Huge Flash Of Blue/White Light Envelopes Neighborhood In Coquitlam British Columbia

Date: July 9, 2012
Time: Approx: 2:00 a.m. - 2:30 a.m.

Hello Brian, my name is (name removed), and on July 9, 2012 around 2:00 a.m. - 2:30 a.m., I saw a giant flash of blue/white light enveloping my neighborhood, but let me start from the beginning though.

At around that time I was watching "The Walking Dead" on my computer (great show by the way), and when I finished my last episode of the night. I decided to go to sleep and went to my bed.

When I go to sleep, I usually stare at my window nearby to help me sleep. So while I was staring at the window to help me sleep, I saw a flash of blue/white light that seem to envelop my whole neighborhood (or at least what appeared from my window).

At first I was startled, but then I convince myself that maybe it was lightning or something (which was stupid because there were no clouds during that day, it was hot as hell), then after maybe 5-10 minutes, another flash of blue light envelop my neighborhood, but this time there seems to be a glare that appeared in a part of my window.

I don't know if that was from a my window reflecting the light weirdly or something. A good example of what the glare looked like is from this video at 1:08 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qdOGJi5Sne4 funny, that this video is also about aliens.

Afterwards, when the light show was all over, I started hearing what appears to be "hovering" sounds over my house, like from the movies. I convinced myself that maybe it was the wind, god was I stupid that night.

The day after this, I told my friends what happened, and I also posted what had I experienced at "Vancouver forums" website to see if anyone else experienced the same thing, Sadly know one did, except when I checked out your site "http://britishcolumbiaufos.blogspot.ca/", apparently there is a man who wrote "Bright Blue Light Explodes In The Sky Over White Rock/South Surrey British Columbia" who experienced the same thing as I did. (I was so happy someone else did as well) which is why I am now emailing you. Hope you find this information helpful.

PS: I don't know if this is important or not, or even relevant to my experience, but during that night I had a dream that Coquitlam was being flooded by a giant wave and during that week, I've been having headaches on the right side of my forehead, which never happened before. I'm pretty sure that these are not related to my experience, me just being paranoid.

Additional Information:
Oh I also forgot to mention, but right now, as I am typing this, there are weird sounds coming from above my house. It sounds like a giant wind is passing by our house, or thunder noise from a far away distance, but there is no wind (the nearby and distant trees are not moving) and no clouds (so no lightning), thought I should tell you this. July 29, 2012 around 12:00 a.m-12:50 a.m.

Four Red Lights Seen Flying Over Cambridge Ontario

Hello Brian, on July 20th, 2012 I was in Cambridge, Ontario for the Cambridge Highland Games.

My family and I were outside at around 10:20 p.m. at night, star gazing and looking for satellites outside our hotel, when we saw four red lights in the sky.

There were three were in a straight line, while the fourth was across from the line creating a triangle. The distance of the fourth light from the others proved that this was much, much larger than a plane.

It also moved much faster than any plane or satellite. The only thing we could think of was a UFO. Later that night I searched 'Red Lights in Cambridge' and found your blog. I waited to send something as I wanted to see if anyone else saw anything.

Tonight, I noticed the post about the sightings on July 21st. I thought it was very interesting that they were seen the day after we saw the lights.

Anyways, I hope this comes in handy to you and it would be interesting to know if anyone else saw these lights. Sincerely.

Red/Orange Colored Object Light In The Sky Over Cambridge Ontario

Full Description of Event/Sighting: We saw a red, orange colour oval object in the sky. It was coming from the east sky over Cambridge, Ontario heading west.

It was too bright to be a plane, very strange and we did not hear any engine sound at all, but was moving about the same speed as a plane.

I'm sure that's what it probably was, but still very strange, never saw anything like that before. A friend also saw it about 25 minutes before us, it was in the west heading east.

At first it looked like a plane on fire, then noticed it was red with like an orange glow.

