Brockville, Ontario And Massena, NY Photo And Sightings Of UFOs

I have a picture for you to look at, this was taken via a web cam from Morristown, NY on January 28, 2007. It was taken over Brockville, Ontario. I'm the gentleman that responded about the March orange lights along the American and Canadian border. You know I'm a bit overwhelmed with this whole issue, I have seen a ton of strange events in the night sky in the past few months. I have taken video of it, and right now I have to figure out how to transfer it to the computer from my high8.

Here is some things that I have experienced: Late last fall My family and I were driving home from the local Wal-Mart and where I live a street runs parallel to the St. Lawrence River as we got into view of the river called Wheathouse Bay, we all saw what one would describe as someone dropping a pebble into the river, however the size of it would have been a large pizza at arm's length which was strange to all of us, and on top of it the water was generally calm however the water on the outside of the ring was creating a curling wave ?

I have seen two craft over the village of Massena, NY and what was weird about them. I swear they were hovering and then when I got closer to them they flew right over me and very low in the sky, the best description was a steady led light that was white in the front and a deep red in the back and they were to close to be airplanes and the lights weren't flashing at all this was early February.

But this one so far has topped the cake, this occurred this Wednesday night around 9:00 pm I was in process to go to my brothers house in Bombay,NY again close to the Canadian border, I was watching a real bright star when all of sudden I spotted a solid bright orange/yellow light moving at a constant speed, which was strange in that it crossed the road I was on but it should have done it before I got there, I then noticed that it was just sitting there on the other side of the town. Part 2 same evening at my brothers something compelled me to go outside it was around 10 pm when I went to open the door I noticed a glowing orange more yellow object through the tree's and this at arm's length was the size of a CD it was strange in that it was a soft yellow light that didn't shine to the ground and in it's center was a brighter white light, my best description of the light was that of the ghosts on the Pac-man game, I continued to watch this for a good 45 minutes, where it stayed but it would move left to right and up/down for a short distance, at this point and time I called the Franklin county emergency management office and reported what I saw, I suggested that they send a car out which I don't know if they did or not, after a while it changed intensity of color and brightness and eventually moved to the right and disappeared from view. Unfortunately, no camera that night I will have one this week with me. PS this area is between Cornwall, Ontario and Montreal, QC border very close.

I have many other strange things seen.

Port Alberni, British Columbia 2 White Glowing Orbs Circling Overhead

Hi Brian, I live in Port Alberni , British Columbia, Canada. Last night I, and several friends witnessed 2 white glowing orbs circling overhead. This was around 11:30 pm. It was foggy out and it went on for quite a while and no matter where you were they appeared to follow you and remain overhead, they stuck to a circular pattern and they were opposite each other and then one seemed to follow the other getting closer to it until they were circling side by side and then the would separate eventually ending up opposite each other again. I called friends and they also appeared to be just overhead. Shortly after they disappeared the sky cleared right up and you could see the stars. Any insight?

New Hazleton, British Columbia Bright Light & Possible UFO Landing ?

Date: December 2006 ? Time: 6:15 a.m.

Location of Sighting: Front of the house. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: No shape, but a bright flash.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was laying in my bed, kind of scared, then calm. I wanted to look up to my window where I saw this bright white clean light, like the sun but it didn't hurt your eyes, and the windows covers were lit up like I never have seen before. The sun couldn't even light it up that bright during the summer. It was like a camera flash that lasted 4 seconds or less before it went away. I had enough time to jump up and look at it, but didn't, due to the fact this is the second time I saw the flash of light by a window. The first time I saw the light flash was in my kitchen window. I was wondering what was going on and who was taking a picture outside.

I then rushed outside to see who was messing around with a camera taking a picture because the window blind lit up. I put my shoes on and ran out the door real quick and this was the most scariest thing I saw. A UFO craft or some kind of light that was red and golden-ish in color by our C band satellite dish outside. It then turned towards me and I was put in some kind of trance, or at least I couldn't move because I was in some kind of state of shock over what I observed. It then lit up more brightly and then zipped off through the tree's here and then into the sky with a tail of goldish dots leaving behind it. One of the most craziest things I've seen in my life. I was shocked when thinking about it when I was laying on my parents bed. I felt so shocked that I felt really sad, and the more I think about that light I saw, it seems like some kind of dream because it was something I couldn't explain and very unreal for a light that bright and that close, approximately 8 foot steps away from me.

