Date: December 16, 2004 Time: 11:00 p.m.
I returned a telephone call to a gentleman by the name of Gordon as he wanted to report what he witnessed on December 16, 2004 at 11:00 p.m. out of Telkwa, B.C. Actually Gordon was one of many witnesses who reported an amazing object that flew low through the Bulkley Valley back on July 29, 2003. That case turned out to be a major story both for myself and the newspaper out of Smithers, B.C.
Anyway, on December 16, 2004 Gordon was outside at his home looking up when he spotted what appeared to be a long narrow tail of light which had some color to it coming from the north. At the front of the tail he was able to see a large dark object with this tail following behind heading towards the south. He reason why he was able to see the dark object was due to the brightness of the starlit night and the dark object passing in front of the heavens.
As he watched the object, which moved extremely fast he was able to observe it disappear or burn out somewhere roughly over the Houston area he figures. The total amount of time for this sighting was approximately 2 to 3 seconds at tops.
Gordon took a "guess" as to the altitude of the object, he felt it was rather high up, maybe some where's in the neighborhood of where the commercial airlines would fly. He also mentioned that the object traveled horizontally.
Thank you to Gordon for this report.

Montreal, North Quebec 3 Colored Beams Flashing
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: December 17, 2004 Time: 5:00 a.m.
Hi...my name is (name removed) from Montreal, North Quebec, I am presently seeing 3 colored beams flashing towards the sky from my apartment window...they must be no further than 5 km away, I cannot see from where the beams start as there houses that are in the way, but I a can notice that the base of the beam is pretty intense. The brightest beam is yellow and flashes pretty strait up in sky. There are about 3 other colored beams on the right and left of the bright yellow beam, but they are less brighter.
There is a blue and green and maybe a faded red. I have never seen anything like this before especially that bright, and straight up motionless..and have never seen anything in that direction like that either. This is the first time. I doubt it would be some kind of publicity or attraction light because earlier in the evening there was no lights there and its 5:00 a.m. No use to publicize anything in sky at this time.....anyways....just felt I needed to report this unusual sighting.....very strange....please keep me posted if you might have any clue or need any additional help from me.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Edmonton, Alberta UFO An Elongated Object
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: December 21, 2004 Time: 5:18 pm.
Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: hexagonal, similar to this shape from NIDS (2nd diagram from http://www.nidsci.org/articles/8_25trireport.php)
Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving home on 114 St., in slow rush hour traffic and noticed a bright light in the sky directly ahead and to the left of the direction I was driving (around 10-15 degrees). It was around 5:15 at this point. It looked to be a star at first, but this was impossible, as the moon/stars/sky were covered by a thin cloud layer. At a stop light, I was able to tell that it was moving by judging its position against trees/lampposts. As it got closer I could see 3 lights, not just 1: 1 large one in the center, 2 smaller/dimmer ones to each side, equidistant from the center. At this point I decided it was a plane, as the lights looked familiar.
However, by 5:18, a few blocks further south I could see it more clearly, and figure out how close it was more accurately. What immediately struck me was how slow it was moving. It seemed to be at 50-100 meters altitude. If this is how high it really was, it seemed to be traveling at 10-20 kph.
This fact, along with the amount of lights (6-8 were now visible, giving off white/pink/orange colours), leads me to believe that it was not a plane or the local police helicopter. As it was moving in the opposite direction that I was, I did not have enough time to memorize exactly how many lights there were or how they were positioned, but they gave the impression of an object of a similar (but more elongated) shape to the one in the NIDS report on "flying triangles." At no point was a "fuselage" or any visible body visible.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Burnaby, B. C. Six Objects
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: December 22, 2004 Time: 4:39 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Katkam's west-south-west toward English Bay or south-west at the Burrard Bridge and Vancouver's West Side. Number of objects: 6 Shape of objects: Rods
Full Description of event/sighting: Hi, Brian Vike. I was watching Katkam's webcam when I noticed huge objects in the sky. I used lot of enhancement and I believe it shows 6 rods in the vicinity of downtown Vancouver and south Vancouver.
The first pair are almost 4 kilometers from the webcam but they must be at lease a kilometer long to be noticed. The next pair are on upper right corner and they are very much rods (after enhancement they seem to have curved lines around the objects). I have used Photoshop to get pictures enhanced and I can send the pictures that were taken in 2 minutes intervals, but what should up was at 16:39. The picture taken at 16:37 and 16:41 doesn't show any object in sky not even a plane nor any bird.
I can send these pictures plus the enhancements.
Thank you,
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Sioux Lookout, Ontario Circular Object Passed Over Top Of Witnesses
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: December 23, 2004 Time: 10:06 p.m.
Location of Sighting: 10-14 minutes south of Sioux Lookout on Highway 72. Number of witnesses: 2-5 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Circle
Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving back to Sioux Lookout from Dryden. I was with my girlfriend and my daughter. We were driving along and we saw a light in the sky. At first it was pretty far. I asked my girlfriend if she could see what I was looking at and she said yes, It was just above the tree line. About five minutes later we were getting pretty close to it. The object was flying along the right side the of highway going parallel with it. This thing was pretty darn low. It had three red lights on the outside edges. and on the underside it had three flashing white lights which were smaller then the red lights. The flashing lights took turns and each time was in a different spot. I was driving about 110 (km/h) so that's what got my attention because we were catching up.
The highway went into a valley we were coming up the hill and suddenly the object took a 90 degree turn left and flew over the highway and right over us!! I was slowing down and I rolled down the window and stuck my head out. That's when I saw that this object was a circle shape. It must have been 20-30 ft round. There was a truck and a car behind us and I stuck my arm out and pointed to the sky towards the object. I couldn't believe my eyes! I have never experienced an adrenaline rush like that before. I started freaking out and I just stepped on the gas. Took off as fast as I could. We were getting close to town and it was about 10:16 so about ten minutes south on highway 72 is where we saw the object.
Additional Information:
Q. - Can you please describe the weather conditions at the time of the sighting. Was it Overcast? Raining? A clear night? Full moon? I have heard the weather has been bad back in Ontario.
A. - There was some clouds and the moon was out. Other than that the night was pretty good.
Q. - How long were you all able to witness the object?
A. - From when we first noticed it to when we last saw it was probably about 7 minutes to 8.
Q. - Did the UFO move? How far and how fast? Describe its movements in detail.
A. - When we first saw it above the tree-line it seem to be moving down. Like losing altitude. We were pretty far at that point. We would lose sight of it when we drove through little valleys. But when we got close it seemed to float. We were travelling pretty fast and catching up so it must have been moving half or less than half of what we were doing. I was speeding but that's between me and you. Ha Ha. I was going 'bout 110 kmh. This object was I guess flying along side of the highway. It must have stopped for like 1 second then turned left. (90 degree turn) When we got I under it, the object was just crossing on to the opposite side of the highway. I slowed down to about 70 and it just kept going in the same direction.
Q. - Were you at any time able to hear any sound when you rolled the window down ? Were you able to see the color of the object itself ?
A. - When I rolled down the window, I didn't hear anything. I was looking at it and I knew it was a circle because it was darker than the sky.(I saw the profile of the shape). So if this object had a colour it was a dark one.
Q. - As you watched, did the object make any weird moments, such as speed up quickly then slow down, come to a stop and hover, etc.. ?
A. - The only weird movement was when it made the turn over the highway. And it was going pretty slow maybe 40-50 km. This object was pretty low. The trees height in that area was probably that of a two story house. And this object was probably 3 tree lengths up.
Thank you to the witness for the interesting report.

