Shape of objects: Star shape.
Weather Conditions: Clear, a little cloudy and dark.
Description: They looked just like stars, but they had a reddish hue to them, and hand very random movement patterns. We seen 2 leave the sky by moving away with a fire fly like motion. It would light up really bright then disappear and show up farther down the sky bright again.
The 3rd UFO stayed in the same spot the whole time just moving around in the same area with its red hue. It then did a few strange things, it kept shooting something out of it but not far off, just like right in front of it. And to me it looked like bluish night light, but really small. It did some very strange glowing
effects were it would light up bright and move around alot really fast then it would calm back down again. I have this all on video, but it looks terrible. I have also reported it to the local news.
Isn't it funny that the same type of UFO was spotted last year a day before today? lol. Strange indeed.

Description: My son and I were driving home from his friends house commenting on the shape of the moon when he noticed a bright white spherical shaped object passing through the sky. I suggested it was probably a plane to which he replied well there's three more planes right behind it. To this I pulled the car over so we could get out for a closer look. The objects traveled soundlessly through the night sky in a north/east direction.As we stood watching the first
object seemed to just disappear as two more entered our line of vision moving diagonally until one by one they disappeared.

North Bay, Ontario Circular Bright Orange Lights

Weather Conditions: clear night sky.
Description: Saturday April 21 2007 at around 11:40 pm, myself along with three other witnesses saw these unexplainable circular bright orange lights hovering slowly from West to East over the Thibault Hill forest, on the left hand side of the North highway.
At first there was one light hovering over the forest, and then further left from the first light a second light appeared also hovering over the forest. The lights started to move upwards into the sky. The first light made it's way to the right hand side of the North highway and separated into 2 lights (creating a 3rd light).
The first and second lights kept moving upwards into the sky, while the new light (3rd light) descended towards the ground and disappeared. Shortly after, the 2 lights moving towards the sky disappeared. A 4th light appeared over the Thibault Hill forest, hovering over the trees, then moved upwards in the sky, and vanished like the other lights did. This happened in about 20 minutes.
Whatever these bright orange orbs were they made no sound as they moved, and once in a while the lights would fade a bit and then brighten up again. My friends and I, as well as a neighbor who had also witnessed the seen, tried to find an answer to what could have been these lights: fireworks, flares,flashlights, car headlights, but couldn't come to a conclusion.
TV/Radio: I shared this sighting with Fox radio in North Bay because I wanted to know if anyone else saw these strange orange lights. On Monday April 24 2007, Fox radio talked about the sighting on the air in the morning. They even had the X-Files theme song playing in the background! However no one reported seeing anything.

Vernon, British Columbia A Bright Star Like UFO

Hi Brian, Last night around 9:30pm a bright star like object cruised slowly in from the west, as bright and a bit bigger than Jupiter. It slowly dropped down still bright as it was heading east on it's decent. At the same time a plane was heading west (maybe to Kelowna) and I believe that if the pilot had looked right he would have seen the object at the same altitude as the plane. The object quickly dulled it's light and still slowly flying dropped behind the mountain. When I looked through the binoculars at the object it was similar to looking into a car headlight, there were no details of what the light was. There was no yellow center in this object as in the last sighting. No train left behind it and I could not hear anything from where I was. Funny though a small plane was in the air about five minutes after the light disappeared and it was a little erratic in what the pilot wanted to do. It changed direction a few times and then headed in a north direction.
The sky was full of planes last night. About one hour later, another star like object appeared first bright and then dull then disappeared heading in the same direction as the first star like object. There were two passenger planes heading west at the same time. Again an hour later another orb cruised from the west bright as the first one, then slowly dulled the light as it headed for the mountain. All three sightings from the moment I saw them to when they disappeared down behind the mountain took no longer than approx. 45 seconds for them to cross over Vernon Sky. Take care.

