Super Bright White Light Streaking Through The Sky Over Summerstown Ontario

Time:  Evening.

 

Hey I live in Summerstown, Ontario and saw a light streaking down quickly. It looked like a bright white light, almost like those new Halogen lights on vehicles that blinds you!

 

Came from the northeast down towards southeast. Was so very cool!

Green Ball Of Light With Long Prominent Tail Seen Over Ottawa River Parkway Ontario

Time:  10:10 p.m.

 

Hello, I too witnessed this shooting green ball.

I was driving east bound on the Ottawa River Parkway just in line with the Health Canada buildings before the Parkdale off ramp.  The time was 10:10 PM.

I noticed to what I thought was simply a shooting star to my right (looking out my passenger side windshield). I had time to say to myself “wow a shooting star”.  That turned into “holy crap, the ball is glowing green and has a long prominent tail. 

The green ball was then surrounded by a bright red circle and shortly after disappeared.  The entire scene lasted about 2-3 seconds.  My first reaction after was that this thing was so low it was bound to hit somewhere.  That’s when I researched this morning and found your blog.

Green Object Sizzling Out With Sparks Seen Over Fitzroy Harbour Ottawa Ontario

Time:  Around 9:30 p.m. or 10:00 p.m.

 

Hi Brian, I just did a Google search to see if anyone else saw something strange in the sky in the Ottawa area last night (February 28).

 

I live in Fitzroy Harbour - are you familiar with that location?  It is part of the city of Ottawa, but rural.

 

I was sitting in my TV room and my eyes went to look out the window in front of me. I saw what appeared to be like a firecracker that hadn't gone off completely in mid-air, coming back down to the ground and sizzling out with sparks. 

 

We don't have any homes around us.  I immediately jumped up to look out the window to see if kids were setting off firecrackers at night, with frigid cold weather!!!  You never know!!

 

Anyway, I couldn't see anyone out there.

 

I'm not sure what time it was - it could have been around 9:30 or 10:00 pm.  I know you saw a green light, but my vision was like sparks off a firecracker.

 

I'm intrigued.

Bright Green Ball Of Light May Have Hit The Ground At Ottawa Ontario

Time:  Approx: 10:00 p.m.

 

Hi there, I live in Ottawa Ontario and I caught something moving out of the corner of my eye. I looked out the window and saw a bright green ball soaring to the ground, it landed about 100 feet from our home.

 

The exact location, unknown as I was in midst of rocking my to sleep. It happened around 10:00 p.m., Ottawa time, today Being February 28th 2012!

Bright Green Egg Shaped Object Near Longueuil Metro Station Longueuil Quebec

I just saw one 2012-02-28 around 22h00 near the Longueuil metro station. It was a big one and really close to the ground. Did anyone see that one. It was the first time I saw it this big and close to me. 

 

I was on the 132 est exiting for Pont Jacques Cartier.

Bright White Light Spotted Over Vernon British Columbia

 

Date:  February 26, 2012

Time:  Approx: 10:00 p.m.

 

Tonight (26th February, 2012) I saw a bright white light in the sky in Vernon, B.C. It flashed every second to every second and a half.

 

It traveled at high speeds (2x that of a jet-liner) from south-west to north-east, flying through the area in a zig-zag pattern.

 

It had no visible port starboard lights, as did the airliner moving across from east to west at approximately 10:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
