Flaming Orange Globe Over Macomb Township Michigan

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date:  September 3, 2011

Time:  Approxamtlty 8:15 p.m.

Last night, September 3, 2011 approximately 8:35 pm, my family of three witness a strange flaming orange globe over our neighborhood. It was traveling from south to north and changed direction toward the southwest. This maneuver happened quickly.

There was no sound but it looked as if something was on fire. We were able to watch it for a few minutes.

We thought it might be a small plane or an ultra light vehicle of sorts or perhaps a hot air balloon that was in trouble.

There were many people out walking around the neighborhood at this time. Nothing was on the news at 11:00 p.m. or this morning.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Large Orange Globe/UFO 10 Feet Above The Water Gatineau River Low Quebec

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date:  July 23, 2007

Time:  Approximately  10:00 p.m.

Location of Sighting: At cottage, Gatineau River, Low Quebec.

Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Round.

Full Description of event/sighting: A friend and I went out on the deck of my sister's cottage to look across the bay to see if we could see my daughter and son-in-law at a friend's bonfire across the bay. It was pitch dark as there are very few cottages around as access to the river is limited.

The river along there is not straight, as it was flooded over 100 years previously to facilitate logging. There are lagoons, bays, islands and many curves. In a couple of miles of river between the dam at Low and Lac Ste Marie, there are only a few cottages, mostly in 2 small bays, and near Low along one side of the river only.

The other side being fairly inaccessible. It was a beautiful night, with the water appearing as a midnight blue in contrast to the almost black of the large tree covered hills across the way; the sky was another shade of dark with what appeared to be thousands of stars up in the sky. There was a bonfire across the bay, but other than a small light on in our cottage, it was dark everywhere.

I was enjoying the view of the hills at night, so I glanced away from across the bay, to view the river to my right. Then I saw it. It was not as high up as the stars, but looked to be at about the height of the hills or maybe higher. It was the most beautiful orange globe of light, almost like a ball of fire, but it was close enough that I got a good look at it.

It seemed almost like those pictures taken inside volcanoes, light moving around inside the globe like different shades of orange, yellow and a hint of blue, almost twisting inside like intestines and the strangest thing was that as bright as it was. It cast no glow outside its' sphere or onto the water.

It was almost like looking at a snow-globe of fire just sitting there above the water, it was also quite large, about the size of a hot-air balloon. I was just awe-struck and thought to myself, take a good look at this, this is just incredible, you'll want to remember this. It stood still for about 2 or 3 seconds and I was too numb to speak.

I was shocked when it suddenly moved, or more like darted at super speed to form what was like the first stroke of a W, to just about 10 feet above the water, pausing for only a split second, darted way up again, forming the second stroke of a perfect W, darting back down again as per the third stroke of a W , but this time when 3/4 way down, did a split-second pause and darted left at a downward angle, then right at a downward angle, then darted as per the last stroke of a W, but at a little more of a wide angle, and darted out of  view.

It happened so fast that by the time I yelled at my friend to look, she only saw it for a moment as it paused for a split second during one of its movements, but instead of continuing to look at it she turned back to me and shouted something like What on earth was that, a UFO which surprised me as she is such a down to earth lady, brought up on a farm, and even she knew this was not something normal.

It took me a while to really talk about it as people just wouldn't understand what I was talking about, but I saw it and it was definitely not of this world.

Thank you to the witness for the excellent report of what was witnessed.

Orange Globe Flew Over Burlington Ontario

Date:  August 18, 2012
Time:  Approx: 9:00 p.m.

On the 18th August 2012, Saturday, approximately 21:00 in Burlington, ON.

Night time, though not 100% dark yet, maybe 2-3% wispy cloud cover (hard to assess at night).

Saw orange globe moving from west to east in straight line, took about 1 minute to move from horizon (Niagara Escarpment) to a point approximately above Bronte (east of viewing point), then quickly (2-3 seconds) arched and changed direction to move SSE, accelerating (at least it seemed so) and quickly fading (ball grew smaller as it moved) into the distance (clouds?) within 20 seconds.

