Possible Sasquatch Signs Seen In The Forests At Juskatla British Columbia

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Hello, good to hear from you! I must tell you, right up front, I have never actually seen a Sasquatch. However, I grew up in the logging camp at Juskatla, BC, and I was night watchman there from the time, I was 16, until 2010. I am 32 now.

My duties had me traveling all over the tree farm license, often until 3:00 a.m. I had to keep tabs on the night shift crews, as well as watching for crooks, forest fires, etc.

I also filled in for the watchman at our Dinan Bay camp a few times.

In my spare time I explored this island quite extensively, particularly second growth forests, as I am interested in the WW1 spruce logging here. Spending so much time outdoors, I have witnessed my share of strange things.

A few years back, while exploring an area of second growth forest, WW1 vintage logging, I found something very odd. In a bit of a hollow, between an upturned stump and an old log, I found a deer skeleton.

Now, this was not an ordinary skeleton. All of the bones were neatly arranged, the long bones in one pile, vertebrae and ribs in another, etc. The ribs were all separated. I could not explain this, as a bear would not do something like this.

I still can not explain it. About a year later I was talking to an old fellow that found a strange thing near the Honna River, as well. Between two windfalls there were several deer skeletons. He thought that maybe a bear was using the logs as a trap. Maybe, but it could have been something else.

On one occasion I had to spend the night at an isolated area on a logging road, in order to maintain radio contact with three different machine operators. This area had so many dead spots I could not reach everyone from camp.

It was January, if I recall correctly, and the road was solid ice, with fresh rain on it. So bad in fact that you could not walk or drive safely on it, and two of our crew nearly crashed on the way home. I was laying sideways on the seat, back to the drivers side window, listening to music.

The weather had cleared up, and the moon was very bright. Suddenly, the hair on my neck stood up, and a tall shadow went slowly by the truck. I carefully reached my foot to the clutch, and started the engine.

The shadow vanished, and I did not see anything that could have made it. No hoofed animal could have stood on that ice, and I could see no tracks. Whatever it was, it scared the hell out of me! Later that week, Dad saw weird footprints about two miles from where I was parked.

He operated the grader, and was the first person into the area after some fresh snow.

He told me they did not look human, and were not from a bear. "sort of like a human-bear" I think were his words. I had not told him about what happened to me until he mentioned the tracks.

In the same area, kilometer 5 on Canyon Mainline, at least three nights in a row both myself and one of the operators saw a strange light. It was a constant, un-flickering light, orange in colour. After seeing it two nights in a row, I lined my truck up with some stumps, and took a rudimentary sighting on the light, so I could return in daylight and determine where it was in relation to the old logging roads.

It turned out to be a side hill in the middle of nowhere, quite a distance from the nearest road. Not really Sasquatch related, but strange and mysterious nonetheless. My Dad and I saw a similar light near Juskatla when I was a kid, and we could never figure out what it was.

In 2007 I was filling in for the Dinan Bay watchman on weekends, during a forest industry strike. The regular watchman was a close friend, and a very stable fellow. Non drinker, did not use drugs, much like myself.

He had told me a few weeks earlier of hearing strange noises at night, to the point that he was scared to leave the bunkhouse after dark. I figured he was hearing raccoons.

Anyway, the first night he stayed there with me to show me the ropes, and while we were watching TV at about 10:00 p.m., we were startled by loud banging under the bunkhouse.

Actually, it seemed to be against the floor, right under our feet. It actually shook the whole table, and seemed to be from a creature with great strength. My friend wanted to go out and see what it was, while I was with him.

Evidently this had been happening very frequently, and was driving him nuts. Frankly, I was not too keen on going outside, myself! We armed ourselves, I with a .303 Lee Enfield and he with a 12 gauge shotgun.

We went outside as quickly as possible, but found nothing. No tracks, as the ground was all rock. Later that night, I awoke to strange noises outside the bunkhouse. It sounded to me almost like the noises two ravens make when the talk to each other, only really loud.

There were two distinct voices. I stayed in bed listening to this, not sure what to make of it. It was actually quite terrifying, and made all the hair on my neck stand on end.

After a few minutes, the voices stopped, and there was a really loud, thwack, thwack, thwack,  much like the noise made when you whack a carpet.

