Date: Summer of 1994 Time: Approx: 9:00 a.m.
My English, typing and communication is not good, but I have and other witnesses seen over ten or so years in Rosswood, B.C. Daytime, nighttime, magnesium like moving green, white, red, moving steady or odd stars lower than mountain tops. Some five miles away, some closer is what we saw. Thank you.
Additional Information:
Brian, I will tell you all I saw little by little. I am 52 and I never seen anything like it. It all started in 1994, summer before school was out. I bought property in Rosswood. One morning around 9:00 a.m. the kids are gone to school when I look through the bedroom window and saw a fair size star like coming out of one valley 5 miles away and below the mountain top.
It got close, slow, fast, stop, repeat stop and came 45 degree towards me. I had my head out the window by then, there was no sound, it stops and reveres back off toward the Nass and all this within one and a half or so minutes. It was not a chopper, bright magnesium star type object. No witnesses, that was the first time remember this because 3 or 4 years later my ex and my daughter and I saw before sun set the same star, low regular speed going inside the same Valley. I will tell you about that some other time. It was not an airplane, chopper or balloons. I will stop now tell you the next sighting, next time. Later.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Pass Creek Castlegar, B.C. Huge Hazy Disk Shaped Craft
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: July ?,1994 Time: 3:00 a.m.
Location of Sighting: In the valley of Pass Creek Castlegar. Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Huge hazy disk illuminated by (flickering) colorful lights.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was abducted by the ships occupants at the young age of seven.
I was at home with my brother and his friend. It was getting late so we pulled out are sleeping bags and slept on the living room floor. I woke up in the middle of the night, shivering in cold sweat that had literally soaked my sleeping bag. I was so scared, but for some reason I couldn't remember just what was I scared about. I started screaming out my brothers name but oddly he never responded or even moved. At that point my frustration grew but some sort of power inside me decided for myself to almost instinctively leap off the floor and look directly out my window, peering at a craft slowly moving away and eventually shot back down the mountain side.
It was astonishing! Red, blue, yellow, orange, green with whitet lights on each side. Interestingly it acted as if it noticed that I got up, and it came back vary close just above the creek at the end of my property. I felt almost ambrosia as I watched it for a good 5 minuntes. As it slowly creped away, I had a brilliant idea. I could take a picture! So I ran to the cabinet and grabbed my dad's old Canon camera. Unfortunately I hesitated and got vary confused with all those adjusts on the camera lens. I then tried to adjust it back to it's original lens using the light that illuminates off the ship to help me see. As I raised the camera up. I toook the shot. I put the camera on the dinner table and eventually I shivered myself back to sleep.
The next morning, I picked up the camera to find that the lens was heaver then the big camera? Subsequently, no film !
Thank you to the witness for the report.

East Of Prince George, B.C. A Bright Light To A Cylindrical Black Spot
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: July 20 1994 Time: 5.30-6.00 a.m.
Number of witnesses: 1 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Bright light, changed to cylindrical.
Full Description of event/sighting: I was hauling logs east of Prince George, British Columbia. Around Wansa Creek on Highway 16. I saw a bright light in the sky. I thought it was maybe a helicopter working on Tabour Mountain. As I approached closer to the Willow River bridge, it looked like a very bright light on the mountain. When I broke over the mountain to see the city bowl, I realized the light was way to the west, maybe around Baldy Hughes. Then the light went from bright to small, then to a cylindrical black spot almost immediately. It was large to small in one second. Then it veered off to the southeast and disappeared.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Hull, Québec A Huge Triangle With Red And White Lights
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: March 26, 1994 Time: 9:00 p.m.
Number of witnesses: 3 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Triangle
Full Description of event/sighting: Hull, Québec,Canada (a huge triangle)
One night in spring on March 26, 1994, City of Hull, Province of Québec (5 minutes from the Capital "Ottawa", Canada) around 21:00 hrs.
I (name removed) front passenger; my sister (name removed) driver; and my mother (name removed) rear passenger. We were driving for a stroll one night when I saw a white light (spot) in the sky. The sky was full of stars and no moon. Still driving, and I noticed that the white light was always there. I asked my sister to turn in a side road so we could look at the light.
When my sister stopped the vehicle and shot the contact, that's where it all started. The white light was on top of the tree far away and moved so fast that it stopped right in front of us forming a huge triangle with red and white lights all around and at the three points, there were big white lights. In the middle of the triangle there were three red rectangles and below the middle one, one red lozenge.
I opened the door and I put one foot out of the car when I saw that thing moving.I went back inside the car and that thing flew like an arrow.
So we decided to go back home, but that thing was going towards Ottawa.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Message: I submitted a report of one encounter of many. Here was the report submitted.
Multiple sightings/encounters with same witness over a extended period of time. I do not wish to give any information as to identity of me or my witness. Also note we both have a scientific education and both have IQ's over 130. Also note that neither of us suffer from any mental illnesses nor do we do drugs what so ever. I am stating this so people may know we are not crack pots. I will break down some of the multiple encounters to explain some of the different types of encounters and some of the effects surrounding the encounters.
The first one started approx the summer of 94. I remember this because we were driving listening to music and it was still light out and the sun was just starting to go down. Almost instantly it was pitch black. Neither of us could recall how the heck the sky turned from starting sunset to pitch black all of a sudden. Now both us being scientifically trained started theories on not paying attention etc., but we both ruled these through scientifically facts are facts we summarized. No shared delusion etc, all ruled out. Simply one second it was day the next second it was night, sunsets don't do this instantly. We then parked the vehicle as we discussed the scientific reasoning further. We noticed a few kids running out of the woods along the tracks in front of us and to our right like they had a fire under their butts. We joked about it and decided we would go see what all the fuss was about, thus we walked down the tracks I would say approx: 1 km.
Note we are usually pretty fearless and not afraid of too much. I will explain how that all changed. At approximately the 1 km mark, we started seeing flashes of green and red light from both sides of the woods, at what we guessed was 10 meters ahead. We both seen this and stated to each other what the heck? We thought that maybe it was kids messing around with flashlights, and maybe they had scared their friends who ran out from the woods previously. Thus we walked ahead to check it out, and when we had come to the spot we heard nor seen anyone. If their had been anyone we would have seen them or heard movement as it was all woods and brush along the tracks.
We again, were puzzled and both looked at each other obviously thinking, what the heck ? I then, out of the corner of my right eye spotted something in the tree line about four feet to my right and about maybe two feet or so tall from my perspective. Note that it was dark, but the moon was out and we had some light, plus I have good night vision. So I assumed it was a animal of some sort (or maybe a kid with the green or red light screwing around ) so I walked to it's direction quickly. I was shocked that it could move so quickly and was seemingly bipedal, but was not human or a 14 year old kid.
Of course now I was even more stunned, and of course surprised because what I thought was a animal or more so some teenager turned out to be something entirely unexpected but unknown. This is where my logic should have overcame both my friends and my fearlessness and caution mode should have kicked in, but curiosity had gotten the better of us. I remember saying to my friend, what the heck was that, it wasn't a kid or a animal. It moved fast and I mean fast. I watch alot of wild life shows and have never seen any animal move that fast. We then spotted one big orange circular light in the sky surrounded by 5 smaller solid white strobe type objects in the sky which circled the bigger main light in random orbits. Note that the bigger orange light was stationary and approximately 1/2 a km away max, and at approximately a 34 degree angle from us in the sky. None of them made any noise, thus we knew it could not be aircraft because at that distance if it was any type of aircraft at all we would hear it. It sat in the sky at that relative position ( after it slowly moved to that position earlier) for approximately 15 minutes.
We decided that we should investigate, of course being scientific and curious is not always a good thing. We were going through the woods, got to the farmers field where in the approximate area the lights were. I said hi to the cows (lol), there was about nine of them.
We then witnessed the lights at what seemed ten feet above tree top level move across the treetops very close, still making no noise. They were moving away from us and their movement was avoidable, not a straight line moving fast just above the treetops going right to left as though dodging something. Then they had descended into the woods at the opposite end of the field tree line. Both my friend and I were kind of amazed at what it could be and thought it was kind of interesting because we were witnessing something impossible to humans, and science as we knew it. We contemplated going to the spot where the lights had gone down, but we did not have too much time to contemplate this as we began to hear a high pitched, but seemingly faint tracking noise, like a beep repetitious from the direction of the forest the lights had gone down. Note we were in the country so we couldn't figure out a logical source of the sound. The beeps were every three seconds and continuous. If you imaging a animals radio collar that is being tracked, that is what it was like, but a higher pitch that was distinctive.
This would not be the first time we were to hear that unforgettable sound. That's another story. As we were bewildered and talking very low about the sound, we noticed it began to come louder and louder and seemingly moving toward our very position. The cows all started freaking out and became extremely uneasy. The closer the sound came the more uneasy the cows became. Note that they were extremely quiet prior to this, even with us near by. We both decided that maybe this was a good time to go and get the heck out of there, as by now the sound was very close and moving closer, shifting position to our left flank in what seemed like a circling maneuver. This is when we decided a good option was leaving quickly, better safe than sorry. As we ran the sound followed and was right behind us, maybe 20 feet away. We noticed the sound still close behind us and ran as fast as we could with the sound still hot on our 6.
We decided to jump a barbed wire fence, to hopefully slow whatever the heck it was down, and were about half way back to the car. This did not work as it was still in close pursuit, beep, beep, beep, obviously we were scared at this point and fear adrenaline or whatever it was kicked in and we ran all the way to the car and got the heck out of there, still with the sound in close pursuit all the way to the car. My friend left a streak of rubber that is probably still there to this day. To this day we have discussed our initial whatever it was, and till this day we have no scientific explanation. I will post other events later on. This was our initial encounter of what became many over the next 4 years.
I want to submit the other many encounters, some of which are far more involved than this, so I am emailing to find out how to email them to be added under 1 encounter report listing from 1994 through 1998. I had to submit twice because I forgot to add the area etc of the incidents. Sorry about not paraphrasing etc, but I just wanted to have it all down.
Thank you to the person for the report.

