UFO Comes Out Of Devils Hole At Whirlpool State Park Niagara Falls New York (Graphic)

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date: Late Spring 1990.

Time: Dusk.

Location of Sighting: Whirlpool State Park Niagara Falls.

Number of witnesses: 2

Number of objects: 1

Shape of objects: Circular.

Full Description of event/sighting: Me and my buddy were in the gorge near Devils' Hole getting ready to start heading up, it was almost dark. Three lights spinning slowly in a circle drifted out from over the whirlpool in the gorge. One green, one white, one red.

The lights instantly start spinning in a circle at a tremendous rate creating a ring of white light. The light illuminates the sides of the gorge, trees, water. The light from the ring was so bright you could not see the top of the spacecraft, but as it rose slowly up past the top of the gorge I could see a dome-like silhouette against the fading light of the sky.

The spacecraft rose a few hundred feet above the trees, then proceeded to put on a little show. In the blink of an eye it flew away, back, away up, back, over here, over there hundreds of miles at each turn, in perfectly straight lines. It was completely and totally silent.

It did this no less than 12 times, probably closer to fifteen, leaving a white streak of a light trail in my mind that I will not forget. It then came back to the same exact location that it started above the top of the trees, then proceeded out of our atmosphere on a gentle arc at a slow (relatively) speed that left a orangish light trail across the sky. The light was not actual but the best my eyes could interpret the speed of the spacecraft jetting out into space.

The whole event lasted about 10-15 seconds. It wasn't a weather balloon, a hoax, an "object", or anything anyone on this planet built in recent history. I looked at my buddy and asked "Did you see that?" He said "Yep" That's all the validation I needed. I didn't even look over at him to see if he had seen it while it was happening, I was fixed on the spacecraft.

We never thought to tell anyone for some reason. Maybe alien brain washing, or knowing that not too many people would believe(this was way back in the 90's before UFO's were popular). I saw a show about an Arizona sighting tonight and it made me think of it.

I might have seen a helicopter fly by while this was happening, it would be cool if the pilot or passengers saw it too. I checked the papers the next day and there was no mention. Aliens visit planet Earth.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Hello! Is There Anybody Out There?

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Newspaper Article.

By Neal Talbot.

Herald-Tribune staff

GIROUXVILLE - A loud humming noise breaks the silence of night, causing Ron Cloutier's dogs to bark crazily, and announces the arrival of Unidentified Flying Objects in the Girouxville skyline.

The skin-tingling X-Files-like scene has haunted Cloutier over the last five months, as he is awakened to watch strange lights and shapes cutting through the darkness above his home.

The appearance of the unexplained objects has deeply shaken the 41-year-old oilfield trucker.

"It's really disturbing to witness something like this and not know what it is," he said. "It's bothering enough to see this once, but it happens all the time now... and it gives me the creeps."

In hopes of having the objects identified, Cloutier has been carefully recording their appearance with precise times and dates through film, photos and his notebook since they began appearing in mid-July. Thus far he has received no answers as to what they may be.

The longtime UFO nonbeliever says he has seen up to four objects in the sky at one time, appearing from the north, and moving eastward until they all disappear.

Approximately 150 kilometres southwest of Cloutier's home, Grande Prairie resident Beverly Kettner admits she too has witnessed a UFO-like object move erratically through the night's sky on at least three occasions.

"Over the last couple of months I've watched what first looked to be a star dart across the sky and stop dead in its tracks, start up again, then stop and then finally disappear," said Kettner.

"It wasn't a plane, satellite or shooting star... it didn't appear to be anything from this world."

Especially unsettling for Kettner is that her four-year old daughter has recently discussed late-night conversations with alien-like people. She says the girl describes the stereotypical short, grey large-headed alien without having ever seen them on television or read about them in storybooks.

The sightings reported by Cloutier and Kettner are part of a record number of Albertans who have reported possible UFO activity in 2004.

UFOlogy Research of Manitoba numbers show Alberta has already broken last year's UFO sighting record of 76 with more than a month left in the year.

Canadian UFO researcher Brian Vike says a growing social acceptance to the unexplained has made Albertans more willing to report potential sightings.

"The acceptance of UFOs into popular culture, increased media attention, and the discovery of new planets in the galaxy have all helped convince people it's OK to come forward with unexplainable sightings," said Vike, who from his home in Houston, B.C., maintains a website tracking Canadian UFO sightings.

