Dear Brian Vike, at approximately 7:54 pm on October 23, 2011 I was leaving the horse farm where my horse is boarded on Mulebarn road between 193rd St and 206th St in Westfield, IN when I noticed a strange object hovering about 100 feet west of Mulebarn Rd. above a corn field. 

It was not clear how high the object was, but it did not appear to be much higher than a street light because I thought that is what it was until the light pattern started changing and then it started to ascend.  When I first saw it, it was just a single bright white light, but then it started flashing light colors of red, orange, green and blue as it ascended.

It went straight up and then continued west at a relatively steady yet slow pace, and then all of a sudden shot straight up into the air and disappeared. I rolled down the window of my car and heard nothing, and whereas I did not have a video camera of any kind, so I did not get footage of it. 

I am an energy practitioner and when I returned my horse to the field about 10 minutes before I left the farm, the energy that was in the atmosphere was quite different. I felt like I was being watched, yet there was no one around, and then I realized that this energy was a very different energy that I had never felt before. 

Then I had the thought of aliens/UFO presence, so I cleaned up very quickly and left, and when I was leaving, this was when I saw the object in the sky. It was peculiar because it was just hovering very closely to the ground for several minutes and I stopped my car in the road and watched it. I continued driving when it started to move.

I Googled UFO sightings in Westfield because I was curious to see if anything like this had ever been recorded and found your website. Thought you might find this interesting.  Feel free to contact me with questions.

Flashing Object Over Huntsville Ontario

At 12:40 a.m. tonight (Thursday morning), I am seeing something in the sky here I’ve never seen before.  Saw your email on a site when I Googled for objects in the night sky, am thinking you might be interested, and might know what I’m seeing.

It's about one hand width above the western horizon, almost due West.  If you follow the line from the last two stars in the end of the handle of the big dipper, it is below that plane.  It isn’t moving at all. Doesn’t look like a planet or star, bigger.  

It's sparkling like crazy, flashing bright white, blue and red.  Looking through binoculars at it, it doesn’t appear any closer or better defined.  Its flashing very quickly, more like sparkling.  Looks larger than a star, larger than I’ve ever seen Venus or Mars.  But very, very colourful red and blue.

Any idea what it might be?  Space station maybe?  Very curious!

Flashing Colored Light Over Johannesburg South Africa

At approximately 00:15 I saw a large "star" flashing red white and blue over Johannesburg, South Africa. It was not moving at first. I watched it for approximately 20 minutes. An hour later I came back out to check on it again and it had moved quite a distance from where I saw it first.

It moved more than any of the other stars moved in the same time span. I then noticed a similar star in the sky, but this one was much smaller and obviously moving in the same way a satellite would move when you watching it.

It was moving in the same direction as the larger "star", I watched it all the time until it lined up with the larger "star" and it then stood still. It did not move exactly in a straight line either like a satellite would normally move. It moved at a slight curve.

I have been watching stars and looking for satellites and shooting stars since I was a little girl. As I love watching them move. But this was definitely different to what I have ever seen before. The lights it flashed was in the sequence of red white blue white red white blue white etc. My colleague also witnessed the larger star as I went to call him to have a look.

Blue Purple Flashing Light In The Sky Over Hamilton Ontario

Hamilton Ontario Saturday May 21 2011 saw blue purple flashing light in sky. I had to look again again at the position in the sky, it was if someone had a flashlight and  was being turned on/off approximately 3 - 4 flashes moving slowly, or seemed to stay in the same position in the sky.

The light was hiding behind some clouds, sky was very clear from around cloud area. Others also saw the light some say it could have been a satellite, it was not a plane. Thanks.

An Enormous Boomerang Shaped UFO With Many Red Flashing Lights Over San Diego California

Full Description of event/sighting: I went out back to get a glimpse of Comet Holmes and the neighbors were all talking about something in the sky and a large number of flashing red lights. 

When I first looked up I was so disoriented that I thought fireworks or some type of celestial event was happening in the sky.  The lights took up such a large portion of the sky that my brain could not immediately conceptualize a single craft that could possibly contain this many lights.  

As I stood dumbfounded I realized that directly overhead was an enormous craft shaped more like a boomerang than a V with red lights blinking in what appeared to be a very irregular pattern. 

The lights flashed very quickly and sporadically back and forth on both wings in an almost confusing manner.  Clearly there was no fuselage of any kind.  It was a minimum of 3 if not 4 inches wide at arms length.  Probably more when it was directly over my head. 

I was in disbelief, (and still am) over the size, as we live in a flight path for San Diego airport and I see all manor of planes day and night.  I have never seen anything so big in the sky. 

It appeared to be silent, but I will admit that I also heard the neighbor point that out, so that could be the power of suggestion and not my own thought.  However, when he did point out that it didn't appear to be making any noise and it was passing overhead, I completely agreed with him.  It moved fairly slow as well. 

I was able to see it in the sky for over a minute and I clearly got out there after it had already approached my viewing spot.  I also heard my neighbor say that he had seen it earlier and clearly he was in disbelief as well and had no idea what it could be.

