Fiery Apparition Was A Sheet Of Orange Flames At Los Angeles California

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date: April 1970

Time: 9:00 am.

Location: Los Angele, California.

Number of witnesses: 3

Number of objects: 1

Shape of objects: Fiery apparition.

One Saturday morning when I was 13 years old, I was walking with my brother and sister down Beverly Boulevard in Los Angeles. We were bored, and headed to no place in particular. The weather was sunny. Traffic was heavy on the street.

We came upon the old building that was three stories tall and 150 feet wide. It seemed to be five office suites joined together. Between the building and the boulevard was a concrete sidewalk. Visitors normally parked on the curb, or parked their cars behind the building (instead of in front of it, as with today’s strip malls). On this morning there were no cars parked in the street, but there was a lot of traffic whooshing by. (Beverly Boulevard is a main thoroughfare.)

All the windows of the building had been painted over, and there was no lettering or signs on it anywhere. It seemed abandoned. As I walked down the sidewalk with my brother and sister, I pulled on the handle of the front door of each office suite, just goofing around. The first two doors were locked, but the third was unlocked.

Opening the door, I stepped inside, followed by my brother and sister, and stood in an empty room that was thirty feet wide and twenty feet deep. On the back wall (opposite the front door) was a stairway with a banister that ran diagonally up the wall. At the top of the stairway was an opening to a second-story hallway that led farther back into the building. The room was silent. We could hear traffic in the boulevard outside.

I looked around at the empty room, wondering what the place had been used for, when my sister said, “What’s that?”

At the top of the stairway was a “devil face,” three feet tall, and floating in midair, a giant face with no body. It was a sheet of orange flames, and seemed to be staring at us with demonic eyes and a smiling mouth.

It started down the diagonal stairway, moving sideways, continuing to face toward us, rocking side to side as it descended. At no time did it make any sound. My siblings and I watched it for a few seconds, stupefied. Then we fled the building and ran all the way home.

Five years later I returned to that same building, curious to find out what happened, but the door was locked. (By that time I was living in Phoenix, but I often returned to Los Angeles to visit friends.) Five years after that, I returned once more, and once again the doors were all locked. In 1990, I returned yet again, but the entire structure had been torn down.

In 1990 (twenty years after the experience) I asked my brother and sister about the apparition, but they claimed to have no memory of it. (?) We were not dreaming. This happened 37 years ago, but I still think about it from time to time, trying to make sense of it.

Glowing Orange V Formation Over Lincoln Nebraska

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date:  November 30, 2007

Time:  8:00 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Over house going north to south.

Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: V shaped.

Full Description of event/sighting: Going north to south, looked like black shapes, like the V of a flock of birds with diagonal bird like shapes forming lines behind it.

Glowing orange came from the black "bird like shapes". The diagonal lines changed to scattered, then back to diagonals. The glowing faint orange looked like the orange from the interstate lights, but almost see-through.

I thought it was a cloud I could see at night, but realized it wasn't. There were no clouds that night and the glow was reflecting off of the black objects in the form. It was quite a ways above the tree line, probably 20,000 feet or so.

It was hard to tell without points of reference. I was outside sitting in my hot-tub looking up at the sky. If I hadn't have been starting at the sky, I probably wouldn't have noticed it. Very strange.

Thank you to the witness for the interesting sighting report.

A Large Craft/UFO Makes A U Turn Over Lincoln Nebraska

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date: October 10, 2007

Time:  Approximately 8:30 p.m.

Hello Brian, we witnessed a strange sight on the above referenced date and were wondering if anyone else reported seeing this. We haven't a clue what it was that we saw.

I can only describe it as a very large aircraft, no lights, no sound, faint, but visible against the night sky. Imagine a boomerang shape, but smoothed out at the curve.

It flew north for a few seconds, then made far too sharp of a turn-around for a normal aircraft, and continued back to the south.