Dark Orange Light Turned Red In The Night Sky Over Edmonton Alberta

We were going for our nightly walk at 10:00 p.m. when my husband said look at that. It was round very bright dark orange yet seemed to turn dark red.

Very quiet crossing from the west then south then it seemed to stop and turn east over the ocean where it just disappeared.

We watched for a good 5 minutes. This was July 26, 2012.

Three Or Four Lights In The Sky Over Mississauga Ontario

I'm not sure about what you guys saw, but today at around 10:30 p.m. I saw three or four lights in the clouds joining as one and speeding out and making a counter clockwise circular or triangular shape and rejoining. I saw this in Mississauga.

A few months ago I saw 1 light in the sky that flickers and changes into blue, green, purple and yellow I think I might have a video of it.

3 Floating Orange Lights Spotted In The Sky Over Burlington Ontario

Hi, I was just on-line researching the orange glowing orb sightings as I just witnessed 3 of them floating past Burlington, Ontario about a half hour ago which would have made it 11:16 p.m. EDT July 9, 2012.

They were heading east to west out over the lake, and by their nature you could discern that they were definitely not any type of flying craft we are used to seeing especially since they were orbs of bright orange light that floated more than flew.

They headed toward Hamilton and then disappeared. This is a first for me as I have never before seen any UFOs.

Glowing Orange Fireball In The Sky Over Windsor Ontario

Hi there, my husband, my brother and his wife and I were walking down Cabana in Windsor around 10:30 p.m. July 23, 2012 and we witnessed a big glowing object in the sky. It came over the tree line, but was very far in the distance.

It seemed to move in slow motion, it hovered in front of us for a few seconds then turned direction very steady and went north east and upward into the sky and just disappeared. We observed this ball of fire is how I would describe it, full circle, not a plane or satellite, glowing orange.

Very weird to describe, never seen anything like that before. I'm glad that there are other reported sightings, We thought we were going crazy!

Red/Orange Lights Floating In The Sky Over Long Point Ontario

So I was at a cottage in Long Point, Ontario this past weekend (July 21st 2012) with some friends. We were all sitting around the campfire having a few drinks, when out of no where we saw these orange/red lights floating in the sky.

I almost want to call them orbs, they glowed all around themselves and for how far away they were they looked huge. They were floating in a clearing between some trees in the sky above the marsh.

One of them slowed down and stopped right in front of us (while still being far away) and the other one stopped to let that one catch up.

They both just hovered there for a while as we stared at them in awe. The last I saw of them they went down, and behind some trees. I thought it was really crazy, the only thing we could come up with was UFO's, because no plane is that big or moves like that and it was brighter than any star or satellite.

It didn't make any noise either. So I looked this up online, and found your post, which I think confirms a few things for me. It's also crazy because it was almost exactly a year after this posts sighting, and around the same time.

Black Triangle UFO Spotted In The Sky Over Oshawa Ontario

Time: Evening.

Hi Brian, I used to live in Oshawa near Ritson and Adelaide by the old GM factory which turned into Peregrine. Simply put, as I was walking down my street I looked up and not even 100 feet above the rooftops was a craft that had to be at half the length of the street, which would be about roughly 7-10 houses side by side.

It was triangular in shape and with a light at each of the corners and one centralized light. It moved in a very slow, but methodical manner.

I unfortunately being only 17 at the time did not have a decent cell phone with a video camera on it, nor did I happen to be carrying a video camera on me.

I thought I would share this as it was very easy to see the craft from my vantage of being directly underneath it. It was almost like it had slowed down to check me out, moments later it lifted straight up into the sky.

The craft although very close to me, was black and the lights were so bright that I was unable to make out any features of the craft beyond dimensions due to the light placement. Very awe inspiring.

UFOs In The Skies Over Lachine Quebec

Time: Early afternoon.

