Location of Sighting: Gibbons Alberta.

Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Planet-like blob of light.
Full Description of event/sighting: We were out walking in the valley that runs beside and through town when we spotted this bright light almost directly above us. It was the size of a Jupiter or Venus when they are at their largest and low on the horizon. So a very large blob of light and kind of orange-yellow like you would expect a planet or reflecting object to be.
We didn't realize it was moving at first because of the tree tops waving around and we were moving too, but then it became apparent that it was tracking East-by-North-East, and actually moving quite rapidly. Faster than an airplane or satellite.
There were no flashing lights whatsoever and the object did not change intensity or colour the entire time it was in view (two to three minutes).
We ran up the hill to follow it before we lost it behind the trees (which obscured a great portion of the sky from where we were down in the valley) but despite this it managed to disappear behind some treetops for about 10-15 seconds, during which it vanished.
When we emerged from the trees, there were no clouds in the vicinity of sky it vanished in.
I thought it was maybe the International Space Station, but this was in the wrong hemisphere at the time, and travels the opposite direction anyway. It also was not a weather balloon as the winds were very strong and heading south east, not E-NE. It was not a meteor because it was too slow, and left no vapor trail of any kind. It was not a plane since it was a single circular blob of light (much like a very large planet) with nothing flashing.

Vernon, British Columbia Disc Shaped UFO (Photos And Diagram)

Hi Brian,
On 9-26-8, around 5:00pm, I saw a strange disc like object in the western sky, Vernon, BC. It was at cloud level, and disappeared into up the clouds as quick as I got one not-so-great photo which I will attach with its zoom. I have also drawn a picture to show exactly what it looked like to the naked eye. Thanks again.

Edmonton, Alberta Unknown Object ?

Location of Sighting: Edmonton south sky.
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: N/A.
Full Description of event/sighting: Very quick sighting. There were numerous planes with the typical red/blue flashers, but this one stood out as it lacked those all important details. Sky was silent, so this was no helicopter either. It appeared very suddenly, moved towards the east, and then dissapeared up into the sky.

Cloverdale British Columbia Silver UFO With Rows Of Portholes

Message: Hi Brian Hope that your back is better. Oh where can I start, my husband and I are or we prefer to be called young seniors. We have seen a lot of sightings over our life when we took the kids camping in remote areas around B.C. We saw lights that would shine around the mountain tops, dart around with no sound. So we knew that they were not helicopters or car lights. Some times they would be white lights, sometimes they were red and they would be in a straight line then they would shot straight up at a very rapid speed then disappear. We knew back then that there was something going on, but we kept quite about it because no one ever spoke about such things then.
The most shocking one I ever saw was over Cloverdale B.C. about five years ago in broad daylight around 1:00 in the afternoon going south on 176st. I happened to look up to the west and saw a glint of silver in the sky. It was a large craft. I could see many rows of port holes and there was a gold line around the middle. I asked my husband if he could see it. Of course he could not slam on the brakes as we were in traffic. When I looked back, it was in the clouds. I kept watching, but I could not see it any more. We believe that these crafts and beings are interdementional and they cannot be detected on radar and can disappear at will. It is all very interesting.

Seen From St-Hubert, Quebec Comet Like UFOs (Graphic)

Full Description of event/sighting: Hi Brian, been a long time, We were coming back from my mother-in-law after dinner (rolling on Rte.116 Northbound) when my girlfriend and I saw 4 comet-like objects over the skyline of Montreal, Qc. The 4 objects were heading slowly southwest-bound and the sky was clear, no clouds at all, as dusk was starting to settle over the city.
I'm pretty sure that it wasn't planes because we saw about 2 or 3 of them that were flying in the sky at the same time. I will try to draw a sketch of the event and send it to you by email later today, but it seemed odd to us that 4 objects could fly in the same direction like that.
The event lasted about 5 minutes before we lost them behind Mont-Royal.

Barrie, Ontario Object Comes To A Dead Stop

At 10.13 pm two sightings 3 minutes apart, same objects as the November 2007 sighting. I saw two of them tonight, it kind of freaked me out. I was looking at the big dipper and they appeared in the same locations, 3 minutes apart. They traveled and stopped, then blinked out after 30 seconds. It even was about 3 to 4 minutes each and 2 to 3 minutes apart. I don't believe in UFOs, but I can tell you I won't sleep well tonight. I see jets and aircraft pass every night. Please Note, these we not jets or satellites. Jets and satellites don't stop dead and move the other way.
Additional Information:
Barrie, Ontario Canada and the sighting happened on the evening of September 22, you know I am very neutral and reserved person who believe explanation and since my first thought would be a airplane or satellite. What really bugs me about this, is those objects can not stop dead in mid air and the lights don't shut off, they require to have them on at all times.
I did some research after the sighting and found many reports in Barrie, Ontario. There is one specific with video and pictures.

Being close to air traffic and Toronto International Airport, I know what lights in the sky would look like as we see them 30 times a night This object was no airplane or jet. This was very real. Normally I would say there's a reason for everything or an explanation. Either I'm getting old and seeing things or I'm going retarded or what I watched was real.