Montreal, Quebec Beams Of Light Explained
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: December 18, 2004 Time: 5:00 a.m.
Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 17 Shape of objects: Beams of light from the ground up to the sky.
Full Description of event/sighting: date December 18, 2004 at 5:00 a.m., looks similar to the person who wrote he some beams of lights coming from the ground on December 17 at 5:00 a.m. Woke up on the December 18 at 5:30 a.m. to go to work. Looked outside to check the weather when I saw several strong beams of light coming from the ground up to the sky. Strong beams of light like the ones they use for special events. They were different colors, blue, red, yellow and mostly white.
I woke up my wife to come and look. We both were amazed and freaking out. We counted about 17 separate beams at the same time, all were at about 2 block radius. We live on the second floor so we could see where they were coming from. They were between PieIX and Viau near JeanTalon. I had to go to work, so I decided to see if I could find out where they came from. To my surprise I saw what was going on. The beams of lights where coming from regular outdoor lights. They seemed to have transformed into powerful beams of light. Some had covers on them to project them downwards toward the ground but they were going strait up like a powerful beam. It was like pointing a flashlight down but the light would go upward with great intensity. As the sun was coming up the beams were fading away. If you have any explanations of why regular lights turn into powerful beams of light please email me.
Thank you to the witness for the interesting report.

Scarborough And Whitby, Ontario Beams Of Light
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: December 20, 2004 Time: 5:20 p.m.
Happy New Year Brian, I wanted to confirm that I also noticed these white beams of lights in Scarborough and Whitby, Ontario on December 20, 2004 like described from your Montreal, Quebec. report. This happened after work in Scarborough, traveling north on Warden Road and the hwy. 401 at approx: 5:20 p.m. I observed a single pillar of light from high in the sky down to the ground on the Warden Bridge over the 401. The conditions of the weather at the time was light falling snow. I personally have never seen this one before. I thought that the source was from the ground, as an explanation. I could not find any unusual ground lights when I drove in that area.
I continued on turning to 401 east to Whitby, until turning off Thickson Road's ramp in Whitby. On the ramp at 6:00 p.m. again looking east, I could see 10-12 of these lights again from ground up to the sky. They were like in a row across my view looking east. When I stopped at the light on the ramp, I rolled down the window and stuck my head out to view these pillar of lights. To my amazement, I could no longer see them. I realized then, the car's windshield being smoked glass, highlighted these columns of light. So at that point, I was satisfied with a plausible explanation.
I too, thought the source was from lights on the ground added with reflection of the window and snow. So then I turn north on Thickson Rd. and stopped at the gas station for gas. While I was pumping, I looked north and saw these beams of lights again without the aid of smoked glass, they looked evenly spaced in a row across. I was stumped, they appeared to go straight up to the sky from the ground. So here I sit wondering, what's up with that!!!! Please, could you or anyone else explain this one, as I would put it on the list of the strange, on this sighting.
Thanks again for your website, on the information to give me confirmation that other people had also seen this type of phenomena. Take care friend and keep up the good work!!!! P.S. I hope if the the sightings continue, I'll have my new digital camera ready and pictures to come your way.

Surrey, B.C. Large Yellow Light And Flashes
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: December 27, 2004 Time: Approx: 5:30 and 6:00 p.m.
Last night December 27, 2004 at approx. 17:30 I happened to glance up at the sky and noticed a large yellow light heading in a northerly direction. It appeared to be a satellite but very large, similar in size to the Space Station. I grabbed for my binoculars but it winked out before I could get them to my eyes. Possibly went into earths shadow or just turned off. Not sure what.
I set my camera up and left it running pointed to the same area where the light disappeared, approx at a 45 degree angle to the north.
At approx. 18:00 give or take ten minutes. Two bright lights flashed on for approx. one or two seconds approx. as bright as Venus during the summer. First # 1 - Which showed up as a bright red object on the view finder, when I freeze framed it and zoomed in it appeared to be a black oval shaped object with a large white area covered by a reddish cloud which extended out from the upper left hand side. It blinked out and then a few seconds later the other light flashed on.( #2 ) Zooming in on it revealed a perfect black circular object with two oval white areas. It was below and off to the left of the first object. Camera was set at 20X with the night vision on. ( #3 ) White object composed of two large white rectangular lights attached one below and slightly to the rear. It flew through the field of vision heading roughly NNW. Could possibly have been a plane but I didn't see any blinking lights just a steady glow as it flew bye. Camera was set at 40 X zoom so it must have been quite far away. My window was open but I did not see or hear any planes in the area. The attached drawing gives a rough idea of what they looked like.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Trail B.C. Oval Surrounded by Rings Of Light
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: December 22, 2004 Time: Approx: 7:25 p.m.
The couple drove from Vancouver to Trail for Christmas with the fellows parents.
My girlfriend and I were standing outside of my parents home close to the well's pump house which is approx 50 feet from the front side of their house. We was waiting for my parents to return from picking up my other family member for the holidays. As I turned around and faced the house, I noticed a brilliant light coming from south but traveling low and slow. As we watched an object flew over the home and over top of us.
We saw two rings of light rotating around an oval shaped craft. The first ring was made up of a blue and yellow, and the second ring - white and reds. The light the object gave off lit up the entire area and it eventually descended out of sight behind the tree line and disappeared. We never saw it again. The craft traveled to slow for it to be an airplane and we heard no sound at all. The object may have been approx: 40-50 feet in diameter and it's altitude was approx: 300 above ground. My girlfriend was squishing my arm as she was so frightened. Needless to say, we had quite the story to tell my parents when they arrived back home.
Thank you to the witness for his report.

