Black Triangle UFO Sighting Outside Of Stockton Alabama (Graphics/Maps)

Brian, here is the information on the Black Triangle sighting which occurred on April 25, 2002 just outside of Stockton, Alabama. This area for the most part is quite rural. At the time of the sighting I was living in Rabun, Alabama and worked for a man in Stockton.

The road which runs between Rabun and Stockton, County Rd 94, also known as "Maytower Road" has an old fire tower on it and I guess that's where the naming comes from. This is a road well known to me as I traveled it every day to and from work for 10 years. Also a friend of mine lived just off this road very close to the sighting location. Here is a map showing the Mobile, Alabama area.

I have highlighted three areas on this map. Satsuma, where I now live. Rabun, where I lived during the sighting, and Stockton, where the sighting took place. The next map shows a closer view of the sighting area, including Stockton and Rabun.

I was heading home that night out of Stockton and took the right turn on Co Rd 94 as I had so many times. The time was about 10:15 p.m. After proceeding about a half mile down the road I noticed a car had just turned off HWY 59 onto Co Rd 94 behind me.

Being in no hurry I knew the car would soon be on my rear as I was only going 45 and most run 55-60 on this rural country road. As I entered the curve the car was now a 1/4 mile behind me and closing.

Just as I started to enter the apex of the curve that's when the triangle, which was blocked by the overhanging trees,  came into view. The three lights were out of place. As many times as I have been around this curve there were never any lights there. I slowed my car to a crawl, rolled the window down, and hung my head out in amazement. I knew what it was instantly. The lights were like none I have ever seen. Such a pure white they were.

As I sat there in dis-belief this craft just slid right up to me at a speed of 40 mph(best guess) and slowed. Now the car behind me is on my tail so I pulled forward about 500 feet to Jay Road. Turning in Jay Rd I stopped and the car behind me took off. I guess they wanted no part of it. They had to have seen it. You couldn't miss it!

So here we are all alone, just the triangle and me. I'm sitting in my car hanging out the driver's side window just blown away by what I am looking at. The craft came to a complete stop at the apex of the curve and just sat there. A distance of about 500 feet from my location I watched it for what seemed like a lifetime but was really only about a minute to a minute and a half.

It appeared to be somewhere between 50-70 feet in length and made no sound. It looked to be about 30 feet above the tree tops. I can't say how thick it was due to the darkness and the craft's bright lights, which appeared to be 3-4 feet across in  size. They pointed down but no light reflected off the trees. It was quite strange.

After the 60-90 seconds passed that I had watched this thing I noticed a set of headlights coming down Jay road. The road which I am sitting on. So I decided I would back out into Co Rd 94 and move toward the craft. When I got about half the distance to it , the craft started to move. gaining speed until it disappeared. I continued back into Stockton trying to locate it but never saw it again.

The road which I sat on, Jay Rd, is the very road that my friend lived on. The car coming down the road toward me that night was coming from my friend's house. I did not find this out until the following day. The car coming down Jay Rd would not have been able to see the craft until they reached Co Rd 94, which at that point it was gone. I find myself looking back on this asking what would I have done differently?

Why didn't I get out in the curve and stop the car behind me? Why did I not wait for the car on Jay road to get to me and confront them? I guess because I was in shock just seeing this craft. So many others have seen it before but now its right in front of me. Clear thought was not an option at this point.

The next day I called my friend to asked if anyone there had see it. They did not. However there was the strange phone call that he received. It would seem that 2 days after this sighting my friend came home from work. He frames houses for a living. Upon arriving home he checked his telephone caller ID and found a strange number on it. Curious about it he dialed the number.

What he got was a FAA answering machine! He hung the phone up and that was the last of it. He never received any more calls from them. Soon after this sighting I bought a camcorder.

Never again would I see such a sight and not be able to capture it. I spent many nights after this sighting putting many miles on my car looking for it, but had no luck. Since then I have also bought several cameras. One being a D-SLR. This is my true account of what happened that night just outside Stockton, Alabama.

