems calculated.

Bright Light Hovers Northwest Of London Ontario

Date: December 26, 2010
Time: Approx: 11:00 p.m.

I was reading your website this morning after Googling information about a UFO over London Ontario. I was directed to your site and when my daughter and I read your site we noticed there was alot similarities in what we saw and what you saw.

Last night (December 26, 2010) at about 11:00pm EST I noticed a very bright light to to the northwest of the city. I wasn't sure what I was looking at, but I know it was something I had never seen before. I thought maybe it was some type of star, so I called my daughter to come and take a look..

We quickly decided that it was not a start and definitely not a plane that we were looking at. It was stationary for the longest time and then slowly started to move. It started to speed up and move sideways and then stopped and then started again! It moved fairly slow after that and we watched it disappear in the night sky!

It also had a blue type of light and a red light, and they were not airplane type lights either!

Like I said I am not sure if what we saw was anything, but it was definitely odd and strange and nothing that either one of us have ever seen anywhere before! We were quite awe struck and are very curious now this morning

Thanks I hope that this little bit of info helps. Sincerely.

Bright Orange Red Object Over Southwest Of London Ontario

Date: December 26, 2010
Time: Approx: 0100 hours.

Location of Sighting: Southwest Of London Ontario.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Orb.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Hi Brian, while walking my dog this morning across an open field, a very bright orange/red orb (single light, not a combo) caught my eye in the southwestern sky over London, Ontario. The colour was similar to that of sodium streetlights though just slightly more reddish.

It was obviously not any kind of regular aircraft due to the brightness of the light, the slow to halting speed at which it traveled, the irregular flight pattern it displayed as well as a unique element that I'd never before seen emit from anything besides a search helicopter and most certainly not from that height. The moment I saw it, I regretted not having my video camera with me.

The night sky was primarily overcast with patchy bits of darkness peeking through and this 'orb' seemed to be approximately at cloud level as it would vary in intensity from very bright to occasionally slightly diffuse. It traveled in a slow path in a northwesterly direction covering approximately a five degree arc in the sky while I was watching before it slowly dimmed and disappeared. The length of time I had it in view was about two minutes or less.

There seemed to be a scanning light of sorts emanating from the 'orb' which swung a few times visibly through the clouds at a relatively short range from the 'orb'.

I can't seem to locate the height of the cloud ceiling on weather networks so distances are tough to calculate, but I would guess the 'orb' was at around 15,000 feet and didn't seem to stray too much from a level path.

I wish there was more to report but that's about as descriptive as I can get. Regards.

Reddish Orange Lights In The Shape Of A Triangle Over Thompson Manitoba (Other Sightings)

Date: December 24, 2010
Time: 7:47 p.m.

I live in Thompson Manitoba Canada and on December 24, 2010 at 7:47 my boyfriend came running into the house yelling at us to come look at the sky. When my mom and I got out there, I seen 3 reddish orange lights in a triangle.

They looked the same size as the stars. Then after about a minute the middle light fell and faded, then the first light faded. I ran inside to grab some binoculars and when I got outside the last light wasn't there.

This is how my boyfriend explains what he seen before I got out there.

"Well first there were five lights in the distance that could've been confused with something else, then with great speed they were almost right above me, and I could see the lights in the front that formed a triangle while the lights in the back seem to fade and it seemed like it was cloaked, like there was something I wasn't fully seeing."

There were 4 others who seen the lights besides the 4 of us. Some of them saying they seen them around 7:00pm. So I'm guessing they were hanging around for awhile.

But Thompson is a small town and these lights were pretty noticeable. I wouldn't doubt more people seen the lights or even got video and pictures!

This is all 2 weeks prior to a sighting 4 hours away on December 10, 2010.

Two hours north of Bird AKA Fox Lake Manitoba Canada the engineers on the train seen blue and green lights hovering over or off to the side of the tracks. Then shined really bright lights over the train and lit up the surroundings, they reported also seeing red, blue and green lights before it shot up in the sky. It messed up their satellite signals and the train couldn’t move for couple hours. Passengers and conductors saw it too.

And in 2006 on another website (not sure which still searching) There is a report of an upside down cup UFO sighting by a Dam near Fox Lake.

More Witnesses To These Unknown Flashing Lights Over Kelowna British Columbia

Date: December 25, 2010
Time: Approx: 8:00 p.m.

