Eyewitness Observes Dark Swirling Black Hole And UFOs Hovering Over Manhattan New York (Graphics/Written Report)

Time: 7:45 p.m.

On Friday August, 25, 2005 at 7:45 p.m. I was waiting for the light to change on 6th Ave and 32nd Street in Manhattan New York City when I noticed that there was something in the skies to the west.

I turned to look, at what looked like a dark swirling black hole hovering in the clouds over New Jersey. The light changed and people hurried by me as I tried to get a better look at what at first I thought was, a opening in to a dark area of the clouds.

It had a kind of a distortion whirling about it's edges and it seemed to make it impossible to get into focus. As I stood there it started to move silently to the North,

Only when it started to move, I finally could make out it's shape. At times it looked like it was two flat rectangular objects traveling side by side.

At other times it seemed to be a series of black triangles attached to two long rods, because I could at times, see the sky through what appeared to be triangular openings in the slabs themselves.

It started to go behind the 34th Street Post Office, so I walked back, trying to keep it in sight. But the shifting field about it made it hard to see what it was I was looking at.

As I watched, a helicopter passed between myself and the object, and the object which was further off seemed to be the same size. Although it was more distant than was the helicopter.

The object looked to be over the Hudson River, or possibly New Jersey and the thing moved very slowly, and very silently and in a straight line. I made two separate pictures of each thing. The first picture is a poor rendition of the swirling hovering darkness I first saw.

The smaller picture is about the size, or the way it appeared to me as I watched it from the corner a cross from Penn Station.

The larger pictures is what I believe the things would have looked like had I been closer. These things were too big not to have been noticed by others on either side of the Hudson.

I saw this right past Matthews Dr. going over the bridge around the corner. I remember seeing a car in front of me slowing right down, just like me, and always wondered if they would post it somewhere.  It definitely was not a plane or a helicopter.

I had all my windows open and there was no sound. It was extremely bright and remember only a few bright spotlights across the front of the ``ship``.  It was extremely bright because the sun didn't come up yet and it was the only light around.

I almost pulled over, but didn't want to be by myself. I kept glancing in the rear view mirror as I kept driving very slow and then I glanced again and it was gone, just like that.  My legs were like rubber and could barely drive. I`m glad someone else reported it!

Glowing Red Ball/Object And Possible Abduction At Kelowna British Columbia

Date:  July/Aug of 1982.

Time:  Approximately 2:30 a.m.

The next sighting was in July/Aug of 1982. I was renting a townhouse with 2 other people and we went out on the porch for a cigarette at about 2:30 a.m.

We all saw a large (about the size of a quarter held at arms length) glowing red ball moving silently from south to north directly over Kelowna. It was moving very slowly. It took about 10 minutes to travel in the distance we could see (about 16 km.).

I immediately called our local radio station, CKOV, and they put me live on the air describing the incident. The object was quite low, about 1000 feet, as it was below the mountain level.

Second Sighting:

 Eyewitness Engulfed In A Bright Light (Possible Abduction)

Date:  July of 2003.

Time:  Approximately 10:15 p.m.

The last sighting (probably the most disturbing) was in late July of 2003. I was living on Bernard Ave. in Kelowna. It was about 10:15 p.m.. I walked about a mile to the McDonalds on highway 97 to get a hamburger. On the walk home about 11:00 p.m., I was walking toward Bernard ave via Spall rd.

When I reached the railroad tracks, a bright light engulfed me and I felt a tingling sensation. The next thing I was aware of is I was in an orchard about 15 km. away and the time was 12:45. I had no idea where I was.

I walked toward some lights and found an all night store from where I called a cab. The next day, I told my landlady what happened and she thought I was crazy. But a month later, in our local free paper was a story about 2 women who, on exactly the same night saw a bright light on the tracks on Spall rd.

The women followed the light down the road (where the orchard was). The women got out of their vehicle where there were confronted by a group of tiny humanoids. This story was even broadcast on "Creepy Canada".

I am not about to say I was abducted by the creatures, but I have no idea how I could black out and awaken 15 km. away (missing my eyeglasses). I forwarded the report about the 1968 sighting to Stanton Friedman and he sent me a letter saying I should report the incident to MUFON.

I hope these sightings can be of value to you because I am sick and tired of non believers laughing at me when I know, and the witnesses know what we all saw. We are not alone!

Eyewitness Observes UFO While Outside On Break Millbrae California

I was just goofing off blowing some idle time looking for any recent news or articles regarding claims of UFO sightings and a link brought me to your sight. First thing I see is this illustration of what someone else had reported seeing. Then it hit me! This looks like something I saw.