Anyhow, another sighting here and similar to what I gave you from before, but this time I caught it on video. Again, sorry for the bad quality, it's the best I could do with what I had. The voices are me - English, and three other guests from my motel - from Germany. We all witnessed the cylindrical looking light - but could not really see a solid object. very high altitude - cloud level - Eastern Sky - 10pmish. the building is the rear of a Safeway store. Description: I was driving on the main highway between Woodstock, New Brunswick & Fredericton (Canada) making my way back to Fredericton. Right in my plain vision, I saw what looked like a bright shooting star, moving down towards the earth, at a great speed. It was a bright, orangey- white color and then it went from tumbling towards the earth to a sudden "zing" to the left in a straight line! I made out the shape of a silvery saucer-like shape and it moved much faster than a plane, with extreme accuracy & then just like that, vanished, like it went invisible or something. I was truly convinced I had seen something not of this world. I could tell none of my friends believed me, that is, until I found an article and video tape of a woman in Winnipeg, who saw almost the same thing I witnessed, except she saw it on July 21st/2008. Now I know, I truly witnessed something! Scary.

Hi, Curious if anyone else seen what my wife saw on Wed AM. She worked till 8:00am and was driving home. We live 5km north on Quesnel-Hixion Rd. She was just around the area of the grave yard, a km or so down the highway, heading northerly and noticed what she described as a grey disk object with a black line running through the middle of it hovering due west. It would have been likely right over the Fraser River. She stopped and watched it for a little while and then drove away as she was somewhat freaked out. She forgot about the disposable camera we have in the car and says she wished she had her digital as she could of zoomed in and had a really clear amazing picture.
Not sure what else to do but research if anyone else had seen. Any other contacts or people in the area to inquire to? RCMP?

North Vancouver Dudley Park, British Columbia 6 Unknown Objects

Location of Sighting: North Vancouver Dudley Park.
Number of witnesses: 3
Number of objects: 6
Shape of objects: Round.
Full Description of event/sighting: Me and my two friends were sitting in a little park called Dudley Park. My friend looked up and said, "Hey, what's that." I looked up and saw two white objects in the air moving around each other. We were staring at them when I noticed coming over the trees was another white one. We made sure that we didn't lose track of these objects. Not long after two more white objects came over the trees. Then we saw another object moving a little slower then the other five but bright red. It looked like a group looking around. Then the first 3 disappeared really fast. We had to go at that point so we lost track of them. I know what I saw and it was not man made.

Winnipeg, Manitoba Bright UFO Lower Than The Grain Elevator

Location of Sighting: At the lights of Hwy 6 and perimeter Hwy- grain elevator.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 2
Shape of objects: Round bright light.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving home from my cabin down Hwy 6 about 2 km from the perimeter. I saw two lights, one of which was quite low to the ground, possibly 20 feet above the grain elevator. The one closest to the elevator became brighter as it came down at a slow steady pace. The other was not as bright and not in motion. There was a thin layer of fog on the highway and the inside of my car window became foggy quite fast. I turned on the air to clear it up, but I thought it would be safest to pull over. As I was pulling over I noticed that the bright light that was now even brighter and lower than the grain elevator.
I would like to describe the light as bright as star but a pure white light. Compared to the elevator it was as big as or bigger than a van. My car was now directly facing the perimeter highway at the lights. The grain elevator was off to the left about 1km south past the perimeter highway. Pulled over on the side of the road. My windows were now cleared and I could clearly see the light. I looked behind me and saw that I was not the only one pulled over. There was a car, van and a semi truck with there four ways flashing. All of which pulled in behind me just after I had. I looked back at the lights and they had gone. The driver in the car just behind me had gotten out and talked to the person in the van. I sat in my car in shock, called my mom and told her what I had seen. 5 minutes had passed and the other vehicles had gone as did I.

