Toronto, Ontario Light Changing Colors (Video Footage And Photos)

Date: September 13, 2007 Time: 9:45 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Toronto. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 3 Shape of objects: Points of light with changing light intensity and color.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was on my apartment balcony having a cigarette. Noticed what I first thought was a plan. The light form it grew stronger and then weaker. The size of the light got bigger and smaller with the intensity. The color of the light was changing. From white to green to blue to red. The lights were pulsating in its intensity at an irregular interval. The spots did not appear to act like plans. I took some picture with my camera. Also took some video from same camera.

Hi Brian,

I have attached two of the pictures. They were both taken on a tripod as I scrambled to get it inside my apt as soon as I realized that I didn't know what I was looking at in the sky. The first one I took was with the flash on the second one I put the camera in night shot mode which was an approximately 15 - 20 second exposure. but they were taken one after the next. The reason I took them was because the light coming from them was pulsing at an irregular pattern and changing colour. As it moved in the sky the light intensity grew stronger and then weaker. Also with the change in light intensity the size of the light object changed from larger to smaller. Like a fuse does as it burns.

Interesting to note is the fact in the second shot if you look close you will find a fainter red doted line in between the two bright objects. That was a commercial type airplane ( I assume ) that flew into the shot. The dots are when the light from the plane were on. Compare the light source intensity of the other objects and you will see that it was far brighter than a plan. Also in the second shot one object took off and disappeared behind another building blocking my view. I must say here that I have lived here for 4 years so I am used to seeing plans but this was different. I am also a sailor and have raced overnight in the middle of lake Huron and know what satellites and the space station looks like with the naked eye. This looked like nothing I have seen before not even comets burning up. I also put the camera into video record mode and have a video clip of the objects.

It is dark but you can clearly see the light change colour and pulsate from red to white to blue. I can't send it in this email because its over the allowed sized so I will send it in another email right after this one.

Just so you know I went to school for film and I am a film teacher in college so I know how to take a picture but I was shocked to see what I saw.

Unfortunately the pictures don't quiet capture the pulsing nature of the objects but let me know what you think. The buildings in the back ground are Kennedy and 401 taken looking north east to give you an idea of were it is. The pictures are 6.2 megapixle resolution.

Comox, British Columbia Bright Orange Ball Of Light

Location of Sighting: Comox region. Number of witnesses: 5 Number of objects: 15-30 Shape of objects: Shape and color changing flying objects.

Full Description of event/sighting: The first night long boarding late at night (best done late at night due to lack of cars) There was a bright orange ball of light in the sky. Not as big as the moon, but much larger than the star. This was around 4:00 am, when dawn was breaking. To my surprise, there where other similar things higher up in the sky. I started searching the sky carefully to notice there where some of these "things" which changed color constantly from red, to blue, to white to orange etc. These sightings continued to happen each and every night after, more and more of these strange things in the sky. One of the last nights we used some binoculars and what we saw of these things on a closer scale was indescribable. I shall continue to watch the sky each night until they are gone.

Winnipeg, Manitoba Triangular Light Rotated 15 Degrees

Full Description of event/sighting: I was waiting for my dog to come in. I was lying on the couch half asleep when something woke me up. I was staring through the Venetian blinds in the kitchen. All of a sudden I saw 3 lights in a triangular formation. They did not change in their distance from each other. Then suddenly the group of lights rotated 15 degrees on the z axis. I knew then at this point it was a craft. It then left our atmosphere heading south. I have seen many falling stars, but the speed at which this object left was in my estimation, 10 times faster than any falling star I have ever seen. The sky was clear and you could see ever star in the galaxy. It was a clear night. I had Goosebumps all over my body right after the event.

Green Flare Outside Halifax, Nova Scotia

Date: September 16, 2007 Time: Approx: 10:30 p.m.

Clear night, waxing moon.

Driving into Halifax on the 103 highway tonight my friend and I both saw a thick green trail of light with a roundish head streaming downward out of the sky.