Around 1999 perhaps 2000, I can’t be sure. I know I documented it, but I can’t remember where and when. Kind of like writing down a password and forgetting where you put it so documenting it did me no service. I will never ever forget the event in my life.

I was working in a retirement home and I had to go outside and smoke a cigarette out by the front of our facility. I was in charge of the desk on the night shift up until midnight. Everyone was asleep, or at least none of the residents were out and about.

The time frame I would estimate must have been somewhere between 8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. I was online with my laptop in my office. I wasn't suppose to be online and generally I would have disconnected and put away my laptop long before the next staff members came on shift and would never setup the laptop until well after all the residents and other staff were gone except our nurse. She was ok about me being online.

So I am standing outside and its dark and the sky is clear. I would be facing east towards the SFO international airports general area, but I glanced southward and saw something very strange. I couldn't make it out, but it was big.

My first impression was a giant plastic grocery bag falling from the sky. I assumed my eyes were playing tricks on me, but I got the sense that it not exactly a hard form but it was far away. I’d say at least who knows? A mile or more? I don't have a sense of measurement that's scientifically accurate. However you see planes all the time and after a while you kind of get to figure size and heights and distances.

My guess would have been a couple miles south. I was in the town of Millbrae California and this would have put this object as coming down somewhere over Burlingame. I recall looking around for anyone who might be out and about. The lot around the company was empty of people and the nurse somewhere off in our building doing her rounds.

I didn't want to walk away for a moment unless I loose sight of this. I watched it carefully and going through my mind as fast as possible trying to relate it to anything. I even thought it might be a sign torn loose from one of those small planes that passed over with advertisements. Yet that didn't make sense. It was night. Who would be flying around with one of those. No one could see it.

After a good 5 minutes of what appeared as this objects descending it seemed to level off. Sure enough it was moving towards my area. Towards me or across my path. I was frozen in place, my eyes affixed on this object and as it grew closer it seemed larger. Of course what doesn't seem larger as it gets closer. 

I did not see any lights and the object no longer looked like this grocery bag or bed sheet fall from the sky. It was like a massive grayish/whitish thing moving slowly across the sky. It was at I’d guess a 45 degree angle from where I stood looking up at the sky.

I remember having the most difficulty discerning a shape. The body seemed to be changing or perhaps something was moving over it like steam or clouds of steam. I could not make out a solid defined form. It was kind of rectangular at once them oblong another moment. It was sure as hell not a cloud. Nothing had I seen in my life move like this.

As it crossed the sky and got where it was in front of me overhead. I would say maybe it was 1000 feet up. I remember wondering why no one else saw this. Why traffic hadn't stopped. I wasn't right on the main strip and had limited view of traffic and it was night so it would make sense that drivers aren't looking up when they are driving.

My guess was that this object was as big if not bigger than the building I worked in. Which was about 3-5 stories tall. I can’t remember and spread over a good block. Hell of a lot bigger than anything I had ever seen flying.

When it was somewhat dead in front of me at that 45 degree angle which might have put it just over the SFO (San Fran National Airport) it started to go back up into the sky. It was rising and I watched it until it appeared to look like a tiny star. A twinkle in the sky. Then the little star like object started back in the same direction from which it came.

When it was far away and the street lights glare caused me to loose sight of it, I ran back into the building and called my wife who lived in Burlingame. Our apartment faced in the same direction as the place I worked. I asked her to look out over towards the bay with my binoculars and see if you could spot what appeared to be a star moving across the sky. She went outside and did see it and watched it until it was well out of her range. My only witness! 

One month before this event my wife and I were standing outside our apartment building looking up at sky in the same general direction, but it was partially cloudy night. I saw something cut through the clouds fast as all hell. I was completely caught off guard and I watched the clouds and caught a second glimpse of it heading away from me towards Millbrae very fast.

My first immediate thought was maybe I’d seen an owl, but it was too  big and it didn't look like it had wings. I concluded no owl could ever move that fast. My second glance assured me this was way to huge to be any thing other than an object in flight. Yet with the clouds giving me only two separate one second glances I was at a total loss to conclude anything about what I had seen. 

I assumed the second sight was related to the first. But the second flight the object was moving super slow. It took a good 15 minutes from when I first spotted it until when it became a star like object. I took about 20 minutes to walk home one night from my Millbrae work sight to my home. So you can imagine the speed was incredibly slow.

I remember going back into the building and telling my friends online what I saw. I was immediately the comic hit of the hour. It changed me. I can no longer go out at night without looking up and studying the sky. My one friend called it the magic bed sheet. But what struck me about your illustration was picture if turned face forward with the rear turned up and front faced down. From far away at night it might look like a plastic grocery bag with the tail being the handles.

