Location of Sighting: Brighton On, Trenton, On. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 12?. Shape of objects: Flashing multi colored lights.
Full Description of event/sighting: Hi, it's me again, I sent a report in the Spring almost the same. Since that time I have started paying more attention to the sky and have been quite amazed at what I have seen. I was in Brighton, Ontario on the evening of the 16th August. At dusk I went out on the deck to take a look at the sky and about a dozen of the objects could be seen over Lake Ontario about 1km west of the beach at Presquile Provincial Park just sitting in the sky like last time. We (another witness) then observed one object start climbing at a 45 degree angle until it was quite high in the air and then it just stopped. When it stopped another one very close to it took off in a straight line from west to east until we lost sight of it. At that point I had to step inside for a while, so I went in side. At about 4:00am the next morning I was awakened by my dog, so while I was up, I decided to see if they were still there. At this time they were still out, but now they were congregated around the Trenton air base.
They must have been low because you could clearly make out the flashing lights which normally can't be picked up without binoculars. The week before we were at my house which is north of highway seven near Havelock, Ontario. My friend who was over went to bed, and went downstairs when I went to bed about 11:00p.m., my friend was still awake and he asked me if I could see a light outside the window. I looked out the window and could see one of the same objects very low in the sky over a neighbors farm not far from my place. We watched it for a while and decided to go back to bed and tried to go to sleep. A few hours later we were awakened by said neighbors dog going nuts. When I looked out the window the object was still there just above the tree tops, but this time it was moving around in tight circles like a bumble bee. After about a half hour of the dog going nuts we heard a helicopter that flew in from the west. It came in real low and slow right over my place towards the direction of the neighbors.
The helicopter was lit up with more lights then I have ever seen on one before. Almost like a Christmas tree. It did a fly past of the object real close and then carried on. After that the neighbors took their dog in and shut off all their lights. The object then gained some altitude but did not leave for some time. Since I have first noticed these things I see them all the time. There are usually one or two around my place, but they are always very high up and rarely move around. I have never seen them so low as I did the other week. The helicopter tells me the authorities know about them because we rarely see helicopters around here especially flying that low or at that time of night, or lit up like this one was. I noticed in one of your previous postings someone mentioned seeing similar objects and mentioned chemtrails. This summer we have experienced alot of that in massive amounts for the first time. It has been a pretty much daily thing since spring. I don't know if the two are related but I have never seen these objects before either and now the two are as regular as the rising of the sun. Burnaby, British Columbia Object Changing Shape (Photo)

OK here's one for ya. I was sitting at work starring skyward when I saw this. I thought it was a balloon till it stopped went up into cloud then back out and continued along. It was changing shape as it moved, that's when I went to grab my camera and got this one shot before it seemed to disappear. My friend saw it too and said she could see a trail behind it like smoke??? We were at the bridge studios in Burnaby, BC.
Additional Information:
I guess the whole thing was maybe 2 to 3 minutes. It traveled a long way across the sky, it was almost clear with patchy clouds. The object was there and I was trying to get a second picture and then it was gone ?

High Prairie, Alberta Slow Moving Bright Light

Date: August 7, 2007 Time: Between 11:30 p.m. -12:30 a.m.
Hi Brian: My wife and I were camping at Winagame Lake Provincial Park, near High Prairie, Alberta, about 430 km north-west of Edmonton, on Aug. 7, 2007. We enjoy star-gazing, especially away from city lights.
Between 11:30 pm -12:30 am we were watching from two different areas of the campground, observing a couple of satellites and a meteorite. When we returned to our campsite at 12:30 am we decided on one last look. Our campsite was well-treed, so our view was restricted. We were looking up when for some reason I glanced downwards to the top part of trees in front of us and noticed a bright light moving slowly on a direct path at a 45* angle through the trees. The size of the light was comparable to the nail of my small finger at arms length. There was a clearing beyond the tree line, but we couldn't tell if it was in that area or beyond. We watched the light for about 10 seconds and as it reached an open area it got smaller and faded out. It was definitely an exciting experience.