Viewed with binoculars for better look (lucky we were watching stars night before):

It seemed to be two attached spheres, upper was orange-red and faded from orange-red at base to black at surface, lower sphere smaller and lit yellow-orange.

I would have said it was an aerostatic balloon, though I am unsure. I do wonder why it would be flying so late at night crossing Pearson's west flight path (we were watching planes just a while before) and how it changed direction and speed so dramatically when it reached a point above Bronte.

If you have seen anything like this in the same area please be kind enough to contact Brian Vike at: sighting@telus.net with the details of your sighting. All personal information is kept confidential.

Also, please feel free to send in your sightings that have happened years ago. So many of these older sightings are nothing short of amazing.

SE Of Wetaskiwin Alberta Canada Globe Shaped UFOs Or Balloons ?

Posted: June 1, 2009

Date: May 2, 2009
Time: 2:00 p.m.

Location of Sighting: SE of Wetaskiwin Alberta Canada.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 2-3
Shape of Objects: Globe.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: While watching a jet go by in sky, I noticed there was something beside it. I ran into get binoculars and it looked like 3 globes close together, they almost looked attached. There was like a halo that surrounded all 3 of them at one time. I followed it until it went before the sun and disappeared. I don't know, could have been balloons, but they we huge ones! I noticed it was different because the jet left it's contrail lines behind and these didn't. The entire sighting took about 5 minutes before I lost sight of them.

Thank you to the witness for their sighting report.

Toronto, Ontario Two Real White Yellowish Light Globes

Posted: February 10, 2008

Date: August 19, 2007 Time: 9:06 p.m.

Approach Direction: North-West. Departure Direction: South-East. Witness Direction: Went right over top of us.

Description: Myself and 2 others were on a patio near Donlands and O'Connor in Toronto, Ontario, Canada when in the clear night sky from the north-west we saw 2 "real" white yellowish light globes or possibly circles traveling at a fast rate heading south-east towards lake Ontario. They appeared to be about 10,000 feet high and one followed behind the other in perfect symmetry and form approximately 1 mile or 10% of the sky behind the first object. It took them less than 2 minutes (maybe just one minute) to cross the entire sky pass over us and become unseeable far in to the south-east. The lights did not flicker or flash at all and looked the same from every angle. Possibly we heard an "engine" like noise coming from them but it may have come from other air craft in the area or some other source. They made no trails and appeared to be traveling faster than any civilian air craft. The sky was clear that night and the stars and civilian air craft were easily visible.

Color/Shape: White yellowish light globes.

Height & Speed: 10,000 feet, 2 minutes to cross the entire sky.

Sighting Over Kelowna, British Columbia A White Globe (UFO)

Posted: February 8, 2008

Date: N/A (2007) Time: N/A

I was working with my wife and kids in my father-in-law's garden when I heard a plane passing over head. The plane left a long vapor trail, which I pointed out to my son. Just above the vapor trail, I spotted a white globe and brought it to my wife's and father-in-law's attention. At first we thought it was moving, but then realized the clouds were slowly heading north. The globe did not seem to move, and was not growing smaller, ruling out an errant balloon. It might have been a weather balloon, given the light colour, but after watching it for fifteen minutes or so, it's location in the sky did not seem to change. Not overly exciting, but certainly unidentified.

Thank you to the witness for the report. Due to the sighting report coming in through the website submissions I have no idea who the person is who reported the sighting, and no way to contact the person. If the person reporting this sighting would please drop me, Brian Vike a quick email I would like to know the date and time of the sighting, also ask a few simple question. Over North Surrey, B.C. Cluster of Globes (UFO)

Posted: January 19, 2008

Date: September 30, 2006 Time: 8:30 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 - ? Shape of objects: Cluster of Globes.