Over Cormorant Lake, Manitoba Star Like Object Zooms Across The Sky

Full Description of event/sighting: Dear Brian: Last night, around 12:00 midnight, my husband came running into the house from an evening of fishing and hollered, "there is a UFO in the sky", I was already upstairs so I ran onto the bedroom balcony and looked up into the night sky and saw a very bright star like object zooming across the sky heading east. The star like object was significantly larger than a regular star. About 3 times the size. Full Description of event/sighting: Dear Brian: Last night, around 12:00 midnight, my husband came running into the house from an evening of fishing and hollered, "there is a UFO in the sky", I was already upstairs so I ran onto the bedroom balcony and looked up into the night sky and saw a very bright star like object zooming across the sky heading east. The star like object was significantly larger than a regular star. About 3 times the size. The speed it was traveling was 2 to 3 times the speed of what you would expect to see a commercial airliner that frequently cross our skies here on Cormorant Lake. Hello Brian: I was reading about the encounter Corina had last year with a UFO in Kelowna and saw your email attached to the article. I am writing to let you know of a very strange event that happened to me about six weeks ago on my way to Kelowna. (I live in Vernon and commute to Kelowna for work during the week.) For approximately the last year I have been following the same routine and schedule every morning to the point where I have my timing down such that I know I need to be at the lights in Oyama at eight o’clock to be in my office by 8:25am. On June 2, 2008 I followed my routine as usual and was pleased to see that I was actually 10 minutes early arriving in Oyama at 7:50am. I have no recollection of driving between Oyama and Winfield that morning, however, as I approached the lights in Winfield I noticed that the sun was higher in the sky than it should be. When I glanced at my clock in the car I was shocked to see that the time was 9:10. Somehow between Oyama and Winfield I lost approximately one hour and twenty minutes. Since then I have not been sleeping all that well. I have no idea what transpired during that time. I am in sound mind and body and I am sure I did not have a blackout or anything similar.
I have only told one other person about this as it sounds rather bizarre. Have you received any reports of sightings around that time and have you encountered anyone with similar experiences.

UFO Over Corner Brook, Newfoundland (Diagram)

Hi Brian: I recently contacted you in late June about a UFO sighting that I had in Corner brook, NL. Well, last night myself and my two young sons had the opportunity to witness a low-flying UFO that went directly over the house. Details as follows:
Sighting Date: Sunday, July 20th, 2008 approx. 11:45 pm
Location: Corner Brook, NL
Witnesses: 3 visual, 1 audio
Weather Conditions: Clear sky, full moon
On Sunday night my two sons (ages 9-1/2 & 12) were up late watching TV with me. They went upstairs to get ready for bed at approx. 11:30 pm. My oldest usually opens his window and watches the planes going overhead each night before going to sleep. I thought his brother was in his own room but both were looking out of the same window, looking at the stars and the occasional plane. At about 11:45 I heard my oldest son let out a scream... "Daddy, run out to the deck, there's a UFO going over the house!!"
I jumped off the couch and ran outside. I immediately saw what they had seen. There was an object , larger than a plane, flying in a northeast direction, with too many lights to count, flashing in a constant manner. It's altitude could have been no higher than a couple of thousand feet. I couldn't hear any sound, it was about 1 km away. The kids joined me outside and immediately pointed to the object that I was viewing. It was flying too slow for a plane. It continued to the northeast for a few more seconds and then suddenly banked sharply to the left until it was then traveling in a northwesterly direction. It was visible for about another two minutes until it disappeared behind the hills on the North shore of the Bay of Islands.
The kids story:
They were looking out the window when this large object flew almost directly over the house. It was very large, flying about helicopter level. It was emitting a sound similar to a plane but it didn't sound quite right. They said that it was traveling too slow for a plane. They said that it had "wings" going in both directions and had a large circle of white lights underneath. My oldest was visible shaken from the sighting and had trouble sleeping last night.
I concur with the boys in that this object had way too many lights to be a regular plane. Even viewing if from behind at approx. 1 km I could see many lights flashing in a regular pattern (white and red). The object was also too big to be a plane.
Audio witness:
I told my mom about my son being upset over what he thought to be a UFO last night. I never told her exactly what time we saw the UFO but she told me that sometime just before midnight she had just gone to bed when she heard what she first thought to be a plane outside the window, but it didn't sound quite right (she lives only 10 houses down the street). She said the sound was a cross between a plane and the whine of a transport truck. My mom figured it couldn't be a plane because it lasted too long, as if it was traveling too slow!!
I have attached a sketch of the bottom view of the craft that my 12 year old drew.