Vike points out Albertans have reported seeing triangular, round, square and glowing flying objects, an unusual beam of light enveloping an unidentified figure and claims of missing and stopped time so far this year. Those reports come from nearly every section of the province including metropolitan Edmonton and Calgary.

Former High Prairie resident and UFOlogist Rick MacDonald points to a 2001 poll by Leger Marketing suggesting 40.7 per cent of Alberta residents believe in aliens - the highest of any province - as an example that Albertans are starting to believe.

"More people then ever before are looking at the existence of UFOs and aliens as a real possibility," said MacDonald, whose Disclosure Project group claims Canadian and American governments already know of alien existence.

"After watching UFO sightings on TV and reading sighting reports from hundreds of Albertans on the Internet, disbelief is dwindling."

The increased sightings and growing acceptance of UFOs are both positive steps towards finally unveiling proof of extraterrestrial life, says Alberta UFO Study Group member Jim Moroney.

"There is now enough solid evidence from reputable people in Alberta and across the globe to support the idea we are being visited," said Moroney, who spent the last 18 years investigating Alberta UFO sightings.

"It is now just a matter of time now before we'll be able to prove the existence of UFOs."

UFOs Down But Not Out

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Newspaper Article.

George Douglas - Apr 25, 2006 / 7:30 am | Story: 18022

“Early this morning I was outside watching a pair of raccoons playing and I noticed a "satellite" like object trace a path from the west to the north west in a horseshoe shape. The object was traveling slowly as though drifting. A few minutes later another one went from the north to the south at a slow pace. Then there were about four in the sky within 30 seconds of each other going the same direction.”

The above is a UFO sighting report from Vernon BC, April 22/2006 3:30 a.m. - 5:00 a.m. posted on the HBCC UFO Research website.

Craig Rutkowski, an independent UFO researcher in Manitoba, recently released his 2005 report.

The report noted that Canadians registered 769 UFO sightings in 2005.

This was a drop from 2004 when there were 882 sightings noted.

Ontario topped the 2005 list with 214 sightings. Calgary and Vancouver tied as the urban centres with the most sightings- 29.

Brian Vike (brianvike.com) lives in northern BC, is a noted Ufologist and is regularly featured on the X Zone, a late night radio program aired on Kelowna’s CKOV.

Vike says there have been numerous UFO sightings in the Okanagan over the years, and that there was a “rash of sightings” in this area in 2003. On July 28th of that year, Vike says there was a “big sighting” in the Okanagan when two hundred people witnessed the same UFO.

“Most people aren’t convinced that what they see are spaceships,” says Craig Rutkowski. “Many have reasonable explanations.”

But he said some reports just couldn’t be explained.

Large White Sphere UFO Darts In And Out Of The Clouds Over Richmond Indiana

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date:  June 2011 (?)

Time:  4:40 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 3

Number of Objects: 1

Shape of Objects: Sphere.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I just got off of work and was driving home, for some reason I looked left out the window. I saw a large sphere, completely white, so I had to assume it was a sphere.

It was really sunny and windy with a moderate amount of clouds. The clouds were moving west, and this object was moving in the other direction, away from the clouds. I pulled my car over and off the road and stopped to looked at it.

About 5 minutes it changed direction and went back into the clouds, then moved back out in view again then went back in the clouds. I then drove home, a ten minute drive. I called my mother to tell her.

As I was talking to her I went out to the backyard, my kids followed me, and as I looking towards the area I first saw it, it moved out of the clouds! Myself and my kids saw it! Then it moved into the clouds again and ! I never saw it again.

This is not the only case I've had. My ex-wife and I were sitting in the backyard, it was night time, all the stars were visible with no clouds what-so-ever.

Something moved across the sky, silently, blocked the view stars. Whatever it was it was large and long, as if it was a sea-going ship. It was directly overhead and took about 10 minutes to traverse the sky. It had no lights, and the only way you could see it was the outline because it blocked the stars!

The air seemed to have a smell, like ozone when electricity arcs.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Police Officers Freaked Out And Many Witness To UFO Sighting Round Lake Illinois

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date: April 25, 2008

Time: Approxamtlty 8:45 p.m.

