Large Bright Red Lights Over Hamilton Mountain Ontario

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My boyfriend was driving me to work, heading down upper Paradise towards Rymal Road. There was a bright white light travelling east.

While we were stopped at the light waiting to turn, the object stopped and big bright red lights started flashing in a circular motion, while the red lights were flashing the white light was gone.

Then the object started moving again, the red lights were gone and the white light was back.

The object was travelling low and I had limited view because of the trees and houses. Then I lost sight of it at around Rymal and Wentworth. It was pretty exciting.

Two Large Extremely Bright White Lights Over Vancouver British Columbia

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Me and my mom were driving home from the north end of town and we were driving down the upper highway, turning off of jingle pot to go downtown. Just as we turned we saw two incredibly bright lights.

From where we were looking they were where the ski hills would be in Vancouver (sometimes on a clear day you can see the faint lights, usually two or three), but right over the harbour from what I could tell. They were huge.

They were very high in the air and very close to being over the city. They were about as large as the light from a street light as you drive underneath it, but that far away it was eerily large.

They were the whitest white balls of light I have ever seen.

The two lights were about 6 inches apart from where we were driving. One suddenly just faded and disappeared very quickly. The other stayed in the sky then started to drop completely vertically.

It was fairly slow, took about 30 seconds to drop to almost the horizon (we were now driving south down third street right by NDSS) We finally were almost to Harewood on Howard Ave by the time it faded and disappeared like the other.

I know I'm not the only person to have saw this. They were so bright they caught your eye instantly. I'd really like to hear of any one else who saw.

Three Bright Orange Lights Seen Flying Toward Prince Edward Island

Time:  Evening.

3 orange bright lights at about 500 meters distance in the sky below overcast. They were travelling from south to north on one alignment at about 250 meters apart.

We stopped and I looked with binoculars, but could not distinguish any solid shape.

The three lights disappeared one after the other in overcast in direction of PEI.

Three Different Colored Lights In The Sky Flying Over Pickering Ontario

Date:  August 3, 2012
Time:  Approx: 9:30 p.m.

August 3rd, 2012, about 9:30 p.m. 3 lights, each different colours, but moving exactly as you describe, like hang gliders with flares over Pickering, probably north of Taunton Rd. maybe a km or so.

Three loosely flying together, but two of the lights moved toward each other, then after bringing my wife out, she witnessed them and acknowledged they seemed very weird.

Air traffic travels much higher, and the planes and jets that travelled through within the half hour of the sighting all moved with flashing lights, in a steady predictable path.

The 3 lights we saw floated, silently and after racing inside to grab my photo, I jumped into my car and was in a clearing in less than 1 minute, but no sign of them.

Very strange, after calling the police to see if others had reported anything, I contacted the model airplane strip in the area, and they dismissed it, said they didn't really fly at night.

I will be watching, albeit a little nervously at my age there shouldn't be any surprises left to try to explain. Thanks for sharing your sighting.

Two Bright Solid Orange Lights Flew Over Galt Cambridge Ontario

Time:  Between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Brian Vike, my name is (name removed) and I live in Galt, Cambridge Ontario. I was reading what you had posted on Thursday October 11 2012 about seeing orange lights in the sky.

On Sunday November 25, 2012 between 5:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., my brother and I were standing outside when two bright solid orange lights flew directly over my house.

The first light was flying fairly low and at a moderate speed, as the second one seemed to be higher in altitude trailing behind the first light and moving at a slower speed.

The second one almost seemed like it stopped for a few seconds then continued to move. They started to fly further apart from each other and then all of a sudden both lights flew upwards into the clouds disappearing at pretty much the same time.

Both were completely silent, It was pretty quiet outside and both my brother and I could hear no engine noise from either lights.

This sighting lasted maybe 3 to 4 minutes.

This is not the first time seeing an orange light in the sky. Earlier this year in the spring I saw a similar solid orange light flying over downtown Galt, it flew in a straight line for maybe 2 minutes then I lost sight of it.

That sighting was nothing compared to what my brother and I saw last night though, If I only had a video camera on me. It was honestly one of the most amazing things I've ever seen.

Orange Oval Shaped Light In The Sky Over Stoney Creek Ontario

On November 21/2012 around 8:30 p.m. I saw a orange oval shaped light in the sky coming towards my location in Stoney Creek ON.

Got my binoculars and saw what appeared to be a glowing oval shaped orange light with a hue of red, green and yellow light coming from the bottom of it. The object was moving slowly then made a sharp turn and faded away.

All this happened within a 2 minute period. This is the second encounter of a strange light in the sky for me this year.

UFOs Filmed In The Sky Over Cordova Bay Victoria British Columbia (Pictures)

Hello, I feel kind of weird posting here again, as I am the guy who took the film of the black sphere in Victoria while at work.

I am not searching for anything or meaning to post anytime I see a bird in the sky, but yesterday I took a picture of the Ocean while working near the Cordova Bay golf course.  

When I got home and started to tamper with the Gamma, Brightness, and Contrast on the photo (As I usually do), I noticed something strange. 

What looks to be three well light Orbs were hidden from the cloud coverage in the original, and what looks like a black looking saucer. 

I'm not sure but if anyone knows what it could be then please let me know.

I will submit all three pictures. 

The first is the original, and the other two are the ones slightly edited so as to see what was there in the sky at that time.