Parry Sound, Ontario (Nine Mile Lake) Unusual Light
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: December 18, 2004 Time: Evening
I returned a telephone call to a witness who had left a message on my answering machine. I had a nice conversation with the fellow who explained that he and his wife do a lot of cross country skiing in the evening as there is less people out at night. The cross country track is located roughly 3 to 4 miles outside of the town of Parry Sound. On December 18, 2004 the couple were out cross country skiing at Nine Mile Lake which is 6 km NE of Parry Sound on hwy 124, 240 km. north of Toronto on Highway 69 (via hwy 400).
On this particular evening the couple were just approaching the lake area and in the distance they saw what appeared to be a snowmobile with it's light on. They watched the light, waiting to hear a sound from the snowmobile? But no sound was ever heard. The light was not moving at this time, and as the couple waited for it to make some sort of moment, they became curious and started to ski towards it. As they did so the light started to rise upwards and after approximately 3 minutes had passed and as they got closer to it the light just blinked out. As the witness said, it just vanished !
The fellow said they figured the object was pretty much in the center of the frozen lake. After reaching the approximate area where they thought the light was, they found no tracks of a snowmobile or anything else unusual other than a few old ski tracks in the snow. He did mention there was some snow drifting on the lake at the time.
The gentleman went on to explain this wasn't the only time the strange light was witnessed in this area. His son, wife and himself were back out on the ski trails on January 9, 2005. The man's son had showed up a little later and while he was out on the trail he told his parents that he too had witnessed something unusual.
They continued to ski and soon after, they all once again saw the same strange light sitting over the lake. They figure it was in the same location as before, same brightness etc. Once again they tried to approach it, but it disappeared as it had done before. The witness did add that the light would begin moving upwards slowly at a steady rate of speed, but as it moved higher in altitude its movements became jerky.
Also interesting to note is that the fellow mentioned the cliffs around that part of the lake were very high with not much of a shoreline. The light rose up higher than the height of the rock wall which would have been approximately 60 to 70 feet high at its lowest point. Also they mentioned that the light was bright enough to give them a little night blindness for a few seconds. The color of the light was a bluish white, almost florescent.
The witnesses were looking almost dead north. Not a sound was ever heard coming from it.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Oshawa, Ontario White Object

Hi Brian, I'm no techno buff, but, I have achieved getting this video to you, as promised. This was a "three" step problem, as this was filmed on a "analog" camcorder tape. Recorded on to a VHS tape, then recorded on my son's digital camera, from the TV, recording of the tape. Then for the last step, to process of downloading and saving. Thus finally, sending this segment to you. This was taken around winter 2004/2005. I had lost this camcorder tape, "kids"!! but, now recently recovered the footage.
Sorry, how poor the quality appears, due to this method. I am seeking an alternative way, for better picture quality. I will have it transferred to DVD, as more sightings occurr. I will be sending another one from Feb.12, 2006 at after 12:00pm. I can see how obvious that video footage, delivers more "proof" over the "still" camera. Better details of this object's, speed movements, direction, and detailed flickering. I'll now convert to video, over camera while skywatching for "better" photographic "evidence" down the road. Enjoy the shared footage.
Here at home in "Oshawa", facing southeast. I will see if I can do better with the picture as I'm looking into help for better clarity, as you have suggested. But for now, I'm happy to get it to you. I do have another clip coming your way soon, from Feb.12, 2006. This one whirls around, a white round object-very quick over the house.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

UFO Filmed Over Canada From A Boeing 737 (Picture)
Date: December 2, 2004
Hi Brian, I went back home, to Eastern Canada on December 2, 2004. I took West Jet, and the plane was a Boeing 737.
The plane took off in Vancouver, Canada at 10:30 a.m. One stop to Toronto, then to Moncton, NB.
About a hour into the flight I asked the flight attended, if I could take some video out the window, she said sure, ''No problem''.
I could see the sun setting in the background, a beautiful dark orange. I got as much video as I could before it went totally dark.
When I got home on Dec.7, 2004, I have watched the video, and I didn't see anything unusual. Last weekend, I decided to watch it again.
While watching it, I noticed something black, on the top right hand corner of the screen. I rewinded it, and put it in slow motion. Visible, is a black object, hoovering around.
Then it looks like it comes closer to the plane, and sticks out beside the window. To me it looks like a hockey puck, or cigar shaped object.
You can also notice a small plane, going down in the clouds. Take a look at the clip I'm sending you, If you can't make it out, I'll send you a DVD.

UFO Around Maymount, Saskatchewan
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: November 1, 2004 Time: 5:30 p.m.
Message: Spotted a UFO around Maymount, Sask on November 1, 2004 at 5:30 p.m. - 3 witnesses, 1 object seen.
A brilliant light low in the sky, seemed not to be moving, watched it for several miles along highway 26 we were headed north from Saskatoon to North Battleford, the light was to our right, watched with misbelief, wondering what it could be, my father got the camera out and ready to take a picture when it disappeared, instantly, like they shut off the lights, nothing left in the sky we looked for miles to find some sort of object, jet stream and there was absolutely nothing.
I thought when and if I seen a UFO It would be very scary and disturbing - Not the case, I, along with my parents were very happy. I am 38 years of age, my parents are both 75.

Grande Prairie, Alberta Star Like Object
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: November 2 2004 Time: 9:15 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Directly above the city of Grande Prairie. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Star like.
Full Description of event/sighting: Hi Brian, My husband was outside having a cigarette when I heard him call me. I went outside to see him pointing up at the sky. I looked for a moment and could not see what he was pointing at. He said he saw a star that was gently swaying back and forth and very slowly moving from one location to another. I watched for a moment and sure enough. There was something up there. It looked to be at a very high altitude and it did not emit any flashing lights. There was no sound. The sky was clear.
The way the object moved was as though it was scanning an area. It appeared to hover close to another star and then slowly move to another where it would hover and then it would go back to the other star...then go to a different one. It was all very strange.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Transcona, Winnipeg Manitoba Fireball Sighting
Posted: January 1, 2008

Message: From my Backyard, I witnessed a large Fireball descending rapidly in the North-West Sky in Transcona, Winnipeg, Manitoba on Wednesday November 3rd at 6:30 am. It was very bright and some-what Green in Color, similar to a Street Signal Light, but very Bright. It lit up the sky even when it went behind low level clouds. I lost sight of it as it descended below Houses on the Street. Do you know what this was? A meteorite or Space Debris? Sincerely.