Brian, the unfortunate part of this story is that I didn't experience it first hand. The other unfortunate part is that my co-worker would never report this to anyone he doesn't personally know for fear of ridicule. When I got to work this morning, my co-worker was acting a bit odd. When I greeted him he said ". I got to tell you something really bizarre. I didn't even tell my wife because she'll think I'm crazy."

My co-worker lives in Round Lake, Illinois which is rather far north. He was a short distance from his home on route 120 (I believe he said) which has some farm area and quite a bit of space.

He tensed up and got very wide eyed and intense. This is what he told us (another employee and myself), not verbatim but this is rather close.

As I was driving I saw this huge light at ground level, but still above the field it was over.

I kept driving, but I saw cars pulled over with people out of their cars watching so I pulled over. I asked some people what they thought and I said I thought it was some equipment being used or kids screwing around. But the light just sat there for awhile.

Nothing happened so I started to drive away when I noticed the light wasn't getting any smaller. I saw more cars pulled off up ahead again so I pulled over again and watched it for awhile. By this point a cop showed up with his lights on. He asked everyone what was going on, I told him what I thought it was but that something was weird about it. So then another cop/car pulls up and says, 'you can only see it from the one side, I drove around the property.' Now, we all think it some sort of lighting rig.

So the cops head out across the field towards the light when it shot directly up in the air like 20 feet and disappeared. Not flew away, disappeared. The cops came running back pretty freaked out. I hung around while they searched the area and found not a trace of anything out there. At this point is was 11:30 p.m."

We get off work at 8pm, which would have put him in that area at 8:45. My co-worker has a wife and a 3 year old son that he adores. He is an incredibly nice and liable person. In 5 years of working with him I have never heard him exaggerate any details nor have we ever discussed my passion for UFO's and Chemtrails. I try to keep that stuff away from work (until now!). He was genuinely scared when he talked about this. I could see it in his face, clearly. I need to get some more details like what police squad showed up, how big was the light, etc. I wonder if the cops will file a report or if it will get squashed?

Man! I wish I were there! So much stuff is happening in our area (the Midwest). Let's see? Sonic Booms/Earthquake/Chemtrails/Hail Storms/Orbs/Strange Light/Increasing Sightings. How much more needs to happen before we get some answers!? In the meantime I will keep a watchful eye on what going on and continue reporting to your site. Thanks again for providing us with as much proof and truth humanly possible!

Thank you very much to the person for passing along the information, another excellent sighting.

Loring AFB UFO Incident - Ex-Military Serviceman Speaks Out

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Brian Vike's Note: I would like to extend my many thanks to the person who sent in this report. Also, if other ex-servicemen or women, even family members of the service people have any knowledge about this event.

I would be grateful for as much detail as you could possibly could provide to me here at The Vike Factor. Please do know that I respect everyone's personal/private information.

Message: Loring AFBUFO Incident -- Many years ago while listening to the Jeff Rense talk show, the discussion about UFOs turned toward the Loring incident which I had knowledge of, and I emailed Rense during the program.

I did not see this object, but was directly involved with the aftermath. What I did not mention on the Rense e-mail was that there was a previous UFO sighting during October of 1974, almost a year exactly to the 1975 incident, though the 1974 sighting by some base personnel did not reach the public.

Now as to the 1975 incident I worked at the WSA where some of the activity took place. At most there were about 60 airmen that worked in the secluded and secure area, and the area itself was guarded by about 8 security police (SPs) around the clock.

One morning, myself and 5 others arrived at the gate to the WSA before the rest and I noted something was wrong because all the SPs were waiting for us on the other side of the gate.

Usually some were in the guard shack and others were driving around the WSA, upon exchanging our badges, the SP's became notably shaken and somewhat frantic and began telling us of the UFO that hovered over our structures ( Igloo's with weapons inside).

The SP who spoke directly to me said this object was of the two pie pan type, glowed an orange color and shone a green beam in a searching type of manner over and around our structures.

He also said they radioed their headquarters back on main base and requested permission to fire their M-16's upon a UFO that was hovering over the structures.

This SP's began telling of other events about the object. I stopped him and asked what the headquarters said, he replied that they didn't get an rapid reply, or something to that affect and kept asking for permission to fire upon it.

Later he received an order not to fire upon the object unless it performed acts of destruction or damage to anything in the secure area. So he said we had nothing to do but watch this thing. I think I asked him about the guard dogs reaction and he said the dog was going crazy over the ordeal like the rest of them.

