Shape of objects: Circular.
Full Description of event/sighting: There were these two intensely bright lights, bright enough they backlit about two miles of the North Mountain when they dove behind the Parker Mountain and it. They also moved along a 15 mile distance within seconds, back and forth. They were relatively small, but quick and so bright, my husband and I watched them for about fifteen to twenty minutes, ducking and diving individually. And then, suddenly, they moved one by one into the north passage leading into the Bay of Fundy and we didn't see them again

Bolton, Ontario Strange Lights In The Sky (UFO)

Time: Approx: 6:00 p.m.
Ok this is really weird. I too experienced a sighting on Jan 2. I was picking up my mom who lives Hwy 50 & Rutherford area just south of Bolton to bring her to my house in Richmond Hill, and when we were driving up Rutherford (going east towards RHILL) I saw over in the distance to the south similar lights as described in your article of Jan 2 about a sighting in Scarborough (there was more than 1 that's for sure) The lights stood still. They did not move and made a weird shape in the sky. Both my mom and I witnessed these lights around 6:00pm. I am not sure if this was the same time as you.

Ontario Canada Increase Of UFO Sightings In March 2007 BBC Radio U.K. Interview

HBCC UFO Research Note: A reporter from BBC Radio contacted me and asked if I would do a short interview with BBC Radio, hosting the show was a super fellow by the name of Rod Sharp. The show where the interview aired is called Up All Night and covers alot of very interesting topics from all around the world. I would suggest that you tune into the show.

Rossland, British Columbia A Bright Round White Star Looking Object

Full Description of event/sighting: Like the person from Canmore who posted April 1, I too saw a "ridiculously huge star". I glanced out the window after dark, and in the western sky was a very, very large, bright round white star looking object that seemed to glow. It seemed much, much too big to be a star.
However, I have noticed what I have assumed to be a star in the same spot for a few weeks now, directly west over Mt. Roberts in the early evening after the sun goes down. I had noticed recently how it was a lot brighter than other stars in the sky, but it was never so bright and huge as when I saw it this evening, the other stars were practically invisible next to this. I couldn't believe my eyes that it was so big so I grabbed my binoculars to check it out, then the camcorder and taped for a few minutes on the front porch around 9:30pm. I looked out the window again a couple more times and it was still very bright, by 10:00pm it was gone.
I could describe it as looking like a star that had suddenly moved in a lot closer to the earth, and I would compare it's size to be about what a spotlight would look like in the near distance. Anybody else seen this ?

Bright Wide Bluish Light Over Ontario In The Eastern Sky

Date: April 3, 2007 Time: Approx: 8:00 p.m.
Hi Brian, but on Tuesday night at around 8:00 pm I notice a very bright star in the eastern sky and as I was watching it, just below it was a very wide bluish light that came from the south towards the north. It was a matter of seconds and it was gone. It didn't look like any falling star or meteor I've ever seen. I'm curious if anyone else saw it. Take Care.

Whitby, Ontario A Bright White Triangle Shaped Light

Date: April 2, 2007 Time: Approx: 10:15 p.m.
While in the Sauna, April 4, 2007 in the evening. Two gentlemen told me of a recent sighting of a bright white triangle shaped light over Whitby. Here's what both had described to me excitedly. On April 2, 2007, after swimming at the Oshawa Civic Parking lot-approx 10:15pm. One of the fellow's was exiting out of the parking lot by car. He said he stopped the car further in the parking lot facing west. He describes witnessing a bright white light in the shape of a "triangle". As he watched, a friend from swimming was exiting. He flagged him down to stop. Both men got out of the cars, and the fellow pointed this out to this person. They both watched in disbelief, saying again definitely triangular shaped and very bright. This object had the intensity of the moon. Both agreed it would be over Whitby's downtown area --Hwy 2 and Brock Street.
Now the distance would be 5-6 miles directly west. Both agreed there were clouds behind the object, thus below the cloud line. They watched it for a few minutes, then went home wondering. Both men now agree that something's up, at least over Whitby that night. The one fellow is a cab driver who first witnessed the object. I have related to this one fellow of what I have seen.

