Condobolin NSW, Australia Police Officers Watch UFO Hovering

Description: I was driving from Condobolin to the town of Lake Cargelligo at night, a distance of about 104km. I was the driver of a police car (Highway Patrol) with my partner in the passenger seat. This stretch is notorious for Kangaroos and wild pigs on the road at night, so I was driving under the speed limit of 100 kph. After traveling for about 10kms from Condobolin I noticed a light to my right apparently in a paddock. What attracted me to it was the brightness, and the fact it was alternating through all colors of the spectrum. I pointed it out to my partner and we slowed and checked, certain it was a farm house light. It was then that we became aware that it was not in the paddock, but hovering above it. We stopped, killed the vehicle lights, and watched it for a few minutes mystified. We debated what it was, but could offer no rational explanation and I think we convinced ourselves that it 'must' be a tractor in a paddock working the land and the lights must be resulting from being filtered through dust.

Morganton, Georgia A Golden Yellow Triangular UFO

Hi Brian, This report is of a sighting on December 20, 2005. At 2:20a.m. I woke up. As I usually do, I looked out of the window adjacent to my bed. In the eastern sky at about 60 degrees above the horizon was a golden yellow triangle. It was at jet altitude, cruising nearly along side of the jet airway, but a bit east of it. I believe it was about the size, overall of a 727. It was an equilateral triangle, with rounded points. It was lit from within,with a beautiful golden-yellow lighting. In its center, was a soft and diffuse, circular, glowing red, "lighted"area about one sixth of the size along the length of one of the triangle sides. Also, there were a few gray bars of color on its underside. They were random in their positions and were longer than the red light's diameter.
This triangle was traveling at somewhat less than jet speed and my estimate of altitude was above twenty thousand feet, but probably below thirty thousand. Visibility was excellent so I had a clear view of it. Now here is where things get a bit bizarre. Along the trailing edge of the triangle and at about one-fifth of the length of the trailing edge of the triangle, from the left side was a pipe-like tube extending behind the craft for an estimated twenty feet. At that point the pipe/tube became a cork-screw of three twists to the right. It resembled a pig tail! Not very aerodynamic I'd say! I can't imagine what it could have been used for, but who can understand some of the configurations we see on some of these craft eh? I watched it cruise smoothly on a straight course until out of sight and I won't forget this one. It took quite awhile to get back to sleep. Sincerely.

7:00 p.m. on a dark windy evening on Friday 22 Feb 2008. Just coming out of a holiday cottage in Castleton, Derbyshire. Glanced to the right and saw a bright orange ball with sparks coming out of the back shooting across the hill to the right of the cottage. It was traveling very fast and was just above tree level. At first I thought it was a meteorite, but couldn't find any news about it anywhere.
Apparently old folklore about the area mentions the Fiery Drake which is seen sometimes in underground caverns in the area. Just wonder if I saw it above ground? Thank you.

Clifton, Bristol U.K. Five Orange Glowing Objects

Weather Conditions: Clear and calm (night).
Description: Orange glowing objects some slow movement, no sound. In the sky to the west from our flat window, fairly low level, we saw one at first then it was joined by another, then a 3rd, seems to come up from below, then level out, but with gentle movement, fading out after a few minutes. About two mins later, another one then more until there were five in fairly close proximity. Definitely not helicopter or plane as a police helicopter came over during - completely different. Viewed through binoculars but not much help. Camera out of batteries (!) so did take a couple of photos from my phone. Admittedly, they do seem similar to a lot of the sightings reported on this site and feasible explanation would be the UFO balloons.

Description: My wife and I were sitting at the top of the garden on a clear May night when two bright objects flew directly over our house in Downend. One was yellow and the other was an orange color. When we first saw them they were what looked to be flying side by side, but as they passed over the yellow object seemed to revolve under the other and there was no noise, just like a low humming noise.

Description: My daughter and I were outside on the back deck, and we live in the city. We both observed a bright white light moving from west to east in a jerky motion. It was not a plane (no sound and no flashing lights), it was also moving faster than any plane I have ever observed. I have observed satellites outside the city limits and they do not move in that motion or at that speed and I have never seen a satellite in city limits because it is so bright. The light was brighter than anything I've seen in the night sky in the city. Then it just disappeared quickly.

Description: I was driving to Guildford to pick up my brother from Guildford. Pretty much as soon as i turned out of my driveway I could see loads of orange orb like lights in the sky in front of me. I pulled over so I could get a better look. There were at least 20 of them and they were moving slowly in a long straight line. As they moved across the sky one by one they started to disappear into nothing at basically the same spot. pretty much as soon as I pulled
over a phoned my mum and told her to come outside quickly and have a look, she did and she was absolutely gob smacked as well. We tried to come up with some logical explanations but none of them added up to what we saw. I just want to know if there is an explanation to what we saw or if there is a possibility that this sighting was a UFO. Thanks very much for your time.
PS - I have made a picture of what I saw to give you a better idea, so if you would like me to send that then please let me know.

Münsingen, Nearby Berne, Switzerland Two Orange Lights Rising Over Horizon

Description: Two orange lights rising over the horizon at a certain distance. First light about 40 deg above the horizon, second lower (further behind?). Both rose slowly and got closer (estimated fly direction N-NW coming from direction Jüngfrau-Joch) for about 1 min. then the first object accelerated in direction E to achieve an incredible speed, dimming and disappearing. The second object did the same about half a min. later. The direction was the same. Objects were accelerating and rising like to get orbital speed.
Please note - random (or not) circumstances: at exactly the same time space shuttle lift-off took place.
From flight pattern (formation flight, two ships) and circumstances I'd bet on a military "black" platform started around the Mediterranean sea.

Description: I looked out the window of my flat in Balwyn and noticed red and green flashing lights quite far into the distance, just sitting in the one spot. I think the lights were in a ring shape, but can't be certain as it was fairly far away. The green and red lights were clear though, as it was around 9:00 p.m..
My flatmate and I both thought it was too big to be a helicopter and it wasn't moving enough for it to be a plane.
I just thought I should let you know, as I noticed that someone else has documented the same sort of thing in my area.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was Traveling on I-70 close to Silver Lake IL. I was going about 65 MPH with a street light in front of me about 1/8 mile. I blinked my eyes and when my eyes opened the street light was about 1/4 mile to my rear. My GPS shows I was going 431 MPH. I pulled into the Silver Lake rest stop and took pictures of my GPS. I can email you a copy of my GPS picture if you want it. I will need an email address to mail it to. The best I can come up with is I was gone for a few seconds and was put back down in the place I would have been. The GPS is working perfect before and after this.

Houston, Texas Hundreds Of UFOs/Lights Witnessed In The Sky

Full Description of event/sighting: Took my son to go run around the Cy-fair High School track to do some time trials as he had a triathlon event for the weekend. As he was running the track warming up. I laid down on the track to do sit-ups. (sounds corny, but that's what transpired). While looking up at the sky I noticed a handful of lights, like stars, moving across the sky uniformly. Same speed, same direction. Thought they were planes and that I was just seeing several traveling in a path from the Bush Intercontinental Airport. As I continued to do sit-ups I noticed that the lights just continued on for a few minutes and thought it was odd that so many planes would travel so closely for so long. Then, I started looking over the sky to my right and to my left and noticed that these moving lights were covering the sky as far as I could see in all directions. I would say at any given time there were at least 50 of these moving lights in my view in the sky. I followed a few lights and judged that they stayed in view a few minutes at a time. If you consider that I could see 40-50 lights at a time in the sky and they took an average of a few minutes to travel in and out of my view, and I saw this go on for at least 45 minutes, that means there was 100's of these lights! My son saw them too.

Then we pasted some trees and it blocked our view of the sky. But when we look to the sky it was gone.

Downtown Columbia, South Carolina A Very Low Bright Flying UFO

Full Description of event/sighting: I have seen a couple of stories that match mine on the site. I went out and caught the bright star then realized it was moving. The light was white, no blinking lights like a plane. It moved at a steady and fairly slow speed across the sky to my north from downtown then I realized it had changed direction and was headed right over my home. It was difficult to tell the height of this thing, I'd originally said no more than 100 feet over some tall pine trees. But when it got closer to my house, and it was within a few blocks, it vanished. I had binoculars out to stargaze and I looked and saw it, moved the binocs back to my eyes, put the binocs back up and voila, gone.
It looked "satellite" until it looked so close to the ground. This thing was bright. No way to miss it. And it too was absolutely silent, noiseless. Also in the western sky over Columbia last night was something I have seen a few other times as well. It too looks like a star, but way away. It is a bright star like object, but it has blinking red and green lights that appear to blink in both colors on both sides or maybe this thing could be "spinning". I don't know. I have seen it in different areas of the sky over the past two years around here. At any rate, it stays right there, put, doesn't move for hours and hours, perhaps all night but is in a different spot the next night or is totally missing from the sky. In Columbia, numerous military air operations do go on. We see all kinds of things in the sky if we look. I've even seen them flying Ospreys here. You can't miss that, the loudest thing I ever heard.

