15 To 20 Red/Orange Lights Flying Over Newmarket Ontario

Time:  Approx: 7:35 p.m.

I too saw the red lights in the sky last night (November, 7, 2012) around 7:35 p.m. in the eastern sky over Newmarket, ON.

Not sure what I saw, but there were a lot of them. Didn’t actually count, but there were at least 15-20 at that time.

I watched for 5-6 minutes and they were all definitely moving in a northwesterly direction, but slowly. It looked like a string of red and amber Christmas lights in the sky.

Strangest thing I’ve ever seen. Just before 8:00 p.m. when I arrived back at home, all but 2 had disappeared.

We stood and watched these 2 for about a minute and they just “went out”. I would love to know what that was.

Bright Orange Lights And Grey Colored Object With Tail Seen In The Sky Over Newmarket Ontario

Hi Brian, I too saw these strange lights in Newmarket last night. I was driving down by street and wondered why I was seeing all these bright orange lights on my windshield in front of me.

I thought it was a reflection from some other lights. I parked my car and jumped out realizing that these lights were actually in the sky. 

I ran into the house and had my kids come outside to witness them as well. I saw at least 20 or more bright orange/red lights moving slowly across the sky. There was no sound and it was like nothing I have ever seen before. They all travelled along the same flight path.  

I ran and had my neighbours come out and they too witnessed 3 of the lights in a formation of a triangle.

My neighbours then went inside and my daughter and I walked back down the street towards our house when around 8:15 p.m. we witnessed one more light on its own coming along the flight path. 

We then stood on the driveway and continued to watch the night sky while talking to my mom on my cell phone, when a comet or something with a long tail streaked past my daughter and I just over our heads. 

It was a greyish colour and was very low to the ground. It seemed to be no more then 3 stories above us. I turned to my daughter and said, "did you see that?" and she replied, "Yes, I made a wish on it". It was quite an experience.

Witness Believes Orange Lights To Be Chinese Lanterns Seen Flying Over Newmarket Ontario

I saw the same lights. I believe they where lanterns. I have see lanterns released a few times, and what I saw last night looked like lanterns.

There were about 25-30 of them.

Orange/Red Lights And Grey Object With Tail Traveled Through The Sky Over Newmarket Ontario

I too saw these orange/red lights over Newmarket last night at the same time, along with my children and neighbours. They all travelled along the same flight path and the last 3 were in the formation of a triangle.

After my neighbours went inside, my daughter and I stayed out longer and around 8:15 we saw one last final bright orange/red light going across the same flight path.

Then while standing and watching the night sky, a flying comet (or something) flew past our heads very low to the ground. It had a long tail and was a grey colour. What an interesting evening we had!

At Least 30 Bright Orange Flame Like Objects In The Sky Over Newmarket Ontario

I was in the same area and also saw these lights. I first noticed them at 7:30 p.m. then all were gone by 8:00 p.m.

There were at least 30 at one point, all coming from the same location then moving along the same general flight path.

The lights were bright orange almost like flames. I took a picture, but it is quite dark.

Three Red Objects/UFOs In The Shape Of A Triangle And Beam Of Light Over Terry Fox Drive In Kanata Ontario

Time:  Approx: 6:20 p.m.

I figured I would send you an email with what I saw today. While driving north down Terry Fox Drive in Kanata, my friend and I couldn't help but notice what looked like a spot light coming from the sky. When getting closer to it we noticed a beam off light coming down off whatever it was.

It was not moving in any direction, just hovering in a single spot. As we got kind of past it, from the other side you could still see the beam of light coming down, but you could see 3 red dots in the shape of a triangle pulsating on and off.

This all happened at around 6:20 p.m. today November 7, 2012. When driving past the same area one hour later, the object was no where to be seen. Have you seen anything like this before?
