Approach Direction: West. Departure Direction: Unknown. Witness Direction: West.
Description: It was a clear, cool sunny afternoon when I was on my way to work. I was driving through the orchards when I noticed a very large shape above Black Mountain. I didn't really think too much about it because there are aircraft coming and going through this valley all the time. But one thing did stand out in my mind and that was the size of the object. It's hard to know for sure but it was at least 30-60km away, a thousand feet above the mountain and had to be 200-1000 feet long. As I say it could have been longer. I thought at first glance that it was a large aircraft, maybe a 747.
The unusual thing about that is this size of plane is much too large for our airport. This thought process I might add was really only a few seconds. Me looking into the sky, noticing a very large object, me thinking it was a large plane. Anyway, as I continue my drive, maybe 30 seconds to a minute passes and I look again to the west and the large object is still there. Now I think, whatever it is it must be heading right at me to appear like it hasn't moved. Now while I'm driving I'm paying more attention to it. No longer just a passing glance. So as I watch, I'm waiting for it to move across the mountain top from either a north/ south or a south/ north direction. I'm waiting to see what direction its heading. Still it doesn't move.
Very large, cylindrical, metal shape and no lights. I'm thinking its a large plane and I'm seeing the fuselage. But there are no wings to see or fins to notice. It's been about 3 minutes now of me watching this object and still it doesn't move, change shape, color, create a shadow, nothing. I think maybe its a balloon of some kind but it's so far away and much too flat. Like a plane with no wings and without paint. I'm now approaching some train tracks and as I navigate through the road a set of trees obstructs my view, maybe 2-3 seconds. As I return to look, the object is completely gone. I did not see it move in any direction. When I get to work, about 2 minutes more, I step out and watch the sky for a few minutes thinking whatever it was may have "flown" into the tree-line and I will see what it is and that will be the end of that. But I hear and see nothing. I'm not sure what I saw but I can tell you it was very strange, very large and I'm sure it wasn't a plane. The sighting lasted about 5 minutes I guess from the first time I noticed it until it disappeared.
Color/Shape: Metal, cylinder shaped, long/ no flashing lights.

Flightpaths Of Pearson Airport Mississauga, Ontario Grey Metallic Disc

Location of Sighting: Flightpaths of Pearson Airport. Mississauga, Ontario. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Grey Metallic Disc.
Full Description of event/sighting: While driving south on hwy 410 and watching a plane fly in front of me. A metallic grey disc, very thin but about the size of a mid-sized car flies past my vision of the plane and then surpasses the planes speed and is gone. Lasted about 3-4 seconds. It was traveling rather low, a couple hundred feet above the ground and going from east to west along the Toronto Pearson Airports take off flight routes. As soon as I seen it I told my wife, "look at that", while trying to get my camera out all while driving, by the time I pulled my camera out it was already gone. A few seconds more I would of had a picture of it. My wife did not see it. This is also sighting number 2 since September 28, 2007. I will forward proof of that one soon. I am friends with (names removed). The next report I'm going to give you I have 3 witnesses whom also have agreed to come forward. She has a video and I have a video clip, also pictures of it, but this was also at night.
Please let me know how we can send you the pictures and video evidence. I will also send you 2 more photo's that will blow your socks off. Those were on different occasions. My friend's name who shares the evidence with me is (name removed). She will be sending a report to you as well.

Garson, Ontario Unusual Lights

Approach Direction: Stationary, downward, up, and then north. Departure Direction: Stationary, and very quickly northbound. Witness Direction: North.
Description: OK, so having started this I will keep going. This is not the first time the kids and I have seen these lights in the sky. Now I'm not crazy, nor are my children. We have tried to come up with every explanation that we could for what these are. We are by an airport, quite some distance, I tried to tell myself that, that's what they are, but I have even gone so far as to go to the neighbors house to ask her if she sees it and what she thinks they are. She of course said "plane", ok I said, why no sound, and why isn't it moving towards the airport.
Tonight was different, the boys came in and said they saw a meteor falling from the sky. I went to look at what really appeared to be a plane falling from the sky in a ball of fire. The more you watched, the more you realized that it wasn't really falling. It was going down way to slow, then it started going at an angle, then just disappeared. Not long after that is when the rest of the lights showed up. They just appear. Sometimes they move very quick and are gone, but the interesting thing is that they seem to pulsate from white, to green, to red. They stay for anywhere from an hour to a couple of hours and then just disappear.
Now I am not a big UFO believer, and I'm sure that there is an explanation for this, but the fact that these lights seem to appear every Fall has me confused. The alternating colors of light (red and green) totally have me confused. The one we saw tonight looked bizarre. How can something fall and look like it's on fire with the streaming tail and everything and then just start flying normally and then disappear? I don't think that we are the only ones that like to look at the night sky, but I don't know anyone else who's seen this (neighbor excluded) that's what brought me to this web site. I was looking for a rational explanation, but I'm afraid I haven't found one as of yet.
Color/Shape: Colors vary from bright white, to red, and green sometimes it appears to have a tail. Sometimes it's just a round glowing light.
Height & Speed: The only one I saw take off and move, went faster than any plane I've seen. I don't know how fast that is, but we live not far from an airport and this thing was on high gear, and did I mention no sound, nothing. We always here planes in the afternoon when they come in, this was way to fast with no sound.
TV/Radio/Press: As far as I know, nobody in Sudbury seems concerned about lights in the sky. The odd time things are on the news, it's for people to make sure not to miss a meteor shower or not to look because of an eclipse, so not wanting to have people think I'm a fruit-loop I don't say to much and I watch the news every night. Hopefully someone can help explain what we've been seeing. Especially tonight.