In closing let me state the following. Some people might think it would be so cool to see such an object up close as I did. It’s been 5 years since the sighting and not hardly a day goes by that I don't think about it.

It's not something that's easy to live with. Most people don't care to hear about something that they don't understand. So you are left to carry the memory around, alone. It’s like a curse. Just be careful what you wish for.

Full Description of event/sighting: What appears to be directly or very close to the National Police/Military Special Forces training center. The light/lights are multicolored with some flashing, blue on top and bottom edges, white in the middle and flashing red in the center when tilted so that triangle shape is clearly visible.

One the edge on it there appears to be six white lights with blue/red alternating in-between. It appears about half an inch to an inch in length at a distance from about two miles at a thirty to forty degree angle. 

Easily four or five times the size of Mars which is due north from this position and the craft or whatever it is, is located due south from this position. 

Conditions are very clear and cold and all stars are easily observed. This however is quite large stationary for at least fifteen minutes or more and slowly gyrated somewhat end over end slowly due north about a foot, but still relatively over the base without much change in altitude.

Black Rectangle UFO Viewed From West Jet Flight Between Prince George And Vancouver British Columbia

Full Description of event/sighting: Hi Brian, "Flying Briefcase" is the best description I can give of what I saw high above the mountains of British Columbia.

The recent reports that have been sent in by others, about black rectangles, has brought back this episode to  mind.

I'm not sure, but think it was likely in December around 1999 or 2000. I could be quite incorrect on the date. I just know it was a while ago.

I was flying south from Prince George to Victoria as a passenger on a regular West Jet flight. We left Prince George in relatively clear sky but as we neared the Coast Mountains the cloud cover below increased. We were flying in sunshine well above the clouds, probably at an altitude  of around 30,000 feet.

My seat was near the back of the plane on the right side and I had my face pressed against the window for most of the flight. I was watching for any gaps in the clouds below, so I was looking directly down. We were traveling in a south west direction so the sun was not shining on my side of the plane.

That is when I saw the "briefcase" fly past, right below the wing. If it had been much more underneath the plane it would have been out of my line of sight. 

I saw it for only a second but the rectangular shape and black color was very definite against the backdrop of white clouds below. Instinctively I turned my head towards the back of the plane where it had disappeared, but of course saw nothing.

My thought progression went something like this. "Oh, someone lost a briefcase. A cargo door must be open"   followed by "Don't be silly, it must have been a very big bird. Lucky we didn't hit it!" and "I wish we could turn around and take another look".

I sat bemused for a while, acknowledging to myself that I don't think any birds really fly that high and even if they did, I don't know of any that are shaped like a rectangle! I knew it wasn't lost luggage. I've already been on a plane flying out of Prince George that had an open door in the cargo area. Believe me, we noticed!

I don't know if anyone else saw the shape. The pilots might have since we flew right over it, but they certainly weren't going to get on the intercom and say something like" Wow! Did any of you see that black thing we almost hit? I wonder what it was?"

Since that time I've periodically thought about finding someone who has skills in physics. I certainly don't. I would like to be able to calculate the size of the object.  I know it was actually much larger than a briefcase. 

At the speed we were going I imagine a briefcase  would have been no more than a quick black flash, if that. I feel the shape was quite close to the plane because of the speed it passed by. I've been in jets when I've looked out to see other large jets going the opposite direction not far below us. They are visible and easily identifiable for a relatively long  time. 

As far as I know we were about 30,000 feet and traveling around 400 mph. I don't know how high the clouds were but we were well above them. The object was between us and the clouds.

So my physics question is. Assuming the object was stationary and within a  thousand feet of the plane, at the speed we were going, how big would it need to be to appear to be the size of a briefcase.

Any help on that?

Witnesses Observe 8 Round Red Lights Over Franklin Idaho

Full description of event/sighting: I walked out of our house onto the west-facing porch to turn off our Christmastime lights. We live in a "dark-sky" neighborhood along Highway 91.

