Terrace, British Columbia Looked Like A Welding Spark It Was So Bright

Posted: January 17, 2008

Date: April 24 , 2006 Time: 7:32 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Terrace Arena parking lot above building. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 2 Shape of objects: Very bright light.

Full Description of event/sighting: April 24, 2006 at 7:32 pm my wife and I were eating ice cream in the parking lot watching people go in and out of the arena, looked to be lacrosse. About ten minutes later I was looking out the side window and see a bright light and said "look" and pointed out the window. We both seen the lights above the building. It looked like flares or a welding spark, very bright. One large one and a smaller one underneath. I jumped out of the truck and said did you see that, she said "yes" ! Kind of spooky. Never seen any thing like this before in my life, probably never again.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Moricetown, British Columbia UFO Just Vanishes Before Witnesses Eyes

Posted: January 17, 2008

Date: April 24, 2006 Time: Evening

I was over in town today, (Friday April 28, 2006) checking on the postal mail, plus grabbing some cash from the banking machine. I was talking to one of the ladies who works at the Royal Bank in Houston, B.C. She asked if I was keeping busy with the UFO business. I told her I was, and she went on to tell me about a sighting that took place in Moricetown, British Columbia which is just west of my location. The lady said she heard it on the Smithers radio station. So when I arrived back home I called the station in hopes of gathering some information on the sighting.

I left a message with Smithers Radio and a fellow from the station called back and he gave me a little detail on what was reported to them. Also while I was on the line I did an interview as well.

On April 24, 2006 in the Moricetown, British Columbia a bunch of people were out playing baseball when they spotted, what resembled to look like a fighter jet, but with neon lights all over it. The sky was clear and all of a sudden the object just completely disappeared. The direction the object was taking, was from west to east.

So I will be contacting the witnesses who did observe this as I now have their contact information.

My many thanks to the folks at the Smithers Radio station.

Vernon, British Columbia Another Orb Type Object

Posted: January 17, 2008

Date: April 26, 2006 Time: 12:30 a.m.

Hi Brian, This is something I have not seen before. The night was black, with some light cloud cover obscuring all but the brightest stars. I watched an orb type object heading north and it dimmed to an amber color, not the white star. In the north west sky. It slowed and began to flash. I counted 17 times that it lit up to a bright white light as it appeared to rise in altitude.

I have not seen any more than five flashes at a time before and this occurred while the objects were moving across the sky. I have also watched the objects stop and light up, but usually only one lingering flash. This time it stayed in the same area, and lit up 17 times and it was really bright because the sky was so black. The light was on then off in quick succession.

Take care.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Ottawa West, Ontario Two Orange Objects With Line Between Them

Posted: January 17, 2008

Date: April 27, 2006 Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.

Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Line, two blurred orange spots.

Full Description of event/sighting: Hazed orange/pink object seemed very distant. Traveling from south/east towards north/west in about 4-6 seconds very fast didn't fade away like a shooting star but appeared to be falling at extreme high velocity. Was almost pulsating in brightness, two main points attached together were prominently brighter.

Below: Example of what the objects looked like.

O-----O

About three times the size of an average bright star. Very obscure. A satellite, or a shuttle on re-entry. I have no idea, quite unidentified for me and me fiancé.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Foxboro, Ontario White Circular Object With Red Light On Top

Posted: January 17, 2008

Date: April 27, 2006 Time: 11:00 p.m.

Location of Sighting: Back of our home. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: White circular object with small red light on top.

Full Description of event/sighting: At 11:00 pm until about 11:15 pm we were closing up the house for the night. Spotted to the south east of our home was a bright white light just barely above the trees in the distance. This light fluctuated in intensity for the first 4-5 minutes.

This bright white light proceeded to go straight up to the top area of the tree that is just off our property (the tree is approximately 75 feet tall and still has few leaves since it is only spring). Then it went back down to the base of the tree line in a straight line. It repeated this 'jump' three times. All three times it moved straight up and down.

At that time I called my son up at his upstairs window. He looked out and watched this object with me. For some reason the object seemed to move faster once I called my son to watch!

It made approximately 4 more moves in a straight up and down manner, but, was moving slowly to the southwest initially doing this.

The It started to move even faster to the south towards the lake. However, it again jumped up and down about 10 more times. We are talking 6-12" jump in the sky. At first we both thought maybe a helicopter, but, as the object cleared the trees (few leaves on any of them) we saw a second smaller light above the large white light. The second light was red. The second light did not vary in intensity nor flash on and off like a light on a plane.

The lights continued in a south-west direction for about a total of 6 minutes before disappearing. There was no sound visible either.

The sky was clear and we had most of the lights of the house off on the east side of the house during this viewing. We have seen helicopters move in a similar manner, but, not in the same location multiple times and not at night or silently.

We are at a loss to explain this bright object in the sky. There was no moon visible and the sky was pitch black and full of stars here. We live in the country and have few 'light' areas from the city in the sky.

Thank you to the witness for the report.

Grande Prairie, Alberta Star-Like Object Maneuvers Strangely

Posted: January 17, 2008

Date: April 28, 2006 Time: Approx: 1:00 a.m.

Message: At approximately 1:00 am on Wednesday April 28th while star gazing at a local gravel pit in Grande Prairie Alberta. Three of my friends and I were witness to a slow moving (star like) light. It appeared in the south west sky along side of a constellation.

Then it wavily moved towards the south sky and dipped in a vertical and horizontal motion and dimmed out. The full motion in my field of view was approximately four or five inches . Not sure exactly what we saw but I thought it might be of some interest to yourself. I have never seen anything like this in my life. I am a 24 year old Graphic designer who recently moved to GP from Toronto. I have a visual representation drawn on computer. The movement is not quite accurate but the motion was very similar. I can email it if you are interested. The object was a star like oblique object. No larger than a star though. So determining a shape was hard.

Thank you to the witness for the report.