UBC - Vancouver, British Columbia Bright Green Ball

Description: We saw a large, bright green ball shoot quickly from above down behind a building in the distance. It was moving very quickly and was bright green unlike a firework or shooting star.
Color/Shape: Bright Green Ball.
Height & Speed: Too difficult to determine.
TV/Radio/Press: No report in the media.

Kelowna, British Columbia Low And Slow Flying Object

Message: Not too much to report, but last night when I was driving, I saw a flashing light like an airplane, but it was too low to be an airplane and going super fast, much too fast for an airplane other than a fighter jet. It was jetting low across the valley and that's about all I have to report on that.

My First Ghostly Encounter - And Was It Freaky !

Hi Brian. I hope this finds your well. Your site looks great and I do hope it will be around for a very long time. Thanks for being there for every one of us that has had encounters.
Anyway, it is rather quiet UFO wise, (thankfully). I still spend a lot of my time searching trying to find out what the full agenda is that is taking place..with regards to UFOs and extraterrestrials..I will have to share my thoughts with you some time on that.
But for now, I thought I would share a experience that I had years back. It was my first Ghostly encounter in my life.
This happened to me a number of years back. I was in my home town and my buddy had asked me to move to his town and hang out for a while. I kept putting it off. Then one day, I had nothing going on and I thought, ahh sure what the heck. So I moved 4 hours away one hot June afternoon.
I pulled onto the street of my soon to be new place where my buddy was already residing. As I got closer to the house I noticed something white laying on the sidewalk by the grass in his yard. I pulled up in front of the house and got out of my car. I then walked around the car and saw that the white thing was his young cat laying there dead. The heat was incredible for June. It had been 30 Celsius all that week and that day wasn't any different. I slowly walked over to the cat and touched it, it was ice cold, not cool, but ice cold dead. I went to the door and knocked. My friend opened the door happy to see me until I said, "Umm, I think that's your cat right there". Needless to say that he was very distraught over the situation. It was a quiet week as I moved my stuff in and got settled.
One week after moving in, I started to notice little things. I would pick up movements from my peripheral vision and when I would turn towards the movement and there would be nothing. Things became more obvious as time continued. If I went to another room and came back, there would be things that had moved. At first, I thought it was my mind playing tricks on me. Then things started to become more predominant. First it was small things, like a glass of coke on the opposite end of the table from where I had left it moments before I left the room.
Then as timed passed more things started to happen. I would leave a room then come back, only to find that everything had been strewn around, papers, couch cushions end table pushed out from the couches.
I didn't say anything to my friend as I didn't want him to think I was strange, lol. So I continued to experience all these oddities that I had no explanation for. One afternoon, I was sitting with my friend and his girlfriend in the main floor living room. We were watching T.V. when I started to hear things, well not exactly things. I heard someone walking around up stairs right above me. The sound was coming from my bedroom. The sound was of hard soled shoes walking around. I took the remote and turned down the volume. My friend looked at me and said, "What? Why did you turn that down"? I said "You can't here that"? He looked at me strange for second. I said again, "Can't you here that"? He smiled and said "you here something"? I said "yes". "someone walking around"? he asked. I said "Yes". He then said "you haven't met the ghost yet"? I was sort of in shock from his response. I said "Ghost"? He said, "Yes we have one".
I listened for another minute. I could here it so clearly I knew exactly where in my bedroom the sound was and could follow it as it walked around. I got up and went upstairs to investigate the sounds. When I went there I couldn't see anything out of ordinary.
More time passed and more things started to happen. I would wake up in the night to sounds of pots and pans being banged around in the kitchen. I would sneak downstairs quietly and hear all the banging as I stepped towards the kitchen. I then would turn on the light and all the banging would instantly stop. Things would disappear then show up in strange places, like a hair brush in the freezer or a book in the oven. The biggest thing that disappeared happened one afternoon. I came home and was alone there. I went up to my room and was going to listen to music. My cassette tape case was gone. It was fairly big, it held 40 cassettes. I searched the whole house 3 times over and each time ending back in my bedroom. On the 3rd time around I gave up and thought that someone had stolen it. I went back up stairs to my room. There in the doorway, the tape case was just laying there. Had it been there the three other times I was up there I would have stepped on it. I most certainly would have had to walk over it to get in the room.
That was when it really hit me. The capabilities of this ghost. I picked up the case and sat on my bed. Lost for words and very overwhelmed by the whole thing. Holding the case thinking, wow, something actually had possession of this and had it somewhere whether it be in our world or not. It really hit home, so to speak.
By now my life was nothing but one big adventure. I was always wondering what this entity was going to do next.
It started to play games with me, doing things that would have to make me move and change it back. I could be sleeping and suddenly my bedroom light would turn on. I would have to get up and turn it off. I would just get back into bed and the light would turn on again, this would continue all through the night over many, many nights.
Another time it was around 10 or 11 at night and I was up in my room reading. I heard my doorknob turning and looked up as the door opened up. I was thinking that my buddy was there or something. No one was there. I got up and walked over shut the door and then went back to reading while sitting on my bed. Suddenly the door would fly open again. I would get up and shut it, making sure that it was closed tight and go back to my book. This continued for about 2 hours. I then got tired of getting up and left the door wide open and went back to reading. A few minutes into my book again the door suddenly slammed shut with much force. It scared the heck out of me. I think it got mad that I wouldn't play it's games.