Over Lake Ontario, Toronto Flashing Light
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: November 14, 2004 Time: 7:00 p.m.
Hi Brian, Well it was such a clear starry night here tonight, 7:00 p.m. I went out to my deck to fill the bird feeders and had a smoke I looked around the sky, I saw all the usual stars and then I observed approx. over Lake Ontario (60km south east of here) a flashing light. Because I had the tree line, it made it easier for me to see that it wasn't a star or a plane. I waited for a good 45 min. Then went in to eat dinner, my son's friend and his girlfriend dropped in just before we sat down and I pointed it out to them, well that was it the two of them watched for quite some time and they said they could see it move up and the lights were flashing reds, blue and yellow.
We kept going to check on it. It appears to be coming directly across the sky slower than a satellite, but much faster than the star formations move. Anyway the 26 year olds that were here tonight were pretty convinced, and every time I get a chance to show these UFOs to people, the more people I get to believe.
Something tells me we're going to have a lot of activity over the next couple of months, so I'll keep my eyes open to the sky, as always!
Additional Information:
It appeared to be over Lake Ontario, Toronto. Which is south, south, east from me I'm on the Niagara Escarpment, north west. It was at my tree line when we first noticed it, we watched it slowly work its way up and then within a couple of hours it seemed to be coming directly towards us.The lights were visibly turning, and it would sway back and forth as it got higher in the sky. Honestly, to the naked eye it may have appeared to be a plane, but of course a plane couldn't possibly take that long to come across the sky. And as I said I had new witnesses here who were totally in awe.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Vancouver, B.C. Lights
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: November 15, 2004 Time: 5:20 p.m.
Hi Brian, I was looking at the Kat Kam last night and noticed that cluster of lights was hanging in the sky again just to the south of the Planetarium and just over UBC. The lights were there from approx. Nov. 15, 04 - 17:20 until Nov. 16,04 - 07:10. To me it just appears to be a reflection from some group of lights but although I scanned the whole photo I could not find anything which would account for them. I’ve noticed that I will sometimes get similar types of reflection since my windows have double panes and the inner glass reflects onto the outer.
But if this was the case that group of lights should be there every night. I tried checking back for the past two weeks and there was nothing, it appears to be a one night appearance. I also tried copying the shot and zooming in on the lights but it was inconclusive as to just what they are. There doesn't appear to be any structure around them. Anyway maybe if you are interested you might take a look and see what you think.
Thank you to the person for the report.

Hi Brian, I was looking at the Kat Kam last night and noticed that cluster of lights was hanging in the sky again just to the south of the Planetarium and just over UBC. Toronto, Ontario Hovering Object
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: November 12, 2004 Time: Approx.12:20 p.m.
Hi Brian, I've got another daylight sighting with another witness over Toronto, observed in Scarborough, Ontario. On Friday, November 12, 2004 at approx.12:20 p.m. facing southwest on a perfect clear sky, observed a small round bright object with binoculars. This object could only be seen with binoculars and not the naked eye, it was that much higher. It appeared like the other high sightings in the day that could have been Venus, Mars or any other planet.
This one moved after 5 minuets, very slowly to the north and as luck would have it while this was happening I grabbed another witness which I've never met before. As I sat watching the object and used a hydro pole as a marker. I asked the DHL courier driver if he had good eyes and his reply was "yes". Then asked him, "do you want to see a UFO" and looked at me strange and said "sure". I got up from sitting and instructed him to sit were I was. I gave him the binoculars, pointed at the hydro pole as the marker and "Yes" he too could see it. He could see it moving very slowly in a northerly direction with it stopping and going.
Then a minute later, he said it disappeared. He passed over the binoculars and he was right, nothing there. I had him call our local UFO hotline after the sighting. Then he gave me the envelop he was delivering and left shaking his head. When he left, of course I'm out there again viewing and found it again. The object was a full arms length over to central western sky, viewed it for another 2-3 minutes. Checked the sky in different spots for any other objects with no luck. Focused back to the one object, gone!!!! Now, I'm wondering the other sightings that I thought that might be planets seen in the day may not have been planets. Again, one thing to note Nov.12, 2004 on a new moon and the investigator may be re-thinking of my sightings as I have the witnesses call him.
Take care Brian, I'll continue to skywatch.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Caledon, Ontario Object Making Small Quick Circular Patterns
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: November 22, 2004 Approx; 6:45 p.m.
Hi Brian, This is just a reminder of what I saw again last night, I thought I'd send this picture because this is the same UFO that I see quite often. I haven't had a camera for a couple of weeks, but you can be sure that this is what I saw again last night, it was in the south sky around 6:45 p.m. and it was slowly making its way to wards the west, its movements were small quick circular patterns as it moved across the sky.
There were many stars in the sky last night and as most would notice, these have rapidly flashing lights, not like a star. It appears there's still some action going on in Ontario and I know from my experiences that they visit throughout the winter as well. I'll keep watching.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Between Shelbourne And Alliston Ontario Black Ring Shaped Cloud
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: November 3, 2004 Time: Between 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Message: Hello: I was intrigued to read about the UFO report for November 22/23? 2004 for Caledon Ontario. It mentions the area of Caledon being very active recently. This immediately perked my memory of what I saw within the last month just north of the Caledon area. I was driving along east highway 89 between Shelbourne and Alliston Ontario which is about 30 Kilometres north of Caledon(as the bird or UFO flies). It was mid afternoon and the sky was absolutely blue and clear with the exception of a little cloud formations near the horizon.
To my front left(NorthEast) as I was driving was a huge very black ring shaped cloud all by itself. It must have been about 10-20 kilometres away from and looking at the map after, it seems to have been just above the military base Borden. There was clearly no source of smoke from the ground that would have or was feeding this cloud. The ring must have been about 2 kilometers thick with a diameter of 10 kilometres sighting between 2-5 kilometres in elevation.
Additional Information:
Hi Brian: To answer some of your questions further: As far as date or time I will have to try and get a job order pulled from the computer at my workplace, this is the reason I was in the area that day, this job order will have the date on it, from that I should be able to get the approximate time as well (either way I will let you know). As it stands right now I remember it being between 2-6 weeks ago.
Because the cloud stood so much by itself in isolation and its shape was very round and a big hole making it look like a ring it struck me that it could not possibly be a 'cloud' , for this reason that it was so strange I looked around in all directions (in the sky and ground) for a possible link for a cause and could not find anything (object) that would suggest a link to this cloud object. The more I looked the stranger it seemed, there wasn't even small 'atmospheric wisps' of other very small clouds leading into or away from this cloud. Simply all by itself in the clear blue sky. I don't remember seeing an aircraft, I do remember wishing I had a camera. I looked at the cloud for about 15 minutes while driving down #89 until my route of travel took it out of my view.
The cloud didn't do anything, it just hung there standing still; the atmospheric pressure was high that day, not cold but a nice crisp day when nothing is moving very much. It seemed like it would still be there if I came back and hour later.
Thank you to the witness for the interesting report.

