A Devastating UFO Encounter In Kelowna, British Columbia

Posted: December 30, 2007

By Brian Vike

The story is real but one of the names in this report is fictitious for obvious reasons. Corina, the driver of the vehicle is her real name.

Monday - August 18, 2003 I received a telephone call from Corina who lives in Kelowna, British Columbia. The lady was very upset and had a time speaking of the event that took place with her and a close female friend of hers. She told me today that a friend had brought over a newspaper article which was run in the Kelowna Capital Newspaper. The headline read "Seeking Witnesses to UFO." which showed up on August 15, 2003.

Here Is Corina's Story

She tells that her and her friend are having a very hard time dealing with what took place. Also another couple who lives in the area watched an aerial craft hovering close to the location where the two ladies had parked there car at the side of the highway and gave confirmation to the incident, or at least witnessed an object.

At approx: 12:05 a.m., July 31, 2003 the two ladies were playing around on the computer when Linda said, we haven't done any star gazing in a long time, so Corina, the lady who contacted me said, you're right, lets go out and do some star gazing. They left home at 12:05 a.m. heading out to an area where they would get a look at the clear night sky without having lights to obscure their view. Corina drove to Glenmore, which is north from where she lives and is on the back road heading to Winfield from Kelowna, B.C.

They were driving along and Corina reported that there was quite a bit of traffic for that time of the night, but soon after they decided to stop just off to the side of the road to see what they might notice, the traffic stopped coming. There was not a light from any vehicles, not anything other than a very dark stretch of road. Corina grabbed her flashlight and shone it into the sky as she has done this in the past. Her friend Linda had the binoculars on the other side of the car scanning the starry night sky. They were there only a minute out of the car when her Linda said, this is really strange. There are three stars up in the sky and formed into a triangle shape. All three lights at this time were solid white. Both ladies watched as the three white lights started moving, but moving together. The witness with the binoculars said stars don't do that, and Corina replies, of course not, as she thought it may have been a plane or something. Linda replies, no this is not a plane as the lights were changing color to a neon green and the object had stopped and hovered just ahead of their car on the highway.

Corina turned the headlights off, and shone her flashlight down the road in front of her car. They were worrying about animals such as a bear, cougars, etc. being around in this isolated area. As she shone the light up the road both of the women spotted something which frightened them a lot. Five sets of eyes staring at approx: 40 feet away from them. As frightened as they were, their first thoughts were of coyotes or some other wild animal, but she said once you really look your brain takes it in.

Corina describes the creatures as being roughly four feet tall, dark gray shoulders and coming towards the women. Corina said "I was so scared I could hardly talk, and could hardly breathe". She yelled to her friend Linda, "get in the car, get in the car". Corina said they both scrambled to get back into the vehicle, but she said it was like moving through quicksand and it felt horrible. Being so terrified and trying to move as fast as they possibly could, it felt as if everything was slowing down around them.

Once they were both back in the car, Corina tried to turn the ignition on so she could get the power windows up. But all the electrics on the car was failing. The dome light, headlights were going off and on, on their own and as she said. "Everything was going nuts"

Finally the car started and they turned around in the middle of the road and sped off towards home and as they traveled along they noticed a fair bit of traffic coming in their direction. (Corina commented to me, where was all the traffic when all this was happening?) As they drove along the road, Corina said to Linda, "this is the weirdest thing. "She said I feel like electricity, my whole body is tingling, just like I was zapped by a charge from a battery". When Linda heard this, she said, "I didn't want to say anything to you as you might think I was nuts, but I am feeling the same. As if I was hit by an electrical charge." As Linda was explaining how she felt, and facing Corina she glanced at the clock in car and said, "Jesus Corina, look at the time" ! Corina said what are you talking about ? Linda said we were only stopped and out of the car for a few minutes at the most, and the time of the car's clock reads an extra 25 minutes of time.

As they drove along and close to home they both discussed it and wondered if they had imagined it all. As they were just about home, they turned onto Baker Street which is covered in darkness next to a field. All of a sudden they saw this bright, glowing neon green ball low in the sky. The object started moving to the right, "stop", left, "stop", right, "stop", left, "stop" and then it started to move away until the ladies car came to a halt, and so did the object. Before they knew it, the ball of green light started heading towards them at a high rate of speed and hovered high above their car. At this point they just wanted to get to their home and be as far away from whatever it was as possible.

The driver sped off quickly again and they headed into an orchard which was very close by. They thought they would not be seen hiding amongst the trees, plus there was no lighting in this area to reveal their position. Corina looked at her friend and said, "they will never find us here". Both women are sitting in the car trying to get themselves together as the driver said she was losing it at this point. Only after a very short time after arriving in the orchard Linda said, Corina you better look out the front windscreen and look up slightly. We don't have just one green ball of light, there are now three, glowing green objects. The way the green lights were in the sky, it looked as if the they formed a triangle formation and all moving now together. After a short period of time each of the green lights moved away in different directions.

(HBCC UFO asked if the witness could give some idea of how large the green lights were. The witness told me each of the lights were approx: half the size of a full moon). After seeing the lights flying off into different directions the ladies raced home as quickly as they possibly could.

Once safe at home, both ladies shaken, they tried to come up with some reasonable explanation for what just happened. They tried to put it out of their minds but that was impossible ! Later on, both ladies turned in for the night and when they woke up in the morning, Corina discovered a large bruise on her left breast and another on the bottom of her foot. She did not know how they got there but she did know they were extremely painful.

As she sat drinking a cup of coffee, Linda finally got up and was walking down the hall towards the kitchen when she said, "god, good morning - do I feel rough this morning". After Linda finished saying that, Corina watched as blood came pouring from Linda's nose. Corina jumped up, ran and grabbed a towel. Linda also commented that she was having a lot of pain in her lower back area. She asked Corina to have a look to see if there was anything that could be seen. So she looked and gasped, there was a large circle burned into her skin and was located in the middle, lower back area (tail bone). Also bruises were found on Linda's body as well, some of them appeared to look like finger marks and there were three of them on each thigh. Both women at this point were shocked, upset and very frightened.

Linda, who was up visiting from the Abbotsford ended her holiday and headed back home. Two days after being home in Abbotsford, B.C. she went to consult her family doctor due to still experiencing the terrible pain which was originating from her lower back, plus it was not getting any better. Her doctor examined her, and her injury to her back, the doctor said if I didn't know any better I would say you have a radiation burn. He was of course referring to the burn mark on Linda's back. The doctor is still trying to heal this mark on her back, as something had burned right through the outer layer of this ladies skin.

I would also like to add, this Missing Time event took place around the same date over 200 witnessed watched one amazing event unfold in southeastern British Columbia. I also received a flood of sighting reports which also came from this area. July 27/28 to August 18, 2003.