I have told this story many times to many individuals, but I have never contacted anyone in the media. As a witness of how many of these stories are treated I had no desire to become a public object of someone's humor and no interest in any publicity. I believe I saw something that highly likely was not from around this planet. I am not a college schooled person or hold a degree, but I am self educated and very informed.

I have vast knowledge of many things and so I am fully capable of critical and objective thinking. I do know that I do not know the source of that object or have any knowledge of anything that resembles that object with the capabilities of flying in the manner it did. Note this. The object was on a definite flight path. It did not swerve. It maintained a specific distance from the ground to the sky and flew in a straight path. So I knew at a certain point this was not an object falling from the sky.

This was an object that was being directed in a specific controlled direction. I had seen planes go over my building  but not in the same flight path. The path would have somewhat followed the path of the 101 freeway from the south to the North then returned south. The actual path id have to get out a compass to be more accurate. I just know I saw the planes head out more towards the San Mateo bridge aka the 92 freeway. 

To the best of my knowledge no planes flew that path leaving or entering the airport ever. No planes leaving or entering the airport could be mistaken for anything other than an airplane. I wasn't more than a mile from away from the airfields. The planes are loud and low flying over.  Under no circumstances could this object have a plane of any sort that I have ever heard of ever. I know of nothing that could fly that slow and yet climb that high to the point it appeared to be a tiny star. It had no discernable lights! How would it get its light at night so that you could see it? Reflected light from the sun or the moon? 

I did finally catch up with the nurse in the building. It was about 6 months later she called me and told me there was a story on TV about someone who had seen something similar to what I had described. I was not in my home at the time of the call and not able to catch the broadcast but she remembered my story and wanted to let me know that perhaps there was a lot more to this than just what I had seen.  Validating my sighting basically.

I'd say a week didn't go by before I went to one of the electronic outlets and purchased myself a movie camera with night vision and kept it in the back of my car for many months in hopes that I might again get another glimpse. I never did see anything like it again. I still reside in the Burlingame area. I still look at the sky with intensity and an excited hope of seeing something or anything ever again. Now all I do is see what I guess to be satellites moving across the heavens. Some fast some slow and an occasional shooting star.

I don't know anything about you or your organization. I do not specifically follow UFO sightings. I am curious when I do hear or come across something specifically if it resembles anything like what I had seen. I am fascinated by knowledge of the heavens and the sciences around it. I do believe that it is highly unlikely that the human race is the only race of beings in the universe.

Given the scope of the universe and the variances and similarities of various galaxies there is a good chance we are anything but alone. I suspect that other life forms out there may know of us and perhaps who knows they are just watching us like any scientist might watch changes in any subject of interest. Its all speculation without concrete evidence. 

I am sharing this with you and I hope you find it useful. I apologize for my lack of skills in writing a fluid grammatically correct synopsis for you to analyze. I just write as my meager mind lets it flow.

Another Eyewitness To Major Boomerang UFO Event Smithers British Columbia

Date: February 1, 2002

Time: Approximately: 10:00 p.m.

Investigators Note: I received this report March, 24, 2002 which may be a confirmation to the February 1, 2002 sighting in which three ladies witnessed a large boomerang shaped object 3 kilometers east of Telkwa. The witnesses to this sighting were heading east on Highway #16 towards Houston, B.C. their home town. The object passed right over head, going west towards Smithers, B.C.  Telkwa is a 10 minute drive east of Smithers. I started out making enquiries into the February, 1, 2002 sighting, but I must admit I wasn't ready for the amount of sighting reports which kept coming in.  

Today, Sunday, March 24, 2002 I received a telephone call from a gentleman who lives in Smithers, British Columbia who had read an article in the Smithers Interior Newspaper about some of the sightings which have taken place from Kitimat, B.C. right through to Prince George. The paper also carried my contact information so if anyone had seen anything strange and wanted to, they could at least find me to file a report for investigation.

This witness told me he had gone to rent a video from the Smithers Hollywood Video store and after he came out and got into his car and starting driving down the road, something caught his eye. He mentioned, due to the lights from the town of Smithers he could see the object rather well.

He pulled his vehicle over, got out and watched it fly slowly over and around the town for approximately five minutes. He also told me he thought it was descending and his first thoughts were of a para-glider and said it was the best way he could describe what he was looking at. He also said the object had "one" bright white light on it. He mentioned the light would go bright to dim, but said he wasn't sure if this was due to the object turning.

The witness mentioned that para-gliders often flew off Hudson Bay mountain and I asked him, because of that fact, had there ever been any other sightings of the gliders, he replied "no, not at night".