Emma Lake, Saskatchewan Bright Light Moves Quickly, Then Stops
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: Summer 1993 or 1994 Time: After midnight.
Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Unknown.
Full Description of event/sighting: Was looking up at the night sky, looking for satellites and shooting stars, when we saw a very bright light moving very quickly south to north. If it hadn't stopped moving, we might have thought it was a shooting star. But it then stopped, stayed still for 10-15 seconds, then raced south for a couple of seconds, then back north for a few seconds, stayed still again, then took off very quickly, faster than before, heading south.
Additional Information:
Hi Brian, It was a clear summer night when we saw the light, no clouds at all, +15 degrees, no moon. The sky was full of stars, and we were leaning back in our lawn chairs looking for satellites. The entire sighting lasted maybe 40 seconds. There weren't any flashing lights visible, just the light itself. It was far enough away that it looked like a very bright star, except it was bigger, was hard to tell how far it was, but it was fairly high up. We saw the light while we were camping at Emma Lake, approx. 1/2 hour north of Prince Albert, SK. It is a fairly unpopulated area, a few small towns and cabins at the lakes in the area, just southeast of Prince Albert National Park.
The nearest airport is in Prince Albert, a fairly small airport, and there is also a Fire Control Center in P.A. with aircraft - water bombers and some helicopters. As far as I know, there are no military installations close to us, the nearest being in Cold Lake, AB, on the border with Saskatchewan, or in Moose Jaw, 5 hrs. to the south of us. We didn't see any aircraft or lights following the big light, and when it left it went so fast that it zoomed across the sky and disappeared so quickly I don't think anything could have caught up to it. When the light was stationary, it stayed still as far as we could tell. Again, it was fairly high up, just looked like a very bright, large star, but bigger and brighter than any I've seen. I've never seen any aircraft that could move that fast, stop and start that quickly, or change directions like that. If I remember anything else, I'll let you know. Thanks.
Thank you to the witness for their report.

100 Mile House to Clinton, B.C. Blue Lights & Missing Time
Posted: December 27, 2007
I talked with a nice lady who wanted to make a report of what she saw. She is living in Clinton, B.C. and drove to 100 mile House for her grandson's third birthday. After her day with her family it was 6:25 p.m. when the lady left to drive back home to Clinton. The woman told me she planned to drive straight through, not stopping along the way. She was approximately 10 miles north of Clinton where the highway elevation is relatively high, when she witnessed a brilliant blue light hovering down in the meadow beside the highway. The light was so bright it lit up the entire area around it.
The woman told me she didn't know what to think at that time and just continued towards home. The witness never got to drive much further when she saw three more blue lights shaped in a V pattern hovering off to the side of the highway and up the bank just ahead of her vehicle. She drove by the lights, baffled at what they might be, and the next thing the lady remembered was pulling into the small community where she resides. When she thought about her experience she realised that she had somehow lost 40 minutes. She could not account for the missing time.
The witness also commented that she felt rather unusual after she arrived home, but never thought alot about it at that moment..
Two days after witnessing the blue lights she drove back to 100 Mile House and along the way she kept her eyes peeled to see if there was a home, or some other structure that may have caused the lights that she saw. There didn't appear to be anything man made that could have created the lights.
Some days later the woman talked with a fellow who also saw the blue lights around the same location.
Then the following week the local newspaper ran an article about blue lights seen by others over 108 Mile.
Now knowing a few others had seen the same lights, she drove around to some of the farms asking the folks if they too, might have been witness to anything at the time and date the lights were observed. The lady had no luck finding anyone else.
Thank you to the person for their report.

Maple Ridge B.C. Unusual Object Changing Shape
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: 1993-1994 Time: Daytime
Full Description of event/sighting: It began with a few sightings my family and I had. One was in the daytime and it looked like two cotton balls very close together if not attached.(like this OO)
It was the size of a Chinook helicopter in size and was half a block away from me as I was drove along. It looked very fuzzy and in-between these two balls was a "dark cloud" area of mist or fog, but you could see it was two spheres with a gap in-between.
This thing was also changing shape. The area in-between the two spheres would fill in, so now it looked like one object, or a short tubular cylinder then back again to two balls. This object was only about 400 feet in the air going east parallel to the road and houses at about 20 miles per hour. I sat there and watched this for a few seconds when it made a "normal" but tight left curved turn north.
I continued on my way to a store, got milk eggs or whatever and then out of curiosity, I drove north just to have a look, and lo and behold there it was looking like a cylinder at about 200-3000? feet climbing at about a 45 degree angle at 20 miles an hour into the bottom of some cloud cover.
Another very close one was one night when I had a video camera and tripod merrily humming away till about 2:00 a.m. when I thought it was time to shut it all down and putting everything away, I thought I'd look out "just one last time". I opened the blinds with my fingers and there was this huge "thing" about 75 feet away at about 200 feet or less, a pair of "eyes" or two perfectly round, perfectly evenly illuminated circles of light, like this O O. A bit farther than eye spacing I would guess.
They were about 10 foot across each light. One was pure blue light and the other one was a pure red, very intense color bright, but not to bright to look at.
I looked at this for maybe 30 seconds when I started to feel light headed, I think it was the shock, I dove for the camera and power adapter, fumbling, and when I got back to the window, it was gone. I think I saw red light going across the blinds heading north. I also had a couple of more close sightings as well.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Vernon, British Columbia A Amber Colored Light Steaks Upward
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: 1992 Time: N/A
HBCC UFO Research Note: The witness who provided the interesting report below has sent in eight other UFO sighting reports for 2007. I will be posting each of the witnesses sighting reports separately as the objects were witnessed on different days over 2007.
I have seen one unexplained flying object before this year, (meaning 2007) when I was 18 years old in 1992. I witnessed a blond/amber colored light coming down the Indian Arm of Okanagan Lake from the north to the south. The object was moving along the far SE shoreline approximately 5km from the cabin. My sister and I both watched the object through the window of the cabin streak straight up into the air and disappear. We both felt confused after seeing it, and have only discussed it once or twice since it happened.
For the past year I have had an outdoor night shift job doing security at a hotel in Vernon, BC. The Okanagan is renowned for its clear skies and I have the opportunity to sky gaze for extended periods. On eight separate occasions this year I have seen unexplained flying objects in the skies around Vernon.
Thank you so much to the eyewitness for all of the interesting sighting reports. Goes to show, if one watches the skies you may never know what might show up.
Would you like to be a guest on my radio show ? Brantford, Ontario A Large Rusted Looking Object Hovering Above
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: Summer, between the years 1992 and 1994. Time: Evening Sighting.
Location: 217 St George street - Henderson Survey. Approach Direction: Not known. Departure Direction: South west, right towards Burford City. Witness Direction: South west.
Description: My wife, girlfriend at the time, and I were in her driveway talking. When we suddenly heard a hovering sound like (womm, womm). We looked up, and at the height of her oak tree (40 feet) there was an extremely large rusted looking object with a couple of bright lights. It was at least 50-80 feet in diameter
. It was round as most people report seeing these. There was a down wind from it being above us. It was odd that it appeared right above us, with no noise of its approach. However, the noise was obvious when it hovered there.
My girlfriend (wife now) ran into the house, I stood there in the driveway in awe, unable to move my body or mouth. It hovered for at least 30 seconds.
Immediately it took off with ultra speed to the south west in an angled 45 degree motion until we could no longer see it. It's speed must have been three times that of an F18. Oddly, there was no sound when it took off.
My wife and I have feared reporting this to any person but our good friend. I get very scared at doing this, I feel like they will be back if I report it.
This is odd too, when I had an x-ray of my cervical spine they discovered what was reported as an extra vertebrae. Of course my mind went into thoughts of what the extra vertebrae was, could it have been an implant by them - could they have done something to me without us knowing and making it appear as nothing happened? Maybe I am crazy about that thought.
Color/Shape: As above.
Height & Speed: As above.
TV/Radio/Press: No.