Hello, my two friends and I saw two of the red and white flashing lights you describe on your website. It was at the exact same time approx: 8:00 p.m. PST. It was amazing!

If you would like more info, please contact me.

Additional Information:

Hi Brian, I am not surprised more sightings have been shared. The date was yesterday, Christmas day and my friends and I had just finished Christmas dinner when we went outside for some fresh air. The first light appeared, mostly red, but it pulsated an orange colour. There was
none of the typical engine noise from a plane and did not follow the normal flight path of aircraft heading to/from the local airport.

It came nearer to where we were, then seemed to dim in some wispy clouds, then completely disappeared. To our amazement, on the horizon there was another light that appeared, on a much lower flight path than the first. As we watched, this one changed speed and direction, and it seemed to pause for a moment (like it was taking a picture), then it seemed to ascend and at one point it looked like a star in the constellation Orion, before completely disappearing out of sight.

Just have to share that I am a channel and I heard after the sighting that it related to the "bouncing point" of 2012.

Did anyone get any video of this?

Please let me know if I can be of anymore assistance!

Many thanks and I will be watching your website.

7 To 8 Unknown Flashing Lights Over Richmond British Columbia

Date: December 25, 2010
Time: Approx: 7:50 p.m.

Hi Brian, I posted a comment about below sighting on my FB and a cousin from Europe sent me a link detailing the sighting from Kelowna. We saw individual flashing lights (like a very powerful camera flash), about 7-8 of them, around 7:50pm last night. This was in Richmond B.C.

The flashing lasted only for a moment, and the brightness varied between them. This did not look like a lightening at all, although it was coming out of a cloud (or from above it). I wonder if anyone else spotted the same thing in Richmond.

All the best, and Merry Christmas (if you celebrate it)!

Location of Sighting: Kelowna British Columbia.
Number of witnesses: 3

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Red and white flashing lights. Too close together to be commercial flights. Objects moved very fast for how far away they were and made very rapid course changes. At around 30,000 (guess) feet high they seemed to disappear. Way too high to be fireworks. Around 15 objects sighted so far and it’s still going on.

Hovering Lights In V Shape Over Hwy 50 Toward Brampton Ontario

Date: December 24, 2010
Time: 7:00 p.m.

Last night while driving home from work driving down Hwy 50 toward Brampton I noticed 2 stationary lights at about a 45 degree angle from each other. They were unusually bright and seemed to be pulsating. I initially thought they were aircraft lining up for landing, but realized after 10 minutes of them not moving that they were not fixed wing aircraft.

I continued south and noticed another light now appearing from the bottom of the last object about the same distance that the first two had. It grew to the same intensity and hovered in the same way.

They had a V shape pattern. Stunned I pulled over and watched this for another 15 minutes. The last object rapidly dropped and stopped then very slowly made it's way across to the west. The other two faded shortly after. Before they had faded and when I was a little closer I was able to see that the two lights at the top were pulsating and almost looked like something was spinning. With red, blue, and yellow very light colours and round in shape.

There was a ton of commercial air traffic in the area and I'm sure it must have been seen because I was able to see several commercial planes flying and then turning around these objects. I am around lots if aircraft all the time on a professional level and have never seen anything like this in my life. There were no strobes, no resemblance to any standard aircraft. Still amazed. Timeline was 7:00 pm December 24, 2010.

4 Orange Red Balls Of Light Over Thompson Manitoba

Date: December 24, 2010
Time: Evening.

Tonight, December 24 2010, My mom, her friend and her husband and I, and others on our street saw 4 Orange/reddish balls of light above Thompson Manitoba. They were heading northeast. We could tell that they were not planes, they moved at different paces at different times, and seemed to change altitude greatly within 5-10 seconds, they went up much higher. They seemed to travel a large distance in 2-3 seconds. Nothing that I have every seen a normal aircraft to do.

They first appear when we came home from church, only one at first, we thought it was a star, maybe Mars. When we got out, a neighbor pointed out that there was more. 4 to be exact. As they moved, they got smaller, when they got smaller, they seemed to slow, as if gaining height. Within a minute, they disappeared, One by one.

We couldn't explain it, so I searched for an answer.

This happened less than an hour ago.

That you for your time. If you have any answers, or Ideas, please contact me back.

Object Glowing And Changing Colors Over Bramalea Ontario

Date: 2009 and 2010
Time: Around 9:00 p.m./10:00 p.m./ and 11:00 p.m.

