Description: I've been looking at reports on your site and came across the one in Aylmer June 2006. I witnessed those lights as well at Dairy Queen. I was waiting for a friends order to be ready when I saw the lights very high in the sky. They started in a straight line then slowly moved into a triangle formation. Eventually they disappeared one at a time. It looked like they left the atmosphere because they didn't speed off or anything, just faded slowly then gone.
Color/Shape: Orange, round lights.

Montreal, Quebec Black Sphere Surrounded By 10 Silver Spheres

Hi Brian, My 8 year old son and many of his friends have seen an odd thing in the sky last Tuesday. They were outside in the schoolyard and he first spotted an odd black sphere in the sky, surrounded by about 10 other little silver ones. The big one was kind of centered in the middle of the others.
This same big black sphere was moving across the sky along with the others, the little ones were kind of turning around the big one.
My son says that it seemed to be as high as a jetliner, but he really cannot confirm that. All of his friends who were playing with him saw the same thing, and they all stared at it for an entire 10 minutes (I'm adding a graphic made from a sketch that he made me). I know that they are quite young, but hey, these kids saw something ! He's not the kind of kid who would lie about something like that.
And a last funny thing Brian, the big black object moved at the end (just before it disappeared) and seemed to disappear behind the silver ones, just like if they were opening a door to the heavens.
Additional information:
Schoolyard, 10h00 AM on Tuesday May 2nd 2006 and the sky was clear with no clouds at all. Everyone was looking west towards it and they heard no sound at all. There's the Pierre Elliott Trudeau international airport in that direction, the main Montreal airport. I think that wraps it up Brian, but the number of witnesses may very well be more than 10, many people looked in that direction when they saw him and his friends. They were all very surprised of the sighting too !

Ottawa, Ontario Lights In A Triangular Formation

Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 3 Shape of objects: Roundish, 3 lights the colour orange pink, no blinking, no sound.
Full Description of event/sighting: My husband spotted them from inside our house. Three lights. Two in front and one behind making somewhat of a triangle. We didn't see any connecting lines.
They were orange pinkish in colour, (they reminded me of the highway lighting) quite bright and fairly large and round. We both wear glasses so lights may not look quite round to us. There weren't any blinking lights, nor red, nor green nor white. No resemblance to airplanes and jets at night, or even helicopters. They travelled from the NW to SE at a good speed and as they got further away they disappeared one by one. We couldn't hear any sounds from them like we can with other aircraft that we frequently hear.
My husband thinks it was a satellite with the reflection of the moon or sun. It was a clear night with no clouds and the moon was towards the west. it happened about 1 hour after sundown. I found it very strange and eerie and very much of a coincidence with other recent reports just last month just west of Ottawa and with the same light colour description.

Hi, As for how high they were, I'm only guessing. The houses on our street are 1 and 1/2 story homes ( post war) and there may be about 100 feet of front yard and street. We were standing on our front porch facing west and the lights were above the houses and we had to look up so I guess they were quite high up. If they had been in space then they were very big so I think they were within the paths that high flying jets take at least. We didn't see or hear any jets or airplanes afterwards. I should add that we are close to a major thoroughfare and surrounded by industrial zones. There is a train station down the road from us but I doubt that would have any effects. The only thing is that we didn't hear any noise except the traffic.
Usually we can hear helicopters, jets, private planes etc., going overhead, even hot air balloons ( those only go up early morning or around 5:00pm and are down before sunset.) My husband's idea was that it was a satellite that had just been launched from some country and we were seeing the two boosters and the satellite making their way into space.
I can't think of anything else at the moment except that I'll be asking around if other people had seen them. there weren't any news reports or anything in the paper as far as I know.