Calgary Alberta (Falconridge Area) A Dark Grey Silent UFO
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: Summer of 1992 or 1993 ? Time: Approx: 10:00 to 10:30 p.m.
Approach Direction: East. Departure Direction: West. Witness Direction: South.
Description: One summer evening myself, wife and two children ( 8 and 6 ages) were outside on our deck to witness a meteor shower. It was approximately 10:00 to 10:30p.m. on a very clear evening. We lived right on the east west Calgary International airport flight path and are more than use to airplanes landing and taking off above our heads. Gazing into the sky with no sounds of any approaching aircraft we witnessed from what seemed like a north-south line an object. It was the height of a landing aircraft on final with gear down but it was totally silent and moved at maybe half the speed of a landing aircraft. The shape of it was best described as an upside-down skateboard approximately 100 to 150 feet wide and approximately 400-500 feet long. It appeared from the line to our left slid into full view about us then disappeared to the right 5 seconds later into what seemed like another line.
Jaws open, nothing was said until I said, "Did you see that?" We had all seen it. I am separated from my ex and see the girls only occasionally. However at Christmas last year it came up in discussion and they remember it also like I describe. Hope that someone else has seen our upside-down skateboard that appears and disappears into lines in the sky. Thank You.
Color/Shape: Dark Grey.
Height & Speed: Above us, could not tell height but approximately 100 to 150 feet wide by 400 to 500 feet long. It was silent.

Prince George British Columbia Witness Observes Another Orange Ball
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: 1992 Time: Evening.
1992. I was walking down a very quiet street and I again saw the orange ball coming right towards me. I looked up and saw the same thing that I had seen twenty years before. I was shocked and dumbfounded to see the same thing again. The orange ball once again disappeared. This time it scared the heck out of me. I was terrified, you figure it out.

Two Reports From Montreal, Quebec Cigar And Orbs Shaped Objects
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: 1992-1993 Time: Various
Number of witnesses: 1-2 Number of objects: 1-2 Shape of objects: Cigar and orbs.
Full Description of event/sighting: Alright up till recently I was not sure what to make out of UFOs and strange sightings. My story like so many others involve moon like orbs and one account of a multi rainbow colored cigar shape object. Both these accounts happened at separate point in my life.
I'll start with the cigar shape object first. The area was in Cote Des Neige. I was visiting an old friends house for a sleep over, it was time to hit the sack and we had lights out, my buddy was already sleeping when I had the odd urge to look outside his window. I'm not good at judging distance from where I saw this object. What I can say is that it moves so fast from my right to left point of view so fast it was literally like one second of a visible image. I recall it being a cigar shaped, rainbow with horizontal colored patters rotating horizontally across the object. After this it was gone.
My second encounter was when I was older maybe 16 years old as I recall it. My and a buddy were hanging outside of his grandmothers at a park in the Saint Leonard area of Montreal. We had been there doing this and that for at least 4-5 hours, all through this time we at first though was random balls of light in the sky like a helicopter or blimp over downtown Montreal. Our first witness time was around 3:30 pm by the time it was evening and it was dark outside, around 5:30 - 6:00pm the two globes of light not moving an inch from where I remember seeing them.
One of the globes was about 2-3 times larger than the smaller one, both emitted the same light characteristics as the other.
I discounted this sighting, from somewhat disbelieve, until I heard on TV from CBC Newswatch a week later when they all saw the triangle shape over Bonadventure Plaza, one of the mostly populated areas of downtown Montreal.
Now I know strange things are over my city, this is why I share these accounts now.
P.S. Not that this is really the same accounts but after those two sightings I have had alot of other strange phenomena occurrences of a different nature with people around to also account for it.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Hello Brian, I found your website during a google search of UFO sightings. I have a story I would like you to hear. I am searching for information regarding this incident or others like it. I figure there must have been reports, other people must have seen this. The main problem I have is nailing down a time and date for when it happened. I know I was about seventeen years old and it was a mild evening, summer or maybe fall or spring. I had it marked on a calendar a long time ago and the information is since lost. My parents no longer remember the date either, but they vividly remember the incident.
It was a mild evening as we were driving towards the Bayshore shopping mall from my Ontario home in a place called Bells Corners. My parents were giving me a ride to the Britannia movie theatre where I was to meet up with friends. Driving down Richmond road before reaching the Queensway Freeway - strange lights appeared to the northwest. At first they appeared to be tower lights, like many of the radio and communication towers that spread across the countryside of Ontario. However these lights were very bright and not red as the tower lights usually are. These lights were new. Not standing in a place we were accustomed to. Not connected by metal beams reaching skyward. Their luminescence shone brightly against the fading orange-purple and then deep blue of the sunset. My father was driving the vehicle and my mother was in the front passenger side, and I was in the back.
My mother and I were captivated by the lights. We watched as they stood still like new tower lights, wondering what new structures were installed in the country side. They formed a perfect square. They then began to move in Geometric patterns. The four lights switched positions and moved around each other with great speed and precise unison. We were all stunned by this unusual display. My father had pulled over to the side of the road so he could observe them. The lights changed and exchanged positions, one of them had entirely disappeared before our eyes and instantly reappeared far above the others. One fell downward while the other three moved upwards at great speed and disappeared out of sight. They were gone. We were parked at the side of Richmond road south of Silver Spring Farms.
I did make a report of this sighting within days of the experience. I had contacted the local newspaper, the Ottawa Citizen. The newspaper said there have been no other reports. I know others must have seen this, hundreds of people heading westbound on the Queensway would have had this display in plain view. Also, unusual aircraft activity was seen in the area days afterwards, witnessed this time by many people. They appeared to be Military.
Please, if you have any information on similar sightings, I have been searching for information regarding this for a long time.
Thank you to the witness for the very interesting report.