Orange Glowing UFO Over Edinburgh, Scotland

We were sitting outside in the beer garden about 10 people at our table and another 10 - 15 in the garden and one of our friends said what's that. There was a fast moving orange glow on our horizon, no flashing lights and very high in the sky. I thought it might be a comet or something burning up, but we watched it fly from as far as we could see. It lasted about 10 minutes and every body seen it. I have been looking in the local newspaper for reports, but not found anything. Very strange.

El Vado, New Mexico - Satellites Or UFOs

Full Description of event/sighting: I just found your website and I am looking for legitimate answer. We were at El Vado, NM this past weekend (25 miles south of Dulce NM) were outside from 10:00 till 11:00pm. We were watching the black sky looking for ETs and satellites. We saw alot of white objects which looked like satellites traveling south to north and north to south and a few west to east. About 4 flew by in a rapid speed. From the time spent outside we figured that we saw one every three minutes. Several instances there were two or three not flying together but sharing air space. I looked at Youtube and typed in NASA UFOs. I see the footage they have is very similar to what I saw. White objects flying. Could this many objects be satellites. On Friday we saw 14 within 45 minutes and on Saturday we saw 18 within the hour. Of course we did not look too well because we spent alot of time talking about what we were seeing. These were not falling stars.
We saw falling stars and they did not resemble what we saw flying up above us. I have already had people laugh at me because they all said there are thousands of satellites in the sky. I took video but nothing came out since it was too dark and objects too far away. I think I need a camera with night vision. I don't know if this help. Please advise. Please respond to this email. I would hate to be wasting my time looking at the sky if these are just satellites. Just to let you know I have encountered 5 instances here in Albuquerque in May 08. I also have a photo to send you that I captured In Albuquerque NM in April. It is a round silver craft with an aura around it.
I have a client who was x-rayed for what she though was an injury on her wrist in February. She is a physical therapist. Her doctor examined her x-ray and asked her how she managed to get a piece of steel inside her wrist without a point of entry in her skin. My client told her doctor that she does not know how it happened. There is no point of entry or scarring. She is too scared to do anything about it and does not know who to turn to. She told me that she does see UFO craft flying in her area. In February she said she was driving home at 10-10:30pm from Socorro NM. She was the only one on the highway in that area at that time and a UFO craft was zig zagging around her car as if it were playing games with her. She told me that she does not want to tell anyone because they will think she is crazy and she does not want to jeopardize her reputation with her career or business associates. She asked me to help her but I can't even help myself. I don't know the answers. I am also a business of a manufacturing company and I don't need to be laughed at.
Please help with some answers.

Maple Ridge, British Columbia A Large Black UFO With Black Ball Attached (Map/Video Footage)

Location of Sighting: From balcony back of house - Object seemed to be over Derby Reach park across Fraser River.

Shape of objects: Looked like a black inflatable raft of 50 feet with a round black ball about 10 ft diameter tethered to one end. Object was flying eastern direction just above treetops at low speed.
Full Description of event/sighting: Was out on my balcony for a smoke. House is on the side of a hill and the balcony is overlooking the area including views across the Fraser River. Some scattered clouds but generally clear skies. Was just after sunset.
I spotted a large black object resembling a black inflatable raft of about 50 ft length with a black ball about 10 ft diameter tethered to one end that was moving slowly in eastern direction. The object was floating just above tree-tops over the Derby Reach Park area across from the Fraser River.
The object seemed to perform a half turn maneuver rotating on itself left to right before hovering for 30 seconds then start ascending at a relatively slow pace until it reached cloud heights. The tethered ball part wasn't visible anymore after it's rotation.
I ran inside once the object started ascending and grabbed my wife's cell phone and shot 2 video sequences of the object - unfortunately the resolution of the video is so low that we cannot make out the object.
There were no lights and no noise from the object at any time throughout the sighting.
I lost track of the object after it went through a high cloud.
There are many condominiums on hillsides on the Haney side of the river, facing Derby Reach Park - hopefully somebody else will have seen something as from the altitude of the object when initially spotted - it would have been directly in the line of vision of people in those condos. Thanks.

Mississauga, Ontario Bright UFOs Rise Up Into Space

Full Description of event/sighting: June 8, 2008 at 11:15pm or so. My brother and I were sitting outside on the patio just talking and we were looking up at the night sky. Both of us saw two very bright lights, both the same size, flying together, too close to be planes, but too high up to make out what they looked like. They did not have airplane lights. All we saw were two very bright moving objects (lights) that met up with a third (light) object that might have been a star and as soon as they met the third object, the two bright objects began to rise so fast that we watched them disappear into space until there were no lights left. It's almost like they hovered for a second and then took off straight up in super speed and disappeared from the atmosphere. The other third object remained, but my brother said it was moving slowly, I couldn't tell.
We realized that we had just witnessed a UFO, whether it be military or an ET, I dunno, but I think it was military probably.

Bannockburn, Illinois Bright White Shining Light

Time: Approx: 8:00 p.m.
Went out outside the office for cigarette break. Sat down on the curb, just next to the parking lot, and started to look at the trees, then up, at some clouds that were above. Noticed a bright white dot moving across the blue sky, approximately in the west to east direction. It seemed to move to fast to be the airliner at a high altitude (3-5 times faster than a possible plane this high), and what seemed odd to me was it's bright white, shining appearance, almost like a very bright star. Yet still, it could have been a sunlight reflecting off this object or plane. However I have never seen anything like it (been living in Chicago for 15+ years close to the O'Hare airport, seen thousands of planes during that time), and I doubt it was an airplane. Satellite? Maybe, but it seemed to be at the 10,000m-20,000m altitude, way too low for a satellite. It moved across the sky, then disappeared from my view behind the tree line. The whole event was somewhat an upsetting experience.

Full Description of event/sighting: My son and I had the telescope out. While I was slewing, he said look mom, what's that. Those weren't there before. I looked up to the Southeast sky and there were what appeared to be 2 stars in the sky right next to each other. They were far brighter than Sirus. They just stayed stationary in the sky and then they just disappeared. I have been unable to find anything as far as reports of any astronomical occurrences on June 8th. If anyone has a logical explanation for theses strange lights let me know. I do know they were not from a plane.

We were a group of 5 friends. One of us left and then called us and said he is seeing a green light ball (circle) as UFO in the sky. Then, as we were walking towards the Marine drive dormitory. I saw it and showed it to the other 3 friends. They all said it did not look like anything like plane, helicopter or anything. It was a quit big green shiny circle (ball), and at times it would have tails (when it went up above the clouds, we could see a tail). and then it went high and high until it disappeared in the cloud, and then it came out of clouds again and it was moving not very fast, neither slowly. Then, we were too scared to continue watching it. So we went in and as soon as I got upstairs I started googling "UFO and UBC". I saw a similar description of what I had seen reported in Feb of this year. So I was wondering is there some kind of research going on in the sky or is it really a UFO? Cheers.

Description: My daughter and I were outside on the back deck, and we live in the city. We both observed a bright white light moving from west to east in a jerky motion. It was not a plane (no sound and no flashing lights), it was also moving faster than any plane I have ever observed. I have observed satellites outside the city limits and they do not move in that motion or at that speed and I have never seen a satellite in city limits because it is so bright. The light was brighter than anything I've seen in the night sky in the city. Then it just disappeared quickly.

Maple Ridge, British Columbia UFO Incident Caught On Film (Map/Video Footage)

Location of Sighting: From balcony back of house - Object seemed to be over Derby Reach park across Fraser River.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Looked like a black inflatable raft of 50 feet with a round black ball about 10 ft diameter tethered to one end. Object was flying eastern direction just above treetops at low speed.
Full Description of event/sighting: Was out on my balcony for a smoke. House is on the side of a hill and the balcony is overlooking the area including views across the Fraser River. Some scattered clouds but generally clear skies. Was just after sunset.
I spotted a large black object resembling a black inflatable raft of about 50 ft length with a black ball about 10 ft diameter tethered to one end that was moving slowly in eastern direction. The object was floating just above tree-tops over the Derby Reach Park area across from the Fraser River.
The object seemed to perform a half turn maneuver rotating on itself left to right before hovering for 30 seconds then start ascending at a relatively slow pace until it reached cloud heights. The tethered ball part wasn't visible anymore after it's rotation.
I ran inside once the object started ascending and grabbed my wife's cell phone and shot 2 video sequences of the object - unfortunately the resolution of the video is so low that we cannot make out the object.
There were no lights and no noise from the object at any time throughout the sighting.
I lost track of the object after it went through a high cloud.
There are many condominiums on hillsides on the Haney side of the river, facing Derby Reach Park - hopefully somebody else will have seen something as from the altitude of the object when initially spotted - it would have been directly in the line of vision of people in those condos. Thanks.