Photo of the burns, etc can be found on the HBCC UFO Research website. Note I will dig up the pictures and post them soon with this report.

Kimberly, British Columbia Huge Object Flying Low And Zig Zagging

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: July 27, 2003 Time: Approx: 1:30 p.m. (actual time ?).

I telephoned another witness tonight over the July 27, 2003 sighting in the Kimberly/St. Mary's Lake area. The witness reported to me that she was in bed, and couldn't sleep due to the warm temperatures outside. Her bedroom blinds were up and the window fully open and then she gave out a cry, "holy cow". Their home is up on a large hill which gives them a very good view of the surrounding area. The witness suddenly noticed, what she thought was a bright star or maybe an airplane coming in with it's landing lights on because it was moving at this point. The lady mentioned that it was extremely large in size and flying very low. Actually the witness just laid their waiting to see a green and red light, thinking it was certainly an aircraft coming down the St. Mary's Valley heading in to land at the near-by airport. She told me that the airplanes take the route down the St. Mary's Valley when heading to Vancouver and back to Kimberly B.C.

The lady still laying there and watching the bright white light moving faster as it grew closer. All of a sudden it started maneuvering in a zig zag pattern. At this point in the sighting, where she could not see it anymore she jumped out of bed and headed toward her bedroom door, opened it and ran through her cottage styled home until she reached her front door of her home. The time she unlocked her front door and stepped outside the light was gone. I mentioned to this witness after taking her report about the 8 witnesses who saw a ray of light over the Jaffray, B.C. area which I reported on. She told me the light/object was traveling southeast from Kimberly, B.C. and would have flown straight over Jaffray, B.C.

(HBCC UFO Note: What makes this interesting is that we are finding more witnesses to the sighting which was originally reported to Mr. Peter Davenport at the NUFORC. Plus other people who witnessed the ray of light and the object itself. From what I am gathering is that the light/object may have caused the ray of light. But of course this is a guess on my behalf. I was also contacted by a very kind person today who read my report and told me of another witness who had made a posting at a UFO forum board and explained to everyone about this ray of light, same location, different witness. This lady also took pictures of the light ray and I am now trying to track her down so I can give her a phone call to gather more information on this whole event.

Thank you to this witness for her report.

Jaffray, British Columbia Ray Of Light

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: July 27, 2003 Time: Approx: 2:00 a.m.

I contacted a person who resides in Jaffray, British Columbia tonight as I heard they were witness to something pretty darn strange. Not only did she see what I am about to tell you, but so did 7 other witnesses. Bringing the total number of folks who observed this to 8.

Why I have found this to be an interesting sighting is due to Mr. Peter Davenport from the NUFORC receiving a report from a witness which took place on July 27, 2003 at St. Mary's Lake, 12 miles east of Kimberly, British Columbia. Due to Mr. Davenport receiving the St. Mary's Lake sighting, and myself helping in following up on this case, more witnesses names have come to light. Tomorrow I will be talking with another witness who was in another location who saw the same object pass over head. The one reported to the NUFORC.

The Jaffray, British Columbia Sighting below: Does these two reports hand something to do with one another.

As I mentioned above in my opening statement I talked with one of the witnesses who observed something strange on July 27, 2003 with seven others.

So at 2:00 a.m. one of the guests who were at the ladies home I chatted with tonight went outside and looked up into the night sky and saw a strange ray of white light which went right across the clear night's sky from the northwest heading southeast running in a straight line. The guest called everyone out to have a look due to it being very strange. Some of the thoughts people had who were observing this mentioned they first thought it may have been the northern lights. But all soon ruled out it being the aurora. The witness said the ray of light was so brilliant that many of the witnesses could see it rotating within it's self. Also it was noted due to the brightness of this light that they could see a black line running the whole length of the white light. The black line stayed in the same spot as the rest of the light rotated as mentioned above. She also said it looked like a jet stream to give a good example of what it looked like. Also the total length of the ray of light was all the same brightness. There was no portion of it brighter or dimmer. It remained constant right across the sky. (HBCC UFO Note: I did bring up the question, did anyone see any aurora at any other time that night? I was told no, none was observed).

The witness said the ray of light stayed in the same position for an hour before it started fading away. I also asked if any of them saw any other strange lights in the sky that night, and she told me no. They only observed the ray of light running across the sky. She also told me that the light was rather wide, meaning it wasn't just a small point of light. No sounds were heard at all. Jaffray, B.C. is directly southeast from the original sighting at St. Mary's Lake.

Thank you to this witness for her report.

Terrace, British Columbia An Egg Shaped Object Hovering

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: June 24, 2003 Time: approx: 10:20 a.m.

I received a telephone call from a witness at 9:10 a.m., June 27, 2003. A man reported to me that he and his wife were just heading out for a couple of days fishing trip at Prince Rupert, British Columbia. They were just outside of Terrace, B.C. driving on highway #16 along the Skeena River heading west when the man's wife gave out a yell for him to look up and towards the south. The gentleman said it took a couple of seconds before his brain kicked in, thinking what he was looking at was very unusual. He pulled the vehicle over to the side of the road and both watched an egg shaped object hovering over the south side of the river at approx: 1000 feet. They mentioned it was approx: the size of a pick-up truck, shiny silver in color. It was completely smooth, or no seams on the object were visible. "Witness expressed: it looked like an egg"!! (he laughed and said they must grow large chickens in Canada).

They did not hear any sounds coming from it. The sighting lasted for approx: 10 to 15 seconds before it sped off at an incredible rate of speed south. He also said that since it wasn't that early in the morning there were other vehicles passing them on the highway, and a couple of vehicles had slowed way down and they could been seen looking in the direction of the object. The witness said I know what normal aircraft look like, and this thing was not anything that I have ever seen before.

HBCC UFO Note: Of course I am looking for any others who were traveling the highway that morning in hopes they may have seen the same thing. The witnesses had heard me on the radio and from there looked me up.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Vancouver, British Columbia A Single Blue Light

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: June 16, 2003 Time: 11:05 p.m.

I think I saw a UFO over Vancouver city on June 16th at 11:05 p.m. I came home from work and was closing my blinds on my window that faces North and I saw a single blue light traveling very slow towards the east. Then it got slower and slower, almost a complete stop, that's when I opened my window to see if I could hear any sound and I couldn't. Then it flashed a big bright white, yellowish light and made a sharp left turn and moved faster towards the North, the light fading as it moved. I lost sight of it over the high buildings in the downtown area. Do you know of any aircraft that has this kind of lighting and can move like that?

I would appreciate any information that you might have.