I jumped out of bed and tried to get a look at whatever it was, but the window was too filthy to see anything. I never slept a wink the rest of that night. My friend never heard a thing, he slept on the other side of the bunkhouse where the genset drowned out all noise.

In the same area, we went exploring to the mouth of Prospect Creek, where we were told there was an old cabin. We found no cabin, but what I did notice were branches broken all over the place, at a height that I could not quite reach, and I am 6'2".

I have not seen that anywhere else on the island. Walking along the beach, we came upon a small clearing, a grassy area, that seemed to be used as a toilet by some creature. What creature, we do not know.

The turds were green, and roughly the size of large lemons. There was a huge amount of poop, in varying states from nearly dissolved, to almost steaming fresh. It was not like any bear droppings I have ever seen, and the piles were huge!

It was similar to elk droppings, but I am confident it was not from an elk. Any ideas?

Hope you find my experiences interesting.

Diamond Driller Finds Sasquatch Tracks In The Harrison Lake And Up Toward The Fraser Canyon In British Columbia Canada

Diamond Driller Finds Sasquatch Tracks In The Harrison Lake And Up Toward The Fraser Canyon In British Columbia Canada

I live in Merritt and am very interested in the Sasquatch. Do you know of any sightings around this area of British Columbia?

Thank you for your reply, I could not find anything about Martindale’s sighting, it really does not matter. I seen the tracks when I was diamond drilling on the east side of Harrison Lake up toward the Fraser Canyon.

It walked up where we had a wash tub tied with wire to catch water for the drill, the property we were drilling was (company name removed) and it was a molly property (Molybdenite) and after we saw the tracks, we were told by the owner of the claims that (name removed) from Hope was packing samples out of there years before and they were struck by a blizzard and they found a cave to take shelter in and then got looking around in the cave and found beds lined with grass that were up off the floor, he assumed they were Sasquatch beds.

I thought you might like to know about this, Spuzzum was where you would have come out in the Fraser Canyon if we had of continued on through the mountains.

Image Below: Map of Harrison Lake, B.C. and the surrounding areas.

There was a hot springs down the valley from the camp where we would go and bathe/soak some evenings and that was the same area that the cave was supposed to be in. There was a path down to the hot springs that we used and it was made by game in the area, although we used to see a female grizzly with a cub, she treed my helper once when he went down to the camp for gasoline.

We had to go looking for him when he never returned and he was in the top of a cedar tree hollering to watch out for the bear. I also think the path was used  by the Sasquatch, but we never looked for tracks as we had not yet seen the tracks up above the tree-line where we worked.

We also had a prospector that walked the area picking up samples and he was never bothered by the Grizzly as he tied a metal pie plate around his neck and hit it with his hunting knife as he walked.

He said the early warning was what the bears needed.

Hope you find this interesting.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Sasquatch/Bigfoot Or Something Else Scares River Valley Explorer In Edmonton Alberta

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date:  Weekend of the 13th – 14th, 2014

Time:  Daylight sighting.

Hi my name is (name removed) I am a very avid River Valley explorer in Edmonton. I spend on average 30 hours a week hiking the ravines off trail River Valley spots and the very remote areas.

I was in Sheriff Patterson ravine, deep off the trail just quietly walking and taking pictures when I heard a loud noise in the trees on the opposite side of the ravine.

It scared me, so I crouched down to let it pass. When I crouched down it seemed to stop moving as well. That is when it really started to scare me, so I stayed very still.

I waited about a minute and then it ran through the trees very quickly and was outta sight. At first, I thought it was a deer because of its size and colour, but when it ran by it clearly was not a deer, it was larger and moved nothing like a deer, wolf , or bear.

It moved almost like a human, but a lot faster. I was then scared, absolutely shitless and briefly went to check for tracks, finding no animal paw prints, my fear reached a staggering level.

I hightailed it out of the ravine and back to my car sweating, panting trying to figure out what I had just saw. I don't know what it was, but I think it deserves further more investigation.

I went back the next day and looked for tracks again, but all I found was broken trees and trampled bush and grass. This happened last weekend and I have been bothered by it since.

I have not went back to this spot in particular, but I want to. That same day I found a den sort of shelter made of rocks piled up, not your typical shelter a human would make.

I think it's living there and it scares the crap out of me to go back, but curiosity eventually will get the best of me. I need some help with this one.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Close Encounter With A Sasquatch Port Renfrew Vancouver Island British Columbia (Telephone Interview)

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Also in the telephone interview and in this audio clip the witness describes an encounter of an alien being.

