Hello, my husband was out bbq and saw many lights, orange flying over our town heading from the south to the northwest, approximately 100 or more.
Let us know if we are the only ones who saw this please.

I was in the same area and also saw these lights. I first noticed them at 7:30pm then all were gone by 8pm. There were at least 30 at one point all coming from the same location then moving along the same general flight path. The lights were bright orange almost like flames. I took a picture, but it is quite dark.
ReplyDeleteMy neighbour saw these exact lights. She told me about them this morning at the kid's bus stop. I'll direct her here so she can tell you what she saw. Her and her husband took video footage. Any thoughts on what these lights were?
ReplyDeleteI saw the same lights....I believe they where lanterns. I have see lanterns released a few times, and what I saw last night looked like lanterns. There were about 25-30 of them.
ReplyDeleteYes, lanterns. We released 40 of them in memory of my son on November 7, 2012 between 7pm and 8pm. It was magical