There was a light ground fog in the area at the time and a fairly low cloud cover that had parted for a clear view to the north. An emergency-services vehicle was not visible, but apparently parked on a street to the northwest, with it’s blue-red lights flashing, possibly in response to earlier launches of aerial fireworks. There were no fireworks activities at 10:30 p.m.

But I saw through the parted cloud cover eight very bright red lights to the north-northeast. They were flying, or drifting, with little or no noise, above the altitude of the cloud cover in pairs but in staggered lines.

I called my wife outside to also view the formation. (The lights reminded me of nighttime helicopter flights from west of Interstate 15 along the northern base of the San Gabriel/San Bernardino Mountains, in Southern California's High Desert, toward MCAS Twentynine Palms; these New Year's Eve lights' heading was oriented south toward Hill Air Force Base.)

After going back inside, I went outside again about 5 minutes later to see that the lead pair or pairs had disappeared above my overhead cloud cover and the trailing pairs were still rising or approaching closer on a steady course.

They emitted no or slight rotor/engine sounds, especially dampened by the weather conditions. I was not able to identify the aircraft or objects displaying the lights.

Jets Approach Hovering Metal Looking Tube UFO Belleville Ontario

Full Description of event/sighting: My friend and I were driving down Yeamon street in Belleville Ontario when my friend said, "look at that". I looked, but didn't see anything.

He turned the truck down off of Yeamon street going down to my place and he said to look between the buildings as there was something in the sky. I looked and I couldn't see anything. 

My friend drove up to another house and in-between the houses I see a silver, or metal looking tube just sitting there in the sky. It looked like it was a tube at first, but than I noticed it looked like the glare from the metal. It was moving and almost like the thing was spinning.

I then noticed it tilt and I seen it had a bottom. I only noticed it tilt for a second, then it went back to normal and started moving slowly away. We drove to follow it and saw it again between the next two houses.

Then the flight path it was on, or should've been on was gone because when we went drove to the next break in the houses, there was nothing there and that's not possible.

This thing had to fly like a hummingbird as it made no noise and judging from the size of the bottom and how close it was it should've made noise. I live near Trenton airbase and about 3 minuets after I saw the object. I saw 3 jets fly in the sky upwards and in a triangle around were I saw the object.

Two Ring Shaped UFO Skips Across The Bottom Of The Clouds Bay of Fundy Nova Scotia

Brian Vike’s Note: Below the witnesses reported sighting I have added more to the event as I picked up the telephone and called the witness just after the person's email came in. This is some wild sighting, but darn interesting.

Full Description of event/sighting: Myself and 2 other witnesses were sitting in the back yard, as a huge cloud bank moved over our heads. This is weather pattern that usually happens 3-5 times a week. As we watched the clouds, the first of two objects flew directly over our heads. 

It headed in a true north direction. This was followed by another object which headed more to the east of true north. These objects skimmed the underside of the cloud bank. the light omitted from the craft, was a camera flash intense white light. These objects traveled 10 times faster than any jet we have seen. There was no lightning in the area that evening.

The witness and a couple of friends were sitting outside enjoying the evening when they noticed a cloud bank come rolling in, nothing unusual about this as the witness said the cloud bank rolls in every night and a while later the cloud bank usually dissipates. The witnesses all sat watching the cloud cover when they saw a light, a ring shaped object flying sideways coming out of the bottom of the cloud. 

The witness said the ring shaped object would skip off one cloud and then another as it traveled along. 

The fellow estimates the ring shaped objects was at approximately 1000 feet above the three people. 

The man stated again that it looked exactly like a ring with light emitting off the ring itself. The witness said he was in air cadets and has flown in numerous military aircraft and this object was flying at a fast rate of speed, faster than a military jet aircraft. Also there was light trailing off of the strange object.