The second time I saw it, my mother also saw it since she had to go to work in the early morning. My mother saw it while she was just getting ready to get up for a shower then the light lit up her white window blinds. She was shocked as was I over this entire event.

I've also have another true story here for you. I've seen a UFO land in the forests around the mountains here. I've joined a forum to tell others what I've saw and they told me to get some UFO reporters to look into the sightings. But I didn't, this UFO landing happened two months before December. I've seen a bright green light go down quick sideways on the clear cut where there's tree's ahead of it. Very cool to see this one. It was landing and soon as it did, the lights went off right at tree line and hit on the ground. It didn't crash, it landed in front of some tree's. I don't know what UFOs would be doing landing there. The time was around 11:34 at night and there was a clear sky.

Forest, Ontario Sighting And 12 Pictures

I was headed out to the back yard to go hunting. I saw something that made me put down my bow and run back to the house to get my camera I didn't know what it was. but I knew I needed a picture of it. I didn't do anything.. till tonight I queried the 16th of December 2006 and found the article from Guelph. I personally don't believe in UFO's but this was something flying and moving fast. I ended up with a few pictures. Did anyone figure out what this was.

Additional Information Gathered By HBCC UFO Research: Q. - I guess the first thing I would like to ask is that you mentioned a few photos ? If you have any others would you be so kind as to send them along to me so I can have a peek at them ?

A. - Yes, sent them along.

Q. - Also can you tell me what the time was when you took the pictures ?

A. - I had gone out to Bow Hunt between 6:00 and 6:30 a.m. I'm not sure of the time, but I know it was just getting light.

Q. - Also can you please tell me where you are located at ? Just general please. What province, county and country ? Just want to make sure where this was viewed from.

A. - No problem. I'm just south of the town of Forest, Ontario in southwest Ontario. Try 430438N/815750W.

Q. - How long were you able to observe this object for ? This is the object with the fanned out short tail ?

A. - I first saw this object or about 10 seconds before I knew I wanted a picture of it. Ran back inside the house which is about 120 meters away and back to 100 meters to the back yard. I then took the pictures. So maybe 1 to 1.5 minutes.

Q. - Also there is something else, or light source of some kind in the photo which shows up behind and below the object. It appears to look like a boomerang shape I guess one might call it. Have you any idea on what this was, or what may have caused it ? Or maybe it just the light from the sun at the sunset or sunrise hitting clouds, etc.

A. - This was the trail, fuel or water vapor (?) that it left when I first saw it. Came from the jet/object in the air.

Q. - At anytime did the object make any unusual maneuvers at all ?

A. - Yes, the checkmark in the bottom of the pictures is what got me running for a camera. Once I was back, I only saw it make a long draw to the lower left and then, well it fizzled out. Can't really describe it !

Q. - Was there any aircraft in the area while you observed the object ?

A. - No, I didn't see any planes. There were some lines in the sky from recent jet traffic. Looked like a straight lines in the sky, and going from east to west, or west to east.

Q. - I guess if you can add anything as you were the fellow to see it, this would be great. As much detail about the sighting would be appreciated.

A. - When I first saw this object, I thought it was just a airliner jet as usual going from Toronto to somewhere west, until it did the hard let ( from my perspective ) then it did a hard right. The object was either moving very fast, or was small and closer to me then I expected. The turns caused a vapor trail, to kind of put out or spill off the back of the object as it made it's turn. This was the same thing I saw when it "fizzled out". The think what got to me about this jet/object was that the tail on the backend was wider then what I have seen on jets. After it moved off in what ever direction it was going, it wasn't leaving a trail behind it. The trail was wide in comparison to the object. That's about it.

Personally I think some jet jockey out of either Toronto or Selfridge US air base across lake St-Clair and was having fun and carving up the sky with a fast moving jet. Only think I can think of.

I'd like to write the guy in Guelph who saw this object the same day and time frame that I saw it. I know his observation point was different then mine, but it sounded like we both saw the same thing. He described it about the same.