Orange Lights In The Sky Over Newmarket Ontario (40 Lanterns Released In Memory Of Ladies Son)

On November 7, 2012 between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. a lot of folks filed sighting reports over unknown orange/red lights that were seen in the evening sky over Newmarket, Ontario.

This morning (Tuesday, November 13, 2012) I received an email from a nice lady informing me what folks saw that night, which were Chinese/Wish lanterns.

40 lanterns were released in memory of her son at Fairy Lake on November 7, 2012, she noted that it was magical.

Shinny Metallic Ball In The Sky Near Chatham Ontario

Time:  Approx: 4:00 p.m.

I have one. Just wanted to write in, today (Sunday, November 11th) at around 4:00 p.m. near Chatham, Ontario.

I happened to look up at the clouds while I was driving, first I noticed there were two rainbows on either side of the sun and thought it was kind of strange since it hasn't be raining lately.

Anyways, I looked over and saw a white orb. It looked like a shiny metal ball, and as I continued to drive, I watched it to see if it would move, but it did not, once the clouds were in the way of the object it disappeared.

When I got closer to town and the clouds were clear, I couldn't see it. It was gone. I had a passenger with me at the time, and she was watching it the entire time because we thought it wasn't a normal thing to see. it wasn't a plane, a helicopter or a balloon.

Two Bright Orange Lights Flew Over Markham Ontario

Hi, I just came across your posting as I was researching what I saw tonight.

My husband and I where taking the dog for a walk at 8:30 p.m., and we noticed 2 bright lights in the sky, heading north and going pretty fast.

It seemed so unusual because it definitely wasn't a plane or helicopter because it seemed too low and way to bright. There was no noise coming from it too.

The 2 lights were perfectly aligned with each other and traveling at the same speed.

When I got home I Googled orange bright lights in sky, and the images that came up are exactly what we saw. Just wanted to let you know. Thank you

Light Brightens And Dims Seen From Scarborough Ontario

Hi, I was Googling around after I spotted what appears to be a UFO that almost exactly matches what a witness described at night, and found your blog post about it.

Your description is pretty much what I observed except for the fact that I only saw one, but other than that, it did the same thing.

It was very bright and didn't move at all, even brighter than the city lights and then got dim after around 1-2 minutes of observation and it stayed dim for around 20-30 seconds then got bright again, then dimmed, then brightened again and now the thing starts moving, slowly in what I believe was a southeasterly direction.

Then got intensely bright, by intense I mean as bright as staring into a car headlight, except it was a much smaller relative area. I live in Scarborough, Ontario which is just in the eastern end of Toronto proper and the thing I spotted I think was over southwestern Toronto.

White Light Circling Around In The Sky Over Barrhaven Ontario (Searchlight)

Hi, I saw the same phenomenon on Sunday Eve. around 11:15 p.m. Again, what looked like a white orb was circling behind the clouds in the north eastern part of the sky. My son who was biking home said that part of the sky to the west had lit up and then he noticed the circling orb and woke me up to show me. 

At first I thought it had to do with the control tower at the airport, but I've never seen it before and there was nothing in the same part of the sky last night. I'm sure many people have witnessed this sight but have not found any information through Google searches etc. 

Are there people out there who monitor they sky in cities where this might have been recorded etc.? Anyway, very strange occurrence. It would be interesting if anyone has a theory on this. Thanks.

13 Orange Lights Spotted Over Newmarket Ontario

Hi there, I stumbled upon your blog while searching up what these orange lights I saw in the sky this past Wednesday night.

I came outside my apartment, just off Main Street in Newmarket, and there were about 13 orange lights in the sky that were moving north (or north ish...) all with the same flow of movement.

My dad saw the same type of light and movement on Canada Day this past summer, in Newmarket.

I'm more or less just sharing my story, I realize there is no proof or anything. Hope it intrigues you as much as myself.

Balloon Or UFO Filmed Over Victoria Vancouver Island British Columbia ? (Video Footage)

I was barely working on top of a building roof, hardly getting ready to perform window cleaning duties when I a notice peculiar, foreign object, hovering in one place at about 500 feet in the skies of Victoria, British Columbia. 

I can't confirm what this thing is, so I am hoping maybe some other witnesses will come forward to report what they saw that day.

Red Lights In The Sky Over Newmarket Ontario

Hello, I am e-mailing you in regards to something strange that I saw. On November 7th, 2012 at approximately 7:00 p.m., in Newmarket Ontario Canada, I was driving home when my boyfriend called me and told me about the glowing red lights in the sky.

He saw about 10-15 of them floating in a group in the sky (close together). When I pulled over to take a look, there were about 6 of them in the sky and they were bright red light, like a stop light.

They were flying around, they were just floating in the northeast sky.

It was nothing that I've seen before and I am looking for some sort of answers.

Object Burned Sodium Orange Seen Over University Of Victoria British Columbia

Hi, I was just up at UVic at 10:00 p.m. I watched the same kind of object fly over campus. It burned like a sodium orange almost, and there was no noise, but really bright slow moving and linear motion, not like an orbiting object.

I have a video of it to. I only started filming because I was surprised it made no noise.

6 To 8 Lights Seen In The Sky Over Guelph Ontario

Hi I just saw your blog and although I'm not in the same area as you, I did just see the same lights in the sky around 10:00 p.m. EST in the south sky in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. 

I was walking home from the gym and saw initially 6 to 8 lights moving in a triangular formation and then some blinked out until there were 4. Then a few minutes later 3 then they disappeared. 

I live on the southern edge of the city and it's just country to the south (no city lights).
