Hi Brian, hope you are well there. I thought to share a story I was told today by a female co-worker here in Scarborough. Last early evening yesterday, November 7th 2011 after 5:00pm, two female coworkers were walking down our street from work in a westward direction.

One woman noticed a pink orb sitting stationary over western Scarborough. The another woman claimed the color was yellow ? One woman even took pictures of it with her cell phone. They witnessed it for some minutes while walking.

I hope to get the pictures to see if had she filmed it. I found it interesting to report with you only. Due to find another recent Scarborough report on your site that same evening November 7th 2011 at 8:45pm. Something’s up here in Scarborough that early evening. I do wonder if there are any more witnesses ! Keep up the excellent work in providing reports local and afar.

Orange Balls Of Light In The Sky Over Scarborough Bluffs Ontario

Time:  7:30 p.m.

Tonight since 7:30, now. Actually stopped a few minutes ago, but it's been coming and going all night. East of the Scarborough bluffs over the water. Due east. Sometimes one. Sometimes two. Some times three.

They just sit there, than disappear, than reappears. Planes have been flying by. I would be surprised if no one else saw them.

Large Ball That Appeared To Be Fire Seen Over Scarborough Ontario

Time:  Approxamtlty 8:45 p.m.

Hello Brian, my name is (name removed). I was outside on my parents balcony having a cigarette and noticed a large ball of what looked like the same colors as fire, flying about 2 or 3000 feet above and past our building.

We have a good radius of view here and I was able to have the time to call my dad outside so as that he could have the chance to see it to. 

I just wish I had time to grab my camera, but I didn't want to give up my chance to look at it while as it passed by. Definitely lost for words, reality is way more crazier then I was ever led to believe.

Capsule Or Light Bulb Shaped UFO With Lights Over Northeastern Scarborough Ontario (Diagram)

Date:  August 1977

Time:  Approximately 8:45 p.m.

Hi ya Brian, here is a composite drawing of the craft in better detail. In my observations the craft appeared capsuled shaped, or like a light bulb.

The sighting occurred on a August, on a Thursday-- 1977. The time was approximately 8:45 p.m. as darkness of dusk came in.

The location was northeastern Scarborough (Ellesmere and Morningside), bordering Westhill, Ontario. One hour later, after the first close encounter, myself and a witness observed one or two more " different type", of UFO's over Pickering, Ontario. Best described, as a very intense, on and off, red and white light changing light tone intensity.

About two minutes later the light vanishes in a blink of the eye then simultaneously reappears 5 miles south, over Lake Ontario. Visible for another 2-3 minutes then lights blinked off  like a switch.

Sightings ended near 9:45 p.m. My mind kept flashing of what it was as I had just witnessed so close 50 feet away and 200 feet above. 

Anyway for a better description the picture illustrates as to what I had witnessed.

This close encounter needs to be shared with others who have experienced this type and for those who have not. We need also to address the craft's occupants. What is the purpose for their visit and who do they represent?

Saucer Shaped UFO With Colored Panels Hovered Over Top Of Witnesses At Scarborough Ontario (Brian Vike Interviews Joan - Audio Interview/Written Report)

Date:  August 1977
Time: 11:30 p.m.

I did have a sighting back in August I think it was August as it was very, very hot and the year I think was 1977 at 11:30 p.m. in Scarborough, Ontario around York Mills Road and Roywood Drive.

My sister and I went out for a walk at 11:30 p.m. and about 5 minutes later as we were in the small park that was when we saw the UFO, it was right on top of us.

Yes right on top of us was a saucer shaped UFO with great colours like orange, green, red etc.. The bottom of the craft had many panels, and on each panel had a colour.

We stood there in awe as a military helicopter went right by it, as if they didn't even see it, or was trying to take a better look, and yes it was huge, but magnificent.

Then all of a sudden, it went straight up in the air with just a strange kind of a wind noise, and as it went up high it seemed to just miss an airplane, then a zig zag while moving upward at a very, very fast speed then darted left and was gone, almost like a catch me if you can playful behavior.

It moved pretty darn fast if you ask me. I am not sure how long all of this took or how it snuck up on us, but time seemed to be moving very, very slowly.

