Edmonton, Alberta A Stationary Blimp Shaped UFO (Diagram)

Date: September 24, 2007 Time: 11:55 a.m.

Location of Sighting: Approximately 25 km SW of Edmonton, on a secondary road. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Sort of blimp shaped, but longer and narrower. I first thought it was a jumbo passenger jet that had been shortened to about half its normal length.

Full Description of event/sighting: Five of us were bicycling together on a secondary road about 25 Kms SE of Edmonton. It was a cloudless day with no wind. We were traveling due west, the sun was on my left. Crossing a gravel intersection I glanced to my right to ensure there was no traffic, we were traveling about 20 kph, in single file, I was second in line.

Something made me look up and I saw this pure white object, stationary in the sky. The brilliant, pure whiteness was startling and made me take a second look. It was like a cloud except it didn't have rough edges but had a clear outline, smooth, like an airplane. I then thought it might be a reflection of the sun off of a cloud but there was not another cloud in the entire sky.

The second thing that made this seem odd to me was there was no sound. Traveling on a bike in the countryside there is an almost absence of noise, it's common to hear the birds chirping. There was zero sound except the hiss of tires on pavement.

The next odd thing was the object was motionless. It just didn't move. A plane would have had sufficient motion to be detectable. I know it wasn't a blimp because there are never any blimps in the Edmonton area, if there had been one that day it would have been on the news.

As we continued riding, I pointed at it and yelled to the guy in front "What do you make of that?" Before he could look a row of trees blocked our view of that part of the sky,but the guy behind me immediately shouted "I saw it too, (name removed)."

We cleared the trees within 30 seconds and looked again. The sky was empty. Nothing. No sign of anything ever being there. No vapor trail, no blimp drifting away, no airplane in the distance. (We hadn't seen a plane all morning.) Nothing.

And still no sound. At no time did any of us hear any noise from above us, like a jet engine or a propeller plane.

We discussed what it might have been, we both agreed on the general description and jokingly said it must have been a UFO. As the days passed I continued to think about it and am now convinced that whatever it was it wasn't a human-made object.

Again, it was it's pure white color, the shape, the total absence of sound and the way it was stopped, dead still, in the sky that all contribute to my conviction that this was not a normal object.

Warfield, British Columbia A Silver Saucer Shaped Craft Hovering

Date: September 25, 2007 Time: 3:20 p.m.

HBCC UFO Research Note: Telephone interview.

Two people were sitting on their deck facing a local mountain having a smoke, when they looked up towards the top and saw a silver saucer shaped craft hovering. It was silvery in color and had a smooth reflective surface and defiantly saucer shaped. The object was stationary for approximately two minutes before starting to move off towards the northeast. No noise whatsoever emitted from it, but as it moved it seemed to have a slight wobble to it. Also noted was a light bluish aura around it. The object quickly disappeared behind the mountain and was gone.

Peterborough, Ontario Unusual Object And Media Reported On It

Date: September 30, 2007 Time: 3:00 a.m.

Location of Sighting: South East About A 65 Degree Angle. Number of witnesses: 3 Number of objects: 3 Shape of objects: A Triangle Shape.

Full Description of event/sighting: I was about to go to bed when I happened to glimpse out the window and I noticed a bright white light in the sky, at first I thought it was a star but then I noticed it was turning red and green and it seemed to be moving. So then I thought a plane, but then it just sat there in the same spot for an hour. At this time I called my roommate and friend to see it and they both were not believing what they were seeing. We all noticed another light off to the right, it was a plane with it's flashing lights, the plane flew under the object and was quite a ways below it.

Then we noticed the object started to emit a brighter light, it was glowing red and green and white, we thought for sure it had to be a plane or something, but it continued to change colors and shape.

It was like a triangle with a light in each corner and the center light was the brightest part that kept getting brighter, then darker, the object moved over the next hour to the right and then back to the left, we used a stationary object to make sure it was moving. I tried using my camera phone to take pictures of it, but it did not pick it up. It then seemed to becoming closer then started to move away. It stayed there until it started to get light and then we could not see it anymore. I tried looking for it since, but nothing. I have always kept a close eye on the sky but this has me wondering what it was. I heard on the local news that we were not the only witnesses to this, there were several others that called it in to the local news. But I am just glad I seen it.

Mississauga, Ontario A Bright Star Like Object

Date: September 29, 2007 Time: 10:45 p.m.

Approach Direction: Southwest. Departure Direction: SW Witness Direction: SW.

Description: A few minutes ago I was standing on my balcony and noticed just over the top of a highrise apartment a bright star like object. It really stood out, low in the sky and bright with red flickering lights. I thought at first it was a plane coming in the distance, but it never moved, just stayed in the same place. I went to get my binoculars and had about 20 seconds of viewing, before it dimmer to about half the brightness and then it was gone.

Color/Shape: Couldn't make out the exact shape.

Height & Speed: 2000feet? Hard to tell.

Minden, Ontario A Loud Bang And A Solid Ball Of Light With Trail

Date: September 29 or 30, 2007 (?) Time: Evening ? (checking with witness for the exact time)

I just wanted to report an unidentified flying object sighting in Minden, Ontario. The event could be described as a loud bang (from a distance) accompanied by a flash of light (which caught my attention), a sold ball of light and then a large partial trail. I'm so confused. Have you had any other reports from Minden because I'd really like to see if anyone else saw something similar? I think the date was the last weekend of September 2007.