During this conversation many other airmen had arrived after us and were also listening to the various accounts from the separate SP's. There were about 20 of us airmen gathered around the guard shack, and we began walking up to our own building.

I remember all was quiet until about 3/4 the way up when one of our senior Sergeants said, "they must have seen a UFO last night". I don't know why I remembered that, just a dawning of something that really occurred I suppose.

Here's where I get involved sort of. After all the personnel arrived at the WSA that morning, we are all ordered back to main base.

This never happened before or afterwards during the year I was there, you have to realize that the WSA was far from the base and to drive all the way out there, and then be ordered back to the base was an unusual occurrence, and all the WSA personnel gathered in a room at our MMS headquarters.

It was very quiet in this room and everyone seemed to more or less be talking softly among themselves, myself and my best friend were sitting in the back of the room ( I was 17 ) and we briefly said to each other or commented to the affect that we thought we were going to war with these aliens, and that someone was to meet with us and tell us what was going on and why we were assembled here.

However, truth is stranger then fiction, and after about 10 minutes our squadron commander came out and stood in front of us, and used an angry tone of voice. I had never heard from him before and said the following, "you have not heard anything, you have not seen anything and you will not ever say anything.

That is a direct order"! Then he dropped the tone of his voice to a much more casual level, and said something about a helicopter had been seen in the area and was being investigated, Geesh. We were ordered back to main base just for this ? You do the math!

I've seen deception first hand and I didn't even see the UFO. The odd thing was I probably would have wrote the whole thing off and forgot about it but when we were ordered back to main base, then ordered not to say anything, it reinforced the notion that it was real.

There's a yahoo news group called Loring AFB which has some stuff about the incident there and perhaps some first hand accounts, this is not a UFO related group but perhaps you might find someone to help you with further info. Good luck.

Thank you very much to the gentleman for taking the time to write and give what he knew about this event.

Did This Huge Triangular Craft/UFO Black Out My Radio Ancaster Ontario

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date:  March 13, 2007

Time:  12:35 a.m.

Location of Sighting: Over house on Melanie, Ancaster.

Number of witnesses: 1
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: A line of lights on an angle, chevron in appearance.

Full Description of event/sighting: First thing I would like to say is that I was really shaken by what I saw during the early morning of March 13, 2007. This is my birthday.

I had just dropped off a friend and was on my way home driving on a street called Amberly. I went to stop at a stop sign on Amberly at Melanie. I looked to my left to notice a huge triangular object approximately 240 feet away from me sitting still over a house.

The UFO was larger than the house. Several lights were noted on the object and all were appearing to be a reddish colour. My car radio went silent. It was as though the object was staring me down. It looked as though it was starting to come toward me. It suddenly moved rapidly up and down, then quickly out of sight. This was not a jet nor helicopter.

It was huge and I could make it out and identify it as being different than a jet or plane, etc.. I was petrified and raced home to notice that a person in another vehicle on the road was motioning me to stop. I believe to talk about what he had just seen as well.  He looked in disbelief.  I was too much in awe to stop and chat about it. I raced home. Once out of the car, I looked every where to see if it was still around. I was really bothered by it all.

I called a friend and my father woke up a family member to talk about what I had seen. I turned on radio to listen to the local news station and heard nothing about what I had seen.

At approximately 1:15 a.m. several jets wanting to land at Mount Hope Airport were heard. My house is over a flight path. One jet after the next was heard, and more than usual. It was like they were held back for a period of time until this "whatever" it was left the area.

I have held back from reporting this until now, because I have had a bit of a time coming to grips with it all. I have done nothing but researched and read about similar happenings. I am now a believer in all of this.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Small UFOs/Balls Of Light Fly In And Out Of Large Yellow Ball Of Light Outside Poland Ohio

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Brian Vike’s Note: I typed up the report from a letter the witness sent to me, I also added the letter below.

An article on UFO's in this issue of The Morning Journal prompted this letter to you. I have read everything I can find on this subject, but I haven't seen anything describing what my husband and I saw. I didn't realize anyone was still investigating these things.

My husband died in December 1997 and he was still somewhat healthy at the time of this incident, which I now place in the summer of 1994 or 1995.