Another night I was reading and I looked up for a minute to rest my eyes from the hours of reading I had done. I looked up from my book and noticed a flag that I had hanging straight down from my ceiling by my bed was starting to wave back and forth. I had 2 other flags beside it also hanging straight down from the ceiling. I found it odd that it was moving as there was no air movement in the room. My window and bedroom door were both closed. The movement continued across the bottom of the flag. Soon the whole flag was waving. It continued onto the next flag the same way, then to the third flag. I sat there my mouth wide open I am sure. All 3 flags were now flapping like in a strong wind. I was very mesmerized by it. After a few minutes they started to calm down. The exact reverse of how they started. It was now about 4 or 5 months that I had been there and I was very accustomed to all the happenings by then. It was very normal to have it all going on all around me all the time I slept.
I was awoken late one night to snapping sounds. The best I could describe it, is the snapping of electricity. I sat up looking around towards the far side of the room. I then looked over toward the bottom of my bed. My heart jumped into my throat as I looked over towards my feet. There at the bottom of my bed was a foggy apparition that looked like and old man. he was not very tall maybe 5 feet high but he was very old. He was hunched over, holding a walking stick that looked like a thick crooked tree branch.
I sat there not believing my eyes. He then turned his head towards me and looked right at me. We both were motionless for what seemed forever, but I am sure it was only a few minutes. I then started to hear the electricity snapping again, all around me. I quickly looked around the room to see what was what, then back to the entity. It was starting to fade away and in about 30 seconds it was gone.
I laid back down, but didn't sleep for a long time, my heart was racing and I thought maybe there would be more things happening. There wasn't, and I eventually went back to sleep.
The next morning I told my friend what I had seen and he laughed. He only heard sounds. He never saw anything happen the entire time he was at the house. A few days later, I will never forget this. My buddy, his girlfriend and I, were all sitting in the living room. It was a Friday evening about 7 pm. We were sitting around making plans for the weekend. All of a sudden there was a loud BANG. The best I could describe it, as a shotgun going off in the same room. Like an explosion. It was so loud. Everyone jumped. I looked over to my buddy and he was white as white can be. I got up running to the stairs then up to my room. It seemed that most of the occurrences were based around my room. My buddy closely followed. As I got to my room I stopped dead in my tracks, my friend ran into me. There in my room, where my bed was, there was a hole in the wall. It was a hole I had never seen anything like. It was rectangle. About 2 1/2 feet by 1 foot. It was total rectangle but it all went into 1 point. Like if you had tight bed sheets and pushed your finger into it. It went in like that. Just to 1 point in the center of the rectangle.
I left that evening. I said it was to violent now and I have to go. I went and stayed at a another friends place for month. I then went back to my home town, 4 hours away.
It was years later. A friends car had been stolen and ended up in the city where the house was. I went along for the ride to get the car as the police had recovered it. I told my story on the 4 hour drive there. I hadn't thought about it for years.
The car was in a compound and we went to see if it was drivable. It wasn't. So we left. My friend turned up the street as we left the compound yard and we drove along. The next thing I knew I was back, right in front of the house. The car we were in had stalled out directly in front of the house. I will add that I was not driving and I did not even have a clue where we were until I looked over at the house. I was in shock. I had a very eerie feeling over me, goose bumps, hair standing up. Not a nice feeling.
The house had been planned for renovations since I left as it was a war time house. But what I had seen was no front step. The front door was a board, the windows were board. I got the feeling it didn't really want me in there. We tried to get the car started and it wouldn't start. We got out and pushed it thinking we could push start it, seeing that it was a standard. We got off the same block as the house and the car started right away with the ignition.
We left and went back to my hometown. 4a.m. we got back home and I called my buddy that I had lived in that house with. He had left that house 2 weeks after I did. I told him I had been in town there earlier and ended up in front of that house.
He responded by saying "Bet you wish you were living there now huh"?. He said" It looks really nice now huh"? I told him what I had seen and he laughed. I thought, maybe he was pulling my leg. So I hung up and called another friend in that same city and told her that I had been in town by the house. She responded almost the exact same way adding that it was such a nice looking house now. I hung from that call and thought for a while. I decided to put it all behind me again.
It was years after that incident that I was in the same city again visiting a friend that had just moved out there. She was driving when all of a sudden she took a quick turn. I knew exactly where I was, the house was coming up again. I freaked, I said. "What are you doing?. Why did you turn here"?, she said "I don't know". The car stalled out at the beginning of the block of the house. I said, "That's it, we have to get out of here". I got out and pushed the car back off the block and away from the house. It started again first try. I said, "Go...Go the other way. So she did. I then told her my story.
That is just one of many experiences in my lifetime so far, one big paranormal movie and I have UFOs and ET to contend with as well. Seems never a dull moment in this life.
One thing I learned at a very young age. Things certainly are not as they appear to us.