Well hello again, Brian. Never did I imagine that I would be writing to you, this quickly. I just finally made it out to the lake this past week, it wasn't until Friday that I arrived after putting all my unneeded belongings into storage and getting ready for the lake. I made it out there Friday afternoon and got all set up out there to continue building the cabin. Friday night I slept. I then worked on the cabin for most of the day and was relaxing in it that evening.
The night was windy and not really that nice out, no rain, just not nice. I decided to go to grab a bag of blankets from the RV that's parked down by the lake. Maybe 20 yards from the cabin. I headed out from the cabin and was half way there when I looked at my watch and it was 12:01 am Sunday May 7th. I then went inside to grab my bag of blankets. I was in there for maybe 15 or 20 seconds and I then stepped outside and was facing west and there, right in front of me was a elongated diamond light sitting in the western sky. It was the size of the moon. If you imagine the moon being shaped to that description of an elongated diamond it was similar to the one I had witnessed last August here, but there was a dark circle in the middle of it. I stopped in my tracks as it took my breath away.
It was very clear, very visible and so very out of place. I stared at it for about 4 or 5 seconds, suddenly there was a bright flash that lasted about 2 or 3 seconds. I quickly thought maybe it's a meteor or something burning up in the atmosphere, due to the intensity of the light, but I realized as it went back to it's original intensity, again that was not the case. As I already knew deep inside me. It sat there for another few seconds then it started upwards and towards the west in an instant. It was as small as a tiny star. I then followed it as it turned south for a second and shot up straight into space.
My heart was racing and almost at a running pace I headed back to the cabin. I won't lie to you about any of this. I was scared really, really scared. My hands trembling as I write down a quick description of the incident.
As I said, it was windy and there was a 3/4 moon which was off to the left of the object and not a part of the encounter. It was 12:02 am when I saw it. 3 am I was still there and still wide awake and still scared, not for my life, but scared of them.
Brian this is going to sound weird, but it was like they knew I was there and the flash was to let me know that they are aware I am back. It all sounds so crazy and at times makes me feel like I'm losing my mind. This is my second night there this year and they are back already. I cannot walk away from a project I have been working on for over three years building a log cabin. Even though I am frightened and very scared during that night, I have no choice but to continue to go back to my lake and building the cabin, I wonder what's next? How much more? Why are they seemingly focused on me? I wish I knew what is ahead as it troubles me. This whole thing troubles me enough to doubt my sanity at times. I will keep you up to date. I am not at the lake right now as I send this to you. I needed a couple days away from there to "rest" my nerves. If there is anything else that I can tell you, feel free to ask. I know I am probably missing other details but cannot think of them right at this moment.

Turtle Lake, Saskatchewan Flashes In The Night Sky

Message: Hello after reading about recent unexplained lights etc. around Maidstone, Saskatchewan. I decided to relate my story from the may long week end at Turtle Lake Saskatchewan 2006. My sister and I were at my cabin at the lake, enjoying the evening about 11:00 pm. on the Sunday night. While sitting on the deck I noticed an odd flash in the sky in a north west direction. Pointed out to my sister to watch. In a second there was another flash, then another two arm lengths in the sky far up. I have never seen any thing like that, have been a star gazer for years. There is nothing that I know of that can travel that fast across the sky in a "L" shape direction. I don't drink and don't do drugs. It reminded of the old time flash camera flash. But way up high and far away. Thanks.

Lockport, Manitoba Black Triangular Shaped Object With Lights

Full Description of event/sighting: Tonight a male friend of mine and I went for a midnight drive to Lockport to share company and enjoy the night. We parked by the water and sat on the picnic tables talking. After being there for awhile, my friend pointed and said to me to look over because there was a firecracker in the sky. I laughed and told him it wasn't a firecracker but just a satellite. He disagreed and said it can't be, it wasn't there when we got here. Then I said to him, well it isn't a firecracker either, it isn't exploding. It was a bright light that was hovering pretty low just above the trees across the waters by the rich houses, and it remained stationary for about ten minutes after my friend noticed it and brought it to my attention.
Next thing, he is saying, look, its moving now. I looked and sure enough it was moving slowly across the sky at a low height. As it came closer over to where we were I could see it was a black triangular shaped object with lights on the three points of it and it made no noise whatsoever. It freaked us out. We just stared hard at it as it went slowly over us and I could clearly see it. It had a red blinking light in the middle of the bottom where the two points are and it moved to slow to be an aircraft of any sort. We watched it slowly move across the sky and then it eventually went out of our sight. It was exciting to witness this but at the same time it was freaky and scary for us. We never experienced this before. We left right away as it creeped us out, to be out in the night and to see this strange thing in the sky. As soon as I came home at 2:30, I came straight on the computer to research on the internet and sure enough, there are many sightings like mine tonight and describing exactly what we saw in the skies. It was neat but it is scary and disturbing. It obviously is an advanced aircraft because I don't know of any normal aircraft that can hover stationary in one spot like that and hover so low without making any noise. Awesome to say the least, plus my cell phone was acting funny afterwards too and I believe it was because of that UFO we encountered.