Lights In The Sky Over The East End Of Montreal Quebec

Date:  April 28, 2015
Time:  Approximately 11:30 p.m.

Hi, last night around 11:30 p.m. (April 28, 2015) I saw something in the sky over the east end of Montreal, rivieres des prairies. It was flying slowly towards the northeast.

Because of the clouds, I can’t say if it was saucer shape, but it had a line of light across the middle. The lights were kind of strobe lights? Right to left?

Green to multiple white to red? Cruised slowly until out of sight. When I looked up in the sky I saw three different points with red and green flashing light. Much higher in the sky.

One was moving left right up down the other two just flashing.

The lights high up stayed for at least two hours. I woke up my spouse to be my witness. That’s my story.

Light Seemed To Shoot Past Witness And Seen Flashing Behind The Clouds Over London Ontario

Hi, how strange, I saw the same here London, Ontario, that’s why I’m here.

I thought I’d research, last night I went outside in the garden.

It was very cloudy and I witnessed a flash light effect behind the clouds.

I was looking to see if any one was flashing a torch, the light seemed to shoot pass me and then came back, and moved in the clouds flashing.

The time was around 9:30 p.m.

Random Flashing Red Orange Yellow To Clear Objects Inside Diamond Shaped UFO Welland Ontario (Diagrams)

Diamond UFO Welland just now. More information if you want it. My daughter and hubby just called and told me about it and will be gone soon with the rest of the story.

Attached is the not so artists drawing of what he seen.

His description. Driving east down Woodlawn road in Welland towards the 406

First spotted above Holy Name cemetery travelling slowly floating like a balloon. It picked up speed and momentum as though blasting off from 90° angles. Oblong directions that made no sense. Travelling approximately miles in a second. No center point, just all over the place.

Approximately 4 times the size of a helicopter, no noise.

White, though see through. Random flashing orbs inside bouncing around red orange yellow to clear white.

After getting a better view, it was not seen below it, but about 5 o,'clock position every time it slowed chain we noticed what looked like a straight length of vertical chain links which appeared to be orange and red

The chain links disappeared when the object took off yet reappeared when it stopped. We followed it for 20 minutes with clear skies

It was also shooting miles up into the sky and back irrational leaving no con trails or noise. The slower it went the more unstable it became as though wobbling.

My husband has had 4 sightings and wants you to know that he knows the difference a Chinese lantern, small air craft, fire crackers. Venus and falling star  satellites, flocks of birds, lights reflecting off  clouds and my my daughter witnessed it also.

It was heading from St. Catharines to Port Colborne and just went out.

Flashing Lights Seen In The Sky Over Caledon Ontario (Sounds Like A Star)

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My daughter and I first noticed the object in the skies around Christmas time. It was much closer than and could be seen with the naked eye.

It seems to have 3 flashing lights, red, green and orange or yellow. My daughter suggested it must be a drone, but I thought who would be flying a drone at that time of night.

Also it continuously hoovers in the same spot until I finally retire for the night. It is there every night if the sky is clear, but I have noticed now it hovers at a much higher altitude, so I need my binoculars in order to see the flashing coloured lights.

I sure would appreciate if someone could explain what exactly this is? I sure there are many others who are viewing this as well.

Multiple Witnesses Watch A Flashing Object In The Sky Over Ottawa Ontario (Update/Solved Pictures And Video)

I am posting this report as I am sure others would have seen the same thing, and may file their report as to what they saw. This should explain what I am sure many others saw. Thank you again to the person for all the information.

Hi, last night on September 16, 2014 my boyfriend, 3 of our neighbours and myself witnessed a strange object in the night sky. From here it appeared to be about 1/6 of the size of a full moon.

It hovered around the handle of the big dipper in the northern sky, floating over to one direction or the other, every so often, but mainly remaining in the same place. It was covered in brightly colored flashing lights.

I looked at it through my telescope and the shape changed from a triangle, to the shape of a mood ring, and so on - shapes that I cannot describe. The shape changed depending on which lights were flashing.

The colors were white, red, blue and green (and maybe some yellow). Our next door neighbours went inside and we remained outside with the other neighbour. I watched this object for about an hour and a half.

My boyfriend and I went to the back yard momentarily at which point I told him that I did not want to watch it all night, but would like to see how it leaves. A minute later, when I went up front, it was gone.

My neighbour asked me where it had gone because he went into the house for a couple of seconds and also missed seeing how it left. Although they are of poor quality, we did manage to get some pictures and video.

Approximately 12 Flashing Orange Lights/Objects Over Kingston Ontario (Solved - Chinese Lanterns)

Vike Factor Note: This sighting has been solved, with the help of one of the visitors to the Vike Factor. These witnesses also spotted the orange lights, and were very surprised as to what they were witnessing. 

They thought enough to drive to the area where the objects seemed to be rising from, and then saw the lights/objects to be Chinese Lanterns.

Hi, we saw the orange flashy lights last night around 8:00 p.m. on September 12, 2014. They flew over our house on Joseph street near Division.

There were around 12 of them and they were big orange lights and no sound and then they vanished.

