Date: June 11, 2007 Time: Approx: 10:50 a.m.
Location of Sighting: Richmond, B.C. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Football shaped object.
Full Description of event/sighting: Driving east, I stopped at the intersection of Alderbridge Way and Garden City Rd., when I noticed a dark, football shaped object. It was quite small and I had to really focus on it as it was fading in and out a bit, only to suddenly became darker. There was a small procession of planes approaching west to Vancouver Intl. Airport. The unidentified object "glided" slowly north, going in and out of the low-lying clouds in a smooth, straight line at a far enough distance to not be in the way of the planes. The object moved in and out of the clouds for about seven seconds and then it suddenly disappeared. Has anyone else reported anything similar? Thanks.
Additional Information:
Q. - Roughly how long were you able to watch the object for ?
A. - I watched the object for approximately 10 seconds, though it seemed like many minutes ! I have no idea how long it was sitting in the sky before I discovered it. It was still at first and then it moved slowly in a straight line like it was gliding.
Q. - Were there any visible features noted at any time while watching the craft ?
A. - No, I observed no visible features on the craft. When I first spotted it, it looked like a small, dark speck in the sky. It then became darker or more defined. That's when I noticed it had a football or oval like appearance. I saw no lights or any illumination emanating from it whatsoever.
Q. - Would you remember in which direction it was flying to and from ?
A. - When I first discovered it, it appeared to be just sitting in the eastern sky. It sat in the sky for a moment then glided slowly north, towards the mountain and disappeared in the clouds.
Q. - At anytime, since you mentioned aircraft in another part of the sky, did at anytime were aircraft seen close to this object ?
A. - The craft was sitting much higher in the sky and behind the airplanes that were coming in westward for landing. To me, it appeared that the craft could have been observing the airplanes from a large distance away.
A. - It would be interesting if anything was reported. Whatever it was, it certainly appeared to be different than a regular airplane, unless it was a military plane of some kind. It would be exciting if the airport did indeed have something reported about this. Good luck.
Thank you to the witness for the interesting report.

Over Lake Ontario Objects Observed On Numerous Nights (UFO)
Posted: February 5, 2008
Date: June 8, 9, 10, 2007 Time: Dusk and well into night.
Location of Sighting: Over Lake Ontario from Trenton to Colborne. Number of witnesses: 4 Number of objects: ? Shape of objects: Round with multiple lights of red blue green yellow flashing alternately.
Full Description of event/sighting: Late night on Friday the 8th I woke up and noticed what I thought was a star outside window that appeared to be flashing more then a normal star. I got the binoculars out and took a closer look. It turned out to be some sort of orb with multi colored lights on it that were flashing. Object would of been in the area of Colboure. Watched it for along time just sitting there. Just before dawn it dropped in altitude and slowly headed north until I lost site of it. Next night at dusk I went out on the deck facing south from where I can see the entire bay of Quinte and as far east as Trenton to see if anything would appear. As it darkened I noticed a light just like the one from the previous night out over the lake that was visible with the naked eye. Pointed it out to my folks and son and they confirmed they saw it too. The darker it got the more of them we could see until there were too many to count strung out all over the sky in all directions as far as we could see.
Then we saw white lights coming in from the northwest at a high rate of speed. We assumed they were military jets until one just stopped dead north of CFB Trenton. The orbs with the multicolored lights just sat there for hours not moving or moving slowly short distances. About 2300hrs I tracked an object coming from the direction of Prince Edward County at a high rate of speed. It passed the house about a km away heading northwest. It was big and long with white and red lights on it but I could not determine the shape. Finally I went to bed. On the Sunday night I went back out again and as it got dark all the multicolored lights came back in the same places as the previous night but I didn't watch for long as the bugs were bad and there did not seem to be as much movement. They seemed to be thickest around a satellite over the lake and over CFB Trenton. I came home Monday morning so I have not been able to watch since. On my way home I saw an air force guy at the gas station. I mentioned to him the interesting light show over the lake on the weekend. He mentioned something about they were probably doing exercises and then promptly changed the subject. As a former military person myself I am sure what I saw was not of a military nature.
I would not be surprised if what I saw is a common event if you know anyone in that area get them to check it out. An excellent vantage point would be at the top of Branscome Road in Crahme Township. Not sure if I spelled the Road name correctly. I hope this is info is useful to you. I know it changed my outlook on the world around me. Sincerely.
Thank you to the witness for the interesting report.