I had a strange sighting last year, on a a bright Saturday afternoon in Lachine, Quebec. It was early afternoon of a very sunny, but extremely windy day, with the wind directly from the west, buffeting me against the patio doors as a matter of fact.

I happened to glance upwards for some reason and passing overhead, the size of a Canadian fifty-cent piece of old at arm's length, was a circular object heading directly west, steady as can be if it was in the same air strata as I was, and for some reason, I began to count.

In less that eight seconds it was gone into the horizon. It was steady, it was not an aircraft of any sort, nor a balloon of any type, party or weather, but round dirty-looking object of beige with some type of darker areas, and it meant business as it never wavered from its path.

I noted that it seemed to have the effect of swimming through water, the sort of effect one sees as one pulls a toy ball through lake water, say, clear waves being formed at each side.

It does make reference to Ontario of course. This object was steady, travelling very, very fast indeed, not turning either. And still a mystery in my mind. Several years ago, I was walking to the nearby lake and stopped to cross a road, and looked up, to see something very similar up in the sky, stationary and revolving, dirty off-white with black markings that came up again and again.

Once more, this was no balloon of any sort, and I have no idea. I'd rather find out that these things are man-made actually, but they pose a mystery and no reports were shown in the paper.

Many years ago, rising early to feed a new babe in early December 1977, I looked out of the window as dawn hastened on, and saw something so extraordinary in the sky, it was as though a massive fuel tanker had exploded in mid-air.

There was no sound, and it was gone in seconds. The red and blackness of writhing billows filled a large area of sky, and I thought a plane must have blown up.

But there was nothing on the news, no reports from others and I have to add, I do not "see" things - am a rational and sensible person with not a little hint of skepticism in every cell.

Life is interesting of course, when we have these experiences. It makes us realize that we know little of things we know not!

Strange Orange Glowing Light Hovering In The Sky Over London Ontario

Hi Brian, what ever that person saw last night, I saw it too. I live downtown in London at the corner of Dufferin and Talbot. Our condo has a window that faces north, northeast.

I was looking out the window randomly and pointed it out to my wife. 'Weird. Look at that thing.

It can't be a star (it was still light out), it's too odd to be a planet, and it wasn't moving, so it couldn't have been an airplane. It stayed there hovering for at least 5 minutes. Give or take.

It then went below the tree and was mostly obscured (not sure it that was due to the earth's rotation), but then it moved back up again so I thought that couldn't be it.

It was orange, glowing, and hovering. I really can't say what it was, but it wasn't natural. I need some help here. What was it?

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Hello Brian, I reported a sighting around 5 months ago about the triangular UFO. Last night at 10:05 p.m. I was out in my backyard just like in my last report.

I just happened to be looking around at the sky and to my right I saw this real bright light in the sky and it was slowly hovering away from my direction getting brighter and brighter until after several seconds the light faded away.

It was like my last sighting, where before the object was in the sky, there were several airbuses and when the object appeared there were none and after it vanished there were airbuses flying around again, the same thing happened this time.

Bright Yellow Fast Moving Object In Sky Over Deer Lake Newfoundland

Hi Brian, my mother was returning home just before midnight on Sunday July 22, 2012.

It was a nice clear night and when she glanced into the sky she noticed a bright yellow light that appeared to be moving to the west.

At first she thought it might be a plane until she noticed it was not travelling in a straight line, nor at a steady speed. It would speed up, slow down and then shoot from side to side.

A little frightened, she walked into the house and shut the door.

When she turned around and looked again, she noticed that the object had changed direction and was heading east. Just wondering if anyone else saw the same thing.

Orange Colored Lights Over La Salle Manitoba

Hi Brian, I was out walking my dog last night in La Salle about 11:30 p.m. last night when I saw this orange light moving across the sky. At first I thought they it was maybe a flare.

It was fast and smooth with no sound. Behind it were 2 more. They moved from east to west and I think headed towards the airport. Of course I didn’t have a camera of even my cell on me.