It was so scary, we hurried in the house and locked the door. We could not believe our eyes as they flew in two's diagonally and two at a time came over until we counted about 12 of them.

Just to let you know. My daughter had taken a video of them. I am still baffled, amazed and scared.

Cluster Of Lights Flashing In The Sky Over Brampton Ontario

As I write this email at 11:25 p.m. I am seeing some cluster of lights flashing in distance in the sky located over Hwy 410/Mayfield rd. I'm seeing this from my backyard near Hwy410/Sandalwood Pkwy.

I initially thought it was a star since it was flickering, but I see about 3 to 4 lights in row something like an approaching aircraft, even has a red light, I thought it was an aircraft, but for half an hour of me watching it has not moved from that spot.

I see a lot of small planes flying because there is Brampton flying club nearby. These lights look much higher up in sky than the flying aircraft around.Tried taking pictures but the lights are not bright enough and the street lights in foreground just make it impossible to get a good picture.

I wish I had a telescope. It is still there same spot even now almost an hour now.

Triangle Of Flashing Lights Observed In The Sky Over Burford Ontario

Well last night, I'm in Burford, Ontario and seen the exact same thing around 10:00 p.m..

I did take a video, but it is so dark you can't see anything. Is there any way to brighten up a video? It lasted one minute and it was awesome.

Flashing Object Seen Moving all Around The Night Sky Over Whistler British Columbia

Time:  6:11 a.m.

Hi, my boyfriend and I live in Whistler, area of Nordic. It happened at 6:11 a.m. on January 10, 2013.

I was wide awake looking at the clear blue sky, no clouds at all.

Suddenly I saw a flashing light moving (round shape) in every direction. It was not a plane.

It happened for about 30 seconds. It was going up then down, everywhere, but never straight in line. It would be up and then disappear and appearing again, but really quickly.

Actually like an electron going everywhere.

My boyfriend was sleeping so I woke him up, it happened again for about 15 seconds and he saw it too.

Right after it happened, I saw about 5 satellites where the lights happened, like if they were looking for something.

I am used to watch the sky a lot and I never seen anything like this before. I just wanted to let you know.

It might be an UFO, but might be a problem with a satellite that I am not aware of.

Absolutely no sound.

After the second flashing light disappeared (the one my boyfriend also saw), yes I saw five others, but they were really small and not flashing. They flew and then disappear.

I would say for the size the two flashing lights I saw were an apple and the five ones a blubbery.

Blue Light Flashing Over Lake Ontario Seen From Grimsby Ontario

Orange Flashing Light Seen From Burlington Ontario

Date:  October 8, 2012
Time:  Evening.

My name is (name removed) and my girlfriend and I live on Lakeshore Road in Burlington. We are on the 10th floor looking out over the lake and have seen the orange UFO on numerous occasions. Last night it was flashing for about 4 minutes, then it was still and orange for about another 4 minutes.

After this it moved left to right very slowly, I had to double check land placements to make sure it was moving. It then disappeared off into the distance. I am going to get a better camera to capture it, but this is the 4th or 5th time where I could confirm it was not an airplane.

4 Bright Lights Flashing Over Welland Ontario

Date:  October 1, 2012
Time:  Evening.

Hi there, tonight I saw 4 bright lights flashing over the sky of Welland. This is the second time I have seen these things. Last time was the first week in September.

The first time I thought nothing of it, but this time I decided to Google it and saw your posting from December.

Any ways, Don't know if you're still interested in this sightings just thought I'd share.

Large Flashing UFO Moves In All Directions Over Brighton Ontario

Date:  September 26, 2012
Time:  Around  6:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m.

Brian, last night was sort of a strange night for the skies of Brighton Ontario. It all started around I believe 6:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. when my brother was duck hunting with his buddies and they saw a large flashing light moving in all directions across the horizon of which they got video of and from a distance you can tell its too large to be a plane.

It is unlike anything they have ever seen before, but that's not all. Later that night my brother was showing me this video to a buddy and myself, we were in disbelief until we heard almost a thunder like sound in the air that did not stop and it kept sounding like it was getting closer and eventually faded away, this happened for about 15 minutes or so.

Now I know this is sounding very skeptical and at first I didn't think anything of it either, until today when I was in class (I attend Loyalist College) and talking to a girl who happens to live not only in the same town as me, but who also lives a few streets behind me and our houses are separated by a wooded area has asked if we wanted to hear a "screwed up" story.

As soon as she said she saw something in the sky, I got the biggest chill down my spine and before she finished I told her that it was around 9:00 o'clock.

She knew that we must have been talking about the same thing. So to sum things up, we only heard this thing, but apparently her and her boyfriend and her boyfriends mother saw this thing and said it was a green light moving in sporadic movements and got really close to the ground.

The sound I described to her, she completely agreed to hearing the same thing. She also mentioned that she had blown some breakers in her house and this had never happened in the four years that she has lived in this house.

I don't know what went on last night and would appreciate it if you have any insight as to any possibilities because it's just too weird that we have a video of something weird in the sky and that same night there are unexplainable lights near our houses. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