Prince George, B.C. Bright Orange Light
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: November 25, 2004 Time: Between 11:45 p.m. - 11:50 p.m.
Message: Hello Brian just dropping a quick note. Last night somewhere between 11:45 p.m. - 11:50 p.m. November 25, I spotted what possibly could be a UFO. I'm not 100 % certain yet what it was, reason being is living here in Prince George you see alot of aircraft coming and going so I can't say for certain I was not looking at some airplane. But I will describe what I saw. I was standing in my living room looking out my window.
I saw a orange object in the distance approaching from the Bulkley Valley region, at first glance I thought it was a plane coming in to land at the local airport, but what was odd about it was as far as I'm aware of I don't think aircraft have big bright orange lights on them. From were I was standing it looked like a big orange ball of light. Any how I watched this light for a matter of 5 minutes and it was hard to judge the height of this craft in the sky, it being night. Plus I had no land marks to go by. But what I had thought was landing was not because it disappeared behind a cloud and I never saw it again. Maybe it was nothing but an aircraft, but it just seemed odd at the time.
Thank you to the witness for the interesting report.

Garden Bay, British Columbia, Unusual Object
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: November 27, 2004 Time: Approx: 6:00 a.m.
I returned a fellows telephone call today as he called to make a report and to inform me that he had taken some photos and notice a strange light in them. The man stressed that the object had to be a long ways off when he filmed it.
He said there was a beautiful sun rise coming over the Victoria area. The man said he could clearly see the lights from Nanaimo, B.C. across the straight. Seeing it was a gorgeous morning with the sun coming up he thought he might try to get a few shots of the sun rise. The man set his camera up on his tripod so to make sure he would have a steady shot.
He took one picture, then zoomed in a little, took that picture and zoomed in a little more and took the last of three shots with his camera. Nothing was seen other than the wonderful sunrise at that time.
Later that afternoon he looked over the photos that were taken that morning and noticed he captured something rather unusual on film and it was moving. The three photos were taken over approximately a one minute time span. In each of the pictures we can easily see how the object had moved from one position to another.
The fellow stated the object had to have been at a great distance away, but still very bright. He estimates the object to be over the inland of Vancouver Island.
On picture number GB4, or the very last photo posted here, the fellow placed into the picture the object and it's position over the one minute in which shows the moment of it. He has numbered it's movements 1, 2, and 3.
Thank you very much to the person for the report

Saanichton, British Columbia Unknown UFO

I do not think this is a UFO, but the sight of it does puzzle me. It is either the brightest star in the sky. a planet. or a moon from another planet. I am talking about this bright object that is mostly green with flickers of red and it has that white star sparkle (the sparkle being white in color) and it moves very, very slowly. last Sunday at around 12:00 p.m., It was in the area of the big dipper.
It was sitting a little less than half way between the horizon and straight above me, but silly me, I forgot to see if the other stars were moving this slow as well. But it still is peculiar, the color of it and its movement, thanks again for the speedy reply.
Thanks for reading,

North Bay, Ontario Boomerang Craft
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: November 29th, 2004 Time: 3:45 a.m.
My husband and I woke up around 3:30 a.m. in the morning. All was pitch dark and quiet outside, as the city is a bit of a bible belt and the shuts down on Sundays pretty much.
We both lay beside each other in darkness, quiet, not speaking to each other just relaxing. A minute or so had passed, and I began to hear giggling/singing coming from outside our window, sounded like little children right outside our front door. I didn't say anything.
It lasted about 6 seconds, but I'm laying there wondering "What are little children doing up in the streets at this hour in the morning?" not possible, I thought. But before I could sort out my thoughts, I heard my husband quietly call my name. He summoned me to peak out of a small opening in our bedroom window, which was covered in blinds except for small area in which you could see a very limited and small portion of the night sky.
It was a green glowing light, and behind the light you could see a distinct shape, it was grey in color, maybe just a few shades lighter than the night sky but you could definitely see it. It was triangular, but more like a boomerang, and the edges were curvy and round and not straight edge. It was slowly moving back and forth, left to right, but not automatic like a pendulum but every now and then sporadically. There was no sound that we could hear from indoors with the window cracked slightly open. We are unsure how far up in the sky it was. Judging by my past sightings in 1997 and 1998, I think it was further up in the sky than both of those as they seemed very close. However it was hard to get a vantage point though from indoors.
Before I took my first look at it, my husband said the light was blueish and not green, so it seems to have changed colour from blue into green. I should also add that while the other two sightings were like the Moon, a dull brilliance, this green one was more bright and there were weird morphing colour trails that looked a bit like rippling water colour that are hard for me to describe but they followed it when it moved. (note: I still don't know if that is describing it properly or not but its the best I can do)
I can't explain this next part other than to say I felt psychically that whatever it was in the sky, was not aware that my husband was observing it, but once both my husband and I were fixing our attention on it, it seemed to become aware that it was being observed, and became more still. I noted the time, 3:55 am. I observed it for at least 5 minutes, my husband maybe 10. After five minutes I went to look for binoculars. It was more important for me I guess to get a better look at it than it was for me to snap a picture of it. Besides that I had no film to take a picture with.
My husband was the one to last see it, he said it went behind a cloud and disappeared. We watched and waited, it never returned.
It wasn't till after the "UFO" had left that I mentioned to my husband the "children singing" I had heard right before it happened. He confirmed immediately that he had heard it too and wondered what it was. We have no idea why, but neither of us mentioned it to each other while it was happening or straight after it happened. Later we both went around the house to check to see if radios had been on and they were not.
I don't know why but I feel these children singing and the thing we saw in the sky were connected.
The language sounded almost like English but not enough to be able to tell what they were saying. For example it didn't sound so different than English as Chinese would, it sounded close to English. It may have even been English, I couldn't say for sure.
Additional Information:
Brian, this is an afterthought on the 2004 sighting if you want to add this or not whatever is fine. Its hard because there were two weird things in the same sighting, I don't know if the green light was in front of the grey boomerang looking thing or if it was attached to it, but they moved together in synch and both were weird and not normal.
Thank you to the witness for this report.