Hi Brian., My name is (name removed), and I'm in Brampton. Actually Bramalea area, closer to Airport Road and Steeles. I've noticed last year and this year, almost nightly, in the southern eastern sky at night around 9, 10 and 11:00pm.

One star that always nightly is glowing and changing colors, red to white to green. I see it all the time. Sort of like it would be over Lake Ontario area, but hard to tell.

All other stars stay white, while this one changes colors, it's always the same star in the same spot. It is very noticeable and obvious. Have you heard of anything about this weird thing?

Thanks.

Bright Blue Light Shooting West Over Richmond British Columbia

Date: December 8, 2010
Time: Approx: 6:04 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Richmond British Columbia.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: N/A.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Around the said time, I was on my work break and out. I observed a blue light shooting west. I wasn't able to get the shape or any thing else as this thing lasted for not more than a second and traveled more than half the sky. It was beyond clouds, bright blue in color and because of clouds was changing shades in it’s surrounding.

The most beautiful thing I ever saw. I had seen meteor shower, so I know what meteors look like and this thing was not at all close to that, and than the immense speed. By the time I could have realized anything else, it was gone. To make it strange, it just vanished as if someone just turned the lights off. I don't know if anybody else had witnessed this, but would like to definitely know what it could be. Cheers

Bright Blue Stationary UFO Over Rural Oshawa Ontario

Date: December 19, 2010
Time: 11:40 p.m.

While on route from my home in rural Oshawa to visit my friend. I passed Winchester while heading south on Simcoe, where I then noticed a bright blue stationary object in the sky. I original thought it was a cell phone tower, then I saw a slight movement from this bright blue object. I thought it was my imagination, the object then moved even more at which I then pulled over and got out of my car, to observe the object.

When I got out my car I quickly snapped a picture using my blackberry (the picture is just a blur with a small white object as the UFO. I will be sending an email of it later to you when I have access to a computer). I then observed the object making aerobatic movements over the new subdivision northeast of Durham college across from Conline road, the object then changed colour to a light blue, then back to a darker bright blue.

After around 30 to 45 seconds of the object moving around in patterns I've never seen done before by any kind of aircraft, it then seemed to disappear into cloud coverage by just becoming stationary and going straight up. This incident was extremely disconcerting to me as I did not believe in the UFO phenomenon until a couple of hours ago, but what I saw tonight was not made by man or was just top secret military stuff, but I doubt that.

The scariest part is when I Googled this and found others around the Durham region/world who had seen similar events from your BlogSpot. What is going on in this world. If you have answers or knowledge to what I saw or what they are or what there doing, because when I called the police they did not seem to care because its a common occurrence which is even more frightening.

Huge Bright Lit Object Falling From The Sky Over Vernon British Columbia

Date: December 7, 2010
Time: Evening.

My husband and I were just in the hot tub and suddenly we saw what we thought was a falling star, but quickly realized it was huge, bright white and falling straight down. It was partially cloudy so the comet would go behind a cloud and then show up again where the sky was clear. It lit up the cloud behind it with a bright glow. Wow!

Location of Sighting: Between Vanderhoof And Prince George British Columbia.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 1

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was driving on Hwy 16 East from Vanderhoof home to Prince George. I was about half way, maybe closer to Prince George. The sky was very dark and clear. I looked up to enjoy the stars, and I saw a very bright white light far away in the sky.

Almost like a comet passing through the atmosphere, but just a bright white light passing in one straight line horizontally north to south, with no tail. Just one bright light zipping by faster than anything I've ever seen.

Two UFO Sightings Near Okatokes Alberta (Blue Light And Green Ball)

Date: November 16, 2010
Time: Between 12:00 and 1:30 a.m.

Hi Brain, my name is (removed) and I am emailing you in regards to the bright bluish light that you said was seen near Okatokes on November 16, 2010. A friend and I were driving to work in High River the night of the first snow storm that hit that area. Since we drive snowplows we were driving to High River late into the night the visibility was very poor due to the snow, so we were traveling at a low speed.

We were near Okatokes when all of a sudden the sky lit up, like it was 10:00 in the morning and I could see everything. This happened for about a second and a half to two seconds. Neither of us had any clue to what it could have been, and before we knew it, it had happened again at this time.

