(Communications Instructions For Reporting Vital Intelligence Sightings)
. The CIRVIS Do*****ents have been obtained through the Canadian Freedom Of Information Act from the National Defense Headquarters. These do*****ents contain sighting reports from all parts throughout Canada, some are only a line or two. Others give a little more detail. The reports I have here are from 1960s and run through to 1999.
Thank you to my friend Don in Burns Lake, he has placed them all onto PDF files for me, to share with all you. You will need the Acrobat Reader to view these files.
If you do not have the Adobe Reader you can download the reader at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html
These URL's below are a direct link to each set of the Canadian CIRVIS reports. There are two sets of each of the files, one in "Standard Resolution" and the other in a "High Resolution".
The "High Resolution" files are much bigger in size but will give a very good quality printout. Standard - Resolution
To view or download each of the files, see the media section below.