Full Description of event/sighting: June 8, 2008 at 11:15pm or so. My brother and I were sitting outside on the patio just talking and we were looking up at the night sky. Both of us saw two very bright lights, both the same size, flying together, too close to be planes, but too high up to make out what they looked like. They did not have airplane lights. All we saw were two very bright moving objects (lights) that met up with a third (light) object that might have been a star and as soon as they met the third object, the two bright objects began to rise so fast that we watched them disappear into space until there were no lights left. It's almost like they hovered for a second and then took off straight up in super speed and disappeared from the atmosphere. The other third object remained, but my brother said it was moving slowly, I couldn't tell.
We realized that we had just witnessed a UFO, whether it be military or an ET, I dunno, but I think it was military probably.

Salmo, British Columbia Red Saucer Shaped UFO

Date: August 1981
Time: Approx: 6:20 p.m.
It was the August 1981 when a the witness left work and drove home. Not a few minutes passed after arriving home when he turned around in the yard and looked towards a small open field when he saw, above the trees and at the far end of the field a bright glowing red craft. It's shape was saucer-like but it also flared out on all sides.
The object was stationary in the sky and not a sound was heard. There were no lights of any kind, just the glowing red craft which was approx; the size of a pick-up truck. He man said he watched it for approx: 2 or 3 minutes, (which to him felt like a life time). The object moved slowly towards the northeast and the fellow lost sight of it due to the trees which blocked view.

St. Catharines, Ontario UFO Makes Erratic Movements

Shape of objects: Pin point.
Full Description of event/sighting: My husband was on our balcony, attempting to photograph some chain lightning during a low-laying storm. I had gone back in, when he called be back, saying "You've got to see this, quick!" I ran out, and he asked "Do you see that light over there?" I told him I did. He asked me what it was doing, and when I focused on it. I could see that it was moving erratically, and quickly. Like right, left, forward, left, right, back. And in a flash-like motion. Like it was instantly leaving one spot and reappeared in another.
I couldn't answer him fast enough, and he pretty much answered his own question by re-iterating what I'd just seen. We watched it for about 10 seconds more, as it flashed back and forth, then it was gone. It didn't 'fade', it just disappeared.
What followed were Goosebumps and "What the heck was that?", and "Did you see that too?".
So, we don't know if this was a UFO sighting, but it sure looked like one to us. Thanks.

I couldn't answer him fast enough, and he pretty much answered his own question by re-iterating what I'd just seen. We watched it for about 10 seconds more, as it flashed back and forth, then it was gone. It didn't 'fade', it just disappeared.
What followed were Goosebumps and "What the heck was that?", and "Did you see that too?".
So, we don't know if this was a UFO sighting, but it sure looked like one to us. Thanks.

Hi Brian..hope you are well...
My buddy went out to the lake last weekend...I decided to stay at home.
We were talking today about the lake and I quizzed him about if there were any strange things in the sky last weekend..He quickly responded, having forgotten to mention it when he returned.
This is the report form both witnesses whom I have talked to separately.
Saturday night my friend and his girlfriend spotted an object at 2:00 am as they were out side the cabin for some fresh air. They both quickly noticed a bright object off to the western horizon..As soon as they spotted it the quickly noticed the obvious speed of it. It was traveling at speeds much faster then any other craft (Jet or satellite) they have seen. The orange/red object preceded in an easterly direction almost above..but was not going in a straight line from west to east..It was arching..towards the north. The object was seen from virtually horizon to horizon..and it spanned the distance in-between in a matter of 12 to 15 seconds.
The object appeared to both friends as having an orange/red hue to it. There were no trails to it or other lights..and it stayed a constant intensity the whole time. The color did not change.
As stated by the witnesses:
- "It was not a satellite or meteor..They are a very common sight above the lake..It did appear to be moving in controlled fashion."
- "The speed this object was traveling was faster then any jets that we have, can go. It was pretty high up., but it was big enough to see clearly in the night sky."
- "There was no sound from it."
Brian both of my friends descriptions of the sighting were identical, so I combined them.

Victoria, British Columbia Witnesses See What They Believed To be A UFO

Location of Sighting: Parking lot of Craigdaroch Castle in Victoria, BC.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Like a very bright satellite.
Full Description of event/sighting: It was a cold night on May 28, 2008, at approx. 2300 hrs, as I, my sister, my mother, and our friend stood outside the Craigdaroch Castle, listening to the stories of the security guard on duty. Story time was just finishing up, so I looked up to take one last look at the beautiful piece of architecture that stood before me. An unusually bright star caught my attention just to the left of the building. At a closer glance the star appeared to be moving slightly, so I assumed that it nothing more than an exceptionally bright satellite.
So I turned back to hear the rest of the never-ending tale of our new friend. Just then, my sister, who was also looking up at the sky at the same time, said, "hey, where did that light go?" Someone said, "what light?" to which she replied, "the satellite that I was watching just disappeared" I said, "say what?" I looked back to the spot where I last saw this "satellite", and sure enough, it had vanished! I looked all over the night sky and saw no sign of anything moving! I am convinced that what both me and my sister saw was, in fact, a UFO!
Now, whether it was of alien origin, or one of the government's test objects, that is up for debate.

McCreary, Manitoba Bright White Object Turns Blue In Color

Location of Sighting: Our house, north of McCreary, Manitoba.

Shape of objects: Round.
Full Description of event/sighting: We had stepped outside to let our dog pee before bed, and I noticed a large white light above our tree-line on the south side of our house. I told my girlfriend about it, and when she saw it she went into the house to get her camera.
As I watched it, it traveled in what appeared to be a southwest direction as it got smaller (appeared to be moving away, not across the sky). I read a few reports today and saw one description as "fading away like a light bulb turning off". It certainly got smaller and eventually went from solid white to a blue color and then disappeared from sight.
It didn't blink at all, which ruled out aircraft and probably satellites, but I did think I could check on satellite positions. I can't seem to find much information on that, but I thought I would report the light anyways in case a number of other people had seen it as well, or if there was an explanation for it. Thanks.

Vernon, British Columbia Large White UFO Flashes Red Then Disappears

Location of Sighting: Over Okanagan Lake heading East.
Number of witnesses: 3
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Bright white light.
Full Description of event/sighting: Three of us saw a bright white light heading East over the lake. We were on a boat in the lake looking up at the stars. This was larger and brighter than a satellite and made no noise. It wasn't flashing like a plane would be. It went East and we followed it with our eyes until it suddenly started getting dimmer and dimmer until it flashed red and disappeared completely. It wasn't anything we could identify with.

Caledon, Ontario Low Flying Erratic Moving Lights (UFOs)

Location of Sighting: Caledon, ON.

Shape of objects: Unknown.
Full Description of event/sighting: My wife looked north east out kitchen window about 11:00pm, saw lights moving erratic. We live on Winston Churchill bl, 5 km north of King St., Caledon, and about 3 km west of Badlands UFO hotspot. I saw low flying object approx: 400-500 feet above ground moving in south west direction. Two white "spotlights" facing forward with a red rotating strobe light at mid point. Could not make out shape except not an airplane. Object was swinging widely side to side, maybe I could call it zig zagging, more like surfing, slaloming, but lights remained parallel to ground, no tilt of "wings" one would expect if it was an airplane maneuvering, made a very unusual noise, like a large electric motor and speed was very slow, 30-40 mph. We watched it approach house for about a minute and it passed directly over us, continued along same straight line course, swinging back and forth out of view. The only shape I could distinguish was a curved reflection around red light, there was no contrast between object and sky. My lasting impression is one of a flying wing, or cigar shape moving sideways, my wife says she thought it was round. White lights appeared to be 100 feet apart.

Full Description of event/sighting: Just wanted you to know that we were out last night looking for the UFOs that have been showing up in our area around the same time each night. Unfortunately there was too much cloud cover. I did see a bright moving object in the east for a quick second but it soon was blocked by the clouds. Vernon, British Columbia A Massive White Orb

Time: Between 9:30 -10:00 p.m.
I work at a hotel here in Vernon, BC and I was at the pool area chatting with guests about the sightings and there was about 10 of us. All of a sudden a massive white orb appeared and we all watched it go across the sky. It was amazing, but as we watched it fade away, a second one appeared as we all gathered several more people to watch it. I'm not sure what's going on, but there is something strange happening in the skys of Vernon. Everyone was astonished. The best part was that I was validated. Have a great night.