Additional Information:

It was about a quarter to 5:00 a.m. I actually think the date was Saturday the 22nd of 2007, Minden, Ontario. A friend of mine saw it too. The sky was crystal clear. The whole thing maybe lasted maybe 2 seconds. I didn't actually see the ball. A friend of mine did though. He mentioned seeing a green streak in the trail as it disappeared. He also said it was quite linear. On my account, I saw a flash of light in the sky in my peripheral vision accompanied by a sonic boom (my friend didn't hear it). Then as I turned my head, I saw a partial trail. The trail was large and V shaped (small end upwards). I did some research and I found out people sometimes similarly describe seeing meteors this way or 'space junk'. I really hope you can give me some of your insights, or tell me about other sightings of this nature.

Outside Of Beausejour, Manitoba. Canada (Update)

Date: 09/19/2007 time: 23:30 local time

Approach Direction: downward

Departure Direction: none

Witness Direction: West

Description: Roughly 11:30 pm, My girlfriend and I were driving home on the highway, I noticed a bright light in the sky, An orange orb that was stationary. It was too bright to be a star but could not be a plane, as it didn't move. I noticed two other vehicles parked along the highway gazing at the object as well. We continued on, and shortly thereafter The object descended downward towards the ground and dissapeard in the treeline. I would have pursued, but my girlfriend was frightened and wouldn't have it, I estimate it's position of landing to be nearby Birds Hill Park. (assuming it did in fact land)

I've absolutely no doubt this was a UFO in our atmosphere that quite likely touched down.

Color/Shape: Bright Orange, White-ish at the brightest area. Spherical, but it was quite flourescent, like a star, so I cannot inform of any actual shape.

Height & Speed: Probably no more then three or four KM from the ground, It descended (in my very rough estimation) from that height to the ground in no more then four or five seconds.

TV/Radio/Press: I've yet to hear any other related information.

Upon my making this statement, you had e-mailed me and requested further information on the sighting, but beleiving that I had provided all the information I could, I neglected to return your e-mail. For this I apologise.

It should be stated firstly that this report was only the first of - at least six- ( I seem to have lost count ) sightings I have witnessed since.

The orbs seem to appear in the same general area, quite plain to see with the naked eye, yet I've heard no other reports or media attention.

I must make a few points clear - That my original estimate of the location of the UFO was dramatically incorrect, my judgement now guages the object to be "much" further west then the Birds Hill area. On one occassion I spotted the object from Beausejour and continued westbound to see just how far it actually was. I made it to the western edge of Selkirk MB. (roughly 40 some Kilometers) before the object faded out of view, it was no closer then it seemed initially. I now estimate the appearance to be in the vicinity of Brandon MB. if not further. It should be noted that there is a military installation near there, known as CFB Shilo. I personally doubt this has any connection, but it may be a possibility.

I have at times seen up to three objects present during one sighting. They move horizontally back and forth sometimes at low levels of speed, stopping at times before continuing their path. It would seem almost (and I hate to speculate anything) that they were seeking something. All that I concider may be of any small interest near Winnipeg may perhaps be a micro-biology lab, that is host to some of the worlds most potent viruses. Again, I hate to speculate anything.

There are now several witnesses, including close friends, who have seen the objects with me, and noted their own personal sightings to me on seperate occassions. unfortunately, none have made reports, it would seem they cannot be bothered.

Most notably I must add that these objects seem quite un-concerned with the sheer obviousness of their presence. My father did not beleive my stories of the sightings, but on one occassion himself and I were on route to the city at roughly 8:15 AM, the sun had risen and it was a clear morning. There were no stars, and I noticed a bright light in the general location that I normally spot the objects (this was the second time I observed them in the morning light). I noted it to him, assured that it was indeed one of the strange orbs, and had him watch it for no more then a minute before it faded away. He was uncertain if it vanished, or perhaps raced off at an alarming speed in the opposite direction. Needless to say he is no longer skeptical of their existance, but beleives there must be some explination.

I have no further consequential infortmation to provide, aside that I hope the sightings continue, for I plan to invest in a new camcorder that may be able to capture these objects on film. All prior attempts to record them have been unsuccessful due to out of date camcorders and cameras that cannot pick up the stars, much less these orbs.

I understand this e-mail has become rather lengthy, and apologise. I will let you take from it what you will, and ask that you feel free to contact me at my e-mail address should you wish to ask further questions. I will do my best to reply promptly should you require it.

Summary,

Witnesses - No less then 5 to my knowledge, on different occassions

Time - Multiple sightings taking place from September 07 until the present, the last of which being January the 5th 08 at around 11pm (this is also the time i most frequently see them).

Location - Somewhere west of Winnipeg MB.

The Object - What I assume to be a Generic UFO. It is orb-like in shape, bright like a star with a orange/white glow.

Action - Usually stationary on the horizon, around what would appear to me to be 15-20 KM in the air, though from the distance it must be from where I witness, I cannot gauge it... At times there will be 2 or 3, they have been known to move slowly in different directions before vanishing out of site. Always they dissipate shortly after being spotted.

This is all I can think of to report at this time, but as I said I hope to have video evidence of their presence that may help myself and others better understand the phenomenon. Also, as stated, do not hesitate to contact me through e-mail for further information that I may have overlooked.