Near Napier Lake, Old Merritt-Kamloops Hwy, BC Lights And Occupants Of A Truck

HBCC UFO Research is contacting the witness today, June 24, 2007 and seeing if we might be able to get a copy of the photos and other detail about this strange event.

Approach Direction: They appeared to be stationary Departure Direction: They did not move as we drove, but the viewing angle slowly changed, showing us that the lights were not northern lights (angle does not change as you drive a car-too distant) and they dropped behind the car in the distance as we proceeded towards Kamloops. Witness Direction: East.

Description: While returning home with our children from a dinner with relatives in Merritt, on December 26th, we noticed three searchlights that seemed to come out of something invisible about 1000M high in the Eastern night sky. The night sky was hazy, it had snowed that day and the roads were slushy.

I pulled off the highway to have a better look. Our 5-year old daughter asked if the lights were angels. I said I didn't know, and stepped out of the car.

We had not met any cars that night, nor were any on the road, following us or ahead of us. Within 2 minutes or less, a very clean, white pickup approached us from the Merritt direction, and pulled over beside our car. There two men, who looked like twins, in white or gray coveralls in the truck. The passenger rolled down a window and asked if there was a problem, and if they could help us. I didn't want to point out the lights to them, although I was sure they could see the lights because they were directly behind me in plain view of the occupants of the truck. I simply said "no, but thanks for stopping", the passenger looked like he expected me to say "yes" and the truck slowly pulled away, proceeding toward Kamloops.

I got back in the car and asked if my passengers noticed that the truck didn't have any obvious signs of slush on the sides of it. They agreed, and said that seemed odd.

We drove down the highway towards Kamloops (the truck would have been traveling toward Kamloops as well, but the driver would have had at least a 10 minute head-start.

I remembered I had my camera from our dinner that evening, and although the lights of the city of Kamloops were brightening the sky, the three lights were still distinguishable. Near Knutsford, I pulled over again to step out briefly to take a picture. It was an old 35mm camera with not auto-exposure so I had to guess at the setting, balancing the camera on the car, and took a couple of pictures of the lights.

Just then the white truck pulled over from the Merritt direction. (remember, it had a 10-minute start, heading towards Kamloops from where we talked to the passengers 20 minutes earlier).

This time, the passenger rolled down the window and asked the same question: "can we help you?" Again, I said "no", and this time I was a little shaken, because the truck was still very clean, the driver and passenger looked like twins. and how did they manage to come from behind, when they should have been miles ahead of us.

There were very few side roads in 1990 and driving was slow in the slushy conditions.

The truck and two occupants left, again, traveling toward Kamloops. I got back in the car and I didn't have to explain; they all knew it was the same truck and were incredulous that it had driven off the road, somehow, got behind us, then approached from the rear again. We were all nervous as we resumed our journey to Kamloops. I developed the film and the lights were still visible but very washed out from overexposure from the lights cast up into the hazy sky from Kamloops.

I still wonder what the passenger of the truck would have said if I pointed to the lights, in response to his question.

Color/Shape: Three large lights still in the Eastern sky, shining downward - their beams continued behind the tree-line on the crest of a hill between us and the lights.

Height & Speed: About 5 km away, could have been 1000M high.

TV/Radio/Press: I checked the papers the following days, but nothing was reported.

Port Alberni, British Columbia 2 Bright Orbs 4 or 5 Times Larger Than Venus

Date: December 24, 2006 Time: Approx: 1:30 a.m.

Message: This is concerning the BC sighting on 12/28/06. I seen the same two lights, my sighting was on Christmas Eve 2006. I watched the lights for 15-20 minutes. I seen 2 bright orbs 4 or 5 times bigger than Venus appears in the sky. I observed from 2 different windows to make sure it wasn't a reflection. The orbs I witnessed didn't circle each other. They stayed the same distance apart occasionally moving closer to each other than back apart. They were very bright and seemed to rotate. I am not a skeptic but I use reason to explain UFO sightings, and if there is no reason than I consider it a UFO. I have included my e-mail address and would like more info on these lights, if there is any. Sorry I have no pictures. My camera phone wouldn't pick them up through the window and I couldn't go outside because I am a single dad and it was around 1:30 in the morning.