Hi Brian. I hope this finds your well. Your site looks great and I do hope it will be around for a very long time. Thanks for being there for every one of us that has had encounters.
Anyway, it is rather quiet UFO wise, (thankfully). I still spend a lot of my time searching trying to find out what the full agenda is that is taking place..with regards to UFOs and extraterrestrials..I will have to share my thoughts with you some time on that.
But for now, I thought I would share a experience that I had years back. It was my first Ghostly encounter in my life.
This happened to me a number of years back. I was in my home town and my buddy had asked me to move to his town and hang out for a while. I kept putting it off. Then one day, I had nothing going on and I thought, ahh sure what the heck. So I moved 4 hours away one hot June afternoon.
I pulled onto the street of my soon to be new place where my buddy was already residing. As I got closer to the house I noticed something white laying on the sidewalk by the grass in his yard. I pulled up in front of the house and got out of my car. I then walked around the car and saw that the white thing was his young cat laying there dead. The heat was incredible for June. It had been 30 Celsius all that week and that day wasn't any different. I slowly walked over to the cat and touched it, it was ice cold, not cool, but ice cold dead. I went to the door and knocked. My friend opened the door happy to see me until I said, "Umm, I think that's your cat right there". Needless to say that he was very distraught over the situation. It was a quiet week as I moved my stuff in and got settled.
One week after moving in, I started to notice little things. I would pick up movements from my peripheral vision and when I would turn towards the movement and there would be nothing. Things became more obvious as time continued. If I went to another room and came back, there would be things that had moved. At first, I thought it was my mind playing tricks on me. Then things started to become more predominant. First it was small things, like a glass of coke on the opposite end of the table from where I had left it moments before I left the room.
Then as timed passed more things started to happen. I would leave a room then come back, only to find that everything had been strewn around, papers, couch cushions end table pushed out from the couches.
I didn't say anything to my friend as I didn't want him to think I was strange, lol. So I continued to experience all these oddities that I had no explanation for. One afternoon, I was sitting with my friend and his girlfriend in the main floor living room. We were watching T.V. when I started to hear things, well not exactly things. I heard someone walking around up stairs right above me. The sound was coming from my bedroom. The sound was of hard soled shoes walking around. I took the remote and turned down the volume. My friend looked at me and said, "What? Why did you turn that down"? I said "You can't here that"? He looked at me strange for second. I said again, "Can't you here that"? He smiled and said "you here something"? I said "yes". "someone walking around"? he asked. I said "Yes". He then said "you haven't met the ghost yet"? I was sort of in shock from his response. I said "Ghost"? He said, "Yes we have one".
I listened for another minute. I could here it so clearly I knew exactly where in my bedroom the sound was and could follow it as it walked around. I got up and went upstairs to investigate the sounds. When I went there I couldn't see anything out of ordinary.
More time passed and more things started to happen. I would wake up in the night to sounds of pots and pans being banged around in the kitchen. I would sneak downstairs quietly and hear all the banging as I stepped towards the kitchen. I then would turn on the light and all the banging would instantly stop. Things would disappear then show up in strange places, like a hair brush in the freezer or a book in the oven. The biggest thing that disappeared happened one afternoon. I came home and was alone there. I went up to my room and was going to listen to music. My cassette tape case was gone. It was fairly big, it held 40 cassettes. I searched the whole house 3 times over and each time ending back in my bedroom. On the 3rd time around I gave up and thought that someone had stolen it. I went back up stairs to my room. There in the doorway, the tape case was just laying there. Had it been there the three other times I was up there I would have stepped on it. I most certainly would have had to walk over it to get in the room.
That was when it really hit me. The capabilities of this ghost. I picked up the case and sat on my bed. Lost for words and very overwhelmed by the whole thing. Holding the case thinking, wow, something actually had possession of this and had it somewhere whether it be in our world or not. It really hit home, so to speak.
By now my life was nothing but one big adventure. I was always wondering what this entity was going to do next.
It started to play games with me, doing things that would have to make me move and change it back. I could be sleeping and suddenly my bedroom light would turn on. I would have to get up and turn it off. I would just get back into bed and the light would turn on again, this would continue all through the night over many, many nights.
Another time it was around 10 or 11 at night and I was up in my room reading. I heard my doorknob turning and looked up as the door opened up. I was thinking that my buddy was there or something. No one was there. I got up and walked over shut the door and then went back to reading while sitting on my bed. Suddenly the door would fly open again. I would get up and shut it, making sure that it was closed tight and go back to my book. This continued for about 2 hours. I then got tired of getting up and left the door wide open and went back to reading. A few minutes into my book again the door suddenly slammed shut with much force. It scared the heck out of me. I think it got mad that I wouldn't play it's games.
Another night I was reading and I looked up for a minute to rest my eyes from the hours of reading I had done. I looked up from my book and noticed a flag that I had hanging straight down from my ceiling by my bed was starting to wave back and forth. I had 2 other flags beside it also hanging straight down from the ceiling. I found it odd that it was moving as there was no air movement in the room. My window and bedroom door were both closed. The movement continued across the bottom of the flag. Soon the whole flag was waving. It continued onto the next flag the same way, then to the third flag. I sat there my mouth wide open I am sure. All 3 flags were now flapping like in a strong wind. I was very mesmerized by it. After a few minutes they started to calm down. The exact reverse of how they started. It was now about 4 or 5 months that I had been there and I was very accustomed to all the happenings by then. It was very normal to have it all going on all around me all the time I slept.
I was awoken late one night to snapping sounds. The best I could describe it, is the snapping of electricity. I sat up looking around towards the far side of the room. I then looked over toward the bottom of my bed. My heart jumped into my throat as I looked over towards my feet. There at the bottom of my bed was a foggy apparition that looked like and old man. he was not very tall maybe 5 feet high but he was very old. He was hunched over, holding a walking stick that looked like a thick crooked tree branch.
I sat there not believing my eyes. He then turned his head towards me and looked right at me. We both were motionless for what seemed forever, but I am sure it was only a few minutes. I then started to hear the electricity snapping again, all around me. I quickly looked around the room to see what was what, then back to the entity. It was starting to fade away and in about 30 seconds it was gone.
I laid back down, but didn't sleep for a long time, my heart was racing and I thought maybe there would be more things happening. There wasn't, and I eventually went back to sleep.
The next morning I told my friend what I had seen and he laughed. He only heard sounds. He never saw anything happen the entire time he was at the house. A few days later, I will never forget this. My buddy, his girlfriend and I, were all sitting in the living room. It was a Friday evening about 7 pm. We were sitting around making plans for the weekend. All of a sudden there was a loud BANG. The best I could describe it, as a shotgun going off in the same room. Like an explosion. It was so loud. Everyone jumped. I looked over to my buddy and he was white as white can be. I got up running to the stairs then up to my room. It seemed that most of the occurrences were based around my room. My buddy closely followed. As I got to my room I stopped dead in my tracks, my friend ran into me. There in my room, where my bed was, there was a hole in the wall. It was a hole I had never seen anything like. It was rectangle. About 2 1/2 feet by 1 foot. It was total rectangle but it all went into 1 point. Like if you had tight bed sheets and pushed your finger into it. It went in like that. Just to 1 point in the center of the rectangle.
I left that evening. I said it was to violent now and I have to go. I went and stayed at a another friends place for month. I then went back to my home town, 4 hours away.
It was years later. A friends car had been stolen and ended up in the city where the house was. I went along for the ride to get the car as the police had recovered it. I told my story on the 4 hour drive there. I hadn't thought about it for years.
The car was in a compound and we went to see if it was drivable. It wasn't. So we left. My friend turned up the street as we left the compound yard and we drove along. The next thing I knew I was back, right in front of the house. The car we were in had stalled out directly in front of the house. I will add that I was not driving and I did not even have a clue where we were until I looked over at the house. I was in shock. I had a very eerie feeling over me, goose bumps, hair standing up. Not a nice feeling.
The house had been planned for renovations since I left as it was a war time house. But what I had seen was no front step. The front door was a board, the windows were board. I got the feeling it didn't really want me in there. We tried to get the car started and it wouldn't start. We got out and pushed it thinking we could push start it, seeing that it was a standard. We got off the same block as the house and the car started right away with the ignition.
We left and went back to my hometown. 4a.m. we got back home and I called my buddy that I had lived in that house with. He had left that house 2 weeks after I did. I told him I had been in town there earlier and ended up in front of that house.
He responded by saying "Bet you wish you were living there now huh"?. He said" It looks really nice now huh"? I told him what I had seen and he laughed. I thought, maybe he was pulling my leg. So I hung up and called another friend in that same city and told her that I had been in town by the house. She responded almost the exact same way adding that it was such a nice looking house now. I hung from that call and thought for a while. I decided to put it all behind me again.