Vernon, British Columbia White Planet Sized Lights

I was walking my dog at around 11:00 and there were two incidences of a white planet sized light moving around in the sky and occasionally vanishing. It was very high altitude, with very clear sky's and I have no idea what the actual shape was, but it looked like a white globe. It only lasted a few minutes at most.
I used to be a night security office in Canmore Alberta, and I've seen odd things and lots of satellites, so I can distinguish those without too much problem, but these things from the last few days. well. I'm just not sure, they are definitely not planes, not satellites, and not natural. With all the disclosures lately - who knows, maybe we're in for a mass visitation.

Vernon, British Columbia Egg Shaped UFO With Red Glow

Hi Brian, I did hang around outside Friday night and at approximately 11:00pm I saw a light appear to be following 25th Ave eastward, cruising at or below small plane height for landing.(The airport is just west of downtown Vernon) This light was different. It was a light under something. The light shape was half egg shape, a red glow under a glowing amber - orange half egg shape, with a white aura. The size of this shape was approximately a mid size car. What was above I could not see or imagine, but the light suggested to myself that it was attached. No noise, not in a hurry and blinked out at the eastern edge of Vernon. Thanks.

Peachland, British Columbia A Bright White Light

Time: Between 10:30 and 11:00 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Over Peachland - West to East.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Bright white light - Non-descript shape.
Full Description of event/sighting: I just want to confirm the sightings from a witness in Vernon. We also saw a low flying bright white light (no flashing) which maintained it's appearance from all positions as it drifted by, around the same time each night. I saw the same thing a week or so ago. Way too low for a satellite. The one we witnessed last night faded out in a peculiar way with a small red light being emitted before disappearing. No noise at all. We will be out tonight, Saturday night, to see if it will be here again. Thanks.

Standoff, Alberta Object Moving In A Erratic Manner

Location of Sighting: Standoff, Alberta
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Round, seen as moving star across sky in erratic manner.
Full Description of event/sighting: Event or sighting was seen as a star moving first from south to north direction. Then from east to north direction. Distance seemed to vary from bright to dim. I think the brighter object was closer. Again the object much brighter on the last sighting was moving from the west directly over us and moving towards the east and then fading. Sometimes the object would appear as a bright light and then fading as it moved across the sky. Is this a satellite?

Vernon, British Columbia A Sphere Shaped UFO

Location of Sighting: Vernon, BC
Number of witnesses: 1

Shape of objects: Hard to tell - seemed like a sphere.
Full Description of event/sighting: Basically what I saw was what I thought to be a hole in the sky, as strange as that sounds. It was below the cloud line as it hovered. A couple clouds did pass over it, i.e. behind it, before it began to move extremely slowly after about 5 minutes of hovering. It appeared to be a strictly black object. The sky was clear besides a few clouds a I say, and it was barely sun set. So there was a slight orange tinge to the skyline. The object stood out from everything in the sky because of the blackness of it and didn't seem to reflect the setting sun whatsoever.
It was bizarre. There have been strange lights in the skies here, mostly flashing lights - similar to police lights, (alternating red, blue, amber), but extremely high altitude, and I can't really relate the two since the object today seemed to emit no light whatsoever. In fact, I was out today looking to buy a tripod for my cam corder to steady my hand to film the colored lights. I managed to get those on film, but its nearly impossible to watch, from the hand shaking.
Anyhow, That's what I saw.

Vernon, British Columbia A Bright White Light

Hi Brian, last night the sky over Vernon was clear, no clouds. I was outside, waiting to see if the light would be back. At 10:40pm the light flew over my building, no sound and it was very low, as low as a helicopter would dare. The bright white light followed 30th Ave, east, which crosses at Highway 97 right downtown Vernon, until it blinked out I am guessing at the end of 30th Ave. The orb light slowly cruised right over busy main street! Three nights in a row making deliberate moves over a small city has myself speculating many things.
I have noticed that the appearance of the orb is 20 minutes later each night, this is the third night. This means that I will be outside for sure at 11:00pm tonight the fourth night. Take care, thanks.

Southwest Oshawa, Ontario An Intense Orangey Yellow Ball Of Light

Time: After 11:10 p.m.
Hi Brian, wanted to share a recent event of some unidentified lights, that were witnessed last night, May 28, 2008. I live in southwest Oshawa, north of Hwy 401 bordering the township of Whitby, Ontario. After 11:10pm, while walking the dog. I noticed a very clear night happening, adding clarity to many stars and planets. I noticed a low intense orangey-yellow ball of light moving from the west about less than a mile away. Within 10 seconds, as it moved along, it just faded out. The direction was to the northeast. I could not hear a jet/plane engines, but more so could not see any running lights, even if it was conventional. There was no signs of any object, after it faded out. I stopped dead in my tracks, curious of what it could have been?
I then continued to walk along with the dog. Couple of minutes later, while glancing on and off up in the sky. I noticed something real strange. This is the kicker Brian , in my rush, in reporting this to you. As I noticed once again, something above in the same area of the sky. What I noticed, as to best describe to you. It was like a single burst/pulse of a perfect round light-not a flash. It happen for a split second, as I watched it, my heart started to raced. There were no more pulses-just one. This intense white-yellow pulse had a “perfect “ round shape to it-like a defined outline of a round bright object. I then wondered, if there something giving a sign of presence in the area ? I have read there has been a many a weird seen in Oshawa/Whitby area reported to you. Now here’s another weird one to add on your list. Take care and thanks for providing your website of similar information witnessed. I’m still wondering presently, what it was I had witnessed and more so, it’s purpose up there.

Hi Brian, Last night at 10:20pm I saw coming from the west a bright light with a yellow center, it flew directly over Vernon, stop, drop down becoming brighter as it dropped, stop again, head east toward the mountain, stop and drop down to disappear close to the top of the mountain. It was bright white and moved with deliberation. Thank you.

Full Description of event/sighting: Bright light past directly over us as we sat on the patio. It just cleared the horizon and did not appear to be a satellite. It traveled to fast to be a domestic plane and did not make a sound. Do you have any eye witnesses or any information that would clear our unidentified flying object ?

Vernon, British Columbia Unusual UFO Sighting

Hi Brian, Tuesday night I saw something look like it had been ejected from somewhere in the west and had come down too fast and short of it's target. That is the only way I can explain what I saw and I was thinking while watching a bright uni light, yellow center and a steady red light appear to be coming down into the middle of Vernon. It then seemed to adjust speed and began to fly east and then go down behind the mountain.
There was no "plane" noise, the whiney drone they make when flying. The uni light was very bright and too large to be on a small plane. As it was flying east away from me, it was still one big bright light, if it was a plane, the light would not be that visible from behind. It came from a western trajectory, arched down over the low clouds, the bright uni light peeking through. As it dropped lower, it slowed right down, so it wasn't anything organic like a meteor. I can't remember if there was any contrail, I think there was some thing trailing but am not sure of that. Take care.

2 Miles North Of Kewanee, Illinois Missing Time And Large Orange UFO

To whom ever, I was about 20 years old at the time. I am now 38 now. My girlfriend and I were waiting for some friends to show up at a certain spot out in the country about 2 miles north of Kewanee, Illinois, the spot that we called the bridge. This was where we always hung out on the weekends and drank beer. As my girlfriend and I were waiting without having any alcohol, a huge orange light landed right over the top of my 1978 T-bird. We lost about 15 minutes of time. It all happened so very quickly and within a flash we watched the light disappear, we then sat there in awe for about 30 minutes not saying a word to one another in fear that neither one of us saw the same thing. Then we discussed the whole experience and decided we wouldn't tell anyone because of course everyone would think we were crazy. I've had several encounters in very lucid dreams since this whole experience. It's really sad to think that 47% of the population believe in UFOs or life beyond. Just wanted to share my experience with you after reading your e-mail.

