Hi, I was reading your article on the C2C website, (http://www.americanchronicle.com/articles/viewArticle.asp?articleID=8794) and I had an experience close to the Yellowhead, Highway 16 just west of Lloydminster, around the same time as your article. I was driving home around 4:45 pm (I live in a hamlet 8km west of the city) and something caught my attention to the south. As I was looking at it, I thought that maybe I should pull over and take a really good look. I looked away for a brief moment and when I looked back it was gone. I went from being curious to instantly very scared and all I could think about was getting home.
What I can remember about it is, it was hovering and I could see a bright red light and 2 white lights in a triangular formation. I am not a very good judge of distances, so I can’t even estimate how far above the ground it was, but it was very visible. We do have an airport just north of the city, and I have seen many planes preparing to land, but this was to close to the ground to be a plane and it was stationary. When I got home, I ran into the house and my children were home and I was very excited when I was telling them what I just saw.
I had never heard of the triangular crafts before, until one night when my family and I were watching a special on the Space channel about UFO’s. They showed a computer generated picture of a triangular craft and I yelled “That’s what I saw!!!!” and my son said, “yeah, I remember when you came home from work and told us that”. I then felt at that point, I really did see something and I still get that “scared” feeling when I think about it today. After that, I would look in that direction on my way to and from work but I never saw anything like that again.

Calgary, Alberta Like A Semi Transparent Orb

Full Description of event/sighting: Hello, I just wanted to say that a number of years ago I saw something strange in the sky, after looking on your site I found this article with pictures.
Those pictures show exactly what I saw, it was like a semi transparent orb way, way up in the sky. I thought it might have been one of those things than you can see floating in your eyes, but I shook my head and looked away to see if I'd see it on another stretch of the horizon, I didn't. So I looked back and it was still there, it's very strange to see something like that out of the ordinary and what amazes me is these pictures show exactly what I saw.
I am unsure of the date though because I had a very tumultuous life during my younger years and was outside pretty much all day every day "perfect for looking 4 UFO's", "which I wasn't doing!". All I know is it was a nice clear day and the sun was behind me. I also have a faint memory of seeing something multicolored "flashing" and round in a field my family passed while we were driving to Medicine Hat at night. When I was a child, I don't remember anyone in the car mentioning anything about it though.

Vanderhoof, British Columbia A Glowing Whitish Colored Light

A witness who reported a sighting over the Vanderhoof area earlier on, they telephoned once again to say her and her husband watched a glowing whitish colored light traveling slowly through the valley below Sinkut Mountain. She said the object was very large in size and the two witnesses observed the light for approx: 3 minutes before it seemed to come to a complete stop, and changed direction moving rather quickly to the north. (This lady seemed to be a good witness, and elderly lady and her husband who I spoke to back in February over her sighting in the area. The witnesses also have a home which looks straight over the valley below and Sinkut Mountain.

Vancouver, British Columbia Unknown Object Filmed By Mexican Surgeon

Well today I received a package through Fed- Ex from Jaime Maussan a journalist in Mexico. He received the tape from a Mexican Surgeon who was on holiday in Vancouver, B.C. last December, 2001. The tape has never been seen before, and I can say it is really interesting. Jamie really did a wonderful job editing the tape for me in which I appreciate very much. The surgeon was traveling across a major bridge in the Vancouver area, he was driving and a companion was video taping the scenery as they had a good view from the bridge. The passenger was shooting tape from the passenger side of the car, and tuned the camera over to the drivers side as the sun was catching the mountains which does look very beautiful. It is early morning on a cool crisp day and as the passenger zoomed in on the mountains a object appeared.
Now from what I see, and I am not an expert with images. The object is round and appears to be rotating. The sun catches it well. With no obstruction in the field of view the passenger had while taking the video, the object completely vanished, then reappeared while it traveled along, it again vanished and re-appeared. The passengers in the car did not even see the object until later when they were playing back their holiday footage. The object I would say would have been a good size, due to the distance away when the video was taken.
It also traveled at a good clip.

Between Hazleton & Kitwanga, British Columbia Bright Flash

Date: February 26, 2002 Time: approx: 12:15 to 12:30 (close to the same time as above)
This witness contacted me by way of the telephone to report that her and her friend had left work just after midnight. When traveling highway # 16 between Hazleton & Kitwanga, B.C. they saw a really bright flash of white light which came from behind them. They did stop off to the side of the highway to look around to see where the flash of light came from. She told me there were no other veicles on the road. She noted it was cloudy as they could not see the stars or the moon. I asked if there were any transmission towers of any sort that she knew of, she was not aware of any at all in that area.
She said the event lasted only a second or two at the most but lighted up the whole area.
Her friend had a completetly separte sighting of the same flash of light in and around the same area we are talking about above. This took place on February 26, 2002 between 12:15 to 12:30 a.m.

Downtown Victoria, British Columbia Strange Maneuvering Object

Full Description of event/sighting: Whilst eating two tasty Chiclets, glancing outside at the overcast night's sky looking for stars, my eye picked up what at first I thought was a Satellite. A bright light, small in size, way, way up in the sky. Although it was overcast, a few stars were visible, along with this moving light that I had discovered. Naturally, my eye watched the star move across the sky directly above me, moving to the right of my apartment building, from West to South/East, but that is a uneducated guess. As I watched, I noticed the light begin to move downwards, off the "natural path", immediately I realized that it couldn't be a satellite, because they tend to circle the Earth, not moving off of their course. Then it went back in the direction that it had first been traveling, then up, down, then back to the right, then up again.
The object was very bright, very small, and very, very high up in the sky. As I continued to watch, about 10 seconds, the craft continued to move in a strange pattern, but then it "zoomed" away from the planet, or so it seemed. It took off in the opposite direction that it has been traveling in, and at almost turbo speed, went the other way. Now anything that high up, that small and that bright, moving that fast, had to be going pretty fast. I knew what I had seen, and I called my friend immediately to see if he could see it as well. Both of us being very scientific, we love Quantum Physics and the idea of Cydonia being created by intelligent life, so I wanted to see if he could see it as well, but his building was too low to the street to view the same portion of sky. About a week earlier we had seen a documentary about NASA's footage of spacecraft.
So my mind was already willing to accept it as a reality. Please keep in mind that I have 20/20 vision and I know what I saw, it was unlike anything made by humans, in this plane of existence, and it was very much real. In fact, about 3 weeks later, I was looking out my window again, and yes indeed, I saw something again. Now the brain only registers what it believes is real, and my mind has expanded its paradigm to include intelligent life as a reality, perhaps even the ground of our being, so my brain is capable of seeing more then the average person, who may be "set in their ways" regarding human experience and the evolution of life. So I think that my mind is much more open to the idea then lets say the average Joe.

Vanderhoof Crop Circle 2001 Investigated By Brian Vike

HBCC UFO Research Note: There were other photos and more comments that I had written up on this case which do not appear here in this report below. Everything is packed up in boxes in our spare room and I have not even gotten around to looking through the boxes as of yet. This gives an idea of what the case is about. Also at the bottom of the page in the media section there are links to a number of photos.
On the evening of September 6th, 2001. Brent Miskuski owner of Central Air Corp. was flying home from the Vanderhoof, airport where I had noticed a formation of crop circles. The site is located approx:. 3 miles east from the threshold of runway 25 at the Vanderhoof airport.
Late afternoon on Friday, September 7, 2001 I had an email from Jennifer Crosby, reporter for Northern Television asking if I had heard of a new formation of Crop Circles in the Vanderhoof, British Columbia area. I told her no, I had not but if she would give me a little while I would be happy to check into this story to see if there was any truth to it or not.
After a few phone calls, I placed another call to the Prince George Citizen who informed me that indeed there was a report from a Mr. Brent Miskuski owner of Central Air Corp., he had spotted the formation of 6 circles in a field approx: 5 Ks from the airport in a farmer field.
I looked up the number for the small airport in Vanderhoof and made the call, Mr. Brent Miskuski answered the phone and I asked him if he may be able to help me. He was kind enough to supply me with the location of the circles, and how many there was in this formation.
He also sent me 3 pictures that he took from an aircraft while flying over the Crop Circle formation which can be found at the following three URLs.