Brian Vike’s Note: Try to picture this event, the ring shaped object was "not" moving threw the cloud cover, it was "just" below the bottom part of the cloud cover and skipping off the bottom parts of the clouds. 

The object traveled due north, now at this point of the strange event everyone started freaking out, jumping all over the place I am sure with a range of emotions after observing this unusual event. Between 30 seconds and one and a half minutes later, or following the ring shaped object passing overhead, another object exactly the same shape and size came into view in an easterly direction.

Also the witness mentioned that they see a bright orange orb type object fly every night across the bay and on different trajectories and it will even turn in the sky and travel off in a all together different direction.

Flying Saucer Shaped UFO Seen While Vacationing Barbados

Full Description of event/sighting: I was vacationing in Barbados 1972 and while sitting by the beach I noticed a orange/red light which I thought was an aircraft, however as it got closer I decided it was an alien object.

As it got closer to me it suddenly stopped, at which time it appeared to be about 2 feet in diameter. It stayed in that position for about 2 to 3 minutes and than it suddenly dropped which I figured about 20 feet.

It stayed in this position for again about 3 minutes when it suddenly took of to the left of me and disappeared. No witness and never mentioned it, only to my wife.

Some years later while watching a program on TV I saw the very thing which I had seen.

Triangular Craft/UFO With Three Lights One In Each Corner Bangalore Karnataka India

Full Description of event/sighting: It was April end, but I can't remember the exact date. Even it has been more than 6 years I am submitting this information to you because at that time I didn't know of such internet facilities and don't know that UFO are available online. So let me start my story. I and my 2 friends were sitting outside in front of our room in Dharwad (a city in Karnataka in India). I was studying my secondary in this city and I was staying with my roommates in the room. We were sitting outside our room on the road. There was a heap of sand on the road which was put for some construction work.

I and my two friends were chatting about some matters. Suddenly our room owners son came out of his house to go to the washroom. He was doing his business on the road and we were teasing him. After that we turned our attention and were busy chatting. Suddenly that little boy pointed to the sky and said " See a big Airplane!" he shouted. All at once we all looked at the sky and saw a strange object. It was neither a plane or a helicopter. But was in triangular shape with 3 lights on each end. It was so close that I would have caught it if I was on a second story building.

It was cruising towards a hill on which our college was located. We chased it up to 4-5 minutes, but we couldn't climb the mountain so fast. And it was approximately 30-40km/hr moving faster. At last we climbed the mountain after 20 minutes suspecting that it would have landed on the mountain, but it was not there. It disappeared in the clouds.

That was mind blowing. We were sure it was a UFO (non-human made). The whole night we didn't sleep. The next morning we shared these experiences with our friends, but know one believed us. But we three were confident as to what we witnessed. The next day a Daily News paper reported a UFO sighting, and after that every one believed.

UFO Flew Over Our Heads Bala Ontario

Full Description of event/sighting: Me and two good friends of mine were enjoying a cloud-free night on my dock. As we sat with our heads tilted back looking at the perfectly clear vision of the heavens. We all found our eyes on a single twinkling star. We looked at it for some time, trying to guess if it was a far off star or a planet within our solar system.

Over a period of time we noticed that it was no longer twinkling, in fact it was flashing two distinct colors, red and blue. As time wore on we then discovered that it was moving down the sky ever so slowly. Over the next five minutes it changed direction and moved across the sky and quickly became so low that we could easily see that it was round and had red white and blue lights flashing around it.

Plane's lights flash two at a time and do so symmetrically. This was red, blue, white, white, red, blue, white, white. Each light going around in a circle, spinning. It came over our heads, so close that we could clearly see spaces between the lights. It was about the size of a poker chip, if you were to hold one up over your head and close one eye. Now for something to begin as a star in the sky and then to be so close you can clearly make it out, means something strange is happening. I must add that during the entire process, not a single sound could be heard.

At this point in the night, I ran up to my cottage to tell my father while my two courageous friends stayed to see if anything else would develop. When I returned I was informed that a second had done much of the same thing. While they were telling me about it, we saw a third. It began as a star and eventually came so close we could, again, see these lights going around in a circle as it spun over our heads. Again, not making a single sound.