Saskatchewan And Manitoba UFO Sighting In 1953

Date: 1953 Time: Approx: 1:00 a.m.
HBCC UFO Research Note: I have to note that I personally have not heard of the sightings that are mentioned in the below report, although I only hear of a small fraction of what is being seen. I would like to request that anyone having any information about these sightings, the two of them would they please write to me here at HBCC UFO Research. Also any newspaper articles that you might still have, and photos since many photos were taken according to this person.
Location of Sighting: Island Falls Saskatchewan, Flin Flon Manitoba, Regina Saskatchewan, Calgary alta traveling that direction. Photos taken, all across the provinces. Write-ups in all the newspapers. I read ours on the radio and news reports. It was as large as a football field and why are there no old reports? Our paper was afraid to print it. Hundreds of witnesses saw it. It was in all the papers, now it's hidden. Why?

Number of objects: One large one.
Shape of objects: Large as a football field and very low down.
Full Description of event/sighting: It made no noise and all red. It had blue lights drifting silently over the Hamlet of Island Falls toward Calgary direction and spotted and reported on all across Canada. It was a very big issue and no one spoke of it after as if it was a taboo subject. We also had another when our company smoke stack was added to, so the smoke would not fall on Flin Flon. Three small flying disks flew around the top of the smoke stack for 15 minutes and lots of pictures were taken and appeared in our little newspaper called The Daily Reminder in of Flin Flon. I saved my paper and lost it in a fire and can't get a copy of it (I tried) Why is this all kept hidden? Is there a reason to hide it? Why don't someone write about this?