I ran back home to call the police and they asked me questions, like how much alcohol or drugs did I take. Of course none, then within 20 minutes after my call the air force was all over that sky literally, and they are saying it was an air balloon no way it was a UFO sighting.

I have also had other sightings all in Toronto, Ontario again with the same craft at 5 years later, again sneaking up on me and many others from a farther distance and more than one craft at a time.

Unknown Bright Near Stationary White Light Suddenly Appears Over Scarborough Ontario (Pictures)

Date:  September 16, 2014
Time:  10: 25 a.m.

On Tuesday , September 16, 2014 while on morning late break in Scarborough, Ontario. I went up the stairs of our building to the second story which clearly looks to the south towards Lake Ontario.

After a couple of minutes, I noticed a bright near stationary white light suddenly appear. Immediately I pulled out my camera and was able to photograph it.

This bright white light was only present for only about thirty seconds and then just disappeared.

I continued to watch to confirm if this was a conventional aircraft.

I thought maybe it was a conventional aircraft glinting off the sun’s rays, though continued to look and no signs of a conventional aircraft or anything.

Later in examining the two photographs taken at 10:25 a.m., you can see a dark aircraft near the source of this unknown bright white light.

It does appear to be non conventional by my eye and also confirms on film as always kind of shocking in the timing to see these and once again photograph

Slow Near Stationary White Colored Objects Above Scarborough Ontario (Pictures)

Date:  August 28,2014
Time:  3:15 p.m.

On Thursday , August 28,2014, while on break in Scarborough I was on afternoon break outside in our parking lot facing east.

After about nearly ten minutes in sky watching, once again witnessed high in the sky just southeast some hundreds of yards and a few thousand feet in elevation I could see a white slow, near stationary object.

Without hesitation, I pulled out my camera and started to photograph at 3:15 p.m.

As I filmed the one UFO , I could now see another one lower. The second one looked lower in altitude and appeared longer in shape.

I continue to photograph and witness for over 8 minutes, until I lost sight of them.

I have witnessed these types of UFO’s in the same area of the sky and near the same time of previous sightings here! Now really what are the odds once again in the timing  and in same area of the sky as well the time ?

Reminds me of 2003 multiple sightings in the day. Here are the original pictures along with enhancements to examine.

Two Blue Grey Disks/UFOs Spotted Above The Scarborough Bluffs Ontario

On Sunday August 31, 2014 my girlfriend and I spotted two discs sitting about 1,000 feet or more above the Scarborough Bluffs area. They seemed to not move or waver.

They could be like a blue greyish colour. Ran for my binoculars then they disappeared.

White Colored Object Seen Flying High Over Scarborough Ontario (Pictures)

Date:  July 4, 2014
Time:  Approx: 3:07 p.m.

Hi Brian, on July 4, 2014 while at work in Scarborough, Ontario I took break and went outside to our parking lot, and east of the building. Now having my new camera in hand hoping to see something above, so after  a couple minutes went by, got a bite.

It was very high in the sky, above cloud level and I could see a white object moving very slow. This again was looking east almost where I had sighted the last one here. That would be on June 16, 2014 almost also near the same time ! What are the odds really ?

While watching after some seconds, I tried to photograph on a zoom and had difficulty trying to capture it seeing it was so high up there and being so small. The camera would not focus in on the intended target, so I began to photograph at 3:07 p.m. with only a slight zoom to capture image above.

After snapping many pictures, I alerted a co worker whom was also outside. I pointed out to him and he could also see it ! This would be eleventh co worker I’ve pointed these out to in the day through the years at work.

As we both watched and I continued to photograph it. The object went into cloud cover losing sight of it . The sighting lasted under two minutes before going above the clouds.

The pictures are poor due to distance in a high elevation. Though managed to capture some photographic detail of it ! The last pictures illustrate three colors of blue, white and pink/red.

A Small Blue/White Colored Ball Approximately 100 To 200 Feet Above Witness At Oshawa Ontario

Time:  Approx: 11:15 p.m.

I wanted to check with you about a strange thing that happened on February 2, 2013 at after about 11:15 p.m. while in the park with my dog.