We had no idea what it could have been. There were probably only 2 other cars on the highway at this time and couldn't figure out if anyone had seen this except us, but didn't know how they couldn't have. We were waiting for it to happen again and about 10 minutes later it happened once more, but this time it seemed to stick around for about 3 to 4 seconds.

During that time period we looked out the car window to the west and it looked like there was a huge green ball in the fields that the light source was coming from. I didn't hear anything about this anywhere and asked some people about what I had seen and the only rational explanation that we could come up with was some kind of gas explosion, but even then it didn't make sense. I kind of brushed it off and forgot about it until I saw a shooting star and it reminded me of that night.

When I went to look it up, I came across your website and thought I would email you and see if you maybe had any explanation for this sighting. I am very curious about this and you are the only one that seems to have any information about this.

Please email me back at (email address removed) Thanks.

PS - The only difference about my story and the one I read on your website it that you said that it was seen on the 16th at 6:45 am I am not sure the date that I saw this, but I know it was between 12:00 and 1:30 am the night of the first snow fall in Calgary and I guess the first snowfall in the area around Okatokes and High River.

Additional Information: Hi Brian, no worries about the delay, yea man the sighting was something else. I had never seen anything like it before, let alone hear about anything like this either. We started driving out the High River on the 16th of November 2010 late at night, so when we actually saw the green ball in the field it would have been between 12:15 - 1:00am which would now be the 17 of November 17 2010.

So if you hear anything about anyone else that had seen this, it would be great to hear that I am not going crazy. Like I said, we weren't the only car on the highway at this time, probably 2 other cars that I saw and I know they couldn't have missed something like that. Please keep in touch. Thanks.

UFO Bursts Into Light And Still Hangs Over Nanaimo British Columbia

Date: December 16 - 17th, 2010
Time: 9:30 p.m. –1:00 a.m.

Location of Sighting: Nanaimo British Columbia.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Disc.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Last night I was on the deck of my apartment talking on the phone to a friend it was about 9:30pm when I noticed what looked to be a low flying satellite coming in my direction flying SE direction towards Vancouver from the west coast of the Island.

I said to my friend on the phone, there's a UFO and he started joking around, I then got off the phone and the object was still moving in my direction, it then stopped and was just floating in one place. I called for my wife who came out and was watching as well.

We both watched it and then it started to move north toward Lantzville, it went up and into an arch pattern and then gave off a huge burst of light and was travelling fast and jittery and then stopped further down my line of sight just over the building across the street, but further toward the back end of Mount Benson area.

We watched for a few minutes and could tell it was moving constantly in small increments, but stayed in one place or area. We went inside and I got my spotting scope.

I set up my spotting scope on the dining room table by the window as I could see it from there just over the top of a building across the street, but off in the distance.

I am not sure what it was, but it didn't just stay in one spot, even for a few seconds and only travelled out of the scope and back in to where I had it focused.

It moved up down back and forth, had 4 lights across it and was shaped like a thin disk from what I could tell. It was very bright and the colour of a sparkler or a camera flash, but constant even in the spotting scope. It wasn't very large and you could never really focus on it to get a clear distinct look at it as it was too bright and not very big.

The object was still doing it’s thing off in the distance when I finally went to bed at 1:00am.

Not sure what it was, but it wasn't a plane, helicopter, weather balloon, Mars, or the Moon.

Hope to see something like that again.

Total time I and my wife watched it was about 4 hours. So I am not sure what to make of that and I am sure others seen it as well. I will be watching the news and combing the internet for a few days to see if anyone else seen anything.

Beam Of Light Witnessed Over Wynndel British Columbia

Date: 1990s
Time: Evening.

Hi, I came across your website regarding the beam of light in B.C. in 2003. In the 1990's my family saw this same thing and I was reminded about it earlier today while at a bookstore. I was leafing through an old book called Ogopogo written by Mary Moon in 1977 and in the back there was a chapter about other Okanagan phenomena.

One was called the 'Okanagan Arch' which exactly describes this beam of light. I was intrigued that it was a recurring albeit rare event so I thought I'd look it up online. I was surprised that your website was the only one I found that mentioned it. In the book, the author tells that this beam of light has been reported throughout the years, 1900's, 1920's, 30's etc. and at the time of writing it was still a mystery as to it's cause.

Sincerely.

Bright White Light Over Whitby On Rossland Road West Towards Oshawa Ontario

Date: Spring 1994
Time: Approx: 11:00 p.m.

