Time: 7:30 p.m.
Tonight since 7:30, now. Actually stopped a few minutes ago, but it's been coming and going all night. East of the Scarborough bluffs over the water. Due east. Sometimes one. Sometimes two. Some times three.
They just sit there, than disappear, than reappears. Planes have been flying by. I would be surprised if no one else saw them.

On Sunday August 31st,2014 My girlfriend and I spotted two discs sitting about 1,000 feet or more above the Scarborough Bluffs area. They seemed to not move or waver. They could be like a blue greyish colour. Ran for my binoculars thaen they disappeared.