I made arrangements and prepared to leave first thing Saturday morning, September 8, 2001.
I arrived early in Vaderhoof at 9:10 AM, on Saturday 8, 2001 and made my first stop at a local variety store to pick up a couple of items, I mentioned to the store clerk if she had heard about the Crop Circles. She said she did, and went on to tell me about a foul, smoky odor her and her family noticed late the same evening the Crop Circles appeared. The smell was so bad that she got up and closed the bedroom window hoping to keep the unpleasant odor out where it belonged (outside). She also mentioned to me, she had no knowledge of any Crop Circles at the time of this foul smell.
(Investigator's Note) - This lady who complained about the foul odor lives in the same area the Crop Circle was discovered.
I continued on and stopped at another farm to ask for directions to the farmer who owns the land where the circles are located. I needed to get permission before entering his land.
At this stop I talked with an elderly lady who was out tending her garden, I introduced myself, and went on to explain about the Crop Circles, and I pointed up the road with a short description of the area I wanted to investigate, to find out who was the owner. This pleasant lady told me the same story I just heard from another woman in town, about a foul, smoky type smell in the air the night the Crop Circles appeared. She believes they took note of the foul scent in the air just after Midnight. She also went on to tell me that she was discussing the bad odor with another friend who lives next door to her, this other lady claims she also smelled the same smoky foul smell.
This was from 3 separate witnesses who confirmed that there was a smoky type smell in the air on the early morning the Circles appeared. Now if this has anything to do with the circles, I don't know, but it is good to make a note of this.
After talking to the elderly lady I continued up to the home of the farmer who leased the field where the Crop Circles were found to get permission to investigate. I talked to the man's wife and explained why I was there and if it would be ok to do my field work, she said there would be no problem and gave me permission. I also was holding a copy of the Prince George Citizen which had just come out the morning of September 8, 2001 showing one picture and telling about the circles in their field. She was so surprised to hear this news, she asked me if she could have the newspaper to show her husband when he got home, which I was glad to give her.
Back down the road about 4 miles or so I went to where I came to the field where the Crop Circles were located. After running around trying to find the location, and getting permission it was 12:00 (midday) when I first entered the field. (the crop circles could not be seen from the road).I followed along the edge of the grain field as not to destroy any of their crop. (approx:: 600 feet) then swung into the center of the field to look for any signs of the circles. From this point I was able to look over the field as I was up on a very small elevation in the field, and there was nothing to see other than grain blowing in the wind. I figured I had walked to far, so I cut, heading back toward the truck from where I was now, to where I came upon the first Circle.
For my records I have named this one Mickey Mouse (The Crop Circle) as you will note from the picture. There is the main body (circle) for the head, and two smaller circles almost touching the main body (the head) which reminded me of ears, and of course Mickey Mouse.

In all of the Crop Circles the Grain was not broken, it was like if it was pushed hard to the ground. The bend in each of the stalks were bent a couple inches up the stalk from the ground.
The Grain in Mickey's Head - Circle Number # 1 Was bent clock wise right to the ground until it reached the center where the grain became over lapping. (swirled on top of each other)

Note to Make By Investigator:
As seen from the aerial photo, there looked as if there may have been one person who walked into the circles prior to my arrival. There was a small path which lead to Circle Number # 1 but no other traces of anyone walking through the grain to Circle Number # 4. But I did not there was some braking in the stalks of the grain from Circle Number # 4 to Circle Number # 5. There was no other disturbance in any of the circles, and no more paths leading into or out of this area where the circles are located.
I also took notice of chunks of solid ground which looked as if it had been moved. There certainly wasn't much of this, but if you looked closely you could see where chunks of harder soil had been moved when the Crop Circles were created.
Grain Samples from each of the Crop Circles were taken, and bagged, also soil samples were taken as well from each of the circles. Other sample of each were taken from around the surrounding area for comparison. (Thanks to a buddy picking these up for me)
I also have taken pictures of the whole area, each of the circles and will have these developed Monday, September 10, 2001 and as soon as I pick them up I will scan these in and place them to my website, on this page.
Investigator's Note: This may, or may not be of importance, but I think it is worth mentioning with this report. Two weeks prior to this set of Crop Circles an article ran in the Vanderhoof Express Newspaper. The story was about people profiting on these sightings of Crop Circles, which turned out to be a hoax to collect a few dollars.

Crop Circles Return To Vanderhoof

For the second time, pilot Brent Miskuski has seen something strange as he flew over Vanderhoof.
On his way home to Prince George at about 7:30 last Thursday evening, Miskuski took off from the Vanderhoof airport over Sturgeon Point Road.
Pressed into the grain crop were six circles known as "Crop Circles".
"I didn't have my camera, so I went back out (Friday) morning and took some pictures," be said. "I don't know if anyone knows they're there. I didn't see any tracks of footprints going in there."
As a pilot for Vanderhoof Flying Service, Miskuski has seen this before. The last time this area witnessed this phenomenon was in late August in 1998, when 11 circles appeared in a field leased by Halltray Farms.
"Last time, Eric (Spier) and I were the first to see those, too," said Miskuski. "There are fewer now and they're smaller."
Spier, the pilot who spotted them first in 1998 agreed.
"I don't think these ones are as nice as the first ones," he said. "They look rougher."
Rough or not, the circles are already grabbing attention. Crop circle specialists from Vancouver, UFO enthusiasts and do*****entary makers are already on their way to the small town.
Brian Vike, an Unidentified Flying Object researcher from Houston was out Saturday morning, collecting soil and grain samples from the new circles.
"This is my first time looking at circles like this," he said. "It's really exciting."
Vike, who describes himself as an "open minded skeptic"; usually gathers reports of UFO Sightings in the area. He spent Saturday collecting as much data about the six circles as he could.
One formation of circles now being referred to as "Mickey Mouse's head" consists of three separate circles. The largest one is 30 feet across and is flattened in a clockwise spiral. The smaller two are 16 and 17 feet across the smaller one flattened in a counter clockwise spiral and the other clockwise. About 30 feet away lies another 17-foot circle in a counterclockwise pattern. Forty feet from that is a formation of two circles one is 27' 9" across in a clockwise spiral and the other 19' 10" in a counterclockwise spiral.
"Nobody had touched it before I got out there," said Vike. "There is one set of tracks out to one of the circles, but absolutely none leading from circle to circle and no other disturbances to the grain at all."
"The stalks of grain in the circles are all intact, simply bent over," said Vike.
"Nothings broken, just flattened," be said. "The spirals go in tighter and tighter as you approach the centre of the circle and they start to overlap a bit in the middle."
Vike also Interviewed several people in the area who reported a "smoky" smell on the night the circles were first seen.
"One lady said the smell was so disgusting they had to get up and close the window," he said.
Vike's UFO research has kept him hopping lately. He said Sightings are up almost 55 percent this year alone He's never encountered crop circles before, however.
"I hate to say it, but I suppose it would be fairly easy to fake them. That's why we take all these samples for analysis," he said. The samples will be tested for "just about everything", including magnetic traces, chemicals, and molecular structure.
"Man made or not," said Vike, "they're still cool."

This time the circles -- an unexplained worldwide phenomena variously said to be the work of trickers, magnetic waves and aliens -- were discovered in a field about 5 kilometers from the Vanderhoof airport, or about 100 kilometers west of Prince George.
Brent Miskuski, an owner and pilot of Central Air, spotted the six latest circles Thursday evening on a flight between Prince George and Vanderhoof. Miskuski was one of those who discovered the first crop-circle formation three years ago. No paths or tracks were visible into the circles, said Miskuski, who made several low passes and took pictures from the air on Friday.
"It just appeared. It's like they were stamped out just like last time," he said. "It's pretty bizarre."
Miskuski has already been in contact with a Crop Circle researcher, Chad Deetken, who came to Vanderhoof in 1998 to take samples and investigate the information. The researcher said tests performed on the oat samples in a U.S. lab later confirmed the Crop Circles were genuine: that is to say there were cellular changes in the oats not found in known hoaxes.
Crop Circles have created quite a bit of controversy. There is mention of crop-circle formations back to the 17th century, and thousands have been recorded in modern times, with the majority found in southern England.Some have found to be hoaxes, where the grass is broken, trampled, bruised or crushed. An unexplained phenomena -- dubbed crop circles around the world -- has been discovered in the forestry and farming community of Vanderhoof, 100 kilometres west of here. Vanderhoof airport owner Brent Miskuski and pilot Larry Frey discovered 10 precise circles of varying sizes between 10 to 100 feet wide (three to 30 metres) in a ripe oat field just beyond the approach to the runway this weekend.
"This is bizarre, I'll tell you," said Miskuski. "It's one out of the twilight zone."
One of the local farmers said his dogs were barking out of control unexplainably Friday night, said Miskuski, adding there was no wind that night either.
Mifuskuski -- who took pictures from the air -- describes the oats as being bent over symmetrically and lying down very flat. There are no signs of trampling or disturbance, and there were no paths to the circles or between them, he said.
Vanderhoof resident Jay Bangs also viewed the circles from the air when he was flying with his father Sunday morning. He came back after the flight to get a closer look.
He thought there were maybe a half dozen "perfectly round" circles of varying sizes up to 50 feet (15 metres) wide.
Bangs described the oats as being all neatly bent over, with the oats intact on the stalks. "It was very precise."
It's creating quite a bit of talk in the community, said Bangs, who also took pictures of the circles.
Crop circles first appeared in modern times in England in 1972, according to The Crop Circular Internet site.
Since then, there have been about 9,000 reported and do*****ented circles -- about 90% in England but also in B.C.
About 40% of the do*****ented circles have been determined to be hoaxes, says Internet author Freddy Silva, where the grass is broken, trampled, bruised or crushed.
In the authentic, unexplained formations the stems are bent, normally about an inch off the ground, says Silva.