I asked him if he had an idea what the size would have been of this object. He said it was hard to tell, but went on to say it would have been about the size of a para-glider if you were standing next to it. He also said the height from the ground would have been approximately 1500 feet.  It slowly made turns over the town of Smithers.  I also asked about the weather conditions at the time of his sighting,  and he said it was overcast as did the three witnesses for the Telkwa sighting the same night.

The witness said he would never have mentioned his sighting to anyone as he did not know who or where to report this anyway, until he read the article in the newspaper.

Investigators Note: I was talking to some people and they told me that they knew for a fact that there was more than normal air traffic in and around our area after the sighting on February 1, 2002. Their source would not elaborate on what was taking place, but again said there were a number of aircraft patrolling the skies our way. I thought this was very interesting as well.

Eyewitness Observes Saucer Shaped UFO Over San Jose California

Date:  Winter of 1985/86.

Time:  Late Afternoon.

One late afternoon in the winter of 1985/86, in San Jose, CA., I was outside looking toward the mountains to the east and at the sky. The sky was sparsely filled with low clouds. The clouds and sky were hued with various colors.

Out of my left eye toward the north, I saw something dropping down from the sky from more than 10+ miles away at about 30+ miles a minute as I turned my head to see it correctly. At this time its' distance may have been about 8+ miles away. It looked like a 'block'.

It dropped down further and began to arch to level to the ground, seemingly coming toward me, traveling about 4 miles a minute at about 6+ miles away.

It began to move north to south across my field of view. I was now able to see that its' side hull wall was tapered that it looked like a saucer, but had a block appearance to it. Its' outer hull had a dark green, gray appearance.

The hull wall had an outer plating that was 5 plates tall and the plates wrapped the circumference of the ship. Each row of plates was offset from each other in a staggering that brought every other row aligned. These hull plates were set to the base hull with what appeared to be rivets, very large rivets.

The ship began to slow in its' north -south direction, to about 2 miles a minute. The ship had already begun to run parallel to the ground and as it was stepping across my view the suns light gave it a dark gold, green, gray appearance. At this time its' size was realized.

I felt very cold, I could feel the bump, growing on me, but didn't want to be afraid of 'it'.

Now it began to come back toward me after having stepped across me. It was about 3 miles away. Its' view took about a reference of 20 degrees from a reference 180 degree field of view. The lower row of hull plates, in the angular view, was about 20-35 plates and diameter to height ratio was about 4.5-6 to 1. The sun still shown light on it.

I was unable to recount the intricacies of the ship and most gauging are vectors due to there being no standard frame of reference and the fact that I was taken by surprise.

The hull plates, each, in their overlap, were held by about 22 rivets along their edge. At this time the ship had slowed to less than 1 mile a minute. As it continued toward me I was able to obtain a vector of individual plate area, which appeared to be about 300 feet wide by 500 feet tall from roughly 1.5 miles away. And "IT" was still coming.

At this time the terminator was upon 'it' and 'it' had begun to appear silver, gray. I felt a sense of stalking me, somewhat afraid. It was less than 1 mile away and took up about 100 degrees of my field of view. The rivets appeared to be as big as houses on 'its' hull plates, and I attempted to guage the plate area again. It seemed to confirm, it was still moving, slowly.

It seemed to be stepping down toward me. When 'it' stopped it was about, what appeared to be less than 1000 feet away. Its' footprint was large. The far edge seemed far away and it was dark underneath. I was able to look up across its' plate-wall about 4 plates high to a cloud which had settled on the upper hull plates. I felt it close enough to walk onto it.

It stood there for what seemed to be about 5 minutes while I looked. Then 'it' "JUMPED OFF" at a velocity I had to calculate as acceleration according to the time I was able to deduce by the distance I was able to reference as being able to see and lock as a standard ability.

The final accelerative calculation gave 'it' a velocity of approximately 3700 miles in that splitting of a second. It need be realized that at the end of one second its' accelerative velocity was much greater if the accelerative vector was maintained.

It is possible that the amount of time it takes to read this is comparable to the amount of time of the real elapsed time of the event.

Circular UFO Causes Ground Fog And Telephone Troubles Above Eyewitness At Kenosha Wisconsin

Date:  December 2005.

Time:  Evening.

Hi I am (name removed) in Kenosha Wisconsin and I reported a sighting. I was outside with my new Havanese Nate and a fog like ground cover came floating in and I looked up and was shocked out of my mind. 

There was what I described as a bent green bean of lights, red, yellow, green in the sky. I immediately ran inside the house. 

When I picked up the phone there was a noise like chopper blades in the phone. The next time I went outside I could see a round circle way up in the sky. I finally found a picture of what that green bean looked like.

I could not see anything underneath, but the circular lights were the same. Not the same color, but the same look.