Scarborough, Ontario Four Round Bright Lights

Time: Evening.
Hi Brian, Last night, July 22/08, I saw 4 big, round lights in the sky above my apt. building. They would circle, come in together, then split 2 by 2 and circle again. This went on for about 1 hour. I couldn't see them because of the overcast sky, but I did see the light. After about an hour, they moved further north.
I haven't heard anything on the news or on the weather report. I was wondering if anyone reported seeing anything. People were on their balconies at the apt. across the street from me watching whatever it was.
If you have any info on this, I would love to hear about it. Thanks.

Caledon, Ontario A Cigar Shaped UFO

Just read about the sighting in Caledon direction, I did see something the next day coming out of thunder clouds way over lake Ontario heading in a western direction also.
Additional Information:
It was on July 15 at about 4pm. It was over the western end of Lake Ontario. I seen a cigar shaped object com out of a thunder cloud. By the time I pulled over to get a better look which was only a mater of sec. I could not find it and it was heading in to a clear sky.

Strathroy, Ontario Smoke Fire UFO

Location of Sighting: Strathroy, Ontario, Canada.

Shape of objects: Round.
Full Description of event/sighting: 3 separate events. The first time we thought it was a hot air balloon, there was fire and it was raising rapidly up into the sky, then there was smoke, the fire was out and it began to fall and drift as it was falling. We got binoculars and it looked like a big rock or bag or something and it was tumbling as it was falling. We were terrified because we thought it was a hot air balloon and someone was in it. My son and daughter got in the car and went all over where it looked like it fell but there was nothing/none anywhere. We contacted our radio station and asked if they had heard anything and they hadn't. Some fishing around and they found a police officer and his wife that saw the same thing. It was Friday night (June 20th) first night of the Turkey Festival, so we figured it had something to do with that and never gave it much thought after that. Then 2 more times we have seen it, the last time being Canada Day night when we were doing fireworks. It is weird because all 3 times, it followed the same path but these last 2 times, it did not fall or smoke, we could see the fire and it just kept traveling across the sky until we couldn't see it anymore and it was between 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm.

Ottawa, Ontario An Orb Shaped UFO

Location of Sighting: Conroy Rd. Heading towards Hunt Club Rd.

Shape of objects: Like an orb.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving to a friends house with my roommate on Conroy Road heading south towards Huntclub Road. Out of the upper left corner of the windshield I saw an orb shaped object light up bright green, blue and begin to move slowly and then all of a sudden with a burst of speed take off into the distance and disappear. I am skeptic, but I know what I saw is something I have never seen before.
It appeared to be around 1km in front of me and around 10,000 feet above me. When I saw the orb light up it stayed in place for less than half a second.
When it burst into speed there was very long tail of light that appeared to be coming off the back of the orb. It was also the same colour as the orb (green blue) What makes me wonder is: The sky was over cast and I could not see any stars or anything off in the very far distance, so I wrote off the possibility of a crazy shooting star. I've seen fireworks before and I know that this thing was too high up to be a firework, also considering the speed it gained out of nowhere.
The fact that something lit up very brightly, in an odd colour and remained motionless for half a second and then took off with enormous speed for about one second. Thankfully, and what keeps me sane, is that I was with my roommate at the time. When it happened I immediately asked him if he what I saw and he confirmed that he also saw it. At least we both saw something unidentifiable!