Oshawa, Ontario Craft Taller Than The 6 Story Building
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: Mid July 1991 Time: N/A
Message: My sighting occurred in 1991, mid July , in Oshawa Ontario.
The craft first appeared as a bright white light in the dusk sky, similar to a star. It was approximately 30 to 40 miles away when I first saw it. It took only about 15 to 20 seconds to pass over me, so it was travelling at a high rate of speed. Seeing it was such a long time ago, I can't give specific details but the craft itself was black, it had a flat bottom which was shaped like a frying pan. It had 4 large red LED type lights on the main structure that were spaced on even quadrants. The top was curved and came to a point where a white light sat. None of the lights emitted any beam but were luminance, as you would see on your clock radio. The craft flew at about 300 feet off the ground and made no sound. It was obvious it wasn't a plane or helicopter, because of it's sheer size and shape and that it didn't have a conventional engine. The entire ship was massive, it was taller than the 6 story building I was in when I saw it. After my experience I no longer doubt the existence of UFOs.
If you would like more details please contact me, Thank you.
Thank you to the witness for the really interesting report.

Mount Benedictson, Fraser Valley British Columbia Orbs Dancing
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: Summer 1991 Time: Evening
HBCC UFO Research Note: I am trying to find anyone who may have witnessed these orbs that were moving erratically over Mount Benedictson in the Fraser Valley, B.C. Of course I am helping out the witness with her project. If anyone reading this note was witness to these events, would you contact me please.
Message: Hi. I am writing a book on a sighting and strange events which happened to me about fifteen years ago. I need to try to verify the events of the sighting, as it was a mass sighting which lasted at least four hours. I was wondering if you have had any reports of the following: It was summer 1991. Five or six orbs of white light were seen 'dancing' above Mt. Benedictson in the Fraser Valley.
I witnessed this with a friend as we were driving home on the Lougheed Hwy toward Whonnock, just after midnight. I do know that others had witnessed these orbs as there were people parked on the side of the road watching. My friend dropped me off at home and for a few hours my father and I watched this dance of orbs. The reports on the radio had told two separate explanations- 1) military drills shooting flares, 2) ball lightening. If you have heard of this incident before please let me know or have any other eye witnesses contact me, please. After these sightings strange events began to happen, such as 'sleepwalking', missing time and intense insomnia, and feelings of being watched. Please contact me by email. Thanks!
Thank you to the person for the information.

Matheson, Ontario Mysterious Green Light Explosion Lit Up The Sky
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: 1991-1992 ? Time: 11:00 p.m.
Number of witnesses: 4 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Mysterious green light explosion lit up sky as bright as day.
Full Description of event/sighting: This is a story I have had in my mind since the night it happened, and although I haven't spoke about it to the others involved, I am sure they have the same feelings. Now as far as dates are concerned, I know it was in around New Years in 91-92 I believe. We were partying in my friends house, which is next door to my parents home. I was sitting on a chair nearest to the window. My friend, who I am not going to name, had to go to his parents house to get some mix for drinks. Anyways at the moment he left the house, well around 10 seconds, I was just looking out the window and all of a sudden the whole sky lit up, bright green and as bright as day. I could see into the field next to my parents and see all the surrounding area as if it was daylight, except it was around 11:00 pm !
Well, my friend ended up coming back into the house and he described exactly what he saw. He said the moment he walked out the door he saw, what looked to him like a green light, really small, like a Xmas light you put on your tree. And that it exploded outwards, and he was blinded by this. I can tell you right now we were not the only witnesses to this event. The next day I picked up the newspaper and there was an article in there saying this light was seen in the whole North Eastern Ontario and west part of Northern Quebec.
Now I can tell you right now that what we saw wasn't any natural event like the article said. I have never seen anything like it before or since and I have been thinking about this since it happened. All I can say is that something happened that night and maybe there's a few others who have been wondering the same things I have. What was it and where did it come from ? And why did this occur in my hometown? The only witness that I know of who saw this thing explode, said it was small and looked like it was only maybe 2 feet up above the tree next to the house we were at. I have seen the Northern Lights all my life and believe me this light was as bright as the Sun. So please if anyone else has seen anything like this, please let me know.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Halifax, Nova Scotia Night Sky Become Like Day
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: Late 1990s Time: 11:00 p.m.
Location of Sighting: Driving East on the TransCanada Highway in Newfoundland. Number of witnesses: 3 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: No Shape, Just a Strange Phenomenon!
Full Description of event/sighting: I was with my parents and we were driving home from GrandFalls NL around 11:00 p.m. at night, I was in the back seat sleeping when I heard my mother scream and my father shouted at the same time. I thought we were going to die from all the commotion, when I arose I forgot it was late night because of how light it was outside, I asked my mother what was wrong and my father replied, ("For the love of Jesus, look at the sky!").
I said, "So it's light out!". Then he asked me to look at the clock in the dashboard, Then I remembered it was getting dark when we left GrandFalls. I replied,"Oh my GOD!", as I was shaking and trying to wake up out of my confusion the sky grew brighter and brighter. I was in the Canadian military at the time and still am to this day, but I know that wasn't any type of Gov't aircraft. The light lasted for about two or three minutes then faded out again. Being from Newfoundland I know what Northern lights are but this was no "Aurora Borealis". In Newfoundland, for those who are not from there we have a segment of radio airtime daily called "Open Line" where normal everyday people call in to give comments and state concerns about everything from the government to the poor conditions of our highways. That next morning several calls were made about the sky lighting up the night before, nobody had seen anything but the sky go from dark with a few stars to bright as daytime without the sun. I was a non believer of UFO's, and I am darn sure if the Gov't knew or had anything to with them the gov't would be trying to make money off of them ( Cause that's what Govt's do best) and it would become exposed. When I look back on that experience that night I get shivers up my back and that is the truth. I am no longer a disbeliever to the supernatural and unknown entities, neither are my parents.
All I know is that, in a universe this big we are a spec of dust compared to the galaxies and supernovas out there. I have questioned faith and god at times thinking that the bible was mistranslated and that maybe there was a race of superior beings to ours, it's questions like these that make me ask myself who, why and how.
I am definitely, positively, honestly telling no BS story, this is fact that those occurrences did take place, my parents may be divorced and living apart ,I know they can agree on what they saw late that night.
It definitely freaks me out.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Smithers, B.C. Ball Of Fire Hovering Over Hudson Bay Mountain
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: 1990s ? Time: Between 11:00 p.m. & 12:30 a.m.
I made a call to a business in Smithers, British Columbia as I was enquiring about a video program for my computer. I ended up talking to a fellow and we discussed the program and got onto talking about UFOs. This is when he told me he and his friends had witnessed a very strange object sitting over Hudson Bay Mountain one night some years back.
The witness said he and three friends were coming home from a party one evening, all of the guys were still in high school at the time. The man explained that it was a beautiful clear night and they were driving west past St Joseph's Church when the driver looked up onto Hudson Bay Mountain and could clearly see what appeared to be a giant fireball sitting right over top the mountain. The witness told me he looked away as he thought he was seeing things, but once again the man young man looked up and still saw the object over top the mountain.
He of course called out to his buddies to look at this strange sight and they stop the vehicle and got out to observe the object. As they all watched, it just sat hovering at approximately 200 feet above the tree line. Eventually it started moving, but at a very slow rate of speed. They were able to watch the object for about 2 minutes in total, and heard no sound. They felt if the object was that close they should have heard some sound if it had of been an aircraft.
He described the color as being orange, yellow and green and just a large ball of fire. The witness guessed the size to be that of a normal sized car. The object moved down the mountainside and towards the Twin Glacier at this slow travel. All of a sudden the object, whatever it was shot off and over the top of the mountain and was gone.
Thank you to the witness for the interesting report.