We were coming home late in the evening from Poland, Ohio after visiting with my brother and his wife. About a half mile from 5 Stops intersection on RT. 7 South, (a secondary road not traveled much in the evenings) I noticed a rather large, somewhat translucent (but you actually couldn’t see through it) yellow ball to the right of us, hovering just above the treetops. I pointed it out to my husband who said it was a spotlight from the Youngstown Airport. I have no idea where the airport was located in reference to our own location.

I should point out that at the time, my husband worked for USAir at Greater International Airport in Pittsburgh, PA as a ground service mechanic.

As we traveled, the ball stayed just in front of us, just above the treetops. As I watched it, three smaller balls, red, blue and green, also translucent, left the yellow one and, like balls, bounced through the air, across the road to the treetops on that side of the road.

They bounced around and almost seemed to be playing tag. If they strayed to far, they suddenly bounced back across the road to the big yellow ball. Sometimes they merged with the larger one, sometimes they bounced around it. In the years since, I always think of them as if they were children, out playing. If they strayed to far from “Mom”, they were called back to her.

They stayed in front of us until we reached the outskirts of E. Liverpool, OH which is about 25 mile drive. Obviously not a spotlight from the Youngstown Airport. As we were approaching the light of town, the little balls literally zoomed back into the bigger one and for the first time, we were in front of it.

As I turned in the car to watch it, it quickly accelerated and was gone. I never took my eyes off of it. It was just not there. My husband always insisted it was spotlights. I don’t believe that for a second.

When we got home I called my sister-in-law and told her what we had seen. She laughed and said that her and my brother had seen strange things on that road and if she told me what it was I wouldn’t believe her. I asked her what it was and she said if she told me she’d have to kill me. Joking f course. To this day, she hasn’t told me. My brother has passed on and nobody enjoyed a joke like he did so I don’t know if this was a joke or not. Since my sister-in-law told it, I believed her.

Years before, same road, two men I worked with at the time has a harrowing experience late at night, but it is very similar to other things I have read so for the purpose of not rambling on like an idiot, I won’t get into that episode.

I would love to hear from you if you have any other reports similar to mine.

Thanks for your time and patience.

Thank you to the lady for relating the story to me.

Military Artillery Takes Out Landed UFO At Da Nang RVN Happy Valley

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date: Between February and July of 1966

Time: 2:00 a.m. - 4:00 a.m.

Location of Sighting: Da Nang, RVN - Happy Valley.

Number of witnesses: Unknown.

Number of Objects: Believed to be 1

Shape of Objects: Unknown.

Brian Vike's Note: If anyone else who served at this time and in this area and have any information about this event, please do contact Brian Vike at brian_vike@telus.net with a detailed report. Your privacy is kept confidential. Thank you.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: Radar track from Danang, and Aerial observer. Taken out by Artillery fire. More information if you are interested. Did not get any TDA following the counter fire.

Additional Information:

Hi Brian, I am guessing you are in British Columbia, or the Pacific Northwest. Quite a bit out of my normal travel area. Anyway, it is still good to hear from you and to learn of your organization.

I was in the US Marine Corps, and served in the SE Asia area during 1964, 1965, 1966, 1968, and 1969. It was during my 1965-66 tour that we were located to the northeast of Da Nang, and I was in an Artillery Fire Direction Center (FDC). We controlled close to 100 Field Artillery pieces in the Da Nang area, and could bring about 500 rounds onto one football field sized spot in about 3 minutes.

I have had some injuries from auto crashes since then and do not remember just when the incident occurred, but it was between February and July of 1966. I was on the late night shift and we got a call from the air base that a UFO had come in and landed at a set of coordinates generated by the GCA Radar. These plotted out in an area that we referred to as "Happy Valley."

The IFF response had been un heeded and the radar and visual tracking from an airborne craft in the area did not match any known aircraft. Since we were close to the DMZ, no one wanted to take any chances and we were given clearance to fire all available artillery on it. We had about 70+ pieces that could range the target so we plotted a time on target mission and fired 6 rounds per piece on the target.

The GCA radar kept watch on the area and the observer stayed a safe distance out of the lines of fire. We got the usual artillery bursts and at the end of the barrage there was a huge flash that registered on the GCA radar.

The air observer reported that nothing had left the area, and it was too dark to look for damage until sunup. We filed the fire mission request and record of fire with the other log sheets and had been advised that a ground crew was going in for TDA at first light. When we came on shift 2 days later we looked for the record of fire sheet to see what the ground crew had found.