Eden Prairie, Minnesota One Triangle And The Other Cross Within A Box (UFO)

Date: April 8, 2007 Time: 8:30 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Highway 77 south. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 3 Shape of objects: One triangle, the other cross within a box.
Full Description of event/sighting: Me and a friend of mine were leaving to a friends house around 8:30pm and we were almost to Apple Valley and were on Highway 77.
I look up and I saw lights, but I didn't see these kind of lights on airplanes before because I know what plane lights look like. I live by a mini airport in Eden Prairie. The lights on this UFO (there 3 on the corners and it looked like a plane at first, but when we got closer it was some weird triangle) and one by one they turned on with multicolored lights in the middle. And the first object was still staying in one spot and did not move at all! When watching this I thought that's very weird. Not a lot of planes just sit motionless and if so it would be a military fighter plane of some sort. It was pretty low to the ground too, right above the trees, maybe 4 or 5 a few hundred feet above the trees! We kept driving and I am still looking back and I see it still there. I'm just baffled at what I had just seen. Just as I thought it was over, there was another object, this one was completely different it's shape. It was like a cross with a glowing light on each end. It looked like a big box was on top of it, it to had weird flashing lights and abnormally large white lights on the ends of the cross.
This object too did not move from the spot it was in! When we passed this object, I looked back and I saw both of the objects still in the same place above the highway. So we kept driving and I called my dad and asked if planes can just sit in the sky. He said no, and there wouldn't be any helicopters there either. My dad saw a UFO a couple of years back in Apple Valley also. So me and my friend start discussing this, he doesn't really care, but I'm shocked and surprised at what we saw. So we drive off and we head on another road almost reaching our destination. I look to my left and you can see the trees and the highway and two really bright lights and a third object was coming towards them and just stopped. So there was a total of three in the end and we were about 3 to 4 miles away now. About 10 - 15 minutes after being on the highway the time was 8:45 pm. All this that happened in a matter of half an hour of driving. Then we came to the house we were planning on attending and the trees covered everything up and we went inside the house.
I started telling and asking everyone inside if they have seen anything like this they said no. They were shocked when we left about 3 hours later. We went the same direction back on the highway and everything was normal, but I saw in three parts off the sky I bright blue objects in different parts of the sky. I've seen these types of UFO's on the web people have pictures of them and video. Then it was just hills and I was in my city after that. I forgot my camera that day so I was not able to take any photos or take any video footage.

Calgary, Alberta Boomerang Shaped Object Filmed (Picture)

HBCC UFO Research Note: I have received the picture from the person who filmed the object, I think it is a pretty interesting photo of a Boomerang shaped object. I have not posted the pictures as I like to get permission to do so first. If and when I get the go ahead to post the photo I will certainly do so.

Location of Sighting: Calgary NW Number of witnesses: Number of objects: Shape of objects: Boomerang.
Full Description of event/sighting: Took a picture a very bright looking star to the west of me which was floating several hundred meters and approximately 1 kilometer from my location.
Went into home, downloaded picture onto computer and bright star turned out to be a boomerang shaped craft with discernable structural elements. No contrail behind object, no sound from object. Object proceeded in a south to north direction slowly for 23 minutes before direct line of sight of object cut off by intervening homes.
The approximate location of object was latitude: 51 degrees, 4 seconds, 19.08 North; 114 degrees, 8 minutes, 34.21 seconds West.

Full Description of event/sighting: In the western sky, is a big bright light. Not moving, with a blueish green light on the right and a reddish glow on the left. It is very big and isn't a planet or a star. What is it, I don't know. North on 270, and about 12 miles from Basswood Manitoba.

North Bay, Ontario A Very Bright Light

Date: April 9, 2007 Time: 10:30 - 11:00 p.m.
Location of Sighting: North Bay, Ontario. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Very bright light.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was standing outside my home in town, having a smoke, and was actually looking at the sky for UFOs when I noticed an unusually bright white light in the sky to the North (about 10 degrees). The light was about 30-45 degrees up from the horizon. It was perhaps 3-4 times larger than a star would appear. My first impression was that it was slowly descending, but I thought because I was viewing it through the top branches of a nearby tree, that perhaps it was the motion of the branches deceiving my eye. I continued to watch it for a few moments. At about the time I became convinced it was indeed descending, I was about to alert my wife to the object, when it suddenly disappeared. I told her what I had seen, and it did not re-appear. I noticed the sky was fairly clear, with a few clouds, but none in the immediate area I had seen the light. The whole incident transpired over perhaps 30 seconds.