Fredericton, New Brunswick (Mactaquac Dam) Multiple Sighting Of Objects

Date: October 17, 2007 Time: 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Mactaquac Dam. Number of witnesses: 3 Number of objects: 15 Shape of objects: 13 flying small orb lights V formation and 2 rectangular.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was fishing with some buddies at the Mactaquac Dam, when I noticed a somewhat rectangular object with 3 white lights on it that were also rectangular. It was really big and maybe 150 to 200 feet away. It flew by and was hard to make out the body of the object, but the lights were clear, then it disappeared. About 15 minutes later I saw another rectangular object with the same rectangular lights, only this time it was smaller and only had 2 lights. At first I thought maybe it was a large military craft, but it was kind of low as there were many airplanes in the sky and they were much higher.
Then around 30 minutes later I saw 10 orb like objects flying in V formation. Once again I thought it might be military planes, but they were moving erratic and at high speed. Some of them would swoop out of formation and move in circles then go right back in formation again, and then disappeared. The last sighting was about 15 min later. This time there was 3 orbs flying in V formation, but they were moving erratically. They would swoop in towards each other then move back to the V formation, then it seemed like they would become 1 orb then split into 2 then back to 3 in V formation. They also disappeared after about 1 min. I noticed that someone in my town reported a similar incident on Sept 8, 2007.

South Vancouver, British Columbia 1903 House And A Ghost

Location of Sighting: South Vancouver. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Walking figure of a man in a longish old style tweed coat and flat tweed hat.
Full Description of event/sighting: Hello Brian, you asked for ghost stories and I happen to have had a very strange, unexplainable thing happen at my house years ago. It was approx: 9:00 in the evening, and my wife and I were sitting in the living room of our 'just bought house'. We had only just moved in a few months previously. Our house was built in 1903 and was the first house built in our neighborhood, back when it was mostly farmland and orchards. We had just finished dinner and were sitting watching TV and relaxing after a hard days work at our respective jobs. All of a sudden we heard a loud scraping noise coming from our basement area, and our cat came flying up the staircase all puffed up and looking completely insane and terrified at what he was seeing. He was staring bug-eyed at the basement stairs, and from where I and my wife were sitting, we couldn't see the area that the cat could.
I jumped from my chair and ran into the kitchen where 'Hugo' the cat was now spitting and growling madly at the top steps. I was in the process of trying to calm the cat down, when out of the corner of my eye I saw a movement, and as I turned to see what it was I saw the back of the figure of a man wearing a longish tweed coat and a flat old styled tweed cap moving through what was our open bathroom door into our bathroom. I stood speechless watching this 'person' disappear across the bathroom and into our toilet area, with no apparent legs, it was just drifting over the floor. I yelled to my wife what I had seen, and after finally calming down a bit, I felt I should phone my father and see if everything was alright with my parents. For some reason I thought I was seeing some kind of premonition of someone's demise, but everyone was fine at my parents house. I told my Dad what I'd seen and we talked about it for a bit, and he suggested I make a search downstairs in the basement, and check the floor joist patterns and see what was once built in the area directly above and into what is now our bathroom.
I did and found out that before the renovations and the added on back part of our house, the back stairs had once been located directly where the bathroom door now was situated, and whoever it was I saw that night, was walking out on to a long gone staircase, and out into our back yard. We've lived here now for 24 years and have had a couple of other 'supernatural things' happen, but never another sighting of the old guy in the tweed coat and hat.

Full Description of event/sighting: Hello Brian, you asked for ghost stories and I happen to have had a very strange, unexplainable thing happen at my house years ago. It was approx: 9:00 in the evening, and my wife and I were sitting in the living room of our 'just bought house'. We had only just moved in a few months previously. Our house was built in 1903 and was the first house built in our neighborhood, back when it was mostly farmland and orchards. We had just finished dinner and were sitting watching TV and relaxing after a hard days work at our respective jobs. All of a sudden we heard a loud scraping noise coming from our basement area, and our cat came flying up the staircase all puffed up and looking completely insane and terrified at what he was seeing. He was staring bug-eyed at the basement stairs, and from where I and my wife were sitting, we couldn't see the area that the cat could.
I jumped from my chair and ran into the kitchen where 'Hugo' the cat was now spitting and growling madly at the top steps. I was in the process of trying to calm the cat down, when out of the corner of my eye I saw a movement, and as I turned to see what it was I saw the back of the figure of a man wearing a longish tweed coat and a flat old styled tweed cap moving through what was our open bathroom door into our bathroom. I stood speechless watching this 'person' disappear across the bathroom and into our toilet area, with no apparent legs, it was just drifting over the floor. I yelled to my wife what I had seen, and after finally calming down a bit, I felt I should phone my father and see if everything was alright with my parents. For some reason I thought I was seeing some kind of premonition of someone's demise, but everyone was fine at my parents house. Grand Forks, B.C. Ring Of Lights At Low Altitude

Date: October 16, 2007 Time: Approx: 10:15 p.m.
The witness was closing his living room blinds in their home when he saw a bright circular/round shaped light in the sky. He thought it looked unusual so he walked out onto the porch. The light was moving side to side and to different positions in the sky, still at a very low altitude and at a distance away. It was a cloudy night, no stars were visible and it's movement were just too strange so he kept my eyes glued to it. It's brightness was approx: the same as the planet Venus and the light kept dimming and coming back brighter again and moving closer to his location. At it's closet point is turned out not to be one single bright light, but a ring of numerous white/blue lights, like a (Hoolahoop) as you were able to see the ring shape of the object as it maneuvered around low in the sky. The witness called out for his wife and children to come and watch, but soon after he called out the object just blinked out, he said the sighting lasted for a good 2 minutes or so and it may have been the size of his pickup truck when looking at it at it's closet point.

North Sydney, Cape Breton Island A Shooting Star Comes To A Stop !