Full Description of event/sighting: Hi Brian, On Saturday evening I decided to hook my camera up with my new DVD recorder. Even though the camera no longer records due to the broken parts the Video part still works. Anyway I let it run from 18:00 to 24:00. At approx: 20:30 I had just gotten up to make myself a cup of coffee when I saw a bright flash come from a small gap in the heavy overcast. I first thought it might have been lightning, but when I played the disk back later I saw what looked like the Star Ship Enterprise sliding threw the sky between two layers of clouds. When I viewed it one frame at a time it revealed itself to be three bright white globes in a vertical triangle with a fourth white globe next to the lower left hand corner globe. When I froze frame it and examined it more closely, I could see numerous grey colored globes clustered about the white ones. They were roughly laid out like the little diagram above, the round letters being the white globes and the X:s the grey globes. All the globes appeared to be touching and the object must have been quite big as the camera was set on wide angle and the object shows up plainly. It was also moving about the speed of a commercial airliner as it only took 4 or 5 frames to cross the gap in the clouds. Direction of travel most likely ESE.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Transcona, Manitoba Glowing Blue Object

Posted: January 18, 2008

Date: June 2, 2006 Time: Approx: 11:45 p.m.

Message: I was sitting on the deck with my wife and sister and we all saw it.the description of what happened is very accurate. I saw it glowing behind the clouds. At first I thought it was a large spot light scanning the sky from club Regent Casino until it hit an unclouded patch and it was like a blue roman candle (about that size if you were looking at it close up) only it was far away. It was moving horizontally east to west. I thought it was a near miss of a meteor because it broke up into 3 or 4 smaller lights and vanished very quickly. We were on the outskirts of Winnipeg by the perimeter in Transcona when we all saw it. It was the coolest thing I've seen. (time 11:45 approx. Friday , June 2.)

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Inglis, Manitoba Multicolored Globes Carrying Out Strange Maneuvers

Posted: January 17, 2008

Date: March 30, 2006 Time: Between 9:30 pm and midnight.

Message: At approximately 2300 hrs central time, our family of four saw several multicolored globes of radiating green, red and white lights high in the western sky. They appeared to be stationary, but sudden high speed vertical or horizontal movements could be observed. We observed these strange globes for approximately 2 hours. They were not air planes or helicopters because they would normally disappear after 5 minutes. The sighting took place 10 km north of Inglis MB between 9:30 pm and midnight on March 30, 2006. Also all the animals seemed very agitated.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

North Vancouver, British Columbia Two Globes (UFO)

Posted: January 13, 2008

Date: September 23, 2005 Time: 7:43 a.m.

07:43 ++ Sept. 23 + Was playing the tape back, just to see if anything else showed up. Camera was aimed at the sky between Seymour and Grouse Mtn. in North Vancouver. With the tops of the mtns. showing at the bottom of the screen. Several times I saw blips and upon checking found them to be either birds or small planes. At 7:43 I saw a bright flash and assumed it was probably a Jet headed your way (North) I backed up the tape to check and when I zoomed in saw what appeared to be two globes, the lead one appeared to be slightly oblong and attached to the rear one by a narrow black strip, like a belt. Sticking out from the near the belt area were what looked sort of like Mickey Mouse ears The upper two appeared to be quite solid, while there appeared to be two more sticking out from each side of the bottom.

I only put the closer one in the diagram as they seemed to be fading in and out ever other frame. The globe on the rear appeared to be a little bigger in diameter and appeared to be highly reflective like a mirror while the more oblong one appeared to be more of a whitish material. Camera was recording two seconds every thirty seconds. I half expected to see it again before it flew out of my field of view but never saw it again. Speed and altitude were similar to the Jet traffic which heads in that direction several times a day.

Thank you to the eyewitness for their report.

Pitt Meadows/ Maple Ridge, B.C. Silvery Reflective Globe

Posted: January 11, 2008

Date: August 21, 2005 Time: Daytime sighting

Hey Brian, Thought you might be interested in MY sighting a few days ago.

The family and I were returning home from a family thing this past Sunday (August 21). We were just crossing over the Pitt River Bridge, when I saw to the North, right beside the mountains a small silvery reflective...globe? round object? It was pretty far away. I kept my eye on it as we took the backroads home; I was able to see it for at LEAST five minutes. It hovered, never moving; it certainly wasn’t a plane heading for us as we changed direction and would have seen it. It just hovered there as I watched it.

Right before the tall trees came up to block my vision, it was almost as though the object was turning and showing its red side. I couldn't make it out clearer as the trees blocked my vision and when I could see past the trees again, it was gone.

Thank you to the witness for the report.