Listen to Marie in the interview talk about her experiences, please visit the following link: https://jmp.sh/HUk5nEC

Date: Summer 2004

Time: Midday.

Location of Sighting: Port Renfrew Vancouver Island

Number of witnesses: 1

Number of objects: 1

Shape of objects: Sasquatch.

Full Description of event/sighting: Hi Brian! I just read the post about that Sasquatch sighting in Port Renfrew; the same thing happened to me in the summer of 2004. We had a mineral claim up an abandoned logging road just outside the village of Port Renfrew. One afternoon, I was alone at the trailer, my husband was working. I had to go to work myself in the afternoon, so I got in the truck and started driving down the old road.

Not even a 100 meters away, I saw what at first I thought to be a bear, because we knew there was a big and also a smaller bear hanging in the area. So I started to stop the truck. It had come out of the bush from the left side of the road, where the land drops quit a bit, and when it got in the middle of the road, it froze, seeing my truck coming. Then he bolted towards the other side of the road, where there was a rock face.

There's actually an animal trail going up that rock, and also another abandoned road on top of it which is totally over grown. I remember freezing myself, because my brain couldn't understand what I was seeing. It was impossible a bear could just come out of the bush, standing up, walk on the road and then start running, still standing on two legs, and hop up the trail! It was dark brown, about 7 foot tall, walked like a man.

I could see it clearly because by the time I stopped the truck, it wasn't even 20 meters away and it was on very a bright day. I saw it's face when it turned around to look at the truck. It really did look like Sasquatch depictions I have seen up to now. I remember getting of the truck and checking the road and up the trail if I could see anything. But I didn't find anything. I didn't hear or saw it again afterwards.

Also in the telephone interview and in this audio clip the witness describes an encounter of an alien being.

Trace Unknown by Barbara Ann Campbell

Trace Unknown

by Barbara Ann Campbell

Bigfoot, an unknown species of animal, would be able to survive in the same environment, living off the same food sources as known species in the target area.

The animal's activities would bare striking resemblance to the grizzly bear, black bear, cougar, wolves, ungulates and porcupine. Perhaps that would explain some of how it has managed to have eluded our attention.

Inside, Barb has compiled an extensive profile on Bigfoot and shares her discoveries of the first year of operations. This book is reference material for the serious Bigfoot field researcher. Campbell is a former UFO and paranormal researcher.

She has also served as a forensic investigator of unexplained animal deaths (UAD), aka animal mutilation cases, and has appeared on Cattle Killers episode of MonsterQuest.

Brian Vike Investigates Sasquatch Tracks In Northern British Columbia (Track Photos)

From Brian Vike's UFO Files.

A little history about Moricetown and it's kind people. Wet'suwet'en First Nation community is located north of the village of Smithers is called Moricetown, B.C.

The Wet'suwet'en people (kyah wiget) is one of five native communities living near or on Hwy 16. The valley around Moricetown Canyon was once a traditional fishing ground visited by five clans of the area.

Fishing the Bulkley River was a big part of the Wet'suwet'en First Nation way of living. The clans would first meet in Telkwa in the spring, mainly to visit and celebrate their heritage. Then later the 13 houses would pack up the village and proceed to Moricetown for their summer fishing season.

Using gaff poles (spruce tree pole with a steel hook and bound by rope) the First Nation fisherman would wait patiently perched high above the river standing on exposed river boulders waiting to strike and hook the fish as they swim by underneath.

Today, the First Nation still fish the river but use deep nets mostly.

In Moricetown, during the summer, the Wet'suwet'en First Nation people would erect smokehouses, drying racks and fish traps. The men would set out to catch fish while the women would hike up the mountain to collect herbs and medicines.

After returning the women would start to preserve the catch. In the fall, after catching fish the focus of the hunt would shift to mountain goats, ptarmigan and caribou.

Once sufficient preparation was completed, the Wet'suwet'en people would hold various feasts celebrating the harvest. The general meeting of all the people was an opportunity for the chiefs to deal with clan business and for trading goods among houses.

The feasts would last for days and would be celebrated by many houses. Many feasts later the clans would start to return to their villages in preparation for winter - each clan's departure date depending on the length of the journey back to their village.