It was moving far faster than any plane and the light was much brighter and bigger than a plane or a shooting star. It was only there for a second and it appeared to be streaming toward the ground, or the sea beyond the hills (this would have been in the general area of Peggy's Cove, or Prospect, NS.) It was very bright green; definitely not natural-looking.

Vancouver, British Columbia Triangular Shaped Craft Flying Silently

Location of Sighting: Vancouver, B.C. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Triangular.

HBCC UFO Research Note: The witness wrote down the wrong date for this sighting report, the person had the sighting happening in 2002, a correction to the date was given when I replied to the witness. This is a 2007 sighting.

Witnesses Note: The sighting was actually this year, like only last week or whatever. I will try and get back to you more on this, however I am kind of busy at the moment. Just wanted to let you know the date was 2007 and not 2002.

Full Description of event/sighting: I only saw it as it passed directly over my head. There was no sound at all, and it just faded away in about 2-3 seconds. It was triangular in shape, had some orange and red hue to it (like little circles on the edges), but mostly white (very bright, brighter than the moon), with the point of it heading north until it faded out. I have ever seen anything like this in my life. The lack of sound and the shape had in me in complete awe. I wonder if anyone else form Vancouver saw this too.

White Rock, British Columbia Unknown Object Caught On Film (Pictures)

Description: My wife and I were at White Rock last weekend 09/08/07 and we were down at the ocean going for a walk watching the tide come in, I took some pictures looking out over Boundary Bay, when we go on these little excursions I like to put one of the pictures up as a desktop for a week or so just to remember the time out together, well to make a short story longer, I had this picture on the desk top and the other day I said to my wife that you could see something in the sky just to the right of center just over the white clouds. She said it was probably just a plain going by, I said it could be just something on the monitor screen.

Well this morning 09/14/07 I'm sitting here waiting for her to cook breakfast and I was looking at this thing in the sky again, So I went in to my picture viewer and started to zoom in on the thing in the sky and it started getting bigger so it's not something on my monitor screen, and if you keep making it bigger you can clearly see that it's not an airplane, It is round flat and has what appears to be three lights on the side we can see.

Looking at my map now 09/014/07 trying to get all the directions straight, I notice that the way we were pointing at the time I took the picture was right across from Boundary Bay air port, so chances are it is just a plane.

If you give me an e-mail address I will send you the picture and you can check it out for your self, just above the white clouds to the right?

Color/Shape: Round flat with what looks like three white lights on the side we can see.

Height & Speed: I didn't see it, it was just in a picture I had taken.

TV/Radio/Press: No.

Ottawa, Ontario An Extremely Bright Light (Second Eyewitness)

Message: Hi Brian, I could not register on your site as the module was not working. I wanted to respond to an article regarding the light in the sky seen in Toronto. I too saw it. I work the graveyard-shift in Ottawa. During my breaks, I star gaze. At 4:00 am Friday morning, I went for lunch. An hour later I came back and there it was, a light in the sky I had never seen. The light was not there earlier. The light did not move nor did it change color, however, looking at the photos you posted, it appears to be the same light I saw. At first I thought it was Venus, but it was way too big.

Then I thought it could be the reflection of the space station, but I believe that was not due to appear that evening. I rushed home, all the while keeping an eye on the object and when I got home, I viewed it with some binoculars. It appeared to be very bright and not completely circular (almost). I left it at 6:00 a.m. to check the news and some websites for any info, but could not find anything. Until my friend stumbled upon this article. I am sorry to write you this way, but I wanted to let you know that there are others who saw this. My friends think I am nuts, but I don't care. I saw what I saw and the fact that I cannot explain it makes me curious. I haven't seen it since (Friday the 14th). I think I need to buy a camera.

North Of Lift Locks Peterborough, Ontario

Full Description of event/sighting: I was fishing above Peterborough Lift locks after being with friends. I looked up to stargaze and I saw two objects in the sky that looked like stars. They were closer than stars and where not satellites. The two objects passed very quickly overhead and another intersected them.

I have 55 hours flying time and have a great interest in the sky. I know that this was not commercial aviation, or stars.