Between Clinton And 70 Mile House, B. C. A Blue Rectangular Light

Date: Winter of 2005/2006 Time: Approx: 11:00 p.m.

One night in the winter of 05/06 at around 11 pm I noticed a large blue rectangular light moving very fast in the southern sky from east to west from the corner of my eye. Once I turned around and focused on it, it disappeared behind the trees. Keep up the good work.

Additional Information:

Can't tell you much more about the blue light however. We had made a trip to the Coast that day which as you know is about 13 hours of driving after a very early start but I decided to go check up on the chickens around 11:00 pm and when I walked back to the house, the blue rectangular light caught my eye to the left coming from the Green Lake direction and as I turned my head to get a better look saw it disappear behind the trees to the south which is the direction of The Chasm. It did not appear to be an object in my opinion just the beautiful blue and size surprised me and am sorry that I can't give you an idea of the distance and accurate size.

By all means go ahead and post it on your website and see if anybody else saw the blue light. We really enjoy your radio show and all the other internet talk shows since that is our educational entertainment up here in the boonies.

Montreal, Quebec 3 Low Flying Lights In A Triangle Formation (Graphic)

Description: I was walking down on Somerled, I arrived at the park, in front of me was the Loyola Park as I call it. I look up to see the stars and I see 3 lights, they formed a triangle, they where 20-25 meters high lower than the tree tops and they moved south, the first one of the group flew faster than the other and went to the south-west and the others continued south but they finally rejoined him.

Color/Shape: circular shape, like a disk, very bright chrome metal, big red light in the back, small blue, orange, green lights all around it.

Height & Speed: 20-25 meters high (65-80 feet high) their speed of approach was 35-40 km /h approx. and their speed of departure was the same until they reach about 80 km an hour and disappeared.

The sighting took place on November 28th, 2006.

The trees where usually higher than the houses and I'm not sure if my calculations for the height of the trees was right but they where 10 meters high minimum. So 30 feet minimum.

There are many houses, where in Montréal and there is lots of houses, duplexes, and there is at least one big tree in front of every house. The 3 flying disks where technically flying over a field, the Loyola park has 2 big soccer fields , and they where flying over the fields.

Most of the buildings where not very high, I did not see any maneuvers, they just kept on flying, maybe they did get higher in altitude but I did not see it.

There is an airport in Dorval, I don't know how far it is.

I'm not sure, partly cloud.

10 meters, but they flew over me.

Their where no animals but I could hear many dogs barking.

26 Kms From Cochrane, Alberta Unknown

Hi Brian, I have had this picture for awhile and was unsure if I should send it in. In the last few months I have read a few reports of people seeing something very similar so I decided to "bite the bullet", so to speak, and send this in.

I am west 26 kms from Cochrane, Alberta, Canada.

To my far right in the picture is the mountains with the sun almost setting behind them. I took the photograph because of the colors in the sky, but when I downloaded my pictures into the computer this ball of light was there. Remember this is not the sun, In November it gets dark fairly early. I saw and heard nothing.

This picture was taken on Nov. 17th at 5:41 pm. 2006. It gets dark at this time of year fairly early and as you can see the sun is already setting behind the mountains which is on the right side of the picture.

Ucluelet, British Columbia Object Returns

Hi Brian, I spoke with you over the phone a few days ago about a object I saw hovering above Ucluelet. Last night I saw the object again but not as close as before. I noticed it at 3:00 am. (with a witness) I actually tried to take some footage with my video cam, but because of back ground lighting I couldn't take any footage. Now the unusual thing about last night, we notice 2 aircraft flying around or below the object like they were observing it themselves. You could definitely tell the difference between the planes and the UFO. Hope to get some footage for you.

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Witness Follows Triangular Light Formation

HBCC UFO Research Note: I would also like to mention that the witness to this sighting also telephoned me just after the sighting took place in which we had a nice conversation over what he and his wife saw. There was traffic in the area at the time of the sighting, so maybe others saw this event unfold, and if so, could you please contact me with a detailed report. Thank you, Brian Vike.

Message: My wife and I were headed home from a book discussion group this evening (Thursday, October 5th, 2006") in Saskatoon, SK. At about 11:00pm we were stopped at a red light on 8th street. I looked up and saw three bright lights in a triangular pattern in the sky, not too far above the city.

