Object Shoots Across The Sky Over Edmonton Alberta

Date: January 2, 2013
Time:  Approx: 11:30 p.m.

From Edmonton Alberta. I just saw something shoot across the sky. It was so fast, before I could tell my friend it was gone.

It was lower in the sky and not that bright. January 02/13 about 11:30 p.m.

Not the first unexplainable thing I have seen this past month, so I have been watching the sky a lot.

Objects Had A Incandescent Yellow/Orange Glow Over Woodbridge Ontario

Date:  January 1, 2013
Time:  12:20 a.m.

Hey Brian, I saw the same luminous objects cruising on by in Woodbridge, Ontario at approximately 20 after midnight.

I went out for a smoke looked up and watched about 5 of them slowly make their way south east.

I have pictures and video of a couple from my I Phone, the quality is ok.

Wonder what they were, they cannot have been a plane, balloon, candle lanterns or even choppers. They made no noise, had an incandescent yellowish/orange glow and flickered lightly.

I'll check back later to see others responses.

One Ball Of Yellow/Orange Light In the Sky Over Toronto Ontario

Date:  January 1, 2013
Time:  Approx: 1:00 a.m.

Hi, Brian. I was outside at a New Years party in Toronto, Ontario at Queen and Dufferin with 2 people. We saw a ball of orange/yellow light steadily heading southeast.

It was larger than a planes lights, only it was one single silent glowing ball, and did not blink.

I remember saying, if it was a plane, it was built in the 70's.

It went behind a cloud and seemed to avoid resurfacing, considering it's speed and angle.

Two Orange/Yellow Colored Lights Were Spotted In The Sky Flying Over Waterloo Ontario

Date:  January 1, 2013
Time:  12:20 a.m.

Hello Brian, I came across your blogging websites on unidentified flying objects in Ontario, and wanted to email you about bright orange lights I saw on Tuesday January 1st 2013 at about 00:20 a.m. flying above my neighborhood in Waterloo, Ontario.

I will describe the events in great detail so you may perhaps arrive to some conclusion of these abnormal orange lights.

Firstly, I was walking over to my friend's house to celebrate the New Years, the sky was fairly clear with few clouds when suddenly I saw two orange/yellow circular lights flying lower than say a commercial airplane would.

These orange/yellow lights were moving pretty quickly through the sky and I am certain these lights could not have been some sort of plane, spotlight, flare, or "shooting star" as these lights were moving separately for about 2-4 minutes and then slowly vanished.

Furthermore, these orange/yellow lights did not make any sound whatsoever as they travelled through the sky.

Interestingly there were no stars in the sky that night and as I got closer to my friends house I could see orange/yellow lights again in the distance yet they were stationary as if they were stars themselves.

Perhaps these orange/yellow-like stars could have been the same lights I saw previously. I believe I was the only one in my neighborhood to witness this strange event.

What could these lights be Brian? Could they be part of the air force, a celestial phenomenon, civilian experiment or life outside of Earth? Reading your Vike Factor 2 blog many people throughout the United States and Canada saw orange lights before or after the New Years.

Please if you have any further questions or any conclusions do not hesitate to email me back. I would look forward to hearing from you.

Red Light Flew Over Toronto Ontario

Date:  January 1, 2013
Time:  1:00 a.m.

I live in Toronto last night January 1, 2013 about 1:00 a.m. in the morning and I was getting some air on the balcony when at first I saw a red light coming from the downtown area of Toronto.

At first I thought it was a plane then the light turned left and headed my way east, I’m on the seventh floor as it passed a straight line in front of me I got a real good look at it.

It was white in the center as the light moved outward, it gradually changed to orange and orange to a red glow. There was also a pattern within the light as it also had the most awesome glow to it unlike any other light I have ever seen before, wow.

I just stopped, my jaw dropped and I was in awe, like I have never seen anything like this before

The light seemed to move slow and effortlessly and without a sound, totally silent, but some how the light was covering lots of ground and moving away quickly.

That part I really don’t get how something can appear to be moving slowly, but still moving out of your vision quickly.

As the light passed in front of me and away turning right now heading over Lake Ontario on a southeast heading towards the United States.

It still seemed to be going slow, but it began a steady climb upward maybe a 45 degree angle upward and it began to dim out on me until it was just a little twinkle in the sky, like a star and then nothing, gone from my vision

The whole sighting was about a minute and a half from start to finish.

All I can say is that I have always been a believer, but I’m also a skeptic because I need definitive proof. I am that kind of person, and as far as I’m concerned, now I have it.

Thanks for listening.

PS - if you get any other kind of news on the sighting I described from last night, could you maybe tell me. I have been looking around the internet, TV, and news to see if anyone else saw it last night.

It would really help me a lot to know I’m not the only one who saw that last night. Thanks.

Red/Orange Light Flying In The Sky Seen From Kitsilano Vancouver British Columbia

Date:  January 1, 2013
Time:  Approx: 10:00 p.m.

Hi, I live in the Kitsilano area of Vancouver and I was just outside having a cigarette when I noticed a reddish/orange light in the sky.

At first it looked like a normal airplane until I noticed it had no blinking red and blue lights.

It was just reddish and heading in a ESE direction. It looked like it might have been over West Point Grey or maybe UBC. It was mostly moving in a straight line with very minor deviations until it just stopped and hovered for about 2 minutes.

It then slowly gained altitude straight up, no sided to side motions at all and it lost luminosity and it was gone. I looked around for another 5 minutes or so but didn't see it again.