We lost track of it after that.  It was visible to us for about 2-3 minutes. There were 4 of us who saw it and this took place in the near-south neighborhood.

Any insights you may have on this would be greatly appreciated.  Are there military aircraft in the area that would fit this description that you are aware of?

Looking forward to your thoughts on the matter! Thanks!

Thank you to Scott H. Colborn - Host of the "Exploring Unexplained Phenomena" for sending along this report.

A Black Chevron Shaped Craft/UFO Flying Over Las Vegas Nevada (Photo)

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Hello Brian, I've sent you a sighting before from Las Vegas. I just thought you'd be interested in seeing this picture. I take photos of planes spraying, always hoping to catch other things. I did not see this when taking the photo and it's the only thing out of a whole roll that had anything 'else' in it.

Maybe with all the photos you get, you might have seen something like this before, I haven't. It reminds me of the 'thing' a bit, only bent.

PS - I sure hope this is the right picture, should be a black chevron shaped thing in it. I've been having a hell of a time trying to get this to you. My pc went down and now it doesn't work the same as before for pictures.

It's amazing the life out there. Thank you.

Thank you to the witness for the report and photo.

A Red/Orange Glowing Ball Of Light In The Sky Over Southeast Iowa

New Sighting Report !

Date:  Early January 2021

Time:  Evening.

A few nights ago, as I was taking my dog outside waiting for her to finish her job, I noticed this red/orange glowing ball.

It was traveling from east to west, no sound and watched it until it disappeared behind the western clouds. It appeared about the size of a large orange, but have no idea how far away it was.

We live in Southeast Iowa and was surprised that a number of folks have seen something similar.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Dark Triangular Craft/UFO Langford British Columbia

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date:  February  Approximately year 1999

Time:  Approximately 1:00 a.m.

Location of Sighting: Langford BC from our backyard.

Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Triangle.

Full Description of event/sighting: Sorry to be fuzzy on the exact date but it was along time ago and after our encounter we came into the house and each drew our rendition of what we saw. I'm in the process of looking for our drawings from that night. The reason we were out in the yard at that hour was it was supposed to be one of the best nights in decades to see meteor showers.

We weren't disappointed and had some long colorful shooting stars fill up the sky as we laid on sleeping bags in our backyard (actually on the driveway for the clearest view). My husband was getting frustrated because he kept missing the awesome ones I was seeing because he had been looking the other way.

This went on a few times until finally he said tell me exactly where you're looking and I'll look there too. All of a sudden from our far left (east facing direction) we saw a dark shape in the sky. It was a triangle of sorts with a bit of a curve to the shape. Our two drawings did not totally match the outer shape but the body.

What did match was the fact that there were perfectly round holes going across the body of this thing in rows. The object was black but the holes looked even darker in color, it moved quite slowly straight across the sky and made no noise what-so-ever. We both exclaimed, "what the heck is that" and watched it go across our sight line and disappear behind the roof of the house.

We probably watched it for about 10 seconds and were not able to figure out how high it was or how big it was because there was nothing to compare it too. If there had been a sound it might have helped us gauge how high up it was. If it was a toy of some kind it still would have made a sound. We were completely blown away and happy that both of us had seen because we knew no one would believe it.

I called our local observatory the following day hoping others had seen it and there was an explanation but they politely told me to chalk it up to a unique experience. We've never forgotten this and have never seen anything else unusual in our lives, but reading an article on you in our local paper today and seeing the reference to a triangle object made me want to write and share our story. It would sure be nice to know what this thing was. Take care and thanks for letting me share.

Thank you to the witness for the excellent report.

UFO Follows Witnesses Home And Gets Hit With Bright Light Lakepot California

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date:  Around 1988

Time:  Approximately 10:00 p.m.

I did not know we saw a UFO until I read your newsletter. Around 1988 a friend and I were coming home about 10:00 p.m. when we saw a bright light, just above the tree tops and going about the same speed as we were (35 miles an hour). It seemed to be keeping up with us, but about three miles away.

