Time: Before midnight.
I saw
something similar to what you described. At first I thought it was a plane, but
thought it was strange because it was dark and there were no red lights on it. I
stood up to take a closer look and it was like a huge Ferris wheel in the sky.
I
could only see 2/3 of it, then it disappeared. I'm from North Wales U.K and
thought it was funny when people said they have seen UFO's, but now know there
is something else out there.