London, Ontario Three Points Of Lights Moved In Unison

Location of Sighting: London, ON. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 3 Shape of objects: Dim white points of light.

Full Description of event/sighting: My wife and I were walking to our car in a parking lot and were looking to the sky to see if we could find Orion. My wife points to something and asks what it is. I look and I see three points of light.

They were in the northern sky and pretty dim moving west to east across the sky. She tells me that they just appeared while she was looking in that direction. We followed the lights across the sky for about 5-7 seconds and then they disappeared.

They moved in unison as though they were all attached to one single object but they did not cast a silhouette in the sky that I could see.

If they had been stationary, I would have probably mistaken them as stars in the sky. They did not move like satellites and they did not flash or change color or anything of the sort.

I see one other person in this list that had a similar sighting a week prior to mine.

Canadian UFO Sighting Reports - 439 Reported Sightings (Updated)

Update takes us through until the end of 2007

*HBCC UFO Research* and *UFOINFO* together have received 341 written (and audio) UFO sighting reports from January 1, up until August 27, 2007 and I am sure the total number will climb as we still have four months left in 2007. Not included in the total number of reports is approximately 26 telephone interviews which we done and the reports have not been written up as of yet, these would include sightings from British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta.

Ontario still leads the Canadian provinces with a whopping 192 reported sightings, followed by British Columbia with 136 cases.

Total number of Canadian reported sightings so far for 2007 is 439 cases.

The sightings range from a spectacular meteor event over Ontario back in March of 2007, followed by a wave of unknown craft/objects. Stars and the planet Venus were another cause for some of the reports, the ISS (International Space Station) and Space Shuttle played a roll as well. Also aircraft were reported as being a UFOs. To round things off, there were a few UFO sightings that did turn out to be balloons, but although many sighting were certainly explainable, there were some really amazing cases in which no answers could be found, and I am still looking for a rational explanation for some events.

One of the most amazing UFO events took place over the Kelowna, British Columbia region on July 2, 2007 where numerous eyewitness in different parts of Kelowna saw a cylinder shaped craft, with what looked like fins on it, and on fire, ripped down through the sky and finally hitting the water on Okanagan Lake, British Columbia. The sound was incredibly loud and like a deep bass "womp, womp, womp" sound as it came down. The same object then reappeared from where it hit the lake, rose up and then sat and hovered in the sky. Meanwhile a cone or "possible" triangular shaped craft was stationary a short distance away from the cylinder shaped craft. What took place next dumbfounded all of the people who had watched the event unfold, the two objects started reacting to one another, and the best description given from the witnesses was like looking at tracer fire from automatic weapons, or in other words it was like the two UFOs were shooting at one another. After a short time of exchanging what looked like the two craft were firing on one another, a loud bang was heard and the cone shaped craft was nowhere to be seen. The torpedo shaped object was still hovering in the sky. It started moving from side to side and then a loud sonic boom and it was now gone. Needless to say, some witnesses screamed loudly or when watching had their jaw almost hit the ground from watching such a unusual event unfold in front of their eyes.

A couple of other interesting things happened not long after this UFO battle. A NATO AWAC aircraft did a couple of fly-bys over the Kelowna airport, when Airport Operations Manager James Hall was contacted, he confirmed that the aircraft that flew over the Kelowna airport was indeed a NATO aircraft, a modified Boeing 707 AWAC. Mr. Hall also said that they were not privy to their (military) operations or plans. Numerous unknown helicopters were seen in and around the area, more than the normal helicopter traffic one would see in the area. Also CF-18 fighter jets were video taped leaving the Kelowna airport, but this certainly may or may not have anything to do with the UFO battle over Okanagan Lake. I guess we just keep an open mind to the chain of events and hope for a break in the case.

Other amazing cases came in from Ontario and other provinces as well. I would also like to note, the 293 reported sightings came into just *HBCC UFO Research* and *UFOINFO*. There are many other UFO organizations across Canada and in the United States that are receiving Canadian UFO cases. So the total will be much greater for each of the Canadian provinces.