Full Description of event/sighting: Sitting on the patio outside a bar on principle street in Aylmer at l`autre oeil bar. Three lights appeared coming from the river and came over top and they were about 500 to 1000 feet high, so everyone said what is that. I figured it was helicopters from the military base in Petawawa. They fly over often, but I had never seen as bright of lights and they were so low that 3 helicopters above we should have heard them, but no one heard a thing. Then the lights faded away one at a time until we saw nothing at all, even when the light went out we could not see a shape. It's like nothing was there. So people kept talking about that a little and then 20 minutes after that the lights reappeared coming from the river again. But this time there was a plane in the sky coming towards the lights. The plane seemed much higher then the lights. The lights faded one at a time but faster than the last time and there was a flash in the sky, not lightning. It was like a big camera flash and all was gone except for the plane flying above. What could that of been ? I don't know but even the owner came out the second time the lights came. Also the staff was standing outside to see it. It was really something and there was no noise at all. The lights in the sky were about the size of a softball if you look at the sky and would hold a softball with your arm stretched out towards the sky. That would be about the size of how big the lights were.

Parkland Area, Manitoba Multiple Lights Moving Around In The Sky

Full Description of event/sighting: The strangeness continues Brian. I was outside looking up at the sky about 11:30 pm or so on Friday night. I was on the front deck of the cabin and there was a pretty big system rolling through. The entire sky had lightning, but never heard any thunder. There wasn't any rain, but the wind was very strong probably 50km/hr gusting to 70km/hr. I was standing facing south towards the lake and when I looked up, I saw a small sphere that was bright with a white light. I watched with the thought maybe a firefly. With the wind gusting I continued to look up then I witnessed many of these small bright spheres fly in all directions but always overhead. They did not flicker, they remained lit. They were all over the place and all of them were well above the trees. I watched them for so long my neck got sore and I came in. I thought maybe lightning balls. I talked to my friends the next day when a sprite was mentioned, and I thought it maybe to be the cause of the phenomena. I discarded that thought the next evening. Saturday night I went outside around the same time and the weather almost identical to the night before, including wind speed.
I looked up and there they were again. They were up high but not into the clouds. There was more lightning, at least the clouds lit up. I never actually saw any lightning as I watched, yet I never heard any thunder all night long just like Friday. These objects were flying in no certain directions. They all seemed rather random in their directions and their speed. If I had to guess was maybe 70 to 80 km/hr there were between 30 and 40 (at least), each night. They were constantly lit up and only once in a while would one disappear then reappear. I watched them for about 15 minutes and went back inside the cab.
I have been searching for an explanation but haven't come up with anything. Maybe you have an idea? Anyway I am off to the lake again tomorrow. I will try to keep a camera around from now on. If you have any questions, you know I'll be around.

Gatineau (Aylmer Sector), Quebec 15 More Witnesses To Triangular Formation

Message: Hello, I would just like to say, I (along with 15 or so others) saw the same thing that was noted in the report of the UFO sighting in Gatineau (Aylmer Sector) on May 27, 2006. The only thing that I could add to that is that the 2 sets of 3 lights that we saw were in a huge triangle formation and were orange in colour. The way that they faded out one at a time was like a light would on a dimmer switch. They seemed to move together in slow motion and there was no sound. They all disappeared and then 3 more appeared around 10 minutes later in the same way and then faded out one at a time. My sister who lives down near the marina, saw the same 3 lights with some others on Friday night June 3 around 9:45pm. They said they looked like there were trails of fire or something behind them!
My other sister who lives in Wakefield has seen lots of things in the sky and has taken pictures of "weird" things around her yard.
Now that I found this site, I will keep checking to see if anyone has discovered what these things are.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was helping a friend with some easy yard work in which I spent most of the sky watching. At 5:14 while looking to the south and swinging my sight to the east I saw this object moving toward the west at a good high rate of speed. I grabbed my camera and took one picture. It made no sound and was moving against the wind in the vertical position. My friend was between the fence and some pine trees and he could not get out in time after I called him so he saw nothing.

I spoke on the telephone to a fellow who says he saw the very same object another witness observed in Fort St. Johns, British Columbia.
In this report, the gentleman did not even know about the sighting of a disc shaped craft being seen by another. He believes the object was metallic in color and what caught his attention to the craft was a flash of light which he noted coming off it. He thinks this was most likely caused due to the sun reflecting off the object. As the man watched, he thought he would go and grab his binoculars and when he came back the object was gone. There was only a short bit of time that had elapsed.
Something else worth nothing here is that the fellow reports seeing 9 jet aircraft in the sky earlier that afternoon, all leaving a contrail behind which actually made the sky misty for some time.