Massive Rectangular UFO With Circle Of Lights Above Eyewitness In El Paso Texas

This is incredible! I saw this UFO when I was a kid! My father was in the Army and was stationed at Fort Bliss, but we lived off the base on Rhyolite Drive, I don't remember where exactly in El Paso this was.

We had a view of the Franklin Mountains from our front yard. I remember all the streets around us where named after stones LOL, but that's it.  

Anyway, my sister and I were riding our bikes out on the street, and my Mom yelled out the door to come inside because it was dark. As we were heading into the house, I felt a weird vibration and looked up and I saw a huge object right over me.

I remember it was bigger than anything I've seen. I told my sister to run in the house and tell our parents. I stood there completely transfixed as it hovered motionless above the house. Right above me was a circle of lights, the object itself appeared to extend infinitely in all directions.

I don't know if it was rectangular in shape, but it was so large I couldn't see the edges. I felt like I was under what would have been the center. My Mom yelled at me to come in again, so I went in. I told her what I saw, and got slapped for 'telling lies', she didn't even look!

When I looked out the window again about 5 minutes later it was gone. I thought I was crazy, especially after realizing NO ONE else I knew saw it. So I stopped talking about it.

My sister does remember it, but she was 4 at the time and only remembers "lots of lights." Of course, I was terrified, had trouble sleeping for quite a while and it was made worse by the fact that no body else saw it!

I had a dream two nights ago about UFO's flying over the Franklin mountains, and I that got me thinking that with the internet being what it is now, there might be information on the UFO I saw as a child floating around on he internet somewhere, pun intended :). So, I started googling, and I came across your story! I am so happy someone else saw it!

Eyewitness To The Kecksburg UFO Crash (Audio Interview)

On December 9, 1965 hundreds of eyewitnesses watched an amazing object streak across the sky, the object was witnessed from Canada all the way to Kecksburg, Pennsylvania where the object crash landed. Soon after it was reported to be a spectacular meteorite by military and other officials. Eyewitnesses who saw the object, claimed what they saw sitting in a ravine was certainly no meteorite, but rather an unknown object.

I received an email from a gentleman who told me he had been witness to the crashed object at Kecksburg, Pennsylvania. What I didn't realize was that this fellow, who was 15 years old at the time, and out hunting with his brother and a friend may have been the first eyewitness to actually see the crashed object.

In the interview I have done with him, he goes on to tell of an amazing story and notes that later in life while serving in the military he came across a pilot who was scrambled to intercept the Kecksburg UFO. Because I feel that this is such an important piece to the puzzle I have decided to post the audio clip to my website where visitors can listen to the actual audio interview which can be heard at the link below.

I have written up the report which I have taken from the audio interview I did with the eyewitness today, October 22, 2005. The full report is below.

As mentioned above I called the witness on October 22, 2005 and took his statement of the events that he remembers happening in  Kecksburg, Pennsylvania. The man was very aware of what he saw, although this event took place so many years ago. So he went on to explain why he was in the area at the time of the amazing experience and of course described what he saw.

The witness said it was a particularly warm night for December, by local standard it was rather balmy he told me. He, his brother and a friend decided to go raccoon hunting. They gathered up the three dogs and drove out to an area called Freeman Falls. From there the fellows all split up and had  agreed to  meet back at the truck.

They were walking through the woods with quite a bit of space between them.   Larry, the man I spoke with, was at the lowest end of the line, which had him closer to where the crash site was going to be. At one point, as he was moving through the woods, he looked back in the direction of Kecksburg because a bright light happened to catch his eye.

His first thoughts were that it was a plane with a orange landing light on it, but quickly realized that the light was just to bright to be on a plane, and seemed now to be a plane on fire or in trouble. All of a sudden whatever it was, changed course 90 degrees very abruptly.

At this point the object was heading directly towards his position but again it made another course change, moving away from him. Then suddenly its direction changed once more and  seemed to be heading straight for him. 

He stated that it appeared to maintain a certain altitude then all of a sudden made a sharp dip downwards from roughly 500 to 600 feet in altitude to approximately 300 feet and at a high rate of speed. Standing rather in shock, he assumed his brother and friend had also seen this due to it's brightness and flying at such a low level. But he told me that the other two people had not seen it, which  may have been  due to them being a distance away from him. From this point he watched it come down.

He moved quickly threw the woods with one of the dogs to the area where the object had crashed  and scrambled down into the ravine, thinking he might be able to help someone from the crash. He immediately noticed a small brush fire had started around the crash area.   Once in the ravine and close enough to the crashed object, he quickly figured out that what he was looking at was not an airplane that he knew of.