The formation of the lights was not consistent with any helicopter or plane that I have ever seen. The lights on the bottom of this triangular pattern appeared to be bigger or brighter than the one on top-center.

At first, it was hovering in one spot. As we drove through the intersection, I checked it in my rearview mirror, and looked out the side window of my car. That thing suddenly moved quickly in a straight, diagonal line to the southeast, and up in altitude. Since the lights kept an airtight formation that did not appear to deviate or change, I believe there was some kind of actual aircraft.

I turned at the next intersection to follow it. We followed it south of 8th street (I forget the name of the street I turned south on) and around the neighborhood for about three minutes. Sometimes it would stop and hover again, and then it would dart around. It was silent. I know this because it was quite low and close, and I opened my windows to listen, and heard nothing. We lost it after a short time, but I almost felt as if the pilot of that craft knew that I was tailing it, because it seemed to play a bit of a hide and seek game with me for a bit.

Southern Sky Over Stevensville, Ontario Possible Fireball

Full Description of event/sighting: I was looking down at my keys in my truck when a bright flash made me look up and in a third of a second a large white oval object with a tail like a shooting star shot by from east to west, traveling upward at a 45 degree angle! I was telling this to my friend in Simcoe and she said ,Oh My God! Was this at 6:02 a.m.? She was in the washroom and a bright flash lit up the room!

Sarnia, Ontario Bright Light Moving Across The Sky

Full Description of event/sighting: Hi Brian how are you? Well the past few days I've been seeing many interesting things in the sky over Sarnia Ontario. I've seen alot since the last time I contacted you but I will just write a few that really stick out that happened recently.

It was October 6/06 I think. After dark, possibly around 10:30pm maybe 11:00pm. I had to urinate extremely bad. My sister was dyeing her hair in the bathroom so I just ran outside to the fence. LOL! As I was relieving myself I had an impulse to look up, thinking I might see something, and WOW a very bright light was slowly moving way off in the distance and I could just see it through a tree to the south. The object was moving east. It was so bright like a huge bright star. I ran into the house and got my roommate and showed him, to confirm what I was seeing, and sure enough he saw it to. We watched it for about 1.5 - 2 min then it went behind another tree and didn't come out the other side. Just disappeared so I ran and jumped on my bike to see if I could catch up and see it again. From another view where there wouldn't be objects obscuring my view. But I never saw it again.

Cochrane, Alberta Strange Thing

Hi Brian, Good to hear from you. Well it's usually this time of the year when an occasional high strangeness events occur here. All my weird video of objects flying about comes about this time of year till end of December.

The picture was taken October 7th, about 12:30 pm. The camera is a Fuji Finepix A600 (6.3 megapixel)

I got up from the TV, went over grabbed the camera and went out on the front porch to I guess take some random shots of the sky. Now I'm not saying I was "called" outside but I'm really not in the habit of taking random photo's of open sky by any means. Bringing the camera to my face I look through the LCD screen and in the instant I go to click the shudder, I see this thing on the LCD screen, funny thing is for some reason my brain says the camera is too low and it's the top of a street lamp, so not wanting a streetlamp in the shot I lifted the camera up slightly and snapped the first of four pictures. I have no clue why I thought it was the top of a streetlamp down the block, It's clearly floating independent of anything and in the picture it's quite a ways up from the streetlights. I'm left to assume it was traveling upwards as I took the picture. The second photo was taken pretty much instantly after. The tree bottom left I'd figure to be about 200 yards away.

I hope somebody else catches this thing on photo or tape. Creeps us all out here and would be the second enormous floating/morphing "thing" a few of us here have seen in the last two years, they defy all explanation trust me, whatever they are they are seemingly intelligent, alive, and not balloons, aircraft whatever no way, these make your hair stand on end. I've never looked at a balloon that did that unless it was rubbed on me the wrong way lol. The second photo taken right after covers an enormous swath of the sky for it to be gone that quickly so I'd conclude it would have been traveling very fast. No sound or light. Next to no wind.

Use whatever portion of this email and pictures you choose. And I welcome anyone to check out the picture and tell me what it is or do some analysis on it. Thanks.

