Hi, I witnessed two unusual sightings from my backyard in Windsor, April 29/07.
I'd just like to post a report "for the record" because a) this is a Canadian site and the event I witnessed was over Canada, but passed into the U.S. and b) Lack of an update on the nuforc.org site where I submitted a report after the witnessing the events of that evening.
I am sure I am not the only person to have seen what I saw considering I live in Windsor ( Pop200,000+) and neighboring Detroit (Pop.1M+)
I am a 43 yr. old man, I have perfect 20/20 vision. I was in my backyard after 21:30 watching the jet traffic pass overhead mostly leaving Detroit eastbound.
The stars were coming out a half moon behind me rising in the south behind my house, the backyard is on the north side of the house. To the North, convieniently the neighbors pine tree pokes right up pointing at Polaris -above it Ursa Major was inverted over Polaris. A streak of motion directly overhead caught my attention and I looked up.
Instead of a falling star/meteor I expected to see, I saw something else. The streak was a brownish grey cloud like trail of vapor for a second (12 o'clock position)and then lights emerged. What I saw was three white lights, close together, very bright, in a straight line travelling north very fast and very high up. It was 21:39 and one jet was travelling eastbound perhaps 20km West of the objects path that could have witnessed this event which lasted all of three to four seconds.
I was very excited to have seen this because it was unlike any aircraft I have seen. It was not space wreckage. I believe it was some form of aircraft travelling at an incredible rate.
I decided to go inside and get some paper and a pen and make a note of the objects path and record what I had witnessed. I got the pen and paper and sitting outside I drew the stars and flightpath. I scanned the skies looking and thinking about what I had seen. Another motion caught my attention minutes later. This time I was totally in awe. I happened to look up to the northeast and see a V-shaped pattern of lights.
As I focused on it, I realized it was a V- shaped aircraft and I was able to see the underside of it from a distance of maybe 10 kms maybe less. It was appeared to be hovering in silence.It was the shape and size of a medium guitar pick held at arm's length. I had the sense that this object was very large like a bomber, or jumbojet. Very strange seeing something like this being so large and appearing heavy and solid like an anvil, but apparently flying and totally quiet.
There were seven white lights on the underside, not bright, just dull white, one at the point and three down the middle of each "wing". It moved forward slowly heading North over Lake St. Clair and disappeared or faded from view. This aircraft was dull grey, or black in colour. I would say it's shape was as if two rectangular boxes were meshed together forming a V-shape.
There were no other lights on this craft, no navigational beacons. I doubt that it was a Stealth bomber, at least not the one you can find pictures of on the internet. Perhaps it was some secret military craft - it may have been heading across the lake to Selfridge ANG, 15 miles away.
There were no other aircraft present in the skies when I witness this object at 21:58 flying over Windsor, specifically Tecumseh, Ontario.

Belleville, Ontario A Silver Or Metal Looking Tube (UFO)

Location of Sighting: Benjamin and Yeamon street in Belleville. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Like a tube, but it had a bottom like a disk.
Full Description of event/sighting: My friend and I were driving down Yeamon street in Belleville Ontario when my friend said,"look at that". I looked but didn't see anything. He turned the truck down off of Yeamon street going down to my place and he said to look between the buildings as there was something in the sky. I looked and I couldn't see anything. My friend drove up to another house and in-between the houses I see a silver, or metal looking tube just sitting there in the sky. It looked like it was a tube at first, but than I noticed it looked like the glare from the metal. It was moving and almost like the thing was spinning. I then noticed it tilt and I seen it had a bottom. I only noticed it tilt for a second, then it went back to normal and started moving slowly away. We drove to follow it and saw it again between the next two houses. Then the flight path it was on, or should've been on was gone because when we went drove to the next break in the houses, there was nothing there and that's not possible. This thing had to fly like a hummingbird as it made no noise and judging from the size of the bottom and how close it was it should've made noise. I live near Trenton airbase and about 3 minuets after I saw the object. I saw 3 jets fly in the sky upwards and in a triangle around were I saw the object.