Everything is packed up in boxes in our spare room and I have not even gotten around to looking through the boxes as of yet. This gives an idea of what the case is about. On the evening of September 6th, 2001. Brent Miskuski owner of Central Air Corp. was flying home from the Vanderhoof, airport where I had noticed a formation of crop circles. The site is located approx:. 3 miles east from the threshold of runway 25 at the Vanderhoof airport.
Late afternoon on Friday, September 7, 2001 I had an email from Jennifer Crosby, reporter for Northern Television asking if I had heard of a new formation of Crop Circles in the Vanderhoof, British Columbia area. I told her no, I had not but if she would give me a little while I would be happy to check into this story to see if there was any truth to it or not.
After a few phone calls, I placed another call to the Prince George Citizen who informed me that indeed there was a report from a Mr. Brent Miskuski owner of Central Air Corp., he had spotted the formation of 6 circles in a field approx: 5 Ks from the airport in a farmer field.
I looked up the number for the small airport in Vanderhoof and made the call, Mr. Brent Miskuski answered the phone and I asked him if he may be able to help me. He was kind enough to supply me with the location of the circles, and how many there was in this formation.
He also sent me 3 pictures that he took from an aircraft while flying over the Crop Circle formation which can be found at the following three URLs.

I made arrangements and prepared to leave first thing Saturday morning, September 8, 2001.
I arrived early in Vaderhoof at 9:10 AM, on Saturday 8, 2001 and made my first stop at a local variety store to pick up a couple of items, I mentioned to the store clerk if she had heard about the Crop Circles. She said she did, and went on to tell me about a foul, smoky odor her and her family noticed late the same evening the Crop Circles appeared. The smell was so bad that she got up and closed the bedroom window hoping to keep the unpleasant odor out where it belonged (outside). She also mentioned to me, she had no knowledge of any Crop Circles at the time of this foul smell.
(Investigator's Note) - This lady who complained about the foul odor lives in the same area the Crop Circle was discovered.
I continued on and stopped at another farm to ask for directions to the farmer who owns the land where the circles are located. I needed to get permission before entering his land.
At this stop I talked with an elderly lady who was out tending her garden, I introduced myself, and went on to explain about the Crop Circles, and I pointed up the road with a short description of the area I wanted to investigate, to find out who was the owner. This pleasant lady told me the same story I just heard from another woman in town, about a foul, smoky type smell in the air the night the Crop Circles appeared. She believes they took note of the foul scent in the air just after Midnight. She also went on to tell me that she was discussing the bad odor with another friend who lives next door to her, this other lady claims she also smelled the same smoky foul smell.
This was from 3 separate witnesses who confirmed that there was a smoky type smell in the air on the early morning the Circles appeared. Now if this has anything to do with the circles, I don't know, but it is good to make a note of this.
After talking to the elderly lady I continued up to the home of the farmer who leased the field where the Crop Circles were found to get permission to investigate. I talked to the man's wife and explained why I was there and if it would be ok to do my field work, she said there would be no problem and gave me permission. I also was holding a copy of the Prince George Citizen which had just come out the morning of September 8, 2001 showing one picture and telling about the circles in their field. She was so surprised to hear this news, she asked me if she could have the newspaper to show her husband when he got home, which I was glad to give her.
Back down the road about 4 miles or so I went to where I came to the field where the Crop Circles were located. After running around trying to find the location, and getting permission it was 12:00 (midday) when I first entered the field. (the crop circles could not be seen from the road).I followed along the edge of the grain field as not to destroy any of their crop. (approx:: 600 feet) then swung into the center of the field to look for any signs of the circles. From this point I was able to look over the field as I was up on a very small elevation in the field, and there was nothing to see other than grain blowing in the wind. I figured I had walked to far, so I cut, heading back toward the truck from where I was now, to where I came upon the first Circle.
For my records I have named this one Mickey Mouse (The Crop Circle) as you will note from the picture. There is the main body (circle) for the head, and two smaller circles almost touching the main body (the head) which reminded me of ears, and of course Mickey Mouse.

In all of the Crop Circles the Grain was not broken, it was like if it was pushed hard to the ground. The bend in each of the stalks were bent a couple inches up the stalk from the ground.

Sleeping Giant Provincial Park, Ontario Two Large Round Orbs

Date: August 19, 2001 Time: Approx: 11:30 p.m.
On Sunday August 19, 2001 while my girlfriend and I were camping at the Sleeping Giant Provincial Park a.k.a Lake Marie Louise we sighted two very round large orbs above the Sleeping Giant. It was approximately 11:30 p.m. We were sitting by our camp fire with our dog when my girlfriend pointed out two floating lights. At first I said they were planes, but as we studied them closer we came to realize they were not.
It was as if they were observing things, every time they would move the loons would call. They were both extremely silent and did not leave any sign or trails behind them. The camp ground was almost empty that night probably because it was Sunday. There was a family camping across the road in a camper and they were sleeping, so we decided to walk to the next camp site (100 metres) and show it to our neighbors. There were two men at the next camp site.
We pointed at the orbs to show them and they saw them. We went back to our camp site and continued to watch the orbs, one was moving east very lowly while the other floated stationary possibly observing. You could plainly see the reflections of both objects on the lake, the lights illuminated off the lake. I followed the light that was moving east and it disappeared, we decided to head back to our tent and sit there as I was a bit afraid. My girlfriend eagerly wanted to take a picture but I would not let here for fear they would notice us. While we were in our tent we heard the loons call and I got out to see if the other orb had moved, when I looked over the lake it was gone.

It was approximately 11:30 p.m. We were sitting by our camp fire with our dog when my girlfriend pointed out two floating lights. At first I said they were planes, but as we studied them closer we came to realize they were not.
It was as if they were observing things, every time they would move the loons would call. They were both extremely silent and did not leave any sign or trails behind them. The camp ground was almost empty that night probably because it was Sunday. There was a family camping across the road in a camper and they were sleeping, so we decided to walk to the next camp site (100 metres) and show it to our neighbors. There were two men at the next camp site.
We pointed at the orbs to show them and they saw them. We went back to our camp site and continued to watch the orbs, one was moving east very lowly while the other floated stationary possibly observing. You could plainly see the reflections of both objects on the lake, the lights illuminated off the lake. I followed the light that was moving east and it disappeared, we decided to head back to our tent and sit there as I was a bit afraid. My girlfriend eagerly wanted to take a picture but I would not let here for fear they would notice us. While we were in our tent we heard the loons call and I got out to see if the other orb had moved, when I looked over the lake it was gone.

Nottawasaga Bay On Lake Huron - Fast Moving Object

We saw a jet going from SW to SE and an object came up behind it on exactly the same flight path but much faster than the jet and when it reached the jet it disappeared and the jet kept going. It covered the jets speed double or triple the speed. It was bright and round with no noise.
I hope you don't think we are nuts, maybe we have seen a satellite or something like that.

Northwest London, Ontario A Silent Object Gliding Threw The Sky

Full Description of event/sighting: It's around 2:30am by the time I got back to London after my shift at work. I was skywatching in my car, the sky was clear I was facing North, away from the urban glare. I checked the car clock, 3:15, and decided that it was time to go in and go to bed. As I got out of the car, I reached for the door with my left arm, looked up and was staring at an object which consisted of what seemed like nothing but light. Translucent, glowing from the bottom up. The first light was white, the second light was red and the third light was white. It may have been one single object, or it could also have been three separate objects morphed into one. It was silent and it was directly above me moving from East to West. There is a row of townhouses 50 feet to my left and a tree directly beside me.
The object just floated silently above me, just clearing the top of the townhouse. I ran around the tree and it was gone! No trace at all that it had even been there except that I had seen it with my own eyes! I could not believe that it was just gone. I went to shut the car door and the clock said 3:20. The whole moment took all of 5 minutes. It seemed like slow motion as the object passed above me. The object seemed to be gliding like a paper plane, yet it did not alter it's height, nor did it light up the area directly underneath it. I was transfixed. I know that I saw more than what I can even venture to describe.
It was amazing. I didn't tell anyone, just went to bed. Let's see, I'm going to wake someone up to tell them about something that is no longer visible. When I got up the next morning, I called the Air Traffic Control at Pearson (reasonably sure that's what they're called) and asked if there was anything flying in my area at that particular time of night. I was informed that there was a plane heading to Hamilton, from where, I wasn't told, but I asked what was the elevation of the plane and was told that it was flying at 2500 feet. That rules out what I observed. My roommate thought I had lost my mind for even calling Toronto.br>

Port Colborne, Ontario Glowing Light Circling

July 16 2001 at 2:23 am. I came down stairs to check on my son whom was tossing around in his bed. He had called out to me in his sleep. I tucked him in to bed and headed back upstairs to bed, when something caught my attention out the back window from the corner of my eye . There in the night sky was a glowing light circling just above the clouds. It wasn't circling in a neat pattern, it almost looked as though it was going into a dip as it would turn and come back around. I was so amazed at what I was seeing I woke my daughter and had her come and watch.
We both stood there watching and another appeared and they began to move in sequence. This lasted for another minute and my daughter decided to return to bed. Right after she left they began to move more quickly all of a sudden 5 more appeared and it disappeared before my eyes. This is the second time I have witnessed this light in the clouds in the night sky. I was driving home from work one night and saw the same light, but it appeared to be over further more toward the south east of Fort Erie.
I at this time thought nothing of it thought maybe a spot light or some weather thing that was around 11 at night and when you live in the country these things tend to stand out. I believe I witnessed some kind of alien crafts and it couldn't be anything else!