At this point we felt very uncomfortable and were trying to rationalize what we had just seen, when in my direct line of sight, in the middle of the night sky, just below where we first noticed these stars appearing, I saw a bright flash of light radiate out from a central point and then collapse back in onto itself. It was the size of a dinner plate. Brilliant white light, perfectly symmetrical in its clean circular shape, expanding outwards and then collapsing in onto itself. While I saw it directly, my two friends saw it within their peripheral vision, I am glad of that.

What we saw was too low for a satellite and much, much, much too silent for any conventional aircraft. Also I could only describe the 3 formations of light as the clichéd saucer which I am not happy about, because although I know what I saw was what I saw... a cliché is still a cliché. I find myself looking at the sky every night now, and constantly researching on the internet to see if anyone else saw this.

Fluorescent Ball Of Light Crossed Our Path 30 Feet Away Western Maine

Greetings Brian, Thanks for your reply and valued opinions. I am a retired scientist and during my long camping trips in a remote area of western Maine, I like to read about natural science and try to put the pieces together.

My son and I were on a trip about 25 years ago at that location during the winter. On a cold still night, we went for a walk after supper and as we walked down the road, a ball of fluorescent light, maybe 2 feet in diameter crossed our path about 30 feet away.

We were both quite surprised and watched it move off into the forest. We immediately looked for any signs in the fresh snow but found nothing. We proceeded down the road for a while, then turned to return.

When we approached the same area, the light appeared again, crossed our path and disappeared into the forest. At that point, my young son  became scared since we were over 5 miles away from anyone else.

I have never seen anything like it again and I often walk after dark. Actually, I am leaving tomorrow morning for a week of XC skiing and snowshoeing in that area. I don't think this experience qualifies as a UFO sighting, but it was certainly unusual and unexplainable.

Maybe if we keep reading, observing and analyzing we can put the pieces together. Life sure is interesting. Sincerely.

UFO Moves Erratically Over Armstrong Manitoba

Full Description of event/sighting: My friends and I were having a bonfire outside. The sky was super clear and all the stars were very visible, and like usual I would gaze out into the stars, staring at the big dipper.

Then I noticed something weird. Just over to the west I saw a blinking light, at which I was sure was a satellite. Then it stopped and slowly went east, then as fast as I could see, it shot downwards to the S/W just over the Skylake pig barns. It must have been at least 50 feet off the ground, just over the tree-line. My friends saw me staring and they saw it too.

We all ran into the house to tell my parents but my Aunty came outside instead, at first she didn't believe it. But then now everyone was outside, the light slowly moved up and down then side to side and changing colors.

The colors I've never even seen before, but the weird thing was on both sides of the sky we saw 4 blinking lights headed towards the object. All of a sudden the light vanished, but appeared just over the field in the back yard and then shot up. The blinking lights also vanished also.

4 Or 5 Fighter Jets Circling Unknown Craft/UFO Over Arizona

Date:  Winter of 1995 - 1996.

Here's a report in the public domain for the first time: During the winter of 1995 - 1996, while on a cross country bicycle trip I observed a 'craft' that were of a type previously unknown to me.

I had set up camp near an abandoned adobe house that was located near the U.S./Mexico border in the state of Arizona. As was my custom, while on this particular trip, I camped out most nights and would seek and or create a campsite that was somewhat difficult to see from any roads or highways, because this trip was a solo bicycle ride.

After having my evening meal I was enjoying the pleasure of watching the sunset. A black Chevy blazer with black tinted windows, one occupant and U.S. government license plates drove down an adjacent unpaved road and approached a locked gate.

The driver got out, unlocked the gate and passed through and relocked it. He began what I'd refer to as a 'recon' of the general area, using some sort of optical devise (I saw this through 8x35 Nikon binoculars). He continued this behavior, driving outside of my visual range, until the Blazer returned to the gate and passed through again. 