Thanks.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Knox Mountain, Kelowna, British Columbia Stationary Light Shoots Off !

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: Around June 2, 2003 Time: Approx: 12:30 a.m.

Hello, my name is (name removed). I just read the news paper article about the ball of fire that was seen heading into the lake a few Mondays ago, and happened to read the part about the 2 Okanagan women who saw those floating orange balls 4 years ago. I was reminded of that event from a TV show I was watching called Canada's Creepiest on Halloween, 2006. They said that 2 women had seen 3 orange balls in the sky that were dancing, and later on, saw an orange balls shoot towards their car.

I was on Knox Mountain camping with a girl friend of mine that same night, and we saw it too. We didn't see the 3 orange balls, but we saw the one that was stationary and then shot off. We had noticed it at around 1230 ish (?) And we were talking about it to each other for about 7 minutes trying to figure out what it was. It was lower than the horizon (if my memory serves me) and we had no clue what it could have been. So there we are, up on Knox looking at this thing that's hovering over towards the Crawford area, hasn't moved an inch since we spotted it, then all of a sudden bolts to the left and disappears behind the Mt. (we ran back home)

I like to believe in un-identified flying objects, but my friend is very skeptical. That night, I think, has changed her perspective, and has made it crystal clear for me that there is something out there.

I haven't told many people about this out of fear of looking crazy. But when I saw that TV special, then read the article in the paper, I had to tell someone, and now I think I'm telling the right person.

I'm not sure if this helps with anything. Or is relevant, but I wanted to let someone know who deals with these types of experiences. Thank you for your time, Brian. If there's anything I can do to help out with figuring out what happened over the lake a few weeks back, please let me know. Sincerely.

Additional Information:

Hi Brian, I know the date was in early June 2003 be/c I was graduating that year. We saw the orange ball about 2 weeks before grad b/c my friend, I remember, got bite by a mosquito and her eye was swollen still for grad. Our grad was in the middle of June and we still had exams to go back too. I'd place the incident around June 2nd, 2003. Hope this helps. Is there much UFO activity in the Okanagan? I never get to hear about it if there is. I find this topic fascinating and would be very interested on learning more about it. Thanks for getting back so quick.

Thank you to the witness for the excellent report.

Humboldt, Saskatchewan A Triangular Craft

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: April 19, 2003 Time: 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

I'm from Regina, I'm a (deleted by HBCC UFO) year old female. My grandfather was celebrating his (deleted by HBCC UFO) so we decided to get the whole family (mostly from Ontario) to come visit and have a little party. We rented a hall and booked a near-by hotel in the small town. The party began at 2 in the afternoon and we had a nice day. It was getting later, it was around 6 or 7 at night on April 19, 2003 and the sun was starting to set. I had thrown my hip out of joint the day before and it was starting to hurt so I thought I would go back to the hotel room and lay down for a while.

I was walking down a back alley toward the setting sun when I saw something zooming across the sky at an unbelievable pace. (I remember squinting my eyes to try and get a better look). As it continued it's path out of the sunlight, I could see that it was a very large triangle (at first I thought it may be a stealth plane) but that's when it stopped abruptly in the air and hovered for what seemed like a very long time. I don't think stealth planes can do that, can they? Anyway, it zigged and zagged up into the sky (again at a jaw-dropping speed) never to be seen again. Now I know a stealth plane can't do that! I went back to the hotel and pondered if I had really seen what I had just seen. Things got very weird after that.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Was There A Mass UFO Sighting?

Posted: December 30, 2007

Terrace Standard newspaper April 2, 2003 http://www.terracestandard.com/ Article under the Community section.

By Jennider Lang

Terrace is living up to its reputation as a UFO hot spot. As many as 30 people may have recently witnessed two black, triangular-shaped flying objects in the Lakelse Lake area, the northwest's resident UFO researcher has been told.

Brian Vike, field researcher and president of HBCC-UFO, is now hoping to talk to eyewitnesses to verity the report.

He also wants to find out more details like the exact time, date and description of the sighting - thought to have taken place several weeks ago.

That would help him determine what witnesses saw. A variety of known objects such as stars, planets, meteors, or aircraft can be mistaken for UFOs.

Vike learned about the sighting after someone sent him an email telling him that more than 30 people had witnessed two triangular objects in the sky.

"I'm kind of chomping at the bit - all I need is a couple of names and number to get on this," he said from his home base in Houston, B.C. "From what I'm gathering, they're professional people - not just kids."

Vike is intrigued by the possibility that the sighting involves triangular-shaped objects, which are less commonly reported.

There's been a flurry of UFO reports along the Highway 16 corridor lately.

"It's just been non stop for the last little bit," he said, adding he's received eight or nine reports in the past week. "There's something. I don't know if it's military. It's a possibility."

Another recent report from the Terrace area involved a yellow ball of light the size of a basketball spotted over a trailer in Thornhill. It moved low in the air, travelling quickly before pausing above the mountain. "Then it proceeded like a bang," Vike says.

The recent activity suggests Terrace's top ten showing on the 2002 Canada UFO survey may have been no fluke. The survey counted 25 eyewitness reports from Terrace in 2002, putting us in third place overall, ahead of Houston, B.C., which is in fourth place and even ahead of major metropolitan areas like Toronto and Vancouver.

Northwest B.C. Leads In UFO Sightings

Posted: December 30, 2007

The Interior News Wednesday, April 2, 2003 95th year - Week 14 www.interior-news.com

Have you ever spotted strange lights in the sky or a fast moving object that defies the laws of gravity? If not, don't worry, you might. Chances of seeing a UFO in northern B.C. are greater than in any other region in Canada.

Terrace is the B.C. capital for sightings and third across the country, while Houston placed second in B.C. and fourth in Canada.

The list complied 483 eyewitness reports from around the country in 2002. One-third of all sightings were reported in B.C.

Brian Vike is a ufologist based out of Houston, B.C. and the founder of a UFO Web site. He has been an investigator of strange phenomenon in the region since 2000. Since the list was released. Vike said his phone has been ringing off the hook.

"People are aware now that there is someone who investigates and tries to figure out what people are seeing," Vike says.

Even in the last two months, there have been sightings reported in the northwest region.

One "large disk shaped object" was spotted on February 22, over a one hour period by observers in three different area in B.C.

The object was described as very large, slow moving, with bright lights on the underside and completely silent.

The first witness spotted the object in Mill Bay, Vancouver Island at 9:15 p.m. followed by two in Kitimat, at 10:20 p.m. Shortly after, a husband and wife stopped their vehicle between Terrace and Prince Rupert to watch the object.

While there have been hundreds of sightings in the northwest, many have been explained by military exercises or cosmic activity, such as planets or shooting stars.