Rock Cliff Park, Ottawa Huge Stationary Object Three Football Fields

Witness was looking towards Hull Quebec at a huge stationary object, length "three football fields", "the length of a bridge". Since the witness was situated at a higher elevation the object was seen at "eye level". The object was stationary. This is all the details I have as the account is second hand. In light of Brian's and my posting I think we need somebody in Ottawa looking into this in more detail. Sorry, I don't know how I forgot about this, but thanks to Brian's post it jogged my memory.

Calgary, Alberta - Did A UFO Cause A Power Outage?

Date: February 2001 Time: evening
I received a telephone call from a woman who resides in Calgary, Alberta. The family has a very good view of the city of Calgary. One evening the family watched a craft over top of Calgary back in 2001. They reported observing an object for approximately two hours. The lady told me the family got a new telescope for Christmas and this evening in February was the first time they really tried it out. It was cold outside so they set the telescope up indoors and viewed the skies from the comfort of their home looking through one of their large living room windows. The lights were turned off as they did not want to have their view obscured.
The family noticed a bright object high in the sky and first thought it may have been the planet Venus. So they turned the telescope slightly to have a peek at it. (At this point I should tell you that the weather conditions were good and the skies clear and the temperature down to about minus 29).
As they lined up the telescope using the view finder and then looked through the scope they were surprised to see an object which was shrouded in clouds. There were no other clouds visible in the sky that they noticed. The object that was witnessed had an elliptical shape to it. One end of it was poking out of the cloud cover and they were surprised to see windows on the craft. She said she could clearly see through the telescope that the object had windows which ran down along its side.
The lady said it looked as if whatever this was, was trying to impersonate a star. The object would move around the sky very slowly and if anyone on the ground would have seen it, they may have just thought it to be a star or planet. She said it was very high up in altitude. After taking roughly a five minute break from looking through their telescope she came back and now viewed two bright objects. One was stationary over top of the other and offset by half the length of one of the crafts. Both objects still wrapped in a cloud cover and she saw a long tube which was connecting the two objects at roughly a forty five degree angle. The woman said it was a beautiful, cylindrical shaped tube wrapped in cloud. Also it was reported that the cloud cover stuck very close to the shape of the objects and not spread out across the sky.
It was the bottom object, or the end which was sticking out of the cloud cover that she could see had windows, which were the same shape of the objects or roundish. When the objects moved directly overhead of Calgary all of the electricity went out. When the objects moved to the outskirts of the city the power came back on and eventually the crafts moved out of sight. The lady said it was a very exciting night and one they would never forget.
I made an enquiry to see if there was a power outage in the early New Year of 2001. I was told there was an electrical disruption in February of 2001.

Milburn Mountain Quesnel, B.C. Red Lights Circling The Mountain

Full Description of event/sighting: We have also seen red lights circling Milburn Mountain west of Quesnel. Way past light conditions where it could have been a helicopter. And we are close enough to hear it if it was. It was dark, and I know the pilots.
We were quite shocked. Puts one's notions and thoughts on some things to question. We have told a few friends when we look at the mountain, mostly get laughs and humor.
It remains not a joke or a lie. Not answered in my mind what that was on that night.

Hi Brian, Thought I'd reply to the questions you mentioned. Yes I did see the light well before I got my camera and took photos of it and it was moving south . When I first saw it I only saw the light flashing about erratically over my field out back below the hydro lines. My camera was nearby in my car so I quickly grabbed it , ran to the fence and by this time it had just crossed over the fence and was hovering over my neighbor's property.
I took 3 pictures, I've reviewed the negatives and found the first overexposed, the 2nd is the shaky one and the 3rd the best one. At the time all I saw was the light and it wasn't until I got the photos developed that I saw the image below the light. As for the slanted line I assumed it was just a cat-hair on the lens or so. Upon enlarging the photos on my PC, I believe the craft itself is the lower grey image and the light above it exactly mimics it. Since the sun had just gone down but it wasn't totally dark, I'm considering the possibility that normally one cannot see these crafts because of their light-bending technology but that under certain light conditions as in this view towards a recent sunset, that technology doesn't work perfectly allowing one to see the object separate from light.
After my third photo was taken, the light moved south along the power-lines, I drove down the road here which also runs south but did not see it again. I've figured out from the other pictures on the roll that the date of this event was around October or November 2000, and my camera is an automatic 35m Minolta with a 38-60 mm action zoom. Location is Port Coquitlam BC Canada.

Burnaby, British Columbia Object Thought To Be A Plane Crashing

Hey, Brian, I talked to my girlfriend last night about the UFO she saw in Aug 2000 (the one she thought was a plane crashing). The thing that shocked her was the speed that it was traveling. She said it was moving much faster than an airplane. I tried to create a hypothesis of its trajectory. I think it came in either from the east or northeast at approx. 2,000 – 3,000 feet, quickly dropped to 1,000 – 1,500 ft. then zipped off either due west or northwest. She said that it basically appeared then was gone in an instant, but it didn’t vanish, it just sped off at an incredible speed.
She said it didn’t look like a plane, so when she said that it reminded her of maybe a plane plummeting to earth, It obviously changed its elevation rather quickly. A somewhat physics-defying maneuver, don’t you think?

Nottawasaga Bay On Lake Huron - Jet Veered Due To UFO

My husband and I were sitting on our deck, on an evening in July 2000 when we watched a jet flying from the south west straight to the south east. An object came out of the south west above on a diagonal flying much faster than the jet and it crossed in front of the jet and the jet veered. We were afraid for the aircraft and I reported this to the government. I think they thought we were nuts, but we never had any explanation as to what it was we saw. We live on the shore of the Nottawasaga Bay on Lake Huron north of Barrie, Ontario. The object looked oblong or round and it was a metal material because the setting sun made it look orange. It traveled at great speed and was silent. It was 6:50 pm.

Ohsweken, Ontario Blue Flashes Of Light And Crop Circle

Date: Cant remember but going to look up from old news papers I think around 1999 or 2000.

Description: well it happened on the six nations reserve south of Hamilton, people report seeing blue flashes of light from their house. Like something was on the ground behind some trees, maybe 200 yards away. The next day a farmer found crop circles in his field. I don't know if anyone remembers this, but it brought alot of attention to our reserve. My girlfriend went to see this formation and was really amazed at what she saw. She said the weeds were like bent over flat and braided. I will try to get entire story for you.

Vernon, British Columbia A Illuminated Craft Comes To A Hover

I find this very interesting, I was living in Vernon, B.C. in June of 2000 and was working as a care giver for a quadriplegic. I had just finished getting up at about 2:00 a.m. to perform some care for her. I went out for a smoke and was looking at the lake when a very bright light came in over the hill and hovered over the lake. I first thought it was a search and rescue aircraft, but realized there was no sound and the whole craft was illuminated and it wasn't just a search light. I watched it for about 2 to 3 minutes then the light dimmed and it took off straight at a high speed behind the hills and was gone. I always thought it was just my imagination, but maybe not. I hope you get a chance to find out more on these sightings. I'll keep watching the skies.

Douglas Lake, British Columbia Bright Blue Light Amazed Campers

Full Description of event/sighting: It was a clear night on Douglas Lake near Merrit BC, during the may long weekend. My friends family and I have been camping there for a number of years and know the area well. We usually go early in the week to reserve a spot for us because many people camp there. This time was no exception. At around 11 o'clock at night, many of the campers were around their fires including ourselves. As we stood by the fire, we all heard something coming from the distance. We looked to the east and saw a intense blue light coming at a fast rate about 50 feet above us. It was a loud noise and made everyone freeze. It came as fast as it went. We tried looking for it, but there was nothing.
We were all flabbergasted and couldn't pin point what it was. I believe this was the real thing because not only was it our camp that noticed it, but the whole camp ground stepped away from their fires and went on the main road to understand what just happened. There was no sign of a plane or any other aircraft. However their was a satellite, which some campers said to be the sound and light, but I believe they said that to calm themselves down. There was something that wanted to say hello to our camp and it did in quite the fashion. The next day of camping was very uneasy to say the least.

Harrison Lake, B.C. Fiery Orangey Colored Object

Full Description of event/sighting: Driving down the east side of Harrison lake coming home from camping at the hot springs 20km up the gravel road. My girlfriend and I spotted a light on the other side of the lake. Kilometers away we could barely see it through the trees when we were driving in my jeep. I came to a clearing in the bush and came to a stop to stare at this unusual light far away from any civilization.
The light looked like a forest fire approximately a kilometer in length. It was an orangey color. It started moving slowly up the side of the mountain across the lake from us. We continued to watch as the light climbed farther up the hillside. As it climaxed the mountain it simply disappeared like someone turned the lights out. This took about one minute from when we started watching it climb. The total time of the sighting from start to finish was 2 and a half min roughly. As the light went out my girlfriend freaked out and started crying.
She told me to get the hell out of there so I proceeded to step on the gas and take off. The next corner we got to my truck strangely shut off. No power in the engine. All the instrument gages still functioned so there was no break in electricity. With the truck not moving my girlfriend panicked and started crying even more go go go go go go she said. I tried starting it and it worked. Peeling out we got out of there as fast as possible. I kind of wanted to go back because its not often that you see something like that but she wouldn't let me. Anyways that's my story I wonder if anyone else seen it at the same time. I could figure the date out a little more accurately if you need me to.

