UFO Sighting Over Georgetown Ontario

Date: July 10, 2010
Time: 12:50 a.m.

Hello, my name is (name removed), I just did a search on Google to see if anyone else saw what I did late Friday night/Saturday morning July 10th and I found your site.

I was driving home from Toronto, heading north from Steeles Ave, towards Georgetown south when I noticed a bright light in the sky, like when a plane is heading towards you. I thought at first it was a plane, but as I came closer to Georgetown south, it was moving in my peripheral as I was driving, like it was staying still. The craft did have blinking lights on one side. I then thought it was the radio tower close by there, but I spotted that out separately.

This started at 12:50am on the 10th. I turned towards my street and ran out of the car. The flying craft moved from the east side of 9th line to the west over the farm fields. The light was dimmer, but then seem like it turned towards my direction and stopped again. Planes do not change direction like that, nor hover, so the only explanation could be some sort of military helicopter, but what is that doing in Georgetown at this hour.

I ran in to get my camera, my camera is too low end to get the lights over the street lamps.

I then watched it get dimmer and fly back east getting out of sight. I jumped on my bike to follow and get a better look as the craft ascended east and out of sight into the clouds. I was really excited and kind of freaked out. This whole section took place from 12:50-1:10am. I was tracking the time so I could maybe ask others about it.

I then went home to go to bed. I went up to my room that faces east, took a look out of the window and noticed on the side of my open window, a reflection of a bright light coming from the northeast now. I took off my window screen and popped my head out. This sighting was spine chilling, it came over Hungry Hollow (the woods separating Georgetown north from the south) and came close by overhead.

I could make out a few details, the craft was wide and dark mostly. The right side of the craft had a few lights and few that blinked, the left side (I'm guessing sides by the direction it was flying in) had a red triangle outline lit up really bright. This craft did admit a sound, and it was not the sound of a helicopter! (I'm an audio engineer and listen to sound effects alot) it was like a higher pitched plane I guess you could say.

The craft flew over and out of sight. I was so scared then and upset that no one was with me. This second sighting was around 1:20am and that is it, it was something I have never seen before and it was not a plane nor a helicopter. Maybe someone will read this and have the same sighting, because all my friends think I'm crazy. Thank you for your time, hope this is useful.

Cigar Shaped Object Over Sydney Nova Scotia

Date: July 8, 2010
Time: Approx: 7:25 p.m.

Sighting happened on July 08, 2010, at approximately 7:25 EST in Sydney, Nova Scotia. The sky was still quite bright.

A single object was observed flying northward at a high altitude. I can’t say precisely what the altitude was, but I would estimate it approximately the same, maybe somewhat lower, than the passenger jets I see in the sky at high altitudes which leave the vapour trails in their wake. I would also estimate it to have been approximately 8 to 10 times the size of those planes. It moved very quickly and made no discernable sound and left no trail.

The object appeared to be mostly white in color, possibly glowing or having a shiny reflective surface. It appeared to be cylindrical or "cigar shaped" with a dark line or area at its center, with brighter areas at each end. No flashing or blinking lights were observed, though there appeared to be a mild haze around it.

Both my son and I observed the object until it disappeared from view. Once it moved away from us it appeared as just a dot of light in the sky and it eventually vanished. It flew in what appeared to be a straight line and made no maneuvers of any kind.

6 To 7 Orange Lights Over Waterdown Ontario

Date: July 9, 2010
Time: Evening.

We also seen 6 to 7 lights in the sky, there was no noise which was weird, they flew from east heading west. Then they made a sudden turn and were heading south towards the Lake Ontario. The last light was quiet far behind, but seemed brighter and yes, they were orange colour. They all seemed to either burn out or seemed to disappear. I told the wife this morning and she did not believe the story. This was very freaky.

Numerous Cigar Shaped UFOs Over Harrietsfield Nova Scotia

Date: July 9, 2010
Time: Between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Harrietsfield, Nova Scotia.
Number of witnesses: 1 (Not sure if anyone else).
Number of Objects: Over a dozen, or more.
Shape of Objects: Cigar shaped (very bright ends)

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I'm not certain if what I saw were UFO's, but I'll explain what I saw. I was looking out the window around 1:00pm and suddenly this cigar shaped object appeared in the sky. I thought at first that it was a bag or something floating in the sky, however, another one just like it appeared out of nowhere and followed the same path as the other headed SW.

As this was happening, there was a steady stream of clouds floating from the SW direction, and as I continued to watch the clouds in the sky, more of these cigar shaped objects kept appearing out of the clouds, some would spray trails, others didn't.

Some when spraying would break up the trail, by spraying, stopping, spraying again. It was truly an amazing sight. I'm not sure exactly what it was I saw. I've looked to see if there was any mention of it, but I haven't been able to find any information about it. I just wanted to post it here just in case someone else saw the same thing.