I grabbed my camera and actually got in my car to see if I could see them, but no luck.

I’m going to contact Chris Rutkowski as he works at the University and see if he knows what they are.

Round Balls Of Fire Seen Over Pleasant Beach And Windmill Camp Ground Fort Erie Ontario

Time: 2:00 p.m. and 1:15 a.m.

Shape of Objects: Round and fire orange color on both dates.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: On July 7, 2012 my friends and I went to the beach. It's was a nice clear day, I was laying on a towel just looking up in the sky soaking the sun up, when I noticed a plane going over top of me leaving from the Buffalo airport.

The plane was heading north, when the plane went over top of me I noticed this big round metallic ball that would go dim then turn like into a fire ball.

I watched it for about 10 minutes, it was zipping to the north then back south. Finally I turned my friend and said I think you might find me nuts, but I think I see a UFO.

He looked up and said, WOW I see it as well. We told all our friends to look up, we all watched it for a least 25 minutes before I knew it. Most of the people on the beach seen us looking up, so did they also.

Finally after what seemed forever, it just flew away faster then anything I ever seen. If I had to guess I would say it was about 1,200 feet up. July 13, 2012 I'm at work and my cell rings, it's my friend that watched the UFO with me on the beach.

He says, your not going to believe this, but me and the wife are filming that UFO at Windmill. Then while on the phone, he says holly crap, there is 3 of them and in formation. He said they just disappeared.

The next day I went out and seen the video he took. It is shaky, but you can see them for sure. He said you can have it, but you would have to edit the names in it.

Orange Colored Object/Light Seen Flying Over Hamilton Ontario

I saw something exactly like that in Hamilton, Ontario the same night and I tried to post something on Reddit, but it didn't work.

It was only one orange orb. I thought it was like a roman candle, but it hovered longer in the sky and then started moving left and dropped behind my line of sight in the distance.

It was awesome, if I had my blackberry on me I would have tried to take video, now I have my phone prepped and ready every time I go in my backyard at night.

15 To 20 Bright Glowing Orange Objects Flying Over Welland Ontario

Time: 10:00 p.m.

I am, or at least, thought I was a fairly lucid older person. While driving north on Hwy 406, on July 21, 2012, at 10:00 p.m. some exceptionally beautiful, brightly glowing, orange lights caught my attention in the foreground.

They were a sight to behold. Appearing as a variety of constellations lined up across the highway. I am guessing, probably 15 - 20 of these lights in total.
Initially, I thought someone had let off balloons, but as I got closer, they weren't floating upward, they were basically all stationary. And, they were unusually large.

Nothing that could be compared to stars or airplane lights.

This was very disconcerting, as I wanted an explanation. I have since heard many, but nothing has made any sense to me. If anyone has one, please let me know.

These lights all seemed to be extinguished at the exact same time. I'd keep looking up at the black sky, then see a couple begin glowing on the far west side of the highway, then the lights, again, would fade out, then I'd see a couple turn up on the east side of the highway.

Although I couldn't say for certain, It appeared the movement was from the west towards east.

I grew up by an airport, and this was nothing remotely close to anything I've every seen around an airport. The lights were much larger and had a distinctive glow, no flashing or pulsating.

Huge Bright Orange Colored Light Flew Over Guelph Ontario

Hi there, I came across your address after looking online to see if there were any reports of an unusual orange light in the sky over Guelph, On. last night. My daughter and I were sat outside around 10:00 p.m. last night, when she said "what is that".

I turned around to see a huge orange ball flying extremely fast straight across the sky. It didn't appear to be very high in the sky, there was no sound and we both said "that is no plane". We watched it for about 20 seconds, then it disappeared.