Calgary, Alberta Objects Split Into 5 In A Triangular Shape

Location of Sighting: East of Calgary on Glenmore Trail just after Langdon the last incident and just before Langdon many times and once North of Highway #1 viewing it from the south at Glenmore Trail at Langdon.

Shape of objects: The first one looked like a glowing tennis ball of light. The second an old man on a bike. The third some kind of huge craft we thought was a passenger airliner but had lights surrounding it . The next time I seen something it was about 3-5 balls of glowing lights that seemed to gather into 3 and split into 5 in a triangular shape hovering up to the south.
Full Description of event/sighting: We were coming into Calgary on Glenmore Trail approaching the town of Langdon about 2 miles or so away I pointed out to my niece that she should have a look at the strange lights ahead, and that I had seen them a few time coming in and out of town. I wasn't really bothered by them, just found them annoying. She thought they were strange too, and we watched this light bounce up and down until you get really close about to the edge of town then it stops. I know enough to know its not nearly close enough to the small airport to have anything to do with it. And this place is too close to houses to land planes.
The next time we came back from Carseland my niece was watching the big planes coming down towards the city and she said, check that one out. It must be Mick Jaggers private plane hah hah. I laughed and said what makes you say that, she said check out the flashy lights. I got to the four way stop and we watched it, it wasn't moving as fast as it should have been or it would have been gone, and I wouldn't have been able to see it. Then it just suddenly took off and just stopped, and went backwards. Shocking ! I just said, Ok, lets go, that's nice, I've seen enough for one night. I just said not to say anymore about this stuff because the kids were in the back seat of the car and I didn't want them to hear anymore and ask questions. Don't want them scared to live in the country.
I came home another time from Calgary approximately midnight and was coming down the same stretch going east past Langdon and just at the edge of the eastside of town this old man, out of no where is riding on an old antique bicycle with a basket full of vegetables like he's doing a delivery at midnight? When my car got to where I was going to go around him he suddenly veered to the right just like he was turning into a driveway or side walk and just rode right into no where and disappeared. Alien? Ghost?
Anyway I had moved and had been gone for a year and a half and was at an extremely stressful time in my life and was staying with friends out in Strathmore. I was in a hurry because it was late, so I took the short cut from south Calgary out to Strathmore past Langdon. After all the other stuff that happened out there, I really didn't want to see anymore, or at least know what it was. It's the not knowing that is scary. Anyway as I was driving past Langdon the road as it started to fog over and my driving became slower and slower and I was increasingly becoming worried because it was hard to see above 3 feet off the road, but 10 feet above that was fine and I was starting to panic about whether I was going to have to stop the car in the middle of no where and wait for the fog to lift a bit. I was crawling along when I noticed up to the right in the sky 3 balls of light glowing, like the previous ones we'd seen. But these ones kept pulling apart and making five into a triangle and then I thought just what I need tonight to add to my misery.
The all of sudden while trying to drive, one of the balls of light was coming down towards me. I kept trying to drive faster to get away. I realized this light was coming to me for a reason. Whatever it was, I really didn't need it as I am stressed and I can't deal with this and if it comes any closer I am going to panic and freak out and be worse. Even if this means no harm, this is not my day to meet people from else where. As soon as I finished thinking, that thought in my head that glowing white ball stopped right where it was and started ascending back to the other lights. I drove a fast as I could to the main road and got out of there. I have never been back yet. But fully intend to keep going back because I now have rationally thought about it. They were coming to comfort me, I was scared before they came down and I panicked. I did say not now, I can't deal with this and they left me alone. They watch us and help us. If they wanted to hurt us they would have destroyed us along time ago. Now I just want to communicate with them and thank them for their concern. Isn't it nice to know we're not alone and people do care. God has many other planets and people it's just our initial reactions we have to be better prepared for. And last but not least no I am not crazy, I did wonder for awhile but no I am intelligent and a very, very good Christian.

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (Pike Lake) Two Orbs

I just moved here about 6 weeks ago from Saskatoon. I was checking out your website and did a search on Saskatoon, and up popped some interesting stories. The white lights that some people have seen are real. I saw these objects more than once in the summer/fall of 1999 near Pike Lake Saskatchewan. Do a search on the google site for this phrase September 29 1999 Pike Lake UFO.

The relevance of these sightings in relation to my new sighting, is that I know these objects are capable of appearing and disappearing instantly. The difference between the two is the Pike lake objects were night sightings that were orb like lights of changing color. On one occasion, we witnessed 2 separate orbs together.

I just moved here about 6 weeks ago from Saskatoon. I was checking out your website and did a search on Saskatoon, and up popped some interesting stories. The white lights that some people have seen are real. I saw these objects more than once in the summer/fall of 1999 near Pike Lake Saskatchewan. Kamloops, British Columbia A Cluster Of Three Glowing Orange Objects

Full Description of event/sighting: Hello, don't know why I've decided to do this today, but anyways. A friend and I were sitting on my back patio in Kamloops having coffee one summer morning around 1999 or 2000. He was relating to me how his girlfriend and he had seen some weird orange balls in the sky the previous evening at the drive in movie.
The view from my patio is generally southwest and I live on the valley bottom so there is a clear definition of altitude if anything is below the ridge line. After I had teased him about blowing a gear (he's a logging truck driver) we were chatting and enjoying a typical beautiful Kamloops early summer morning when we both see a cluster of three glowing orange balls zipping across our field of view, below the ridge line.
They were only visible for a few seconds as they were moving fast, best guess would be three to four times as fast as a Dash 8 on final, something I see five or 6 times a day as we are on the glide path to KYA airport. They quickly disappeared from view heading down the valley out over Kamloops Lake.
To summarize; they were orange (pale) they were probably between 5 and 10 feet in diameter and they were traveling somewhere between 400 to 800 mph at an altitude of less than 1,500 feet, but more than 1,000 feet.
With the benefit of hindsight I wish I had made some notes to record the details, but the points I've just related are not subject to confabulation and the story can be confirmed by my friend and my wife (who didn't see them because she was in the house) can verify the incident. Best.

Prince George, British Columbia 2 Very Large Circles Linked Together

In 1999 in Prince George I was just getting into my car which was located close to the bypass near the Fraser River. I was at my friends place and I was just leaving when I turned around to wave I saw 2 very large circles linked together by grooves like inside of a watch. The circles were about the size of the Crop Circles in Vanderhoof around that time ( That is the only sense that I have made out of this whole thing since the sighting) Anyway they moved across the sky, one way then the other way. Corner Brook, Newfoundland Humanoid Figure Hovering Above The Water

Full Description of event/sighting: Hi Brian, Great site! Not sure if you have a place to put this but I'll share it anyway.
My experience took place in the mid afternoon, while out walking in a logged out valley, 5 minutes outside of Corner Brook, Newfoundland. I have literally spent years out in this particular area walking my dogs in the summer and skiing there in the winter and have had a number of odd experiences in this valley. In 1994 while trying to catch my dog, who had gone off the path to bark at something, my mom and I came across a tree swirl. The trees were bent at 90 degrees and woven around each other and swirled in a counter clock wise direction at about waist height. The diameter of the trees varied from 2-10 inches (mix of spruce, birch and willow). It stuck us as extremely odd in that none of the trees were snapped, just bent. Anyway, that isn't the story I wanted to share, that's just an aside. The really strange thing that I witnessed came about 6 years later.
I was out enjoying the afternoon, like I had so many times before. I made my way up the side of a long low mountain and for some reason decided to cut my walk short after feelings of uneasiness. I took a short cut and slogged my way through a marshy area and was almost near where I had parked. Because I was only about 5 minutes from the car and felt fine. I thought I would dash over to a nearby pond where I had spent countless hours sitting and watching the beavers and their babies in the spring. I walked up the path and as I was nearing the pond something caught my attention. Now, I have to preface this with the fact that I have never had any experiences like this before or since. I don't hallucinate, I'm not medicated, I don't drink or do drugs. What I saw was so shocking it effected everything in my life. I saw a tall white humanoid figure hovering just over the surface of the water. This thing was about 20 meters in front of me and seemed to be in a trance like state, just floating in the air.
It sounds crazy but it was solid and big and dressed in a white suit from head to toe and had what looked like a grey shield over where the eyes would be. I was terrified. I was so scared that I was paralyzed and the moment I could move, I turned slowly and started to walk along the side of the pond. By this time the being had sort of "awakened" out of this trance and without so much as a splash of water it was on the other side of the pond (opposite to me) and I clearly heard twigs and branches breaking. I have never run so fast in all my life! I ran back to the car and drove back to CB and wasn't sure who to tell. There were two men out fishing on a smaller pond about 1 km down the path. I wonder if they saw anything. Anyway, there you go. Weird stuff.