Sarnia, Ontario A Metallic Colored Object With Glowing Ring Around It

Date: October 8, 2006 Time: Different times.

Next sighting was Oct 8th 2006 at about noon. I was at a Tim Horton's enjoying a French vanilla when I had an impulse to look up, almost like I had a vision. To my surprise I saw a metallic color object to the north. I said to the person I was with " moving not like a plane, it moving way to slow, and has no shape." He immediately dismissed it as a plane, saying it was moving away from us. But there is no way it was a plane. I watched it for about 3 minutes and it slowly moved to the east, it never got smaller, (dismissing the plane theory) and then it flickered and suddenly disappeared. I was like wow!

Later on in the day on Oct 8/06 I was meeting my girlfriend at her work. The time was 6:10pm and I was looking at the sun, it looked so beautiful shining through the little clouds that were in the sky, when all the sudden a very bright object just appeared to the west. It was daylight still and it shone just as bright as the north star with a glowing ring around it, very unusual. It would slowly drift downward through a cloud, or possibly a chemtrail, it would slowly loose it's brightness then flicker and suddenly disappear. Then I would look all over the sky to see if I could see it again somewhere else and then I couldn't find it. I would give up and stop thinking about it. Then it would reappear, very bright as it was the first time, slightly off from the original spot further north but still to the west. Slowly move down again and do the same thing. The object did this 7 times, taking about 45 seconds to a minute to reappear, always moving further north, almost like it was searching or scanning in like a grid pattern or something like that. It was very unusual and by far the coolest sighting I have ever seen, I really need to get a digital cam and carry it everywhere with me.

Later on the same night Oct 8/06 I was a at buddies house. Just as I was leaving I was telling him all that I've been seeing and what not when we both started looking up at the sky. I noticed a very dim light "star" that was moving north. I showed him and he saw it to. I thought it was a satellite at first because they are very easy to see, and it could very well have been. But as we watched it, it slowly disappeared. There was no cloud cover in the sky at this particular time so it couldn't have been that. Maybe it just was out of the suns rays and that's why I couldn't see it any more, however it disappeared so. I don't know.

New Glasgow, Nova Scotia Object Moves In An S Pattern

Message: I was driving to work at 6:00am on Tuesday, October 10, 2006. I pulled out on the street and noticed stars in the sky, one looked brighter than the rest. It also looked like it was moving to the east. I got to a stop sign and looked up to make sure that it really was moving, and not just looking like it was because I was moving. At first I thought that it might be a plane. But it was only one white light and it was not blinking so I ruled that out.

I kept going west and as I drove I kept a close eye on it. It started to move in a southerly direction for a short time and then back to an eastward direction. It started to wobble in an S pattern. I kept watching it move west and then it disappeared in a bright flash. Wondering if anyone else might have seen it over New Glasgow, Nova Scotia.

Telkwa, British Columbia Tube Or Cigar Shaped Craft

Location of Sighting: Over Smithers transfer station, going towards Hudson Bay Mountain. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Tube/cigar shape.

Full Description of event/sighting: I saw a very bright (shiny/silver) cigar shaped object going towards Hudson Bay Mountain. Still to slow moving and observed for 30 seconds. Or the distance between the hill out side Smithers just past the bridge to the Pentecostal Church. Then it just vanished into thin air.

I pondered if it could of been a plane (no wings though). But they do not just disappear into thin air as you look at them.

UFO Sighting Near Invermere Reported To Researcher

The northern lights turned into something a little different for some Invermere area people last week.

Watching aurora borealis in a field outside of Invermere Sept. 24, the unnamed witnesses said they observed numerous oval-shaped discs darting about in the sky above them.

Adding oomph to this sighting is that there was an identical report out of Castlegar that same evening, according to Brian Vike of HBCC UFO Research, out of Houston, B.C.

Vike contacted The Echo to relate the reports, hoping to inspire others to come forward with "any unusual sightings of strange objects in the skyover the past while."

"The Invermere sighting is in line with the others sightings for the same night. So something strange has been happening over the skies down there," said Vike.

"This particular rash of UFO sightings started in Castlegar, actually, and a number of folks have reported seeing several dark circular shapes, flying in formations, and performing unusual aerial acrobatics.