Parc Montcalm, Candiac Quebec Bright White & The Size Of A 747
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: November 19, 2004 Time: 11:45 p.m.
Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Star-like.
Full Description of event/sighting: It was a cold night of November, me and my friend were heading to Parc Montcalm, in southern Candiac, to play Basketball. This night I was feeling full of energy. When we arrived at the basketball court I felt a little chill on the upper-right side of my right eye. I then looked at the sky as a reflex and saw a really bright star. I thought it was a shooting star, but when I realize it wasn't that the star took a tight u-turn, accelerated in the other direction and disappear. Immediately the chill stopped and I felt weak. I asked my friend if he saw it and he told me he wasn't looking. the three next days I felt tired and a lot weaker than usual. I know what I saw, and it was not a shooting star, not a airplane and not just my imagination. I hope someone else will see a thing like this, because it convinced me, we're not alone.
Additional Information:
Hello Brian, Thank you for listening to my story, I'll tell you the details that I remember about that night.
Date: November 19, 2004
Altitude: The object was around 75 000 feet in the air, but it was so bright, that's maybe why it took my attention. How long: In standard time, around 5 second, but I had the impression I saw it for 5 minutes.
Which part of the Sky: North-north-west, it was between the horizon and overhead, like 45 degrees from me.
Description: It was far and fast, the only thing I can describe with assurance is, it looked like a star from the distance I was, it was a bright white, I would say it was the size of a 747 but in a star shape and it was really fast. Area: I wasn't in a suspicious place, it's only a ballpark with a basketball court on the side. And there is no airport or lab near my hood.
It was impressing, it was heading to a direction, west I think, and it suddenly change direction at a incredibly high speed, it was now heading north east and it was accelerating, than it disappear.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Halifax, Nova Scotia A Three Angled Chevron Shape Object
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: November 2, 2004 Time: Approx: 11:15 p.m.
Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Chevron, of sorts.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was out having a smoke on a balcony over looking the Bedford Basin and the Mackay bridge around 11:15 pm. I was looking up into the sky as usual, and it caught my eye. It was a 3 angled chevron shape...hard to describe. It was completely silent, and dark. It didn't appear to be lit up, but I did notice red sort of diamond shapes on it. Maybe they were the lights, but they weren't on? I don't know. But it's movements were very unlike an airplane. I see airplanes flying both low and high every night, and this was nothing like it. It flew in half an arc, then it appeared to do a barrel roll and then it disappeared. It was nothing like your typical UFO sighting.

Petawawa, Ontario Lights Appeared And Hovered
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: November 26, 2004 Time: 11:00 p.m.
Number of witnesses: +2 Number of objects: 9 Shape of objects: Reappearing bright lights.
Full Description of event/sighting: My wife and I were driving on Hwy 17 through Petatwawa and I happened to look over the base, and right before my eyes three large and bright lights appeared and just hovered there. They didn't move at all. A couple of seconds later 6 other lights appeared bringing a total of nine lights. It was hard to explain how high they were but they lid up the whole sky. Then one by one, sometimes two at time they disappeared. I know my wife and I were not the only ones who saw this because as the lights vanished in mid air. I looked down at my speedometer and noticed that I was only driving at about 15 km/h and so was about 4 cars in-front of me, and who knows how many behind me. They looked exactly like the lights in Phoenix in 1997. From the footage I've seen.
Additional Information:
Hey Brian,
Thanks for the quick response. I would be happy to give you more info. It's funny, the only reason why I filled this report out was because of a show on UFO's which I believe aired on TLC on Thursday night. When we first saw these lights we thought it probably had to do with the military base. But the show talked about the Phoenix Lights in 97 and I'll tell you right now...THAT is to the tee what we saw. I've never heard of these phoenix lights before and now I can't seem to stop searching for more information on what we saw in Petawawa, Ontario. The whole thing just sits in the back of my mind constantly since that show. I wish I could see them again. I wish everyone could see them again. Kind of getting tired of everyone shrugging their shoulders and looking the other way whenever I bring it up. Something is funky out there and I still don't know what I saw, but it was definitely something out of the ordinary.
I will give you some more info in point form with regards to your questions.
They were over the Petawawa Military Base. It was crystal clear and the lights were there for approx. 2 - 3 min.
There was no other lights aside from the 9 that showed up. I do remember though that the first 3 lights that came up were extremely bright because the sky was so dark and clear. Actually I didn't think to open the window, we heard nothing. They were all extremely bright white lights and all the same size. I wish I could tell you more. I wish I could tell myself more. LOL. I am more intrigued now than ever. You guys have a great site.
Thanks for your time Brian. It's great to talk about it.

Northwest Of Edmonton, Alberta Object Shoots Off On An Right Angle
Posted: January 1, 2008
Date: November 12, 2004 Time: 11:45 p.m.
Location of Sighting: N.W. 1/4 Sec. 24-57-5-5 Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Unknown
Full Description of event/sighting: My wife and I like to play a game while we sit around the campfire to see which one of us can spot the most "space junk" floating overhead in the night skies. We have played this game for over 10 years and have seen the usual objects (mostly satellites) that look like stars and travel in a precise direction silently through the night skies. Sometimes the object will be spinning and it will have a "fade in - fade out" twinkle as it travels. On some nights we can see up to a dozen or more objects over a period of 2 to 3 hours.
We moved to a rural acreage Northwest of Edmonton, AB in the fall of 2004. On the night of November 12, 2004 at approx: 11:45 p.m., I was walking outside from the house to another building on our property. As I walked, I looked up to admire the night sky. It was absolutely gorgeous. There were no clouds and the stars were breathtaking.
I saw a very bright object in the sky traveling from East to West. It was almost behind me as I walked and I watched it for about 5 seconds before I turned my head back in the direction I was walking. Then I thought to myself "that was one very bright piece of space junk" and turned back to take a second look. The object was exactly where it was supposed to be in it's path as I looked at it a second time. This time I actually stopped and turned my whole body around to watch it travel towards me over my house. I was just about to come to the conclusion that this object must be an aircraft with a bright light turned on, such as a landing light, when the object suddenly "shot off" at a right angle towards the South like a shooting-star at an extremely high speed and disappeared like it turned off the light.
I saw the light streak for about (arms length measurement) 6 inches before the light disappeared. This did not "fall towards the ground" like a shooting star. The object was originally traveling West at a slow rate of speed then all of a sudden was traveling South at a high rate of speed at the same altitude. There was no sound and I could not judge how far away the object was. I stood there for a moment and thought that this was the oddest thing I have ever seen in the night sky. I looked all over the sky for anything that looked "unusual" but it was just a spectacular view of the stars with nothing else moving.
Additional facts: I was inspired to submit this report after reading about the 1954 Mayerthorpe sighting. The Mayerthorpe sighting location is only 4 miles west of where 4 RCMP were shot last year. About 15 miles west of where my sighting in 2004 occurred.
Additional Information:
Hi Brian, The object left no trail or anything as it "streaked". No sound, nothing. Just a smear of light as one would expect as a bright point of light moves fast.
After the object disappeared, I looked all over the sky but there was nothing as far as the eye could see except stars. Nothing moving. I was definitely looking for anything else out of the ordinary. There wasn't any airplanes.
I immediately told my wife who was in the house what I saw. I did have a strange thought afterwards about the incident, that is, I wondered if "the object" took evasive action after it discovered that I was staring at it. It was coming towards me from over my house so maybe I was invisible to it until it was almost on top of me. Just a thought!
Thank you to the witness for the interesting report.