I couldn't even guess how many UFO reports were reported from the United States and other areas of the world. Most sightings do come into us from the United States and we are very happy to receive them, actually some of the best cases are coming from the U.S. and go back numerous years.

Vancouver Island, B.C. - 92 Year Olds Missing Time Update

HBCC UFO Research Note: The below report came in through "submissions" and I do not have anyway of writing the person back who sent the report in. I do remember the original report which was sent to me here at HBCC UFO Research, but when the site was shut down on October 20, 2006 for two months, alot of the date was lost in ftp-ing the site to my computer. All the data I have, which is literally stacks upon stacks of reports and other information is still packed up in boxes and I still have not got around to digging the material back out of the boxes.

I know from speaking to a number of different people on Vancouver Island, and other Islands off of the coast of British Columbia there was a "major" UFO/Abduction event which went on for a number of years, going back many years. If anyone of the Islands have had a missing time experience, I would certainly love to hear from you. Thank you, Brian Vike - Director of HBCC UFO Research.

Hi Brian, Last April I sent you the story of my 92 year old father and his missing time episode on Vancouver Island. I couldn't find the story in the archives but you might remember it anyway.

I have now discovered that he is not the only person who has had missing time on that part of the Island. Recently I was talking with a group of acquaintances and jokingly mentioned to be careful driving to the north end of the Island.....people or time tends to disappear for a while! Later a woman took me aside and told me what she had heard about a incident in that area. Although not the same as dads, it was similar. Apparently she heard about this rather second hand and didn't think too much about it until she heard my comment. It seems a woman who regularly drove that highway came to the beginning of Nimpkish lake and started to drive along the shoreline. It is a long narrow lake and within half an hour she should have been well past it and nearing the Beaver Cove intersection. However it seems she could not get to the end of the lake. She kept driving and driving and the lake was always there on the left side of the road. Frustrated and confused she eventually did reach the end of the lake and went on to her destination. However she was just over an hour late arriving. She had not stopped along the way and in fact had increased her speed trying to reach the end of the lake, but was still late.

Unfortunately my friend did not know many details but will see if she can track down the person who told her about this. It might not have been that remarkable a story except for its similarity to what happened to my father.

It would be interesting to know if other residents have had anything like that happen. Of course it could happen to visitors as well but if they didn't know the road they would not know anything was unusual.

Niagara River, Niagara Falls Ontario A Black Sphere Tilted (Diagram)

Date: September 19, 2007
Time: 7:05 - 7:30 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Niagara River, Niagara Falls. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 3 Shape of objects: 1 dark diagonal sphere object and 2 round shiny lights.

Full Description of event/sighting: Shortly after 7:00 p.m. while in a parking lot, I looked up over the tree line, and power lines and saw a dark, black sphere looking object tilted on its side.

No lights on it. No haze. Just solid and black. It was not moving at all. It was hovering, but completely still. It had a strange string of a partial tail on its right side angled down, but it also was not moving.

This was off in the far distance. It was completely stationary, and my husband and I stared at it for quite some time trying to figure it out.

At first, I thought it was a kite being flown at the park over the Niagara River. But the distance didn't feel right, to be able to see such a tiny flying kite.

It had to be huge, if it was a kite. And it wasn't a triangle, it was sphere-like. I pointed it out to my husband, and he saw it as well. The sky was still light out, and we could not make out what it was.

I do want to note this was away from the tourist area.

We got into the car, and decided to drive to the river to get a closer look. As we started the ignition, we noticed that a bright light appeared diagonally down to the right of the object, like a bright star.

And then another bright light appeared to its upper left hand corner, diagonally, and did the same.

This lasted as we drove for about a minute, and then we lost sight of it all in the tree-line. A few minutes later when we got to the river, the black object was gone.

The bright lights were gone as well. There were quite a few jets and airplanes that we could see flying up high and down low over the houses. I counted six moving in various directions.

As we drove to leave the park area on a busy road, a bright light like we saw before was suddenly seen in the sky behind us, and moving at a speed in the same direction we were headed.