When she let me out and I walked up to my home a box-kite like object appeared about 200 hundred feet up. It was lighted and about 20 feet long so I could make it out. There was no sound at all, and traveling very slow. My friend said it followed her home and shone a bright light on her until she reached her home, then it just disappeared.

By the way, we were not drinking or smoking a funny weed. We were coming home from a fund raiser for the District Attorney. He won and is now a judge.

Thank you to the witness for the interesting report.

Saucer Shaped Craft/UFO And Strange Creature La Crescenta California

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date:  Late 1975

Time:  Approximately 4:00 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 6

Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Thick saucer shaped.

Full Description of event/sighting: This is mostly in regards of the 1975 sighting/screams in Thousand Oaks, Ca. La Crescenta is about forty miles south, and only about five or six miles from Jet Propulsion Laboratories, which is in Pasadena Ca.

I do not if these experiences have any bearing on the family from Thousand Oaks, but here it is:

I had a friend over the house late in 1975. I was sixteen years old at the time, and we were outside talking, and looking at a baseball game in progress across the street at the park. The weather was clear, plenty of daylight left.  Although honestly I did not see this saucer shape appear, It was suddenly there, hovering over the sky to the North of us. It is difficult for me to tell exactly how high, or far away it was, but the UFO appeared huge.

Excuse me, I mean HUGE!  It stayed in the air for some time, as we had time to observe it, I had time to run into the house and get my mother, brother, and father to come out and look at it.  It was hovering over the park, between us and JPL. I remember that it had some lights on the side, rotating around the surface of the craft.

It hung in the air, but was not totally motionless, as though it kept trying to stabilize itself, kind of like it was on a gyro that wasn't functioning properly. It stayed around for about two or three minutes, than tilted and then left the area at a high rate of speed. Aside from the aforementioned witnesses, I am not sure that anyone else had seen the object.

Now, concerning the screaming that the folks in Thousand Oaks that happened around the same time:

We had some incidences of screaming around here about that time, also. If memory serves correctly, it was just before the above mentioned sighting. Crescenta valley is in a bowl shaped area, created by the mountains to the north of Burbank, Ca. and the Angeles crest forest north of that.

We lived pretty much at the base of the Burbank mountain. There is an aqueduct that was cut out in the early seventies, for flood control. Across the flood control (which was fenced off) lies the Crescenta Valley Park, which is directly across the street from my parents house. There are night baseball games (little league) and lights in the park.

It was dark, not too late at night, and some friends and I were sneaking a cigarette in the park, next to the flood control trench when we heard a god-awful scream which reverberated off of the hill, neither animal nor human, but it would be more to the animal side of noise. The three of us about jumped out of our skins, and were trying to see across the trench as to what could have made that particular noise.

It may be important to note that the lights of the baseball field had a hard time penetrating this far towards the trench to the hills, and we could not see where it had emanated from. We were in the midst of discussing what had caused the ruckus, and noticed some spectators from the game wandering over towards the trench, kind of angling away from us, so I knew we were not the only ones to hear it. After awhile, these folks left back to the game.

Some time later, as we were still standing around, discussing the incident, we heard another scream across the trench. This time, we witnessed the strangest sight. What it appeared to be was some kind of kangaroo/Chupacabra looking animal about fifty yards away, towards the base of the hill.  It had to have been at least seven or eight feet tall, we could see its legs and tail fine, but it was kind of hard to see a face, as it fell within some shadows of light off the baseball field.

We looked at it, it looked at us, and I really thought some guy rented a Halloween suit and was playing tricks on people. Our minds were changed however, when it ran away.  It took off going from zero to about forty miles an hour in an instant.  And it went straight into the hills. Straight up the hill. We couldn't follow it for long, but were able to kind of keep track of it by all of the noise it created beating through the brush. I still think of this from time to time, and a kangaroo keeps coming to mind.