Sasquatch/Bigfoot Sighting Outside Of Smithers, British Columbia

Message: Hi Brian, Gosh I have been trying to remember the details of a Bigfoot sighting in the Bulkley Valley. Maybe someone from the area will remember this. It was sometime during the mid 70's and just outside of Smithers on Highway 16 towards Moricetown. I was a kid and remembered hearing on the local radio channel (Was it BVLD Radio back then too?) that someone had spotted Bigfoot run across the road in front of them head into the trees towards the Bulkley River.
We lived along the Telkwa Hi-Road on a ranch called Springhill at the time. On the other side of the hi-road was the Bulkley River and beyond that was property and then Highway 16. I remembered being so excited at the prospect that I might have a chance to see this creature that I sat on our log fence in the front yard and watched the field below us (which belonged to the Rosenberg's at the time) the entire day. I kid you not. It was morning when I went to sit on the fence and it was dark when I gave up. I was determined not to miss it. I was convinced that if Bigfoot made it across the river that he was going to run across that field. Boy was I disappointed when he never showed! LOL
I wonder if anyone else can remember that sighting? Thanks a bunch!

Thousand Oaks California UFO And Blue Light (Connection To Major Case ?)

Message: I just found the UFO sighting story in Thousand Oaks California. I was actually Googling "UFO in Thousand Oaks 1975" when I found the story you did. I was 7, and my friends and I were outside playing after dinner. We lived on Calle Jazmin, not too far from Arboles and Erbes as noted in the other story. It was dark out and we were playing near the curb of someone's house and saw a weird light coming down from the sky. There were alot of trees so we couldn't see where it went. About 5 minutes later, we saw some of our parents running to one of the neighbors house who was yelling something about a UFO and a blue light. We were freaking out because we were kids and we did see something and went to that neighbors house and our parents were in the yard telling us to stay out front. Later on that night, back at home, I asked my parents about it and they told me nothing happened and to forget about it. To this day, I know what we saw, and to this day, my parent deny seeing anything.

Full Description of event/sighting: Sometime in July of 1999, I was outside throwing a ball for my dog, I looked up, and there was a Black Triangle about 50 feet above me. It made absolutely no sound, and didn't move at all. It was not transparent, I could not see through it, at the time, thinking I was just seeing things, I looked back down, then up again, and it was gone.

I don't really remember any feelings at the time and I don't know what made me look up, because I didn't notice it until I had looked up, my dog was a puppy at the time and I don't really think he looked up I cannot recall any lights on it, I kind of shrugged it off, I was young, and don't think I was really into UFO's at the time, I know I seen something though, but I guess I just didn't believe it and thought to myself, I didn't just see that' and went on with my life, but then started thinking about it later. I wasn't like 6 or anything, I was about 12, so I had knowledge of conventional aircraft, and that was not like anything I had ever seen, but knowing what I know now about UFO's and how many sightings there really are, I would have looked at it differently. it's funny after I posted it. I checked to see if there was any UFO sightings similar to mine for July 1999, and to my surprise, I found one your site, a report of someone in my city seeing a UFO as well, I thought that was interesting, being that it's a fairly small city. I wish I could have seen it do something amazing like shoot off at the speed of light, but it just seemed to vanish, I think that's probably why I didn't believe it at the time. I hope to see another one on the future.

Wyton, Cambridgeshire, UK A Ball Like Intense White Light (UFO)

Description: In 2000 was vesting the Cambridge Gunina pig centre with girlfriend who had taken her sick animal down for treatment. I decided to sit in the car in the car park next to the centre and smoke a few cigs before joining my girlfriend. The night was very dark and quite cold so sat and looked at the sky while I smoked and listened to music on the radio. After around 10 minutes I noticed a ball like intense white light in the sky to my right. I looked at it for about a further ten or so minutes trying to decide if it was a distant aircraft which was either hovering or coming in from hell of a range. I then realized it was getting closer or larger. So took a pair of binoculars we kept in the car glove compartment for a better view.
I decided to get of the car to view it from outside and when I did noticed there was no sound coming from it. I noticed that whatever I was watching made no noise and i was a bit taken a back by it. I had grown up near RAF Waddington in Lincolnshire and had seen countless aircraft coming in to land and take off at night and this didn't seem to be fitting what I knew. The light or aircraft (that I thought at the time) got bigger and bigger and much brighter and with the binoculars it seemed to pulse as it got closer to me.
Then I heard aircraft noise and for a second or two I felt a sense of relief but then I realized this was coming from two fighter type aircraft, which headed straight towards the bright light. They were traveling at some speed from the sound and thrust of the engines that I saw but as they got close to the light it moved away at very high speed. The two aircraft seemed to chase after it and I kept my binoculars on all three until they had gone from view but the light
seemed to create rapid distance between itself and the two aircraft and seemed to be traveling at very high speed. The bright light came back in the distance about five minutes later before shooting off at very, very high speed.
The whole incident made me feel quite nervous and I went to join my girlfriend with her sick pet. In the centre waiting room I told a few people of what i had just seen but no-one seemed be concerned and I mentioned it to the owner of the centre who didn't comment either. All the way back home my girlfriend didn't take my sighting seriously and I tried to forget what I had seen. To this day I feel I saw a UFO that night and wish I could have spoken to someone about it before. Prior to that night I did not believe in UFOs and put all sightings down to people mistaking aircraft or planets for something unknown.

Hunters Come Across A Strange Creature In British Columbia Canada (Audio)

Brian Vike of HBCC UFO Research spoke to a really nice lady on Sunday May 25, 2008 and she related a story of a strange creature that two hunters came across while out driving the back roads here in British Columbia. The four legged creature had fangs, no tail, short bristly hair and pretty much frightened the hunters away. The fellows were in there truck, armed with rifles but after coming across this thing they quickly turned around and got out of the area straight away, this is how frightened they were.

Description: 9.30pm enjoying a ciggy in the back garden and coming up from the southeast I noticed an orange/red object moving quite slowly into the north west.after watching for about a minute or so I ran into the house to get my wife and son to come and see, because new years morning about 1.30am, again having a ciggy in the garden I saw three of the same objects moving from west to east each about 30secs apart..anyway after running back to the garden after about 20secs later the bloody thing had gone..vanished..nowhere to be seen..sky absolutely clear.. The light they gave off sort of flickered on and off irregularly nothing like the strobe lights on aircraft and were totally silent. Living under the ILS approach for b/ham airport I know a plane when I see one..no way these things are aircraft..any suggestions.

Description: "We were watching the end of a lighting storm, and as the clouds passed over, we noticed what we thought was a star,we only noticed this because we realized that it was moving towards us very quickly. We focused on it for a short time, and saw that it was changing color and so was its brightness. It alternated between white and orange and blue.we then became aware of three more "stars" swept behind it, rather like the shape of a delta. It was then that we kept getting glimpses of the outer edge of whatever this was, we saw what appeared to be the outer edge of a large triangle very high in the sky, and it was only at brief moments that we could see this.
We then began to notice that it was moving closer to the other three "stars". The same thing happened for the other three, brief glimpses of the outer edges. It then seemed that they were interacting with each other, moving closer too and from each other quite quickly. The 4 lined back up in delta form, and stayed completely still. I was curious so I ran upstairs to fetch my SLR camera which has a large telephoto lens and would have enabled me to completely focus on this bizarre feature in the sky.
When I returned I managed to find exactly where this bizarre anomaly in the sky was, however, my camera was completely unable to focus on it, and whenever it almost made focus, it would become unfocused.
I found this very alarming. Eventually our unusual sighting became completely motionless. After 35 minutes of avid watching we decided, whatever it was had finished wanting to attract our attention, so we went indoors once more.
When we were there we discussed what it could have been. We thought that it couldn't be an aircraft as no aircraft could stay still for such a long time, in complete silence. What we saw had severely disturbed me, and I was shaking for the rest of the evening in shock, as was my friend."

Description: At approximately 3:00 PM on May 13, 2008, I was awakened by bright, white light in the sky over the San Jacinto mountains (my bed faces west to the San Jacinto mountains). At the top of the mountain, there was a large white, egg-shaped object that was illuminated with bright, white light. As I watched the object (in shock!), it hovered in the same position for a while near the top of the mountain, then darted west over and behind the mountain.
Once behind the mountain the intense white light illuminated the silhouette of the mountains, and then the white light faded. I have never witnessed anything like this before and was hunting online to see if anyone else had possibly seen this.

Simi Valley, California A Bright Orange Circular Object

Hello, My name is (name removed). I have lived in Simi Valley for 17 years. I am writing to ask, did anyone report or comment on, seeing anything unusual, in the sky, Friday night (5/23), around 11:00pm? My husband and I witnessed a bright orange circular object, at first hovering then traveling toward us, from the south skies over Simi. While watching we both noticed the object released a smaller light (maybe ambers) that dropped toward the earth, into the hills to the South of Simi. Of course it could have been further away. Then the object came toward us, closer, becoming larger the closer it got. When it seemed to be over LA Ave, it suddenly turned West and picked up speed. It did not pulse, it did not change color but it did become what looked like two round lights. I thought it might be a fireball, or comet but my husband said it looked like two perfectly round lights, like headlights of a car, only in the sky and orange. We have a pair of very strong binoculars and could see this object close up. All we could see were the lights. Two of them staying proportionally together during the entire event. My question is, did anyone else, that you know of, report seeing this? This event lasted 10-15 minutes. Surely someone else had to of seen this.