Once home the clan would work on their longhouses, stacking firewood, and finishing repairs so to securely store their food on stilts inside. During the winter the elders and their wives would prepare for next seasons hunt and children would learn about hunting while maintaining the longhouses.

Moricetown is located 30 km west of Smithers and 31 km east of Hazelton, BC on the main highway of the region known as Highway 16. Follow the signs. Cannot miss the community.

It was just another early morning in Houston, B.C. I got up and turned on the computer and we went to feed the deer which were waiting as they do most mornings. I came back in, checked my computer and there I found a few UFO sighting reports which I still have to work on, but it was a telephone call that came in that grabbed my attention. A lady by the name of Melvina was so excited to tell me what had taken place in Moricetown behind her mother's home on March 8, 2009 after dark.

On Monday evening Melvina's mother heard an awful racket/strange and loud noise coming from the back of her property.

It certainly did frighten her as the sound was so very unusual and the dogs certainly were going wild over what was happening. She contacted her daughter and Melvina came down the next day to look into what took.

She put on a set of snow shoes and headed out into the forest. In the open areas, (not under any trees) the snow would have been approximately a foot and a half in depth. Under the trees the snow pack was only inches deep.

As Melvina made her way over the snow and under the low hanging spruce branches she glanced ahead of her to see tracks in the snow. Even from a short distance away the tracks appeared to be unusually large.

Soon she was shocked to find a large foot print that really should not have been there. Melvina did look around and after a short while she headed back to her mother's home, ran inside and told her mom what she had discovered and called the Peak FM radio station in Smithers, British Columbia as it was one of the closet media outlets. One of the staff members at Peak FM gave Melvina my telephone number and then she contacted me.

As I listened to her telling me some of the details of what she witnessed in the snow, I became more and more interested as I started to believe we may really have found something here. I asked when would it be okay for me to drive out so I could have a look at the tracks. Melvina said any time was fine with her.

Knowing the incident took place sometime after dark on March 8, 2009 and I got this call on March 9, 2009. I figured I had better get going as quickly as possible before bad weather moved in. I packed the necessary things I needed, and rang around some friends looking for some snow shoes.

I grabbed my backpack and headed out the door, into the truck and was driving out of Houston toward Moricetown here in British Columbia.

After my hour and a half drive I arrived in Moricetown and easily found Melvinas mother's home. There I met her mom, Melvina and three other family members. All were really kind to me, some bringing out there digital cameras to show me the pictures they took of the tracks.

After seeing these I was hooked and excited to get out to the back of the property to look around and see with my own eyes.

Five of us took our time walking over the hard packed snow until reaching the area where the tracks were discovered. To my surprise and excitement there they were, just as Melvina had told me.

Why I mentioned that I was surprised, is that I have taken many a long road trips to visit folks who have claimed to have had a UFO or Sasquatch encounter, only to find out someone's imagination was running a little wild! It can be more than frustrating!

Below is the first track I was shown. You will notice I do have a plastic ruler beside the foot print and this does not cover the entire length of the track. This one track measured 17 and a half inches in length and what appears to be three toes imprinted into the snow that can clearly be seen.

The width across the front part of the foot (outside of left toe to outside of right toe) measures seven inches in width. The arch part of the foot measures 5 inches across and at the back of the heel, this measured 4 inches wide. It sunk down 8 inches into the snow.

Next picture is another look at the track from a different angle.

Next picture shows the length of the stride of the creature which measured 3 and a half feet in length.

What I found really interesting was that there was a creek down a very steep incline. This was some steep hill and went a long way down to the bottom. The creature walked up the hill in about a foot and a half deep snow not breaking it's stride which were close to the same length, 3 and a half feet or better.

There was also another surprise for me, in one of the tracks at the back end of the heel, there we found droplets of blood caked into the hard snow.

This portion of the iced snow was dug out and brought back home with me so we could have it analyzed. Barb Campbell at UAD Research in Saskatchewan (Site Closed) will be receiving the blood sample and a hair sample for testing.

For the below picture, the blood never was tested, mainly due to the costs.

Next Picture shows trace with blood inside the track, This may have been blood from a Moose that did walk through the area. Made me wonder, was the Sasquatch following the Moose for food.

Next picture is a photo of a hair sample, although very hard to view. This will be tested to see if it is anything out of the norm. Update: Hair turned out to be a Moose hair. Thanks to Barb Campbell for her identifying the hair from a Moose after her testing.