As a side note, when I was stationed in the army in Germany, we were on patrol one night in the Black Forest region, late at night, on a small game trail when the whole squad heard a scream which echoed all over the place.  No kidding, the hair on my arms stood up.

As we only had blanks for our rifles, we turned around and hightailed it out of there.  Here's the extra weird thing, across the animal trail that we had passed not five minutes before, there was a huge tree covering the trail.  Needless to say, nobody ran around it, we had so much adrenalin flowing we pretty much climbed/jumped the fallen tree, and pretty much ran all of the way back to the area of operation.

Thank you to the witness for the fascinating report.

F4-Phantom Weapons Control Technicians In The USAF Spot Three Oval UFOs Report/Telephone Interview)

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

You can listen to the telephone interview I did with one of the eyewitnesses at this link: https://jmp.sh/U9Iy3Yc

Date: August 1978 Time: 5:30 a.m.

Number of witnesses: 3

Number of objects: 3

Shape of objects: Oval.

Full Description of event/sighting: Driving from home in Wrightwood, CA to work at George AFB in a 2-door sedan with 2 co-workers eastbound on Hwy 18 between Sheep Creek Rd and Hwy 395 near Phelan, CA.

Myself and other witnesses were F4-Phantom Weapons Control Technicians in the USAF. My eastbound view was of mountains on horizon with first glow of sunrise behind mountains.

Weather calm and completely clear. 1st large oval rises up from directly behind mountains due east from me.

Motion is slow, floating like a blimp or balloon. At first I thought it was a large blimp with a mirror-like exterior reflecting the sunlight (sun was below the eastern horizon during the entire encounter), object was extremely bright, yet had a distinct oval outline.

After rising a few degrees above mountains object stopped all motion. Total time to rise up was about 2 minutes. Second identical object then began to rise just to the left of the first object.

Second object moved identically to first, then stopped next to first at equal altitude. Third identical looking object then began to rise just to right of first object, at same slow rate, until it was at equal altitude with other 2 objects.

All three objects remained still for about 2 more minutes. Very curious sight at this time, but all witnesses still thought objects were blimps.

Right-most object then begins to rise slowly above others, stops completely, then moves from a complete stop to a point slightly above the horizon almost directly due south of us (visible out the right side of the car) in about 2 or 3 seconds then comes to a complete stop again.

No acceleration or deceleration was apparent. Middle object then does exactly the same, stopping next to the other above the southern horizon. Third object then repeats the same exact maneuver.

When all 3 were stopped hovering next to each other then all 3 objects slowly descended towards the ground until disappearing on the southern horizon.

Objects retained their extreme brightness throughout the entire encounter, even when in a position near the southern horizon where there was no sunlight to reflect in my direction.

All witnesses agreed with each other not to speak of the sighting due both to fear of ridicule, and due to the fact that all of us were under orders to speak of any potential UFO sightings only to our commanding officer (to my knowledge all AF personnel, including myself and the witnesses, at the time were required to sign a statement acknowledging the order upon enlisting in the AF).

You can listen to the telephone interview I did with one of the eyewitnesses at this link: https://jmp.sh/U9Iy3Yc

Thank you to the witness for the report and for talking with me on the telephone.

Small Egg Shaped Object Travelled Up And Back Inside Massive UFO Kootenay Lake North Of Boswell British Columbia

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date:  Early 1960s

Time:  Approximately 2:00 a.m.

Four teens left Creston, B.C. for a camping trip along side of Kootenay Lake just North Of Boswell, BC for the weekend. The fellows arrived at their camping location at around 10:00 p.m., set up the tents/camp and wandered about the area for a couple of hours goofing around.

Later on after chatting and watching the sky they shut things down for the night which was about 2:00 a.m. Just after they turned in a brilliant light caught everyone's attention (lit the entire area up) and the guys crawled out of their tents to watch  a large yellow/white globe (massive is size) descended and hovered over the lake at approximately 1000 feet, this happening directly out from their camp site.