"There are still so many that remain unexplained and people are seeing things all the time," says Vike.

A film crew from the Canadian Life Network arrived in the area recently to start shooting a new series called "The Magnificent Obsession."

Because of the surge of sightings in the past two years, Vike was asked to be a part of the documentary, which will include other ufologists from the U.S. and England.

T.V. Crew Tapes UFO Interview In Houston, British Columbia

Posted: December 30, 2007

Houston Today Wednesday, March 5, 2003 No. 10 by Jennifer Lang - (Reporter for the Terrace Standard Newspaper, Terrace, B.C.)

Northwest B.C.'s resident UFO researcher Brian Vike will be featured in an upcoming T.V. show on Canada's Life Network.

Vike, field researcher and president of HBCC UFO Research, said a four man television crew from the channel interviewed him at his home base of Houston B.C. last week. The show called "Magnificent Obsession", will also feature crop circles. The crew planned to head to Florida and England next.

Vike was joined by Chris Rutkowski, a Manitoba based UFO researcher who compiles the annual Canadian UFO survey. The crew taped 17 hours of footage for an upcoming show.

Last year British Columbia once again had the highest number of reported sightings in the country. But the biggest surprise is that two northwest, B.C. towns, Terrace and Houston, accounted for more sightings than almost anywhere in Canada, according to the latest survey.

Vike says he received more than 100 different eyewitness reports from people in communities all along Highway 16 last year.

That included a large number here in the Terrace area - the undisputed hot spot of the region for UFO sightings in 2002.

Vike says CBC TV is also planning to send a team to interview him in Houston in the near future.

Contact HBCC-UFO Research or Vike's magazine, Canadian Communicator, by phone or fax at 1 250 845 2180. His email address is hbccufo@telus.net. The website address is http://www.hbccufo.org

Ottawa, Ontario More Marks Of An Unknown Nature

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: First week of February, 2003.

Brian, Something kind of interesting happened in the first week of Feb. 2003. I had gone to bed around midnight and woke up at 08:00. Upon waking I found a small roundish scoop mark on my left wrist, characteristics were as follows:

1. About 1/8", two millimeters in diameter.

2. The bottom of the wound is concave.

3. There was no pain at all associated with the wound.

4. The bottom of the wound was flecked with very small dots of blood.

5. The bottom of the wound was slick and smooth as if it was cauterized.

6. It looked as if it had been done just five minutes before I awoke.

7. The wound took two months to heal and is now only visible using a jeweler's loupe.

- There is nothing sharp near my bed that would cause a wound.

- I know there was no wound on my wrist before hitting the sack because upon retiring I took off my watch and did not observe any blemish in the left wrist area.

Thinking it had been a rather large insect bite, I went to a local Ottawa clinic. The doctor looked at it and said, why did you have that done? When I informed him how it had appeared, he became quiet and paused for a few moments, then said that the mark was from a procedure called a "punch biopsy" that appeared to be done by a left-handed individual using a laser scalpel-type device.

The doctor said that he could not comment on this officially and recorded the reason for my visit on my file as an "insect bite". He also consulted a small notebook and gave me a URL stating that I could get more information. The doctor stated that this was the fourth or fifth case of what he called "involuntary sampling" and noted it appears to be an emerging phenomenon.

The fact that this doctor had the URL handy is pretty interesting. BTW, I didn't question him further as he was uncomfortable.

When I mentioned this to a friend he was at my front door within seconds of saying, "This I gotta see" and hanging up.

Funny this stuff should happen to me now, I'm not a young kid at (age deleted) so why "they" would want to sample the DNA of an old fart is beyond me.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Houston, British Columbia Three Bright Blue Lights (Graphic)

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: February 3, 2003 Time: 8:10 p.m.

"Today, Friday, February 7, 2003 I was contacted about a sighting which took place here in Houston, B.C. A Canfor employee who runs a track mobile at the saw mill was moving around chip cars on company property. He said he climbed down off the machine he was operating to switch over to another track, when an extremely fast object, or more specifically, three bright, hazy blue/white lights came out of the north and disappeared to the south. The witness said everything happened so fast that he could not make out any type of outline to what he was viewing. The forestry worker said the three lights were in a triangular shape, and held the same shape until he lost sight of it. I asked the witness if he might be able to give me a rough idea of the altitude the lights were at. (I gave him a few examples). In the end he mentioned the lights were not that high above him, but had to be high enough to clear the mountains to the south. (approximately 2500 to 3000 feet)."

Duncan, British Columbia Circular Ring Of Fire (Graphic)

Posted: JanuarDecember 30, 2007

Date: February 10, 2003 Time: 6:00 p.m.

A witness called this evening using the new Toll Free Hotline from Duncan, B.C. to report he was walking his dog in the park when he observed a circular object with what he described as a ring of fire around it. He reported his dog was going completely nuts as this event was going on. I asked the witness approx: how far away was the object to his location, he said maybe 4 to 6 blocks away up in the sky. He also said the ring which surrounded the object would twirl around the main body of it.

The fellow also mentioned there were a number of colors coming from it, such as blue, green, etc..

He also told me it would move up and down, when it got close to the cloud cover it would change to all the different colors, but when it dropped back down at a lower level the color changed to an orange. The chap also said the object seemed to take it's time moving up and down, watching the ring still circling the main body of whatever this was.

The witnesses dog at this time actually took a bite at his owner's foot, as it was frightened of what was going on. The witness was phoning from a friend's home and the dog was still acting up. There was no sound heard from the object. I also asked if he could give me a rough idea of how big this thing was, he replied that it was approx: the size of a dinner plate from the distance of 4 to 6 blocks from his location. The sighting lasted for about 5 minutes, before it disappeared. But while I was still chatting to the fellow on the phone he gave out a loud cry and said there was a bright white streak of light from where the object has been observed. He also said a short trail of some of the colors I mentioned above was coming off it as it disappeared. (If this had anything to do with the object or not, hard to say).

Revelstoke, B.C. Oval With Flashing Lights

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: 2003 Time: 5:30 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Oval

Full Description of event/sighting: In a mini van in a parking lot, my daughter noticed a flat oval shaped object with about 5 or 6 flashing lights on it. I noticed it too, and followed it along the horizon for about 5-10 seconds, and then it disappeared behind the tree line. We tried following it down Main St. but it appeared to have vanished. After a year and a half my daughter and myself were in separate rooms, and drew identical objects in front of friends, this all without rehearsed stories. I have read of similar sightings in the same area in B.C. If anyone has similar sightings please let me know!

Thank you to the witness for this report.

