Time: Approxamtlty 8:00 p.m.
Me and my sister saw it driving on Marginal Ave., crossing Mckinley Ave., It was glowing and going very fast, when all the sudden the light went out.
You could still faintly see it moving in the sky and it was high up, but definitely below clouds.
