Bright Pulsating Yellow Light Over Southwestern Ontario

Brian Vike's Favorite Cases.

Date:  December 3, 2011

Time:  12:40 a.m.

Hello Brian, ten minutes ago, I saw the same sighting that I reported to you previously, in about the same location in the horizon. Again, as I was looking north - northeast from my bedroom window just as I was about to go to bed. I saw a very distinct and very bright yellow light pulsating low on the horizon.

I figured that it was an aircraft flying toward my direction, and I woke my wife to say that I was seeing the same type of light that I saw when I last reported to you. The object was moving slightly and pulsating, but like last time, the light faded very quickly and completely vanished.

It did not go behind trees, nor did clouds cross my sight line with the object. Any aircraft that I've ever seen in the night sky does not suddenly fade and vanish that abruptly, and I have not ever seen any aircraft that bright in the night sky. There were no flashing lights, but this bright light did pulsate slightly before it faded to nothing.

Any aircraft that I've seen change direction, at least still shows flashing lights on its wings as it changes direction or angles, but that did not happen with this object, and as I said this light was far brighter than any aircraft I've seen in the night sky.

This is my report, it occurred at 12:40 at night, December 3rd, 2011, and I can get back to you with fairly precise GPS coordinates from Google Earth, because I know approximately where I was seeing this light from an aerial perspective over the land.

Note that I live in a very rural and wooded area in otherwise very open agricultural and urban southwestern Ontario, Canada. This object appeared approximately 2.5 - 3 km north of Lake Erie, north of Port Bruce and south of Aylmer, Ontario.

Please let me know if you receive any other similar reporting's from the general or broader area.

There is no tower or any other light that could explain what I saw, however I realize that the fact that this sighting was an almost exact replicate of what I saw and reported previously, it would lead anyone to think that there must be a human-source explanation for what I saw, and if so, I would really like to know what that could be.

Thanks and regards.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Bizarre Pulsating Object Seen Over Catfish Creek Southwestern Ontario

Date:  March 25, 2020
Time:  Early evening.

Hello Mr. Vike, I'm writing you this evening to report a definite UFO sighting; the first sighting that I can say for certain advanced technology. Please see my reported description below:

I live in a very rural area of southwestern Ontario, in a broad lower river valley know as Catfish Creek, less than 2 kilometres north of the northern shore of Lake Erie, near Port Bruce, Ontario.  I went for a walk this evening in a neighbor's creek valley, to get exercise and to look for whitetail deer shed antlers.

Upon return home, I made my way through the neighbor's field edge and then to the main road (Jamestown Line) that leads to one of the winding hills leading down the ridge into the broad lower valley where our farm is situated.

Just as I was the crest of the hill leading down into the valley, and before descending down into the valley, a bright streak of a light caught my eye. I later realized that it appeared as a streak because the light was fairly slowly pulsating as it appeared, and my movement made it appear as a streak.

But then I stood still, anticipating seeing the light appear again, as is usually the case with evenly-timed flashing lights of an overhead airplane passing by, but it took longer for me to see the light reappear than any aircraft I've seen before.

When it did reappear (about 2-3 seconds later), it was in a different location than I would've predicted. I expected it to be farther along a straight flight path because of longer timed intervals, but it actually appeared in an entirely non-predictable location somewhat farther to the left.

At least 2 or 3 seconds later, the pulsating light reappeared again, but farther to the right and somewhat higher (the light seemed to be moving away at a low angle, so I expected it to reappear somewhat lower, not higher, the next time it reappeared, if it was following a straight flight path leading away from me).

There was another non-uniformly timed interval before the pulsating light reappeared again, and again in a random position that my mind would not have expected if it were following a straight flight path.

This pulsating light gradually brightened when it appeared and then gradually faded, which took approximately 1-2 seconds maximum in total time during each I saw it appear.

I estimate that I saw the pulsating light appearing and disappearing in unexpected random positions, and at random time intervals between pulsations (intervals between pulsations ranged between 3 - 6 seconds); pulsations occurred approximately 8 different times.  And then I did not see the light reappear again at all, and it if was an aircraft, I would definitely have continued to see the aircraft's light continue to flash, consistently, quick-flashing, and for a much longer duration, before it traveled beyond visible distance.  But this randomly somewhat gently-pulsating, random positioned light just suddenly stopped reappearing in the plain open sky.