The object had partially dug itself into the ravine and he could see that  approximately two to three feet of it was buried into the ground. He noted the back side of the object was flat and approximately five feet in diameter and the sides looked textured/rippled.

Larry had with him a six volt dry cell light that he was using for raccoon hunting, he shone the light on the object and could see that it was steaming due to the intense heat it was giving off, plus some smoke due to the small brush fires that had been started.

With his light, he tried to see if there was any kind of opening or identifying markings on it, but saw a metal band about one foot up from the base. Larry could clearly see some kind of drawings or lettering on the band. It was maybe two inches wide. Still looking at the lettering or figures, to him they made no sense or were not any written language he had seen before. He said there were a series of dots, swirls, triangular shapes and some looked like crosses with two lateral lines running across them.

At the time, he was only about 15 feet away from the bronze colored object and seeing Larry was looking at something very unknown to him, his next thought was to go back to get his brother and then to seek or get to the phone to call for help. He climbed back out of the ravine, couldn't find his dog anywhere, then whistled and his dog did finally come to him.

Running through the bush and yelling out his brothers name, he finally met up with his brother and the friend. The first thing out of Larry's brother's mouth was, "my god, what was it"? Larry took his brother and friend to the area where the object was embedded into the ground to show them, all of them at a bit of a distance and the other two could not figure out what it was either.

Then the fellows all heard the fire engines coming in their direction from Kecksburg. Seeing the fire department was on the way, Larry's brother mentioned that there wasn't much they could do, so they left and took the dogs home.

(Note: Larry thought it was important to note that when the three of the fellows were standing looking at the object, and having their dogs with them all of the dogs were certainly agitated and had the hair standing up on their backs and sniffing the air. The dogs also kept trying to hide behind the fellows as the leashes were getting caught up in the guys legs).

After the brothers arrived home they told their parents about what they had seen and that got the boys father's curiosity going and they decided to go back for another look. Larry said at that time alot of folks were driving up to the area to see what had happened.  Of course by this time the Mount Pleasant Fire Department was on the scene as they thought they were heading to a plane crash.

Of course when the general public and Larry and his family arrived near the location where he saw the object, the Sheriff's department had already erected a barrier across the road and not allowing anyone to get close to the crash site. When Larry's father asked the Sheriff what had happened, he said he had no information other than the Fire Department was dealing with the incident.

Eventually they left and went back home, and watched the news later that evening but didn't hear anything really on what happened. But the next day Larry went to school and the teachers told the classes that they were not to talk about the event that took place the night before. Actually Larry went on to say that the teachers mentioned that what people saw, was no more than a meteor/meteorite that has crash  landed. As Larry said, he found that rather odd that they weren't to talk about a meteor. Well he knew it wasn't a meteor as he had witnessed it up close and personal, and told his friends about what he witnessed.

(At this point in the interview Larry stated the reason why he was coming out with this now was he hoped that by telling what he saw in the ravine that night, it just might mend the rift that was dividing the community. He also stated that what hit the ground was certainly not a meteor, he wasn't claiming it to be a UFO as he just didn't have any ideas to what it was he saw. He even had thoughts of it being a Russian Space Capsule).

Larry spoke about the reproduction that was made of the object and which was placed on top of the Kecksburg Fire Department, it was very similar to what he saw in the ravine that evening.

As the months and years passed by and things settled down over the event that took place in Kecksburg, it was a few years later when Larry enlisted into the Airforce as a aircraft fighter mechanic, and was stationed at Hamilton AFB which is located in Marin County, CA. He was in the barracks one evening when the alert siren went off and some F106 jet interceptors were scrambled and had intercepted something over the Pacific ocean.

He mentioned that this was common as the Russian and American aircraft would play this cat and mouse game. Over some time the aircraft mechanics and pilots became rather close, and they became good friends. Larry told me that one of the pilots stationed at the base was a very seasoned pilot, did two tours in Vietnam and the next day Larry asked the pilot who was a Major, you guys were scrambled last night, the pilot said yes. Larry asked were the Russian playing games again, and the pilot replied: Quote: "I don't know what the hell it was"!

Larry then started talking to him and related his story of what he saw in the ravine at Kecksburg, Pennsylvania. Larry said the pilots jaw dropped almost to the ground. And asked, you actually saw it ? Larry said yes and assumed he was the first person to see the object. Well it ended up that the pilot had a good friend who served with the Michigan National Guard back in 1965 who actually intercepted the object which fell in Kecksburg on the same night Larry saw the object.

There were a number of fighter aircraft that had followed the object, or from their aircraft could track it. Larry assumed that the fighter jets had tracked the object for some distance before it hit the ground, but he said he had heard no aircraft on the night the object crashed.