Next picture is another photo of the same track, without ruler.

This gives an idea of what I was looking at, there are more photos, but I can't post them all.

I have added a few more pictures below.

The northern part of the province of British Columbia is certainly a hot spot for sightings of the Sasquatch.

In the latter part of 2008 numerous sightings were reported to me, also Sasquatch footprints were discovered in Burns Lake by a couple of Mormons.

Photos were taken of these as well. On my trip to Moricetown I found out about other Sasquatch sightings that have taken place in there last year and years past.

If anyone has been witness to Sasquatch, please send me an email with details of what you saw. Please remember to include the date and time and location. (Town/City – State or Province) and as much detail as possible.

Sasquatch ? - Prince George British Columbia Canada

Posted by Mel.

I heard the most angelic 1 whoop sound at about 2:00 a.m – 3:00 a.m. when having a cigarette outside. The next morning I noticed my bear proof garbage can was open and contents gone through. There was a few bags on ground ripped open.

This was in late September 2013 in Prince George, British Columbia Canada. PS same day.

I have been attracting them by howling from a moving car, so my sound echoed through the ravine below about 2 blocks from home. The same ravine with a creek runs along my property.

Possible Sasquatch Sighting On China Nose Mountain Outside Of Houston British Columbia

A sighting of something took place on August 6, 2013. From the sounds of it, a dark figure like person was seen ascending the face of the mountain.

Video has been sent, but pretty hard to see anything. So waiting on a picture taken by someone else who was in the group of people.

If anyone may have been in or around the area, in between Burns Lake and Houston, B.C. on August 6, 2012, or for that matter seen Sasquatch in this area, would you please drop me a line. Also I will be driving to the area to look around.

Thank you

Sasquatch Lifts Truck Onto It’s Side North Of The Strathcona Dam Campbell River Vancouver Island British Columbia

I live in Campbell River Vancouver Island British Columbia and have had experiences like that person had. You wouldn’t believe I will not go into the woods alone anymore, not even in my truck.

I had my truck lifted and placed on the passenger side one night while parked waiting for a friend just north of the Strathcona Dam right on the Gold River Highway.

Whatever it was ran right back into the bush where it had come from and screamed exactly like the guys on the “Finding Bigfoot” show. I took off right away and called the police and all I got was laughed at since there was no damage done to my truck.

Vike Factor Note: The person who sent this report to me, could you please send an email to me at sighting@telus.net, thanks a bunch.

Did Hikers Accidentally Take A Picture Of Sasquatch While Hiking In Jasper Alberta Canada ?

I have had a sighting 10 years ago. I was 15 and we went on a hike up a mountain in Jasper, Alberta Canada.

A friend and my sister needed to go to the bathroom while on this hike, so we drifted into thicker bush.

We have a camera that would go off if you hit it hard. So as we were running into the bush, it went off and took a picture (trying to find it since Bigfoot hunting has become so popular), but it took a picture of what looks like a hairy thing standing on two feet with a head shaped like an ape.

Will post if I find the picture.

If you have seen anything like this in the same area please be kind enough to contact Brian Vike at: sighting@telus.net with the details of your sighting. All personal information is kept confidential.

Possible Sasquatch Signs Seen In The Forests At Juskatla British Columbia

Sasquatch Maybe In The Area 80 Miles Northwest Of Prince Albert Saskatchewan

Date:  August 16, 2012
Time:  12:30 p.m.

Hi Brian, I have been listening to you on Rense for many years and am always interested in the reports here in Canada.

I don’t want you to give out my name, but would like to tell you about something that is ongoing.
We have a place 80 miles North West of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. There are trails that I groom for a small resort.

On Thursday August 16, 2012 I was mowing one of the trails that is about 3 kilometers in the bush away from the resort, there are not many people around here and a great deal of government land for many kilometers.

On the one section of trail I kept hearing noises above the sound of the lawn mower, at the same time got the feeling that I was being watched.

I stopped several times to look around thinking that there might be a deer, moose or more importantly a bear around, but I never saw anything and kept mowing.

I came across several young trees about an inch to a inch and a half thick that had been broken between 6 and 7 foot level. Initially I thought it was a moose or elk passing by, but later changed my mind.