Langford, British Columbia Dark Triangular Craft

Full Description of event/sighting: Sorry to be fuzzy on the exact date but it was along time ago and after our encounter we came into the house and each drew our rendition of what we saw. I'm in the process of looking for our drawings from that night. The reason we were out in the yard at that hour was it was supposed to be one of the best nights in decades to see meteor showers. We weren't disappointed and had some long colorful shooting stars fill up the sky as we laid on sleeping bags in our backyard (actually on the driveway for the clearest view). My husband was getting frustrated because he kept missing the awesome ones I was seeing because he had been looking the other way. This went on a few times until finally he said tell me exactly where you're looking and I'll look there too. All of a sudden from our far left (east facing direction) we saw a dark shape in the sky. It was a triangle of sorts with a bit of a curve to the shape. Our two drawings did not totally match the outer shape but the body.
What did match was the fact that there were perfectly round holes going across the body of this thing in rows. The object was black but the holes looked even darker in color, it moved quite slowly straight across the sky and made no noise what-so-ever. We both exclaimed,"what the heck is that" and watched it go across our sight line and disappear behind the roof of the house. We probably watched it for about 10 seconds and were not able to figure out how high it was or how big it was because there was nothing to compare it too. If there had been a sound it might have helped us gauge how high up it was. If it was a toy of some kind it still would have made a sound. We were completely blown away and happy that both of us had seen because we knew no one would believe it. I called our local observatory the following day hoping others had seen it and there was an explanation but they politely told me to chalk it up to a unique experience. We've never forgotten this and have never seen anything else unusual in our lives, but reading an article on you in our local paper today and seeing the reference to a triangle object made me want to write and share our story. It would sure be nice to know what this thing was. Take care and thanks for letting me share.

Lumsden/New-Wes-Valley Newfoundland Obtuse Triangle Shape

Message: Recently there have been reported sightings of UFOs in my area of Lumsden/New-Wes-Valley Newfoundland.
This has peaked my interest as a couple of years ago my husband and I were driving along the coast when we both saw an aircraft shaped like a stealth bomber moving along in front of us. It appeared to be moving like a helicopter without the noise. We were able to watch if for five to six minutes until it moved out of sight.
While I am opened to any possibility, my husband is skeptical. We have often wondered what it was and now because of recent sightings we wonder even more.
Additional Information:
The incident happened on a fine, clear, late afternoon and it took place in late summer. We can't remember the year but it was after 1999. The reason I know that is because I remember mentioning it in a chat group on the Internet. I was not on any chat groups before 1999.
The object was above the horizon coming from the Northeast moving Southwest.
How far and how fast the object moved is difficult to say. It was not very fast. Maybe 120 miles per hour. Personally I likened it to a helicopter. It made no unusual movements. While we watched, it followed a straight course. We followed it's progress until we could no longer see it because of the route we were travelling.
The object appeared smooth in texture and was dark in colour, but could be seen clearly. Again, it appeared as a helicopter would appear, much the same distance off the ground and much the same speed as a helicopter that might be flying over a community. We were driving along a coastal road and it was to our right. It is difficult to tell distance but we saw the craft quite clearly.
Again, I can't even guess. It could have been a mile off the ground, more or less.
Gander International Airport would have been approximately 30 miles away, as the crow flies. There is also a small military base in Gander. Actually, when we saw it we thought the Air Force must be testing a new type of helicopter.
I don't think there is much to add to this incident. It was much the same as watching a helicopter, as we have done many times. What was unusual is there was no noise and the shape was similar to a stealth bomber. I think we could say an obtuse triangle shape.
Perhaps I should say that Lumsden is a community that has reported the sighting of lights for many years. And I should say that this area is one of the wealthiest areas in Newfoundland. There is no unemployment. We still have a successful private fish plant which has not suffered from the downturn in the fishery. Our plant is expanding to hire more workers this year, contrary to may areas of the province.

Smithers To Houston, B.C. A Large Craft With Dim Lights

My wife and I were traveling from Smithers to Houston. I think around 99-2000 (she will remember). Anyways on the way up Hungry Hill we saw a what appeared to be a very large craft, but with very, very dim lights glowing from underneath. We watched it for a long time as we climbed Hungry Hill, we both agreed it could not be a plane. I remarked to my wife jokingly that the lights on the craft were so dim and he should hit his high beams. Well just them the lights (can't remember how many) got super, super bright, the craft sped off. There were a lot of cars of the highway that night.

Well just them the lights (can't remember how many) got super, super bright, the craft sped off. There were a lot of cars of the highway that night.

Grouse Mountain, North Vancouver Nine Objects Moved In A Triangular Formation

Message: In the Winter of 1998/1999 I was with two of my friends at Grouse Mountain in North Vancouver. We were riding up on what was called the Inferno chairlift (recently replaced with the Olympic Express) late one evening just before closing around 9:30pm when several objects caught my eye to the north. There were nine objects in total travelling northwest at several thousand feet with speed comparable to a military fighter jet. Initially I though that it was a flock of birds as there was no sound or lights of any kind. They moved in a triangle formation and you could only make them out from the darkness of the night because there was a slight reflection on the bottom of the objects from the Vancouver city lights in the distance.
It was a completely clear night, so you could just make out the basic shape of the objects, and from what I could see, they were roughly triangle in shape, but with distinct, yet extremely short wings. I am an aviation nut who always wanted to be a pilot, and I can tell a jet just from the shape or sound it makes and I have never seen anything like this before. There were definitely matte black in color. As they travelled northwest, they made a slight turn to the north, and this is when I saw something that I still don't believe till this day. The lead object (at the head of the triangle formation) accelerated at a speed I have never seen before and disappeared into the darkness in a fraction of a second.
I don't know how to describe it exactly, but speed of the acceleration is not possible by any known military aircraft...not by a long-shot. I want to avoid any bad science fiction references, but it looked like "light-speed" in the movies. Within seconds of the first object accelerating, a second, then a third, then all the rest of the objects followed. It was an unbelievable sight. The thing that troubled me was that there was no afterburner or any type of glow from the back of these objects as they took off. I turned to my friend and we just stared at each other in disbelief. When we got to the top of the chairlift, the lift attendant said "did you guys see that!", so we exchanged our versions of what we saw, and I confirmed that it was 9 objects in total although the lift attendant believed that the objects were much lower than several thousand feet. There were no less than 5 witnesses to this event, so I'm hoping others will come forward. My honest guess is that these were some sort of military aircraft that we haven't seen yet, but I can't be certain.

Sydney, British Columbia Flying Saucer With Windows

HBCC UFO Research Note: I have re-posted this report below as the eyewitness sent along some amazing diagrams I wanted everyone to view.
At Sydney, B.C. in November 1998 while walking my dog. I spotted out of the corner of my eye what I thought was an aircraft in trouble, however as there was no noise. I went down to the water and could see no air craft in the water. Upon looking around and about 100 feet in the sky was a flying saucer. I said at the time on seeing this, I said it was about time you showed up as I have been looking for you for over 30 years. In a flash it was gone. About 25 feet in circumference. It had what appeared to have 3 windows in the upper portion of the craft and along the lower section a large the trailing edge a group of white lights which began to rotate along the leading edge and eventfully formed one solid ring. As I watched this I knew it was getting ready to get the dickens out of here. I looked around for anyone else but as luck would have it, not a person in sight. I did not report this sighting as I later checked with a group of people who I am sure thought I was missing a few bricks from a load.

Ajax, Ontario Two Unusual Balls Of Light

HBCC UFO Research Note: The witness states in his report that there were other witnesses to the unusual sighting of the two balls of lights which mad strange maneuvers in the sky, plus coming to a hover. Message: Thank you so much for having this sight. Now I know, I may only be a little crazy. My sighting took place in the late '90s. Maybe '98-'99. Late summer early fall. It was approximately 1:30 am and my friend and I were heading westbound on Steeles (Tauntan Rd.) coming back into the city from Ajax. At around Altona road we noticed a ball of light in the sky. At first we thought it was an old smoke stack that was out in that area. But as we kept heading west so did the light. The entire time it stayed on the south side of the road. Just as we passed Ninth line we noticed a second ball of light. This one appeared to be doing dips up and down behind the trees.
Eventually, they both started doing these up and down movements. We finally hit Markham Rd. (highway 48) and the lights seemed to be heading southbound so we followed them. At times they would move very fast and at other times it appeared that they were slowing right down. I know that other people witnessed this event because at one moment around Finch Ave. the lights stopped moving and hovered in the sky. The cars that were on the road stopped and some people even got out and watched. The lights then moved very quickly in a southbound direction until they eventually disappeared. I have not heard of any similar accounts until finding your web site. We always hear about these sightings in the U.S. but very rarely do we hear about them in Canada. If there are any other witnesses to this particular sighting can you please forward them to me. Thank you.

Back in the late 1990s, I was sitting outside of the arena in Rossland, getting ready for a hockey game and I saw a tuna can shaped object in the night sky flying towards the mountains. I thought to myself that's odd. Why is a can flying in a straight line? Then I thought, "Oh my god. A UFO. As I got up and turned around, the UFO sped away.