Date: October 18, 2007 Time: Approx: 2:10 a.m.
Approach Direction: It was already there when I looked out the window. Departure Direction: It just disappeared. Witness Direction: It was just me, and I was in too much awe to notice.
Description: I was looking out the window of my bedroom trying to go asleep, when I noticed a ''shooting star''. It shot across the sky, but then stopped at a dead halt, and shot off in the opposite direction. it repeated doing this for five minutes. At first i thought my eyes were just playing tricks on me, but i went out into my yard and looked up at the sky. sure enough, the ''shooting star'' was zipping across the sky in various directions, really fast, and then it just disappeared.
Color/Shape: It looked exactly like a star, but its movement reminded me of the ball from a game of pong, just at a very high speed, just really small.
Height & Speed: I have no idea, all I know is that stars don't do that.

Calgary, Alberta UFO Making A Crackling Sound And Figure Eight

Date: October 19, 2007 Time: Approx: 7:15 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Calgary, Alberta Around 52St and 19 Ave NW. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Could not tell the shape. I just saw a bright blinking light.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was walking home from Market Mall in Calgary, AB Canada around 7:15pm on Oct 19th. It was starting to get dark out and I and noticed what looked like to be a falling star.
It kind of had a crackling sound as it bounced across the sky. I just expected it to just burn out but to my surprise I saw it do a very quick controlled figure eight pattern in the sky! I just stood there totally stunned at what I was seeing! It stopped mid air after the very fast figure eight formation and started blinking one single bright light. There was nothing that could have maneuvered the way this light did!
I couldn't see any shape which I thought was strange because you can always tell if its a plane or helicopter even if is really high up in the sky. The light kept blinking one single bright light. I watched it move slowly southward over the hill top and out of view.
I found it interesting reading other posts on Oct 19th that there were other sightings that same night. Is this fairly normal?

Thanks for getting back to me.
Just to add to my description of my sighting as you suggested.
There was no type of trail or tail following behind it.
If I had to make a rough guess as to the altitude of this thing it was actually the height a helicopter would fly around the city.
I couldn't see any outline of an object which was very weird because I could see the outline of planes way up in the sky that same night.. The blinking light was very similar to a what you would see on an aircraft light but much more intense and a larger light.
I was able to observe the blinking, single white light for around 5 minutes total. The actual shooting star effect and the maneuver only took around 10 seconds. Then after stopping mid air and turning on its light.. it moved slowly southward, slower than a helicopter would travel. It stayed at the same distance from the ground as it moved and was completely silent.
The weather conditions were around 15C and the sky was somewhat cloudy.
I thought it may have been trying to not bring attention to itself by coming close to the ground as a shooting star and then taking on the light of an aircraft as it flew through town. Very creepy!! What are they up to anyways?? especially at night.
Wish I could verify with someone who may be monitoring the sky that night such as air traffic control at the airport! Someone else must have noticed something odd in the sky that night.

North East of Selkirk Manitoba Light Beams Come From The Clouds And Scan

Location of Sighting: North East of Selkirk Manitoba. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 6 to 8 Shape of objects: Light beams.
Full Description of event/sighting: While sitting in a outdoor hot-tub with a friend she suddenly stopped talking and said what the hell is that. I turned around to see three too four beams of light coming through the clouds. This was a very cloudy and cold evening. I turned off the music and the motor to the tub, we leaned are chins on the edge of the tub and watched the lights and listened for any sounds. There were no sounds coming from the direction of the lights. My guess is that the lights (if they were to reach the ground) were no more then 300 yards away. We watched as the lights seemed to be looking for something. As if a person was standing on the clouds with a flashlight and looking for his keys he dropped. At times there would be one beam and at others there were six to eight. This would last for around five to eight minutes and then they just left.

Hi Brian, I thought you would want more information. The beams of light seamed to be in the same area about 150 yards. across and like I said about 300 yards from us. The lights were all white in color and did not change at all. They seamed to be very bright in the clouds and dimming as they headed toward the ground but did not hit the ground. At least from our angle they did not appear to hit the ground. Hope this helps and I had a camera but of course it was in the truck, next time I will get you a picture. All the best.

Over Newcastle Island In Nanaimo Harbor, B.C. Unknown Object (Photo)

Location of Sighting: Over Newcastle Island in Nanaimo Harbor. Number of witnesses: 0 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Lens.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was out on the deck on the front of the ferry to Nanaimo from Gabriola Island on the 5:10 run with my camera and binoculars experimenting taking shots through the bino eyepiece. I took about ten shots that way not being able to see weather or not the shots were out of focus. I only discovered this image as I processed and deleted all the rest but for this one. I was not aware of any craft when taking the pictures. It is quite unmistakably lens shaped with the sun reflecting from the other side in the late afternoon sunset.

Location of Sighting: Over Newcastle Island in Nanaimo Harbor. Number of witnesses: 0 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Lens.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was out on the deck on the front of the ferry to Nanaimo from Gabriola Island on the 5:10 run with my camera and binoculars experimenting taking shots through the bino eyepiece. I took about ten shots that way not being able to see weather or not the shots were out of focus. I only discovered this image as I processed and deleted all the rest but for this one. I was not aware of any craft when taking the pictures. It is quite unmistakably lens shaped with the sun reflecting from the other side in the late afternoon sunset.