We were amazed to find that the entire set of records for that mission had vanished. No one would admit to being told to pull it and we never did find out what we had hit other than the initial comments that had come back to us while we were firing on the target. I still have no clue what we shot. It was big and got a lot of people excited.

No other sightings were reported in our area that I heard about before I left in August of 1966. This has always been a puzzling experience, wandering around in the back of my mind. I have often wondered if we had in deed taken out an extraterrestrial space craft, and how badly we had irritated whom ever it belonged to.

Sorry I don't have more or better descriptive information on the craft or the post attack findings.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell this story. I would be interested in hearing about any thing that may have been found out about this incident as it has been bothering me for over 40 years now.

Thanks, and best wishes to you.

Thank you to the witness for their interesting report.

Mother Ship And Three Smaller Craft Shot Out Of Opening In UFO South Monticello Arkansas (Diagram)

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date:  1980

Time:  7:30 a.m.

Location of Sighting: South of Monticello.

Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 4
Shape of objects: Mother ship about 100 yards wide and round, grey in color.

Full Description of event/sighting: The ship was round and huge and it had a round door which opened up and 3 more smaller crafts came out.

It was very fast, sounds crazy, but this is true. I saw it with my own eyes and my wife also. I watched them for about 10 minutes and I don't remember anything else after that.

Whoever they were, they erased my mind. For a long time and now I think about them just about ever day. It's a crazy story but it's true. I don't make up things. I am a electrical engineer retired, but still work in the field.

I don't drink or use drugs and I have a good mind and I know what I saw. It was not from here and it made no sound, but they left a blue vapor trail for a moment. What do you think I saw. Thanks.

Thank you to the witness for the report and diagram.

UFO Shoot Out Above Okanagan Lake Kelowna British Columbia (An Amazing Case)

 Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Two UFOs Battle In The Skies Over Okanagan Lake (Kelowna) British Columbia

Kelowna, B. C. Two UFOs - More Eyewitness To An Amazing UFO Event !

Also I do have audio recordings from this case with the eyewitnesses and I will post over the next while.

Date: July 2, 2007
Time: Approximately: 10:45 p.m.

Hey Brian, Ok, so like I said I would I've been watching the skies. Not last night, but the night before, I saw something out of this world (no pun intended). It was about 10:45 p.m. at night and I saw two objects in the sky just hovering.

They weren't doing much, but something new with most sightings, they were different shaped objects. One was thin and longish, and the other was like a triangular shape.

They kept hovering there, so I got up quickly to run and grab my camera, but the next thing I know I hear a smallest bang, almost like a gun, and the longish one starts to hurtle towards earth on fire making a deep sound, kind of like a nuclear generator bass kind of sound. I'm thinking to myself what the hell!

I watched the object as it disappeared at low altitude behind a small hill between my neighborhood and the lake. I looked up and I saw the triangular object make a small circle, come a little lower and then I see it start to hurdle towards the sky at a fast rate, and the long one reappears from behind the hill, there was no more fire, and ascending at break neck speed and when it gets a little higher, I saw it literally shoot something at the other object and then a very loud bang and the triangular one was no longer visible.

The long shaped one started to what looked like it was searching the sky. It was going north, then south, then east and west, very quickly, almost like a hummingbird when it goes side to side.

Then the object disappeared and I suppose it's departure broke the sound barrier immediately because I heard that sonic boom when the barrier is broken.

Anyways, like I said. This seems ludicrous, and after my many years of watching the skies, I finally saw what seemed like two E.T.s duking it out.

The thing I find interesting about this sighting though, is that the objects were not glowing eerily like most UFO sightings refer to.

It makes the sighting almost that much more "real" if you know what I mean.

Westbank British Columbia Two UFOs - One Hits The Lake.

Date: July 2, 2007

Time: Approximately: 11:00 p.m.

Brian Vike's Note: This is a very interesting report, and since reports have been coming from the entire area I was wondering if other people who may have been witness to the objects, and sound would you please file a report on the event to Brian Vike at brian_vike@telus.net

Message: I don't know what happened last night, but It was the most frightening, incredible, and down right terrifying thing I have ever seen!