Mile 98 On The Alaska Highway Out Of Fort St. John, British Columbia
Posted: December 31, 2007
Date: October 6th, 2004 Time: 8:00 p.m. PST
Reporting sighting October 6th, 2004 at 8:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
Sighting was about l4 Kilometers east of Mile 98 on the Alaska Highway out of Fort St. John, British Columbia
My son (name removed) has a farm in a secluded area, with no electricity (has generator for electricity which was not running at the time) The interior of the house was lit by propane lights and there were no outside lights on. My son (name removed) was sitting out on the deck petting his dog on a clear night. The stars were visible. He looked down to open a chocolate bar wrapper when the light hitting his glasses made him look up.
He yelled Dad; Dad get out here now there is something in the sky. I bolted out the door which probably took me 5 seconds and it was no longer visible. He pointed up in the sky and he said Dad right up there where those stars are there was a big light shining down on me pulsating with different colors and it was up really high and it took off across the sky and disappeared. As he was explaining this to me all of the sudden as we were looking up a light the size of a pin head appeared and grew and pulsated to a very large size. This all happened in a few seconds. As the other members bolted out the door it disappeared and took off across the sky. This was l00 times faster than any satellite moving across the sky. The rest of the household saw a moving object leaving the area.
I am 66 years old and in all my years of looking in the skies I have never seen anything like this.
Thank you to the witness for this report.
HBCC UFO Research Note: I will be calling the witnesses to see what else there may be to the sighting. It is an interesting one for sure.

Full Description of event/sighting: While washing dishes in the evening I was looking out my window which faces due west. It was a very pleasant evening with only a couple of large clouds to the northwest backlit by the evening sun. There were two jet trails crossing from the northeast to the southwest from two jets that had passed earlier.
This is a regular route for them. I noticed a worm shaped object slowly travelling from southeast to the northwest. It was as brilliant as a welding arc and was travelling in a straight line. I called my husband to come and see this thing. He did and said it looked like a torpedo. It had no wings and was narrower at both ends. There were "sparkles" at the back end of it. We watched it until it passed behind a cloud and we waited for it to emerge following what we believed would be it's trajectory but it never emerged. The sky was otherwise clear and light blue. The whole incident lasted about 3 minutes.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Ville De Gatineau, Quebec Cigar Shaped Craft - Two Reports
Posted: December 31, 2007
Date: October 14, 2004 Time: Midnight
Location of event: Zenith on the right over my house. Number of witnesses: 3 Number of objects: 1 Shape of object: Cigar shaped like a comet.
It was midnight on October 14th when I looked out and saw a luminous object that had the shape of a comet. It was about one or 2 kilometers away in straight view. This is the 4th time I see this in less than 2 years, always in the same spot. I already contacted a local UFO group (www.ovni.ca) about it.
A previous sighting that happened on January 26th 2004 is well do*****ented. This phenomenon usually starts around 11 pm and ends around 20 minutes after midnight, always at the same spot and always in the shape of a comet, some kind of cloud shaped like a cigar that is not moving and is up in the sky above my house. I saw a small group of lights in a straight formation behind a cloud and another group in V formation of 5 lights not far from last night's phenomenon. I tried to take digital pictures of the event but it was too dark outside. I had other sightings previously that are investigated now. This one is simply unexplainable.
I went to your website to see if other people have reported this phenomenon.
Thank you to the witness for the report. Also I would like to extend my deepest thanks to my friend who done the translation from French to English for me.

Chilliwack To Langley B.C. Round Sphere, Cloud Or What ?

Message: Hello, This afternoon returning to Langley BC from a Soccer game in Chilliwack, I was taking pictures through the car window. One of the photos I took had a perfectly round sphere just above the tree line on top of a hill. I can't tell you if it moved or did any thing as I did not know it was in the photo until I put them on My Computer. Do you want me to send it? If so how do I email it to you?
Additional Information:
Attached is the photo I took yesterday. At the time I took it I had no idea there was an object above the hill or we would have stopped to watch it. It may be nothing, sure looks strange. I will be checking the area when we go to my Grand Son's next game in Chilliwack.
Thank you to the witness for the interesting photo and report.

Garden Bay, B.C. Sphere Of Light
Posted: December 31, 2007
Date: October 20, 2004 Time: Approx: 6:40 a.m.
Good Morning Brian, I have an interesting story to tell. Every morning when we wake up we open the patio doors so our cats can go outside (and graze on the grass). My wife comes and tells me one of our cats did not come back and she can't find him, so I get my flashlight and go out to the back yard just as he's coming in. I looked up as an extremely bright star caught my eye.
I realized that it was moving about the same speed as an aircraft, but it was one total sphere of light, although the shape was not distinguishable. It was travelling from South-west to North-east, silently. I had about a 10 second view before it disappeared behind the trees so I ran to the front yard and saw it again for about 4 seconds before it "blinked" out. This was today, Oct. 20, 2004 at 6:40 a.m. (approx.)
I saw the object approach and retreat, without any change in its brightness, speed, or flight path. There was absolutely no sound. Elevation at which it travelled was not discernible, but it was below the sporadic cloud cover.
You would think that with all my cameras, I would have had one handy enough to grab to snap at least one picture, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
Had this object passed during daylight, chances are excellent that no one would have noticed it. I'll try and do better next time.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