I had been mowing for several hours, it was 12:30 p.m. so I parked the mower on the trail and walked back to my cabin for lunch, about 50 minutes later I came back.

Where I had parked my mower there was a young tree freshly snapped at the 7 foot height.

I know this was not broken before because I was working on that trail and the way the tree was broken, it came across the trail making it necessary to duck in order to pass.

This was within 3 feet of my mower at that point. I started looking carefully for more broken trees, I saw several, some fresh and some a day or more old, it was only in that area though, along that section of trail.

At that point I still was not sure what was doing this, I know no human was on the path during that time, and after experimenting with some other trees came to the conclusion that it wasn’t an Elk or Moose. I could take a similar size tree and bend it to the ground and the tree would spring back up with no harm done.

I checked the trees for antler scrapes or claw marks, but found none. At this point I started thinking the only way to break a tree in this fashion would require something resembling a hand in order to brace the tree and another hand to pull it down and snap it.

That evening I put up a trail cam, but only caught a small doe and her fawn. I intend to do more, but was leaving the next day and won’t be back for a couple of weeks.

After going on the internet and seeing what signs there were where Sasquatch were suspected, I recall a couple more things that at the time I ignored.

With the broken trees and sounds, I also smelt an odor that at the time I put off to a skunk, it was a little different smell but close enough.

I even remarked that the smell had moved from where I had smelt it in the morning when I took my son on the trails in the evening. Also I had come across an area where several branches had been piled against a tree in a crude shelter.

I had put it off to kids playing and that still could be the case. In the past my dog would at times freeze and not continue any further, the thought that maybe a Lynx, Wolf or Coyote was nearby and she was scared and we usually headed back to the cabin.

We hear Coyotes and Wolves most nights, sometimes very close. On the trail that evening she froze and didn’t want to continue, with a little coaxing she continued, but stayed by my side and didn’t go on ahead like she normally does.

When I get back I will be putting the trail cam back up and taking some pictures.

Sasquatch In Campers Campsite At Bear River Saskatchewan

Date:  August 2012
Time:  Approx: 1:00 a.m.

My younger sister just told me a very interesting story. The story is that she and a few other relatives were camping at an area where they go harvest wild mushrooms each year.

During the day they found very large footprints and the being was in their camp and ate some soup that was left in a cooking pot.

When they looked in the pot, they found the soup to be extremely oily. During the night their dog was barking at about 1:00 a.m. and she could smell the strong odor, like a musty unwashed animal.

While she was telling this story, I recollected that back on 2006 of December a young lady spotted a Sasquatch like creature by Torch River. Now Torch River and Bear

River are only separated by several miles apart.

Sounds interesting to me to share this story with you.

Two Sasquatch Sightings In The Fraser Valley British Columbia

Good day, I read your entry on the Sasquatch Blog and it is very interesting. I am a firm believer in Sasquatch. I am from an Aboriginal Community in the Fraser Valley. I don’t know what you know or have been told by Sasquatch, but I know a bit about them.

Males are generally large and very muscly. I was coming back from my girlfriends house one night, and just before dark I was driving past one of my cousins house. I turned to look because something caught my eye, I seen a sasquatch probably about 7+ feet tall, it had long rough looking hair, thick tree trunk legs, massive torso and long fingernails.

I stopped my car to look, it turned around and took about 3 steps and was already deep in the bush.

Females are different. They usually have lighter, finer hair then the males. A couple weeks after the sighting of the male, I left my house to drop off some garbage at night, I was gone no more then 10 minutes and on my way home, I was pulling into my driveway and seen a female sasquatch.

As I pulled into the driveway, my lights flashed on her and she was very tall and more slender compared to the male I seen prior. She was crouched down and looking into my house through the window. She snapped around and looked at me, I stopped the car and she ran across the yard, across the Lougheed Hwy and over the dike through the slough.

The more you come to believe in Sasquatch, the more it seems they will show themselves to you. In our culture, we are told they are transformers/shape-shifters, which is why no one has ever been able to catch one. They are vegetarians, but do eat fish on occasion. You know when they are close because often they have a very foul odor, and they make a very loud cry sound that usually makes your hair stand up.

Sasquatch Family And Black Creatures Spotted From My Apartment In North Surrey British Columbia

On January 1, 2004 about noon, the weather was clear and cold with a blanket of snow covering the whole area. I was living in a 17th. fl. apt. in N. Surrey. I am partially disabled, so don't go out much. To amuse myself if the weather was clear, I would watch the skiers over on the North shore mountains through high powered binoculars.