Granisle, (End Of Babine Lake) British Columbia Unusual Light
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: Early 1990's Time: 11:00 pm – 2:00 am
Hello, I was talking to a friend yesterday who happens to be researching property in the Granisle (Babine Lake) area.
He surprised me when he casually mentioned there have been many UFO sightings in the area.
I was interested in this because in the early 90’s, I worked for the Ministry of Forestry on a short-term contract – approximately 2 weeks in a Fire Lookout Tower located on Cronin Mountain. This was toward the end of August at that time. There was a forest fire off to one side and expected thunder activity on the way for that time of year. The bed in the tower was level with the windows so I could comfortably look over the countryside and see for miles with a wide scope of land area.
I had an excellent view of Babine Lake and the Granisle area. Over a relatively short period of time in the late evening and early a.m. (11pm – 2am), I noticed a light in one specific area – toward one end of Babine Lake (Granisle) but off to the side. This was a great distance away (50 - 100 miles approx.) and I used binoculars to have a closer look. As I was monitoring weather activity – very clear evening, I noticed one light that seemed to move in a systematic and grid-like pattern. My initial thought was this may be a logging truck on a road, or perhaps even a helicopter. But the pattern of movement did not fit was I was seeing – it was quick and sharp in its movement and seemed to repeat its course.
The next morning, I reported this to the Fire Control Office – I was told there was no road in that particular area, or anything going on – to their knowledge. This activity went on for a number of nights and I was always fascinated by it. I had a friend come up to witness to the activity – (personal information removed).
Of course this was roughly 15 years ago and I never thought too much of it until last night. Should you want to view the area – I would suggest taking a hike up to Cronin Mountain (Lookout Tower). While there, I’ve seen people on horses and ATV’s coming and going for day trips to view the area. This may prove to be useful to your research.
Thank you to the witness for the interesting report.

Guelph, Ontario The Biggest Ball Of Light I'd Ever Seen
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: Early 1990's Time: After midnight.
Message: I've been coming to your site for a few years now regularly hoping to find other people who have seen what I've seen, and the recent stories on Jeff Rense has given me some comfort that I'm not the only one who's seen a large ball of light, and then had missing time. In the early 90's I had just moved to a small house close to our downtown core in Guelph Ontario. I had been out for the night with a friend and he dropped me off at my back door sometime after midnight. My husband (boyfriend at the time) and son were sleeping so I went into the back room and this is where I think it began, because I'm one of those women who get the creeps being in a dark house at night yet I didn't turn on any lights and walked straight into the living room and just stood there in the dark not thinking a thing.
I don't know how long I stood there but I felt compelled to go and open the front door which I promptly did and there in the sky right across from me was the biggest ball of light I'd ever seen. It was a yellowish white and it should've given off some light but didn't. I walked out onto the front porch staring at this thing and absolutely fascinated, I felt no fear at all, only astonishment because it didn't make any sense. It took up a huge portion of the sky as I watched it, it seemed to be floating or gliding and it passed behind a huge maple tree. When it didn't come out the other side I kept thinking over and over where in the hell did it go, and what was it. I went down the stairs and walked up my side of the street so I could see around the tree, in the hope that I could find it again but it was gone. I turned around to walk back to my house and that's the last thing I remember.
The next day I got up and didn't remember a thing about that night. It wasn't until a year later when something triggered my memory and boom, it was back in a flash. I've been very apprehensive about speaking about this but the need to speak with others who've gone through the kind of experience is gotten stronger over the years. I read one story where a woman like myself was looking for someone to speak with, I'd be more than happy to share my email with anyone who wants to talk about our mutual problems with UFO experiences.
The first person I told this too was the one was closest to me and he was skeptical until he actually saw a military style jet chasing something that had 5 blue lights in an unusually large shape and size moving at a very slow speed just outside of town. I've had some other things happen in my life that are unusual, but I won't go into them here, but it does make me wonder what has been happening to me without my permission.
Thank you so much for what you do, people such as yourself are more appreciated than you might realize. P.S. I wasn't going to mention this but it's a pretty bizarre story, but here goes. When I was 2 years old my mom woke up in the middle of the night to find myself and my baby brother missing from the house. Were found outside in the yard and to this day my family's explanation of this event was that it must have been me who took my brother out of his crib to the front door, unlocked it and went outside to play in the middle of the night without my parents hearing a thing.
My mother has always been a light sleeper and their story of how we got outside has never really sat right with me, and more so since I found out both my mom's parents had a silver disc hover in front of their car in the 1940's in London, Ontario. My grandmother told me there were other people in town who also saw the disc and there was supposedly a newspaper report of it. A few years back my aunt went to the library to see if she could find the newspaper clipping but she had no luck, I think my grandmother might have the years in which it happened mixed up.
Thank you to the witness for sharing yet another incredible experience with us all.

Thunder Bay, Ontario Bright Light In A Triangle Pattern
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: Late July 1989-90 Time: 9:30 p.m. Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Single bright point of light.
Full Description of event/sighting: My friend (name removed) and I were backing out of my driveway onto Dewe Ave. in Thunder Bay, we were facing south. My eyes were drawn to a bright point of light in the blue late evening summer sky(about 40 degrees up from horizon). It was noticeable because of the brightness of it in the bright sky. Barely a second later this light traveled very quickly in a triangle pattern, then right away again did exactly the same thing then took of in a straight line heading east (quickly) and disappeared. I have quite a knowledge of aircraft and this was no aircraft.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Chambly, Quebec Three Boomerang Shaped UFOs
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: Summer of 1989 Time: Approx: 8:00 p.m.
Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 3 Shape of objects: boomerang
Full Description of event/sighting: that night my brother and I were about to cross the street to go to the IGA to get something for our mom and just as we were about to cross the street these 3 boomerang shaped objects hovered over us it was as if time had suspended .On each object there were 3 large lights one in the top part and at each tip of it. It hovered over us about 15 to 20 feet above us and stayed there for what seemed like an eternity, we than freaked out and ran right back home without going to the store when we got inside we were scared and when our mother had asked what happened well, we told her and every one else home they thought we were crazy until we started crying.
We know what we saw and they were not street lights or aircraft (airplanes). Now here it is 2004 and I am now 27 and that night is still fresh in my mind as if it just happened. I KNOW WE ARE NOT CRAZY! Funny thing is the other night I was watching a show about UFO and called my brother right away!
Because what we had seen on TV that night is EXACTLY what we had seen that night in 89.Our hearts were racing and at the same time we were so scared because we knew that it is and was real.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Langley, British Columbia A Silent Craft The Size Of A 747 Hovers
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: October 1987 Time: Dusk
Hello, I have been reading your postings lately and want to tell you of an experience my son and I had in October 1987 in Langley, British Columbia.
It was late evening, clear skies, ( at dusk). I saw, and showed my son what appeared to be (2) headlights of a large aircraft travelling from the southwest towards us. What bothered me was that an airplane so big, travelling so low was definitely in trouble. As we watched for a minute or so it came directly to and above the elementary school across our street. Then it suddenly turned, no arching, nothing. Just a complete left turn. It was then the whole length of Langley elementary school, hovering about 200 feet above it. If not less. It hovered there briefly then sped off in a northwesterly direction and disappeared from sight instantly. This is the pattern of travel we saw --/ ( not sure of the name of that angle, ( obtuse maybe). My son called the Langley radio station at the end of our block and they saw nothing from their windows which faced the school. No one else came outside and we knew then as we know now we are not crazy. Langley radio said they would call us if someone else reported a sighting. We never did hear anything.
Description of what we saw; still remember 19 yrs later and still wonder about.
Very large flying object, saucer shaped and dull greyish or silver in colour. The time of evening made that hard to distinguish. Very large white lights all around, with small red lights between each white one. The white lights were so bright it hurt the eyes to look, yet gave no reflection outside of the craft. The whole area should have been lighted up like a football field at night, no reflections. Also the most amazing thing is the absence of sound, not a purr, nothing. As it sped away to the northwest we were astounded at the speed and all the while we were thinking in terms of actual aircraft. Not until much later did we come to realize we saw something unexplainable. Also we were in an apartment building and how could we have been the only witnesses? A silent craft the size of a 747 hovers in the air across the street and only son and me saw it? I don't think so. Could there be someone out there who remembers this event, and if so I'd like to hear their comments on it. Thanks.
Thank you to the witness for an interesting report.