I was walking my dog along the Beach in Westbank, B.C. and minding my own business at close to 11:00 p.m. on the 2nd of July (yesterday) when I seen this really, really, really big bright thingy that looked something like a, well, I don't know, but it didn't fit the usual description of a UFO round type of object.

Below a map of Okanagan Lake and the Kelowna, British Columbia area.

It looked somewhat like a torpedo or something with wings, kind of like a fighter jet, screaming across the sky and downwards on fire.

It crashed into the lake and there was a big splash, almost like a large, large plane. The sound was incredibly, loud and like a deep bass "womp, womp, womp" sound as it came down.

I ducked for cover thinking of a meteor or asteroid or something. I started to freak out and yell and as I was standing up, something came literally shooting back out of the water and I saw it start to hurtle towards a different looking object very high in the sky, which kind of looked like a cone of some sort.

I saw what looked like what you would see in a star wars movie for the bullets from the blaster. It was coming from the object that just was in the lake, and I heard a loud bang that knocked me off my feet.

I looked up to see what the heck was going on and the cone shaped object was gone and the torpedo thing was just hovering. Moving from side to side looking almost confused and then a loud sonic boom and it was gone.

People came running out to me as I screamed loudly and people asked me what happened. What was I going to say, I just saw two UFOs? Not likely. What the heck could have this been?

Mission In Kelowna, British Columbia Another Witness To Strange Object And Loud Sound

Date: July 2, 2007
Time: Approximately: 11:00 p.m.

Brian Vike's Note: By the sounds of things this is another eyewitness for the sighting that took place in and around the Kelowna, B.C. area on the same night. Object seen and a loud sound noted. Also if anyone has any information on this sighting, please do contact Brian Vike at brian_vike@telus.net

Message: My name is (removed by Brian Vike). I saw something that almost seems like a dream. Last night at about 11:00 p.m. I was watching TV at home (I live in the Mission in Kelowna) and I just happened to catch a bright light through my window.

I didn't think much of it because our neighbors car always shines the lights in our house because of the make up of the drive-way.

I continued to watch TV and I heard an extremely loud bang that scared the hell out of me. I ran to the window and looked around and I happened to catch a glimpse something in the sky hovering and moving side to side. Then I heard another really loud boom and it was gone. I wonder if anyone else has reported this?

Kelowna, British Columbia Cylinder Shaped Craft Entirely Lit Up

Date: July 2, 2007
Time: Approximately: 11:00 p.m.

Hello Mr. Vike. My name is (full name removed). I live on (removed) Rd. Kelowna. On Monday night I was sitting on my front steps talking to my friend on the phone and saw something strange in the sky as well.

This also may confirm the stories that my friend read in Fridays paper. Please feel free to call me at my home so we can discuss this in better detail. Thank you for your time.

Brian Vike telephoned the witness on July 10, 2007 to see what other information I might be able to gather.

The witness told me she had arrived home from a friends place and noticed another friend had left a message for her to call. The lady took her telephone outside as she was returning the call, plus having a cigarette.

As the two friends talked on the phone the witness noticed a long cylinder shaped light. Her first thoughts were that she was just seeing an airplane as she is close to where the flights fly directly overhead, but the woman went on to say, the object was a little odd looking as it wasn't exactly on the normal flight path.

The entire craft was fully lit up. After approximately 3 or 4 minutes of viewing time it was gone, the witness said it was like someone turned off the light switch. (we are not sure if the craft moved quickly away from it's location, or with the lights out and due to the darkness the object just wasn't visible).

The object was stationary and not a sound was heard coming from it. It also wasn't sitting at a high altitude, lower than a small Cessna would fly at. Rather low she mentioned and there were also no flashing or blinking lights on it at all.

The lady mentioned to her friend on the telephone that possibly she may have just been witness to a UFO sighting. Both kidded around about what was seen and talked for a while longer then hung up.

On July 6, 2007 the witness gets a phone call from the same friend informing her about an newspaper article on UFO sightings that was reported in the local Kelowna newspaper. (Kelowna Capital News). This is when the lady decided to write an email to me asking if I would telephone her.

Large Round Craft Hovers For An Hour Over Okanagan Lake (Kelowna) British Columbia

Brian Vike's - The Vike Factor: A lady must have called the Kelowna Capital News to request my phone number as the witness called me up and explained what it was she witnessed over Okanagan Lake. The lady said she saw the same UFO twice over a weeks time period.