I noticed to the far east a bright multicolored light. So I pulled out my camera and started to zoom if I could capture it.

After about 30 seconds I noticed almost above me and heading north to south quite low, no more than 200 feet, maybe even 100 feet.

This small blue whitish ball of light crossed above extremely fast – 3-4 seconds. It crossed perfectly horizontal and the timing freaked me out. To best describe what I witnessed would be similar to a meteor.

Do meteors fly parallel to the ground horizontally ?

The camera was in my hand and I could have captured it, but I was just froze in a state of shock as it passed and faded as it went north of my position.

After about a minute while standing in the park near a forest wondering what I witnessed, I heard a tin sound near the ground and the dog also responded to the direction close by, just some yards away from our position, north.

As soon as we heard this, I called the dog and left that area of the park. I was kind of frightened due what I witnessed in the timing, weird  eh.

Light Brightens And Dims Seen From Scarborough Ontario

Time:  Approx: 8:20 p.m.

Hi, I was Googling around after I spotted what appears to be a UFO that almost exactly matches what a witness described at night, and found your blog post about it.

Your description is pretty much what I observed except for the fact that I only saw one, but other than that, it did the same thing.

It was very bright and didn't move at all, even brighter than the city lights and then got dim after around 1-2 minutes of observation and it stayed dim for around 20-30 seconds then got bright again, then dimmed, then brightened again and now the thing starts moving, slowly in what I believe was a southeasterly direction.

Then got intensely bright, by intense I mean as bright as staring into a car headlight, except it was a much smaller relative area. I live in Scarborough, Ontario which is just in the eastern end of Toronto proper and the thing I spotted I think was over southwestern Toronto.

Approximately 10 Orange Lights Seen Flying Over Scarborough Ontario

Time:  Approx: Midnight.

Last night around 12 o'clock at night myself and a few friends saw approximately 10 orange colored lights going up slowly in to the sky, which we thought they were fireworks.

Then once they reached a certain altitude, they started to move towards our direction except for 3 of them those kept on going up and eventually vanished.

The rest of the lights would move around side to side as they flew over our building! really weird!

My friend caught it on his I-Phone, I'm trying to get a hold of video so I can post on YouTube.

Bright Light And Possible Missing Time In Scarborough Ontario Canada

Full Description of Event/Sighting: My now ex-wife and I were sitting watching a television show. It was nearing the end of the show and all of the sudden through the window behind the TV we saw an intense, bright white light over our neighbours house.

It was so bright it was almost blinding. It only lasted a few seconds, but when it was over the show we were watching was suddenly over. We had missed what I'm guessing was about a minute of real time.

While it's possible that the network just messed up their broadcast, it's indeed very strange and coincidental that it was at the same time as the intense bright light.

We investigated afterwards, and couldn't find the source.

5 To 6 Bright Orange Colored Lights Seen Flying Over Scarborough Ontario

Date:  July 28, 2012
Time:  Approx: 11:15 p.m.

Hi, last night around 11:15 p.m. I went to close the kitchen window and noticed first one, then upon second glance multiple (maybe 5-6) bright orange lights following each other, moving in a southwestern direction at approximately 1,000 feet, and roughly the speed of a slow moving aircraft (maybe 100 knots) and  maybe 300 meters apart.  

I got really excited and ran up to tell my wife who then brought the camera, however the pictures we took didn't really come out. I then decided to run down up the small hill near our house which separates us from Lake Ontario and the railway tracks (Go and Via Rail).

When I got to the top, I saw all of them rapidly gain altitude in the direction of the moon and all, but one disappeared. The one that didn't disappear looked like a bright white star similar to the other "stars" in the night sky.

I'm not saying we saw "UFOs" , but according to my limited knowledge on what the Canadian military/other has, they weren't planes or helicopters because they didn't produce any sound and didn't have any flashing lights or any other similarities to "known" aircraft. 

I'm going to try looking up in the night sky again tonight in the hopes of seeing them again and moreover taking some good pictures/video.
 
P.S We live in Scarborough (Port Union/Lawrence) and can see the lake from our house.