Three witnesses, My Dad, sister and I. Three Objects. Three Balls of Light in a perfect triangle.
It was around sunset when I first noticed 3 white balls of light heading NNE. They were in a perfect triangle and moving at a constant velocity. It was moderately cloudy and the sky was a little pink from the sunset. At first I paid it no attention, but I realized that it wasn't man made. There is nothing for miles but bush and Lake Winnipeg from where we live in that direction. See map. I googled it. The Red Circle is we lived and the arrow indicates direction of travel not distance. Distance measurement could not be made as no point of reference. Just bush. The objects were at an angle of ~30 degrees from the ground at about 280 degrees.
If I remember right the evening star was in the South. I remember looking around for the moon and any visible planets. I am sort of a amateur astronomer. The objects were to far to hear any noise. I quickly went inside to get a pair of my Dad's binoculars. I looked at the objects a little closer. The balls had no defining features. I told my sister and my dad that there was something strange in the sky. They had a look. While they were looking the objects did seem to moving very fast so I went inside and grabbed a telescope. It wasn't that big maybe 10cm across with 100x viewing power.
I quickly set up the tripod and focused the telescope. There was still no features although the aura around the objects where changing colors from red, orange, and yellow. The total time watching the objects where about 10-15 minutes. The objects traveled in a straight line with a small downward arc. We lost track as they crossed the tree line just north of our house. We said it odd and went inside. Never bothered to report it, it was in plain sight for many to see.
The whole experience actually excited me, I remember hearing stories of white lights following cars on Highway 304.
Thank you to the witness for sending in the report.

Cranberry Junction, B.C. Object 10 Feet From The Back Of The Pickup
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: August or Mid September 1985 Time: approx. 9 - 9.30 p.m.
Hi Brian, It was nice to hear from you. Its a funny thing you know that every time I hear or read about UFO sightings, I wish I would have reported it to someone at the time I saw whatever it was. I pulled out some old records, I believe it was late August or mid September 1985. You see I worked for Lyle Gold and Sons Logging and being that I live in the Nass Valley I used to travel the back road to Cranberry Junction and from there down the highway towards Stewart to the old Vandike Logging camp every Sunday night.
I had a 1980 Ford F-I50 short box pick up truck. It had no canopy so my visibility was excellent. It was a real nice night, the sky was clear, yet it was dark more like 9 or 9.30 p.m. I remember now because I used to leave the Nass camp at around 8 p.m. I was roughly five to eight miles from reaching Vandike Camp. I was three quarters of the way down this very long straight stretch and I caught a glimpse of this light in my upper front window rear view mirror. I noticed that the light came down at an angle from the Nass river side of the highway like in an "S" like motion but it was a long way back, about as big as this dot on the paper (pencil sized fullstop). It started at the beginning of the straight stretch like it came down and aligned itself with the pavement and if you count to five that's about how long it took to catch up to me going 90 kilometers per hour.
It came right up within ten feet in the passing lane of tail end of the pickup. I had a really good look at it in my rear view mirrors and I even turned my head and looked at it. It was a single light about four feet round and was within inches of touching the pavement, very close. I was trying to see if I could see some mass or structure behind the light but I didn't see anything. I was going to wave at it by sticking my hand out of the window but I chickened out.
By looking straight into the light it was weird. It was like looking at the moon. The light did not shine or light the highway up. It was a light within itself. After watching the light and watching the road I looked back and it was gone. Then a car came around a corner in front of me. I don't know why but I didn't tell anyone in the camp what I saw when I got there. But the very next morning there was five of us guys going to work in a crew cab going back the same way I had came to camp that night. We worked 15 or so miles back down the highway from the camp. It was about 6 a.m. just daylight. It was going to be a very nice day, the sky was a deep morning blue and there was a gray cloud hanging just above the Nass River. It was only as wide as the river and about a kilometer long.
I wasn't driving so I was admiring the beauty of this long gray cloud and all of a sudden there was a blue explosion in that cloud. It was the same deep blue as the sky and it was a loud explosion too. I saw all of the blue go out from the explosion and like a magnet it got sucked back into itself and I watched the blue come out of the cloud like a blue worm. It stretched out like an elastic band and like you would let go of that band it shot down the Nass River at a super high speed. I noticed when the head of the blue came out of the clouds there was no ship or structure it was like blue mercury or something liquid (very strange). The guys next to me were shocked when it exploded though they were watching the road and didn't get to see what I did. They said what in tarnation was that ! All I could say was "I don't know".
I don't know why but I never did tell them what I had seen the night before. I just took it in as a blessing because not too many people get to see something like that. I don't know what it is. I can only tell you and draw a picture of what I saw. It could be right there in front of you and you wouldn't know it. A true master of surprise it is.
Investigators Note: The witness has made two drawings which are posted on my website.
The first drawing shows the position on the highway of the truck in regards to the object. The second diagram is one of the truck and the object in relation to the highway and Nass River.
I would like to thank the two witnesses for their reports.
Update:
Investigators Note: The above told me he was driving with other co-workers in a truck when a deep morning blue and there was a gray cloud hanging just above the Nass River. He also mentioned there was a blue explosion in that cloud. Well this witness had looked up one of the co-workers who he was driving with that day, and asked if I would be able to talk to him about what he saw. I called a really nice gentleman who gave me his report to what he saw that day.
Witness #2's report - This fellow told me he had not seen or heard from witness #1 for sometime. This fellow reported that there were still an other in the pick up truck at the time of this sighting, but sadly the third man has now passed away. He conformed that this did take place up on the Cranberry by Derek Lake (he believes) and they had been staying in the Lyle Gold and Sons Logging Camp. He also confirms that a strange gray cloud in a completely clear blue sky when he also seen the weird blue light which came out of the cloud with a tail at one end of it. These men watched the blue light move slowly along until it seemed to just explode.
So we have two witnesses now to this sighting.
The witness drew two diagrams which I have placed below showing the object in relation to himself.

Ft McMurray, Alberta Oval Shaped UFO Gives Off Beams Of Light
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: August 8, 1983 Time: Approx: 10:00 p.m.
Location: Ft McMurray, Alberta, Canada. About 1 hour south of Ft. McMurray on Hwy 63 coming from Edmonton.
Approach Direction: Hovering Northwest. Departure Direction: West and above. Witness Direction: Four of us facing north west.
Description: There were 4 of us, all U of A students packed into my dad's 74 station wagon going up to Ft McMurray to see our parents for the long weekend. The drive from Edmonton to Ft McMurray is a dull 5 hour drive on a straight and narrow one lane hwy. The view is a repetitions of trees and more trees. It is usually an uneventful drive. I drove that night and have made that trip a hundred times and I know every turn, corners, blind spots and signs along that hwy. That evening sky was somewhat cloudy.
We were debating about movies when my girlfriend and I noticed 2 white beams of light shining down towards the ground. Then followed by my other two friends as well. For about 10 seconds the object hovered about 30 meters above the ground at about tree top. The object was about 150 meters from our car. The four of us were silent then one of my friends asked "what on earth is that?
The object with its two beams of white light moved back and forth as it were scanning for something. I first thought it was a makeshift camp for loggers but there was only trees around. As we got closer, the object shut off its lights and you could see a faint white glow on the underside as it tilted at a slight angle and zipped higher and into the low clouds.
We all knew that was a strange encounter that cannot be explained. This object in the middle of nowhere without any signs of reasoning appeared and disappeared very suddenly. It bothered me for awhile that I stopped myself from calling the airport radar tracking system.
Even years later when we did get together, we would still be puzzled and could not figured out what it was. None of us ever mentioned the word UFO.
Now I am sure it was and very glad that I did witnessed the event.
Color/Shape: Oval to round, maybe 10 meters across.
Height & Speed: 30 meters above ground hovering then flew off very quickly.
Thank you to UFOINFO for this report. http://www.ufoinfo.com/