We are used to seeing a lot of planes in the sky, but there were no flashing lights, no sound and the speed was incredible. We could not come up with any explanation for what we saw and as I said I was looking to see if anyone else noticed it, when I came across your email address and decided to share it with you. Orange Ball Of Light Seen In The Sky Over Prince George British Columbia

My 10 year old son spotted a very similar orange ball of light Saturday night in Prince George. My wife, daughter 8, son and I were about to go in our front door after arriving home from a friends BBQ at 11:30 p.m.

My son said look at that and there it was. It was pouring rain so it was hard to tell exactly how big or high it was.

It was moving at a constant rate at about 60-70kms/hr until it got about a km away when it went up got dim then there was a faint flash.

Just told friends because we don't really know what to think.

White Red Object Travels In The Sky Over Prince Albert Saskatchewan

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I want to stay unknown. I saw a object in the sky last night and I can’t really explain it. It was not a plane nor a helicopter. It made no noise whatsoever.

It was white and occasionally red. I should have taped it, but I was mesmerized by it. Then all of a sudden it disappeared. I don’t know what I saw. I can’t call it a UFO, but I can’t rule it out either.

Two Orange Lights Seen From The Border Of North Oakville and Milton Ontario

I saw 2 lights traveling parallel at a high rate of speed around the same time.

I live at the border of North, Oakville and Milton, Ontario and I look out the window every evening and these 2 lights caught my eye because of their speed and the fact they were flying close together.

They were moving southeast of Derry and Tremaine flying parallel.

Three Unknown Orange Lights In The Sky Over Cobourg Ontario

I see them at least 3 times a week at different times in the night. My friends and I used to go watch them at the local pier (Cobourg, ON).

I live up on a large hill and I just saw them again 5 minutes ago (11:30 p.m.), there was 3 of the lights.

I’ve heard people refer to them as "military flares", but that’s just not logical.

They are usually to the left of the sky, but for some reason one of them tonight moved really far to the center of the sky after it disappeared briefly, weird.

Fast Moving UFO Makes Unbelievable Maneuvers In The Sky Over Vancouver British Columbia (Video Footage)

Time: 11:30 p.m.

Hi Brian, amazing, I caught another fast moving object with my night vision monocular July 21,2012., 11:30 p.m. again approximately 80 degrees above the horizon downtown Vancouver and directly in the same area I captured my first fast moving object.

Again pixelated video due to low quality portable DVR, but it's the same type object, but followed it a little longer this time. This time seems to be below the clouds, but then either disappears or is lost in the clouds, but just before losing it the object really slowed down.

I went out every clear night since my first sighting on July 12, 2012 to find nothing and tonight I caught 3, but this is the clearest and longest video. I know for a fact it is not a bird, anyways your guess is as good as mine, but for some reason the sky seems active tonight until the clouds rolled in.

These objects are impossible to see with the naked eye, move in just about any direction and variable speeds. I noticed one speeding so fast blinked out and reappeared 2 seconds later complete opposite direction where it was traveling.

I don't know any living or mechanical thing that can do that! Thanks again!

White Cross Shaped UFO Flew Over The Parkland Region Manitoba (Diagram)

Mainly clear sky/Daylight.
1 white cross type UFO.

Hi Brian, it has been some time. I thought I would share my latest sighting from just a few days ago.

I was up at my lake again in the Parkland Region, Manitoba. I have been spending lots of spring and summer up there and making the most of the sunshine and heat.

It was just a few days ago that I was near a friends place, about 5 miles east of the lake. The same area where I was followed by a close UFO a few years ago.

It was 7:30 p.m. Wednesday July 18, 2012. Mainly clear sky, no wind, daylight

All my friends were occupied with work at that moment. I gave myself a break and had walked away to try to get away from the heat. I stopped and looked up to the sky.

There were a few small clouds, but it was mostly a blue sky.

Just off to my northeast and at an altitude of approximately 30 to 40 thousand feet, was a white craft that appeared as a cross. It was traveling in a southwest direction.

My first natural reaction was a jet airliner, but I very quickly realized it was not.