Eastside Of Windsor, Ontario - Two Sightings On The Same Night (Diagram)

Hey Brian. I just sent the two hand made pictures of what I witnessed over the eastside of Windsor on April 29/07 at 21:39 and 21:58. The first photo attempts to recreate the brownish-grey cloud-like smoke trail that erupted overhead. The size of the streak is very close to actual. It was about one second long as I watched it form in bursting billowed-ripples.. Then a bright light emerged from the abrupt end of the billowing smoke. And two more intensely white lights, perfectly separated at close distance. (so was it one triple-lighted object or three separate entities? I'm not sure, it was very high up. I tend to lean towards the three separate objects in my mind.)
Anyway to look at the picture you have to imagine these three very bright star-like objects emerge from the end of the cloud and whiz across the sky from directly overhead - north over Detroit very, quickly.
As the trail at the end of the cloud helps suggest they didn't pass by in a straight streak.
More or less straight but there was some variation of both direction and speed.
Furthermore, that trail at the end of the cloud represents the slipstream effect I witnessed seeing these three lights travel through, like a near-transparent tunnel effect. In the final second I saw them flying away very fast North without that effect, just bright lights in a straight line. The whole event was about three-four seconds long and then they were gone out of sight.
Although I culled the pictures online from a meteor, a Leonid shower streak, and Orion's belt and a background sky that represents the night sky I had then, it fairly recreates the event.
I could speculate about what I witnessed.
1. - Maybe it was a meteoric event, but I don't think so given the three things close together and the differing speeds and zippy course changes.
2. - Perhaps it was some kind of missile for signaling (sent by the coming 21:58 chevron?).
3. - A scouting party to ensure the safe passage of the 21:58 Visitor.

Oshawa, Ontario Light Ends With A Large Burst Of Light

Date: March 1, 2007 Time: Approx: 5:30 a.m.
Location of Sighting: I was in Oshawa in front of my house. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: ?
Full Description of event/sighting: I caught something out of the corner of my eye while putting out the recycling and looked up and saw a streak of light moving what appeared (from my angle of sight) to be from north to south. It was moving at an extremely high rate of speed. I only saw it for a second and it ended with large burst of light.
I have seen many meteors burn up in the atmosphere and this event was not similar to all of the meteor events I have seen. The speed of the light was similar to a meteor event though. The streak of light was much larger and the tail (or streak) was "light" not a meteor burn tail.
I could not estimate altitude. A guess would be that it was several thousand feet in altitude.

Sky Above Montclair Pomona, Ontario Orbs Of Light

Location of Sighting: Sky Above Montclair/Pomona/Ontario Number of witnesses: 3 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Orbs of light.
Full Description of event/sighting: The past 4 days if seen 4 different objects in the sky, I've been doing heavy yard work and keep on seeing these things. My Mom/Girlfriend/Grandfather also have seen these things I've been freaking out about. I ordered a digital camera so I can take some pictures of these weird things I've been seeing. They only hang around for a few minutes if even that. I've gotten the binoculars out on two of the sightings and seen the light coming from the objects. I have no idea what these things are but 4 days in a row of seeing weird stuff in the sky is creepy. If anyone in Ontario/San Bernardino have even seeing these things please email me. I'm going to get some pictures up as time goes on.
First time I saw this thing/s. It was above the sky of Ontario International Airport, it wasn't moving that I could tell just sitting up there. Next time I noticed a plane with a contrail behind it, there was a strange looking white orb in the middle of it not far behind the plane it was moving in and out of the trail it was moving very fast at a sideways angle , I don't think any of our aircraft can do such a thing. 3rd time we id noticed it in the same spot it was before but, my woman and mom were out on the porch with me and saw it together. 4th Time was just right now over the city of Montclair. Now I probably sound totally nuts for reporting this with no pictures, but if I'm seeing them 4 days in a row. Thought I'd report because maybe someone in my area will read and send me an email. Sorry if this is wasting the webmasters time.

Ottawa, Ontario Bright UFO Stationary Then Starts To Move

Hi, I'm from Ottawa, Ontario and last night I saw a bright light in the sky and it was moving slowly across the sky when I looked with binoculars I saw a spinning red blue and green light and some other colors. Get back to me please.
Additional Information:
Ok yesterday it was 7:30 just getting dark but not dark enough for stars I see this bright light sitting in one spot for an hour or so. Then I finally said something and we all looked. Eventually it started heading northeast at a slow rate of speed.
It could have been really far away, if it was I'd say it was huge. I took out my friends binoculars and looked at it, it was hard to keep my hand still, but I clearly saw red, blue and green light in a weird pattern that changed eventually about 45 degrees from where I first saw it hovering. It disappeared behind a house. The "color red looked like dots and the blue was coming out of the direction it was going and green flashed every so often". Only when I looked through binoculars, when not looking through binoculars looked like a bright star.
I also might have seen it today roughly in the same spot, but not exact same as it was cloudy and so hard to follow.