I thought that perhaps he was searching for illegals crossing the border. Later on that night, while I was doing some star gazing I saw an amber colored light moving low in the desert sky, within a few moments it seemed to become larger or move towards my location, nether of which I was sure of at that time.

I checked my watch for the time and when I looked up again, the amber light moved slightly to the east, at which that time I felt sure the light was moving towards me.

This light began to have some definition, as it drew closer it appeared to be rectangular and although it seemed to grow brighter, it was not illuminating the desert floor (from my ground-level perspective). I began to feel alarmed as it came closer to me, as it seemed to be very, very large. 

When it got close to approximately 120 yards of my location I took out my 'AA' cell flashlight, focused the beam as tightly as I could and aimed it towards the "craft" while sending a Morse code message.

This seemed kind of silly, but this is what I did. The rectangle amber light 'turned off' right after I did this. In a few seconds, perhaps as many as 45, my night vision began to return and I was astounded to see starlight being blocked out in a large area of the sky adjacent to the place where I'd last seen the intense amber light.

It was clear to me that I was seeing something very large moving slowly at an altitude of less than 500 feet. I had heard sounds that were similar to the noise of cellophane being crushed while the amber light was on and very close to me, although this sound ceased when the light extinguished.

I watched the 'dark spot' in the sky until I could no longer see it. I felt some adrenaline still coursing through me, after the experience, and decided to stay out watching the sky, since I was sure that I couldn't sleep then.

In about 40 minutes or so I again saw the amber light in the distance to the south and east of camp. This light, however, was more distant and was of the same color, yet it was coming from the top and bottom of what was clearly an airborne craft of some sort.

The amber light was seen by me to resemble long, thin 'cones' of beams' (like a flashlight beam) issuing from the center top and bottom of the craft. I could see 4 or 5 fighter jets circling in helix-type orbits around one object. 

A moment later, another object 'turned on' it's amber lights nearby (within approximately 1 mile) the object that I was observing. It too was being circled by fighter aircraft.

I watched this going on for 15 minutes, then the objects began to appear in different area of the sky (by 'appear' I mean they would 'turn on' the amber beams) momentarily and then 'shut off' the amber lights, only to appear somewhere else in the sky.

There was one instance where one of the objects lights appeared to 'shutter' for a moment, light fully, and 'shutter again. The size of these objects (I saw 3 at the same time only once, 2 at the same time over 5 times) dwarfed the fighter aircraft around them.

At one point, I observed what I'd best describe as a 'plume', similar to a small rocket plum, issue from the center axis of the outside curve of the object, and although I really don't know what it was, it seemed to be a rocket being fired from the object. 

The trajectory of this 'plume' was perpendicular to the horizon, and after moving not much more than 100 yards, turned 90 degrees downward and it's light ceased. I am most curious to inquire if anyone else observed these things, or has seen similar objects in the same area.

 This was not the first time that I've been in close proximity to unknown aircraft, but the others I've seen were not of the same type as these described here, and I have a general feeling that the objects I describe in this post may be of military design or origin.

I have left out some details of the general shape and size of this 'craft' so that I may be able to discuss them with someone else who also saw the same events as I.

Classic Shaped Saucer Followed By F16’s Jet Fighters Arab Alabama

Date:  Approximately 2003 (?)

Time:  Approximately 2:00 p.m.

Another sighting that is of great interest to me occurred over my home town 3 years ago witnessed by my good friend.

He was downtown Arab, Alabama on main street outside talking with a couple of friends. It was a bright sunny day around 2:00 p.m. central with few clouds and great visibility.

Suddenly a brilliant classic shaped saucer object that my friend described as a brilliant polished metal gray came into view from the south at a low altitude (his guess was around 2,000 feet).

He said that it was headed north at an unbelievable rate of speed and traversed approximately 180 degrees of the sky in 2 or three seconds. His friends saw it also.