McLean, Saskatchewan Farmer Sees Unusual Objects
Posted: December 31, 2007
Date: October 10, 2004 (?) Time: Between 7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (Lights witnessed)
Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 3 Shape of objects: Sparkling Light Full Description of event/sighting: At approx 7:00 p.m. working fields, began to shut down combine as work was completed, just begging to get completely dark, noticed blinking light noticed in north - northeast moving in easterly direction.
Believed to be satellite but object became stationary and hovered in sky. Lights seemed to be sparkling. Object would hover for moment and then circle area. Object at times would vertically drop in stationary position.
Additional Information:
I called the witness today at his home and he was kind enough to give me some more detail on what he had witnessed.
The gentleman went on to tell me that it just turned 7:00 p.m. and dark out, so the farmer turned off his combine, got out and proceeded to walk back to his house. He could hear Geese flying overhead so he looked up, but the man could not see the birds due to it being to dark out. But while gazing at the sky he noticed what he thought was a green colored satellite traveling across the sky. The fellow didn't think alot about it, believing this was a plane or satellite until it came to an abrupt stop in the sky and sat stationary. Thinking this is rather odd the man stood watching and was surprised to see the object moving in a circular motion and continued this maneuver for sometime. At times the object would shoot off in different directions and disappeared. It eventually returned to the exact location from where it came from. The farmer said, he did not know of any aircraft that was able to move so quickly and carry out these amazing maneuvers.
Still observing this event, the object moved rapidly again across the sky and was gone. After a couple of minutes the fellow started walking once again towards his home and still thinking about the unusual sight he was witness to, he stopped, turned around and looked up once again to see the green light in the western part of the sky. The light/object was doing the very same thing all over again until it shot quickly to the northeast and at this point he was able to see a number of other lights which were positioned around the larger green light. The farmer did mention that the multiple dimmer lights seemed to flicker and reminded him of Christmas lights.
The witness ended up pulling out his watch and the time was now 7:21 p.m. and he decided he had better stop watching the lights and head straight back to the farm house. As he approached his home the man took one more look before heading indoors. All the lights had disappeared that he had been observing, but in place of these lights was one large one, which he referred to as a star-like light in the sky which he had not noticed before. This star-like object seemed to move side to side and quiver. Something else which he felt strange, was when the star-like object dropped many thousands of feet he believes, only to rise back up quickly into the same position it started from. Finally the witness called it a night, went into his home and later to bed.
The farmer did contact the airport to request any information on the sighting, also to see if anyone else reported what he was witness to. No reports have been filed as of yet that we know of. HBCC UFO found out about this sighting through the airport as they telephoned me.
One last thing, a neighbor who lived down the road a ways was outside and did observe the lights in the sky that evening but didn't pay much attention to them.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Ottawa, Ontario Anomaly That Looked Like A Missile ?
Posted: December 31, 2007
Date: October 27, 2004 Time: 6:45 p.m.
Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Anomaly that looked like a Missile?
Full Description of event/sighting: Hi Brian, Sky: partly cloudy illuminated by the full moon. In a field close to Ottawa, looking East in the vicinity of the moon, I noticed a strange line of smoke heading straight up, I can't say if it came from the ground because when I saw it was already in midair. The line started just in the middle of the course between the ground and the vanishing point. It was very visible due to the moonlight.
I showed it to my son and asked what he saw. Sure enough he saw the same thing. I took a peak in my pocket, found my small monocular (Don't leave home without it ) and look closer to that "Anomaly", keeping my thought for myself passed the mono to my son, he thought out loud what I was keeping for myself, It Look like a missile to him too... We could see a pale line of light atop the smoke and it looked like a burning thrusters.
We could not see anything else but the smoke and the orangey white line. It went up for a moment and when it reached approx: between 30 to 40 degree in elevation the trail stopped and we could not see anything after that. I did not see any explosion of any kind it just vanished leaving the trail behind for a while. Although it was far away I know IT WAS NOT a plane, we could not see any kind of lights, and it was going Up in a pretty straight line. I saw few commercials planes going to the airport of Ottawa as usual and a least one flying over, ordinary traffic for that time of the night. Some of the planes were coming from a eastern direction, I would guess that someone else must have seen it too. I hope they come forward. I don't know exactly the direction, it was East for sure and to the left of the moon but I can't say if it was NE or SE, I would have to go back with my compass. We were puzzled for a while, we have seen so many "Anomalies" that I have to shake myself to react and report them. If only more people would just look above more often they would realize that a lot is going on at night and in the plain sight of daylight. Keep watching!
God bless you all.

Vernon, B.C. Orbs Forming A Triangle
Posted: December 31, 2007
Date: October 3, 2004 Time: Between 4:00 and 5:00 p.m.
Hi Brian, I was watching the western sky, which had huge clouds on the horizon drifting in a northern direction. The sun was behind these clouds and the light was reflecting over the tops making the clouds greyer on the bottom. Underneath the biggest cloud were several small clouds about the size and shape of a golf ball at arms length.
I noticed one cloud in particular as it was moving in the opposite direction to the flow. It was a green-blue luminous bubble encircling the cloud and inside were three dark orbs forming a triangle with one at the top and two on the bottom. It immersed itself in the cloud following behind which was large, flat, and smooth compared to the fluffy clouds around. The bigger cloud disintegrated faster than its local clouds.
Take care

Oshawa, Ontario Round Circle Of Light
Posted: December 31, 2007
Date: September 20, 2004 Time: 10:30 to 10:45 a.m.
Location of Sighting: In Oshawa at the lake park. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: round circle of light centre was blue sky, reminded me of what a solar eclipse looks like at its peak with the outer ring of light.
Full Description of event/sighting: My mother and I were watching a small plane go by and head back north to the airport.
While we were looking up but turned to look south east we saw this circle of light, blue sky in the centre. We took pictures and watched with binoculars. It was quite far but with the binoculars the circle was quite bright, reminding me of a solar eclipse. We watched for close to 15 minutes as it moved slowly across the sky to the east and then disappeared. There was a trail of exhaust from the small plane. The circle was near the exhaust but didn't lose its shape like the exhaust. I have four pictures with the circle. It may be nothing but I'm curious as to what it was.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Between Smithers And Telkwa, B.C. UFO
Posted: December 31, 2007
Date: September 22, 2004 Time: 6:40 a.m.
A Telkwa resident called me this evening (Wednesday - September 22, 2004) to report an unusual sighting she had while driving on her way to Smithers B.C. which is approximately a 10 minutes drive. As she was driving along Highway #16 the witness was near the Babine Lake cut off road when the lady saw a bright light coming in a downward motion from the Telkwa Mountain Range heading in her direction. At this point in the sighting the light was reported to be a yellow/white in color. As the object drew closer it flew across Highway #16 at a low altitude (approximately two or three telephone poles in height). As the object passed in front of her the witness said the object appeared to be roundish in shape. Again still holding the yellow/white color, but the bottom of it had a light green glow to it.
The lady went on to say she thought what ever this was, was going to crash into the ground. But as it passed by she watched the object rise up and disappear into the cloud cover and it was gone ! There was no tail or trail following behind it. The witness was able to view the object for 15 to 20 seconds at the most. Being inside the vehicle there was no sound heard coming for the object. There were two other vehicles following behind the lady. As she slowed she noticed that the other two vehicles had also slowed, so it is a good chance that other folks traveling into Smithers also witnessed the object as well.
The witness told me that she was shocked to see the thing fly so low and of course not knowing what it was. Also the lady admitted that she was a skeptic until she saw this event unfold in front of her.
Thank you very much to the witness for the report.

Clay Hill Caledon, Ontario 3 Different Objects
Posted: December 31, 2007
Date: September 22, 2004 Time: 8:30 p.m.
I went with my friend to the Clay Hills tonight , a 1000 yards east of my home. It was around 8:30 pm. From here you can see the C.N. Tower in Toronto, which is around 40 km south west of my location.
My friend had mentioned she saw a odd looking star on her way to my house but 15 min., latter it was gone but at the Clay Hills we saw at least 3 different objects in the sky in totally different locations.
The first one was in the north west and it was very bright with almost a strobe light affect white, green and red lights, it moved very fast up and down, like the drop zone. My friend was having a hard time seeing the movements until I pointed out that if you watch it over the tree line it makes it easier to see which way it's going. She was amazed at how much it was moving. Then we looked to the east and there was another one, again it moved and turned in the same way, ( must be the same model ) This location is a very popular spot and people have jocked about it for years because these Clay Hills resemble a Mars like appearance. It in the country and it gets alot of visitors during the summer and at night it is a delight. I have been getting digital video of these objects but I'll be a while trying to figure out how to get it to you.
Thank you to the witness for the report.
