HBCC UFO Research Note: I haven't typed up the report on this sighting in Port Alberni, B.C. as of yet, but I will soon. I found out about the UFO sighting through a friend who works at one of our local stores here in town. They told me that an entire family watched, and video taped a strange object and that Global TV had done and interview with the family and ran the footage. So to start with, I thought I would place a short audio clip to the site of the young girl telling in her words what she witnessed. She was such a delightful child to speak with, I also spoke with the Mother and Father who explained the events also.

Toronto, Ontario Object Was Two Dimensional & Hair-Line Flat

Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Large black two dimensional elongated (width wise) kite.
Full Description of event/sighting: Happened Friday, August 19, 2005 at approximately 1:10 p.m. It was large black kite shaped. It was two dimensional. I was in a building on Bloor Street at St. George in Toronto when I looked out the window and saw this massive thing. From about 2-3 kms away, it was above the office towers in downtown Toronto. It was so big. I just suddenly noticed it.
It would be a very large object, as a plane looks rather small in the air from a distance. I watched it float with the flat surface facing me. It slowly floated upwards and then turned on it's side - which is what shocked me. The object was two dimensional and hair-line flat. When it went sideways the thin black line glinted somewhat in the sun. The object then went higher I believe in that position. I lost sight of it as it went to the top of the window and out of view. I was at a conference literally being introduced to speak, so I could not go outside and confirm my sighting. I want to know what I saw. I'm a lawyer and very logical and reasonable. I believe somewhat in spirituality etc., and maybe other beings. But there was nothing on the news, in the papers, or on the net. I searched for kite competitions in the area - but this was too large, too high and too smooth. Did anyone else in/around Toronto see this ?

Battleford, Saskatchewan Another Orange Colored Light

This past Saturday, August 20, 2005, at 11:58 pm on our way home, we witnessed the same kind of bright light on the south western part of the sky, this one was higher and it dimmed out. I had to drive, and my daughter lost sight of the orange shape as she didn't have her glasses on that evening. I keep my eye out, no explanation.

Pitt Meadows/ Maple Ridge, B.C. Silvery Reflective Globe

Hey Brian, Thought you might be interested in MY sighting a few days ago.
The family and I were returning home from a family thing this past Sunday (August 21). We were just crossing over the Pitt River Bridge, when I saw to the North, right beside the mountains a small silvery reflective...globe? round object? It was pretty far away. I kept my eye on it as we took the backroads home; I was able to see it for at LEAST five minutes. It hovered, never moving; it certainly wasn’t a plane heading for us as we changed direction and would have seen it. It just hovered there as I watched it.
Right before the tall trees came up to block my vision, it was almost as though the object was turning and showing its red side. I couldn't make it out clearer as the trees blocked my vision and when I could see past the trees again, it was gone.

Hey Brian, Thought you might be interested in MY sighting a few days ago.
The family and I were returning home from a family thing this past Sunday (August 21). North Surrey, British Columbia Object Looked Like A Pearl & Very Shiny

Full Description of event/sighting: Hi Brian, my wife and I were having lunch and looking out the window. Sky was covered with *****ulus clouds with many blue areas. I was watching a small plane flying east just below the clouds and spotted a small shiny round object also flying east high above the clouds. Object looked just like a pearl, very shiny and beautiful. Would have been approx:. !/4 inch. in diameter if held at arms length. Speed looked comparable to the plane but with the difference in altitude must have been many times faster. It was insight for only a second or two before flying behind the clouds. I told my wife and pointed out where I last saw it and we waited to see if it crossed the next clear spot but it never reappeared.

Keefer Lake, British Columbia - CHBC Television Films Object At Keefer Lake

HBCC UFO Research Note: This is the second sighting at Keefer Lake, B.C. Both times footage has been taken, one by the eyewitness and this time by CHBC television as they were doing an interview with the eyewitness who shot the footage on Date: July 20, 2005 at noon.I will be posting some of the photos shortly of the first objects seen and filmed.
Hi Brian, Bob from Keefer Lake here. This may be hard to believe but we have recorded another sighting less than an hour ago with 4 witnesses. Better yet, I was being interviewed by CHBC television at the time (re: the first sighting) and their camera was also able to record footage of the object There was only one this time. They are taking the footages to the Kelowna office of NavCan for analysis. They tell me that it will be picked up by Global News tonight or tomorrow.