It was uncanny, as it felt like we were being followed for a few seconds, and then it completely disappeared on us.

I was literally in my seat turning around, and trying to figure out where the heck this light went. There was no sound coming from this light. We had our windows down in the car.

Then another plane flew down and made a pass over the town houses. This plane we did hear. It was the slowest moving plane I ever saw. Lots of activity seemed to be going on. I'd be curious to find out if anyone else reports the same dark object or lights.

On another note, as I was searching for a link for your website to give a report, I came upon this site, http://www.hyper.net/ufo/reporting.html

On the front page is a picture of The Trent UFO Photos - McMinnville, Oregon USA. This photo is exactly what we saw. The same shape, color, angle, height, and even position above the power lines. (Except the tail) I debated even reporting anything, but when I saw that photo, I knew I had to send in something.

If it was a blimp or some kind of advertising campaign, I'd shake it off. But with the other 2 bright lights with it, the unidentified aspect drew our curiosity. We have no idea what it was now.

Hello Brian, here is the drawing you asked for. I didn't know how to represent the light coming down. The sky was still bright past 7:00 p.m. and one could see clearly.

It was surprising to see two star type lights as close, and bright as they were, and so white near this black object.

As for the tail, it was stationary and also not moving. It ended as I represent in the drawing, and did not seem to be tethered to the ground. It just oddly, ended and left us scratching our heads.

North Bay, Ontario Orange Lights

Date: April 25, 2007 Time: Approx: 2:50 a.m.

Message: My name is (full name removed) from North Bay, Ontario. I have seen the orange colored UFO. My Mom and I saw it when going to get coffee at around 2:50 a.m. I saw the UFO on April 25, 2007. It was big and very bright and it only lasted about one minutes at max. But it was a very cool site. I've also seen other cool orange looking shapes in the sky, around the Powasson, North Bay area. Anyway I keep an eye out for more sightings.

Huge UFO - Witnesses Have Close Encounter, British Columbia (Diagrams - Audio)

Just recently, on my September 9, 2007 radio show (The Vike Report) I interviewed a really nice lady who is now residing in Falkland, British Columbia. On the show she related a very interesting sighting to us all. Lottie and another person were driving along the highway between Vernon and Falkland, British Columbia when a moon sized object hovered low and right above them. The witnessed stopped on the bridge and sat observing this huge craft.

Today (September 20, 2007) I received a small package from Lottie, and inside the package was two wonderful diagrams which illustrated what she and the other witness saw.

Toronto Island Airport, Ontario Three Object With Solid Piece On Top

Date: September 1, 2007 Time: Approx: 2:00 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Toronto Island Airport. Number of witnesses: 10 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: 3 "balls" with a solid piece on top.

Full Description of event/sighting: During the 2007 Toronto International Airshow, a small, wobbly, thing was spotted rising from behind (south) the island airport, rising and increasing in altitude, flying north. This was after one of the scheduled air show planes flew (about 3/4 way through the show). My family and I witnessed this thing and couldn't identify it. We thought maybe some kind of weather balloon but then we wondered why someone would launch and air balloon in the middle of an air show. Also, none of us managed to take a picture although there were about 10 of us looking at the thing.

I have Googled for anyone else who may have taken a picture or seen the thing but have found nothing. It's very strange that nobody else would have seen this as there were many airshow viewers from the many high-rise condo buildings on the lakefront.

If you can tell me what the thing was, I would appreciate it.

Pickering, Ontario Unusual Looking Craft (UFO)

Date: September 12, 2007 Time: Evening.

HBCC UFO Note: I goofed up on the location for the sighting, I had written down Whitby, On, but in fact it was Pickering, Ontario. My mistake.

Hi, I was very interested when I heard on the news of a sighting of "something" in Etobicoke. Last Wednesday my husband and I were watching a program on television. We recently moved into the 4th floor of an apartment complex in Whitby, Ontario, and have very large windows, because of this I like to leave the curtains open at night.