Duncan British, Columbia Three Lights Were In A Triangle Formation

Number of witnesses: 3 Number of objects: 3 Shape of objects: There was no shape only lights.
Full Description of event/sighting: Three lights were in a triangle position and moving in unison. At sometimes one of the lights would move up or down, or move slower, but they stayed in the triangle formation the whole time. The lights were bright, but did not look like anything I have ever seen, they did not resemble satellites or stars.

Hi Brian, thanks for responding to my report.
The lights were quite high. I see planes fly over quite often, and these lights were much higher and solid, not flashing. Like I said they were white, and in a triangle formation that did not break. They flew flawlessly together across the sky, but disappeared long before we would have lost sight of them.

Calgary, Alberta More Unusual Sightings (Excellent Photos)

Brian, I went out tonight with my camera and a Sony video camera at 8:30 tonight (April 11, 2007). An object appeared in the same area of sky, and this time the object was not a boomerang shaped object, but an object that appears to be changing shape. Please find attached photos (I have a series of photos, these are just a few and appear the best).
Brian, More pictures of this multiple shaped object in the northwestern sky of Calgary, Alberta.
I haven't reviewed the video tape yet.

Edmonton, Alberta Spherical Shaped UFO And Smaller Object Moving Around It

Location of Sighting: Research Park south Edmonton common area. Number of witnesses: 5 Number of objects: 1-4 Shape of objects: Spherical.
Full Description of event/sighting: This is the only time I can say that I have actually seen UFOs and I have see alot of strange stuff in the sky. It was at 11:05-11:25 pm between July 1-4. Me and 4 other friends were partaking in a recreational activity and had arrived at the location at 10:45. It was a perfectly clear night and I was stargazing and admiring the constellations. One of my friends pointed out an abnormally large star that was located beneath the 1st star on the arm of the big dipper. Now I know that the north star is north of the arm and was confused as to what this bright star was to the south of it. It was motionless like a star but as bright as a helicopter with it's spotlight shinning at least 1500 feet above the ground. It was not to say that this object was that low in the atmosphere. I could clearly tell that this object was outside our atmosphere at the height it was at. We stared at this for 5 minutes until it started to move slowly eastward. We all were very astonished by this because none of us have seen anything like this before.
I can tell you that I know of the height this object was at because it had an arc in its trajectory that denoted an orbit. We watched this object in the sky for a further 10 minutes in its trajectory before at least 3 very tiny almost satellite-looking objects appeared suddenly and started to move rapidly around the craft. They moved in circular and triangular flight patterns and sometimes flew away from it momentarily but returned to it seconds after at great speed. About 5 minutes or so later they all disappeared. At this point 2 of the witnesses lost interest and the 3 of us that were left watched it for a further 5 minutes or so until it literally shot into the stars until we could no longer see the light of the craft.

Surrey, British Columbia A Round Object With Gold Lights

Full Description of event/sighting: This was a very brief sighting on a clear night, as I rushed to find my sister to show the object too shortly after spotting it.
What I did see appeared to be a very round object with gold lights coming off of it from every direction, and I seem to recall some small green lights in the mix as well. It was moving rather slowly and should have still been in sight when I returned with my sister, but the object was long gone.
I can't say for sure what it was, but it didn't look like any aircraft I've ever seen before. I felt a little nauseous and quite shaken for a while after the sighting, but that most probably was my nerves.

Hello, Brian, sorry for the lack of description. I wasn't sure what all to write. And, for the record, I'm pretty bad with estimating distances and such.
Are the colors a rather unique description? As i mentioned, it may not have been a spacecraft, but I'm not sure what it was. I only saw it for maybe 20 seconds before rushing off to seek a witness. Roughly, I'd have to say the object was probably 2km away from me, and I'd say maybe 200 feet lower than the usual airplanes pass by. (Again, I'm awful with distances).
And yes, my bad. The sighting was yesterday, April 11, 2007.
Anything else to add, not too much, except that I live across from a field that had a large powerline in it.