A small bright egg shaped object came out of the bottom of the larger craft and descended to just over the lakes surface, and this to came to a hovering position.

From what the witness told me the egg shaped craft caused quite a disturbance on the water as it sat over the waters surface, although the teens were not able to see what it may have been doing, and they also were able to hear the sound of rushing water.

After approximately 20 to 30 seconds had past while watching this event, the smaller egg shaped craft traveled back up from where it came from, and back inside the large stationary globe.

Roughly ten seconds passed and the enormous globe traveled towards the north until they lost sight of it. Everyone was pretty scared and they all stayed awake that night, packed up their belongings and left for home early the next morning.

Did UFOs Cause The Burn Marks On Witnesses Home Kenosha County Wisconsin

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date:  December 7, 2005

Time:  6:30 p.m.

I adopted a rescued Havanese from a rescue group approximately 3 weeks ago. I sit out with him in the back yard trying to train him to do his duty outside.

About one week ago I saw something going across the sky south to north. It seemed longer then a plane and lights seemed to stretch the length of it. Mostly red lights. What I noticed was the extremely slow pace it went and there was no sound.

Last night I was sitting facing east in the dark with Nate. I looked up at the stars and noticed nothing but the star in the east that is the brightest right now. Suddenly, and approximately directly under the north star, down a little I saw what appeared to be a string of lights again. No sound.

I would try and describe it as like a string bean or Chestnut tree whip with lights from one end to the other. Not straight, but rather bent back, maybe like a boomerang but with not as much bend, just curved slightly.

As I looked up another appeared to the right and one to the left behind it. I just looked down at the dog and said "see ya" and went immediately in the house. I tried to get my daughter on the phone and then my son and one neighbor and finally got one to look outside and they saw nothing. I finally had the courage to look and saw nothing. then saw it towards the west almost straight up, as I went to tell the neighbor on the phone about it, I looked again it was gone.

They hover, not fly in any direction. The first and last appearances were separated by about an hour. They do not fly away, they simply disappear. I am hoping there is just something wrong with my eyes, but just had complete eye exam by Dr. (doctor's name removed).

After I went in the house after talking to neighbor the phone ran and all that was there was a noise like muffled helicopter blades, later I thought I heard that outside but figured I was just losing my mind. This morning the television will not go on, will have to check batteries, light in kitchen would not go on, will check bulb.

Curved slightly backwards string of lights and two or three times the size of a plane? No sound, hovers/fly's slow and silent.

Additional Information:

Okay I finally remembered to take a picture of the burn marks on the garage from November 2005. They are right under the overhang and I cannot think of anything that would be that high up to make them. They have been there for two years - rain snow sleet hail.

They were there the next morning after the first time I thought I saw the three UFOs.  The light on the wall directly opposite these marks in the house was also blown out, as was the television cable setup and during the evening the phone in the kitchen had rung and you could only hear what sounded like chopper blades whirling.

Thank you to the witness for the really interesting report.

Cylinder Shaped Craft/UFO Entirely Lit Up Kelowna British Columbia

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date:  July 2, 2007

Time:  Approximately 11:00 p.m.

Hello Mr. Vike My name is (full name removed). I live on (removed) Road. Kelowna. On Monday night I was sitting on my front steps talking to my friend on the phone and saw something strange in the sky as well. This also may confirm the stories that my friend read in Fridays paper. Please feel free to call my at my home, so we can discuss this in better detail. Thank you for your time.

Brian Vike telephoned the witness on July 10, 2007 to see what other information I might be able to gather.

The witness tells me she had arrived home from a friends place and noticed another friend had left a message for her to call. The lady took her telephone outside as she was returning the call, plus having a cigarette.

As the two friends talked on the phone the witness noticed a long cylinder shaped light. Her first thoughts  were that she was just seeing an airplane, as she is close to where the flights fly directly overhead, but the woman went on to say the object was a little odd looking as it wasn't exactly on the normal flight path.

