3 To 9 Large Balls Of Light Moved In uniform And In A Triangular Movement Over Grouse Mountain North Vancouver British Columbia

Date:  July or August of 2013
Time:  Evening.

Hey Brian, a friend and I were on the roof of my apartment in Kits and we saw something identical to what was described in the report at this link:

9 UFOs Moved Triangular Formation Over Grouse Mountain, North Vancouver B.C.  http://the-v-factor-paranormal.blogspot.ca/2009/12/9-ufos-moved-triangular-formation-over.html?m=1

I'm surprised you're one of the only accounts for these incidents. As described in your article we saw 3-9 lights if I remember correctly, move in physically defying fast speeds upwards and downwards in altitude.

They came and went right in front of you. At first we thought it was fireworks, but it couldn't have been as they would stay at the same latitude for a number of minutes.

Our incident happened sometime in the summer as that is when we would smoke cigars. The one in your article was sometime in December which was definitely not the case for us.

It's bugged me ever since and I decided to look in to it today-

Have you received any other stories of UFOs over Grouse Mountain?

Additional Information:

It must be July or August by my guesses. In terms of description, the one from the link I sent matches perfectly. In terms of specific date, I don't think I'd be able to provide it.

I tried looking through Twitter for UFO hash tags for Grouse and UFO, but came up empty handed.

The duration of the sighting must have been 40 minutes or so. I know what the chair lift lights look like, so it couldn't have been that. It was much higher up than where the Vancouver eye would have been.

The 3-9 balls of light were incredibly big especially at that distance as planes flying over head (the green and red lights on them) are barely visible.

Just as the guy described in the sighting, they moved in uniform and in a triangular movement ish, like 3 on the top layer and 6 below (I believe, this bit is a bit to foggy). I just remember the general concept of them being really aligned and then making a 2 layered shape.

The movements were quite incredible as it moved up and down. At points some would disappear, then they would reappear out of nowhere. I was reading people confusing Chinese lanterns, but the size would be astronomically big!

In terms of my health and mental state at the time, I have never done any drugs in my life except cigars. I barely drink and was not drinking at the time.

It's strange no one saw it on such a lovely night, it was perfectly clear and very hot outside. Those were the only conditions we would go smoke cigars on the roof! Especially when it was for such a log duration.

7 White Beams And 3 Red Beams Of Light Pulsating In The Sky Over Kingston Ontario

Date:  February 20, 2015
Time:  Approximately 7:15 p.m.

Canadian UFO Investigator Brian Vike’s Note: For the sighting report below, it came in through the comments section and I have no way of replying to the witness.

I am not sure what the people are seeing, it is possible that this could be from Skytracker Searchlights - spotlight truck or because the area is experiencing extremely cold weather the beams of light could be shafts of light, Light Pillar Ice Crystals. There is a picture of these pillars at the below link.

Here is an example of what I am referring to: Shaft Of Orange Light Seen In The Sky Over Edmonton Alberta (Case Solved – Light Pillar Ice Crystals)
http://the-v-factor-paranormal.blogspot.ca/2012/01/shaft-of-orange-light-seen-in-sky-over.html

Eyewitnesses sighting report starts here: I saw approximately 7 white beams and 3 red beams. The red beams were pulsating and flashed.

This was in the west end of Kingston, Ontario around Collins Bay road and highway 2.

This occurred around 7:15 p.m.

3 Formations Of Orange Yellow Objects/Lights Observed At Sooke Vancouver Island British Columbia

Date:  February 19, 2015
Time:  Approximately 10:00 p.m.

UFOs, I just saw a group of UFOs. I was standing on our porch looking at the sky and saw these very unusual glowing orbs in the sky. I called for my wife who was upstairs in our house, she came down and saw the tail end of it. My adrenalin is going and I'm sort of in shock.

There were 4 at first, then 3 followed and then one single one trailed. My wife saw the last 2 of the second group and the last one completely. They were glowing an orangey-yellow. I first noticed them coming up from the southeast.  They rose at about 45 degrees in no particular formation, but they stayed close together.

They didn't seem like space crafts, they glowed an orangey-yellow.

They appeared separately a couple of minutes separating each formation. As I said, there were 3 formations. The first had 4 in it and they rose at about 45 degrees, not travelling towards me, but  continuing in the same direction.

They began to climb straight up after about 2 minutes and then they would fade very gradually and disappear. My wife saw the last two of the 2nd formation at the very end before they faded. Then we both saw the single one come up over the horizon and then it rose up to quite a high altitude and stayed in one place for a minute or two.

Then it disappeared completely, I would say that they were not massive as it's very hard to estimate the size given the distance and they were completely round, like orangey-yellow globes travelling across the sky. We were probably a good kilometer away from them.

Their flight seemed almost like they were self propelling, moving effortlessly. They came from the direction of the ocean, but towards Victoria. I of course told my wife to come down and see the UFOs in those words. My daughter heard me shout in through the open door, but she stayed in bed.

The objects or entities were bright yellowy-orange in the beginning and maintained that brightness for a few minutes and then they faded gradually as they rose up.

As I mentioned, the last single one stayed in one place for a minute or two and then it's intensity faded slowly, then disappeared completely. There was absolutely no noise at all. Their movements were deliberate and not abrupt.

I'm writing down all these details so I don't forget anything while it is fresh and in my memory. This occurred at approximately 10:00 p.m. on February 19, 2015.  I observed this from Sooke, British Columbia in the Sunriver development.

I did not have anything to drink nor was I on any drugs or medication whatsoever. My visual acuity is well above normal and my profession demands of me to be a highly skilled observer.

There is no doubt this was not anything that can be explained away, it was not a series of weather balloons with lights attached or fireworks. The trajectory was very deliberate and did not resemble a balloon.

Balloons don't stay in one spot and hover. One of them stopped rising and was static for what appeared to be several minutes. Then it just faded in intensity and disappeared.

I have a few cameras, but I was too preoccupied observing and experiencing it to think of capturing it. I was worried about being the only person who saw it, so I yelled to my wife who came down a minute or so later. She witnessed it  and saw at least 3 of them.

Large Bright Green Object/Light Seen Flying In The Sky From Coquitlam To Vancouver British Columbia

Date:  February 18, 2015
Time:  Evening.

Hello, I was driving home last night and a block away from my house a very big bright body of green light caught my eye up in the sky.

It was moving extremely fast in the sky. Much too fast to be any kind of jet or plane. It was high up like a plane descending into Vancouver airport from Coquitlam, British Columbia area except it was much larger than a plane and it's entirety was bright green, the same green as a light at an intersection.

It was moving southwest. I wish I would have stopped my car and taken a picture or a video, but I was kind of in shock as to what I was seeing. Within ten seconds it was behind clouds.

When you see a plane that's high up and how it appears to be moving slow because it's so far away, well this was moving about 100x faster than that.

It was covering the sky at an extremely fast pace.

I found your site and thought I would report it to you. Thanks.

Red Triangular Of 8 Lights Over Parksville Vancouver Island British Columbia

Date:  February 18, 2015
Time:  Evening.

Lights in the sky. Hello my name is (Name removed). I live in mid town Parksville.

Last night I was on my balcony, I saw the red triangular lights in the sky. I questioned what I was seeing. I saw a total of 8, they just kept coming.

They seem to turn into stars. I saw one veer left, other than that they all kind of flew straight up and disappeared. I was baffled.

Glad to know I was not the only one to see them.

Let me know if you ever find out what they were. I am using my daughters computer, so ill check my email next week.