Langley, British Columbia Strange Light Sat Motionless At Approx: 100 Feet

Location of Sighting: 200th Street intersection - Langley, not sure of cross street. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Only saw a light.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving toward an intersection and noticed a light higher than the street lights but not terribly high in the sky (maybe 100 feet). It was motionless and very bright. There was no sound from it. There was not a lot of traffic so I was able to slow down and look at it. The night was clear with no precipitation.
As I watched it, it turned off, but not like a light simply going off, it kind of enveloped in, towards itself, if that makes any sense. When it was out, there was nothing to see, no other lights. It came on again for a few seconds, then went out again. I then saw a very small red light travelling very quickly east, (I was driving west) and then it was gone.

Full Description of event/sighting: They are still here. I went out at about 8:30pm to see if I could see them and they were not there. At 10:45pm, I checked again. Both of the objects were in their normal position. They didn't seem to be doing anything at that time, just sitting there. Even with the binoculars, there wasn't much movement and I couldn't really make out a shape, just a white dome of light.
I checked this morning at 5:00 am when I got up, but it was very overclouded. I would not have been able to see them if they were still there. I will keep you posted. I sure hope you can find someone to film this

Full Description of event/sighting: At 4:30 I was out on the balcony and could not see anything but the stars in the north and the east. I went back out about 5:40am when the sky was starting to clear and could see a brighter light in the east. I waited until 5:15 and went out again (it's cold out there) when it was even clearer. Now all the stars were gone. The quarter moon was still visible and the night clouds were moving off. There it was, between the tree branches in the east, a little towards the south. I am on the 4th floor, so the treetops are at my level.
I watched it for half an hour. Now all I can say, is that it seem to rotate itself while still moving off towards the southeast. Sometimes I could see the white protrusions with red at the end of them. Other times it appeared as a dome shape, with rows of bright white lights starting at the top and running down over the sides to a row of bright white lights at the bottom of the circle. It looked like about 15 rows coming down over the sides.
It is moving away, towards the south east which made it harder to see all the time. It was nowhere near as close as the other morning at sunrise when I could make it out very clearly.
There was still nothing to the north, but it was still very cloud covered that way when I came back into the house.

I was looking at the sky, like always when I saw the three triangular UFOs flying at very high altitude leaving no trace behind. They were very fast and traveled in formation and made no sound. I turned to my son and asked him to look up while pointing in the direction of the UFOs, do you see those UFOs, he said yeah.

Vernon, British Columbia Fast Traveling Orb

Hi Brian, at 9:30 pm tonight I was outside enjoying the clear night and bright sliver moon when I noticed movement from the south sky. It was an orb, under satellite height and moving a little faster than a satellite. It brightened for a second to a white brilliance, then dimmed back to the brightness of a satellite. As I tracked it's direction toward the WNW it accelerated in a straight line appearing to "take off" like a plane off the runway heading away from the atmosphere. Take care.