Hi Brian, I wanted to report the same strange observation by myself and three other witnesses in Spring 1994 at night on the corner of Thornton Rd N and Rossland Road West.

I was driving in Whitby on Rossland Road West towards Oshawa, Ontario. We could see all the nice lights over Oshawa as we where still in Whitby.

I was driving towards Oshawa and we where just about to make it on the corner of Thornton Rd N and Rossland Road West before driving down the hill towards Oshawa when we noticed a round bright white light move extremely slow in the sky and moving downwards.

It should have been past 11:00pm as we watched this for about 15-20 seconds. We where all trying to figure out what it was and then I shouted out to the other three people that it must be a UFO! All of a sudden it faded out in a fashion that the light shrunk and zapped upwards in the sky like a fallen star, but rather going upwards in the sky. Now how can an object so “big”, become so small very quickly and zap upwards in the sky?

As another witness wrote on your site of what he saw on Friday night, June 25th 2010. I will quote that the same details below happened the exact same to use 4 witnesses.

‘’When we first witnessed this slow round white light. It was at it's brightest point for about 10-15 seconds, until I shouted to the witnesses it was a UFO. As after I shouted out to the witnesses. I noticed it was starting to fade after ten seconds. The total time watching it would be about 15 -20 seconds.”

Strange Lights Over Hudson Bay Mountain In Smithers British Columbia

Date: December 14, 2010
Time: Approx: 5:30 p.m.

Hello, its good to see I'm not the only one seeing these weird lights in the sky. Tonight around 5:30 pm, I saw a very bright light appear above Hudson Bay Mountain. It moved a few yards and disappeared. I've lived in Smithers for 10 years now, and only in this last year have I seen constant sightings in the same area and out towards Telkwa, since May 2010.

I'm just very curious. I've never been much of a believer in the phenomenon, but I've seen some strange stuff, in my opinion? I don't know what to say, but I'm seeing something that defies everything I know to be normal and explainable. I am not sure what to think or believe. Simply, I just know it is real whatever it is, so what is it? Hope to hear back from you if you hear anything. Thank you.

Blue Green Object Lights Up Witnesses Property At Quenville Area Of Courtenay British Columbia

Date: December 8, 2010
Time: Around 6:00 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.

Ok, I don't know what I saw but here it is -

On Wednesday Dec. 8 around 6 or 6:30 PM I was walking my dogs around on my property in the Quenville area of Courtenay, which is near the Comox AFB. I had a flashlight, when all of a sudden the area around me lit up like lightening does before it strikes. I looked up thinking I'd see lightening, but instead, I saw a bluish-green object, not quite a ball shaped thing with a long tail above me heading south along the general area of Quenville road.

It was a few hundred feet above me, but made no sound. The light it made above me lasted for approximately 4-5 seconds then the thing disappeared. I thought it could be fireworks, but then again, there was no sound. Also, it could not have been that high if it could light up my property, and we have about 2.5 acres. Could it have been a meteor? I did call the AFB and talked to Operations. They had no information and had not received other calls (as of that night).

So what do you think it was? Did anyone else report a similar thing on that night? Thanks.

Rectangular Object Seen Over Forest Grove Saskatoon Saskatchewan

Date: December 6, 2010
Time: 8:00 a.m.

Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Linear vertical spear of light.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: There was a plane also flying up from the south with a long tail of contrail behind it. There was a shape like a line, but a small one just a tick, long enough to look linear and not circular or orb like a star or something.

This was more a rectangular I guess. Sun had not fully risen, so at first I thought it was just a star. After watching it for a while I decided it was odd and probably some type of UFO.

Unknown Clusters Of Blue Green Lights Making Strange Maneuvers Over Calgary Alberta

Date: December 1, 2010
Time: Approx: 9:00 p.m.

I just found a post at http://the-v-factor-paranormal.blogspot.com/2010/12/bright-blue-light-spotted-over-calgary.html while searching for any possible sightings over Calgary Alberta on December 1st at around 9:00pm.

From my back yard in the southeast of Calgary, myself and two friends witnessed a strange "cluster" of lights moving at an unknown altitude in the northern sky moving quite quickly from east to west. After a discussing it with one of my friends, I realized that the object I was looking at and commenting on was not the same object one of my friends was watching. The other was similar except smaller and moving from west to east.