"It now seems that people in Invermere are seeing the same sort of thing, and on the same day when the objects were witnessed in Castlegar.

"I don't usually write over cases/sightings unless they are really unusual, and in hopes of trying to find others who witnessed this very same thing.

"The reason of course is to try to figure out what folks saw," Vike stated.

The following is the sighting as reported last week to HBCC UFO Research.

"On Sept. 24, at 12-1 a.m., my friends andI went into a high point of a field just outside of Invermere to watch the aurora borealis over the Rockies.One of us noticed silhouettes of multiple uniformly shaped ovals, which at first appeared far away but moved closer towards the town and seemed to make formations.

"At some points a few would disappear, but then we saw where others seemed to reappear at a different point in the horizon.

"This continued for a good 10 minutes when one of my friends brought out a didgeridoo, one of those native Australian musical instruments and played loudly and pointing right in the direction of the dark shapes (at this point they seemed to be much closer as they were much greater in size).Almost instantly one appeared much closer than the others and was much more circular as you would imagine looking underneath instead of to the side.

"My friend continued to play, and put on electronic music, when three more came above us.There were no lights and we could not make out any details of what it was, just that they were big and round, but more flat when looking from the side, like whatI would imagine a silhouette of a flying saucer to look like.

"Another thing is we would have never seen them if the northern lights weren't going on as it was for this that we could see the silhouettes in the night sky.When they disappeared they could have very well have been in another point in the sky and we wouldn't have been able to see them. The whole experience lasted about 25 minutes."

Vike said the identical sighting in Castlegar, 355 km by road from Invermere, adds a great deal to the reports, especially because he was speaking to the witnesses in Castlegar on the phone while they were seeing the strange phenomenon.

"I was talking to the gentleman who was watching the event take place while speaking to me on his radio phone; we ended up losing one another, or lost the phone connection. He called back approximately 15 minutes later when he was able to get to a landline and we still had problems with the phones. In both instances the objects were being viewed while the witness is explaining what was happening, so very unusual," Vike said.

Surrey, British Columbia Unknown Object (UFO)

Date: October 2006 Time: 12:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m.

Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Like a giant Delta Force helicopter.

Full Description of event/sighting: Around 12:00 a.m. (just after midnight) in October 2006 late one evening I was on my back balcony where I have a view of the Frazer river. I was drinking my coffee and checking out the northern sky, as there seemed to be some very strange stars in the sky which if you can get a pair of binoculars you can actually see them flash the colors red, amber and green. I saw what appeared to be a star getting brighter, so I called my girl friend to the balcony to have a look at it. She came out on to the deck to have a look, this was in the northern sky. After looking north for about 2 minutes I for some reason turned around and looked up and saw an object sitting in the sky above my house. It's shape was triangular and I could only see the front, as the house blocked the rest of the view. It was a weird color and the texture was a sandy grey with some kind of pattern down the center. I believe it to be 100 feet up.

It was huge, larger than any plane I've ever seen. No, it wasn't the blimp either. It suddenly wasn't there any more. I asked my girl friend what it was, making sure I wasn't seeing things. I started trying to find it again and eventually I saw it to the east of the house and within seconds it's there traveling slowly and floating.

I was trying to make out the details when I notice a large, what looks like a dome on top of a oblong shape. The tail end seems to look like a delta force helicopter, again shifting position. I now could see the rear of it and this design ran up the back. Suddenly this light comes on, a red blinking light. Now with binoculars in hand, my girl friend is trying to see the object, but can't make out the body of it as it travels over the Frazer river. It moves over the Simon Frazer, comes to a stop and holds for maybe 5 minutes, then heads east over what seemed like Coquitlam. It traveled east to the Portman Bridge, stopped then traveled back west to the same point at Simon Frazer and stopped and headed east again.

It repeated this for 2 hours and I also observed the object through binoculars. I'm wondering if the people that live in that area would notice a light shining on there house in the middle of the night. The spot light always seemed pointed down in a fixed position. Police helicopters always seem to move around a little bit. By the way I didn't here a sound at 2:00 a.m. The blinking red light which had been blinking, only red at the same interval for two hours at the same point to point of travel. It leaves in a southwest direction at a casual but more hasty rate of speed.