Houston, British Columbia Early Morning Terror On Highway 16
Date: August 8, 1998 Time: 2:00 a.m.
It was 2:00 a.m. and I was headed East on the Yellowhead Highway, Hwy 16. I was just a few miles outside of Houston. I had just left the little town of Smithers and I was looking for the Fair Grounds that I had thought they had there to stay overnight with 5 horses that I had brought out of Alaska. I had traveled this highway lots of times and usually stayed in Vanderhoof or Quesnel but the road had been bad coming down the Cassiar Hwy and had slowed me down. My traveling companions besides the 5 equines consisted of my SharPei dog (CharChar) and 1 cat (Sally). It was my traveling companions that alerted me to something unusual in the beginning. Char started howling in a strange way and was looking out the rear window. I could see a strange white glow on her when I turned around. At first this registered as light coming off my front running lights on the horse trailer, the problem being they are orange, not white. Still did not register with me that there was anything unusual yet. Then Sally, the cat, started making strange noises I never had heard before and she actually jumped up on the seat in front with me then jumped back to the back and went under the seat. Her hackles were up at the time.
Meanwhile, Char is running from the back rear window to me and whining and her hackles are up. I was at this point starting to get spooked. I had slowed down considerably looking for the Fair Grounds and had been leaning forward on the steering wheel (there was some ground fog in the valleys there too). It was at this time that I realized the truck was glowing with a white light and the ground around me also was. It was like I was in a big spotlight with one of those new blue-white headlights they have out now.
I leaned forward and looked up and realized that there was something over me. It was as larger than a large full moon in size in the sky and was a glowing green color with this large white light in the middle. Like a stupid idiot I really slowed down and rolled my window down and listened.
I heard no engines. At this point I am trying to justify this with a meteor, crashing plane, helicopter, anything but imagining that I could be the perfect "UFO medical experiment on wheels, 5 equine,1 feline,1 canine and 1 human." This my daughter later reminded me of and we had a good laugh, however I failed to see the humor in it at the time it was happening. I don't think I directly thought of this however I know it had to be in my mind.
The object suddenly removed the light from me and then sped forward. I was at this point going up a hill and it appeared to be going to the top of the hill to land. I actually saw 3 points of light that were red or orange on the edge. I thought they might have been engine exhaust or after burners. It was a little unclear with the fog I was going in and out of. This was not a heavy fog, more like a mist. It hesitated at the crest of the hill then suddenly made a sharp turn and headed due North from me. It was then I realized that I had come to a complete stop in the Highway. Myself and Char were just staring at this thing. I can't tell you what was running through her mind but I can tell you I was now scared.
It went through this mist and went right up and over a small mountain there. I could see the glow of light from beyond the mountain like it had landed. I got going again quite quickly and stopped in the next town to call my husband. He is in the USAF and while I am relating all this to him from a pay phone, it was at this time I realized that the entire Convenience Store was now quiet.
Everyone in there was listening to me! One of the customers in there told me that there had been sightings in the area all summer! I asked if there was a RCMP close at hand because I still thought that maybe I should report it.
The clerk in the store did not think the office would be open at this time so I just determined I would call later. There were 2 logging truck drivers there who said that I could park between them if I was still scared since they would be there until 6:00 when the mill opened. This is exactly what I did.
The next morning I started off again headed for Arlington,Washington. Somewhere before Prince George I spied a RCMP officer on the side of the road running radar and it was a woman. I thought this would be the chance to talk to someone so I parked and approached her vehicle. I had made sure that I had picked up one of my Business Cards first.(I run a horse transport business so I do a lot of traveling at night. It is easier on the horses especially in the Summer. I also had lived 17 years in Alaska so I knew this Hwy and this was a first for me on it.)
When I approached the officer, the first thing I said was here is my business card, and that I did not do drugs nor rarely drank and certainly had been doing neither the previous night. She listened to my story then handed the card back to me and kind of chuckled. Without saying anything to me she got on the radio back to Houston, BC, Canada and told them I would be calling in a report. I interrupted her to ask if it would be a problem if I called once I got to a land line in Washington and she said yes. Well this went better than I had expected. I really thought that she might have been calling out the "paddy wagon" with the straight jackets for me. It was at this time after speaking on the radio she got out of the car and looked at me straight on. She then proceeded to tell me she believed me and did not think that I was a "NUT". She told me that 2 RCMP constables had also been seeing strange things in broad daylight just a few days prior to my sighting.
I continued on my journey feeling much better knowing others had seen what I had seen. When I got to Arlington, Washington at a motel I called the desk at the RCMP's at Houston and gave them a full report.
Visitations By Little People: The Story Continues.
The story is real but the names in this report below are fictitious for obvious reasons.
Connie Driver of the vehicle who had the amazing encounter in Houston, British Columbia.
I telephoned the witness as I had a number of questions I wanted to ask her. She lives with her husband on their ranch in North Carolina. The lady was such a pleasant person to talk with, also owns her own business and has degrees in anthropology and archaeology from the University of Houston, Texas. As far as I am concerned she is a very credible witness who gave a number of details in her report that only residents in my area would know about.
As we chatted about what took place that early morning, she went on to tell me about some other frightening experiences which had followed her throughout her life. The sad part to the story is that not only is she being affected, but members of her family and now her young grandchild as well. When I hear about children being involved with such events it saddens me. It is bad enough for adults to deal with the strange happenings, but to know that children are having visitations, etc.. it really does break my heart.
The lady went on to say that her daughter was joking with her about her being a rolling medical experiment on wheels, as she was carrying her pets, horses and of course herself. When her daughter said this, Connie didn't find it very amusing due to what has, and still is, going on in her family.
Connie told me she has had some other troubling times. Her son had an experience and Connie as well. Connie said she called them her little people. She told me she had many dreams, not so much vivid ones, but dreams. But she was very upset when her son, then three years old when all of them were living in Alaska. It got so bad that she took her son to a psychologist thinking a three year old couldn't make up such a story if something wasn't taking place. Connie not knowing at the time when she made the appointment for her son that the psychologist was a child specialist. The psychologist said to her that her son kept talking about this "thing" over and over while they were in her office.
The lady psychologist told Connie you would not believe how many children come through her office telling a similar story, of these unusual experiences. Connie mentioned to the doctor that even when she was a child, and now an adult she still has her dreams about her visitors or little people. Connie told me that her husband doesn't even want to hear about any of the experiences anymore, mainly due to not being able to do anything about them ( a feeling of helplessness). But it wasn't until the summer of 1987 when Connie and all of her children went to Barnes and Noble book store in Austin Texas to pick up a book she was interested in reading. While looking around the book store, her young son asked his mother if he could go and look at some of the children's books. Connie said yes, but told him that he was not to wander off and stay where she was able to keep him in her sight. As the youngster made his way to the children's book section he went around a corner, or a different book section which displayed other book topics. All of a sudden all of the shoppers in the book store could hear a young child yell out, "here's my monster Mom"
Connie's son came running back to her with a book in his hand, again yelling out, "here's my monster Mom". What the little boy was holding in his hands was a copy of Mr. Whitley Strieber's book, Communion. On the front cover of the book was this young boys monster, a being with large dark almond shape eyes. Connie told me after her son gave out the loud yell you could have heard a pin drop in the book store as everyone was looking in their direction. Connie took the book from her son, went through the checkout and paid for the copy. She wanted to have an idea of what was frightening her child. It wasn't until she got home and later that evening when laying in bed reading a book she had already started, did she realize the book in her hands was another one by Whitley Strieber. She had not put two and two together and was rather surprised.
Connie went on to say that now her six year old granddaughter is going through the same things as her son had. Judy tells her Mother and Grandmother that there are little old men who visit me in the night. More information will be coming on how the little girl is doing.
Connie told me when she was a young girl she was terrified of the dark and insisted on having the lights on when she was sleeping, and she told me it is still like this today. Also she doesn't sleep very well.
Connie also discussed some other bizarre things that happened to her over the years of these visitations. One time while still living in Alaska she had a frightening nightmare, woke up the next morning with a burn mark on her tailbone. This burned circle on her back stayed with her for approximately two weeks and she did seek medical help over it. She also told me that she has had bad nose bleeds since she was a child, and the same with her son. On one of her trips this last year something extraordinary took place. She was having excruciating headaches and had nightmares before she had left home, matter of fact she woke up the night before she left on her trip and saw beings standing in the doorway. Her nose bleeds became very severe and her husband said we are going to have to take you in to see a doctor when you come back off the road trip.
Connie at this time was transporting horses and was calling her husband on the telephone. On one call she made to her husband at a stop over at a motel, Connie said that her nose was very stuffed up, bad pain above her eye and was taking aspirin. She was continually blowing her nose and getting more blood from her nostril the more she blew until her left nostril was completely stuffed up and no air could pass through it. Finally still trying to clear her sinuses she blew into a tissue a couple more times when something broke free. To her surprise in her tissue was a piece of material approx: one half inch long, one quarter inch wide and had the strangest little nodules on the material. Connie said the debris felt like bone and was pinkish in color. Seeing she was frightened, on her own and upset, she flushed the material down the toilet at the motel. Ever since that day she discarded this bit of material, she has had no more problems.
A sad part to this story is that Connie had to help with her grandmother. At the time the doctors thought her grandmother was mentally ill and wanted to have her committed. This was due to her seeing things at her home during the nights. She also walked around with a flashlight all night long Connie told me. As we know with the abduction experience it seems to run through the families, sometimes starting with the grandparents, to their children and on and on it can go. So was Connie's grandmother having visitations ? Even after Connie's grandmother had passed away and the house was bought by another family member, strange happenings still go on to this day in that home.