Pedicodiac River, Moncton N.B. UFO Experience
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: August of 1982 Time: 1:00 a.m.
Message: In August of 1982 at 1:00 am in the morning I woke up from a dead sleep, to find the sky outside our house lit up like daylight. I looked up and down the road we lived on, it appeared to be an artificial light as it was only lit for approximately 1 mile around our house, and dark beyond this perimeter. I never left the inside of our home only looked out the windows. This took place along the Pedicodiac River leading to the Bay Of Fundy, just outside Moncton N.B.
I recall looking up and seeing stars and darkness beyond the boundaries of the light. I haven't heard of anyone ever experiencing this kind oddity, have you?
Regards,
Additional Information:
Brian: Thanks for returning my email, I have never seen or experienced anything in my life that was not explainable, ie: UFOs, missing time etc.
As for the events of that night, I was 16 at the time and my parents were not home, it was a Friday night and was not on or taking anything in the way of drugs, alcohol etc.
When I say beyond, the best way to describe this, is picture someone standing over you with a flashlight, without looking directly into the beam of light. You can focus your eyes on everything familiar around you, trees, fields, light poles etc. But when you look beyond the area that the light illuminates, everything beyond this area was as it should be at 1:00am, dark with night fall.
From where I was looking I could see in some directions 2-3-5 miles, unhindered by the trees, hills etc. I could see on the landscape where the light was fading away into darkness, there wasn't any sound or noises and the night was very still, no birds, crickets, frogs nothing.
The temperature I suppose would have been 75 degrees as I slept with both windows open for the coolness. There was no flicker to the artificial light, there was a light pole in our back yard that shone into my bedroom. I looked right at it, I couldn't see if it was lit as the artificial was brighter, just a steady stationary beam of light (for lack of a better explanation).
There wasn't any fog or mist as it was a clear beautiful night, not a cloud in the sky. Our house at this time was new, built in 1979, all windows had screens. I checked the two doors and both were locked. I sat there until 20-25 after 1:00am and went back to bed. The light was still there and I threw the covers over my head to block the light, and fell back asleep.
My dad got home from work around 3:00am, the next day I asked him if he had seen anything he said no. The area we lived in was rural, there was a house across the road, then your talking 1/2 mile intervals between houses. I asked a couple of people down the road they didn't recall seeing anything.
There are no military bases any where near where we lived, that I am aware of. The closet and only airport would be the Moncton Airport about 15-20 miles away.
Thank you to the witness for the interesting report.
HBCC UFO Research will be contacting the witness to see if there are any other details/information that might be gathered.

Kelowna, British Columbia A Glowing Red Ball Moving Silently
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: July/August of 1982 Time: Approx: 2:30 a.m.
Report 2 from witness.
The next sighting was in July/Aug of 1982. I was renting a townhouse with 2 other people and we went out on the porch for a cigarette at about 2:30 A.M.. We all saw a large (about the size of a quarter held at arms length) glowing red ball moving silently from south to north directly over Kelowna. It was moving VERY slowly. It took about 10 minutes to travel in the distance we could see (about 16 km.). I immediately called our local radio station, CKOV, and they put me live on the air describing the incident. The object was quite low, about 1000 feet, as it was below the mountain level.
Also the fellow has been kind enough to join me on an upcoming show for the Vike Report to discuss his sightings. This should be very interesting.
Thank you to the witness for the interesting report.

Langley, British Columbia Huge Round Craft Hovers (UFO)
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: 1982 Time: Evening
HBCC UFO Research: I would like to ask if anyone else who may read this report from the witness, may have observed this very same object, would you please write to me with a detailed report.
Brian, my UFO experience was in 1982. I was living in south Langley at the time. I was 22 years old. I came home from work, had a shower, got changed and left to go to my boyfriends house in south Surrey, almost White Rock. I was driving along 200th street and turned onto 16th avenue toward White Rock. All of a sudden there was a huge round aircraft hovering in the same place, sitting just still.
It had all kinds of different colored lights, or I thought it was different colored lights all around it. I pulled over and was looking at it, I was just mesmerized. I looked around and noticed other cars had pulled over. I don't know how long I was there for, and then as fast as it appeared, it was gone. Nobody got out of their cars and said " did you see that".
I then continued to go to my boyfriends. I did not mentioned what I saw until 2 years later, my boyfriend, at the time is my husband now. I don't really think he believes me and I did mention it a few years later to friends and got laughed at. So I just have not mentioned it since, until a few years ago. We went to Langley to visit friends, (we live in Powell River for the past 14 years) and we went to a movie. They had just built this huge complex out towards the freeway on 200th, with 18 theaters in it. On the roof of this great big complex is a spaceship exactly like the one I saw years ago, which triggered my memory of what I saw. So I'm thinking of whomever design that must have been in one of the cars and saw exactly what I saw. That is my story, and if you have anymore information about my experience or know someone else with a similar experience, or if you know who design that huge display on that complex in North Langley. I would sure be interested in hearing something. Just to know somebody else saw what I did would sure make me feel better. I am glad to share this with you and to know you are not laughing at me. Sincerely.
Thank you to the witness for their report.

From Stephenville To Kippens, Newfoundland Football Field Sized UFO
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: Summer 1981 Time: 1:00 a.m.
I was driving home from Stephenville to Kippens after visiting friends (no drugs or alcohol) when I noticed what I thought was a house on fire lighting up the sky, I could even see the clouds that were visible from the glow, it was so intense. I was then shocked to see that a huge object that was about the size of a football field was hovering towards the east towards me and was eventually broadside me. The object was a metallic sort of orange, and looked like a wall of fire.
The oddest thing was that it was rectangular in shape, perfect rectangle! It changed direction and moved west, disappearing behind the higher land. I reached my parents house in about 3 minutes, parked and went inside truly amazed by what I witnessed. My father was awake in the family room, as I came in, I told him about this thing that I saw. I went upstairs to the kitchen and to my astonishment I saw the object hovering above the ocean and lighting up the normally black sky. I yelled at my father to come upstairs, he did in a matter of seconds, by that time we watched as the object disappeared over the horizon past Cape St. George!
My father said, "Look, the school at the Cape must be burning!" To which I replied," Dad that's the huge object that I just told you about, it was here a couple of seconds ago!" Two things bothered me about what was my last sighting; 1) I don't remember seeing one other car on the road which strikes me as unusual as even at 1:00am I don't remember never seeing another car, and 2) How does an object of that shape and size fly? I've never heard of a rectangular UFO?
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Cowichan Station Near Duncan British Columbia A Circular Craft Hovering (UFO)
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: May 10, 1981 Time: Approx: 9:00 p.m.
Hi Brian, This is related to a sighting which took place many years ago on Vancouver Island. The date was May 10, 1981. My husband, myself and my mother-in-law were returning home from a visit with friends around 9:00 p.m. We were driving down a country road in Cowichan Station near Duncan when I happened to look up ahead and saw lights in the sky. As we neared the site where the lights were, all of us saw a craft hovering over the roadway. My husband stopped the car and we got out and there, directly above the treetops, was a circular craft that appeared stationary and seemed to be about 40 feet across as it covered the entire space from one side of the road to the other. The bottom of the craft was lit with white lights around the circumference and it made no sound that we could discern. We stood under the craft for about a minute or two and then it began to move. We jumped back into the car and backed up just in time to see the craft zoom across the open field towards the mountains. It was gone in a matter of seconds although we could still see the distant lights of the craft going along the mountainside. None of us had heard any sound whatsoever from the craft when it left the area.
We were rather stunned by the event but did try contacting the local radio station to see if anyone else had reported this sighting, no one had. Some days later we contacted Comox Air Force base to inquire if there had been any craft such as we had seen and they answered no, and did not seem interested in talking to us. This event has left a deep impression with us and we do think about it often. Up until that sighting my husband and mother-in-law were complete skeptics regarding the possibility of extraterrestrial craft, if indeed this is what we saw. As for myself, I had always had an interest in the subject and many times felt frustrated that the people closest to me had such closed minds on the subject. All I can say is that it really was a life-changing event.
Thank you to the witness for the wonderful sighting report.