Victoria to Vancouver, British Columbia Sphere Shaped Object

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: December 21, 2002 Time: 9:20 a.m. The witness also telephoned the sighting in, plus emailed the report.

Hello, On Saturday December 21, 2002 I was on the ferry going to Victoria from Vancouver. At 9:20 a.m. I went out on the deck to have a cigarette. I was the only one out at that time because it was quite cool and windy. Their was blue sky but with lots of clouds that were moving quite fast because of the wind. I saw a white ball or sphere shaped object approaching a cloud. It didn't move very fast, it seemed to float but I know it wasn't a balloon. It was very white. It didn't look very big but how can I tell at that height.

I watched it for about ten seconds not taking my eye off it. As it was approaching the cloud and then was covered by the cloud I waited for it to reappear after the wind moved the cloud ( the cloud wasn't big) but I never saw it again. It either moved with the cloud or disappeared. It was moving in the northwest direction until it was covered in the cloud, then I don't know what happened to it. Other people came out and I was going to ask them to look at it but it never came out of the cloud so I don't know if anyone else saw it. The length of the event took approx: 10 to 15 seconds. I have contacted some sources in hopes of trying to solve this case.

Thank you to the witness for their report.

Granisle, British Columbia Did The Golden UFO Return

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: December 27, 2002 Time: approx: 2:10 a.m.

HBCC UFO note: It has been an exciting year for me here in northern British Columbia. After a slow start in for the year 2001 (6 reported UFO sightings, my investigation into the Vanderhoof crop circles and a cattle mute), 2002 has been an ubelievable time for a UFO investigator. With this sighting report, this will bring the total cases I have worked on to 120 cases. Most of the cases are for the pacific northwest here in B.C. I have talked to over 200 witnesses for these 120 reported sightings. I still am working on two more still yet to come for the end of this year.

Did the same Golden UFO return to Granisle? (Raw data)

I had a telephone call from a nice fellow who reported that he, and three other co-workers were doing some last minute work around the logging camp which is located across Babine Lake, just across the lake from Granisle, British Columbia. One of the workers gave out a loud cry telling the other workers to look into the direction he was pointing to. Approx: a half kilometer away from their location, which would have been to the north. The men all witnessed a bright, white/yellowish light coming from behind the trees in the distance. At this point all that was visible was a a brightness shinning above the trees.

(HBCC UFO note:) I know the area well as I have spent a lot of time fishing the lakes in the area, and there is nothing out there other than forest, lakes and streams. Of course cut blocks in which are being logged. I asked the fellow if there may have been logging equipment working in the area where the light was seen coming from, using their bight lights to log and harvest the timber. He said NO ! The loggers were making ready the area/camp for logging to start up again after the holiday season was over and done with.

After dropping everything the men were doing, watching and wondering what this glowing light was, to their shock a large glowing golden/orangish disk shaped object with a large halo of white around the craft rose up in the distance and stopped and hovered. I was told they observed the object for approx: 10 seconds at the most, which the fellow said seemed like a life time. As the object moved away from their location, heading roughly to the north they did lose sight of the craft quickly, but after losing sight of the object they still could see the bright light, which they figured was the light which was given off from the object for sometime. (approx: 5 minutes after seeing the object). The light grew faint and disappeared.

HBCC UFO note: I am still gathering information on this case, and the other case at Granisle, British Columbia in which two authorities witnessed a large glowing orange/gold almost saucer shaped (oval?) object hovering right over top the old Bell Copper mine. This took place on October 22, 2002 at 10:25 p.m. This full report is at my website.

I should have a report from Terrace B.C. as well coming quickly, witnessed watched an object on December 27, 2002, 8:35pm. around the hot springs which is a short distance from the main junction heading west towards Kitimat. The witness watched a saucer shaped object with one row of lights with two very bright lights close together.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Hazelton, B.C. 17 Km North Object Comes To A Hover

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: December , 2002 Time: 3:30 a.m.

Email report Received: March 15, 2003

Hello, I finally had a spare moment to find out who to tell about what I saw last December about a week and a half before Christmas. I live approx 17 Km north of Hazelton, B.C. And I was awakened by my dog barking by the south-facing glassdoor around 3:30am. I took him out because he was going crazy. I stood on the front porch and thought he had to do his duty. Instead he stood by the bank barking into the sky. I looked up more closely into the cold, clear, star-filled night.

Then I saw a moving "satellite". It was traveling over the town of Hazelton heading west. It was red, with a blinking white light. The blinking light was steady at first blink, blink, blink. Then it got irratic right over Hazelton and would skip a blink or two. I decided to grab the binoculars, and it looked too close to be a regular "satellite", way up there as I have seen several times in the past.

The time while I saw it throught the binoculars, it looked like a round ball or sphere and was predominantly a red glow about it. And it appeared to have the white light blinking off to the side on the outside of the "satellite".

After passing over to the west of Hazelton, it then hovered above what I think was Kispiox Village just north of Hazelton. It is just 4 Km south of my porch view. As it is a narrow valley, it then appeared to move up along the Hazelton Mountain and north along the western side of the Kispiox Valley finally passing along the Kispiox Mountain. Then from my view it disappeared, behind the tall pines around the house.

I really thought it could be any regular "satellite" at the time, whether it be Canadian or US due to the security concerns of the past year. And it could have been on its way to Alaska?

HBCC UFO Note: I have just wrote back to the witness to gather up some more details which may be very inmportant to determine what this object, (light) might be.

Update For Above Sighting: Below

Hazelton, B.C. - 17 Km north

Date: December , 2002 Time: 3:30 a.m.

Email report Received: March 15, 2003

Hello to you Brian, Thank you for your prompt reply. When I reflect to that time of this sighting I would say that as the satellite appeared from behind nine mile mountain from Kispiox Valley, it was in front of Roche de Boule mountain with Hazelton down below. It looked like it was flying due west. There was no sound. Then it made an L-shaped turn north where it looked like it slowed around Kispiox Village ( for maybe 30 seconds ) at which time I was seeing it through the binoculars. It was not that high up. And still no sound. As soon as it was exactly west of me I watched with the eyes until it was behind the trees. This was all within about 3-4 minutes total at the most.

We have the jets going to Alaska around 11:30 am which are very high up. Also they come from the southeast and go right over the house here and leave the Kispiox Valley heading in a northwestern straight line.

So that is why I thought maybe a satellite because of its unusual flight pattern, almost as thought it was going to Terrace, then decided to head up the Kispiox Valley on the western side of the valley.

I appreciate your interest in this matter. Thank You for time.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

From Forest To Mt. Carmel, Ontario Object Parallels Witnesses Truck

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: 2002 or 2003 ? Time: Approx: 3:00 a.m.