This was not an aircraft. It is physically impossible for any aircraft to move in the pattern that this (or these) pulsating light(s) appeared and I would've been able to follow the flight path of any aircraft for much longer than I viewed this pulsating light.

It was pure clear sky, and yet it suddenly stopped appearing in random staggered locations in a manner that would be impossible for any typical aircraft escaped my continued viewing.

The random timing between the pulsations, and the random, unpredictable or staggered locations, makes me absolutely certain without any mistake that this was not lights from an aircraft from our planet.

This also was not any satellite, nor helicopter. I looked at videos of Chinese lanterns and this was not like any of the videos showing Chinese lanterns, and I live in a very remote, rural area, and the location where I saw these lights excludes that as a possibility.

I'm very overwhelmed by what I saw. I immediately knew that I was viewing very advanced technology, it was just a feeling I had while I was viewing this event.

Please, please, if possible, could someone please follow-up to my report by replying by either email or phone, regarding my observation. I have this overwhelming urge to discuss my observation with anyone who will listen with an open and believing mind.

Thank-you and kind regards,

Thank you to the witness for their sighting report.

Bright Orange Colored Ball In The Sky Seen From Southwestern Ontario

Date:  August 26, 2012
Time:  Approx: 10:00 p.m.

I live in Southwestern Ontario on the shore of Lake Erie and I just seen this last night (August 26th, 2012) roughly about 10:00 p.m. EST. I was sitting in my living room and I seen a bright orange ball of light shine through a big maple tree out my side window.

I wasn't sure what it was, but when I stood up to go look out the window, it just hovered there, slowly moving to the left and then to the right.

It then it slowly made its way out from behind the tree so I could see it more clearly, then it just vanished.

If you have seen anything like this in the same area please be kind enough to contact Brian Vike at: sighting@telus.net with the details of your sighting. All personal information is kept confidential.

Also, please feel free to send in your sightings that have happened years ago. So many of these older sightings are nothing short of amazing.

Object With White Trail And Glowing Orange Inside Southwestern Ontario

Date:  August 8, 2012
Time:  N/A.

I saw what I thought was a jet leaving a white stream as it was coming down from the sky. It started out with a white trail and as it decended and it got somewhat slower in it's movement and inside the white trail was glowing orange.

It's colour did change as it got closer to the lowest cloud that was over the apartment building across the road and it was behind that and could not see it anymore.

It would have been some distance away from where I live. Possibly Southwestern Ontario.

If you have seen anything like this in the same area please be kind enough to contact Brian Vike at: sighting@telus.net with the details of your sighting. All personal information is kept confidential.

UFOs Or ? Caught On Film Chathamkent In Southwestern, Ontario (Picture)

Posted: February 22, 2009

Date: February 14, 2009
Time: Daytime.

this is a photo that was taken on a landscape photo session that my sister does quite often. She does not know what to make of it but it does present some intriguing ?

This was taken from Chathamkent in southwestern Ontario. I've never seen something like this before except on TV and the internet, it may be nothing but then again we can't figure it out. It was taken on February 15 2009.

Additional Information:

Hi Brian, My sister was simply driving and taking photos, not really paying any attention. She discovered it when she viewed her pictures afterwards.
Nothing in any other frames before or after the photo was taken. She takes hundreds of pictures. I guess sooner or later something would show up kind of unexplainable. She said post it no problem.

Thank you to the person for sending in the report and thanks to his sister for allowing me to post the photo.

Southwestern Oshawa, Ontario Whitish Blue Light Streaks Through The Sky

Posted: November 23, 2008

Date: November 21, 2008
Time: Approx: 11:30 p.m.

Hi Brian, hope you are keeping well in B.C. over there. I have been quite impressed of the growing number of reported sightings around the world. I would like to share a sighting that's bugging me. On Friday night (Nov. 21/ 08), near 11:30pm in southwestern Oshawa. I had just dropped off my son's friend to his home. We then left along the street facing south where the moon was highlighting the dark clear night. I then noticed a small round white something, like a falling star in the colour-whitish blue. It moved "horizontal" at a tremendous rate of speed towards the south of Lake Ontario. Must have been less than a couple of seconds as it streaked by. It was like witnessing a falling star, except I'm stunned why it was not vertical. I cannot guess the altitude, only the level direction it moved. I'm wondering what it was that I instantly had seen and go over Oshawa ? Is this a natural phenomenon ? I did not say anything to my son, as it happened so fast ! Strange and many thanks for any input you may have of what it could be ?.

Thank you to the witness for their report.