Cadotte, Alberta Bright White Light Turns Orange

The next sighting was August 11th next night at approximately 11:30pm. Me and my friend both enjoy the outdoors and it was the weekend so we stay up late at times to star gaze. We were sitting outside hoping to catch a glimpse of some meteor showers. We found out later that the peak time for it was the 12th and 13th. We did manage to see very few. Anyway I was telling him of a time when I was a kid and me and my family saw a light shaped like a flame from a rockets engines hovering in the air about a mile from our home. As I was telling him this, a light just appeared in the sky. Same type of light as the one I saw the night before. It just appeared! This one was heading north. It was a bright white light that turned or orange and then it disappeared. I don't think meteors travel that slow do they? There was no noise from this one either. There's something or someone out there and I know there's more people that see these lights and things but are afraid to report them.

Cadotte, Alberta More Eyewitnesses To Unusual Bright Light

Brian, this is (name removed) from Alberta. I was just reading the report that came from High Prairie Alberta. I thought I would report the same kind of thing I saw on August 10th and 11th of this year. Me and my friend were heading home from my mom and dads place in Cadotte and I was telling my friend "There's that bright star" I'm not sure if it's a planet or the space station but there's a bright light that appears every evening on the south-western sky. It seems to move around that's why I'm thinking it may be the space station. But anyway, I was watching this light and took my eyes off it for a few seconds and looked at it again. As I did another bright white light appeared right below it but this one was moving. It was heading our way. I told my friend to stop. He did and I stuck my head out of the window and thought I heard a helicopter sound and I said "oh I think it's just and airplane or a chopper" Then I told him to pull over and turn the engine off. As we did this the light hovered in the air for a few seconds.
I was getting excited and said "look it's hovering." I got out to look at it, it took off again and there was no sound. The noise I had heard was my trucks motor. Now I'm really curious. I tell my friend to turn the truck around and we headed back to my mom's because I wanted them to see this light. I checked my watch right away when I first saw the light and it was 10:55pm. Anyway we weren't too far from my parents house and we could still see the light heading east as we drove. I ran into the house and told them to come and see the light. As we stood there watching it we could see a definite curve to it's flight path. At one point it got very bright as it went over a couple of mobile homes across the river. We watched it until it disappeared. It was heading east but it seemed to take a turn and headed straight south.

Canadian UFO Sighting Reports - January - August 2007

*HBCC UFO Research* and *UFOINFO* together have received 293 written UFO sighting reports from January 1, up until August 27, 2007 and I am sure the total number will climb as we still have four months left in 2007. Not included in the total number of reports is approximately 26 telephone interviews which we done and the reports have not been written up as of yet, these would include sightings from British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta.
Ontario still leads the Canadian provinces with a whopping 140 reported sightings, followed by British Columbia with 81 cases.
Below is a break down on reports received by HBCC UFO Research and UFOINO from January 1, 2007 to August 27, 2007.

Total number of Canadian reported sightings so far for 2007 is 293 cases. Plus another 26 cases which have not been written up as of yet.
The sightings range from a spectacular meteor event over Ontario back in March of 2007, followed by a wave of unknown craft/objects. Stars and the planet Venus were another cause for some of the reports, the IS (International Space Station) and Space Shuttle played a roll as well. Also aircraft were reported as being a UFOs. To round things off, there were a few UFO sightings that did turn out to be balloons, but although many sighting were certainly explainable, there were some really amazing cases in which no answers could be found, and I am still looking for a rational explanation for some events.
One of the most amazing UFO events took place over the Kelowna, British Columbia region on July 2, 2007 where numerous eyewitness in different parts of Kelowna saw a cylinder shaped craft, with what looked like fins on it, and on fire, ripped down through the sky and finally hitting the water on Okanagan Lake, British Columbia. The sound was incredibly loud and like a deep bass "womp, womp, womp" sound as it came down. The same object then reappeared from where it hit the lake, rose up and then sat and hovered in the sky. Meanwhile a cone or "possible" triangular shaped craft was stationary a short distance away from the cylinder shaped craft. What took place next dumbfounded all of the people who had watched the event unfold, the two objects started reacting to one another, and the best description given from the witnesses was like looking at tracer fire from automatic weapons, or in other words it was like the two UFOs were shooting at one another. After a short time of exchanging what looked like the two craft were firing on one another, a loud bang was heard and the cone shaped craft was nowhere to be seen. The torpedo shaped object was still hovering in the sky. It started moving from side to side and then a loud sonic boom and it was now gone. Needless to say, some witnesses screamed loudly or when watching had their jaw almost hit the ground from watching such a unusual event unfold in front of their eyes.
A couple of other interesting things happened not long after this UFO battle. A NATO AWAC aircraft did a couple of fly-bys over the Kelowna airport, when Airport Operations Manager James Hall was contacted, he confirmed that the aircraft that flew over the Kelowna airport was indeed a NATO aircraft, a modified Boeing 707 AWAC. Mr. Hall also said that they were not privy to their (military) operations or plans. Numerous unknown helicopters were seen in and around the area, more than the normal helicopter traffic one would see in the area. Also CF-18 fighter jets were video taped leaving the Kelowna airport, but this certainly may or may not have anything to do with the UFO battle over Okanagan Lake. I guess we just keep an open mind to the chain of events and hope for a break in the case.

