Two Orange Lights Witnessed Over Gillam Manitoba

Date: February 26, 2011
Time: 4:30 a.m.

Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Lights were rectangular.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I went outside for a cigarette and walked off the steps to the street. As I was walking back, I happened to look in the sky and saw two lights that were rectangular and orange. I stood there for a couple seconds shocked, looking to make out what it really was. It wasn't moving it was just staying still. I got really scared so I went back inside.

I went to my back room and looked out the window, I couldn't see anything so I went back outside and the object was gone! It was visible enough to know it wasn't' a plane, it wasn't moving closer or farther away. At one point I saw three rectangle lights then two. It was one object.

A Classic Flying Saucer Observed About 300 Feet From Witnesses Vehicle At Edmonton Alberta

From the Vike Factor archives (Brian Vike) http://the-v-factor-paranormal.blogspot.com/

Date: Approx: March 2004
Time: 4:00 p.m.

I just found your email address on unknowncountry.com saying to submit UFO reports to you. I didn't really know who exactly to report this to, so you're my best bet so far. As I was driving in south Edmonton earlier this year (probably around March), I saw an absolutely huge UFO in the sky during broad daylight hours. It was obviously some type of metallic structure, and matched most other UFO descriptions.

It was probably about 500 feet in the air and 300 feet in front of me, moving very slowly and changing it's direction a lot as if it were lost or scanning the ground looking for something. I tried to follow it but it disappeared into thin air after about 10 or 15 seconds after I spotted it. This is the first time I've ever seen something like this, I'm not crazy, I know what I saw.

Additional Information:

Okay, it was a while ago, and I never wrote it down, but I'll give you all of the info I am sure about.

Date: Approx: March 2004

Weather: Sunny day with scattered clouds (at about 4:00 p.m. because I was driving a friend home)

Sky Location: I was driving East and it was probably about 60 or 70 degrees upwards, just enough that I had to make an effort to bend my neck to see it.

Description: It looked like the "classic" flying saucer (two plates pressed together), it was silver/grey, obviously metallic, probably about 100-150 feet in diameter (I'm not too sure), & no sound.

Airports: There is the Edmonton International Airport probably about 45 km away from where I was, but this was not a plane. No nearby military bases.

Extra (about lost/scanning): Like I said, it was moving back and forth across the sky, stopping, and moving up and down, all very slowly. I was actually very surprised to see it being absent on the 6:00 news. I don't know why, but as I watched it, it reminded me of a person looking for a contact lens on the ground (slowly looking around and scanning areas one at a time). I'm sorry I can't elaborate on that more, but that's the closest thing I could compare the way in which it was acting.

I hope any of this can be useful to you. Thank you for taking these reports by the way, I'm glad someone takes me seriously.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

UFO With The Colors Of A Bubble Only Feet From Witness At Callahan Road Houlton Maine

Date: 1965
Time: 1:00 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Round.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was about 10 at the time and was in the back yard digging a hole in the ground, when something made me standup and look to the north. I saw a object coming straight at me, it was about the size of beach ball, bigger than a basketball. The thing that caught my eye was that as it got closer it was shiny like, silver only as it passed in front of me at speed of a very fast walk, close enough to reach out and touch which I did not want to do.

Approximately 28 To 34 Orange Lights Observed Over Coquitlam British Columbia

Date: February 26, 2011
Time: Approx: 7:21 p.m.

Hello Mr. Vike, I wanted to ask if anyone else had observed approximately 28-34 orange lights in the sky last night around 19:21hrs. The lights were evenly spaced and were observed in a two-line formation traveling quite quickly for approximately 10 minutes.

I had taken photos with my phone whilst standing on the street in Coquitlam, B.C. Thank you.

A Vike Factor Note:  I have posted another report over this same sighting, you can read this at: http://the-v-factor-paranormal.blogspot.com/2011/02/around-50-bright-lights-and-thunder-of.html

Around 50 Bright Lights And The Thunder Of Jet Aircraft Over Burke Mountain Coquitlam British Columbia (Pictures)

Date: February 26, 2011
Time Approx: 7:30 p.m.

Hi, I'm just wondering whether anyone else has reported to you any unusual activity in the skies above Burke Mountain last night at around 19:30hrs. I, my wife and daughter saw around 50 or so lights in formation appearing over the top of the mountain from the north and moved slowly towards Coquitlam.

They all very bright with no noise, probably at 2 to 3 thousand feet. Do you have any ideas and do you want any further info. We all found this to be very unusual, particularly as it was snowing and the lights appeared fairly low, Thanks.

Additional Information:

Brian, in addition to my last, the volume of objects took approximately 15 to 20 minutes to pass over head and then disappear into the clouds. We first saw the objects as we were driving up Lincoln Ave, facing Chelsea Park and the mountain. At that junction I was so surprised that I stopped the van in mid junction and got out to view.

I keep a pair of binoculars in the van so was able to get a better look. The objects were consistent with each other, emitting the same level of light and were the same size and shape. I had time to find my camera and took a couple a pictures, not brilliant, but do show a section of the lights. I will send them later once I get back to my computer. Also, some of the lights would stop and change direction.

Approximately an hour after the event I heard the rumble of very close jet aircraft overhead, perhaps the Air force? These made at least two passes. The nearest airport is Pitt Meadows and I'm sure I've never seen or heard such aircraft operate from there. Before. Hope this is useful, let me know if your contact at YVR can offer an explanation. Thanks.

Brian, as promised please see attached documents. They are in actual fact 1 to 2 seconds of digital camera video, not very good quality but you can just make out the lights above the tree line taken from my drive way. Its a new camera and for some reason it doesn't want to record more than a few seconds.

Witness Observes Disc UFO While Feeding The Deer At Nanaimo British Columbia Canada

Date: February 5, 2011
Time: 3:40 a.m.

Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Rice shaped? Oval? Disc?

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I live in an area where the lights aren't nearly as bright. There's a small forest and river near by, and I go outside once in a while if I'm awake and see the local deer out there. I was feeding one some slices of apple, and looked up to see how cloudy it was to anticipate the weather for later that day and I saw it. A disc in the sky. I thought I was seeing things, so I rubbed my eyes and looked again. Twice.

I felt so shocked, like I was stunned and couldn't move due to awe. If I held my hand out, it would be the size of my thumb nail (across). I could almost bet it was reflective, because staring at it, you could tell it wasn't glowing, it was like it was silver, and reflective. Dim, but definitely there. I've worked on military bases here before, and I know helicopters don't move like that.

It was like a swaying motion, but in that distance, it was moving back and forth maybe a mile or two, just back and forth. I watched for about 5-10 minutes before it hovered, then shot off really fast to the south.