When they got into a close proximity to each other, one above and one below, we realized that a good deal of the sky seemed iridescent with smaller individual bluish-green lights. These smaller individual lights were moving around each other in random patterns, then grouping together with the two clusters that had now stopped in the sky.

When all of the smaller individual lights had cleared the sky (presumably after grouping with the two clusters) the cluster which had been moving from west to east began moving west again and quickly vanished. The cluster that had been moving from east to west began moving east again quickly, but did not vanish entirely.

Instead it stopped after a moment and appeared to get smaller over time until approximately 9:20 pm when it either became indistinguishable from the stars around it or vanished completely.

I attempted to take a picture, but couldn't get anything to appear in the view screen display on the camera due to the darkness so it wasn't until the next day when I transferred the pic to my computer that I realized that something had shown up.

I have attached the picture. The cluster that was traveling east to west appears roughly in the center bottom quarter with the smaller lights in a wispy pattern in the upper left corner. Had I not seen the "clusters" I would have dismissed the rest as being some sort of charged particles in atmosphere or other similar disturbance.

I'm not sure how easily any of this can be explained away, but I would ask that you examine the photo and discuss it with me before you post it anywhere or comment on it in any forum.

Please feel free to share it with Brian however, the individual who made the post which I am commenting on.

Thanks for your time.

Bright White Lights Over West Vancouver British Columbia

Date: December 4, 2010
Time: After midnight.

Hi Brian, this is in response to the lights you said you saw over the mountains to the north from Kits Beach last July. Well last Saturday around just after midnight, a friend was driving us back to the North shore from downtown over the Lions Gate bridge.

There was a check stop, so the traffic was moving quite slow. While crawling along the bridge I noticed a set of bright white lights that were hovering just over the crest of the mountains behind West Vancouver (just west of the British Properties, if you know the area).

Watching them, they slowly dipped back behind the mountains then reappeared several times over the course of about 15 minutes. We tried to speculate on what they could be, but had no idea. Definitely not a helicopter, and it was in a non-residential forested area, with houses nowhere even near. Thought it was weird enough to do a Google search, and your posting came up which I thought closely matched what we saw.

If you have heard anything about this, I would be interested to know more. If not, well I guess Ill just have to keep an eye out up there for more! Cheers,

Ontario Canada Brothers Have UFO ET Close Encounter

From the Vike Factor archives (Brian Vike) http://the-v-factor-paranormal.blogspot.com/

Date: Approx: August 29, 1966
Time: Evening

I received a telephone call from a man by the name of Walter. He and his brother ended up having an unforgettable experience in Ontario.

It was late August of 1966 and Walter said this is one of those haunting things that comes up from ones memory from the distant past. Walter said over the years he and his brother have had some discussion over certain aspects of the event. He also noted that the brothers never talked about the experience to anyone for about two or three years after the event took place.

They were quite reticent from openly speaking about it. When the men finally did start talking about it their story came in a fragmented way. Walter mentions that the differences in the brothers story were not actually the event itself, but rather the time sequence. After the two fellows really dove into what took place, Walter's brother was convinced that they were coming to their summer residence and Walter was convinced they were leaving to go home.

Another important note to this is that they wondered if the date of the sighting was correct, but after Walter started checking around finally was able to make contact with the owner of the newspaper for that time period and he was able to recall the event because there were others who were witness to some unusual sightings on that same day.

Two reports were made and no explanation was found for what these witnesses reported. Also folks had reported seeing strange sights in the sky north of a small settlement along Highway 71 going from Corona to Fort Francis, Ontario. The government dismissed the apparent phenomena as a large release of incandescent swamp gas, the owner of the newspaper told Walter.

Walter of course thought this was pretty amazing swamp gas as it retained an ellipsoidal shape and paced the two brothers vehicle for a long distance as they traveled down the highway, plus it could ascend vertically at a tremendous rate of speed. As Walter said, he had a hard time with the swamp gas explanation!

Walter describes what exactly was witnessed:

There is a tourist camp at Caliper Lake which is located approximately seven to eight kilometers south from Nester Falls in northwestern Ontario. Their vehicle had just passed south of Caliper Lake. In the back seat of their car were the family pets they were taking back home. The men had a large tabby cat by the name of Tiger, and a male bulldog by the name of Eric and last but not least a Nile monitor which was kept in a box as the cat and the monitor didn't get along all that well.

