Huge Orange/Amber Colored Object Seen Over Northeast Oshawa Ontario

Time:  Approx: 3:30 a.m.

I live in northeast Oshawa and saw a huge orange/amber orb in the sky last night around 3:30 a.m. It was quite low in the sky, just hovering for the most part.

I left the window, came back about 20 minutes later and it was gone. Maybe the same thing?

White Object Seen in The Sky Over Northern Durham Ontario (Video Footage And Photo)

Date:  Mid July 2012
Time:  Approx: 5:00 p.m.

A friend had noticed a strange bright white UFO crossing the sky from the southeast heading northwest very slowly across the sky.

The altitude is a guess of two thousand feet or less. He alerted his friend of this unusual white object.

As both watched this display in the clear sky for near three minutes wondering. The second witness ran to get his digital camcorder and filmed the unknown white object in flight.

As one of the witnesses had claimed to this sighting.

The actual footage is not comparable to what his eyes had witnessed of this "thing".

He later examined the footage and also took 10 still shots of the object in the video also to share, thus giving better details of shape and color characteristics. This white object does appears to change shape and more translucent around the brighter white core of this unknown object.

Total time of the sighting lasted approximately five minutes for the first witness. The second witness watched it for near two minutes and had also filmed it for half a minute.

Added this has not been his first UFO sighting in Northern Durham.

12 Orange Lights In The Sky Over Oakville Ontario (Chinese/Wish Lanterns)

Time:  Approx: 9:20 p.m.

Hi there, my wife and I both saw at least 12 of them at around 9:20 p.m. tonight.

What are they. I am so surprised that this has happened before. Any idea what it could be.

There has been an increased amount of planes even military flying over weekend at low heights.

Additional Information:

I was on Postmaster and Pine Glen in Oakville Ontario. There were many dots in a northeast heading.

Some were in clusters and seem to merge and others stood alone, but as quickly as they appeared, they quickly vanished shortly after by the time I was in my driveway.

A Vike Factor Note: This morning a fellow contacted me and informed me that the sightings of "orange colored lights" were indeed Chinese/Wish lanterns.

We kind of figured they were lanterns like most sighting of red/orange lights, but just could not confirm it. Now it is confirmed.

This is what he said:

The sightings of orange UFOs over Oakville, Ontario are Chinese lanterns.

Saw many lanterns being launched last night, identical to what I saw July 1, 2012.

4 Red Lights Spotted Flying Over Burlington Bay Ontario

Time:  10:15 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 2
Number of Objects: 4
Shape of Objects: Circular (Hard to tell).

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was sitting outside with my wife Saturday night. Saw 2 red lights over tree tops over Burlington Bay.

Saw 2 more lights appear. One looked like a flare. It travelled diagonally towards other light and stopped.

All 4 stayed for about 10 to 15 minutes then disappeared.

Lights In The Sky Over Burlington Ontario

Date:  July 19, 2012 and July 28, 2012
Time:  Approx: 10:00 p.m.

My son and I have seen these lights twice. Once on July 19, 2012 and July 28, 2012 both around 10:00 p.m. We live in Burlington Ontario. Two other ladies in our building have seen them. What are they?

What could they be? Walking the dog is alot more fun as we spend the time watching the sky. (name removed) from Burlington.

Bright Floating Red/Orange Lights Seen In The Sky Over Burlington Ontario

Time:  10:20 p.m.

From my driveway near North Shore Blvd and King Road in Burlington, Ontario I stepped out of the car and looked up at the moon to see two bright lights beneath it, which I thought might be planets, but soon noticed they were moving.

Then I saw about 4 or 5 more of them approach from the north at roughly 30 second intervals heading southward over the bay, and I lost sight of them as they disappeared over the trees.

I ran inside to get my video camera and saw 2 more when I came back out. Unfortunately my video footage is really just your classic shaky and blurry footage of what could be anything.

My mother saw them too. They were silent, most of them were red-orange, but I think there was one distinctly yellow one. At first I thought they might be Chinese lanterns, but they were gliding horizontally really fast, not floating like Chinese lanterns.

They looked like balls of fire. The only rational explanation I can think of is that they were people hang-gliding with flares. I've never seen anything like this before.