Plus there were not any of the normal NAV lights on this object. The entire craft was fully lit up. After approximately 3 or 4 minutes of viewing time it was gone, the witness said it was like someone turned off the light switch. (we are not sure if the craft moved quickly away from it's location, or with the lights out and due to the darkness the object just wasn't visible)

The object was stationary and not a sound was heard coming from it. It also wasn't sitting at a high altitude, lower than a small Cessna would fly at. Rather low she mentioned and there were also no flashing or blinking lights on it at all.

The lady mentioned to her friend on the telephone that possibly she may have just been witness to a UFO sighting. Both kidded around about what was seen and talked for a while longer then hung up.

On July 6, 2007 the witness gets a phone call from the same friend informing her about an newspaper article on UFO sightings that was reported in the local Kelowna newspaper. (Kelowna Capital News). This is when the lady decided to write an email to me asking if I would telephone her.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Triangle And Circular Shaped UFO Karnataka India

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date:  May 28, 2007

Time:  8.45 p.m. - 9.20 p.m.

Location of Sighting: on my home balcony (terrace)

Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Shape of combined triangular and circular.

Full Description of event/sighting: Daily after my dinner, I used to walk on my home balcony (for digestion). My sister and I used to chat about science, politics, history and other subjects. On 28-05-2007 I alone was sitting on the balcony watching the sky.

That night the sky was filled with white clouds (milky colour). Suddenly a huge, bright strange thing appeared out of the cloud and started oscillating (right to left, and left to right) to particular distance for about 20 minutes. Interesting fact is that at that time a airplane was also passing near to that strange thing.

If I am not wrong, that was a Indian Airlines/Air India airplane.

I immediately went to ground floor to show this to my sister. She was sleeping at that time. I woke her and forcefully took her to balcony and showed that strange thing to my sister. After a while that strange thing moved far away and disappeared.

I could not recognize the proper shape, because the strange thing was seen behind the cloud and the shape was somewhat a combination of triangle and circular.

Usually I used to discuss these astrophysical phenomenon with my friends. But my friends use to tease me saying that" you don't have any other work, other than watching sky". So this time I did not tell this to my friends.

But on 30-05-2007 I saw the news about this phenomena (which I saw on 28-05-2007) published in Dhina Thanthi (Tamil Daily Paper in India) on page 3. I did not know any web address about UFOs. Somehow I found this web address and I am mailing it so that any scientist may find useful to them.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Triangular Or Boomerang Shaped Object/UFO With Illuminated Edge Over Kamloops British Columbia

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date:  April 24, 2006

Time:  1:02 a.m.

Triangular Or Boomerang Shaped Object: Hello Brian, last night at 1:02 a.m. my girlfriend and myself saw a triangular or boomerang shaped object fly over our home in Kamloops, British Columbia.

The object went from north to south and the sighting lasted maybe thirty seconds. It appeared to be a gray-white with a illuminated edge, it was hard to guess what the altitude would be.

The object was visible for most of what you could call the geodesic dome above us, a constant direction with semi erratic line in it's direction before it just disappeared. It was not a bird, not a plane, nope not a meteor and not a satellite.

The only other thing of note is, just before it disappeared there was a small flash, like flipping a coin in the sun. Not like the constant reflection of a satellite, too fast, too close. As far as distance, up about the same as looking at your thumb nail with your arm extended. Pretty close.

Thank you Brian, just thought you might have had a similar report. Time 1:02 a.m. and on April 24, 2006.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

The next sighting was in July/Aug of 1982. I was renting a townhouse with 2 other people and we went out on the porch for a cigarette at about 2:30 a.m.

We all saw a large (about the size of a quarter held at arms length) glowing red ball moving silently from south to north directly over Kelowna. It was moving very slowly. It took about 10 minutes to travel in the distance we could see (about 16 km.).