North Bay, Ontario A Multitude Of Inexplicable Lights
Posted: February 5, 2008
Date: June 11, 2007 Time: Between 11:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.
Just wanted to let you know (I read your article while trying to find literature on what I saw last night in local papers) that two friends and I saw a multitude of inexplicable lights over North Bay Ontario. They varied in colour and brightness, but all seemed very high up. We saw no details of the crafts, but in a 2 hour period, witnessed no less than 14 lights doing either jumpy lines across the sky, or they would just appear from nowhere and then zip over quickly and blink out again. It occurred to us that the number of craft could be less, and that we were seeing the same few crafts flying over and over again. We saw regular aircraft in this time also, but the incredible difference between the small plane and airliner, and the other lights was completely undeniable.
Most were visible in the sky area of the Casseaopia (sp?) constellation, though there was some activity over near where Jupiter and Mars are visible right now. This was between 11:00pm and 1:00am. It seemed to die off around after 1:00 a.m.
I've seen alot of lights and haven't reported them. I have seen the 'fireball' lights too. Most people just don't even look up. But I feel that soon, it's going to become something that even the most diehard of skeptics will have to address. There are just too many, and it's becoming nightly.
Keep up the good work, we'll get the public informed somehow, though basically the media is in the pockets of those who really know about the sky activity, and don't want the public to know.
I live 2 miles away from NORAD and there is no way they didn't see those lights on their instruments. I toured the facility a few years ago, and when we entered the underground (since moved to the surface. ?) room where all the radar panels are, they shut them all off. One of our tour group asked which of the panels showed all the current UFO activity, she said "Come on, we all know you see them" and while she was a bit insistent, she was lighthearted about it. She was then escorted out of the facility and unable to continue the tour. They cited her as 'disruptive' to the tour. I found it interesting that they took her that seriously, if there is nothing going on up there. Take Care.
Thank you to the witness for another excellent report.

Mysterious Lights Over Lake Ontario
Posted: February 4, 2008
HBCC UFO Research Note: Well it appears that the Ontario Canada sightings are not going away. And as of yet there is not a good explanation given to account for the large number of UFO sightings over the province of Ontario. Just recently, mid June 2007 reports are coming in from eyewitnesses who are observing some very unusual lights over Lake Ontario, lights that move along and come to a dead stop and sit there. Lights that make unusual maneuvers as they move across the sky over Lake Ontario.
I would suggest that anyone living around the lake keep there eyes peeled to the sky, armed yourself with a still or video camera as you might get an unexpected surprise.
Also if anyone else has been witnessing strange objects/lights over Lake Ontario would you please be kind enough to file a report through the *HBCC UFO Research website*
If things keep up the way they are going, Ontario will have a record breaking amount of UFO sighting for 2007.
Thank you very much. Brian Vike - Director of HBCC UFO Research.

Trail British Columbia Jet Aircraft (?) Shakes Homes And Frightens Residents
Posted: February 4, 2008
Brian Vike arrived home from being out of town to some media messages which were left on my answering machine. On Sunday night, June 17, 2007 at approximately 11:10 p.m. the residents of Trail, British Columbia were woken up by the loud roaring of what everyone believes to be a jet engine/aircraft. Whatever was making the sound, people thought the craft was either landing in their back yards or possibly crash landing in the river. To everyone's amazement no explanation was ever given for this unusual event. KBS Radio out of Trail British Columbia was all over the case calling the local airport, military in both Canada and the United States and so far everyone contacted over this says they know nothing.
Of course I find this a bit to weird as the airport should have known something as reports flooded in from Trail, B.C. residents. The sound was reported to have shaken peoples homes and people ran outside to see what was going on, but nothing from airport or military officials. Also I spoke to the local Trail newspaper and I was told they are running a small story on this event in the newspaper today, Friday June 22, 2007.
If anyone heard the loud sound over Trail B.C. on Sunday night, June 17, 2007 would you please contact Brian Vike, either through the HBCC UFO Research website, or call 250 845 2180. Please, please note that the phone number given here is my personal phone number and it is "ONLY" for folks who wish to file a sighting report or the media to use to contact me. So again, the phone number given is for reporting the Trail, BC sighting, or any other UFO sighting from another location.
Thank you, Brian Vike Director of HBCC UFO Research.

Whitby, Ontario Strange Lights And Possible Perusing Aircraft
Posted: February 4, 2008
Date: June 13, 2007 Time: 11:15 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Whitby. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 2 Shape of objects: Bright light.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was standing outside, having a smoke (as I often do many times a night), and I was looking at the stars. Well, one of the stars was moving, fast. From south to north. Very, very fast. I think to my self, huh. Wow. That was neat.
So, my mom comes home and I tell her what I just saw. So we both stare at the sky for a bit. Now, another bright light came back from north to south, then flashes brightly and fades out (as though it shot "up" and away). Now, like I said, I smoke outside a lot and stare at the stars.
So when a lot of jets began appearing heading roughly in the direction I saw the objects, it became suspicious. And they kept coming, and heading in that direction. Including 3 that changed course to head in the direction of the second sighting.
I was the only witness to the first one. My mom and I both saw the second one. Not sure what else to tell you. Oh...actually, maybe that they were 5-10 minutes apart. Hard to be more accurate as I was talking to my mom about the first one, and staring intently at the sky. So I was fairly awe-struck. If you have questions that I haven't answered, please feel free to e-mail me. I'm curious to see if anyone else saw them tonight.
Thank you to the witness for the interesting report.
