Hi there Brian, I just Googled, "green flash of light in Guelph" and your site popped up.

My friend and I were on my porch having a smoke when we saw a massive flash of light this morning between 12:00 a.m. and 1:00 a.m. or so. I'm not sure if it was an exploding transformer, but it lit up the neighborhood for a few seconds with bright turquoise, greenish, bluish light like I've never seen before. 

It was completely silent. My friend and I were anticipating a loud explosion or something, but there was no accompanying noise. I'm guessing it was an exploding transformer, but ultimately I have no idea so I thought I'd pass the eyewitness account on to you. Thanks.

A Large Orange Object Hovering Close To The Clouds Guelph Ontario

Time:  Evening.

Hi, last Saturday my friend was having a horseshoe tournament in his backyard in Guelph when we spotted a large orange pulsating object hovering very close to the clouds.

It moved to the left very slowly and then to the right and headed out to space while speeding up. It was a big surprise.

6 To 8 Lights Seen In The Sky Over Guelph Ontario

Hi I just saw your blog and although I'm not in the same area as you, I did just see the same lights in the sky around 10:00 p.m. EST in the south sky in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. 

I was walking home from the gym and saw initially 6 to 8 lights moving in a triangular formation and then some blinked out until there were 4. Then a few minutes later 3 then they disappeared. 

I live on the southern edge of the city and it's just country to the south (no city lights).

Huge Bright Orange Colored Light Flew Over Guelph Ontario

Hi there, I came across your address after looking online to see if there were any reports of an unusual orange light in the sky over Guelph, On. last night. My daughter and I were sat outside around 10:00 p.m. last night, when she said "what is that".

I turned around to see a huge orange ball flying extremely fast straight across the sky. It didn't appear to be very high in the sky, there was no sound and we both said "that is no plane". We watched it for about 20 seconds, then it disappeared.

We are used to seeing a lot of planes in the sky, but there were no flashing lights, no sound and the speed was incredible. We could not come up with any explanation for what we saw and as I said I was looking to see if anyone else noticed it, when I came across your email address and decided to share it with you. V Shape Of Five Orange Colored Lights Spotted In The Sky Over Guelph Ontario

Full Description of Event/Sighting: It was a V-shape with five orange real dim looking lights in the shape of a V. There was no noise and it was fast.

 

As soon as I seen it, I looked up and it was over me. I tried too run in backyard because there was a tree blocking my view, but when I got there it was gone. Wow, I'm really excited about what I've seen.

Unknown Bright Light Spotted Over Guelph Ontario

Time:  Approx: 10:30 p.m.

 

I was driving home to Acton (15 minutes south east of Guelph) that night around 10:30 p.m. and saw something strange to the west (towards Guelph) above the tree line.

 

The light didn't appear to be a plane to me. It disappeared about a minute later. It was foggy that night too, so I don't know. just didn't look like a plane travelling.

Blinking Stationary Object Seen Over Guelph Ontario

Time:  11:00 p.m.

 

March 22, 2012 – 11:00 p.m. and continuing currently 11:20 (work in morning or would watch all night) – Guelph, Ontario – One stationary blinking white/blue light lower eastern sky above tree line.

 

Blink of 1-2 seconds. Too big and bright to be a plane. Blinking too much, too big, and too bright to be a star.

 

Too bright to be man made. Video only collects lights and unable to distinguish from other lights, need more ambient light for camera.

Bright Orange Red Objects Over Guelph Ontario

 

Date:  December 25, 2011

Time:  1:00 a.m.

 

I pretty much saw the same thing around the same time. I was in a park, at the time, and saw 4 objects going by in twin formation. To me they were more a bright orange-red in color. I did not see twinkling or flickering.  

 

The light was pretty steady and all four appeared to fade out at the same point in the sky.

 

Their speed appeared to be steady and quick.  At first I though them to be balloons that were sent up by someone local but then realized I did not see any flickering, plus the speed they had was steady, as was the light being given off.  

 

Also, there was not a sound as they passed by and at the speed they were travelling there should have been some sort of noise.

 

The sky was somewhat overcast and they were below the cover.  About a half hour later the sky appeared brighter to me and a somewhat  orange colour the want back to being darker then no overcast for about an hour around 1:00 a.m.  Anyway - it was a nice Christmas Gift.

Large Bright Yellow Orange Lights Over Guelph Ontario

Full Description of Event/Sighting: After opening presents on Christmas Eve, our family went out to walk the dog in our neighborhood. My wife suddenly noticed at least three very bright lights in the sky.