Full Description of event/sighting: Hey, my name is (name removed), I live in Hamilton, Ontario Canada. I have witnessed 3 UFO sightings over the past couple of months over Lake Ontario. In Hamilton there is a street called Burlington Street which goes straight towards the lake, so you can see a full view of Lake Ontario while you are driving. I drive this way every morning around 7:30 - 7:45ish. My first sighting happened about 3 months ago, when me and my friend were driving down Burlington Street at 7:45, there were clouds covering the lower part of the lake, but it was a bright sky above the clouds, now all these sightings have happen while I was driving, so we only caught glimpses of them.
All of a sudden we saw something shoot through the clouds and into the sky, leaving behind a straight line in the clouds. We thought it was really weird. The second sighting happen at the same time, 7:45, while were driving on Burlington Street again. It was a clear sky and we saw just a little swiggle in the sky, it was not moving, just sitting there. I have seen video of the exact same sighting before, it was very weird. But today's sighting topped everything, as we were again driving down Burlington Street and looking at the view of the lake, I thought I saw a bird gliding into the wind, but then I realized, it wasn't moving. My buddy and I started to take a closer look, it was a craft hovering over the lake. It was in a disk shaped form! Just sitting there watching all the cars going by on the highway. I know what I saw, and it was for sure a disk. I know that there is alot of sighting over Lake Ontario, do you know why I know. I've witnessed three of them. Full Description of event/sighting: Hey, my name is (name removed), I live in Hamilton, Ontario Canada. I have witnessed 3 UFO sightings over the past couple of months over Lake Ontario. In Hamilton there is a street called Burlington Street which goes straight towards the lake, so you can see a full view of Lake Ontario while you are driving. I drive this way every morning around 7:30 - 7:45ish. My first sighting happened about 3 months ago, when me and my friend were driving down Burlington Street at 7:45, there were clouds covering the lower part of the lake, but it was a bright sky above the clouds, now all these sightings have happen while I was driving, so we only caught glimpses of them.
All of a sudden we saw something shoot through the clouds and into the sky, leaving behind a straight line in the clouds. We thought it was really weird. The second sighting happen at the same time, 7:45, while were driving on Burlington Street again. It was a clear sky and we saw just a little swiggle in the sky, it was not moving, just sitting there. I have seen video of the exact same sighting before, it was very weird. But today's sighting topped everything, as we were again driving down Burlington Street and looking at the view of the lake, I thought I saw a bird gliding into the wind, but then I realized, it wasn't moving. My buddy and I started to take a closer look, it was a craft hovering over the lake. It was in a disk shaped form! Just sitting there watching all the cars going by on the highway. I know what I saw, and it was for sure a disk. I know that there is alot of sighting over Lake Ontario, do you know why I know. I've witnessed three of them. Vernon, British Columbia More Orb Like Objects

Hi Brian, I had a restless night, so at 4:30 this morning I was outside watching the Northern Lights when I spotted a globe (orb) very slowly heading east. This orb appeared to be very low in the sky. A short time later there was another globe very slowly flying south. This one appeared to be higher in the sky but also appeared to descend lower as it went south. A short time later there were two in the sky. One going north and the other going south.
It looked as though one was flying at a higher altitude when they passed each other, as it was smaller than the one heading south. All the orbs stayed at the brightness of the smaller stars and were moving slowly. Not like the other night when the orb I reported accelerated so fast, leaving no trail, that my eyes crossed following it. I checked the Heavens-Above to make sure that they weren't satellites, and hoping I read the chart right there were no satellites at this time.

Oshawa, Ontario A Falling Amber Light

Hi Brian, hope you well and not too busy. Indeed, the sightings are in fact growing in numbers, as I have seen it.Your site also gives confirmation on the stats/survey, of what's up. I have a sighting of something seen here, at home in Oshawa.Ontario. On Thursday, April 6, 2006, near 10:35pm, while outside having a smoke. I looked up above my neighbor's roof, facing west with clear skies. Directly above, at about 2000 feet, I noticed a falling amber light, which appeared round-like a falling star.
As I watched it falling at about 500-800 feet-as guess, from a couple thousand feet high. This thing leveled out, traveling about 100 yards or more horizontally and than faded out. The total time of this sighting was about 7-10 seconds. The last couple of seconds was it moved horizontally and faded out. The speed did not change from the turn. Do falling stars do this ? Can they appear "amber" in color as well?. I have seen falling stars before, which appear whitish blue. Not to mention that they keep falling straight downwards-then fade out. I have never seen one turn like this one, or color associated. I'm curious if there is a natural explanation? Take care and have a great weekend. Feedback would be appreciated.

Gatineau, Quebec 3 Orange Bright Lights With A Golden Tail

Full Description of event/sighting: Ok, Here's my story (Remember I was 100% sober).
I was just outside and about to pick up my girlfriend near St Raymond/ Tache Gatineau, Quebec Canada. I was enjoying the clear sky night and I saw 3 orange, bright lights with a golden tail of an unidentified flying objects moving and getting very, very close to earth. You can see it right above an apartment building close by.
First I thought it was an airplane, as they get closer and sparkling, they separate forming a triangle. I guarantee there was no noise at all, not air balloon and not helicopters. I have never seen anything in that kind of shape moving. I was in shock, freaking out. I saw a man on the street and had him stop, showing the sighting to him. He asked me if I had a camera, then I ran into my car, getting my digital camera. I took one picture and my battery was totally dead. To bad I couldn't take more pictures. The guy also took pictures with his cellular camera. I went to the A channel TV station to report the story, but I guess no one will believe me. I thought I would share this story with you all.
Myself, I do not believe in UFOs. But after my girlfriend and I saw this, I do believe in it now, crazy.