Picher Creek, Alberta Point Of Light
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: October 1980 Time: 8:00 p.m.
Number of witnesses: 2 Number of objects: 1 Shape of objects: Point of light.
Full Description of event/sighting: After reading an entry in the 1970's from Lethbridge Alberta I thought I would share my story as it seems very similar. I went along on a sheep hunting trip with 3 other electricians that I was working with. We drove west of Pincher Creek behind the Shell gas plant into a canyon which was about 8 miles off the main road. Our truck broke down and it was decided that 2 of us would stay with the broken truck and 2 would walk back. Brian and I stayed with the truck which was parked facing east. The night sky was brilliant and I noticed what looked like a star bouncing around. I tried to rationalize it. After watching it about 5 minutes I asked (name removed) if he was watching it and he said he was.
This star/UFO was moving very fast, zipping back and forth doing 90 degree turns etc. I guessed that it was about 20 - 30 miles away. It didn't get any closer to us. We watched it for at least an hour and a half before I fell asleep...it was cold out -5 Celsius and we were in sleeping bags. Our partners showed up and when I looked into the sky it was gone.
Last year in 2003 I shared this story with a very good friend of mine that spends a lot of time in the area south of Pincher Creek. He told me he has seen this light performance several times now in the last few years. He has seen the object split into 2 and sometimes 3.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Vancouver, British Columbia A Strange Movement Of Lights
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: Summer of 1980 Time: Evening.
My sighting was here in Vancouver the summer of 1980. I was living at the Y.W.C.A. on Burrard. I was looking out my bedroom window and saw a very strange movement of lights. Moving like a circle around an atom? One cycle to the right, then one cycle to the left and it just kept repeating that movement but with each two cycles the color of the lights would change. God that was so long ago. It went from blue to yellow to green to red and back to blue. This time I had 4 witnesses. I called Vancouver airport. Told them where I was and what direction I was looking in. The guy said there was nothing on the radar and it must just be a satellite. I actually wrote it all down but years later threw it away disappointed no-one believed me, even with witnesses.
Thank you to the witness for the report.

Wilmer, British Columbia Three Egg Shaped Metallic Objects
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: 1980's Time: Noon
The witness went out onto the balcony of her home looking east towards the Rocky Mountains one nice day. She saw three egg shaped metallic objects in the sky above the mountain line. All were identical in size and shape. She ran inside to get her mother to have her come look as well and her mother said "Oh my God" and ran back indoors to get dad. When dad arrived on the scene all three objects had disappeared.
It was noted at the time that many other witnesses in the Windermere area saw similar sightings but on different days. From what I understand it was quite the talk of the town for some time afterwards and I'd like to perhaps take a trip down that way sometime in the hope that I can dig up some more information about these and other sightings. Thanks again to the witness for her report.

Gaspe, Quebec, Fast Moving Lights Make 90 Degree Turn
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: 1980
This happened in the early 1980. Was on vacation in Gaspe. After having a late supper, my friend and I retired to our motel room. He decided to go to bed, and I decided to spent some time on the outside porch. Our room was close to the sea. I was looking up at the stars and noticed 2 bright lights, fairly high in the sky, side be side, moving at great speed, before I could do more, the light on the left (still going at great speed) took a 90 degree turn and moved on. The light on the right kept going straight and disappeared.
Thank you to the witness for their report.

Full Description of event/sighting: It was a Fall evening, my friend and I were walking along lakeshore. I looked over at the lake. I saw what looked like a sunset, but it was to late in the evening, and the wrong direction. I ran down to lake. The object was 2-3 hundred yards away,100 yards above water. It sat silently. The top and bottom was a bright orange, and there was a section around the middle of it and what appeared to be round windows every few feet. My friend ran home for camera. I stayed, and it was very quiet, time seemed to last forever. Then I watched it fly straight up and then took off at a very high speed at a 45 degree angle. I have seen others. I was also published in a UFO magazine. I have it stored in the basement but will look for it if you need more info. Thank you.

Nanaimo, B.C. Huge Black Triangular Vessel Making A High Pitched Hum
Posted: December 27, 2007
Date: Early 1980's
Just a quick note to tell you that when I seen that creature in Campbell River, I can't remember if it was before or after this experience I remember we were playing baseball outside. I had come running out of where I was living, my eyes had already adjusted to the outside light when I had this feeling of looking up where there was a scatter of fluffy clouds. In these clouds I could see 3 bright lights in a triangle shape then all of a sudden zoom they were gone. The next time I had any questionable experience was in the early 80's. There was four of us sitting at me and my brothers house in Nanaimo when the front door fly's open and a friend of ours runs in panicked exclaiming, "there's a UFO outside."
We all laugh, yet follow him outside. I first notice that it was dead silent outside. Believe it or not this huge black triangle vessel was at our far left. It proceeded very slowly making a kind of high pitch hum, but not painful to the ears. It proceeds right over the house as we all watch it in amazement. What I found weird was it proceeded to our far left and the tone of it stayed the same, even though it was nearing a half block away. My brother was about to follow the other 3 in the house when I grabbed his shoulder and said to him lets just think in our minds...come back, come back. We stood on the steps thinking come back when all of a sudden the vessel made this tone change like it was slowing down. My mind was on the right track but fear gets the best of us..we ran in the house. Another lost chance to deal with the unknown.
Thank you to the person for their report.

A Secret UFO Encampment In British Columbia ?
Posted: December 27, 2007
Hi Brian, Just read your story on the CAUS website. I was born in Vancouver, but have spent much of the last ten years in Arizona. I'm very close friends with some of the most recognized names in UFO investigations, and in fact, lectured on the topic myself in the '90s.
Since you're going to be visiting this lady with regards to her UFO experience, and you obviously are a B.C. resident yourself, I have some information that you may be interested in and might want to pursue further.
I used to train horses in the 100 Mile House area around 1980-81. Some of our clients were wealthy German and Swiss families who seems quite out of place considering the remote location. In 1991, while staying in Paradise Valley, AZ, I was told by a well-known Bulgarian UFOlogist that B.C. had been home to a secret German encampment where high-tech flying saucers and advanced aerial vehicles had been engineered and tested since the '50s. It was said to be isolated and near a railroad. Putting 2 and 2 together, I asked a friend of my dad's, a Lac La Hache resident since 1955 if he'd heard any stories about odd objects seen in the skies, and a secret encampment of sorts.
To my surprise, he answered right away, with a "YES" to both inquiries. Plenty of sightings and definitely a remote, highly guarded, foreign-inhabited, self-contained village. There are several mines on the property and their supplies and personal are largely brought in by float plane. This fellow used to deliver oil to most ranches and businesses in the Cariboo - so he knew who and what was out there. Nobody I've ever told this to has investigated further, which still leaves me wondering what is going on.
The location is called Eagle, and /or Murphy Lake. Both names show up on the topographical map. It is south and east of the Lac La Hache ... I believe near the Green Lake area. From what I've heard, armed guards will meet you on the roughly-kept logging road and deny entry to outsiders. Sounds tougher than Area 51 to get a glimpse of.
If the opportunity arises, perhaps asking a few questions from locals around Lilloet will get you a bit more information, or some nervous glances. Their reactions will tell you a lot. That area is well known to hunters, as I understand it, and they know to keep away from Eagle lake.
Good luck with your investigations. Nice to meet a fellow CAUS fan. Peter is a great friend of mine and an incredible crusader for UFO information.
Regards, (name deleted) Richmond, B.C.