They looked way too close together to be that bright (very unusual - like two bright planets one on top of the other). I mentioned this to my friend and as we looked up to get a better look the top one disappeared (slowly-like a light bulb burning out)...about 10 seconds later the second one did the same thing. These objects were never moving but what we saw was something neither of us had ever seen in our lifetime. It could have been meteorites, some kind of spacecraft or military vehicle but it was not normal.

Toronto, Ontario Heavy Jet Air Traffic

Hi Brian, Awhile ago there was a contrail discussion on your site, so I wanted to report this. We left the house about 8:15 am this morning and noticed in the skies above Toronto several criss crossing contrails. I was suspicious, and kept watching for the next 40 minutes, and all the way from the west side of Toronto up hwy 400 past Newmarket we saw so many contrails being made. At times there were at least 3 jets flying side by side leaving contrails right over Toronto (I didn't even realize that this was legal, to fly so close to each other). The only camera I had was on my cell phone. I'll check if there is a way to use these on the computer.

More Eyewitnesses Report Heavy Air Traffic Over Hamilton, Ontario

Time: Approx: 8:15 a.m.
Further to this report posted yesterday, I would like to corroborate the reporter's observations. We too witnessed extremely heavy air traffic here over Hamilton Ontario at the same time and date. The contrails were at times in the dozens, indicating a volume of traffic not seen since the '60's when SAC aircraft were plentiful. One of the things that I observed was the fact that these aircraft were not following commercial routes that we normally observe here. They were going in all directions and at a very high altitude. Some of the contrails revealed that the aircraft were changing courses abruptly at high flight levels, something which is not normally done with commercial traffic. The altitudes of the craft were such that there was no way they could have departed from any airport or air base in Southern Ontario or upper New York State.

North Of Grand Rapids, Michigan Huge Ball Fades

Full Description of event/sighting: Taking my dog out I saw an object like a satellite heading from the western sky northeast, I thought it was a satellite. Suddenly it becomes a huge ball of light then turned very faint, it then changed direction 90 degrees heading northwest and faded slowly becoming very dim. It disappeared. I went in to get my binoculars and scanning the sky to the west, slightly northwest of me was a stationary star like object that blinked red, blue, white green. Even with the naked eye you could see it blinking. I watching it about 10 minutes then went inside because of the mosquito's.

Burlington-Etobikoke Ontario Low Hovering UFO

Description: My wife was driving, we were heading east along Mainway in Burlington when I noticed something in the air just to the north of us. It caught my eye as it was large but hovering in the air at a very low altitude. I pointed it out to my wife and we both assumed it was a blimp, but suddenly there was a shimmer of metallic light across the surface, as if turning in the sunlight and it took off away from us at an alarming rate. We pulled into a side street and got out of the car to watch the object. It flew off to a high elevation to the north-east, then stopped and hovered for a few seconds before turning and streaking across the sky westward and disappeared.
My wife and I were confused by the whole event and were talking about it as we got onto the QEW heading east into Toronto. About five minutes later we spotted the same object over Oakville. Again it was low and hovering, this time directly in front of us above the QEW with a shimmering light across the surface before slowly moving across our path and then accelerating and rocketing off and disappearing again.
Between Burlington and Toronto we spotted this same object 2 more times with the same erratic hovering and flight patterns. Because we were driving we were able to have multiple sightings but we were sure other people had seem this object as well.

Parksville, British Columbia UFOs Zig Zag - Stop And Travel Quickly

Full Description of event/sighting: I was lying on my back as the sky darkened to look at stars. I saw what I thought was a satellite, as it did not blink, but appeared to be moving. As I continued to watch it stopped and changed directions and moved behind clouds. As I checked other parts of the sky I found more of these odd-moving lights - at least four at any given time. At this time I awoke my daughter to act as a second witness. These lights appeared to be at a high altitude, but moved quickly from time to time. When I realized they were odd, I pointed and yelled "AHA!", it was then that it pealed out in an opposite direction and then stopped and zig-zagged and even appeared to be forming some type of figures with its movement. After I put my daughter back to bed, I went and found a group of about 7 college-age boys from Victoria. I was able to point out one that was directly over-head and was validated in my discovery. They were unilaterally convinced they were observing an alien craft. I was sure only that it wasn't technology we had been made aware of yet. The next night I could see them again. Since then I have told more people, however it has been cloudy at night and nothing has been visible.
Point - If it were a manned craft, the G's pulled by the accelerations, decelerations and direction changes would have killed a man. If it were from another planet, then they were trying desperately to get our attention.

No sound, bright, no FAA lights, just a white glowing orb. Planes in the area were coming in from over Golden Ears mountain and must have seen this object! This object is easily seen by anyone looking up.

Ocala, Florida Colored And Triangular UFOs (Excellent Graphic)

Hello, I had seen some remarkable objects in the sky last night and I found your site while trying to research what I saw. Here's what happened...
I live in Ocala, FL which is about an hour and a half from Orlando. I was driving home from work last night when I saw a large flashing object flashing white light brighter than anything I've ever seen before. It was in the middle of my view- in plain sight. I had originally thought it was a cell phone tower but it was so bright it was illuminating the sky around it. I live in a rural town so its very dark at night and you can see the stars almost perfect...In the distance towards this object was also 2 separate red pulsating objects emitting what looked like red and green lights back and forth at each other. As I got closer to my home, I was able to make out that the first large bright object was a triangle craft. By the time I had got home and out of my car I had counted 3 separate red UFOs and what I thought could have been two more but were much higher but flashing red, blue, and pulsating green (as they remained stationary but were revolving). The triangular craft was a small distance away from the red UFOs and they acted almost as if they didn't notice each other. The triangle craft was flying in circles and very low.
Within seconds of getting out of my car the triangle craft had flown off but the red UFOs began to ascend high into the sky but not to the point as to where I was unable to see the pulsating lights still. The whole thing is- there was one jet plane a good distance away from all these objects, heading towards the Orlando airport so I was able to compare the jet plane to these objects. These were no plane, nor anything I've ever seen in my life. I attempted to take a few pictures but it was far too dark. I did however draw a diagram of what I saw. I am not the only witness to what I saw as well.
Florida is a UFO hot spot and the triangular craft seems to be seen by plenty of other people as well. I was thinking it was along the lines of military but the red UFOs I saw gave off an eerie feeling that made me believe they were something else.

2 Miles North Of Kewanee, Illinois Missing Time And Large Orange UFO

To whom ever, I was about 20 years old at the time. I am now 38 now. My girlfriend and I were waiting for some friends to show up at a certain spot out in the country about 2 miles north of Kewanee, Illinois, the spot that we called the bridge. This was where we always hung out on the weekends and drank beer. As my girlfriend and I were waiting without having any alcohol, a huge orange light landed right over the top of my 1978 T-bird. We lost about 15 minutes of time. It all happened so very quickly and within a flash we watched the light disappear, we then sat there in awe for about 30 minutes not saying a word to one another in fear that neither one of us saw the same thing. Then we discussed the whole experience and decided we wouldn't tell anyone because of course everyone would think we were crazy. I've had several encounters in very lucid dreams since this whole experience. It's really sad to think that 47% of the population believe in UFOs or life beyond. Just wanted to share my experience with you after reading your e-mail.

Sasquatch/Bigfoot Sighting Outside Of Smithers, British Columbia

Message: Hi Brian, Gosh I have been trying to remember the details of a Bigfoot sighting in the Bulkley Valley. Maybe someone from the area will remember this. It was sometime during the mid 70's and just outside of Smithers on Highway 16 towards Moricetown. I was a kid and remembered hearing on the local radio channel (Was it BVLD Radio back then too?) that someone had spotted Bigfoot run across the road in front of them head into the trees towards the Bulkley River.
We lived along the Telkwa Hi-Road on a ranch called Springhill at the time. On the other side of the hi-road was the Bulkley River and beyond that was property and then Highway 16. I remembered being so excited at the prospect that I might have a chance to see this creature that I sat on our log fence in the front yard and watched the field below us (which belonged to the Rosenberg's at the time) the entire day. I kid you not. It was morning when I went to sit on the fence and it was dark when I gave up. I was determined not to miss it. I was convinced that if Bigfoot made it across the river that he was going to run across that field. Boy was I disappointed when he never showed! LOL
I wonder if anyone else can remember that sighting? Thanks a bunch!