Richmond Hill, Ontario Four Or More Lights Aligned Moving Slowly

Message: I was walking my dog on 13 Apr/2007 around 10:15 pm. A car was driving towards me and turning to the street. The car slowed down and the passenger rolled down the window and asked me if I have saw those lights in the sky. I said no, what lights, then her and the driver in total amazement described that they saw which was about four or more light aligned and move very low and slowly and at the same towards them. But by the time I looked up it was gone. I am sure it was UFO.
Additional Information
I reside in Richmond Hill, Ontario around Yonge St and Elgin Mills area. I am just curious if you have had anyone else contact you about any sightings in this area on this day? The sky was really clear I was actually admiring the stars and the northern star was really bright that night.
Where are you located, and have you had many reports recently. I am very interested in this subject and any documentary movie that is on TV about UFOs. I always watch for many years now. Thanks.

Full Description of event/sighting: Approx: 10.30pm on April 15, 2007 I watch the bring light in the sky for about 45 minutes. During this time it got dimmer and bright, possibly due to clouds. But it was definitely going back and forth in the sky (left and right). I could clearly see other stars in the sky, which did not give out as much light as this object did.
I am not one to believe in this kind of thing, but I find no other logical explanation for what we saw. If it had been a helicopter or plane it would not have been there that long.

New Westminster, British Columbia A Dark Gray Triangle

Location of Sighting: New Westminster, B.C. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Triangle.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was standing at my front window lighting a cigarette. I looked up and saw what I thought was a Very large gaggle of geese. Then I realized it was too dark too see them as white, and the V stayed consistent, so I looked closer. It was coming from the north/east and over the corner of my building. It was then I realized what I thought was geese was actually lights. I saw the outline of a triangle, it was a smoky dark gray in color, and the lights were in a perfect V, not moving like geese do. I ran to my back/bathroom door to see where it was going but by the time I got the door open I could no longer see it.
My first sighting was when I was 11 in California, my second sighting was in Vancouver, B.C. when I was 18 (reported that to the airport) then again in Langley B.C. 2 years ago. But they were all just far distant lights moving too fast to be planes or helicopters.
This was the first time I actually saw something that appeared to be a very large ship, about a city block big and flying lower than the airplanes.
This is not a joke, and nobody believes me.

Hello Brian, The sighting lasted about 10 minutes. I heard nothing, which is kind of strange as I live in a noisy area. I'd guess the size to be about a (Surrey) city block. The V lights were steady, but there were other blinking lights around the V lights. All the lights appeared to be white. No colors that I noticed. I thought it was a flock/gaggle of approximately 20 so I'd say about 10 on either side, maybe 12.
I know this sounds weird but it seemed as if the craft uncloaked momentarily. At first all I saw was the lights, I thought were geese, until it was directly over me. That may explain why I wasn't able to see it after I got my back door open. I don't recall any structure, but the edges appeared rounded. The back wasn't straight like the sides it was more serrated. I know I saw more than I'm remembering. I think I was questioning what I was really seeing, like trying to analyze it's validity. Ok, I'd say the distance was slightly higher than where a helicopter flies but lower than the planes.

I know this sounds weird but it seemed as if the craft uncloaked momentarily. At first all I saw was the lights, I thought were geese, until it was directly over me. That may explain why I wasn't able to see it after I got my back door open. I don't recall any structure, but the edges appeared rounded. The back wasn't straight like the sides it was more serrated. I know I saw more than I'm remembering. I think I was questioning what I was really seeing, like trying to analyze it's validity. Ok, I'd say the distance was slightly higher than where a helicopter flies but lower than the planes.