There was no trail from it. The UFO appeared much larger than a jet-liner and my reaction was soon dismissed, as I noticed that the craft was not traveling like a plane or jet would.

It's body was diagonal to the direction it traveled.

I also noticed that it had larger ends to the craft than the rest of the body.

It was then that I realized that what I was watching, really wasn't an aircraft that we normally see.

The craft appeared in size as one would see of a lower flying air-plane, but it was indeed at a much higher altitude.

I began to run to the truck where I have my camera. It was about 20 feet away. From the speed of the craft, it soon would be out of distance, it was traveling at such fast rate.

I tried to watch the craft the whole time as I ran to get my camera.

I got to the truck and got my camera out. I had to take my eyes away from the craft for 4 seconds. That was all it took.

With camera set and ready, I searched the sky with my naked eye knowing that I had missed the UFOs departure. It was already out of sight. I knew that the speed did not allow me enough time.

I stood there for a few more minutes, not sure if there would be something else. There was nothing more.

I wrote down everything from the moment and even drew a diagram.

I reproduced the diagram to make it more clear to what the UFO appeared as.

I was disappointed in failing to get video of it, but I am satisfied that having seen it in daylight and without any distortion. I did see very clearly what it appeared as.

It could have easily been dismissed, but all it took was a clear look up and the time to pay attention.

I do want to make note:

The craft which was high enough to be a jetliner was fairly silent compared to regular airliners. There was no sound from it at all, as it passed..or after.

The diagram and the report is all I can share for this UFO sighting.

Glowing Flickering Fireball In The Sky Over Olympic Village Vancouver British Columbia

Time: Approx: 11:00 p.m.

At about 11:00 p.m. (maybe a little earlier) on July 19th, 2012 four of us were sitting on a balcony at the Olympic Village ( in Vancouver, B.C.) facing west when we saw the "fireball", very much like the one in the photo.

It was travelling in a more or less in a southeasterly direction. We watched it for about a minute until it disappeared over our building. It showed up again about ten minutes later. Same direction.

This time, our host got his binoculars out and we could see that the center third of the "ball", seemed more "solid" than the outer part which was glowing with a slight flickering.

It was still pretty amorphous overall. Quite spectacular.

Two Strange Orange Colored Lights Seen Flying Over Vancouver British Columbia

Time: Approx: 11:00 p.m.

I was at the the Olympic village and followed the strange orange light the entire time. As it was falling, the light (which looked like fire) went out. It kept falling and being blown by the wind and I saw the exact moment when it landed (fell?) on the rooftop of the Creekside Community Centre.

I actually went all around the building on the hopes it had fallen behind it, but I'm sure it fell on the roof. As it was very late, the CC was already closed. About half an hour later we saw a second one. It looked like it fell on top of one of the buildings of the Olympic village.

Hi Brian, that's the one. I was at the Tap and Barrel bar and followed the whole trajectory of the light, we were very surprised to see it land right on top of the community centre, right next to the pub we were in. Hope that helps.

Black Colored UFO Zooms Out Of The Cloud Cover Towards Aircraft Over Port Credit Mississauga Ontario (Video Footage)

Date: Between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.

Time: July 16, 2012

I was fishing down at Port Credit in Mississauga, Ontario Canada. I got tired as the day was very hot and put my fishing rod down to take a break and take some video (1080P video camera). When I got home to review my videos, I noticed something very strange and I can not explain it.

I have not shown this to anyone yet and was hoping for some help in understand what the heck I was seeing. I have uploaded a small clip of my video onto YouTube so you can view it.

If you view the video in 1080 and full screen it, you can view some sort of flying object come out of the cloud cover, follow the airplane in a zig zag pattern and turn back and fly into clouds again.

Vike Factor Note: There is an object/UFO that does pop out of the clouds and travels toward the aircraft, actually really interesting video footage. But one has to look really close to see the dark/black object.

