Bright Light/Object Rounded On Top And Tapering Down Over Aldergrove British Columbia

Hi Brian : I am pretty sure I had a sighting here in Aldergrove, British Columbia tonight on 56 Avenue going west toward 248 Street. I feel badly I didn't stop as I had someone tailing me.

It was very bright and wasn't moving ( too big to be headlights of an airplane) white light like my iPhone and it was rounded on top and tapering down. Just can't explain it. Very close by. Thanks.

China Nose Huge Wildfire Houston British Columbia (Controlled Burn/Pictures/Video)

I just took some new photos of the China Nose Wildfire which is located approximately 15 kilometers outside of Houston, British, Columbia. It flared up as you can see in the pictures I have added.

This is due to the firefighters controlled burn.

Orange/Red UFO Streaming Across The Sky Over Barrie Ontario

Time:  11:30 p.m.

My Sam (name changed) was standing in his backyard and having a smoke with a friend on August 15, 2014 at 11:30 p.m. and when he looked up to the sky in the northeast direction and saw a bright solid light streaming across the sky.

Then it changed color to orange/red and then shot up into the sky out of view. It was far up in the sky and moved way to fast to be a man made creation.

It was pretty cool, but scary at the same time. Definitely terrifying. Does this sound like your experience.

Circular Fiery Orange UFO Spotted Over Bowmanville Ontario

UFO Sighting near Bowmanville, Ontario, Friday August 15, 2014

I was driving towards Bowmanville along Hwy 2 at 10:25 p.m. to pick up my wife from work. I was talking on the phone (speaker) with a friend when I told him I saw a strange light hovering to the northeast of me near Holt Road.

I told him I thought it was a UFO and it looked like the top of a tower, even though I knew there was no tower there. It was about 300 feet up. About 10 other cars would have seen this too. I spotted it right after I passed Rundle Road.

I kept my eye on it and could tell I was getting closer and closer to it. I could tell it was right over Holt Road as I was now just beside it.

I knew if I turned north on Holt I could get out to see it as I was now basically right below it. I was still talking to my friend and told him not to hang up.

I found a place to park just north of the group mail boxes right across from Bob's towing, a junk yard and a car dealership. From the time I turned at the traffic lights to park there took approximately 10 seconds.

I got out and immediately looked up, but the object had just flown off in an easterly direction towards Bowmanville (3 kms away). I could see it moving away and then out of sight.

To have moved that fast from Holt Road to over Bowmanville would require a speed of 300 kms per hour I am guessing. I have yet to do the math.

I had no time to use my phone to get a photo. I would have if it had not taken off. If I had, had a gun I would have shot it down just so I could prove what it was. I may never know.

At first I was hoping it was a Chinese lantern as it would explain things. I had seen these lit and flown last year at my sister's wedding, but of course they don't sit stationary in one spot and then dart off at unimaginable speeds.

The object was round and a fiery orange colour that glowed, and I was close enough that I could actually see the glow shimmering. Because it would have appeared as the light on top of a tower I am judging that it was 300 feet up, and that it was from between 5-20 feet in diameter.

There is no way it was more than 600 feet up. There was no sound that I could hear either. This is the typical type of sighting that others have reported since the 1960s.

A friend thought it might have been a drone. My questions are: Do drones hover? Do they look circular and fiery orange at night and can they travel at phenomenal speeds?

I am not a believer in paranormal events like ghosts or alien abductions, but I know what I experienced and I will label it as a UFO. My family and I also saw one back in around 1981 at Gravenhurst, but that one has already been reported.

Important Update For The China Nose Forest Fire (August 14, 2014)

The fire has grown in size to an estimated 2,900.0 hectares

There also is an Evacuation Order in effect for the areas listed below.

The below information is from the Forestry Management Branch.

The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechako has issued an Evacuation Order for the following areas:

South from 9840 Heading Creek FSR, west to the Snow Mobile Cabin on Equity Mine Road, east to and including Crow Creek Road beyond the train tracks, east to 22387 and 22507, north to 25699 including Day Lake Road, southern portions of the Forest Dale Canyon Road, Bulkley Lake, Day Lake and Elwin Lake.

The Regional District of Bulkley-Nechacko has issued an Evacuation Alert for the following areas:

Highway 16 from 13003 continuing east and southeast on Highway 16 to 17670 including the North Road (north) and Maxan Road (south) including the north portion of the Sunset Forest Service Road.

Kidney Shaped Bright Light/UFO With Streamers Coming From The Bottom At Ridgeway Ontario

Time:  Approx: 9:50 p.m.

Dear Mr. Vike,  last night August 13, 2014 at approximately 9:50 p.m. my wife and I were driving down Dominion Road in Ridgeway, Ontario near the intersection of Ridge Road when my wife spotted a very bright light that was kidney shaped and had streams of light coming out of the bottom.

The light was large and approximately the size of a baseball field light just above the tree line. She mentioned it so I turned the car around and retraced our steps, but the light was gone so we preceded to head towards home “St. Davids , Ontario” along Gorham Road.

When we reached the intersection of Bowen Road we spotted a huge orange moon very low to the east so we headed that way because it was so spectacular looking and wanted a look that was not blocked by the tree line. The moon was very low so we drove several miles and reached an opening where we got out of the car and viewed it with our binoculars.

We were just getting ready to get back into the car when I spotted this very bright light to the south of the moon and suggested to my wife that perhaps that is what she had seen.

She said the light she saw was much larger and brighter, but this was the only really bright light in the sky now and was also very low and 10 times brighter than any star is.

We observed it through the binoculars and it appeared very white and had a glimmer of flashing red and green and maybe blue lights on bottom. The white light was not round, but elongated as my wife had previously stated, kidney shaped.

The light was stationary and was not moving in any way and was over Fort Erie area as far as we could tell. As we watched an airplane appeared to be heading towards the area of the light, the plane was a small craft and had multiple flashing red and green light as small planes do.

We drove further down Bowen Road towards the Niagara river and we saw the bright white light started to move north at a slow rate of speed, but was slowly accelerating.

We sped up to get to a clear viewing area and we were out in the area of no homes or street lights and were starting to get concerned about being in a deserted area. We reached the Niagara River area, but could see no sign of the bright light or the airplane .

The sky was clear and no stars were evident as the moon had risen and was no longer orange, but a brighter almost full moon. My wife and I live in an area where we see planes and other aircraft constantly and this was no plane.

The object was a very bright white light and seemed to have streamers coming off bottom which could have been other streaming lights. The sky was very dark when we first saw the light because the moon although near full was just at horizon level and very orange giving little radiance. Thank you Sir , yours truly,