Later on after the Michigan National Guard pilots who followed the object returned to their base, they were told by base commanders that the object had landed in Western Pennsylvania and was nothing more than a meteorite. End of story!

Brian Vike asked Larry if he roughly knew when the military showed up in the town of Kecksburg. He said approximately one hour after the object crashed. I also asked how far away any military base would have been from the crash site. Larry said the nearest base was not all that far away. (Brian Vike is wondering how the military was able to arrive so quickly after the object crashed, and in force by the sounds of it.

Then one looks at the fighter aircraft already being sent out and following the object, the military knew ahead of time where the unknown had come down, or at least the approximate location where to look. Of course Larry believed the military were also already on their way as well as they had to have been tracking it as it came in).

Larry said another thing he felt important to mention was, that night of the crash when they came back with their father to the crash area, the Fire Department were there along with the police who did have the road blocked off so no traffic was able to pass by as I mentioned in the report above. But then the next day  the family traveled back to the area where the object came down, Larry said the military were everywhere!

And in another hamlet called Mammoth the military were walking all over the area and with a barrier set up, and on the barrier there was a sign which read, "deadly force authorized beyond this point", "no admittance" and the soldiers were carrying M-14's weapons and Larry said they were pointing the guns in the direction of people. And of course the military still telling everyone in the community that all the object was, was a meteorite.

As Larry said, why all the fuss and pointing weapons at folks if all it was, was a meteorite.

Larry also remarks, when the military really lost credibility, is when they said nothing had landed.

Anyway he went on to say it was the night of the second day of the crash, or the night after the crash the military removed what ever it was on a flatbed truck covered with a large tarp and rumors were saying it went to Wright-Patterson AFB.

Larry also said folks living at the junction at Media Road (?) witnessed the military trucks (a number of them) moving into the area, one appeared to be a mobile command unit and pulling a trailer. A perimeter was set up all around the crash site.

Larry said about a year or two after the crash, and them still hunting in the area when his brother was coming over the top of a hill and walking through a hay field he came across a K- ration can. After his brother found the one K- ration, he kicked the ground a little bit and discovered a few more cans, of course military issue.

The fellows investigated a little more to see if they might find any more trash left behind by the military, and Larry said nothing else was found. They swept the area in a circular pattern, but he thought it might be interesting if someone was to go to the area with a metal detector to see what, if anything, they might be able to find, which might provide an answer to how the area was cordoned off to the general public by the military.

So there we have an interesting report from a person who had an incredible experience, one I am sure he will never ever forget.

Brian Vike's Note: This report is one of a few sighting reports I have received from ex-military serviceman who worked out of the Cannon AFB. All the men filed reports on seeing numerous unknown objects over the AFB back in January 1976.

I have a list of military people who operated out of the Cannon AFB and I am writing to each and everyone of them in hopes they might be able to shed some more light on this major event. If possible that is.

Hello, my name is (removed). I just watched a Sci-Fi program on the 1947 Roswell NM UFO crash and got to researching an incident I witnessed at Cannon AFB in January 1976. In my search I ran across your article http://rense.com/general58/spspc.htm.

I was working the Security Police Desk that night at Cannon and was the one that called the report into Base Operations. A few days later I also spoke with an individual from Washington DC. I don't recall his name or department.

The first report was from Sgt Whitt, who was stationed on the outer perimeter of the flight-line. After that, several reports came in from Base Patrols. I talked someone into handling the Desk for me so I could have a peek.

I was allowed into the flight tower and looked at the objects (about a dozen or so) through a Starlight Scope. Flight Ops was concerned enough to scramble 2 F11's to give chase. Around midnight several of us went up onto the highway overpass and cut the overpass lights for a better view. We watched them until almost dawn.

About that time there were also several burned areas in farmer's fields surrounding the Air Base. I saw two of the circles. The burned circles were approximately 30 feet across and had a dead cow in the center. All the flesh was burned from the cow, but no blood was on the ground or apparently in the cow. Some of the cows had neat, clean burned out cavities in the abdomen about a foot in diameter, and a foot or so deep.

Eyewitness Drives Directly Underneath Saucer Shaped UFO Winnipeg Manitoba (Audio Interview)

The Vike Report.

Date: February 4, 1996
Time: 11:00 p.m.

Location of Sighting: TransCanada Highway #1 at MB highway #5 intersection.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Saucer.

Full Description of event/sighting: I've seen what I would consider to be actual UFO's three times in my life, one during the day and two nighttime sightings. This isn't counting odd lights or some object that is so far away it could be anything, which I have also witnessed on several occasions, these were actual craft that I could see clearly.