Sudbury, Ontario Oval Shaped Object

Date: First week in October 2007. Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.
Number of witnesses: One. Number of objects: One. Shape of objects: Oval.
Weather Conditions: Clear, however, clouds rolled in very quickly, as though to obscure it.
Description: Maroon in color, no lights, no sound, appeared to be at about 10,000-15,000 feet, traveled at a moderate speed, lasted about 10 seconds until it was obscured by clouds.

North And East Of Rockglen, Saskatchewan Orange Colored Meteor

Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Round, fireball. Weather Conditions: Breezy, clear sky.
Description: A meteor: Started as a large streak of white light straight down, then became brighter and brighter orange (lit up the hills north of town) then finally disappeared. I've seen a lot of falling stars but this one was huge! I did not hear any thunder-like sounds following the sighting.

Barrie, Ontario Multiple Orbs Witnessed By 4 Witnesses

Date: October 25, 2007 Time: 7:30 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Outside of house. Number of witnesses: 4 Number of objects: 3 Shape of objects: Orbs.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was sitting watching T.V. when my roommate came home from work. He was very excited that he had experienced multiple sightings while on the road at work. First he noticed what seemed to be white lights. They were stationary and low in the sky. On his way home he was getting off of the 400 hundred highway off ramp when he noticed a green orb that shot downward and disappeared over the trees close to where the police station is. After relating to everyone in the house his news the four of us proceeded out to the front of the house to have a look at the night sky, the time was approx 7:30 pm. We noticed to points of light low in the sky which seemed to change colors. These at first glance appeared to be stars but were very bright and low in the sky. One of my roommates then noticed a dark bluish green orb that was even lower and closer and traveled at an impressive speed from the south traveling north.As it moved over the top of my house we noticed it changed color from dark bluish green to white. It moved so fast that we chased it on foot as far as we could until it disappeared over the house tree line. This object made no noticeable noise and again traveled quite fast. Shortly after i noticed a plane which was also visible and traveling considerably slower than the object we had just witnessed.

Well gang I was hoping not to ever go this route, in asking for donations to help keep HBCC UFO Research operating. But on a pension it is becoming more expensive and difficult for everything I do here at HBCC UFO Research and taking more of a bite out of the pension.

I want everyone to know this is an old site I use to operate when I stated up HBCC UFO Research years ago. I had to use this method as I have a problem adding an html code to my main website.

St. Hubert, Quebec A Possible Shape Shifting Object

Date: October 17, 2007 Time: Between 8:35 p.m. and 8:50 p.m.
Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Shape shifting Ball. Weather Conditions: Partly clouds.
Description: Me and my friend were coming back from a friends house, when we saw, what at first I though was a low moon, a huge super bright from yellow-orangey color changing. It seem to shift shape into a orange cylinder foggy like (could of been the clouds) and then, in a very strange way, (like a flip over or a supernova effect whiter in the middle) it morph back again to become a perfect round again.
It was like a giant ball of energy, you could see it kind of "sparkle with black", rather hard to describe. I would like to mention that the moon crescent was 41% that night (and the moon was so much smaller). This was no mistake.
After that, it disappeared. About 3-4 seconds after, a few kilometers away up front more to the right, an orange "banana shape glow" (still foggy, hard to say it was "it" itself of a reflection on the clouds from above) and was moving to the right (was mobile or slowly moving left at first), and then a V like shape appeared on "top" in the same type of material, then it stated to reform a ball, but it was like if 2 balls of orange glow with white in the middle were joining together. Then it disappeared again. It reappeared again this time more to the left, and started to glow again like, wow. Then you saw the contours was shape shift (moving in a type collapsing on itself" type of way and disappeared again for good.
It was a rather half and half night (clear with clouds). No rain, but foggy in the morning. When we saw it at first, clouds were passing in front of "it" and even it we cannot tell how far and how big it was (it was like looking at the sun but without surrounding light) it was huge. With the reflection on the clouds when it reappeared, you could put at least 6-7 planes side-by-side. At least.
My estimate is of a minimum of 500m to 1km (minimum) I live close to an airport, saw a few reports that looked like mine that mentioned that they were near airports as well, i think it may be good to say it.
As surprising as it is, even it it's almost impossible that no one else seen this, i have heard or seen nothing media wise near my area. This is the reason why I am scanning reports

Milton, Ontario A Bright Orange Ball And Another

Date: October 10, 2007 Time: 2:48 a.m.
Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: several (approx:15 to 20). Shape of objects: Round. Weather Conditions: Clear.
Description: I was heading to bed at 2:48 am (looked at clock) and noticed a bright orange ball low on the horizon south, southwest of my location. I thought it was either the landing lights of an aircraft on it's descent into Pearson Airport or possibly a helicopter flying into Milton Hospital but as I continued to watch it, it remained at a fixed location approx: 1,000 feet in the air and about 8 to 10 km south of my building and about 2km west.
I live on the 12th floor of a 16 story building in downtown Milton facing south. I have incredible panoramic views and always keep my blinds up at night in my living room to watch the night sky.
As I continued to watch this bright orange ball, now through my binoculars (Bushnell sportec 10 x 50 with a fov of 367 feet at 1,000 yds.) another very bright orange ball appeared to the west of the first one, approx: 5km west of the first one, and approx. 3,000 feet in elevation but about the same distance south of my building.
I was constantly trying to use land references for both height.

Description: 4 glowing triangles moved across the sky in the west, in a southerly direction and the speed was steady, but fast.
They seemed like they were distant (high).
Sighting lasted approximately 10-15 seconds, then the objects disappeared.