Otter Lake - Tulameen, British Columbia A Bright White Line Of Light

Hi Brian, do you have my report (email) I sent in to UFOBC - a few years ago - on my sighting of a bright white line of light (approx. 3 ft length) appearing over Otter Lake - Tulameen, BC (which is approx. 18 miles from Princeton,BC) which hovered vertically approx. 1 metre over the lake and then slowly moved towards the lakeshore (towards me) upon which it hovered near some shore shrubs (small willow trees) and then burned to a bright neon blue colour like plasma electric discharge (sounded like sparklers) before disappearing into the willow tree bushes near me. I remember sending this info into you guys and my explanation for this was "earthquake lights" as there was a small, but felt, earthquake near Kelowna the next day. Hi Brian, do you have my report (email) I sent in to UFOBC - a few years ago - on my sighting of a bright white line of light (approx. 3 ft length) appearing over Otter Lake - Tulameen, BC (which is approx. 18 miles from Princeton,BC) which hovered vertically approx. 1 metre over the lake and then slowly moved towards the lakeshore (towards me) upon which it hovered near some shore shrubs (small willow trees) and then burned to a bright neon blue colour like plasma electric discharge (sounded like sparklers) before disappearing into the willow tree bushes near me. I remember sending this info into you guys and my explanation for this was "earthquake lights" as there was a small, but felt, earthquake near Kelowna the next day. I would really appreciate if you can find this emailed report from me if it still exists in your archives. Thanks much!

Medicine Lake, Alberta Unknown Sphere Type UFO

Shape of objects: Sphere.
Weather Conditions: Clear.
Description: My brother, my son and I were still awake and sitting around the campfire. While I was telling a boring story, my son stared off into the sky and noticed what appeared to be a very large star. Then he noticed that it was moving and told us to look.
It looked like a star, but was 2-3 larger than any star in the sky. The lowest any of us had seen it was at one hand length (arm outstretched) above the horizon, directly to the west of us. It appeared to ascend more or less straight up, as it was growing smaller as it ascended. The speed and trajectory, to me at least, resembled that of a space shuttle take-off; it almost seemed to be curving into a southwest trajectory, however to my son and brother it appeared to be going straight up. It climbed at a steady pace and rose quite high, until it was as small as the smallest stars in the sky that were still clearly visible. Our estimation is that the ascent took approximately 1-2 minutes before it achieved its peak height.
Then it began to move directly east in a straight line, traveling over top of us and off into the eastern sky. This also took 1-2 minutes to occur. From the campsite we were in, we had a great view of the entire event, up until it disappeared behind some trees to the extreme east. While we discussed what we had seen, we looked at the lake again to see that it had become completely misted/fogged over, whereas before the event everything was clear.

Calgary, Alberta UFO Comes From Out Of A Cloud

Time: 3:00 to 3:30 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Highland golf course area n.w.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Round and white.
Full Description of event/sighting: The craft came out of a cloud and it was moving slowly to the north then it just stopped and sat there for awhile. It change directions and started to go east towards the airport and stop again. It was about 10,000 feet up then it just vanished into the blue sky. There were hardly any clouds out.

New Westminster, British Columbia A Black Object Hovering

Location of Sighting: N. Surrey ? Richmond BC

Number of objects: 3
Shape of objects: #1 - Changed as it moved #2 - 2 round white lights.
Full Description of event/sighting: 14:00 - Was sitting in my living room watching TV. During the commercials I glanced out my windows at the western sky and noticed what appeared to be a black object hovering over New Westminster or perhaps the Fraser river. I grabbed my binoculars to check it out and to my surprise it appeared to be a Killer whale or Orca swimming in the air. I ran and grabbed my Video camera and went out on my deck. It took me a few minutes to locate the object again as it had moved quite aways further west. I managed to get about 5 minutes on video which I then transferred to DVD. I'd hoped to send it to you but so far have been unable to figure out how to E-mail it. I've showed it to our visitors from Australia but like me they are just not sure as it appears to change shape as it moves. It appears to be at about 2000 to 3000 feet in altitude and about the size of a small single engine plane. It may have been a balloon but it seemed kind of strange for something that size to be floating near the approach to the N. runway at YVR. It vanished shortly after I stopped taping it.
22:00 - My friend from Richmond phoned and told me she had been looking out her window and noticed two white lights in the southern sky. I thought perhaps she might have been looking at Jupiter but she said no. She saw Jupiter and it was a little further east. The two lights she saw were about the size and brightness of Venus.They were bobbing up and down in a zig zaggy motion, One up- and one down. She watched for abut five minutes before they vanished