Thousand Oaks California UFO And Blue Light (Connection To Major Case ?)

Message: I just found the UFO sighting story in Thousand Oaks California. I was actually Googling "UFO in Thousand Oaks 1975" when I found the story you did. I was 7, and my friends and I were outside playing after dinner. We lived on Calle Jazmin, not too far from Arboles and Erbes as noted in the other story. It was dark out and we were playing near the curb of someone's house and saw a weird light coming down from the sky. There were alot of trees so we couldn't see where it went. About 5 minutes later, we saw some of our parents running to one of the neighbors house who was yelling something about a UFO and a blue light. We were freaking out because we were kids and we did see something and went to that neighbors house and our parents were in the yard telling us to stay out front. Later on that night, back at home, I asked my parents about it and they told me nothing happened and to forget about it. To this day, I know what we saw, and to this day, my parent deny seeing anything.

Full Description of event/sighting: Sometime in July of 1999, I was outside throwing a ball for my dog, I looked up, and there was a Black Triangle about 50 feet above me. It made absolutely no sound, and didn't move at all. It was not transparent, I could not see through it, at the time, thinking I was just seeing things, I looked back down, then up again, and it was gone.

I don't really remember any feelings at the time and I don't know what made me look up, because I didn't notice it until I had looked up, my dog was a puppy at the time and I don't really think he looked up I cannot recall any lights on it, I kind of shrugged it off, I was young, and don't think I was really into UFO's at the time, I know I seen something though, but I guess I just didn't believe it and thought to myself, I didn't just see that' and went on with my life, but then started thinking about it later. I wasn't like 6 or anything, I was about 12, so I had knowledge of conventional aircraft, and that was not like anything I had ever seen, but knowing what I know now about UFO's and how many sightings there really are, I would have looked at it differently. it's funny after I posted it. I checked to see if there was any UFO sightings similar to mine for July 1999, and to my surprise, I found one your site, a report of someone in my city seeing a UFO as well, I thought that was interesting, being that it's a fairly small city. I wish I could have seen it do something amazing like shoot off at the speed of light, but it just seemed to vanish, I think that's probably why I didn't believe it at the time. I hope to see another one on the future.

Wyton, Cambridgeshire, UK A Ball Like Intense White Light (UFO)

Description: In 2000 was vesting the Cambridge Gunina pig centre with girlfriend who had taken her sick animal down for treatment. I decided to sit in the car in the car park next to the centre and smoke a few cigs before joining my girlfriend. The night was very dark and quite cold so sat and looked at the sky while I smoked and listened to music on the radio. After around 10 minutes I noticed a ball like intense white light in the sky to my right. I looked at it for about a further ten or so minutes trying to decide if it was a distant aircraft which was either hovering or coming in from hell of a range. I then realized it was getting closer or larger. So took a pair of binoculars we kept in the car glove compartment for a better view.
I decided to get of the car to view it from outside and when I did noticed there was no sound coming from it. I noticed that whatever I was watching made no noise and i was a bit taken a back by it. I had grown up near RAF Waddington in Lincolnshire and had seen countless aircraft coming in to land and take off at night and this didn't seem to be fitting what I knew. The light or aircraft (that I thought at the time) got bigger and bigger and much brighter and with the binoculars it seemed to pulse as it got closer to me.
Then I heard aircraft noise and for a second or two I felt a sense of relief but then I realized this was coming from two fighter type aircraft, which headed straight towards the bright light. They were traveling at some speed from the sound and thrust of the engines that I saw but as they got close to the light it moved away at very high speed. The two aircraft seemed to chase after it and I kept my binoculars on all three until they had gone from view but the light
seemed to create rapid distance between itself and the two aircraft and seemed to be traveling at very high speed. The bright light came back in the distance about five minutes later before shooting off at very, very high speed.
The whole incident made me feel quite nervous and I went to join my girlfriend with her sick pet. In the centre waiting room I told a few people of what i had just seen but no-one seemed be concerned and I mentioned it to the owner of the centre who didn't comment either. All the way back home my girlfriend didn't take my sighting seriously and I tried to forget what I had seen. To this day I feel I saw a UFO that night and wish I could have spoken to someone about it before. Prior to that night I did not believe in UFOs and put all sightings down to people mistaking aircraft or planets for something unknown.

Hunters Come Across A Strange Creature In British Columbia Canada (Audio)

Brian Vike of HBCC UFO Research spoke to a really nice lady on Sunday May 25, 2008 and she related a story of a strange creature that two hunters came across while out driving the back roads here in British Columbia. The four legged creature had fangs, no tail, short bristly hair and pretty much frightened the hunters away. The fellows were in there truck, armed with rifles but after coming across this thing they quickly turned around and got out of the area straight away, this is how frightened they were.

Description: 9.30pm enjoying a ciggy in the back garden and coming up from the southeast I noticed an orange/red object moving quite slowly into the north west.after watching for about a minute or so I ran into the house to get my wife and son to come and see, because new years morning about 1.30am, again having a ciggy in the garden I saw three of the same objects moving from west to east each about 30secs apart..anyway after running back to the garden after about 20secs later the bloody thing had gone..vanished..nowhere to be seen..sky absolutely clear.. The light they gave off sort of flickered on and off irregularly nothing like the strobe lights on aircraft and were totally silent. Living under the ILS approach for b/ham airport I know a plane when I see one..no way these things are aircraft..any suggestions.

Description: "We were watching the end of a lighting storm, and as the clouds passed over, we noticed what we thought was a star,we only noticed this because we realized that it was moving towards us very quickly. We focused on it for a short time, and saw that it was changing color and so was its brightness. It alternated between white and orange and blue.we then became aware of three more "stars" swept behind it, rather like the shape of a delta. It was then that we kept getting glimpses of the outer edge of whatever this was, we saw what appeared to be the outer edge of a large triangle very high in the sky, and it was only at brief moments that we could see this.
We then began to notice that it was moving closer to the other three "stars". The same thing happened for the other three, brief glimpses of the outer edges. It then seemed that they were interacting with each other, moving closer too and from each other quite quickly. The 4 lined back up in delta form, and stayed completely still. I was curious so I ran upstairs to fetch my SLR camera which has a large telephoto lens and would have enabled me to completely focus on this bizarre feature in the sky.
When I returned I managed to find exactly where this bizarre anomaly in the sky was, however, my camera was completely unable to focus on it, and whenever it almost made focus, it would become unfocused.
I found this very alarming. Eventually our unusual sighting became completely motionless. After 35 minutes of avid watching we decided, whatever it was had finished wanting to attract our attention, so we went indoors once more.
When we were there we discussed what it could have been. We thought that it couldn't be an aircraft as no aircraft could stay still for such a long time, in complete silence. What we saw had severely disturbed me, and I was shaking for the rest of the evening in shock, as was my friend."

Description: At approximately 3:00 PM on May 13, 2008, I was awakened by bright, white light in the sky over the San Jacinto mountains (my bed faces west to the San Jacinto mountains). At the top of the mountain, there was a large white, egg-shaped object that was illuminated with bright, white light. As I watched the object (in shock!), it hovered in the same position for a while near the top of the mountain, then darted west over and behind the mountain.
Once behind the mountain the intense white light illuminated the silhouette of the mountains, and then the white light faded. I have never witnessed anything like this before and was hunting online to see if anyone else had possibly seen this.

Simi Valley, California A Bright Orange Circular Object

Hello, My name is (name removed). I have lived in Simi Valley for 17 years. I am writing to ask, did anyone report or comment on, seeing anything unusual, in the sky, Friday night (5/23), around 11:00pm? My husband and I witnessed a bright orange circular object, at first hovering then traveling toward us, from the south skies over Simi. While watching we both noticed the object released a smaller light (maybe ambers) that dropped toward the earth, into the hills to the South of Simi. Of course it could have been further away. Then the object came toward us, closer, becoming larger the closer it got. When it seemed to be over LA Ave, it suddenly turned West and picked up speed. It did not pulse, it did not change color but it did become what looked like two round lights. I thought it might be a fireball, or comet but my husband said it looked like two perfectly round lights, like headlights of a car, only in the sky and orange. We have a pair of very strong binoculars and could see this object close up. All we could see were the lights. Two of them staying proportionally together during the entire event. My question is, did anyone else, that you know of, report seeing this? This event lasted 10-15 minutes. Surely someone else had to of seen this.

Full Description of event/sighting: While sitting in a friends backyard on Waverly Street I noticed what looked like two bright stars. They looked way too close together to be that bright (very unusual - like two bright planets one on top of the other). I mentioned this to my friend and as we looked up to get a better look the top one disappeared (slowly-like a light bulb burning out)...about 10 seconds later the second one did the same thing. These objects were never moving but what we saw was something neither of us had ever seen in our lifetime. It could have been meteorites, some kind of spacecraft or military vehicle but it was not normal.