From Forest to Mt. Carmel, Ontario. Winter. Early morning (3 am?). 2002 or 2003. Driving to Huron Park from Sarnia, Ontario, with my friend driving.

As a passenger, I was observing the night sky. We were headed in a northern direction just outside of Forest when I spotted a very bright, white star. I kept watching it for some time trying to determine whether it was the North Star or a satellite. As is common when driving at night, it appeared as though it were following us, always the same distance but, seemingly, changing direction as we changed direction. I then commented to my friend that it seemed like the star was constantly parallel with us and that I hadn't moved my eyes or head the whole time we had been travelling northward. He glanced several times and said it must be a satellite. When I looked at him to speak, we were turning and heading east. When I looked back at the sky, the 'object' was much closer but still parallel with our truck.

A sense of fear coursed through my body and I told my friend that it was a UFO. We both glanced over through the passenger window only to see and feel a white light come through the truck then disappear as quickly as it appeared. Although we were still driving, we felt that something had changed. There were no landmarks to verify the change and neither of us checked the time. It seemed as though we were both disoriented. Neither of us have spoken about the incident since.

I have been looking for someone that I trust to take me into regressive hypnosis. I need answers!!! Not only to understand and complete the puzzle of my life's experiences, but to have a kinship with others like myself.

Thanks to all for sharing and thanks to the creators and caretakers of this site.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Saucer Shaped Craft With Legs

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: November 2002 Time: 11:50 a.m.

Number of witnesses: 4 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Saucer with legs.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was driving my son age 14 and my roommates twins age 9 to my sons basketball game. We were driving down circle drive bridge going west when I looked up in the sky and noticed a metal object in the sky. This object was located above but just behind the Rona building not too high up. I told the kids to have a look at this thing and we were all in awe. The traffic light at Circle Drive and Miller Ave, it turned red so then we had a better look.

This object which I believe was a UFO, was not moving, it was just sitting there idle in the sky. It was a metal saucer shape with about 5 legs with these large metal balls under the legs but not attached to the legs. These balls were idle spinning very fast. It was almost like the spinning balls were keeping the UFO in mid air with the force. Then the balls started moving in a counter clockwise direction (still spinning) underneath the object in a circle.

The balls were evenly spaced as they were circling underneath and then the balls started to make a wider circle and then they looked like they were going to move up into the underneath of the object. The light turned green and we had to go so what ever happened after that I'm not sure. I wanted to just sit there and watch this thing till the end but my son was getting upset because we were going to be late for his basketball game. An hour later on our way home we kept our eyes on the sky but this object was gone. I'm just thankful that I had other people with me who saw this because when I tell people they don't believe me, even my best friend thinks I'm cracked. Then about a month or two ago I was reading an article in the Star Phoenix about crop circles being reported at farms just outside the city. They showed a picture of a crop circle where the crop was flattened by something in a counter clockwise motion. As I was looking at the circle, and the size of the circle, to me it sounds like the object I seen could of made a crop circle like that. The way the metal balls were spinning idle very fast and then the way they were circling around the underneath of the object going in a counter clockwise direction and the magnetic force feeling people were having. I know there's no explanation for these crop circles but this could be one of them to take into consideration.

I would like to thank you for giving me this opportunity to tell my story.

Thank you to the witness for the report and diagram of the object.

Kitwanga, British Columbia Bright Light With Beam Descending

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: November 1, 2002 Time: 6:30 p.m.

A fellow telephoned me tonight (November 3, 2002) to tell me what it was that he and three other witnesses watched while on their way home from their work place. They were approx: 22 kilometers outside of Kitwanga on the Mitt-In-Main forestry road when they saw a bright, yellowish/white light with a "beam" coming from the bottom of it. (The witness I talked with said the beam of light was like if you were holding a flashlight and shinning it in a fog). The witness said they saw it for approx: 3 seconds before it disappeared.

I asked what direction the light was moving in before it disappeared The witness said it did not move, but stayed in the one position and then just disappeared. At the distance they were at, they said the light was small in size.

I asked if I would be able to telephone the other three witnesses who saw this event, so he is going to contact each of them in hopes I can get their reports.

Thank you to the witness for making the report.

Houston, British Columbia A Saucer Or Oval Shaped Object

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: November 4, 2002 Time: 6:35 p.m.

A neighbor came over and knocked on my door this evening ( November 4, 2002 ) and told me he just watched a strange light cross the sky underneath the cloud cover. Before he came in the house I turned off the outside light and it was certainly over cast. "The witness went on to explain what he saw", I just walked out the door and was going to get into my car when he noticed a bright, white, saucer/oval shaped object moving across the sky very quickly. There was no tail associated with it. What ever it was, was heading in an easterly direction at a rather low altitude. The sighting lasted for approx: 6 seconds before he lost sight of it as it flew over top a small local mountain. The witness reported hearing no sound from this object. I asked the witness for an approx: size of this object, he said it was really hard to say, but said it was of a good size and very bright white in color.

Thank you to the witness for his report.

Terrace, British Columbia A Few Strange Large Balls Of Light

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: Novemeber 23, 2002 Time: 5:15 p.m.

I had a telephone call from two separate witnesses who live in the Terrace, B.C. area explaining that they just had witnessed some strange lights over Thron Hill Mountain in Terrace, B.C. From Terrace you would be looking east towards Thron Hill Mountain. (HBCC UFO Note: There were actually 5 people who watched the lights in total, but I only have talked with the two who called me on this matter).

The weather condition at the time of the sighting was good, clear but rather windy. Also in the area where the lights were noticed there are some large towers close by.

One of the witnesses said the object, or bright light was approx: double the size of the planet Venus. White in color. All of the witnesses watched the light for approx: 10 to 15 seconds until it grew smaller in size and disappeared. (HBCC UFO Note: I found this rather strange, all of the witnesses mentioned in all the clear sky there was a large cloud which hung over the mountain where the lights were spotted. Seeing if was so stormy (windy) the witnesses all found it weird that the cloud stayed in it's position and did not move until all the lights were gone. BTW - In this report I have only mentioned one light, but it was approx: 15 minutes later after the one light left, two lights showed up).

Approx: 15 minutes later the witnesses claimed to see two balls of white light over the same area where the single liught was sitting, it watched this for a few seconds before the lights blinked out.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Indian Brook, Nova Scotia Purple Glowing Shaped Oval

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: October 31, 2002 Time: 5 :55 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 5 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Oval purplish disk.

Full Description of event/sighting: Halloween, a friend and I were giving out goodies at our local fire hall. I was inside and we had the door open. My friend went out, and then started yelling " hey guys, look at this." I thought kids were messing with the police car because we had the Police Dept right next door. He frantically called me to come out to look, so I did. What I saw, simply astounded me. This purplish glowing shaped oval came towards the fire-hall in then stopped, hovered there in one spot for a few minutes. My friend continued to call for the police member to come out observe what was transpiring in front of our eyes. It's massive size, even at a distance was huge.