7 Or 8 Orange Balls Of Light In The Sky Over Scarborough Bluffs Ontario

Time:  Evening.

 

Brian, we saw this phenomenon just last night (June 11, 2012) in the same area you describe. Dozens of neighbors came out to watch as up to seven or eight of these orange glowing objects at a time lazily moved in formation. 

 

As some of these glowing orange objects faded, more would appear. This went on for almost half an hour. My iPhone wasn't able to properly capture any images. These glowing objects were drifting in the same direction as the breeze, and I think they may have been flares of some sort- like the type of flare used to illuminate enemy positions by the military, for instance.

Bright Orange Glowing Lights in The Sky Seen Over Scarborough Ontario

 

Date:  March 29, 2012

Time:  Evening.

 

I wrote once before. November 3rd actually there were orange balls in the sky. Tonight, March 29th they came back. Exactly the same spot as November. Orange glowing balls in the sky.

 

There were two, though the second one came out very seldom. The main one came on and off, changing intensity of brightness. Went on for a few hours. Though were off more than they were on.  There was so air traffic in the sky when they were out.

 

You could see planes flying over to take a look. It's amazing how these lights just stay in one place all night. Even more amazing that they were in exactly the same place 6 months ago.

 

Additional Information:

 

I'm in Scarborough. On the bluffs looking east over the lake. Down the whole length of the lake. I'm 60 meters above the water. The lights were just above the horizon.

 

To my eye it was an inch above the horizon, so I'm not sure just how high it actually was. Like November 3rd.

 

The lights just sat there. In almost exactly the same place they were last time. If not exactly. The Pickering power plant is just north of the lights. I still think they are checking out the power plant. 

 

It's funny, as I have an unobstructed view of the lake from my couch, and since the November 3rd incident. I find I can't keep my eyes off the lake day and night. Earlier this week I thought I had seen the lights.

 

Then yesterday afternoon the clouds were really strange over the lake. Actually just overs where the lights are seen. I should have taken a picture of the clouds...  I was wondering if the lights would appear again last night after seeing those weird clouds and sure enough they did!!

The plane traffic going over to the lights were crazy!  Sometimes the lights would just go away... But for it's "finale" it came back on when there were about 6 planes overhead. And the light got brighter and brighter.

 

Then the 2nd one showed itself for a short time then fizzled out. The 1st light stopped flickering and became totally solid and super bright and then it went out for good.

It's so crazy!  After the November 3rd incident a few nights later there was a weird light at 4 am. Just a solid bright red light traveling super fast over the sky. No blinking no flashing just a bright red light. I wonder if that was something too.

Yellow Colored Lights In The Sky Seen From Scarborough Ontario

We saw them too in Scarborough over the water. They were actually in exactly the same spot we saw them in November! This time, however, only 2 lights showed, last time 3 did.

 

The lights actually were off and on for close the 3 hours. I sat at my window watching them all night. They would dim out when planes would come too close, though at one point it stayed on while there were about 6 planes flying towards it, and then it disappeared.

 

This is the 2nd time I have seen them, though I thought I saw them twice earlier this week as well, but they didn't stay on for long enough to really tell.

Time:  Approx: 8:45 p.m.

 

Hello Brian, my name is (name removed). I was outside on my parents balcony having a cigarette and noticed a large ball of what looked like the same colors as fire, flying about 2 or 3000 feet above and past our building. 

 

We have a good radius of view here and I was able to have the time to call my dad outside so as that he could have the chance to see it to. 

 

I just wish I had time to grab my camera, but I didn't want to give up my chance to look at it while as it passed by. Definitely lost for words, reality is way more crazier then I was ever led to believe.

Orange Balls Of Light In The Sky Over Scarborough Bluffs Ontario

 

Date:  November 3, 2011

Time:  7:30 p.m.

 

Tonight since 7:30, now. Actually stopped a few minutes ago, but it's been coming and going all night. East of the Scarborough bluffs over the water. Due east. Sometimes one. Sometimes two. Some times three.

 

They just sit there, than disappear, than reappears. Planes have been flying by. I would be surprised if no one else saw them.
