Location of Sighting: Over Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Shape of objects: Shape undetermined.
Full Description of event/sighting: Hi there, My wife and I were out for an evening walk, and left our house in the Parkridge area of Saskatoon. About 30-40 seconds after leaving our house, I happened to glance up into the sky, looking kind of Southwards. I noticed an extremely bright light brighter than any of the stars moving very rapidly from the West and going East. I told my wife to look at the satellite, but we both thought it was much too bright and moving too quickly to be a satellite. After watching it for approximately 8-10 seconds, it appeared to accelerate very quickly, turned slowly from a bluish white into a bright red color, and then disappeared instantaneously. We also noticed as it travelled from West to East, it appeared to be travelling at an upward angle gaining altitude.
We kept walking, but continued to watch the sky, and approximately 4 minutes after the first sighting, my wife noticed another light travelling in the same direction but it appeared to be alot higher. This one did not appear to turn a bright red like the other, but it appeared to accelerate rapidly, and then also blinked out in an instant.
I don't know alot about satellites, but I don't think they travel West to East in a straight line, I don't think they turn from bluish-white to red, and then disappear and I have certainly never seen one move as fast as these two objects moved. I also stayed outside to observe what I thought were satellites and I noticed they appeared to be higher in the sky and moved very slowly in comparison. They were also not nearly as bright as the objects we witnessed and appeared to move in a clockwise direction along with the earth.
I also observed several planes and/or jets in the sky around the same time and they travelled much differently than the objects we noted. They also had blinking lights, whereas the objects we witnessed did not.
Both my wife and I walk alot in the evenings in the same area and have never witnessed these objects before. Can you please give us your professional opinion as to what we may have seen?

Waterloo, Ontario A Large Bright Object

Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Circular.
Weather Conditions: Clear.
Description: Walking home, crossing a street when I looked up and saw a large bright object passing fast overhead. Only in view for about 2-3 seconds before it passed behind an apartment building and out of sight. Too large to be a shooting star and had no accompanying tail. No aircraft or helicopter noise, and no navigation lights. Can't come up with an explanation for it.

Number of objects: 3
Weather Conditions: crystal clear....looking East....sun was just coming up....but not up yet.
Shape of objects: Two semi-round blinking (one just sat still in the air, and the other would go larger (into a circle shape) in a semi "see-through" barrage of colours. A third large craft - triangle (no sharp corners ..but squared) moved silently towards the two then just faded and disappeared as though it dimmed it's lights out. The other two were visible for some time then disappeared.
Description: There is an "air show" going on at the CNE (Canadian National Exhibition) and they (UFOs) were just off the edge of the "CNE grounds" ( out on Lake Ontario about a mile or two) . I feel that is why they were "looking around". Am going to look again this morning but I feel they won't be back (there anyway) as the air show is over

St. Walburg, Saskatchewan A Soft Yellow And/Or White Colored Object

Message: Hi Brian, I see a report on your site from Gibbons, Alberta that occurred tonight. I just want to relay a sighting that may actually tie in to this one.
The film crew and I were in St. Walburg, SK (in an open field) tonight filming an episode for the History Channel. It would have been after 8:00pm (when exactly I am not sure. We arrived at 7:00pm and it took a while to setup and then were filming a while when time just flew and it grew dark.) During the session I happened to look up in the sky. There was a rather large strange looking light travelling northeast. The film crew saw it too but the camera could not pick it up as it was too far away and too high up. It was a strange kind of soft yellow and/or white color. Not a perfect round shape either. Like it had a ring around it only the entire light form was one piece. We watched it until it disappeared behind a large cluster of darker clouds. The light did not flash and remained constant. (The moon was not visible tonight.)
We were able to compare an actual plane to this sighting as one flew southeast a short while later and it's light was flashing.

I'm very pleased to have stumbled upon your blog for two reasons. 1. - I also am very much a believer of the paranormal, especially UFOs. 2. - I also seen the same UFO that evening in late August, early September while on duty as a (job description removed) at the Madison Ave pub here in Toronto, Ontario. The major difference was I saw this craft as a bright orb in the night sky. Then it suddenly grew extremely large then vanished. I asked my fellow security co-worker if anyone noticed it. They said no. At first I thought it was a star, then a star going super nova. But I doubt I could have see it that intensely without binoculars or a telescope. It clearly was a UFO powering up to accelerate. Since that date I have seen many more strange things which inspired me to create my own research group and website.

Gibbons, Alberta A Planet Like Blob Of Light (UFO)

Location of Sighting: Gibbons Alberta.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Planet-like blob of light.
Full Description of event/sighting: We were out walking in the valley that runs beside and through town when we spotted this bright light almost directly above us. It was the size of a Jupiter or Venus when they are at their largest and low on the horizon. So a very large blob of light and kind of orange-yellow like you would expect a planet or reflecting object to be.
We didn't realize it was moving at first because of the tree tops waving around and we were moving too, but then it became apparent that it was tracking East-by-North-East, and actually moving quite rapidly. Faster than an airplane or satellite.
There were no flashing lights whatsoever and the object did not change intensity or colour the entire time it was in view (two to three minutes).
We ran up the hill to follow it before we lost it behind the trees (which obscured a great portion of the sky from where we were down in the valley) but despite this it managed to disappear behind some treetops for about 10-15 seconds, during which it vanished.
When we emerged from the trees, there were no clouds in the vicinity of sky it vanished in.
I thought it was maybe the International Space Station, but this was in the wrong hemisphere at the time, and travels the opposite direction anyway. It also was not a weather balloon as the winds were very strong and heading south east, not E-NE. It was not a meteor because it was too slow, and left no vapor trail of any kind. It was not a plane since it was a single circular blob of light (much like a very large planet) with nothing flashing.