There for a minute we stood in silence when the police member came out only to find it flying off very quickly. But he did say, he saw it going away very quickly in a blink of an eye, it was gone. I remember going home telling my family about it. Some of my nieces said they seen it and were watching it while they were driving. A few members in our community said they seen it, and were watching it from top of the hill in our community. A few days later some people said they were watching it from another community in Truro N.S., which is 20 minutes away. I almost forgot some one took a picture of it from her house, but when she developed it, it was a cloud or mist with a small red dot in it. My brother said he heard a broadcast from New Brunswick about a huge light in the sky while he was there.

Houston, British Columbia A Pale Yellow Colored Object

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: October 3, 2002 Time: 10:15 a.m. Daylight Sighting

A Houston resident telephoned me this morning, October 3, 2002 and reported seeing a very strange object traveling slowly in a southwesterly direction. The witness was on her telephone talking with her daughter, she was looking out their kitchen window which faces the Telkwa mountain range. She noticed a strange, pale yellow colored object traveling slowly below the horizon of the mountain range. She said it was completely "round". The sky was clear, except for some low cloud/fog in some areas. But the location where she observed the object, the weather conditions were clear.

The witness told her daughter to hold on, dropped the telephone and ran outside onto their patio deck to get a better look at it. At this time the object rose up against the sky line, but still continued along it's path, which again was in a southwesterly direction heading towards the Morice River Road. (HBCC Note: This year, in 2002 there has been a lot of UFO activity taking place in the same area).

She said there were no wings or propellers which would indicate the object being a normal aircraft, again she said it was completely round.

Now if I have any luck going for me, today I do the weekly radio show with CJFW FM and I hope others will hear the radio show, and if they have seen this object, they will make a report to me. It was busy as usual in town, and loggers are running around the Morice River Road area, so I am sure someone else would have witnessed this as well. I will contact the local helicopter operators to see if they, or someone may have been flying in that area where the object was spotted, and at the time of 10:15 a.m.

Thank you to the witness for their report.

Hungry Hill - 15 Miles West of Houston, B.C. Wedged Shaped Object

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: October 8, 2002 Time: 9:45 p.m.

Wedged shaped object.

A resident from Telkwa, British Columbia was heading to work (graveyard shift) in Houston, B.C. at one of our local sawmills when he spotted, in his words. "An object shaped like a piece of pie" ! He also said it had three white lights at each of the corners, or "fins" as he put it. The witness also said he lives under the flight path for the Smithers airport, and had not ever seen an object of this type or shape fly over head in the past, so seeing this was very unusual. When his eyes caught it he turned into a pull out area, or rest spot they have at the top of Hungry Hill to watch it, mainly to see what it was going to do, or to try to figure out what it was he was watching.

He also said the object sat and hovered in one place approx: 200 feet up from the base of Grouse Mountain and did not make a sound that he could hear. He was stopped at this time, out of his vehicle, standing watching what ever this was. He also mentioned that it looked as if the object was tucked in around a farm which was in the valley just a little north west of his location.

I asked him what color it was, he said "black. The witness said he could clearly see the silhouette of it, this is why he was so sure of what shape it was. I asked if he had some kind of idea how large this craft was, he came back with it being approx: 40 feet across. He watched the object move off in a westerly direction towards Quick and Telkwa, B.C. The witness said he had enough, as it bothered him and got back into his vehicle and got out of the area quickly.

HBCC UFO Note: I am planning to go and talk to some of the farmers/ranchers in the area where this was seen, just in case they had noticed anything strange around the area on the date given above. With so much going on in this area, I might get lucky and come up with a different report. I will keep everyone posted.

Thank to the witness for their report.

Hungry Hill - 15 Miles West of Houston, B.C. Slow Moving Object

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: October 17, 2002 Time: approx: 8:30 p.m.

I receive word from a friend, that he had heard about a sighting which took place on Hungry Hill which is approx: 15 Miles West of Houston, B.C. An older couple were on their way home to Topley, B.C. (which is approx: 13 miles east of Houston) from shopping in Smithers, B.C. . They were coming up Hungry Hill (which is a long steep grade) when one of the witnesses saw a green/red flashing. She said it would flash from red to green, and then green to red according to this lady. She said to her husband, who was driving their car, do you see what I see ? He said yes I do !

(HBCC UFO Note: The witness mentioned to me, that she told her husband we had better not tell anyone as they would think we were crazy).

They both said the object moved slowly above the tree line near the top of the hill, she said it would stop, hover, and continue moving slowly, then disappear. As they drove along the object reappeared, still just above the tree tops, and then moved across the highway in front of them and again came to a complete stop. At this point they stopped their car and watched the strange object, moving back and forth across the highway still just above tree top level. Before the object left the location, it started trailing "sparkly stuff" behind it, which shot out approx: 100 to 200 feet and left in a northwesterly direction which would have been towards Grouse Mountain. The object was circular in shape, or what they could see from the flashing of the lights.

Both witnesses said there was no noise, or interference on the radio, they said they heard no noise what so ever. (HBCC UFO Note: The two folks who watched this, and mentioned to me they could not hear any sounds from the object, this could have been due to them driving along in their car with the radio on. But after they pulled over, the husband did get out of the vehicle and still reported no sound from it. He explained, whatever it was, was very close, just a head of them and kept crossing the highway).

Both witnesses said the object was approx: the size of the old satellite dishes, (C - Band, which is approx: 10 to 12 feet in diameter. They still use this C - Band system and this is why they used this to determine a size for it).

Before I finished the conversation with them, they both stressed that the object would move back and forth across the highway, and when it reached either side, it stopped and hovered for a couple seconds, and then fly back across the highway to the other side. This whole process took about 10 minutes before it left the area and when leaving, it moved very quickly.

Thanks to the two witnesses for their report.

Granisle, British Columbia A Large Glowing Orange Gold Saucer

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: October 22, 2002 Time: 10:25 p.m.

(HBCC UFO Note: Granisle is a small town 45 minutes northeast from where I live in Houston, British Columbia, Canada. Granisle has a population of 400 residents and the main industries are tourism and logging. Once the site of a copper mine. (Granisle Copper & Bell Copper) who had two large open pit mines).

I was contacted by a gentleman ( I will say this, it was a person in authority) recently who gave me quite a story. The witness was with another fellow driving north just a couple of kilometers south of Granisle, B.C. (their exact location when they viewed the craft was at Topley Landing. The two large forest companies here in Houston have a barge which runs back and forth across Babine Lake carrying logging trucks) The old Bell Copper mine is directly across the lake from the witnesses position. An approx: guess would be a 3/4 to 1 mile between the craft and the witnesses.