I was looking into the sky at the stars and typical nighttime things when I saw two lights, just a typical airplane kind of lights but what caught my attention is that this aircraft was falling straight down at a very fast rate. I thought perhaps this airplane was crashing and told my husband to look, he ran to the window and was amazed, this aircraft was falling straight down, however the lights were facing us as if the aircraft was in flight going straight. After a huge fall downward it started flying straight again, it appeared to be flying directly at our building very quickly and very low. My husband ran to the back of the apartment to get a better view and he saw an aircraft, like nothing we have ever seen before, the best he could describe it was it looked like a piece of scaffolding with many white lights covering it, there were squares which you could actually see through the aircraft. We do not know what it was we saw that night, and have not mentioned it to anyone. When we looked up your sighting and saw your story we thought this might be of interest to you.

Outside Of Beausejour, Manitoba Orb That Was Stationary Then Descends

Date: September 19, 2007 Time: 11:30 p.m.

Approach_Direction: Downward. Departure_Direction: None. Witness_Direction: West.

Description: Roughly 11:30 pm, my girlfriend and I were driving home on the highway. I noticed a bright light in the sky, an orange orb that was stationary. It was too bright to be a star but could not be a plane, as it didn't move. I noticed two other vehicles parked along the highway gazing at the object as well. We continued on, and shortly thereafter The object descended downward towards the ground and disappeared in the tree-line. I would have pursued, but my girlfriend was frightened and wouldn't have it, I estimate it's position of landing to be nearby Birds Hill Park. (assuming it did in fact land)

I've absolutely no doubt this was a UFO in our atmosphere that quite likely touched down.

Color/Shape: Bright Orange, White-ish at the brightest area. Spherical, but it was quite fluorescent, like a star, so I cannot inform of any actual shape.

Height & Speed: Probably no more then three or four KM from the ground, It descended (in my very rough estimation) from that height to the ground in no more then four or five seconds.

TV/Radio/Press: I've yet to hear any other related information.

Winnipeg Manitoba, Linden Woods Three Lights Forming A Triangle

Date: September 19, 2007 Time: Around 10:00 - 10:30 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Winnipeg Manitoba, Linden woods. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Triangle.

Full Description of event/sighting: At 9:30 I arrived home, and found myself locked out until 11:00 pm. I decided to relax on a chair, and just wait for someone with a key to show up. At around 10:00-is p.m., I realized the back door may be open, so I decided to go check it. As I was walking down the walk way, I happened to glance at the sky (it was an extremely clear night out) and at that time I saw three lights, forming a perfect equal lateral triangle moving silently north. Never once changing distance from each other. I could clearly see many stars, and these lights were many times bigger then any stars, yet slightly dimmer. As the object moved north, it passed out of view over a house, and I ran into the street so as to see beyond the house. When I got there, the object was gone. It seemed to be moving at a fairly decent speed, nothing too fast, but at a very equal speed, and looked many times larger then any plane I've ever heard of.

Sidney, British Columbia Object Appeared To Be Flaming

Date: September 9, 2007 Time: 9:17 p.m.

Location of Sighting: North sky heading south east then turned east. Number of witnesses: 4 Number of objects: 2 Shape of objects: Round.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was on sundeck with a neighbor looking up to the sky (north) when I saw a ball that looked like it was flaming. It was heading southeast. My neighbor and I then called our wives to come out and see this object in the sky. There wasn't any noise. The object then turned and headed east and disappeared. The sighting lasted 2-3 minutes. A few minutes later another object that looked the same as the first appeared heading in almost the same direction. It to then turned to head east then disappeared. This lasted another 2-3 minutes.

Sidney, British Columbia Objects Looked Like A Bubble Of Fire

Date: September 9, 2007 Time: 9:17 and 9:22 p.m.

Location of Sighting: From Sidney looking North. Number of witnesses: 3 Number of objects: 2 Shape of objects: Roundish orange (fire).

Full Description of event/sighting: We saw what appeared to be a "bubble of fire" from a deck at the back of the house, slowly climbing into the sky and veering to the left and eventually disappearing as it traveled east. We saw two, one at 9:17pm, and a second at 9:22pm. They took identical paths.
