Shape of objects: Orb type.
Full Description of event/sighting: Hello there, at 11:45 pm I was looking outside my balcony and saw at a distance a red flashing object which looked more like a star from far. I looked at it constantly for 10 minutes and then realized the light was getting bigger, like the object was coming closer. It was red and yellow flashes. After another 10 minutes I saw it moving very slowly from northeast direction to the northwest direction and the lights got smaller and went sideways. The UFO was stable for 30 minutes at it's position. I then went down and found a couple of people and showed them the light. They were also surprised, as they had not seen something like this before. None of us had a camera a video camera. I then came back up to apartment.
At 11:50 am I contacted the UFO reporting center in Washington and filed a report there. At 1:22 am the object has moved northwest and the lights went smaller and smaller and sideways, stopping every 2 minutes in one position until it went pretty further away for me to see it. If you want the image of this object my best suggestion would be to take satellite photos at the precise time I saw this. You might able to pull some images. This is my first encounter with something like this and will never forget this day and sighting for the rest of my life. You can contact me at: (phone number and name removed).

Green Lake, British Columbia A Russian SL6 Rocket Body

Update: Russian SL6 Rocket body is cause for the sighting.
I sighted a spectacular meteor at 00:25 13Mar08 heading west to east at approximately 35 degrees over the horizon. It took approximately 25 seconds to traverse the sky heading in a gradually downward trajectory. The tail was immense and the light of the object itself, very bright.
I live at Green Lake in the Cariboo, about 40K south of 100 Mile House.
The curious thing is there have been absolutely no reported sightings in the press or, on the internet that I can find.
Has there been any reported sightings at the Society?

Dalmeny, Saskatchewan UFO Follows Car Then Shoots Upward

Location of Sighting: On Dalmeny highway
Number of witnesses: 2
Number of objects: 1
Shape of objects: Unknown.
Full Description of event/sighting: It was a dark night no moon and no cloud. I love looking at the stars as I drive, after driving on the same highway a million times it gets boring so a look around. In my side window I saw a green glow on the window and at first I thought it was a reflection or something, but what I saw was weird. I still cannot wrap my head around it. I yelled at my wife look and she turned and basically did the same as me, nothing just sat with our mouth open. What ever it was, was flying aside us maybe 200 feet up or so. The only thing visible was a goldish green flame like a blow torch tip pushing the rear as it passed us and angled upward. I realized it couldn't be a meteor, meteors don't go up and what it did now rules out a military jet. Like in the movies it seemed to explode, but it shot in that same upward angle up and gone in a 100th of a second and all that was left was a slight line in my visual memory like on a sci fi movie. It just went poof and was gone. It made absolutely no noise except a few seconds after it disappeared out of the atmosphere, I heard a "pop" like a firecracker way off in the distance. Me and my wife still argue as to exactly what we saw and what it was. But the one thing we agree on, was it happened. (Name removed) from Sask Canada.

Object Blasts Through The B.C. Sky - Seen From Kamloops to Dawson Creek

On March 13, 2008 at approx: 12:30 a.m. numerous eyewitnesses watched an amazing sight in the early morning sky. An object, orange in color slowly streaked through the sky with a trail following behind. Witness also mention that they were able to see debris coming off the main object and observing the debris in the tail. Since this covers such a large area of British Columbia I was hoping to hear from other folks who witnessed the same thing.

Kamloops, British Columbia Spectacular Meteor Sighting

Time: Approx: 12:30 a.m.
I received an email from an eyewitness to the sighting, the fellow lives in Kamloops, British Columbia and he left his telephone number and I called straight away and had a nice conversation with him about the event. The witness had just finished sitting in his hot tub, got out and dried himself off and gone inside. He was looking out the picture windows looking towards the north and over the mountain rather low he observes this long orange streak in the sky. The man opened one of the windows and stuck his head out as he was amazed at what he was observing. His first thoughts were that of an airplane on fire. The object was traveling from the west to the east rather slowly, the witness watched the object for at least 10 to 15 seconds and he finally lost sight of it due to the mountain. The man also notes that if he had of spotted the object before he did, the length of time observing it would have been a little longer. It was moving approximately as slow as a jet aircraft. The object was large in size and had a tail/trail following behind it. Also what was noted, were bits of the object that were in the tail of it, the witness figured the pieces were burning up and breaking off the larger object. The object stayed almost horizontally, maybe dropping slightly in altitude.

Prince George, British Columbia Object Has Fire Trail That Looked Like Sparks

Shape of objects: Roundish.
Full Description of event/sighting: Heading from west to east. Fire trail looked like sparks, whitish front looked like normal fire not traveling fast. We wondered if it was a crashing aircraft. It was heading for the ground I think, from our view it would have crashed near Willow River Area. (Small town) or that direction, no sound but not traveling fast. Please let us know if others seen it. I never called the airport that may be an idea.