I immediately called our local radio station, CKOV, and they put me live on the air describing the incident. The object was quite low, about 1000 feet, as it was below the mountain level.

Second Sighting:

Eyewitness Engulfed In A Bright Light (Possible Abduction)

Date:  July of 2003.

Time:  Approximately 10:15 p.m.

The last sighting (probably the most disturbing) was in late July of 2003. I was living on Bernard Ave. in Kelowna. It was about 10:15 p.m.. I walked about a mile to the McDonalds on highway 97 to get a hamburger. On the walk home about 11:00 p.m., I was walking toward Bernard ave via Spall rd.

When I reached the railroad tracks, a bright light engulfed me and I felt a tingling sensation. The next thing I was aware of is I was in an orchard about 15 km. away and the time was 12:45. I had no idea where I was.

I walked toward some lights and found an all night store from where I called a cab. The next day, I told my landlady what happened and she thought I was crazy. But a month later, in our local free paper was a story about 2 women who, on exactly the same night saw a bright light on the tracks on Spall rd.

The women followed the light down the road (where the orchard was). The women got out of their vehicle where there were confronted by a group of tiny humanoids. This story was even broadcast on "Creepy Canada".

I am not about to say I was abducted by the creatures, but I have no idea how I could black out and awaken 15 km. away (missing my eyeglasses). I forwarded the report about the 1968 sighting to Stanton Friedman and he sent me a letter saying I should report the incident to MUFON.

I hope these sightings can be of value to you because I am sick and tired of non believers laughing at me when I know, and the witnesses know what we all saw. We are not alone!

Thank you to the witness for the 2 sighting reports.

Six Bright Lights/UFOs Shoot Off In Different Directions Over Kamloops British Columbia

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date of Sighting: Multiple from 1968-1982

Time of Sighting: Late evening

Location of Sighting: Kamloops, British Columbia.

Number of witnesses: 3-6

Number of objects: 1-6

Shape of objects: First sighting in '68, six bright lights.

Full Description of event/sighting: My first sighting was in July, 1968 when my grandparents moved to their new home in Tranquille, B.C.. This place was a hospital for mentally retarded persons just north of Kamloops.

My grandfather had just begun his new job as medical superintendent for the Tranquille school. The other witnesses besides my grandfather (Dr. John Bower), were his wife, Winifred Bower, my mother, a social worker/English teacher, Angela Linge, my father, Frederick Linge a psychologist, myself, and my younger sister, Rachel.

We were taking a break from moving chores in the backyard around 11:00 p.m.. I looked up to the southern sky, just above the mountaintops and saw six bright lights flying around each other in what seemed to me like they were playing "tag" in the sky. The lights were doing figure eight motions at very high speed.

We all watched the lights for about ten minutes. Then, the lights all formed a circle shape in the sky, hovered there for about ten seconds, then sped away in every direction from the center of the circle. They moved so fast that after about a second or two, they were gone.

Sincerely,

Thank you to the witness for the report.

White Spherical Object In The Sky Above Kamloops British Columbia

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date: September 18, 2003

Time: Approximately 7:00 p.m.

On Thursday, September 18th/03 (shortly after 7:00 p.m. I think) I witnessed a white spherical object moving in roughly an east to west direction over Kamloops. It was not yet dark.

I estimate the circumference of the object at about 3/4 of the size of a dime held at arms length. I was sitting on my balcony in (deleted) facing east and south watching a thick lower cloud cover get fiercely blown, roughly from west to east (possibly southwest to northeast?).

We had very strong winds that afternoon and evening. The sky was not fully overcast and there were two levels of cloud cover. The upper cloud layer was much less dense, more dispersed, and did not move nearly as rapidly as the lower cloud cover.