The most memorable encounter of the three happened on the night of February 4, 1996 at about 11:00 p.m. at night. While driving on the main highway in rural Manitoba one night, I drove directly underneath a saucer-shaped UFO hovering about 50 feet above the road.

At the time I was living in Brandon and the man I was dating lived in Winnipeg, about 200 km away. Every Friday night after work I would make the two hour drive into Winnipeg and then return home Sunday night, usually leaving around 9:00 p.m..

I would invariably be tired and anxious to get home, so the bright street lights at the Carberry intersection at Highway 5 on the TransCanada Highway (a.k.a. the #1) was always a landmark that I watched for because it meant I only had half an hour left before I was home.

On this particular night it was quite cold (although not abnormally so for February in Manitoba) and I had left Winnipeg at around 9:30 p.m.. After checking my watch and doing some calculations I was thinking that by the time I hit the intersection it would be almost exactly 11:00 p.m., which meant I would be home by 11:30 p.m.. Having driven this stretch of highway often I knew exactly when to expect to be able to see the Carberry lights.

As they came into view, I noticed immediately that there were two other lights hovering just above the familiar streetlights. I kept watching these lights as I drove towards them and they didn't move at all, up or down or side to side. I simply couldn't imagine what they could be.

I later calculated that from the time I first saw the lights to the time I reached the intersection was about 7 km, so they were in my line of vision continuously for approximately 4-5 minutes before I reached them. As I got closer I could tell that these lights were hovering about 10-15 feet above the height of the streetlights.

If the poles are approximately 30 feet and the UFO was 15 feet above them, that would make it only about 50 feet off the ground, extremely close. As I approached the intersection I could tell that whatever this thing was, it was on the other side of the streetlights so I couldn't really see anything more than a dark saucer shape as I drove through the intersection because of the glare from the streetlights.

It wasn't until I was completely through the intersection could I look up and clearly see the UFO. I was driving in the passing lane because as I was coming up to the intersection there was a white van in the right hand lane that wasn't traveling quite as fast as I was, so I was in the left lane, or passing lane, going by it (the #1 is a divided highway).

We were traveling fairly close together as we passed through the intersection, so I know someone else had to be seeing what I was seeing. I also saw two other vehicles on the other side of the highway headed east towards Winnipeg and knew that they must be seeing this thing too.

I had kept my eye on the object the entire time as I got closer to it because I knew it had to be something very unusual. As I drove through the intersection and got past the glare, it suddenly came into sharp view. I was going to drive directly underneath it, it was right in front of me.

I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It was round and flat, the typical "flying saucer" shape. I couldn't see the top of it of course as I was now quite close to it, but the bottom was very clear. The two lights that I had seen as I was approaching it were on the bottom of the craft and were different colours, but I honestly can't remember what they were, blue and white or yellow, I believe. There was also a third light (this one was red, if I remember correctly) that I had been unable to see until I was closer.

I remember thinking at the time that the craft perhaps had been tilted slightly towards the west with the side that was furthest from me (as I approached it) being slightly higher and that was why I hadn't seen the third light until then, or perhaps the convex bottom had prevented me from seeing it earlier.

The lights were set in a triangular pattern equidistant from each other. It was hovering over the left lane of the westbound highway, not in the middle, so my car drove directly underneath. As I looked up at it through the windshield I thought how it looked just like something out of a movie. It was metallic, dark but shiny, reflecting the lights from below. It was covered with what looked like machinery of some sort, all curvy tubes and pipes, all over the bottom of it except around the edge.

It was approximately 35-40 feet across and I did not hear any noise emanating from it (but I was traveling at about 90 km per hour so the road noise may have drowned out any subtle sounds it may have been making). As I mentioned it was only about 50 feet above me so I got a really good, close look at it, and the light from the intersection was illuminating it quite well.

I have wished heartily ever since that I had stopped that night but I didn't, for several reasons. First, it was late and I was tired and I had to be at work at 7:00 the next morning so I really wanted to get home to bed. Secondly, it was the middle of winter and it was, as I said earlier, fairly cold.

Also, I was by myself and was a little frightened by what I was seeing if I had been with someone else I probably would have been braver. And I was in the passing lane and the white van was still too close for me to change lanes again safely, and you shouldn't stop on the shoulder of the passing lane. However, I did get a really good look as I drove towards it and then under it.

It may or may not be pertinent to note that there is a Canadian Forces army base in Shilo about 25 miles southwest of this intersection.

Anyway, that's what I saw that night. I did arrive home at 11:30 p.m., so there was no weird time loss or anything like that. I'd be interested to know if anyone else reported seeing anything there that night, as there were definitely other witnesses.

I saw this too! I haven't been able to find anything on the internet.

I tried to get a picture, but once I got to a perfect spot with barely any lights around they were gone?