There are many other UFO organizations across Canada and in the United States that are receiving Canadian UFO cases. So the total will be much greater for each of the Canadian provinces.
I couldn't even guess how many UFO reports were reported from the United States and other areas of the world. Most sightings do come into us from the United States and we are very happy to receive them, actually some of the best cases are coming from the U.S. and go back numerous years.

I also keep harping on an important part of this UFO topic, and that is that the witness who is reporting to us, is that their private/personal information is completely confidential.

*HBCC UFO Research* and *UFOINFO* together have received 293 written UFO sighting reports from January 1, up until August 27, 2007 and I am sure the total number will climb as we still have four months left in 2007. Not included in the total number of reports is approximately 26 telephone interviews which we done and the reports have not been written up as of yet, these would include sightings from British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta.
Ontario still leads the Canadian provinces with a whopping 140 reported sightings, followed by British Columbia with 81 cases.
Below is a break down on reports received by HBCC UFO Research and UFOINO from January 1, 2007 to August 27, 2007.

Total number of Canadian reported sightings so far for 2007 is 293 cases. Plus another 26 cases which have not been written up as of yet.
The sightings range from a spectacular meteor event over Ontario back in March of 2007, followed by a wave of unknown craft/objects. Stars and the planet Venus were another cause for some of the reports, the IS (International Space Station) and Space Shuttle played a roll as well. Also aircraft were reported as being a UFOs. To round things off, there were a few UFO sightings that did turn out to be balloons, but although many sighting were certainly explainable, there were some really amazing cases in which no answers could be found, and I am still looking for a rational explanation for some events.
One of the most amazing UFO events took place over the Kelowna, British Columbia region on July 2, 2007 where numerous eyewitness in different parts of Kelowna saw a cylinder shaped craft, with what looked like fins on it, and on fire, ripped down through the sky and finally hitting the water on Okanagan Lake, British Columbia. The sound was incredibly loud and like a deep bass "womp, womp, womp" sound as it came down. The same object then reappeared from where it hit the lake, rose up and then sat and hovered in the sky. Meanwhile a cone or "possible" triangular shaped craft was stationary a short distance away from the cylinder shaped craft. What took place next dumbfounded all of the people who had watched the event unfold, the two objects started reacting to one another, and the best description given from the witnesses was like looking at tracer fire from automatic weapons, or in other words it was like the two UFOs were shooting at one another. After a short time of exchanging what looked like the two craft were firing on one another, a loud bang was heard and the cone shaped craft was nowhere to be seen. The torpedo shaped object was still hovering in the sky. It started moving from side to side and then a loud sonic boom and it was now gone. Needless to say, some witnesses screamed loudly or when watching had their jaw almost hit the ground from watching such a unusual event unfold in front of their eyes.
A couple of other interesting things happened not long after this UFO battle. A NATO AWAC aircraft did a couple of fly-bys over the Kelowna airport, when Airport Operations Manager James Hall was contacted, he confirmed that the aircraft that flew over the Kelowna airport was indeed a NATO aircraft, a modified Boeing 707 AWAC. Mr. Hall also said that they were not privy to their (military) operations or plans. Numerous unknown helicopters were seen in and around the area, more than the normal helicopter traffic one would see in the area. Also CF-18 fighter jets were video taped leaving the Kelowna airport, but this certainly may or may not have anything to do with the UFO battle over Okanagan Lake. I guess we just keep an open mind to the chain of events and hope for a break in the case.
