Time: 9:45 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Nanaimo B.C.
Number of witnesses: 3
Number of Objects: 2
Shape of Objects: Round.
Full Description of Event/Sighting: I went outside of my residence to have a cigarette when I spotted a large light overhead. It was about 10 times the size of any star or planet in the night sky. It was very bright white and had a slight blue halo around the light. It was traveling directly overhead towards Richmond or Delta BC on the mainland. My first thoughts were that it was a very large low flying jet or search helicopter. But, I soon realized that there was no detectable wind to blow away any sound waves and any sound of a jet engine or helicopter just did not exist.
I ran into my house and got my spouse to come outside. By the time we got back outside, the object appeared to be over the Georgia Straight somewhere between Nanaimo and Tsawwassen B.C. At that exact time my neighbor came outside to let his dogs out. We asked him if he could see what we are seeing or knew what it could possibly be. With some brief instruction to where the object was he too had no idea of what we were witness to. At that time the object began a slight movement from side to side as it traveled east south-east from Nanaimo.
We continued to watch the bright silent object until it appeared to be above the Tsawwassen ferry terminal or somewhere close to Mt. Baker Washington.
All of a sudden the object began to turn from the white/blue shade to a red shade. It also began to shrink to total invisibility within a span of 5 seconds.
The entire incident lasted approximately 3 minutes. My wife, my neighbor and myself stood totally speechless for at least 30 seconds while our brains collectively tried to rationalize what we just witnessed together. Unable to make any sense of the situation we all somehow just retreated back to our residences with the hair on the back of our necks standing up.
Shortly before 11pm that evening, after repeatedly checking the night sky every 10 minutes, I did go out for another cigarette with my spouse.
Looking east over the city of Vancouver a slight bit toward the north shore, we noticed a pulsing red light moving north. We watched this oddity for several minutes and witnessed it changing speed of travel multiple times. We watched again in awe for at least 5 minutes until it disappeared behind trees in front of our residence.
My spouse and I have no idea what we witnessed in the late evening of May 21st 2009. My neighbor refuses to speak of the event.
Thank you to the witness for their sighting report.

Oshawa Ontario Canada UFO With Black Frayed Edges
Posted: May 23, 2009
Date: May 22, 2009
Time: Approx: 7:30 p.m.
Dear Brian, My name is (name removed) and I am located near Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. I am not sure who to write about this, but in order to make sense of what I saw last night, I am looking for answers anywhere. I was standing outside my front door last night at approx: 7:30pm when I saw what looked to be a black, non-descript object in the sky. It moved east from the west and I first saw it when looking to the northwest sky.
It was an odd shape, more of a vertically-shaped object rather than horizontally shaped. It did not have any smooth edges, in fact at first I thought it to be a kite, but looking closer it not really flutter or move as it drifted in a straight line across the sky. Nor, did it dip or rise from its straight-line movement. Then I re-adjusted my eyes thinking perhaps it was a flock or birds, but again, nothing about it fluttered or broke-off of the whole. As it moved across I looked closer and the shape simply did not make sense to me, the closest thing I could describe it to be similar to is the shape of a man with a jet-pack, all black, frayed edges and blurred.
I lost the object behind a treed area at which I could no longer track it. I did not get my cell phone in time to capture it, as when I looked at it, I was sure I would make out a logical distinction of it's shape. I know this sounds strange, and I also find myself puzzled, since I do not suffer from any mental disorders, or vision impairment. I would like to think I am a pretty logical person and have never encountered anything of the sort. Would you happen to shed some light on this or have heard from anyone with a similar sighting that would possibly explain it. Confused.
Thank you to the witness for their sighting report.

Montreal, Town Of Mount Royal, Canada A Big Round Fire Ball
Posted: May 23, 2009
Date: October 5, 2008
Time: Approx: 9:00 p.m.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Big round fire ball.
Weather Conditions: Don't remember exactly but I think it was a bit cloudy
Description: I was walking my dog with my sister in law and all of a sudden a large floating ball of fire flashed about 3 times and disappeared. This happened directly in front of me, it appeared about 1 km away and a few meters higher than the trees. At the time my sister in law was looking down and as soon as I saw the flashing light I grabbed her arm and tugged it hard and yelled out her name, I was quite startled. By the time she looked up the object had disappeared. This ball of light was much larger than a star, maybe the size of a large beach ball.
TV/Radio: I am not sure if it was reported and I am not exactly sure of the date but I know it was in October and around 9pm, I assume it was October 5th because there was another sighting that day around that time.

Assiniboia Saskatchewan Canada Fast Moving Triangular Lights
Posted: May 23, 2009
Date: May 16, 2009
Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Assiniboia, SK Canada.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Triangle lights.
Full Description of Event/Sighting: I went outside for a smoke. I was looking south and seen a bright light in the sky coming over the garage. It was orange in colour. First I thought it was a flare/fireworks, but it kept coming closer at a high speed. As it got closer I could see it was more then one light. It got a little brighter. As it passed over head I could make out a front bright yellow light, orange mid lights and to either side little green lights. I thought, well this has got to be a plane, but none of the lights were blinking. No noise at all, no sound when it passed over head.
The brightness was about 10-20 times brighter then Jupiter would be. The object came from the south and kept going north in a straight line. I watched it till I couldn't see it anymore and that was about less then a minute. The object also seemed to be under the light partial clouds. I checked online and with a program called Satscape, there was nothing like the ISS or Hubble/Shuttle going over in this direction. Plus I seen the Shuttle/ISS before. This was 8-15 times brighter and 5-6 times as fast. Also there was no tail from this either so shouldn't be a comet/meteor. The lights on the object didn't twinkle like a star
Less than a minute to travel that distance and with no noise it couldn't be a conventional plane/aircraft.
I made a picture of what I saw. I could send that for your records. I would really like to know if someone else seen this and find out what it was?
Thank you to the witness for their sighting report.

Shape of Objects: A Light.
Full Description of Event/Sighting: Hi Brian, Last night after 10:00pm I noticed a "light", silent, very bright, drift in from the west heading east above 25th Ave no higher than 500 feet. The "light" would be maybe the size of a large car. It remained bright and silent as it slowly drifted over town and then dimmed out completely. Thanks and take care.

Windsor, Ontario Canada V Or Boomerang Shaped UFO
Posted: May 23, 2009
Date: May 21, 2009
Time: 11:09 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Windsor, Ontario.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: V, or tiny boomerang.
Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was standing in my backyard on a clear night stargazing, watching passing airplanes and looking for satellites. I caught sight of a small fast moving object. It appeared as a flying wing, maybe a small V-shaped boomerang orange and yellow like. It was glowing, but this may have been the craft's "headlights". There were no beacons or flashing lights. I didn't hear any engine noise over quiet background sounds of the suburbs.
It appeared to fly at the same elevation as the highest flying jets. But much, much, faster. It crossed the sky as I faced south, going from east to west. If 180* is the horizon, and 90* is pointing straight up, I saw it cross from 45* to 135* in five seconds. Very fast. No afterburner, I've seen fighter jets do that. No contrail or smoke.
Thank you to the witness for their sighting report.