3 Orange Balls Of Light Spotted Flying Over Mount Royal Road Winnipeg Manitoba

Hi Brian, I just read your account of seeing an orange light on July 8, 2012 while I was searching Google for a possible explanation of our experience at approximately 10:30 this evening.

Like yourself, my husband, son and I live near the airport and to the east of our house can see the planes descending along the Mount Royal Road flight path.

Tonight the three of us saw three separate balls of orange light, to the east but, because of some cloud cover it was difficult to tell if they were only a few streets away or much further.

They were of a significant size so as to be easily noticed and appeared to be somewhat burning or flaming as opposed to being solid orange coloured objects.

Within probably 60 to 90 seconds all three appeared to either slowly extinguish or else moved behind the clouds. They did not reappear.

My son is wondering if these could have been Chinese lanterns, which can apparently be purchased at the Dollar Store. He thinks these are lit in some fashion and rise into the sky.

I'm not sure if anyone would chance releasing any burning object during these scorching weather conditions, let alone three, yet we feel there must be some logical explanation as to what we saw.

Just thought you might be interested especially since you described your sighting as also being orange coloured and somewhat pyrotechnic.

Mount Royal Road is in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and it is probably the major flight path for departures and arrivals in our city.

After watching a few lightings of Chinese lanterns on you tube, I believe this is most likely what we saw. However, articles on these lanterns have advised against releasing them near airports or flight paths and around trees.

Also, to this point, no one else has reported seeing anything unusual last night in Winnipeg.

Orange Light Looked Like A Ball Of Fire Seen In The Sky Over Vancouver British Columbia

Not sure if this is a real email to send information to, but I saw this thing last night over Vancouver, British Columbia. I would like to hear a reply back before I get into great detail.

Additional Information:

It happened at around 11:00 p.m. just before or just after. It was an orange light that looks almost like an aircraft on fire. It was moving about the same speed as an airplane, but would slow down and speed up. I wouldn't say I saw flames, but it looked like a giant ball of fire.

Eventually after about 30 seconds to a minute of it falling, the light went away and it was just left as almost a see through tint and looked almost like a bubble you would blow with soap.

It was turning and falling very slowly from the sky and almost moving like a jelly fish in a sense. If I were to gauge the size of this thing, I would say it was at least the size of a car if not a small house based on how big it was in the sky and how high up it was.

It happened in Vancouver, B.C. last night and fell west of downtown and towards the south, a little bit landing in what I think is either Richmond, B.C. or Bellingham, WA.

If I knew where it landed, I would have a better idea of it’s size, but it was rotating so slowly almost like a globe, but morphing so slightly like a bubble. The whole thing lasted about 3 minutes.

Yellow Colored Light Spotted Flying Over North Burnaby British Columbia

Hi, saw your post on the web about orange things in the western sky in the lower mainland last night.

We just saw something very similar (except only one) in North Burnaby.

What is it?

Hi Brian, the light was in the sky and looked really close to us, so it wasn't so much that it looked like it was from somewhere else. It was almost directly overhead when I ran to get my camera and was gone by the time I got back. My husband said it became obscured by the clouds.

I initially thought it was an airplane, but the color was off. It was more yellow than orange, definitely not red.

The time was 11:15 p.m. PST and it lasted a few minutes (enough for me to run upstairs and waken my husband and get him to look).

I’m really curious how many others saw it.

Multiple Red Colored Lights/Objects Flew In The Sky Over Windsor Ontario

Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.

We were driving north on Lauzon Parkway about 10:00 p.m. on July 17th, 2012. To the west I saw three reddish looking lights that appeared to be in a triangular formation.

They were too far apart to be one air plane, but definitely seemed to be "connected." We stopped at a traffic light, and saw 5 similar lights pass across the sky to the south in a straight line, one behind the other.

They were also reddish, and moved faster then any plane we've ever seen.