 

The entire family stared at them as moved slowly in formation with one or two in front, and two traveling together behind, toward the east, north of Guelph. The lights were large and bright, yellow/orange in colour and seemed to flicker like candles, they were unlike anything we had ever seen before.

 

The strangest part was that they were all traveling together, had no typical flashing red/green aircraft lights, and made no sound even though they seemed to be close by. I'm just wondering if these lights were seen by anyone else that night.

Green Light Hovering Over Guelph Ontario

Hi, I saw your reference to a green light hovering above Guelph this year in April. I was driving home and people were calling the radio station 102.1, The Edge reporting something similar hovering above the 401 sometime before 9:30 p.m..

 

Then it was seen around 9:45 p.m. near Burlington on the horizon in the direction of Burlington or Milton. I wasn't sure where the caller lived on air said. Anyway I raced to have a look, but I guess I missed it.

 

Either way, it’s a lead for you. If you find anything out please let me know!

Bright Green Ball Of Light Seen East Of Guelph Ontario On Highway 401

Time: Approx: 1:30 a.m.

Number of witnesses: 2 in vehicle, numerous motorists on highway as well seen it.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My boyfriend and I were driving eastbound on highway 401 just outside of Guelph, Ontario around 1:30 am. A bright green ball of light appeared about 1 foot in diameter in the distance and then disappeared. The only way I could describe the speed of this object was "faster than light".

I could not believe my eyes, the way it appeared and disappeared, the speed and the colour. Even the way it moved through the sky was indescribable. I could not tell if it was falling or soaring. It was visible for approximately 15 seconds, the way this object first shown itself was the exact colour, size and vibrancy when it disappeared. We looked at the cars beside us and they had the same jaw dropped expression.

It was cloudy from the thunder storm that we were having.

West Of Guelph, Ontario Orange Colored Sphere With Glowing Edges

Weather Conditions: Clear night.

Description: As I went to my back porch for a smoke. I looked up at a very bright light, brighter than the north star ever looked. It looked slightly orange. I then went and grabbed my video camera, turned it on and zoomed to 800 times magnification. What I saw next left me in complete awe. Please note that I have a very stable life, married 18 yrs 3 wonderful children and a great life with no attempt to be seen as off my rocker. OK, the object revealed great detail at 800 times zoom with night vision. This was unmistakable as a manufactured sphere. The entire object glowed around the outside edge, as if it were of a plasma based energy. The entire surface looked alive with glowing light. The surface was covered with large symmetrical round indentations which looked as if they themselves were little suns on the surface of a larger one. Also very distinctive dots where you can only assume this pattern to come from engineering specs for fabrication. As this all took place in about 30 to 45 seconds I realized I needed to hit the record.

TV/Radio: I phoned the Guelph Tribune but someone put me off to phone back later. They missed a story as far as I'm concerned. From a very truthful person. I also reported this on other UFO sites.

Conestogo Lake-North Of Guelph, Ontario Bright Light Sighting

Time: Around 10:00 - 11:00 p.m.

We were camping at Conestogo Lake Conservation area. Like any other camping night, myself and fiancé were sitting at the fire, looking at the stars and talking.

Sometime around 10:00-11:00 p.m., we saw the same bright light again. This time the light was moving north to south. Venus again was located in the southern sky and could be seen at the same time as the object. It behaved in the exact same manner as our first sighting. It may have been moving a little faster this time as it seemed to fade into the southern distance in about 45 seconds or so.

I did have a camera this time, as we were camping, so I grabbed it and tried to video tape it. I have a Digital Camera 10X Optical Zoom that records Video. I put it on video as I figured a still picture would look like I was taking a picture of stars, which this is not.

Anyways, I did shoot about 15 seconds of video, but it only appears black and you can only hear my frustrating comments on the uselessness of the camera. I'm going to start carrying my Video Camera with Night shot. So I can get a video of this thing.

As before, the object moved silently and faded into the distance after about 45 seconds.

West Of Guelph, Ontario A Sphere With Symetrical Pattern

Shape of objects: Sphere.

Full Description of event/sighting: I had it zoomed into 800 times magnification.Wow. Absolutely incredible. It was a manufactured sphere with symetrical pattern of what looked like craters but were not. The entire sphere looked alive with a glowing energy. This all happened in 30 to 45 seconds. Realizing that I had not hit record yet, dam I looked away to find the button on my new camera, but the sphere was gone. This was my first sighting and the most incredible thing I have ever seen. How I wish I had the film for the world to see, because I would have posted it right away and changed the doubters minds forever. Still very upset about that. Now I will always remember where the record button is. My wife thinks I'm nuts, but whats new.