I was doing this January 1, but got bored and decided to see if I could see any animals on the mountain sides. On the mountain across from Port Moody, near the Hydro substation I noticed about half a dozen people apparently snowboarding in a large clearing, found out later it was the west end of the Westwood Plateau Golf Course.

To their left, almost directly under the high voltage power lines, is a small clump of trees next to a hill. On the north side of the trees I saw what appeared to be a large black stump. As I watched the people finished one run and started back up the hill, they apparently decided to go higher and started to veer over towards the clump of trees.

Suddenly the black stump separated into two huge humanoids, they appeared to stare momentarily at the people, then turned and moved off to the NNW into the trees on the north side of the clearing. They appeared to be about four times the size of the people, estimated 8 to 10 feet in height.

I observed the people find the tracks and stand there for a few minutes apparently discussing the situation, the people then left back down the hill. The next day I was watching the clearing from daybreak in hopes of seeing something else. At approximately 10:00 a.m., I observed a very tall shaggy humanoid walk across the south side of the course and go into the small clump of trees. This individual appeared to be twice the height of the black creatures, perhaps 14 to 16 feet tall.

About half the height of the deciduous trees growing in the area. It had auburn, coloured hair approximately six inches long covering it’s body, looked very slender compared to the black guys. Like looking at the Wookie from Star Wars only far taller. Fog rolled in and for about a hour I couldn't see. The fog lifted just in time for me to see it leave the clump and head NNE across the clearing.

I reported every thing I was seeing to the late Graham Conway, I was hoping he might get it checked out as I could plainly see the trails they were making, snow was two or three feet deep when I first saw them. Graham told me later he hadn’t believed me, as he figured they were to close to the houses. I finally managed to get film for my camera and he was quite surprised to see the course was right up against the forest.

By then the snow had all melted. I continued to monitor the area until the first week in February. Last sighting was one of the black creatures walking east beside a sand trap on the south side of the course. During the five or so weeks I observed the area I saw a number of Deer, several Bears, the bears went into the clump of trees and within minutes came running back out.

Same thing, a number of dogs did, ran in apparently playing, ran out with tails between their legs. Towards the end of January I saw one of the black creatures walk across another section of the course and go into the trees, that afternoon I saw about half a dozen golfers show up with their carts. I watched them drive to where the black creature had been earlier, they stopped and got out and appeared to be looking at tracks, they left their carts and followed the same path across the course and into the trees.

They had no sooner gone from sight when I saw a large animal ran from the trees on the north side of the course. It appeared to be an Elk or antlerless Moose and it appeared to be fleeing from something and ran east down one of the cart paths. I glanced back at the trees just in time to see the large auburn haired creature standing there looking across the course to where I'd last seen the golfers.

It stared for about 30 seconds, walked about 20 feet then went back under the trees, I could still see him hiding there, seconds later what appeared to be his wife and son copied his movements, the female? appeared about a foot shorter than the male and what I presumed to be their son was about a foot shorter than her.

I was watching through my spotting scope when I saw them and could clearly see their ling shaggy hair. The black ones looked just like the creature from the Roger Patterson film. The beginning of March 2004, I drove to the area with my wife, she waited at the car while I attempted to walk in. I wanted to go into the clump of trees and see if there was any evidence, turned out it was farther than I thought maybe several hundred yards, ground was very uneven and sloped, I got about a hundred feet and chickened out, I took a photo and it turned out to have about the same perspective as I was getting through my binoculars only much clearer.

Their appears to be a large stump within that clump of trees so maybe the animals are hiding there. One thing that kind of creeped me out was that it was a dead zone, no noise, no birds, no wind and the feeling I was being watched. Had the same feeling up in the mountains near Port Alberni years ago and found Cougar tracks and when I retraced my foot steps.

Anyway I didn't care for the sensation and since I could barely walk retreated as quick as possible, that feeling lifted as soon as I got back on the road and safely in my car. I was keeping a running diary as to what, when and were I was seeing things but sent it all to Graham, also reported to BFRO bigfoot reports, they sent me a file number and that was that.

One thing I noticed when the tall Auburn haired guys were watching the people, they looked like they would be as tall as four golf carts piled on each other.