Date: July 2, 2007
Time: 2:00 a.m.

The first sighting of the craft was on Monday June 25, 2007 and again on the evening everyone else witnessed the unusual UFO event, which would have been July 2, 2007.

The witness said she was awake and got up at 2:00 a.m. and watched the craft for approximately one hour. The object was hovering, she said it did not move from it's position over top of the lake.

There were a string of lights that went around the bottom part of the object and as she watched, the bottom lights would fade out and lights at the top of the craft came on, still appearing to circle the object.

Also the top portion of the craft seemed to be lit up. The woman also stated that beams of light would shoot out from the top of the UFO and also from the bottom. Finally after roughly the hour had passed by, the craft shot up quickly and was gone and out of sight.

She reports that not a sound was heard coming from it. The lady lives on lake frontage and had an amazing view of the event. The object was low and again stationary over the water. (not touching the water at anytime)

The witness said it appeared to be looking for something, or that is the impression she got from observing the event.

Thank you to all the eyewitnesses for their reports.

Vike Researches Okanagan UFO 'Shootout'

By Jennifer Smith Staff Reporter Kelownacapnews.com

Did you see an unidentified flying object touch down on Okanagan Lake Monday evening? Well, apparently at least three of your neighbors did and they all managed to track down preeminent B.C. UFO researcher Brian Vike to report the phenomenon.

Late Monday evening Vike started receiving reports of an unidentifiable fireball hovering over the lake. "Everything seemed to look good and usually you can tell if it's a hoax or not," said Vike, who was furiously contacting local media for help by Tuesday morning.

Kelowna has been a hot spot for Vike who operates a UFO research organization, The Vike Factor, out of his home in Houston, B.C. Back in 2003 two women reported an incredible alien encounter on a Kelowna street and it wound up among Vike's biggest cases.

The sighting was featured in a CTV special and even wound up on the Montel Williams show as fodder for a famous psychic. So, when three sightings were reported on the same night this week out of Kelowna, Vike figured it was worth some attention.

The first sighting was by a woman walking her dog in Westbank who noticed a fireball that appeared to dive into the lake and then return to the air. "This thing ended up coming back out of the water and started to hurl toward a different looking object very high in the sky, which is totally bizarre," said Vike.

An excerpt from the email she sent the UFO researcher shows just how upsetting the episode was for the pet owner.

"OK, I don't know what happened last night but it was the most frightening, incredible, and down right terrifying thing I have ever seen," she wrote. "I ducked for cover thinking of a meteor or asteroid or something. I started to freak out and yell and as I was standing up, something came literally shooting back out of the water and I saw it start to hurtle towards a different looking object very high in the sky."

The sighting reportedly occurred at 11 p.m. Vike does not give out the names of those who make reports to protect their privacy but he does go to great lengths to verify their claims.

Earlier this months he was featured on Castanet and is still going through the material he received after the story hit their web site and he is working on several reports he received on Father's Day from Trail, B.C.

Apparently an airborne craft shook residents from their beds in the Kootenay town, prompting a hunt for UFOs on local radio and even in the newspapers, he said. But this week's incident in Kelowna has him unusually excited.

"They saw what appeared to be a Star Wars movie full of bullets and blasters, kind of thing and I've had reports from other areas similar to what they're talking about," he said.

A second report from the Mission area noted the image was accompanied by a sonic boom and yet another report has come in since then.

Local RCMP did not receive any unusual calls Monday night, to the best of the media spokesperson's knowledge. And nothing usual appeared on Navigation Canada's radar. The air traffic control tower at Kelowna International Airport closed just shortly before the sightings occurred.

"I checked with the area control center. Now they only have radar for planes' transponders and so if it was a UFO it didn't have a transponder on. So no, we have no reports of any unusual aircraft in the area," said Ron Singer, Navigation Canada communications.

From this point forward, Vike will be combing his sources, checking with military contacts, police and beyond to see what he can dig out. If anyone can tell him what was going on in Kelowna's skies Monday night, he can be reached at brian_vike@telus.net.

If anyone has witnessed the UFOs/Objects, please send me an email (brian_vike@telus.net) with details of what you saw. Please remember to include the date and time and location. (Town/City – State or Province) and as much detail as possible.

Thank you to the eyewitnesses for their excellent reporting. Also thank you to the media for helping out in finding others to this amazing case.
