My name is Brynner. I recently came across the 2009 Irving, Texas report you published about a huge, almost transparent boomerang-shaped object, described as looking like the camouflage effect from Predator. It immediately caught my attention because I saw something remarkably similar.
On September 16, 2019, around 2:30 a.m., I was on my third-floor balcony in Coconut Creek, Florida. I saw a silent crescent/boomerang-shaped object moving from west to east above me. It had no visible lights and was extremely difficult to track, almost transparent or camouflaged against the night sky. I watched it for about 10 seconds until it passed over the roof.
I made the attached drawing immediately after the sighting and have never forgotten the experience.

Just to give you a more complete version of what I remember:
On September 16, 2019, sometime around 2:00–2:30 a.m., I was standing on the balcony of my third-floor apartment in Coconut Creek, Florida, looking at the sky.
At some point I felt like I could see something moving, but it was extremely difficult to focus on. I really had to concentrate to keep track of it. Eventually I could make out a shape that looked somewhat like a crescent moon or curved boomerang.
What was most unusual was the way it looked almost transparent or camouflaged, very much like the camouflage effect from the Predator movies.
The moonlight was quite strong that night, and I could see some clouds in the sky. I think that helped me notice the outline. If I focused carefully, I could see the shape moving across the sky, but it was almost as if it was blending into the background.
It had no visible lights at all, and I don’t remember hearing any sound.
It's movement was slow, smooth and constant. The closest comparison I can think of is the way a blimp or airship moves, although the shape looks nothing like a conventional blimp.
I probably watched it for around 10 seconds, perhaps a little longer.
I didn’t have my phone with me, and I remember making a conscious decision not to run inside to get it because I was afraid, I would lose sight of the object. It was already so difficult to keep visually locked onto it that even looking away for a moment felt like I might never find it again.
I watched it until it passed over the roof of my building and was physically blocked from view. As soon as that happened, I ran to the parking lot on the other side of the building, literally just as I was, in my underwear, hoping I could see it again. But by the time I got there, I couldn’t find it anywhere in the sky.
I then went back upstairs, grabbed my iPad and drew the shape I had just seen. That is the diagram I sent you.
The experience has stayed with me ever since.
What always made it difficult for me to compare my sighting with other UFO reports was that it didn’t fit the usual descriptions I kept finding. There were no blinking lights, no colored lights, nothing bright at all. It felt completely stealthy.
Over the years I sometimes wondered whether it could have been some kind of experimental military aircraft, surveillance platform, or even technology from another country. I honestly have no idea. I just knew it was unlike anything I had seen before.
Every so often, probably at least once a year, I would search online to see if anyone had ever reported something similar. I never really found anything convincing until recently, when I decided to search again with the help of AI.
That led me to several reports involving silent, boomerang, or crescent-shaped objects that appeared transparent or camouflaged. But the report you published really stopped me because the witness used the exact same comparison I have always used in my own mind: the camouflage effect from Predator.
That was what motivated me to track down your contact information and write to you after all these years.
So yes, please feel free to publish the report and the diagram. And if anyone contacts you with a similar sighting, or if you come across anything in your older files that reminds you of this, I would really appreciate it if you remembered me and sent it my way.
It was a very unusual experience, and even after all this time, I’m still genuinely curious about what I saw.