The fellows observed a large glowing orange/gold almost saucer shaped (oval?) object hovering right over top the old Bell Copper mine. They said it was very low to the ground. At this point they pulled over to have a look and to try to figure out what they were seeing. As they watched the object hover, it would rise up very slowly and come to a complete stop, move sideways then stop and drop down roughly the same height from the ground when the witnesses first seen it. (HBCC UFO Note: I asked if they witnessed any type of light coming from the object, meaning a downwards beam of light). They both told me no, no lights were seen coming from the object. They did say that it almost looked as if every time the object moved to another position and dropped back down, it seemed to them the light intensity grew from the object while it stayed stationary. At "one" point the object moved out over the lake and stopped for a few seconds, then went back over top the mine once again.

They mentioned they heard no sound at all, but keeping in mind that the two fellows were some distance away from the object when viewing it. (HBCC UFO Note: I asked them if they could give me an approx: size of this thing). There rough estimate was about the size of the Moon (maybe a hair smaller). They also said there were a few other cars and trucks that passed by them at the time, but no one stopped. (HBCC UFO Note: I can certainly understand why no one stopped to see what was going on, as I know who the witnesses were.)

But they did say that everyone traveling the highway had to have seen it, you couldn't miss it. They said the area around the object, (ground area) was lit up for some distance. Also due to the brightness of the craft it cast it's reflection on the lake. The men watched this event for approx; 7 minutes before it rose up and left slowly heading north, still at a low altitude and out of their sight.

(HBCC UFO Note: I find this a very interesting case to work on. Three things come to mind, why was this craft sitting over the old Granisle/ Bell Copper mine. Why did it move and stop over top of the lake. Why did the intensity seem to grow when it moved to a new position and hover. Actually I have a million questions I could think of to ask, but who ?? I am not sure if I can gain access to the mine, but I am going to check into it, as I would love to take a drive out to have a look around. Also something to keep in mind, Granisle Copper & Bell Copper mine's sit on an island on Babine Lake. Since the mines have been closed for sometime it may be hard to get onto the property.

Also rumors have been floating around that one of the companies were thinking of going back in and high grading the remaining ore. One other note to this story which may be of interest. On the mine site there have been a good number of fossils found, one which has brought a lot of attention has been the Mammoth. Bones have been found, and also were buried by the mine sometime ago when it was in operation. From a newspaper article in the Smithers Interior newspaper a while back the company thought it best to not have their mining operation stopped, or slowed down by having folks digging for these fossils.

Anyway, there you have the short version to this case, but I wanted to get this one out as I just received it this past week. there is a lot more to do on this one, in hopes of finding some more answers to this amazing case. Also I think it would be a good idea to pop into the newspaper office and see if they will run the sighting report in hopes that some of the other folks who drove by might come forward and give their take on this.

While I am at it, I have received more reports as well. Just tonight Saturday November 22, 2002 I received two telephone calls from Terrace, B.C. over stange lights in the sky.

Thank you to the witnesses for their report.

Kitwanga, British Columbia Green Transparent Balls Of Light

Posted: December 30, 2007

Date: September 4, 2002 Time: approx: 9:15 p.m.

A witness telephoned me last night and told me he had just witnessed a couple of "green - transparent" balls of light traveling in a southwesterly direction at a low level. I asked the witness if he could give me an approx: altitude the green lights were at. He guessed they could have been around ten thousand feet or so.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan A Triangle Rotating, Twisting and Turning

Posted: December 28, 2007

Date August 16, 2002 Time: Approx. 4:30 p.m

Our family was gathered in the back yard just sitting around talking before lighting the BBQ. I wasn't even looking at the sky, but something out of the corner of my eye caught my attention, a white object, with no visible lights, was coming towards us slowly from the north east.

My wife and I along with my two children just sat there in amazement trying to figure out what it was as it came closer. It was quite high up but yet not as high as the few scattered clouds in the sky. But the object was large enough for us all to see with the naked eye. We all knew it was no airplane as now it had just stopped motionless, almost like it was trying to be seen. My wife ran into the house and got the binoculars and handed them to me. What I saw was a white globe, it looked solid, but then started to kind of fade in and out, but moving very slowly to the southeast. Of course by now my two boys, 11 and 13 where going nuts, yelling at me "let me see, let me see." I handed the binoculars to my 13 year old, he was just silent, then almost in a whisper he says "dad, it really is a UFO."

Then suddenly I noticed a dark object moving quite fast to the west underneath the white object. Again looking through the binoculars I tried to focus in on it. I still can't quite describe what I saw. It was dark, it was not round, to me it looked like it was changing shape as it was moving, it was very confusing to me so I handed the binoculars to my wife and asked her to try and describe what she saw. She described it differently from what I thought I saw, but maybe it describes it best. A triangle, rotating, twisting, turning, making it look like its changing shape.

She gave the binoculars back to me, as I began to focus in on it again, yet another object appeared just below the dark object, so I focused in on that one. Now this one, I can describe, as strange as it sounds, it reminded me as a Popsicle stick going end over end, it was even brownish in colour. This was all happening very quickly and I didn't want to miss anything. I turned back to the part of the sky that the white object was first seen, it was gone, then back to the area of the dark trianglish object was, it was gone. They where all gone as quickly as they appeared.

Then literally out of the blue (sky that is) another or the same white globe appeared, this time larger, it sat motionless just for a moment, as if it was waiting for us to see it, then suddenly it took a very steep and fast decline from the sky to the horizon north of the city.

We were all a bit in shock and trying to figure out what we just saw. When you see things like this, you tend to not want it to end, at least I didn't. Thinking it was all over, I was searching the blue sky with the binoculars while listening to everyone's comments. Then suddenly, a little light just appeared exactly where I was looking. This was nothing like what we had just witnessed, it was a sphere of light, very tiny, but you could still see it with the naked eye. As soon as I pointed it out to everyone, another would appear, then another right beside it. One would disappear, another one or two would appear, all in the same area, like they were dancing in and out of visual contact. I would say at one given time, ten would be visible at once. They didn't move much, it was like they were coming in and going out, all at different times. There where a few clouds in the sky at this time, but yet when one sphere went behind the cloud, you could still see the glow. They were very high up, but what a show. Again it was over as quickly as it begun, this portion of the show was maybe 2 minutes. My family and I saw 4 different types of what people call UFOs in a very short period of time.

We sincerely thank you for the service you are providing.

Thank you to the witness for the interesting report.