They stood there dumbfounded questioning what they had just seen when about 45-60 seconds later two F16s came screaming past at just under supersonic headed in the flight path of the object.

No news of anything unusual was seen or heard on the news or papers.

300 Foot Long Silver Oval Shaped UFO Anson Maine

Date of Sighting: March 2006

Time of Sighting: Early afternoon.

Location of Sighting: Over a small pond at the intersection of Route. 234 and the Horseback Road.

Number of witnesses: 3

Number of objects: 1

Shape of objects: Oval.

Full Description of event/sighting: I live in a rural area of Maine about 6 miles from the nearest town. My former fiancé Olivia, who was driving her mother Helen and I were headed to the town of Anson.

As we took a right turn onto the Horseback Road, Helen, who rarely curses, said loudly, "What the hell is that!" she was sitting in the rear drivers side seat. I was in the passenger seat. Olivia stopped the vehicle (1999 Chevy S10 Blazer), and I looked out the drivers window.

Sitting perfectly still in the sky was a huge, about 300 feet long, silver oval shaped something! It looked to be less than 1,000 feet away and was about 50 feet thick. The top of this thing had a reddish glow and the whole thing had markings or corrugations on it. It reminded me of the old Jiffy pop popcorn dome.

This thing made no noise and did not move while we were watching. There were no control surfaces or any kind of cabin or gondola visible and I could see the entire length of it, no ropes or wires either.

The vehicle remained running and no electrical disturbance was noticed. After about 3 minutes Oliva took her foot off the brake and the vehicle started rolling and small stand of evergreens blocked our view for about 10 seconds and when we could see the sky again the thing was gone.

This road has some very clear views of the sky along its length and we kept looking for it, but it was not seen again. It was strange enough an occurrence that you'd think we would have been all abuzz about it, but hardly a word was said for several  hours. 

The next day I drove past the little pond and noticed a round hole in the ice approximately where the thing was hovering. I also noticed a rash on the side of my body that burned and itched for several days, it also hurt, like I had been kicked.

I have talked to people in the area about this sighting and one friend said that he and his sister saw something just like it at the same location 3 years before. Others have seen different things also.

I have also had multiple sightings  at different times as well as 2 incidents with missing time, I will post these later.

Did This Huge Triangular Craft/UFO Black Out My Radio Ancaster Ontario

Full Description of event/sighting: First thing I would like to say is that I was really shaken by what I saw during the early morning of March 13, 2007. This is my birthday. 

I had just dropped off a friend and was on my way home driving on a street called Amberly. I went to stop at a stop sign on Amberly at Melanie. I looked to my left to notice a huge triangular object approximately 240 feet away from me sitting still over a house. 

The UFO was larger than the house. Several lights were noted on the object and all were appearing to be a reddish colour. My car radio went silent. It was as though the object was staring me down. It looked as though it was starting to come toward me. It suddenly moved rapidly up and down, then quickly out of sight. This was not a jet nor helicopter.

It was huge and I could make it out and identify it as being different than a jet or plane, etc.. I was petrified and raced home to notice that a person in another vehicle on the road was motioning me to stop. I believe to talk about what he had just seen as well.  He looked in disbelief.  I was too much in awe to stop and chat about it. I raced home. Once out of the car, I looked every where to see if it was still around. I was really bothered by it all. 

I called a friend and my father woke up a family member to talk about what I had seen. I turned on radio to listen to the local news station and heard nothing about what I had seen. 

At approximately 1:15 a.m. several jets wanting to land at Mount Hope Airport were heard. My house is over a flight path. One jet after the next was heard, and more than usual. It was like they were held back for a period of time until this "whatever" it was left the area. 

I have held back from reporting this until now, because I have had a bit of a time coming to grips with it all. I have done nothing but researched and read about similar happenings. I am now a believer in all of this.

Large UFO With Windows Over Home And Humming Sound Almont Michigan

Time:  Approxamtlty 8:00 p.m.