Houston, British Columbia Early Morning Terror On Highway 16
Date: August 8, 1998 Time: 2:00 a.m.
It was 2:00 a.m. and I was headed East on the Yellowhead Highway, Hwy 16. I was just a few miles outside of Houston. I had just left the little town of Smithers and I was looking for the Fair Grounds that I had thought they had there to stay overnight with 5 horses that I had brought out of Alaska. I had traveled this highway lots of times and usually stayed in Vanderhoof or Quesnel but the road had been bad coming down the Cassiar Hwy and had slowed me down. My traveling companions besides the 5 equines consisted of my SharPei dog (CharChar) and 1 cat (Sally). It was my traveling companions that alerted me to something unusual in the beginning. Char started howling in a strange way and was looking out the rear window. I could see a strange white glow on her when I turned around. At first this registered as light coming off my front running lights on the horse trailer, the problem being they are orange, not white. Still did not register with me that there was anything unusual yet. Then Sally, the cat, started making strange noises I never had heard before and she actually jumped up on the seat in front with me then jumped back to the back and went under the seat. Her hackles were up at the time.
Meanwhile, Char is running from the back rear window to me and whining and her hackles are up. I was at this point starting to get spooked. I had slowed down considerably looking for the Fair Grounds and had been leaning forward on the steering wheel (there was some ground fog in the valleys there too). It was at this time that I realized the truck was glowing with a white light and the ground around me also was. It was like I was in a big spotlight with one of those new blue-white headlights they have out now.
I leaned forward and looked up and realized that there was something over me. It was as larger than a large full moon in size in the sky and was a glowing green color with this large white light in the middle. Like a stupid idiot I really slowed down and rolled my window down and listened.
I heard no engines. At this point I am trying to justify this with a meteor, crashing plane, helicopter, anything but imagining that I could be the perfect "UFO medical experiment on wheels, 5 equine,1 feline,1 canine and 1 human." This my daughter later reminded me of and we had a good laugh, however I failed to see the humor in it at the time it was happening. I don't think I directly thought of this however I know it had to be in my mind.
The object suddenly removed the light from me and then sped forward. I was at this point going up a hill and it appeared to be going to the top of the hill to land. I actually saw 3 points of light that were red or orange on the edge. I thought they might have been engine exhaust or after burners. It was a little unclear with the fog I was going in and out of. This was not a heavy fog, more like a mist. It hesitated at the crest of the hill then suddenly made a sharp turn and headed due North from me. It was then I realized that I had come to a complete stop in the Highway. Myself and Char were just staring at this thing. I can't tell you what was running through her mind but I can tell you I was now scared.
It went through this mist and went right up and over a small mountain there. I could see the glow of light from beyond the mountain like it had landed. I got going again quite quickly and stopped in the next town to call my husband. He is in the USAF and while I am relating all this to him from a pay phone, it was at this time I realized that the entire Convenience Store was now quiet.
Everyone in there was listening to me! One of the customers in there told me that there had been sightings in the area all summer! I asked if there was a RCMP close at hand because I still thought that maybe I should report it.
The clerk in the store did not think the office would be open at this time so I just determined I would call later. There were 2 logging truck drivers there who said that I could park between them if I was still scared since they would be there until 6:00 when the mill opened. This is exactly what I did.
The next morning I started off again headed for Arlington,Washington. Somewhere before Prince George I spied a RCMP officer on the side of the road running radar and it was a woman. I thought this would be the chance to talk to someone so I parked and approached her vehicle. I had made sure that I had picked up one of my Business Cards first.(I run a horse transport business so I do a lot of traveling at night. It is easier on the horses especially in the Summer. I also had lived 17 years in Alaska so I knew this Hwy and this was a first for me on it.)
When I approached the officer, the first thing I said was here is my business card, and that I did not do drugs nor rarely drank and certainly had been doing neither the previous night. She listened to my story then handed the card back to me and kind of chuckled. Without saying anything to me she got on the radio back to Houston, BC, Canada and told them I would be calling in a report. I interrupted her to ask if it would be a problem if I called once I got to a land line in Washington and she said yes. Well this went better than I had expected. I really thought that she might have been calling out the "paddy wagon" with the straight jackets for me. It was at this time after speaking on the radio she got out of the car and looked at me straight on. She then proceeded to tell me she believed me and did not think that I was a "NUT". She told me that 2 RCMP constables had also been seeing strange things in broad daylight just a few days prior to my sighting.
I continued on my journey feeling much better knowing others had seen what I had seen. When I got to Arlington, Washington at a motel I called the desk at the RCMP's at Houston and gave them a full report.
Visitations By Little People: The Story Continues.
The story is real but the names in this report below are fictitious for obvious reasons.
Connie Driver of the vehicle who had the amazing encounter in Houston, British Columbia.
I telephoned the witness as I had a number of questions I wanted to ask her. She lives with her husband on their ranch in North Carolina. The lady was such a pleasant person to talk with, also owns her own business and has degrees in anthropology and archaeology from the University of Houston, Texas. As far as I am concerned she is a very credible witness who gave a number of details in her report that only residents in my area would know about.
As we chatted about what took place that early morning, she went on to tell me about some other frightening experiences which had followed her throughout her life. The sad part to the story is that not only is she being affected, but members of her family and now her young grandchild as well. When I hear about children being involved with such events it saddens me. It is bad enough for adults to deal with the strange happenings, but to know that children are having visitations, etc.. it really does break my heart.
The lady went on to say that her daughter was joking with her about her being a rolling medical experiment on wheels, as she was carrying her pets, horses and of course herself. When her daughter said this, Connie didn't find it very amusing due to what has, and still is, going on in her family.
Connie told me she has had some other troubling times. Her son had an experience and Connie as well. Connie said she called them her little people. She told me she had many dreams, not so much vivid ones, but dreams. But she was very upset when her son, then three years old when all of them were living in Alaska. It got so bad that she took her son to a psychologist thinking a three year old couldn't make up such a story if something wasn't taking place. Connie not knowing at the time when she made the appointment for her son that the psychologist was a child specialist. The psychologist said to her that her son kept talking about this "thing" over and over while they were in her office.
The lady psychologist told Connie you would not believe how many children come through her office telling a similar story, of these unusual experiences. Connie mentioned to the doctor that even when she was a child, and now an adult she still has her dreams about her visitors or little people. Connie told me that her husband doesn't even want to hear about any of the experiences anymore, mainly due to not being able to do anything about them ( a feeling of helplessness). But it wasn't until the summer of 1987 when Connie and all of her children went to Barnes and Noble book store in Austin Texas to pick up a book she was interested in reading. While looking around the book store, her young son asked his mother if he could go and look at some of the children's books. Connie said yes, but told him that he was not to wander off and stay where she was able to keep him in her sight. As the youngster made his way to the children's book section he went around a corner, or a different book section which displayed other book topics. All of a sudden all of the shoppers in the book store could hear a young child yell out, "here's my monster Mom"
Connie's son came running back to her with a book in his hand, again yelling out, "here's my monster Mom". What the little boy was holding in his hands was a copy of Mr. Whitley Strieber's book, Communion. On the front cover of the book was this young boys monster, a being with large dark almond shape eyes. Connie told me after her son gave out the loud yell you could have heard a pin drop in the book store as everyone was looking in their direction. Connie took the book from her son, went through the checkout and paid for the copy. She wanted to have an idea of what was frightening her child. It wasn't until she got home and later that evening when laying in bed reading a book she had already started, did she realize the book in her hands was another one by Whitley Strieber. She had not put two and two together and was rather surprised.
Connie went on to say that now her six year old granddaughter is going through the same things as her son had. Judy tells her Mother and Grandmother that there are little old men who visit me in the night. More information will be coming on how the little girl is doing.
Connie told me when she was a young girl she was terrified of the dark and insisted on having the lights on when she was sleeping, and she told me it is still like this today. Also she doesn't sleep very well.
Connie also discussed some other bizarre things that happened to her over the years of these visitations. One time while still living in Alaska she had a frightening nightmare, woke up the next morning with a burn mark on her tailbone. This burned circle on her back stayed with her for approximately two weeks and she did seek medical help over it. She also told me that she has had bad nose bleeds since she was a child, and the same with her son. On one of her trips this last year something extraordinary took place. She was having excruciating headaches and had nightmares before she had left home, matter of fact she woke up the night before she left on her trip and saw beings standing in the doorway. Her nose bleeds became very severe and her husband said we are going to have to take you in to see a doctor when you come back off the road trip.
Connie at this time was transporting horses and was calling her husband on the telephone. On one call she made to her husband at a stop over at a motel, Connie said that her nose was very stuffed up, bad pain above her eye and was taking aspirin. She was continually blowing her nose and getting more blood from her nostril the more she blew until her left nostril was completely stuffed up and no air could pass through it. Finally still trying to clear her sinuses she blew into a tissue a couple more times when something broke free. To her surprise in her tissue was a piece of material approx: one half inch long, one quarter inch wide and had the strangest little nodules on the material. Connie said the debris felt like bone and was pinkish in color. Seeing she was frightened, on her own and upset, she flushed the material down the toilet at the motel. Ever since that day she discarded this bit of material, she has had no more problems.