As I looked up between, say, +/-35 degrees to the horizon I saw a perfectly round very white object come into my view moving slowly in a straight line roughly east to west (possibly northeast to southwest) above the lower cloud cover (at roughly the same level as the upper cloud cover). In any event it appeared to be moving in the direction opposite to the wind.

I observed this object between 30 seconds to 60 seconds. Towards the end of the sighting the object appeared to smoothly turn away from me slightly as it moved into clouds in the upper cloud layer where I could no longer see it. It did not remerge that I could see.

I cannot estimate the size of this object. I am not particularly good at distances and my only real frames of reference are the two layers of cloud cover. I don't know the elevations.

I believe it shifted direction slightly because it appeared to reduce somewhat in size before it entered the upper clouds - as if it had turned away and was receding into the distance.

I won't hazard a guess at the size of the object but I will stand on the fact that it was white, perfectly round, and it moved against the direction of the lower cloud cover.

Has anyone else been reporting sightings of objects in the sky around Kamloops recently?

Thank you to the witness for the report.

UFOs Making Unusual Maneuvers Near Mount Paul Kamloops British Columbia

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date: November 9, 2005

Time: 4:00 a.m.

Dear Brian, I was up on the internet late and went for a stretch on my deck and to catch some cool fresh winter air. I noticed three ships right away in the Northeast direction, all near Mt Paul in Kamloops, B.C.

Then all of a sudden one scooped downward like the loop in a J form. The form of the loop of the J was the size of 1.5 x the mountain size in length and it was not a quick action, but a floating weightless type of movement angling away from Mt Paul itself.

I thought oola nice, huge smile and then it blinked out, was not a fast movement and extremely noticeable. I smiled and under my breath said "welcome" while wondering if the speed was deliberate to ensure being seen.

When it blinked out it would have been about 200 feet above ground. It was over an area where there is natural thermal heating in the ground. As it made this slow long scoop shape it never faded or streaked or sped up, it just floated in a controlled manner.

Took me off guard, I quite enjoyed this lovely surprise. Could not be mistaken for a falling star...was slow, noticeable, deliberate. Pure delight and the smile is still on my face. Somehow I sensed many more than the 5 or so ships that predominated the sky that night. I also knew there were be no further events that morning.

I clearly understood that somehow there was no need to hang around in consideration of a further event. In retrospect I realize that this knowingness, in itself, was interesting. To some degree there is a sense of knowing; of just watching the events unfolding over time now. The knowingness has a simple peace to it.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

3 Orange Balls Of Light Seen Over Kamloops British Columbia

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date of Sighting: Around 1999 or 2000.

Time of Sighting: Morning.

Location of Sighting: Kamloops, British Columbia.

Number of witnesses: 2

Number of objects: 3

Shape of objects: Round.

Full Description of event/sighting: Hello, don't know why I've decided to do this today, but anyways. A friend and I were sitting on my back patio in Kamloops having coffee one summer morning around 1999 or 2000.

He was relating to me how his girlfriend and he had seen some weird orange balls in the sky the previous evening at the drive in movie. The view from my patio is generally southwest and I live on the valley bottom so there is a clear definition of altitude if anything is below the ridge line.

After I had teased him about blowing a gear (he's a logging truck driver) we were chatting and enjoying a typical beautiful Kamloops early summer morning when we both see a cluster of three glowing orange balls zipping across our field of view, below the ridge line.

They were only visible for a few seconds as they were moving fast, best guess would be three to four times as fast as a Dash 8 on final, something I see five or 6 times a day as we are on the glide path to KYA airport.

They quickly disappeared from view heading down the valley out over Kamloops Lake. To summarize, they were orange (pale) they were probably between 5 and 10 feet in diameter and they were traveling somewhere between 400 to 800 mph at an altitude of less than 1,500 feet, but more than 1,000 feet.

With the benefit of hindsight I wish I had made some notes to record the details, but the points I've just related are not subject to confabulation and the story can be confirmed by my friend and my wife (who didn't see them because she was in the house) can verify the incident. Best.
