No sound, blue and white smaller lights sometimes visible. First time seeing this type of UFO, but I see others have witnessed something similar in this area. Thanks.

Cluster Of Around 12 Strange Lights Seen Over Cloverdale British Columbia

Date:  December 22, 2011
Time:  Evening.

Brian, on the evening of December 22, 2011 my husband and I were up late wrapping Christmas presents (no we were not drinking either!) when he got up to let our dogs out. He started yelling for me to come outside and "see this".

We stood in our backyard facing south near 64th and 168th Street in Cloverdale and watched a cluster of strange lights travel across the sky. I could see at least a dozen at one point. They came from the east and slowly moved west.

We watched them for two or three minutes. The clouds were low lying that evening, so we knew that whatever was in the sky was flying low, but strangely enough we heard nothing. There was silence.

We live close to the flight path and frequently hear planes on their way to and from YVR, even when we cannot see the lights of those aircraft, we can hear them.
The lights were too close together to be planes or helicopters. It was eerie to say the least and I wanted to notify someone, but thought I would sound like a lunatic to the authorities. It was strange enough for me to tell a few people to the next day, but no one I spoke with had seen it.

If I had been alone I would have thought I had been seeing things. I was relieved to see the sighting in the paper yesterday, but it still leaves me with an uneasy feeling. Up until that night, I would not have believed in UFO's, but I feel nothing else describes it.

My husband has suggested that it was a practice run for next years Mayan Calendar prediction. I guess only time will tell.
A Cloverdale BC Resident.

Silent Round Bright Orange Object Flew Over Edmonton Alberta

Date:  January 6, 2012
Time:  Approx: 10:30 p.m.

On January 6th, 2012 at around 10:30 p.m. I saw a round bright orange object coming from the west travelling east, slowly gliding through the sky. It was not as high as an airplane nor helicopter, there was no sound as it passed by my house just to the north a bit.

I have absolutely no idea what this was as I’ve never seen it before. Would be interesting to find out just what was this ?

Edmonton Alberta - More Witnesses To Orange Vertical Beam Of Light

Date:  January 11, 2012
Time:  Approx: 11:15 p.m.

Yes, we have witnessed the same thing, I tried to get it on my cell, but wouldn’t record because it’s just not the same as using a high tech camera. I immediately notified a few people and they too said yes they can see it.

The light seemed to pulsate then slowly turned from orange to white then faded away.

Peculiar Vertical Bright Orange Beam Of Light In The Sky Over Edmonton Alberta

Date:  January 11, 2012
Time:  Approx: 11:15 p.m.

Vike Factor Note: This strange occurrence was seen by another person who filed a report on the sighting: Vertical Orange Beam Of Light Seen From Edmonton Alberta” http://the-v-factor-paranormal.blogspot.com/2012/01/vertical-orange-beam-of-light-seen-from.html

Hello Brian, this week on Wednesday January 11th, 2012 I witnessed a very peculiar orange beam of light in the sky. At about a 11:15 p.m. a few friends and myself were driving back home from west Edmonton Mall, when my girlfriend in the passenger seat excitedly pointed something out.

When I looked into the sky, I saw a large beam of very bright orange light pointing nearly vertically into the sky. At first I thought It was an illusion of one of the lights on the road reflecting off the car window, as the light had the same vibrant orange glow, but as we drove it didn't seem to move from it's place, and would slightly dim and then grow bright again.

We watched it the whole way home, and then I stood on my back deck at my home and watched until either it faded out too much to see, or the city lights and haze in the distance blocked it out. I wasn't able to see it any longer by 11:45 p.m.

It was the strangest thing, I've ever seen a light like that in the sky before, and I do quite a bit of star watching. It seemed to have no origin, the beam of light wasn't coming from the ground up, it was just a small streak in the sky.

I really had hoped others aside from us in the car had seen this, and was fortunate enough to find your blog with the entry of the couple witnessing the same thing on the same night. I left a comment, but decided I should contact you with my whole sighting anyways. Thanks.

3 Orange Lights Observed Flying In The Sky Over Surrey British Columbia

Date:  December 22 or 23, 2011
Time:  Between 11:00 p.m. and midnight.

I live 2 blocks south of 60th and 181st and was getting ready for bed a couple of nights before Christmas.

I looked south out of my bedroom window to see if there might be any snow and saw 3 little oranges light moving very slowly, one at a time, very high in the sky.

The first one moved toward my house location, seemed to stop, made a 90 degree right turn and moved east. The second and third followed the same pattern.

I dragged my 17 year old son outside onto the deck to watch, and he thought they definitely were not airplanes, especially given the extreme right turn they each made.

There are very large evergreen trees blocking part of the southern sky for us, so I didn't wait around to see if there are more.

They moved very slowly east, but it was too cold to stand outside watching so we went back in.