Hastings, Ontario Object Appeared Round And Pulsing

Date: April 18, 2007 Time: 10:00 p.m.
Location of Sighting: W/S/W of Hastings Ontario, moving towards Toronto. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Appears Round.
Full Description of event/sighting: While closing doors this evening, I noticed an unusually colored star. I assumed it to be a helicopter, however, after observing it for several minutes I realized it was pulsing both red and blue (green?) lights. Being a flight paramedic and familiar with aircraft, I realized that the flashes didn't matched any aircraft I had ever seen. I called my spouse and we both observed it. I video taped it.

Hey Brian. I'll have to try and figure out how to get the image off my video camera. The best I can do at the moment is this attached map of trajectory. I'll keep at it though.
Strange, whatever it was. Much too slow for commercial aircraft, much slower than a satellite. Appeared just like a star, and not even as bright as a planet. Just caught my eye because is was strobing white red and green, but not like commercial aircraft.
I wasn't even sure that it was moving until I fast-forwarded the tape, then you can see a clear linear path.

Approach Direction: South. Departure Direction: North. Witness Direction: West.
Description: Last night (Wednesday, April 18) at around 22:26 I notice 2 very bright stars in the western sky and as I was watching them, just below a cigar shape object with a reddish colour at both ends came from the south towards the north. It was a matter of seconds and it was gone. It did not make any noise and move at very high speed. It did look like a falling star but I could see clearly its shape and the flight was horizontal. I'm curious if anyone else saw it.
Color/Shape: Long like a cigar, grey with reddish colour at both ends. Around the shape, the contour was blurry (like heat reflecting on hot pavement in the summer).
Height & Speed: 3,000-4,000 feet. 8 to 10 times faster than an airliner (I was a pilot and I never saw something flying that fast!).
TV/Radio/Press: Not to my knowledge.

Ottawa, Ontario UFO Appeared To Change Shape

Approach Direction: North East. Departure Direction: South West. Witness Direction: West.
Description: I was at a friend's house and we stepped outside for a cigarette. It was a clear night so I was looking at the stars. I noticed something white floating in the sky. At first glance I assumed it was a plane, but then realized that it wasn't making any sound, and that there were no lights on it. I looked more closely and then got the impression that it was a big kite, or a glider or something. I pointed it out to my friend.
The object appeared to be changing shape. The shape and movement resembled a plastic grocery bag caught up high in the wind, truthfully, for a second or two that's what I concluded it was. However, it was much too high and traveling far too fast for it to be a plastic grocery bag (when I thought it was a grocery bag, I was thinking it was only about 30 feet overhead).
Then I thought that perhaps it was someone coming down in a parachute. I walked to the front of my friend's house to continue watching it as we could no longer see it from the side of the house.
I watched it until it disappeared into the South West sky, too far away for me to see.
The object was moving VERY fast. It traveled in what appeared to be a straight line.
Afterwards when I told my friend that at first I thought it was a plastic grocery bag he confirmed that he too saw the object changing shape like a bag or something. He agreed that it was not a grocery bag, that it was flying very high, and very fast, and even suggested that perhaps it was the space station or something, although both of us thought that it was moving too fast to be a satellite or the space station (and wouldn't the space station or a satellite just look like little points of light? sort of like moving stars?)
My friend thought that the object was glowing. I didn't get the impression that it was glowing, however, we could both see it in the sky at 11:00 at night... I know that when I see a plane go overhead at night I can see the lights, but not the plane itself, so maybe it was glowing... I can't say for sure.
I would not say that this was a space ship, flying saucer, or alien craft. I would say however, that this was definitely changing shape as it moved, traveling very high, and very fast (I'm no aviation expert, but I'd venture to say it was moving faster than any man-made aircraft we, the public, are aware of), and definitely something I've never seen before.
I'd guess that from start to finish, I tracked the object visually for less than 30 seconds, maybe 15-20 seconds... it was actually over pretty quickly.
Color/Shape: Colour: White, changing and at first resembled kite or glider, then resembled floating plastic bag, then resembled parachute.
Height & Speed: I don't know... high... as high as a plane that you can only see as a single moving point, or higher, perhaps in the upper-atmosphere, perhaps just beyond the atmosphere.
Speed, Very fast. If it was as high as I thought it was, it was moving as quickly as a satellite or something in orbit.
