Hi Brian! Today I have photographed what seems to be like a balloon. But it was gold and was banking (rolling like) in the sky. I thought it was going with the wind. But it stopped and started rising in the air until I didn't see it. (it last about 5 minutes and it went higher). It was around 2:00 pm this afternoon at the beach, Rouville in St-Jean Baptiste Quebec. I am sending you 7 pictures and the wire that you on some picture is to retain seagull from landing on beach.