I did report this about 2 years ago to Larry Hatch, I'm not sure why I waited so long, but for some reason it really started to occupy my thoughts. We had several emails about it and he seemed very interested, he eventually referred me to someone from the Michigan Mutual UFO Network, he emailed me a few times and that was it.

To tell you the truth I just felt better telling someone that had an interest in it, but I'm not sure if the guy either believed me, or just wasn't interested. I will give you a brief summery, to me this was the most unusual event in my life and I still think about it daily.

It was the Fall of 1990, yes, 16 years ago! I was in my home in Almont, MI. That time of year it gets dark quite early, it must of been around 8:00 p.m., "the times are now just an approximation".

My son, who at the time was around 12 came running in the house saying there was a UFO right outside our house. Let me add at this point I was not one that believed in UFOs. I went outside and my son pointed south and upwards and said look!

The funny thing was at first I didn't see anything, but I did notice it was unusually dark, then I noticed a very dim light, I suddenly realized that the reason it was so dark was that there was a huge craft right over our driveway.

It was at tree level and was moving north and a very slow pace, "approximately a slow walking speed". There was a very distinct humming, exactly like a large transformers hums, there was a very dull light in the middle and as it traveled down or driveway I made out a row of windows around the craft, the windows looked very large.

I remember walking down the driveway with my son, then the next thing I remember is standing out in the field north of my house still looking at the UFO, when suddenly it went from approximately 90 or 100 feet straight up in the sky to where it was a pinpoint of light. It just looked like another star.

This happened in under a second. We continued to watch it for quite awhile when it took off in a northwesterly direction like a meteor and was gone in a second. There are allot of things I can describe if your interested, but this is the basic part.

I don't feel like I was abducted, but I honestly do not remember how I got from my driveway and then in the field. I ask my son about it and he remembers things the way I do, but what I find unusual is that 1. I didn't really focus on it that much after the initial day it happened until a few years ago. 2. My son doesn't seem as interested as I am, even though he is a very intelligent guy.

I was a flight simulator instructor in the air force and I have allot of knowledge regarding aircraft. This will always go down as the most bizarre day in my life. By the way, it seemed like I was being watched by someone in the window, but it was like you could only make out a shadow.

I am now fascinated by UFO's and I know that there out there. Please, if you have any more questions feel free to ask. Almont is about 20 SE of Brown City. I have never seen another unusual craft. This was defiantly a UFO, there is no other explanation for it, I am the type of guy that checks his facts, there is nothing on our planet that I am aware of that could do what I saw! The pilots would be dead just from the G forces.

It surprises me that there have been so many incidences in that area and I never heard about it. From my house to the field was approximately 1000 feet, " you would think that with what was going on, I would remember that sort of distance".

I am not really concerned weather anyone believes me or not, unless it is someone that is suppose to investigate this sort of thing. They really need to have an open mind and check the facts. The last few years I have gotten increasingly interested in this subject and there have only been a few incidences that I have read about where people have been as close as I was. I guess I am just intrigued. It really fascinates me!

I was so close, 90 feet. The funny thing about it was I didn't feel threatened, In a weird way I felt like it was something from our future, as bizarre as that sounds. I feel that we need to have confidence in our instincts, I felt like I was on display and really being watched.

One thing I didn't mention and to this day I am not sure why I didn't act, is that I am a professional photographer. What a dummy! the shot of a life time and I didn't even think about it. This is another thing I cant explain, I take my cameras everywhere with me.

The first ten years, I would occasionally ask my son if he remembered everything about that night and he would say yes, but not really want to talk about it. It seemed like more of a dream. WHY?

Neither my son or I am the type of person not to act on something so significant, an event of a life time. Another factor about that night was the route the craft was traveling, right down my driveway.

My power lines go right down the drive and sometime that winter I had to call Edison out, they told me that the wires were completely bare" no insulation at all", and had to replace them, including the transformer. I am not sure if it relates, but I have read stories about these craft using power lines.