Toronto, Ontario Heavy Jet Air Traffic

Hi Brian, Awhile ago there was a contrail discussion on your site, so I wanted to report this. We left the house about 8:15 am this morning and noticed in the skies above Toronto several criss crossing contrails. I was suspicious, and kept watching for the next 40 minutes, and all the way from the west side of Toronto up hwy 400 past Newmarket we saw so many contrails being made. At times there were at least 3 jets flying side by side leaving contrails right over Toronto (I didn't even realize that this was legal, to fly so close to each other). The only camera I had was on my cell phone. I'll check if there is a way to use these on the computer.

More Eyewitnesses Report Heavy Air Traffic Over Hamilton, Ontario

Time: Approx: 8:15 a.m.
Further to this report posted yesterday, I would like to corroborate the reporter's observations. We too witnessed extremely heavy air traffic here over Hamilton Ontario at the same time and date. The contrails were at times in the dozens, indicating a volume of traffic not seen since the '60's when SAC aircraft were plentiful. One of the things that I observed was the fact that these aircraft were not following commercial routes that we normally observe here. They were going in all directions and at a very high altitude. Some of the contrails revealed that the aircraft were changing courses abruptly at high flight levels, something which is not normally done with commercial traffic. The altitudes of the craft were such that there was no way they could have departed from any airport or air base in Southern Ontario or upper New York State.

North Of Grand Rapids, Michigan Huge Ball Fades

Full Description of event/sighting: Taking my dog out I saw an object like a satellite heading from the western sky northeast, I thought it was a satellite. Suddenly it becomes a huge ball of light then turned very faint, it then changed direction 90 degrees heading northwest and faded slowly becoming very dim. It disappeared. I went in to get my binoculars and scanning the sky to the west, slightly northwest of me was a stationary star like object that blinked red, blue, white green. Even with the naked eye you could see it blinking. I watching it about 10 minutes then went inside because of the mosquito's.

Burlington-Etobikoke Ontario Low Hovering UFO

Description: My wife was driving, we were heading east along Mainway in Burlington when I noticed something in the air just to the north of us. It caught my eye as it was large but hovering in the air at a very low altitude. I pointed it out to my wife and we both assumed it was a blimp, but suddenly there was a shimmer of metallic light across the surface, as if turning in the sunlight and it took off away from us at an alarming rate. We pulled into a side street and got out of the car to watch the object. It flew off to a high elevation to the north-east, then stopped and hovered for a few seconds before turning and streaking across the sky westward and disappeared.
My wife and I were confused by the whole event and were talking about it as we got onto the QEW heading east into Toronto. About five minutes later we spotted the same object over Oakville. Again it was low and hovering, this time directly in front of us above the QEW with a shimmering light across the surface before slowly moving across our path and then accelerating and rocketing off and disappearing again.
Between Burlington and Toronto we spotted this same object 2 more times with the same erratic hovering and flight patterns. Because we were driving we were able to have multiple sightings but we were sure other people had seem this object as well.

Parksville, British Columbia UFOs Zig Zag - Stop And Travel Quickly

Full Description of event/sighting: I was lying on my back as the sky darkened to look at stars. I saw what I thought was a satellite, as it did not blink, but appeared to be moving. As I continued to watch it stopped and changed directions and moved behind clouds. As I checked other parts of the sky I found more of these odd-moving lights - at least four at any given time. At this time I awoke my daughter to act as a second witness. These lights appeared to be at a high altitude, but moved quickly from time to time. When I realized they were odd, I pointed and yelled "AHA!", it was then that it pealed out in an opposite direction and then stopped and zig-zagged and even appeared to be forming some type of figures with its movement. After I put my daughter back to bed, I went and found a group of about 7 college-age boys from Victoria. I was able to point out one that was directly over-head and was validated in my discovery. They were unilaterally convinced they were observing an alien craft. I was sure only that it wasn't technology we had been made aware of yet. The next night I could see them again. Since then I have told more people, however it has been cloudy at night and nothing has been visible.
Point - If it were a manned craft, the G's pulled by the accelerations, decelerations and direction changes would have killed a man. If it were from another planet, then they were trying desperately to get our attention.

Description: Bright oval light traveling eastwards along side of Loch, moving at a steady pace but not overly fast.

Description: I was lying in bed looking out of my window as I could not sleep. Suddenly saw an oval light quite close that was flickering, yet very bright. It was moving eastwards, then it changed direction and moved south. I watched it as it disappeared in to the distance. Moved at a constant speed.

Pitt Meadows, British Columbia A White Glowing Orb

Location of Sighting: Pitt Meadows, B.C.

Shape of objects: Round.
Full Description of event/sighting: Bright light heading in a eastern direction, slow moving over Pitt Meadows into Maple Ridge. If anyone else has seen this please report. No sound, bright, no FAA lights, just a white glowing orb. Planes in the area were coming in from over Golden Ears mountain and must have seen this object! This object is easily seen by anyone looking up.

Ocala, Florida Colored And Triangular UFOs (Excellent Graphic)

Hello, I had seen some remarkable objects in the sky last night and I found your site while trying to research what I saw. Here's what happened...
I live in Ocala, FL which is about an hour and a half from Orlando. I was driving home from work last night when I saw a large flashing object flashing white light brighter than anything I've ever seen before. It was in the middle of my view- in plain sight. I had originally thought it was a cell phone tower but it was so bright it was illuminating the sky around it. I live in a rural town so its very dark at night and you can see the stars almost perfect...In the distance towards this object was also 2 separate red pulsating objects emitting what looked like red and green lights back and forth at each other. As I got closer to my home, I was able to make out that the first large bright object was a triangle craft. By the time I had got home and out of my car I had counted 3 separate red UFOs and what I thought could have been two more but were much higher but flashing red, blue, and pulsating green (as they remained stationary but were revolving). The triangular craft was a small distance away from the red UFOs and they acted almost as if they didn't notice each other. The triangle craft was flying in circles and very low.
Within seconds of getting out of my car the triangle craft had flown off but the red UFOs began to ascend high into the sky but not to the point as to where I was unable to see the pulsating lights still. The whole thing is- there was one jet plane a good distance away from all these objects, heading towards the Orlando airport so I was able to compare the jet plane to these objects. These were no plane, nor anything I've ever seen in my life. I attempted to take a few pictures but it was far too dark. I did however draw a diagram of what I saw. I am not the only witness to what I saw as well.
Florida is a UFO hot spot and the triangular craft seems to be seen by plenty of other people as well. I was thinking it was along the lines of military but the red UFOs I saw gave off an eerie feeling that made me believe they were something else.

Burlington-Etobikoke Ontario Low Hovering UFO

Shape of objects: Ovular.
Weather Conditions: Clear and sunny blue skies.
Description: My wife was driving, we were heading east along Mainway in Burlington when I noticed something in the air just to the north of us. It caught my eye as it was large but hovering in the air at a very low altitude. I pointed it out to my wife and we both assumed it was a blimp, but suddenly there was a shimmer of metallic light across the surface, as if turning in the sunlight and it took off away from us at an alarming rate. We pulled into a side street and got out of the car to watch the object. It flew off to a high elevation to the north-east, then stopped and hovered for a few seconds before turning and streaking across the sky westward and disappeared.
My wife and I were confused by the whole event and were talking about it as we got onto the QEW heading east into Toronto. About five minutes later we spotted the same object over Oakville. Again it was low and hovering, this time directly in front of us above the QEW with a shimmering light across the surface before slowly moving across our path and then accelerating and rocketing off and disappearing again.
Between Burlington and Toronto we spotted this same object 2 more times with the same erratic hovering and flight patterns. Because we were driving we were able to have multiple sightings but we were sure other people had seem this object as well.

More Eyewitnesses Report Heavy Air Traffic Over Hamilton, Ontario

Further to this report posted yesterday, I would like to corroborate the reporter's observations. We too witnessed extremely heavy air traffic here over Hamilton Ontario at the same time and date. The contrails were at times in the dozens, indicating a volume of traffic not seen since the '60's when SAC aircraft were plentiful. One of the things that I observed was the fact that these aircraft were not following commercial routes that we normally observe here. They were going in all directions and at a very high altitude. Some of the contrails revealed that the aircraft were changing courses abruptly at high flight levels, something which is not normally done with commercial traffic. The altitudes of the craft were such that there was no way they could have departed from any airport or air base in Southern Ontario or upper New York State.