It is roughly 11:00 p.m. at night, the men heading south and they were passing Larson's Camp and noticed the lights still on at the camp. There was no other traffic on the highway at this time. Walter is in the passenger's seat and his brother is driving. Walter dozed off briefly and was awakened by his brother jabbing him telling him how bright it had become around the car.

The witness said there was an intense bright light which lit up the entire area. Walter said it was so bright that they were able to see way off the road and into the forest. Also he turned around to look out the back window of the vehicle and it was lit up as well. As Walter is looking out the back, he can see the cat is sitting up close to the window very agitated, the dog is on the floor of the car moaning and the Nile monitor has it's head out of the box with it's tongue working rapidly. The cat not bothering with it as it was hissing at something else.

Walter turned to his brother and said something had to be over top of the car. The speed at which they were traveling was about 60 miles an hour at that time. Also they had been listening to the radio when it started to get alot of static. As the fellow told me, at that time of night one would be able to pick up a number of radio stations as the reception is much better than during the daytime hours.

They instantly tried other radio channels and all they heard from the different channels was static. Both men looking at one another in amazement, with a bright light sitting over top of them, the animals acting up in the car and now losing reception on the radio, they wondered what was going on!

Still traveling along the highway with an intense light above them, they were coming to a second hill, when in front of their vehicle, only about 200 to 400 meters away traveling over top the highway was a huge ellipse of white light. This object in front of them was pacing them and not far off the highway's surface.

The men guessed the second object was about 10 to 15 meters off the ground. It seemed that one object was above them and one object was in front of them. Walter told me they were more curious than anything and sped up to see if they were able to catch up to the object in front of them, but as they did, the ellipse of white light stayed pretty much at the same distance away from their car. No matter how fast they drove, there was an equal distance between the object and vehicle.

Brian Vike - The Vike Factor’s Note: The distance the event took place in was approximately 25 kilometers. The time everything started was at 11:00 p.m. The men came to an intersection/small community called Finland. They came off the high ground, curved around on the highway and dropped down onto a straight stretch in a low lying area which was about a kilometer in distance.

While on the straight stretch the light in front of them ascended vertically at an incredible rate of speed. Walter said if he was to count to four the object had completely vanished from their sight. It went that fast. As the object in front of them disappeared so did the light above the car. Walter said it just winked out. There may have been a split second between the two objects disappearing. The static on the radio cleared and they were able to pick up the radio stations once again.

Another peculiar thing they found was that they were traveling through Finland at about midnight when they realized that it had just taken them about an hour to travel the 25 kilometers. Like Walter said, they didn't travel less than 80 to 90 kilometers an hour. He said there was a hiatus, something happened in that period of time.

What Walter and his brother find puzzling is the time, (an hour to drive the 25 kilometers) that they have no explanation for.
Where was the missing time?

Walter saw a friend and told her about what had gone on, and how nothing seemed to make sense. She offered to try a regression session with him to see if he was able to recall anything that took place that evening. He agreed to give this a try as he wanted answers if possible as he said his brother and he have been arguing for years about the absent piece of time and the actual going and coming issue they can't seem to agree on. One brother thought they were on their way home, and the other believes they were traveling in the other direction away from home.

Apparently, through the regression and during this event the brother driving did stop the car. The brothers could not recall this taking place as they always felt they continued traveling the highway and did not stop at any time. Both men after stopping the vehicle got out and walked off to the right side of the road. They stood looking upwards and observed the light that had been above their car move off and hover above the trees close by.

Walter recalled seeing what appeared to be portholes along the side of the craft. They apparently stood there for a few minutes watching it. Walter also has been trying to encourage his brother to go through regression in hopes of getting some more parts to the puzzle. So far his brother has been reluctant to go through this procedure. Walter also doesn't recall been taken aboard the craft and it was not brought out in the regression session that this did take place. So another mystery, were the men taken or not ?

The regression took place in 92/93 and Brian Vike - The Vike Factor has telephoned the lady who preformed the regression and she told me that indeed the session did take place. Also Walter and the lady told me an audio tape of the session was recorded and we are trying to find this at this time.

I would also like to add that this gentleman who related this story to me, is a very credible man.

My deepest thanks to Walter for coming forward and telling his story. The audio clip of his story can be heard on the Jeff Rense radio program (http://www.rense.com/) in hour one - Brian Vike - B.C. UFO Phenomena with special guest Walter on February 18, 2005 in the show's archives. The way the gentleman goes step by step through the experience is one you do not want to miss.
